Accordingly, what is happening is that the most studies deal with on these students and little is said about them. For inclusive education thus the institution should prepare to receive students, having as one of its premises their point of views about what actually experience aiming at promoting education for all. Therefore, this study deals with the process of inclusion of students with disabilities regularly enrolled in undergraduate courses at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN.They were used the assumptions of qualitative research enabled by the case study method and semi-structured interviews. It has been analyzed by guiding actions and teaching practices, under the views of disabled students and teachers, the conditions of access and permanence offered by UFRN. Twelve students with physical, visual, hearing disabilities participated and five teachers from the acedemic centers that in academic year 2008 taught to these students. For data analysis it was used the technique of content analysis. It was extracted two themes: access and retention of students with disabilities in UFRN, in which emerged the categories described and analyzed in the course of this work. The results show the difficulties of access and retention of students with disabilities within the UFRN, such as attitudinal, pedagogical and architectural barriers. However, as it has also turned out, initial advances in the quest for achieving more effective actions to guarantee access and permanence of these students in UFRN. It has concluded that the scope for the exercise of citizenship in the pupils with disabilities who need this Higher Education Institution has an inclusive education Project, wide and consolidated, for the actions undertaken by the Ministry of Education - MEC, by itself, are not guaranteed to all students due to mobility, autonomy and security. It has hoped this work will bring benefits for new studies to develop features that were located, but were not our focus, because then the UFRN may advance the inclusive process of disabled students / A inclus?o de estudantes com defici?ncia ? um processo recente que vem sendo discutido nos contextos escolares, por?m a pol?tica vigente de inclus?o para o acesso e perman?ncia desses estudantes no Ensino Superior ainda ? uma problem?tica diante do que h? muito que fazer, pois, s?o incipientes os estudos nos quais esse alunado esteja envolvido. Nesse sentido, o que vem ocorrendo ? que os estudos versam em sua maioria sobre esses estudantes e para eles e pouco se discute com eles. Para uma educa??o inclusiva, portanto, a institui??o deve se preparar para receber os estudantes, tendo como uma de suas premissas os seus ponto de vistas sobre o que realmente vivenciam visando ? promo??o de uma educa??o para todos. Diante disso, esse estudo trata do processo de inclus?o de estudantes com defici?ncia matriculados regularmente nos cursos de gradua??o da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN. Recorremos aos pressupostos da pesquisa qualitativa possibilitada pelo m?todo estudo de caso e entrevistas semi-estruturadas. Buscamos analisar, pelo fio condutor de a??es e pr?ticas pedag?gicas, sob os pontos de vista de estudantes com defici?ncia e docentes, as condi??es de acesso e perman?ncia, oferecidos pela UFRN. Participaram da pesquisa doze estudantes com defici?ncia nas ?reas f?sica, visual e auditiva e cinco docentes dos centros acad?micos que, no ano letivo de 2008, lecionavam para esses estudantes. Para a an?lise dos dados utilizamos a t?cnica de an?lise de conte?do. Extra?mos dois eixos tem?ticos: acesso e perman?ncia de estudantes com defici?ncia na UFRN, donde emergiram as categorias descritas e analisadas no decorrer desse trabalho. Os resultados mostram dificuldades de acesso e perman?ncia de estudantes com defici?ncia no ?mbito da UFRN, tais como: barreiras arquitet?nicas, atitudinais e pedag?gicas. No entanto, j? se constata, tamb?m, avan?os iniciais na busca pela concretiza??o de a??es mais efetivas que garantam o acesso e a perman?ncia desse alunado na UFRN. Conclu?mos que, para o alcance do exerc?cio da cidadania o alunado com defici?ncia, na UFRN, necessita que esta Institui??o de Ensino Superior tenha um projeto de educa??o inclusiva amplo e consolidado, pois as a??es empreendidas pelo Minist?rio da Educa??o - MEC, por si s?, n?o est?o garantindo a todos os estudantes a devida autonomia e seguran?a. It aims to analyze the causes of the abandonment and the reasons for the permanence of students within the mentioned program. To substantiate this research, we used methodologically, some procedures such as bibliographical research, documentary analysis, semi-structured interviews and focus group. To analyze the data, we discussed the contradiction that involves duality and educational compensation based in the struggles and achievements of rights at the core of public policies for high schools, for vocational education and the education of youth and adults in the 2000s. We analyze the integrated high school under PROEJA, having as reference the conception of the total human formation; the inseparability of the primary education system and vocational education and the integration of knowledge and expertise as a whole, discussing the specificities of the modality EJA, discussing