Äquivalenzklassen – Alle Doppelstellen der RVK finden

Pfeffer, Magnus 10 August 2009 (has links)

Boll, Katharina 14 August 2009 (has links)

Kódy taneční improvizace: Případ Intuitivního Tance / Codes of dance improvisation: The case of Intuitive Dance

Orlova, Kseniia January 2017 (has links)
The idea that dance can be understood as an act of communication and a form of language has been already taken into account by scholars. The hypothesis that will be discussed in this MA dissertation concerns a more specific matter: a semiotic approach to different forms of dance improvisation, and notably the method traditionally labeled "intuitive dance". To understand this phenomena two main concepts will be conveyed: that of "quotation" understood via W. Benjamin's essays on Brecht, and that of "notation", as defined by N. Goodman in his Languages of art. Can we understand dance as a language - id est a quotable and notable code - even in its more intuitive forms? How is it possible to "understand", "quote" and "address" gestures, even in front of a wide heterogeneous audience and without any prefixed choreography but only on the base of a free and in-time creating process? Can we understand improvisation as a complex code? what and how does this code mean? Keywords: improvisation, Intuitive Dance, semiotics, notation, gesture, Nelson Goodman, Walter Benjamin, dance, code

Comparing trigonometric interpolation against the Barycentric form of Lagrange interpolation : A battle of accuracy, stability and cost

Söderqvist, Beatrice January 2022 (has links)
This report analyzes and compares Barycentric Lagrange interpolation to Cardinal Trigonometric interpolation, with regards to computational cost and accuracy. It also covers some edge case scenarios which may interfere with the accuracy and stability. Later on, these two interpolation methods are applied on parameterized curves and surfaces, to compare and contrast differences with the standard one dimensional scenarios. The report also contains analysis of and comparison with regular Lagrange interpolation. The report concludes that Barycentric Lagrange interpolation is generally speaking more computationally efficient, and that the inherent need for periodicity makes Cardinal Trigonometric interpolation less reliable in comparison. On the other hand, Barycentric Lagrange interpolation is difficult to implement for higher dimensional problems, and also relies heavily on Chebyshev spaced nodes, something which can cause issues in a practical application of interpolation. Given ideal scenarios, Cardinal Trigonometric interpolation is more accurate, and for periodic functions generally speaking better than Barycentric Lagrange interpolation. Regular Lagrange interpolation is found to be unviable due to the comparatively big computational cost.

Modeling and Execution of Resilient Business Processes in Unreliable Communication Environments

Nordemann, Frank 01 March 2022 (has links)
Business processes define workflows by structuring sets of activities according to given objectives. Process Modeling Languages (PMLs) provide graphical elements to define process models. Apart from use cases in finance and commerce, PMLs gain popularity in application domains such as Cyber-Physical Systems, the Internet of Things, ubiquitous computing, mobile devices, and scenarios happening in rural, restricted, or disaster-affected regions. Many of the domains are exposed to delayed, intermittent, or broken connectivity. Existing PMLs show limitations in considering connectivity-related issues, leading to failures and breakdowns at process runtime. This thesis addresses connectivity-related issues regarding the modeling and execution of resilient business processes taking place in unreliable communication environments. With resilient BPMN (rBPMN), an extension for the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) addressing environments with delayed, intermittent, or broken connectivity is introduced. rBPMN extends the BPMN metamodel by new elements for resilient process models. Domain experts may define alternatives for possibly failing message flows based on priorities or characteristics of the alternatives. Functionality offered by remote participants may be moved to other participants for local execution. This thesis illustrates approaches for the graph-based analysis of business processes regarding their resilient operation. By translating process models into directed graphs, graph algorithms allow to dynamically find the most suitable process path. Domain experts are enabled to identify non-resilient parts of a process model, allowing them to optimize the involved segments before runtime. Multi-criteria analysis approaches optimize process operation according to a chosen set of criteria. A real-world scenario of an environmental-friendly slurry application illustrates the use of rBPMN’s concepts and approaches for modeling and executing resilient processes. Technical approaches realizing rBPMN’s resilience strategies using a BPMN runtime engine and microservices are illustrated. The proof-of-concept implementations may be extended and adapted, serving as guides for other application domains.

Kull, Johan January 2022 (has links)
The prejudice that guitar players do not know how to read traditional western music notation has been around for a long time. That seems to also have had its affect on guitar education. For many guitarists the obvious choice is instead tablature. This study examines the attitude towards sheet music among guitar teachers at the Swedish kulturskola. The subject has been chosen primarily for the fact that the Swedish municipal music school does not have any guidelines regarding whether or not to use sheet music in the education. The purpose of this study is to examine how six guitar teachers view the use of traditional western music notation versus tablature in kulturskolan. The study is based on interviews with the teachers. The analysis has been made with a phenomenographic approach. The result reveal that all the participants prefer tablature due to it is more direct and quick implementation. Using tablature is a pedagogic strategy to keep the studentes interests in their instrument rather than an act of choice. Even if some of the teachers themselves would like to be using traditional western music notation to a greater extent they mean that it’s not possible.
