Pesquisa do estado de Minas Gerais (FAPEMIG) / A doen?a falciforme ? uma das doen?as heredit?rias mais comuns no mundo e com alta preval?ncia no Brasil. Apesar de ser considerada um problema de sa?de p?blica no Brasil e possuir s?rias consequ?ncias para o indiv?duo acometido, para sua fam?lia e para a sociedade, durante muito tempo, pouco se investiu na melhoria da aten??o ? sa?de das pessoas que convivem com ela. A complexidade das quest?es hist?ricas, sociais e ?tnicas que envolvem a doen?a falciforme levou ? realiza??o desse trabalho de cunho qualitativo, com o objetivo principal de conhecer aspectos da realidade de vida e as condi??es de sa?de das pessoas com doen?a falciforme no munic?pio de Diamantina, no Vale do Jequitinhonha/MG. Foi realizada uma revis?o de literatura que buscou entender a hist?ria da ocupa??o do territ?rio do munic?pio de Diamantina e sua rela??o com a ocorr?ncia da doen?a falciforme. Foram realizadas entrevistas com pessoas com doen?a falciforme residentes no munic?pio e as mensagens foram analisadas segundo a an?lise de conte?do proposta por Bardin (2011). Foram identificadas cinco categorias de an?lise com os seguintes temas: a percep??o da pessoa com doen?a falciforme sobre a pr?pria sa?de; religiosidade, espiritualidade; o impacto da doen?a falciforme na vida cotidiana das pessoas entrevistadas; preconceito; e, aten??o prim?ria ? sa?de. Foi poss?vel a compreens?o de que a presen?a da doen?a tem importante impacto na vida social e familiar das pessoas, que geralmente temem uma vida de limita??es decorrente das poss?veis complica??es da doen?a. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Sa?de, Sociedade e Ambiente, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2014 / ABSTRACT Sickle cell disease is one of the most common hereditary diseases worldwide and has a high prevalence in Brazil. Although currently considered a public health problem in Brazil, with serious consequences for the individual affected, their family and society, for a long time, very little was invested in improving health care in this area. The complexity of historical, social and ethnic questions that affect sickle cell disease led to the development of this quantitative study. The aim of the present study was to determine aspects of the reality of life and health conditions of people affected by sickle cell disease in the district of Diamantina in the Jequitinhonha Valley/MG. A literature review was conducted in order to understand the history of the occupation of the territory of the Diamantina district and its association with the occurrence of sickle cell disease. Interviews were conducted with residents of the district who suffered from sickle cell disease. The responses were analyzed according to the analysis of content proposed by Bardin (2011). Five categories of analysis were identified, with the following themes: perceptions of people with sickle cell disease on their own health; religion and spirituality; the effects of sickle cell disease on the daily life of those interviewed; prejudice and primary health care. It was clear that the disease has had a significant impact on the social and familiar life of these people, who usually fear a life of limitations, as a result of possible complications associated with the disease. There is a need for urgent debates between managers, health professionals, the academic community and users in order to propose complete health care strategies for those affected by this disease, bearing in mind and respecting the different aspects involved in their medical history, culture and religious beliefs. This type of strategy can facilitate attempts to repair the historical process of iniquities committed against individuals of black ethnicity.

In the survey was explained on democracy and participation concerning the council and the types of democracy, the prospect of meeting comes as constituting direct democracy, deliberative, representative and participatory on the council. Moreover, the work presents the history of the councils that are instruments of coordination between the state and society in relation to public policy decisions. In this work was important to present the idea of culture and what comes to political culture and cultural policies by new meanings and interpretations of the dominant cultural politics, promoted by modernity. To investigate the case study showed the legality and structure of the Council of Culture in numbers. We used the content analysis it was a methodological tool applied to written content through interpretation and reflection based on deduction and interpretative interference. Accordingly found, relevant advances through the minutes, regulations, plans, programs, projects, cultural interventions, reformulation of cultural segments in the Council of Culture. However it took a more active character of the council in the city of Diamantina, especially participatory and representative democratic manner in the meetings for the exercise of active citizenship in the decisions that prioritize satisfactorily the interests of society.