the causes of abandonment and the reasons for the permanence of the students of education for youth and adults (EJA) in the primary education system. As for the results, we found that although the PROEJA be a program that aims to provide a complete human formation to contribute to the full citizenship of their graduate members, what is announced in the document that guides its creation has not been materialized in Caic? Campus. The curriculum of the course was not designed for the students of EJA, nor teachers have had an adequate training to work with these specific individuals, and its specificities of being workers with differentiated learning times have not been considered. In addition, the courses are predominantly of instrumentalist characteristics. This indicates that the material and institutional conditions to achieve the promised total and complete training have not being fully materialized at the researched school. Associated with the difficulties concerning the intra-school and extra-school conditions, personal and socioeconomic conditions which are related to the obligation to work that implies in limitations to balance work, school and family, they influenced in the interruption of the school trajectory of these subjects. Through research, we confirmed that the motives of students who remain have to do also with intraescolares conditions the quality of education (qualification of technical staff and teachers) involved in the educational process, as well as socioeconomic and personal issues represented by the support of colleagues and family.Then it is concluded that the causes of abandonment and the reasons of the permanence are of institutional, socioeconomic and personal origins. Finally, it is observed that capitalist society demands as much as possible high levels of educated workers, and at the same time makes difficult the access to that education for much of the population, and it is not randomly. The objects of that exclusion are the popular worker classes and their children / Esta disserta??o aborda a tem?tica do Programa Nacional de Integra??o da Educa??o Profissional ? Para consubstanciar a investiga??o, utilizamos metodologicamente os procedimentos da pesquisa bibliogr?fica, an?lise documental, entrevista semi estruturada, grupo focal e an?lise de conte?do. Para analisar os dados, discutimos a contradi??o que envolve a dualidade e a compensa??o educacional ? luz das lutas e conquistas de direitos no cerne das pol?ticas p?blicas para o ensino m?dio, para a educa??o profissional e para a educa??o de jovens e adultos, com ?nfase nos anos 2000. Os resultados de simula??o e experimentais obtidos pelo m?todo proposto baseado na transformada wavelet discreta redundanteforam comparados por meio do padr?o IEEE 1459-2010 e por um oscilosc?pio comercial, respectivamente, apresentando resultados equivalentes. O m?todo proposto apresentou bom desempenho para wavelets m?es curtas, o que torna vi?vel para aplica??es em tempo real. / The goal of the power monitoring in electrical power systems is to promote the reliablility as well as the quality of electrical power.Therefore, this dissertation proposes a new theory of power based on wavelet transform for real-time estimation of RMS voltages and currents, and some power amounts, such as active power, reactive power, apparent power, and power factor. The appropriate estimation the of RMS and power values is important for many applications, such as: design and analysis of power systems, compensation devices for improving power quality, and instruments for energy measuring. Simulation and experimental results obtained through the proposed MaximalOverlap Discrete Wavelet Transform-based method were compared with the IEEE Standard 1459-2010 and the commercial oscilloscope, respectively, presenting equivalent results. The proposed method presented good performance for compact mother wavelet, which is in accordance with real-time applications.

The two authors have prominent respective places in Brazilian and Italian literature, and both observed and experienced remarkable changes in their societies Brazil's imperial period, and Italy?s post-risorgimentale period. We will verify how each author composes a piece o literary art in which it is possible to achieve the authors?social and moral conscience. We will also attempt to achieve thefeelings of restlessness, anxiety, fear, doubt, interest, vanity, ambition: in summary, the desire of the characters to exist, which represents man at the end of the nineteenth century and commencement of thetwentieth century. The characters? features point to fragmented identity, in search of a place in the world, even if he needs to renounce his essence and to adopt a corresponding appearance to all images that society assigns to him in order to achieve such a place. The protagonists, Br?s Cubas and Vitangelo Moscarda, will lead us along the paths of consciousness of each, which demarcate the border between essence and appearance. Critics such as Roberto Schwarz, Alfredo Bosi, Leone Castris, among others, will give us the theoretical support necessary for a comparative study between the two authors, whom, like few others, knew how to express, through their characters, the difficult relationship of man with himself and with the universe at large.

