Representações sociais e práticas de psicólogos no Programa DST/AIDS no Rio de Janeiro / Social representations and practices of psychologists in the STD / AIDS Program in Rio de Janeiro

Este trabalho está associado ao projeto de pesquisa As transformações do cuidado de saúde e enfermagem em tempo de AIDS: representações sociais e memórias de enfermeiros e profissionais de saúde no Brasil, coordenado pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Enfermagem da UERJ. Neste trabalho, foi feito um recorte do projeto original, tendo como objetivo fazer um levantamento das práticas desenvolvidas pelos psicólogos que atuam no Programa Nacional DST/AIDS, além de descrever e analisar o conteúdo das representações sociais dos psicólogos sobre o HIV/AIDS e sobre seus pacientes. A fundamentação teórica do trabalho consiste na Teoria das Representações Sociais, inaugurada por Serge Moscovici em 1961, e desenvolvida por outros autores desde então. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram doze psicólogos que trabalham em serviços de saúde que desenvolvem as ações do Programa Nacional DST/AIDS na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, em SAES e CTAS. A coleta de dados consistiu em duas etapas: a aplicação de questionários aos profissionais que trabalham no Programa Nacional DST/AIDS e realização de entrevista com alguns dos profissionais de saúde que responderam anteriormente ao questionário. Além das questões presentes no roteiro de entrevista comum a todos os profissionais de saúde, foram inseridas algumas questões relativas às práticas e à especificidade do trabalho do psicólogo nas equipes. Para a análise dos dados brutos obtidos através dos dois roteiros de entrevista, foi utilizada a técnica de análise de conteúdo temático-categorial, operacionalizada pelo software QRS NVivo. O resultado da análise do material discursivo ficou concentrado em seis categorias: 1) A memória do HIV/AIDS: o início da epidemia e sua construção social ao longo do tempo; 2) Mudanças e avanços em relação ao HIV/AIDS: conhecimento, cuidado, mentalidade e perfil dos pacientes; 3) O sistema de atendimento a pacientes com HIV/AIDS: práticas comuns e dificuldades vividas pelos profissionais de saúde; 4) A atuação dos psicólogos com pacientes HIV/AIDS: suas práticas, dificuldades e percepções; 5) Os desafios de se viver com o HIV/AIDS: adesão ao tratamento e discriminação; 6) Políticas governamentais, sociais e institucionais para o HIV/AIDS: desafios e questões epidemiológicas. As representações das psicólogas a respeito do HIV/AIDS contêm alguns elementos compartilhados com a população geral no passado, como a ideia de grupos de risco, mortalidade e culpabilização dos pacientes, mas também apresentam elementos que foram incorporados por conta de sua prática profissional, como a melhoria na qualidade de vida dos pacientes, a AIDS como uma doença crônica e a mudança de perfil dos pacientes. Em suas práticas, embora reconheçam algumas particularidades nos pacientes com HIV/AIDS, as psicólogas não reconhecem nestas particularidades uma necessidade de atendimento diferenciado a esses pacientes. / This study is associated with the research project The changes in health care and nursing in times of AIDS: social representations and memories of nurses and health professionals in Brazil, coordinated by the Postgraduate Program in Nursing from UERJ. In this study, a part of the original project was selected, in order to investigate the practices developed by psychologists at the National STD / AIDS Program and to describe and analyze social representations content of psychologists about HIV / AIDS and their patients. The study is based on the social representations theory, inaugurated by Serge Moscovici in 1961, and developed by others since. Participated in the study twelve psychologists from health services that develops the actions of the National STD / AIDS Program in the city of Rio de Janeiro at SAES and CTAS. The data collection consisted in two stages: the application of questionnaires to professionals working in the National STD / AIDS Program and an interview with some of the health professionals who answered previously the questionnaire. Beyond the questions present in the interview guide common to all health professionals, some questions about the practices and the specificity of psychologists work were inserted. With regard to the data analysis, the thematic and categorical content analysis technique and performed through the software QRS NVivo, was adopted. The analysis result of discursive material was concentrated into six categories: 1) The memory of HIV / AIDS: the beginning of the epidemic and its social construction over time; 2) Changes and progress in HIV / AIDS: knowledge, care, mentality and patient profiles; 3) The system of care for patients with HIV / AIDS: common practices and difficulties experienced by health professionals; 4) The procedure of psychologists with HIV / AIDS patients: their practices, difficulties and perceptions; 5) The challenges of living with HIV / AIDS: treatment adherence and discrimination; 6) Government policies, social and institutional for HIV / AIDS: challenges and epidemiological matters. The psychologists representations about HIV / AIDS have some elements shared with the general population in the past, like the idea of risk groups, mortality and culpability of patients, but also have elements that were incorporated because of their professional practices such as improvement in patients life quality, AIDS as a chronic disease and the change of patients profile. In their practices, although they recognize some peculiarities in patients with HIV / AIDS, the psychologists do not recognize on these peculiarities a necessity for distinguished service to these patients.