The proposal of those policies in Brazil is typical from the 50s and 60s as a form of state intervention, especially in the private sector. With the end of the Welfare State model, and the beginning of the Democratic State, public policies lose their interventionist nature that is replaced by actions directed to the individuals. These public policies proposals go through legal regulation and control of government agencies as a way to mediate the application and scope of the proposed objectives. The Public policies especially in the public management reform come to be ruled by guiding principles as a way of achieving efficiency and better use of public resources. In the education field, the public policy has the objective of achieving indicators that are set by international organizations from global studies, and thus establishes agreements and commitments stipulating desirable goals. In this perspective, in recent years on the education field precisely on the school dropout index. Minas Gerais, guided by several studies that pointed the causes of the increasing in the dropout rate, has initiated the adoption of measures to reduce this indicator, among those measures, the state of Minas Gerais implemented as policy the Youth Savings Program (PPJ) to promote the reducing of the dropout rate. For recognizing the importance of educational policies and the need to demonstrate the effect that these policies have on the education, this study sought to understand if the PPJ program has influenced in reducing the dropout rate in high school in the city of Te?filo Otoni, in the schools attended by the PPJ program.

In the meantime, we leave a demonstrative reasoning, based on extensive literature on quilombo communities where the legislative instruments for the protection of their fundamental rights, cultural and territorial will be presented. We will discuss the interrelationship between citizenship and human rights, as well as the need for formal recognition of the State multiethnic Brazilian and its implications for the construction of a multicultural citizenship of vulnerable minorities. We will also have a brief survey of public policy Federal, State and Municipal for promotion and social inclusion of African descent. Present finally a case study, which will be adopted the qualitative method of data content analysis collected in the Municipality of Serro/MG, but specifically in the Minutes of meetings of Social Development Municipal Council of Quilombo Remnants Communities of city of Serro. We will map the demands of the quilombo communities, as well as the actions of the municipal government to guarantee the fundamental rights of quilombo communities therein, namely: Ba?, Ausente, Vila Nova, Queimadas and Santa Cruz.

Estes dados revelam o acesso limitado deste p?blico ? educa??o profissional e a poss?vel exist?ncia de barreiras para sua perman?ncia. Partindo desta realidade, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral compreender a pol?tica de inclus?o das Pessoas com Necessidades Educacionais Especiais em um campus do Instituto Federal do Norte de Minas Gerais. Buscou-se analisar as legisla??es investigando as a??es e condi??es de execu??o das pol?ticas p?blicas destinadas ?s Pessoas com Necessidades Educacionais Especiais no campus pesquisado, avaliar as a??es de inclus?o adotadas na institui??o na perspectiva discente e investigar os impactos do trabalho do NAPNE na institui??o a partir da avalia??o docente. Para este estudo, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, na modalidade estudo de caso. Entrevistou-se cinco docentes e cinco profissionais do NAPNE e aplicou-se question?rios aos quatro discentes com Necessidades Educacionais Especiais na unidade selecionada. Os dados levantados foram tratados atrav?s da an?lise de conte?do e indicaram o descompasso entre as a??es previstas nas legisla??es e no PDI e as condi??es de execu??o delas; a avalia??o das a??es na perspectiva dos discentes indicaram avan?os na inclus?o das Pessoas com Necessidades Educacionais Especiais como sistema de cotas, divulga??o e realiza??o de processos seletivos e vestibulares acess?veis, mas apontaram a escassez de a??es e servi?os para a perman?ncia ap?s o ingresso, insufici?ncia na forma??o inicial e continuada dos profissionais em educa??o inclusiva, entre outros. J? a avalia??o dos docentes sobre os impactos do trabalho do NAPNE evidenciou que este n?cleo tem papel indispens?vel na institui??o, por?m indicou falta de infraestrutura, insufici?ncia de forma??o, condi??es inadequadas de trabalho e outros fatores que limitam a atua??o do n?cleo. Conclui-se que somente aqueles alunos que se adaptam ?s condi??es existentes conseguem permanecer, o que denota condi??es de integra??o em detrimento da inclus?o. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2016. / INEP (National Institute of Educational Studies and Research) data show that from the total number of students with Special Educational Needs enrolled in regular education in 2013, it means, 648,921 students, 6.6% were in kindergarten, 77.8% in elementary school, 7.2% in high school, 7.8% in Youth and adult education and 0.3% in professional education. These data reveal the limited access of this public to the professional education and the possible existence of barriers to its permanence. Starting from this reality, this research had as a general goal to understand the policy of inclusion of People with Special Educational Needs in a Federal Institute of the North of Minas Gerais campus. The aim was to analyze the laws investigating the actions and conditions of execution of public policies destined for People with Special Educational Needs on the researched campus, to evaluate the inclusion actions adopted at the institution in the student perspective and to investigate the NAPNE's work impacts on the institution from the teacher evaluation. For this study, a qualitative research was made in study modality case. Five teachers and five NAPNE (Nucleus of assistance to people with special needs-NAPSN) professionals were interviewed and questionnaires were applied to the four students with Special Educational Needs in the selected unit. The collected data were treated through content analysis and indicated the mismatch between the actions foreseen in the legislations and in the PDI(Institutional development plan-IDP) and the conduct of their execution; the evaluation of actions from the students perspective indicated advances in the inclusion of People with Special Educational Needs as a quota system, disclosure and realization of accessible selective and entrance exam processes, but pointed to the actions and services scarcity for the post-stay joining, insufficiency in initial and continuing training of professionals in inclusive education, among others. On the other hand the evaluation of teachers on the impacts of NAPNE work showed that this nucleus has an indispensable role in the institution, but it indicated lack of infrastructure, lack of training, inadequate working conditions and other factors wich limit the nucleus performance. It was concluded that only those students who adapt to the existing conditions can remain, that denotes conditions of integration to the inclusion detriment. Para conduzir esta investiga??o, a metodologia utilizada envolveu a pesquisa qualitativa, tendo como procedimentos o estudo de caso, a pesquisa bibliogr?fica e a documental, al?m do instrumento metodol?gico da entrevista semiestruturada com os envolvidos no Projeto. O aporte te?rico desta pesquisa foi norteado por autores que abordam a tem?tica da educa??o integral/tempo integral como pol?tica p?blica, dentre eles: ARROYO (1998, 2000, 2006, 2012), CAVALIERE (2002, 2007), GUAR? (2006), MOLL (2004, 2009, 2012), MORAES (2013) e TEIXEIRA (1969, 1976, 1999). A discuss?o e a interpreta??o dos dados coletados foram realizadas mediante a an?lise de conte?do na perspectiva de Bardin (2011). Como resultado, este estudo concluiu que os projetos e programas relacionados ? educa??o integral nas escolas pesquisadas est?o em processo de implementa??o, mas ainda n?o est?o consolidados conforme as diretrizes estabelecidas pela SEE/MG. O tempo a mais nestas escolas, do PROETI ao PEI, ainda n?o significa mais tempo de uma outra educa??o, mas uma importante experi?ncia da amplia??o da jornada de perman?ncia di?ria dos alunos, tendo em vista o car?ter assistencialista desempenhado por estes projetos. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2017. / This research has as main objective to investigate the implantation of the School of Integral Time Project (PROETI) as a public policy in primary schools in Diamantina-MG, its trajectory, as well as to analyze if the "more time" in these schools re-signifies more time of another education, in the perception of the professionals involved in the Project. This study had as a temporary clipping the period from 2008 to 2016. In order to conduct this research, the methodology used involved qualitative research, having as procedures the case study, bibliographical and documentary research, besides the methodological instrument of the semi-structured interview with those involved in the Project. The theoretical contribution of this research was guided by authors who approach the theme of integral education / full time as public policy, among them: ARROYO (1998, 2000, 2006, 2012), CAVALIERE (2002, 2007), GUAR? (2006), MOLL (2004, 2009, 2012), MORAES (2013) and TEIXEIRA (1969, 1976, 1999). The discussion, as well as the interpretation of the data collected, were carried out through content analysis from the perspective of Bardin (2011). As a result, this study concluded that the projects and programs related to integral education in the schools surveyed are in the process of being implemented, but are not yet consolidated according to the guidelines established by the SEE / MG. The longer time in these schools, from PROETI to PEI, still does not mean more time for another education, but an important experience of extending the students' daily stay, in view of the assistentialist character played by these projects. It is estimated that the results of this research may contribute to reflections on the implementation and functioning of educational projects and programs with an increase in the daily school day, serving as subsidies for implantation in other schools, and especially, directing a closer look at the difficulties pointed out, as also for the possibilities of developing activities that really translate into more education, understood as integral education.