Considerando a elevada frequ?ncia de atendimentos de c?es com otite externa bacteriana, objetivou-se identificar a frequ?ncia etiol?gica da otopatia e tra?ar o perfil de resist?ncia dos Staphylococcus Meticilina Resistentes (SMR) e enterobact?rias produtoras de Beta-Lactamases de Espectro Estendido (ESBL) em pacientes ambulatoriais e de internamento. As amostras foram submetidas a isolamento prim?rio, testes de susceptibilidade ? antimicrobianos e de resist?ncia bacteriana. Para os Staphylococcus sp. aplicou-se o Teste D (Disk Test) e o teste de Resist?ncia ? Meticilina (Met-25). Nas cepas positivas para o Met-25 foi feita Rea??o em Cadeia da Polimerase (PCR) para detec??o do gene mecA. Para estirpes positivas na PCR foi determinada a Concentra??o Bactericida M?nima (CBM) do gluconato de clorexidina. Os grupos bacterianos isolados das 140 amostras coletadas foram: Staphylococcus sp. (122 ? 49,38%), Pseudomonas sp. (22 ? 8,91%), enterobact?rias (19 ? 7,69%), Enterococcus sp. (17 ? 6,88%) e Acinetobacter sp. (12 ? 4,86%). Foram isoladas 14 cepas de SMR (11,47%) e todas continham o gene mecA. Observou-se que 14 Staphylococcus sp. foram Teste D positivo. Para os Staphylococcus coagulase positiva (SCP) a CBM foi de 500.000?g/mL (0,5%) enquanto que para os Staphylococcus coagulase negativa (SCN) o valor da CBM foi de 62.500?g/mL (0,0625%). Detectou-se 3 cepas de enterobact?rias ESBL. Os antimicrobianos mais efetivos para Staphylococcus sp. foram: Linezolida (100%), Rifampicina (94,26%) e Cloranfenicol (92,62%). Para Pseudomonas sp.: Cefepime (100%), Imipenem (100%) e Meropenem (100%). Para as enterobact?rias: Ertapenem (100%), Imipenem (100%) e Cefotaxima (84,21%). Para Enterococcus sp.: Cloranfenicol (100%), Linezolida (94,12%) e Vancomicina (88,24%). Para Acinetobacter sp.: Imipenem (100%), Meropenem (100%) e Ticarcilina com Clavulanato (91,67%). Apesar do gene mecA e de enterobact?rias produtoras de ESBL terem baixa ocorr?ncia neste estudo, existe a necessidade de um monitoramento constante em cepas isoladas de animais dom?sticos. Cultura bacteriol?gica e os testes de suscetibilidade aos agentes antimicrobianos s?o de grande import?ncia na rotina cl?nica veterin?ria para garantir o sucesso do tratamento de infec??es otol?gicas caninas. / The canine external otitis is a relevant disease regarding veterinary clinic. Considering the high frequency of treatment of dogs with external bacteria otitis, this research aims to identify the etiological frequency of otopathy and trace the resistance profile of the Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus (MRS) and enterobacteria that produce Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamase (ESBL) in outpatients and internment patients. The samples were submitted to primary isolation, tests of antimicrobial susceptibility and bacterial resistance. For the Staphylococcus sp. the Disk Test was applied along with the resistance test to Methicillin (Met-25). In the positive strains for Met-25, a Polimerase Chain Reaction (PCR) was applied to detect the mecA gene. For the PCR positive strains, a Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) of chlorhexidine gluconate was determined. The isolated bacterial groups of the 140 samples collected were: Staphylococcus sp. (122 ? 49.38%), Pseudomonas sp. (22 ? 8.91%), enterobacteria (19 ? 7.69%), Enterococcus sp. (17 ? 6.88%) and Acinetobacter sp. (12 ? 4.86%). 14 MRS strains (11.47%) were observed and all off them had the mecA gene. 14 Staphylococcus sp. were Disk Test positive. Concerning the positive Staphylococcus coagulase, the MBC was 500.00?g/mL (0.5%) whereas for the negative Staphylococcus coagulase the MBC value was 62.500?g/mL (0.0625%). 3 ESBL enterobacteria strains were detected. The more effective antimicrobial for the Staphylococcus sp. were: Linezolid (100%), Rifampicin (94.26%) and Chloramphenicol (92.62%). Regarding the Pseudomonas sp.: Cefepime (100%), Imipenem (100%) and Meropenem (100%). Regarding the enterobacteria: Ertapenem (100%), Imipenem (100%) and Cefotaxime (84.21%). Regarding the Enterococcus sp.: Chloramphenicol (100%), Linezolid (94.12%) and Vancomycin (88.24%). Regarding the Acinetobacter sp.: Imipenem (100%), Meropenem (100%) and Ticarcillin with Clavulanate (91.67%). Although the mecA gene and the enterobacteria that produce ESBL are briefly presented in this research, there is a need for constant monitoring of isolated strains in domestic animals. The bacteriological growth and the susceptibility tests in the antimicrobial agents are of great importance in the veterinary clinic routine in order to insure the success in treating canine otological infections.