Psicologia e educação : o perfil da atuação dos psicólogos(as) nas escolas em Aracaju

This research aims to investigate and verify the performance of psychologists (as) in education in Aracaju. Considering the great importance of "school" is in our society and observing the different possibilities of performance of School and Educational Psychology assisting in all its processes and stages that make up the school, it is important to contribute to a better understanding of the reality of psychologists (as) working in Aracaju / SE school system, as well as a better understanding of the role of these professionals facing the demands existing in the education sector, offering this thematic context of the data in the municipality of Aracaju. The study is based on a qualitative approach, through a bibliographic and exploratory procedure. Interviews were conducted with six psychologists (as), and applied questionnaires twenty-six psychologists who work in the area of School and Educational Psychology found at Aracaju. The results realized that training for operations in the areas is still very basic and all professionals make complementary skills training; that professionals can encompass a variety of possibilities and issues in performance in School and Educational Psychology and showed a good and extensive knowledge of the area. We hope with this research contribute to the construction of understandings of psychology in the field of education in the municipality of Aracaju, mapping their practices and content, and to stimulate new discussions, new research, new possibilities and practices. / Esta pesquisa visa investigar e verificar a atuação dos psicólogos(as) na educação em Aracaju. Considerando a grande importância que a “escola” representa em nossa sociedade e observando as diversas possibilidades da atuação da Psicologia Escolar e Educacional auxiliando em todos os seus processos e fases que compõem a escola, torna-se importante contribuir com um melhor conhecimento da realidade dos psicólogos (as) que atuam na rede de ensino de Aracaju/SE, bem como um melhor entendimento sobre a atuação destes profissionais frente às demandas existentes no âmbito educacional, oferecendo dados da conjuntura dessa temática no município de Aracaju. O estudo fundamenta-se na abordagem qualitativa, passando por um procedimento bibliográfico e exploratório. Foram realizadas entrevistas com seis psicólogos (as), e aplicado questionários com vinte e seis psicólogos que trabalham na área da Psicologia Escolar e Educacional encontrados em Aracaju. Nos resultados percebemos que a formação para a atuação na áreas ainda é bem básica e todos os profissionais fazem especializações complementares a formação; que os profissionais conseguem abarcar uma variedade de possibilidades e temas na atuação em Psicologia Escolar e Educacional e que demonstraram um bom e amplo conhecimento da área. Esperamos com essa pesquisa contribuir para a construção de entendimentos acerca da Psicologia no campo da Educação no município de Aracaju, mapeando suas práticas e conteúdo, bem como fomentar novas discussões, novas pesquisas, novas possibilidades e fazeres.

Práticas dos trabalhadores de saúde na comunidade nos modelos de atenção básica do sul e nordeste do Brasil