With the advent of the regulatory framework for science, technology and innovation (Law n? 13.243 / 2016), which amended the current innovation law (Law 10.973 / 2004), the so-called Scientific, Technological and Innovation Institutions (ICTs) in the case of the UFVJM, were challenged in order to establish their innovation policy, according to legally established goals and guidelines. In this perspective, this study has as general objective to propose considerations that can contribute to the debate with the university community aiming at perfecting the regulatory framework of the intellectual property policies and technological innovation of the UFVJM. In order to achieve this purpose, it was established as specific objectives to verify the compliance of the regulation of intellectual property policies and technological innovation of UFVJM with Law 10,973 / 2004 and discuss its relationship with the main issues addressed in the metajuridic scope of this work; and to evaluate the compatibility between the regulation of intellectual property policies and technological innovation of UFVJM with the needs of that university, based on the Institutional Development Plan - PDI of the institution. In this sense, methodologically, this research is descriptive, with a bibliographic and documentary bias, carried out in books, magazines, articles and internet pages. The bibliographical research, which bases this study, was developed with the contribution of several authors, mainly in the theoretical framework called Juridical and Metajuridic Scopes. On the other hand, documentary research was carried out with the foundation of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988, Law 9,279 / 1996, Law 9,394 / 1996, Law 10,973 / 2004, Law 17,348, of January 17, 2008 (Mining Law for Innovation), Determination of the Foundation for Support of Research of the State of Minas Gerais (Fapemig) n? 72, of August 13, 2013, Law n? 13.243 / 2016 and resolutions of the UFVJM. It was concluded by the need for the UFVJM to regulate its policy of intellectual property and technological innovation, in an integral form in a single document. It was also pointed out that the construction and regulation of such policies take into account the main needs of the UFVJM set forth in its Institutional Development Plan (IDP). Finally, it is recommended that the regulation of such policies seek to foster and consolidate the socioeconomic development of the UFVJM's region. Thus, it is expected that this work can contribute to the scientific, technological and intellectual development of this federal institution of higher education.

Em 2009 a Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri (UFVJM) adere ao REUNI e s?o criados tr?s institutos adotando o modelo interdisciplinar de ensino composto por tr?s ciclos, sendo o primeiro chamado de Bacharelados Interdisciplinares (BIs), o segundo composto por cursos profissionais em ?reas espec?ficas e o terceiro correspondendo a p?s-gradua??o. Ap?s concluir o primeiro ciclo, o estudante pode seguir para o segundo ciclo, prosseguir para o terceiro ciclo ou ir direto para o mercado de trabalho. Este novo modelo de ensino busca amenizar problemas como a evas?o, precocidade na escolha da carreira, e proporcionar ao aluno uma forma??o com uma vis?o mais ampla do mundo. O prop?sito da pesquisa foi analisar a evas?o nos BIs, Campus Diamantina, na forma??o do primeiro ciclo deste novo modelo de ensino, compreender os motivos que contribu?ram para a evas?o e apontar qual a percep??o discente sobre o funcionamento desta modalidade de ensino. Para a realiza??o do estudo foi aplicado um question?rio com cinquenta quest?es estruturadas e semiestruturadas com o objetivo de conhecer o perfil do aluno evadido e os motivos que o levaram a evadir. Outro question?rio com quinze quest?es foi aplicado aos docentes com o mesmo objetivo. Constatou-se diferen?as entre o perfil do aluno do Bacharelado em Ci?ncia e Tecnologia (BCT) que estuda per?odo integral e do Bacharelado em Humanidades (BHu) aluno do per?odo noturno. Durante a pesquisa observou-se que raz?es internas e externas podem estar relacionadas com os motivos que levaram os alunos a evadirem como a falta de infraestrutura, de assist?ncia estudantil da Universidade, falta de afinidade com o curso, dificuldades financeiras, incompatibilidade de hor?rio de trabalho com o estudo, entre outras quest?es. Observou-se tamb?m que ainda n?o houve uma varia??o nos ?ndices de evas?o esperado com esta nova modalidade de ensino, sendo as mesmas similares aos dos cursos tradicionais. Apesar da amplia??o das Universidades e da democratiza??o do ensino, a perman?ncia do aluno ainda n?o ? garantida. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2017. / In 2007, through the Decree N? 6,096, the Program to Support Restructuring and Expansion Plans of Federal Universities (REUNI) was created by the Lula government. REUNI's objectives include improving the quality of teaching by linking different levels, reducing dropout, and increasing student access and permanence in higher education. In 2009, the Federal University of Vouchers of Jequitinhonha and Mucuri (UFVJM) joins the REUNI and three institutes are created adopting the interdisciplinary model of education composed of three cycles, the first one being called Interdisciplinary Bachelor's (IBs), the second composed by professional courses in specific areas and the third corresponding to graduate studies. After completing the first cycle, the student can move on to the second cycle, move on to the third cycle or go straight to the job market. This new teaching model seeks to alleviate problems such as avoidance, precocity in career choice, and provide the student with training with a broader view of the world. The purpose of the research was to analyze the evasion in the BIs, Campus Diamantina, in the formation of the first cycle of this new model of education, to understand the reasons that contributed to the evasion and to point out the student perception about the functioning of this modality of education. To carry out the study, a questionnaire was applied with fifty questions structured and semi structured with the objective of knowing the profile of the student evaded and the reasons that led him to evade. Another questionnaire with fifteen questions was applied to teachers with the same objective. Differences were found between the profile of the student of the Bachelor of Science and Technology (BCT) who studies full-time and the Bachelor of Humanities (BHu) student of the night period. During the research it was observed that internal and external reasons may be related to the reasons that led the students to evade with the lack of infrastructure, university student assistance, lack of affinity with the course, financial difficulties, incompatibility of working hours with the study, among other issues. It was also observed that there was not yet a variation in the avoidance rates expected with this new modality of teaching, being the same similar to the traditional courses. Despite the expansion of universities and the democratization of education, the permanence of the student is not yet guaranteed. There is a need to implement public policies to reduce the problem.

Atrav?s da An?lise Documental, fez-se o exame das Atas da Reuni?o da C?mara de Vereadores que aprovou a Lei do PME de Espinosa/MG, dos textos de leis Federais, Estaduais e Municipais relacionados ao tema e de documentos produzidos pela Secretaria Municipal de Educa??o. As informa??es utilizadas nessa pesquisa constam da Constitui??o Federal de 1988, da Lei Federal n? 13.005, de 25 de junho de 2014, dos Documentos Orientadores emanados do Minist?rio da Educa??o inerentes ? formula??o dos Planos, dos sites oficiais desse Minist?rio, da Lei Municipal n? 1.568 ? Plano Municipal de Educa??o ?, da Lei Org?nica do Munic?pio de Espinosa e dos Atos Administrativos expedidos por este munic?pio. Por meio do Question?rio, obtivemos informa??es suplementares aos documentos citados, uma vez que a documenta??o de que se tinha ? disposi??o n?o garantiu o alcance dos objetivos aqui determinados. O Marco Te?rico foi constru?do a partir das publica??es de diversos estudiosos alinhados ?s tem?ticas do Planejamento Estrat?gico, Pol?ticas P?blicas, Sistema, Plano e Gest?o Municipal de Ensino, al?m de Democracia e Participa??o. No cap?tulo 2 h? a discuss?o do conceito de democracia e suas subdivis?es, demonstrando sua relev?ncia para a compreens?o do processo de participa??o social. Tal cap?tulo foi constru?do com base nos estudos de Bobbio (2015), Dallari (2010), Ferreira Filho (2010) e Nogueira (2005). No cap?tulo 3, ? discutido o conceito de planejamento governamental como uma modalidade de pol?tica p?blica, por se tratar de um conjunto de a??es articuladas e organizadas pelo poder p?blico com vistas ao atendimento da coletividade. Utilizou-se os trabalhos de Bruel (2010), Parente (2010), Ferreira (2015) e Bordignon (2013) para respaldar a discuss?o. Ao fim da disserta??o, nas considera??es finais, chegou-se a importantes conclus?es. Uma delas, em rela??o ?s etapas de elabora??o do Plano ? luz dos te?ricos, verifica-se que houve, na fase de constru??o, a observ?ncia quase que un?nime