Nesse contexto, o munic?pio alvo desta pesquisa ? pioneiro na implanta??o do servi?o no Rio Grande do Norte (RN). Assim, discute-se a inser??o do SAF na rede socioassistencial do munic?pio, sob a perspectiva dos atores envolvidos em seu funcionamento: equipe t?cnica, coordenador, fam?lias (acolhedora e de origem), crian?a acolhida, Conselho Tutelar, Promotor de Justi?a e Juiz. A partir de entrevistas semiestruturadas, foi realizada uma an?lise acerca das concep??es destes atores sobre o SAF, do papel que exercem, buscando compreender como se deu o processo de implanta??o do SAF e se ele ? considerado uma alternativa de cuidados ? popula??o infantojuvenil. A partir da leitura do material coletado, depreenderam-se tr?s eixos de an?lise preponderantes: I - Concep??es sobre o SAF; II - Papel desempenhado no SAF e III ? O SAF no contexto local. O estudo mostra que o acolhimento familiar ? considerado uma interessante alternativa de atendimento ?s crian?as e adolescentes do munic?pio, embora ainda existam dificuldades quanto ao p?blico adolescente. Foi ressaltada a aten??o individualizada e a afetividade no conv?vio entre a crian?a/adolescente e a fam?lia acolhedora, em um ambiente familiar, o qual foi considerado mais salutar que o institucional. Todavia, a inser??o do SAF na rede socioassistencial, tem sido vivenciada com reservas por alguns atores, havendo ainda um caminho a ser percorrido para alcan?ar a solidifica??o desse servi?o na rede, pois ainda existem desafios a serem vencidos, como, dentre outros, maior dissemina??o de informa??es sobre o SAF na regi?o, e consequente crescimento do cadastro de fam?lias acolhedoras. / As a formal alternative to defend the rights of children and adolescents, the Foster Care Service (FCS) comes from the need to prevent the referral of children and adolescents to institutions, so it is inserted in a process of reformulation of the protection policy and the guarantee of the rights of children and adolescents. In this context, the target municipality of this research is a pioneer in the implementation of the service in Rio Grande do Norte (RN).Therefore, the insertion of the FCS in the socio assistance network of the municipality is discussed, from the perspective of the actors involved in its operation: technical team, coordinator, families (host and original), foster child, Child Care Council, Promoter of Justice and Judge. Based on semi-structured interviews, an analysis of the conceptions of these actors on the FCS was accomplished, of the role they play, trying to understand how it was the implementation process of the FCS and whether it is considered as an alternative care for the child and adolescent population. From the reading of the collected material, three preponderant axes of analysis were inferred: I - Conceptions about the FCS; II - Role played in the FCS and III - FCS in the local context. The study shows that family shelter is considered to be an interesting alternative for the care of children and adolescents of the municipality, although there are still difficulties regarding the adolescent public. It was emphasized the individualized attention and affectivity in the relationship between the child/adolescent and the foster family environment, which was considered more salutary than the institutional one. However, the insertion of the FCS in the social assistance network has been experienced with reservations by some actors, and there is still a long way to achieve the solidification of this service in the network, as there are still challenges to be overcome, such as, among others, greater dissemination of information on the FCS in the region, and consequent growth in the register of foster families.