This study aims to determine prevalence of ABS workers participation in community health practices. In 2005 a cross-sectional study was carried out comprising 3,743 workers of 240 Basic Health Units (BHU) and the study was about Family Health Program (PSF) and Traditional assistance models in 41 municipalities with more than hundred thousand inhabitants from South and Northeast, Brazil. The prevalence of workers participation in community activities was 62.7% (95% CI 61.1 to 64.3) and 57.7% in South and 65.9% in Northeast. Related to the assistance model, the prevalence was 35.0% in Traditional UBS and 65.0% in PSF. Variables associated with greater participation in the community activities were sex, age, education, linking the career plan, other job than the current one at UBS, training in the management of chronic diseases, use of protocols, satisfaction with community meetings and linking of education with UBS. When stratifying according to the areas and the model of health assistance, several associations were identified. The results show that in Northeast and Family Health Program there was higher participation in activities outside of UBS, reaffirming the expectations of the historical context of the reorganization on the ABS in the Public Health System, that was stimulated as much for the positive experience of the Program of the Communitarian Agents oh the health how much for the necessity to extend the access to the system for excluded population in northeast region. Even so it was observed that there is a need to expand the workers participation in community regardless of assistance model, considering that ABS is the level of care that makes possible the construction of practices based on the context of the life people. / A Atenção Básica à Saúde (ABS) caracteriza-se por um conjunto de ações no âmbito individual e coletivo, realizadas por equipes multiprofissionais, que visam à promoção e proteção da saúde, a prevenção de agravos, o diagnóstico, o tratamento, a reabilitação e a manutenção da saúde. O objetivo do estudo foi verificar a prevalência de participação dos trabalhadores da ABS em práticas de saúde na comunidade. Em 2005 foi realizado um estudo transversal com 3.743 trabalhadores de 240 Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBS) dos modelos de atenção Tradicional e PSF, em 41 municípios com mais de 100 mil habitantes das regiões Sul e Nordeste do Brasil. A prevalência de participação dos trabalhadores em atividades na comunidade foi de 62,7% , sendo 57,7% no Sul e 65,9% no Nordeste. Em relação ao modelo, a prevalência foi de 35,0% nas UBS Tradicionais e de 65,0% no PSF. As variáveis associadas com maior participação em ações na comunidade foram sexo, idade, escolaridade, vinculação a plano de carreira, outro emprego além do atual na UBS, capacitação no manejo de doenças crônicas, utilização de protocolos, satisfação com reuniões comunitárias e vinculação da UBS com o ensino. Na estratificação de acordo com as regiões e o modelo de atenção, identificaram-se diferentes associações. Os resultados mostram que na região Nordeste e no PSF houve maior participação em atividades fora da UBS reafirmando as expectativas do contexto histórico da reorganização da ABS no Sistema Único de Saúde que foi impulsionada tanto pela experiência positiva do Programa de Agentes Comunitários de Saúde quanto pela necessidade de ampliar o acesso ao sistema para populações excluídas no Nordeste. Mesmo assim é necessário ampliar a participação dos trabalhadores junto à comunidade independente do modelo de atenção, considerando que a ABS é o nível de atenção que possibilita a construção de práticas fundamentadas no contexto de vida das pessoas.

L’introduction d'outils numériques dans les offices de tourisme : Énonciations spatiales et pratiques des conseillers / Insertion of digital equipment in tourist offices : spatial enunciations and counsellors’ practices

L’émergence d’un contexte concurrentiel fort entre les destinations amène les offices de tourisme à se démarquer pour gagner leur place de dispositifs communicationnels d’informations touristiques. Ce mémoire de thèse défend l’idée que les stratégies spatio-communicationnelles mises en œuvre au sein des offices de tourisme équipés d’outils numériques jouent un rôle déterminant sur les pratiques des conseillers en séjour. Ces stratégies mettent en scène dans l’espace les quatre composants fondamentaux d’un office de tourisme : le territoire, le savoir, la relation aux usagers et les outils numériques. L’étude de ces composants et de leur organisation dans l’espace, selon une approche qui se place du côté de la production, fait ressortir trois types idéaux de stratégies spatio-communicationnelles : la séduction, la promotion et la revendication d’identité. Enfin, les analyses des pratiques des conseillers en séjour (à partir de leur observation et d’entretiens rétrospectifs) démontrent une mutation des métiers liée à ces stratégies : les pratiques des conseillers, induites par l’espace, les transforment alors en ambassadeurs du territoire auprès des usagers, en experts de l’offre touristique, ou encore en médiateurs numériques. Dès lors, l’énonciation spatiale désigne l’ensemble des tactiques ou stratégies élaborées à partir de relations spatialisées qui conditionnent la communication. / The emergence of a strong competitive environment between destinations compels tourist offices to stand out from one another so as to carry out their role of tourist information communication agencies. The present thesis argues that the spatio-communicational strategies implemented with digital equipment by tourist offices have a major impact on counselors’ guidelines for a trip. These strategies reproduce spatially the four basic components of a tourist office: territory, knowledge, customer relation, and digital tools. The study of these components and their spatial translation, especially in regard to their production, highlights three ideal types of spatio-communicational strategies: enticement, promotion and the claiming of identity. Lastly, the analysis of counsellors’ practices induced by space (as evidenced by their observations and retrospective testimonies) reveals a mutation of mission statements: influenced by spatial factors, counselors turn into ambassadors of the territory, experts of tourist happenings, or even digital mediators in their dealings with customers. Therefore, spatial enunciation has referred to all the possible techniques and strategies derived from spatialized relationships affecting communication.