aos princ?pios defendidos por estudiosos do campo educacional. Enfatiza-se, por?m, um ponto que n?o foi observado pelo Munic?pio: a capacita??o e prepara??o dos membros da Comiss?o para lidar com a fun??o relevante de participar dos debates deste documento inestim?vel para a educa??o municipal. Sobre a participa??o da sociedade civil, o Question?rio demonstrou que houve uma t?mida participa??o popular na formula??o do Plano, demonstrando um trabalho quase limitado aos pr?prios membros da Comiss?o. N?o se conseguiu, contudo, responder ?s quest?es inerentes ? implementa??o e monitoramento das metas do PME. The general objective was to analyze the process of construction and implementation of the Municipal Education Plan of that city, besides discussing the legal foundations that support the formulation of a PME, identifying the stages of its elaboration, pointing out the strategies applied for the PME construction, and observing how the people participation was granted in the formulation of the Municipal Education Plan of the city.This research relies on the follow classification: regarding the approach, the research is qualitative, since its aim is investigate a relevant social process, at the same time it seeks to understand the behavior of the subjects that act upon this process; regarding its objectives, it is a descriptive research, for it maps the historical process of construction of a juridical-social planning, delineated by a specific social group; and regarding the procedures, the research is documental, for it evaluates and exams documents and official pieces that gave rise to the creation of the Municipal Education Plan of Espinosa. The tools applied for data gathering were Document Analysis and Questionnaire. Through Document Analysis, we have examined the Reports of the Meetings of Chamber of Councilors that has approved the Law of PME of Espinosa, of the text of the Federal, State and Municipal laws related to the theme and to the documents produced by the Municipal Education Secretary. The information used in this research consists of the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988, the Federal Law n? 13.005, in June, 25, 2014, of the Guiding Document emanated by the Education Ministry related to the Plan formulation, of the official sites of that Ministry, of the Municipal Law n. 1.568 ? Municipal Education Plan -, of the Organic Law of the city of Espinosa and the Administrative Acts expedited by this city. By means of the Questionnaire, we have gathered supplementary information about the afore mentioned documents, since the documentation to what we had access did not granted to reach the objectives determined here. The theoretical foundation was constructed upon the publication of several studies aligned the themes of Strategic Planning, Public Policies, System, Municipal Plan and Management, besides Democracy and Participation. In the second chapter we found the discussion of the concept of democracy and its subdivisions, demonstrating its relevancy for the understanding of the process of social participation. That chapter was constructed based upon the studies of Bobbio (2015), Dallari (2010), Ferreira Filho (2010) and Nogueira (2005). In the third chapter, we discuss the concept of government planning as a modality of public policy, for it is a set of articulated and organized actions by the public power aiming to serve the collectivity. We have used the works of Bruel (2010), Parente (2010), Ferreira (2015) and Bordignon (2013) to support the discussion. At the end of the master?s thesis, at the final consideration, we came to important conclusions. One of them, in relation the stages of the elaboration of the plan from the theorists? point of view, we found that there was, at the construction stage, the observation almost unanimous to the principles held by the scholars of educational field. We emphasize, though, one point that was not observed by the city: the training and preparation of the members of the Commission for dealing with the relevant function of participating of the debates of that invaluable document for municipal education. About the participation of civil society, the questionnaire proved that there was a timid people participation on the plan formulation, showing a work almost limited to the members of the commission themselves. We could not, though, to answer the question inherent to the implementation and monitoring of the goals of PME. We hope that, from the present work, other studies can be carried on in order to investigate the points that were not answered, or even that new ideas be revealed from here.