This is due to the recognition and implementation of specialized public policy and services in care for women in situations of violence. The Brazilian Penal Code allows abortion for cases of rape arising pregnancy. However, even that the permission is guaranteed by law and ratified in ministerial standards, its procedure is slow, since that the health professional can use of the ?objection consciousness?, because of their moral or religious beliefs. The aim is to problematize the itinerary of victims of sexual violence in search of legal abortion Dr. Jos? Pedro Bezerra Hospital - Santa Catarina Maternity - located in the capital of Potiguar, Brazil, from the representations of the health professors, trying to analyze the uses and misuse of the objection consciousness cases of legal abortion within this maternity hospital, seeking to weave reflections on how negotiations take place during an investigation into the recognition of citizenship and access to procedural law. I will not occupy myself with the topic, but will recover an important discussion on the environment of Social Sciences. It is one thing to experience the divine which causes the bodies to sit around the table, another thing is the abstract God of reason, historically and socially, who cooperatively manages to put side by side Christianity, churches and totalitarian states. One thing, therefore, is the thought that rescues the experience in the act of understanding, clings to it, and another thing is the concept that names "from the outside" the world experience. We are used to this "quiet confusion" represented by concepts like this, caused by a detached look, which sees the earth as a blue planet, a position that seeing flat and universal surfaces, hinders us from seeing the diverse, the ambiguous and porous, common to them all. It deals with questioning this view and such a stance, which pushes us inexorably toward the development of knowledge almost always positive and conclusive, leaving little room for us to continue questioning and expanding our field of vision. It also deals with recovering proximity, realizing that the blue planet, besides having other colors, has innumerable and different surfaces, a plurality of odors and that, if we approach even more closely our view of the body to the planet, we will be faced inevitably with the complexity of the reality that "earth, blue planet " entails, making us see that this concept, as well as knowledge in general, is always incomplete, saying little about the immensity of reality. It deals, in the end, in recovering an ethical stance in the act of learning in order to construct meaningful and important knowledge. Who is more apt to say what is or is not significant and important but our bodies which, in a constant movement of openness in relation to the world, still hopes from the sciences attention to the problems of our lives?

Al?m disso, identifica-se significativa dispers?o de testes e protocolos padronizados utilizados na avalia??o das FE em crian?as, dificultando a realiza??o de estudos multic?ntricos, bem como compreens?o do impacto de quadros cl?nicos sobre o desenvolvimento e funcionamento das FE. Esse estudo tem como objetivo traduzir e adaptar o protocolo FEE (Roy, Le Gall, Roulin, & Fournet, 2012) para o portugu?s/Brasil. O protocolo ? composto por um conjunto de testes e escalas de avalia??o neuropsicol?gica das FE destinado a crian?as e adolescentes entre seis e 15 anos e constru?do com o objetivo de modificar e/ou melhorar, em termos de materiais, instru??es e/ou corre??es, os principais paradigmas e testes de avalia??o das FE, com o intuito de suprir as insufici?ncias das tarefas existentes e adaptar tarefas consagradas internacionalmente. A adapta??o transcultural do FEE foi realizada pelo modelo proposto por Borsa, Dam?sio, & Bandeira (2012), constitu?do de seis etapas (1- Tradu??o do instrumento para o novo idioma, 2- S?ntese das Vers?es , 3- Avalia??o da S?ntese por Experts, 4- Avalia??o pelo P?blico-Alvo, 5- Tradu??o Reversa-Back-translation, 6- Estudo-Piloto). Inicialmente, o instrumento original passou por duas tradu??es independentes da l?ngua francesa ao portugu?s brasileiro. Na etapa 2 (S?ntese das Vers?es), participaram tr?s ju?zes, psic?logos, doutorandos e experts em avalia??o neuropsicol?gica, assim como os autores pesquisadores da pesquisa. Os ju?zes julgaram boa equival?ncia experiencial, idiom?tica e sem?ntica. Por?m, ainda na etapa 2 foram realizadas altera??es para tornar a vers?o em portugu?s mais adaptada para a popula??o-alvo. Na etapa 3 (Avalia??o da S?ntese por Experts), participaram tr?s ju?zes, professores doutores de diferentes regi?es do pa?s, que