Os participantes foram 15 profissionais, m?dicos e enfermeiros, atuantes em servi?os da Estrat?gia Sa?de da Fam?lia da zona urbana do munic?pio. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas individuais, nas unidades de sa?de, em local reservado e em hor?rio previamente definido, entre maio e junho de 2017. Na organiza??o e an?lise dos dados, optou-se pela an?lise de conte?do, modalidade tem?tica. Os resultados evidenciaram oito categorias: 1- "O (des)conhecimento dos profissionais"; 2- "Detec??o precoce: Teste do Pezinho e eletroforese de hemoglobina"; 3- "Necessidade de capacita??o profissional"; 4- "Rede de Aten??o e Assist?ncia ? Sa?de do Usu?rio Portador de Anemia Falciforme"; 5- "Rede de cuidado"; 6- "Sistema de refer?nciamento e contrarrefer?ncia"; 7- "Agente Comunit?rio de Sa?de na aten??o a sa?de do usu?rio com Anemia Falciforme"; 8- "Orienta??o e acompanhamento familiar". Revelou-se um conhecimento limitado, restrito a um breve conceito e a alguns aspectos cl?nicos. Por se constituir em uma patologia cr?nica, ? fundamental que os profissionais de sa?de estejam devidamente capacitados para prestar assist?ncia adequada, com diagn?stico precoce e tratamento correto. Por?m, os profissionais revelaram uma situa??o inversa no presente estudo, uma vez que n?o ocorre um acompanhamento sistem?tico dos usu?rios e n?o h? integra??o no sistema de refer?ncia e contrarrefer?ncia. Tais profissionais atribuem a responsabilidade da aten??o ao usu?rio somente ao servi?o especializado. In Brazil it is an important public health problem. This study aimed to understand the health care of the user with Sickle Cell Anemia in the perception of the professionals of the Family Health Strategy of Diamantina (MG). It is an exploratory study, with a qualitative approach, the scenario was the Family Health Strategy of the city of Diamantina, Minas Gerais (Brazil). The participants were 15 professionals, doctors and nurses, who work in Family Health Strategy services in the urban area of the municipality. Individual semi-structured interviews were carried out in the health units, in a reserved place and at a predetermined time, between May and June 2017. In the organization and analysis of the data, we opted for content analysis, thematic modality. The results showed eight categories: 1- "The (dis) knowledge of the professionals"; 2- "Early detection: Pezinho test and hemoglobin electrophoresis"; 3- "Need for professional training"; 4- "Network of Attention and Health Care of the Patient with Sickle Cell Anemia"; 5- "Network of care"; 6- "System of reference and counter-reference"; 7- "Community Health Agent in the health care of the user with Sickle Cell Anemia"; 8- "Guidance and family accompaniment". A limited knowledge has been revealed, restricted to a brief concept and some clinical aspects. Because it is a chronic pathology, it is essential that health professionals are properly trained to provide adequate care, with early diagnosis and correct treatment. However, the professionals revealed an inverse situation in the present study, since there is no systematic monitoring of users and there is no integration in the reference and counter-referral system. Such professionals assign the responsibility of attention to the user only to the specialized service. An emphasis has been placed on the work of the community health agent in the care of the user affected by sickle cell anemia. However, care for people with sickle cell anemia should focus on multiprofessional and multidisciplinary action and should not be attributed or focused solely on a professional. Faced with this reality, it is necessary that healthcare professionals know the subject and are qualified to provide quality, holistic and equitable care. The deficiencies in the knowledge of the professionals of the Family Health Strategy indicate the need for training and permanent education in health. A well-organized, well-structured service network is needed whose services are qualified. It is concluded that the present study demonstrated that the assistance to users affected by sickle cell anemia, within the scope of the Family Health Strategy, requires advances to be of better quality. This is because professionals have insufficient knowledge about the disease and care assign responsibility for care to the community health agent and Hemominas, and there is no integration in the health care network between the Family Health Strategy service and Hemominas.