avaliaram a estrutura, o formato, as instru??es e a abrang?ncia e adequa??o das express?es contidas nos itens que constituem o instrumento. A concord?ncia entre ju?zes foi avaliada pelo Kappa de Cohen (0.4945), que indicou concord?ncia moderada. Na etapa 4, participaram 30 crian?as e adolescentes, sendo10 crian?as na faixa et?ria entre seis e sete anos, 10 crian?as entre 10 e 11 anos e 10 adolescentes entre 15 e 16 anos. De forma geral, observou-se compreens?o ampla das instru??es do protocolo. Na etapa 5 foi realizada back-translation por duas tradu??es independentes do portugu?s para a l?ngua francesa e ap?s s?ntese das tradu??es o instrumento foi enviado aos autores que julgaram o instrumento adequado. Por fim, a etapa 6 (estudo piloto) consistiu na aplica??o do protocolo em 60 crian?as e adolescentes entre seis e 15 anos, de escolas p?blicas e escolas particulares da rede de ensino do Natal. O instrumento mostrou-se adequado para avalia??o das FE no contexto cultural brasileiro. A continuidade deste projeto possibilitar? ampliar a compreens?o do desenvolvimento das FE da inf?ncia ? adolesc?ncia bem como da semi?tica dos dist?rbios das FE. Por fim, destaca-se ainda a possibilidade de realiza??o de estudos transculturais acerca do desenvolvimento das FE. / Currently, the interest on executive functions (EF) neuropsychological assessment researches is increasing. However, in Brazil, standardized tests and protocols used on the evaluation of children's EF are disperse, turning it difficult to realize multicenter studies and identify regional characterization. Furthermore, tests used on children's EF evaluation are usually adaptations of tasks used on adults, showing little ecological validity, and are designed to be hard, weakening its capability of discriminating specific functions and deficiencies, since different executive components are required in a single task. The aim of this study is the translation and adaptation of the French protocol FEE (Roy et al., 2012) to Portuguese/Brazil. FEE is an EF neuropsychological assessment protocol aiming children and adolescents between six and 15 years old, designed to modify and/or enhance, in terms of materials, instructions, procedures and/or corrections, the main paradigms and EF evaluation tests. It intends to fill the insufficiencies of existing tasks and to adapt internationally acclaimed tasks. Cultural adaptation of the FEE will be conducted according to the model proposed by Borsa, Dam?sio, & Bandeira, (2012), structured around six steps (translation of the instrument, synthesis of the versions, synthesis evaluation by experts, evaluation by the target audience, back-translation, pilot study). Firstly, the original instrument was subjected to two independent translations from the mother language (French) to Brazilian Portuguese. For the second step (Synthesis of the Versions), three judges ? all psychologists, doctorate students and experts in neuropsychological assessment ? participated, as well as the original research authors. Judges rated the experimental, idiomatic and semantical equivalence as good. However, still in step 2, modifications were made in the Portuguese version in order to better adjust it to the target-population. In step 3 (Synthesis evaluation by experts), three different judges ? PhD scholars from different regions of Brazil ? participated, evaluating structure, format, instructions, and comprehensiveness and adequateness of the expressions used on each item of the instrument. Agreement between judges was evaluated by Cohen?s Kappa (0.4945), indicating moderate agreement. In step 4 (Evaluation by the target population), 30 children and adolescents participated, with 10 children aged between six and seven years old, 10 children aged between 10 and 11 years old and 10 adolescents aged between 15 and 16 years old. Generally, it was observed broad comprehensiveness of protocol instructions. In step 5 the instrument was back-translated twice, independently, from Brazilian Portuguese to the mother language (French). After the back-translations synthesis, the instrument was sent back to the original authors, who judged it adequate. Finally, step 6 (pilot study) consisted in administering the battery to 60 children and adolescents aged between six and 15 years old, from public and private schools from Natal?s educational system. The instrument proved adequate for evaluation of EF in Brazilian cultural context. The further development of this project will enable to widen comprehensiveness on children and adolescents EF, as well as on the semiotics of EF disturbs. Lastly, there is also the possibility of performing transcultural studies on EF development.

Quanto aos objetivos espec?ficos, este trabalho prop?e-se a realizar uma an?lise comparativa de duas vers?es de dez artigos de opini?o produzidos por esses alunos, identificar dificuldades relacionadas ? aus?ncia de uma ou mais fases da sequ?ncia argumentativa protot?pica proposta por Adam (2011) e aplicar uma interven??o pedag?gica com a finalidade de que essa sequ?ncia protot?pica se efetive nos textos dos alunos, contribuindo, assim, para a melhoria da escrita argumentativa. Teoricamente, o trabalho fundamenta-se em uma abordagem sociodiscursiva, os g?neros do discurso s?o compreendidos na perspectiva dial?gica da linguagem de Bakhtin (1992) e na execu??o da proposta te?rico-metodol?gica de sequ?ncia did?tica proposta por Dolz e Schneuwly (2004). Al?m disso, recorremos ? no??o de Ret?rica, desde a antiguidade cl?ssica at? o surgimento da Nova Ret?rica presentificada nos estudos de Perelman e Olbrechts-Tyteca (1996), que, na atualidade, foi assimilada pelos estudos da Pragm?tica e conectada ?s teses centrais do pensamento de Ducrot (1977, 1980, 1987). Tamb?m ancoramo-nos no conceito de sequ?ncias textuais proposto por Adam (2011), assim como nos pressupostos que concebem a produ??o escrita como pr?tica processual, conforme Flower e Hayes (1980), Serafini (2004) e Passarelli (2001). Em termos metodol?gicos, trata-se de uma pesquisa-a??o segundo Thiollent (1996), com abordagem de dados de natureza qualitativa, conforme estabelecem Bodgan e Biklen (1996). A aplica??o da sequ?ncia did?tica possibilitou-nos observar que os alunos passaram a escrever artigos de opini?o mais elaborados, com n?veis de argumenta??o mais significativos, conseguindo, inclusive, posicionarem-se de forma mais reflexiva e cr?tica diante de quest?es sociais discut?veis. Al?m disso, ao defendermos o argumentar como a??o lingu?stica de maior import?ncia, acreditamos que, por meio da interven??o proposta, conseguimos contribuir para que os alunos envolvidos tivessem a oportunidade de exercer os pap?is sociais do argumentar e contra-argumentar por meio da ado??o de uma postura pr?-ativa e ?tica em seus textos. / The aim of this research is to look into the linguistic-discursive traces from the argumentative competence in an opinion article written text of 9th grade students in Ensino Fundamental of a public school in the city of Fortaleza/ Cear?. As for the specific aims, this research intends firstly to make an comparative analysis of two versions from ten opinion article texts written by these students, indentifying difficulties related to the lack of one or more steps from the argumentative prototype proposed by Adam (2011) and, secondly, to perform an pedagogic mediation with the aim of making the students to follow that argumentative prototype in their texts, assisting them to develop their writing skills. In theory, this research is based in five key areas: first in the sociodiscursive approach, in which the discursive gender is understood in the Bakhthin?s dialogical perspective of language (1992). Second in the Theoretical-Methodological proposal of the didactic sequence proposed by Dolz and Schneuwly (2004). Third in the Rhetoric notion stablished since the Classical Antiquity up to the appearance of the New Rhetoric present in Perelman?s and Olbrechst-Tyteca?s studies (1996), that, nowadays, are studied by the Pragmatic and also connected to the central thesis of Ducrot?s thought (1977, 1980, 1987). For the methodology, this is a action-research (Thiollent, 1996) according to the approach of qualitative data as established by Bodgan and Bikten (1996). The use of the didactic sequence gave us the opportunity to observe the students developing their writing skills and producing articles with much more confidence, in which were used higher levels of arguments that were more significant in the social problem solving. Beside that, the didactic sequence also gave them the ability of being more proactive and ethical in their texts.