L'évaluation des pratiques professionnelles (EPP) est venue compléter les dispositifs de formation continue depuis la loi « Hôpital Patient Santé Territoire » de 2009. La question s'est alors posée de la contribution de l'évaluation des pratiques professionnelles au développement professionnel continu (DPC) en Odontologie. Répondre à cette interrogation nécessite de s'interroger sur la définition du développement professionnel continu. Ce travail de recherche aborde une réflexion double : - sur les fondements théoriques et les implications pédagogiques d'une visée réflexive de l'Évaluation des Pratiques Professionnelles en odontologie dans une perspective de développement professionnel continu ; - sur les enjeux éthiques induits dans la construction des projets pédagogiques. La loi de 2009 inscrit le développement professionnel en tant que dispositif de formation. Or en recherche pédagogique, le développement professionnel s'inscrit dans une perspective de développement des compétences et de construction identitaire du professionnel. Le mouvement pédagogique de professionnalisation de la formation en santé fait mention de compétences attendues et de pratiques réflexives. Dans les débats théoriques et politiques, il est peu question de définition de l'évaluation au-delà des exercices de qualification de « l'acte professionnel », et encore moins d'une réflexion sur la dimension éthique des démarches d'évaluation dans le processus de professionnalisation. L'absence de cadres théoriques stabilisés a conduit à une méthodologie de recherche de type inductive: un volet théorique fondé sur une stratégie d'analyse des écrits théoriques, et un volet exploratoire auprès des responsables pédagogiques de formation initiale et continue en odontologie. La synthèse des deux volets, en dépassant l'opposition théorie et pratique, suggère une relecture de la visée réflexive de l'évaluation des pratiques professionnelles, et replace la complexité d'un processus de questionnement de l'agir professionnel dans l'exercice de la normativité médicale. / With the "Hospital, Patients, Health and Territories" (HPST) Act of 2009, the Evaluation of Professional Practices (EPP) has supplemented the continuing education program. It has since become important to question the contribution of the evaluation of professional practices in Continuing Professional Development (CPD), particularly in the field of Dentistry. However answering this question requires us to define continuing professional development. This research tackles two complementary aspects: first, the theoretical and pedagogical implications behind the Evaluation of Professional Practices in dentistry in a continuing professional development perspective; - and, second, the ethical issues implied in the construction of educational projects. The 2009 legislation considers professional development as a training mechanism. In educational research, however, professional development is understood as part of building the identity and skills set of the professional, whereas expected skills and reflective practices are linked to the movement of professionalization in health education. In theoretical and political debates, the notion of evaluation is overlooked or restrained to the "professional act", as well as any reflection on the ethical dimension of the evaluation procedures during the process of professionalization. The lack of established theoretical frameworks has led to an inductive type of research: a theoretical part based on analysis of theoretical writings, and an exploratory component among education officials in charge of initial and continuing education in dentistry. The synthesis of these two parts, beyond the opposition of theory and practice, suggests that a fresh look is needed in relation to the evaluation of professional practices and reflective practice, and puts the complexity of the process of questioning the professional action at the heart of the exercise of medical normativity.

En primer lugar, para la elaboración del proyecto de investigación se identificó una segmentación que nos permitió determinar nuestro público objetivo de manera efectiva. Después, mediante los experimentos realizados se pudo conocer todas las características más importantes de los consumidores, así como el precio mediante el Concierge. In order to produce and elaborate an innovative and quality product, we had the collaboration of experts in the interviews that helped us to use the correct inputs with the adequate procedures for the elaboration of the new product. First of all, for the elaboration of the research project, a segmentation was identified that allowed us to determine our target audience in an effective way. Then, through the experiments conducted, we were able to know all the most important characteristics of the consumers, as well as the price through the concierge. Secondly, to offer security to customers and they can consider us a serious company in the market, we opted for the development of a website with domain and own hosting, which provides information about the product, as well as the price, promotions, online payment through Yape or Plin, physical point of sale and a direct link to our social networks like Facebook and Instagram. Cette recherche de thèse propose un travail pluridisciplinaire d’épistémologie de la clinique et d’analyse socio historique de l’émergence et de l’organisation des formes de prise en charge des femmes qui présentent des troubles psychopathologiques et de leur bébé pendant la période périnatale, des conduites thérapeutiques préconisées et des dispositifs de soins mis en place à cette période. Une attention particulière a été portée aux idées, concepts et processus qui ont façonné cette offre de soins récente. L’objet de la recherche se situe donc à l’intersection d’une réflexion clinique (scientifique), institutionnelle (prévention précoce) et organisationnelle (travail en réseau). Prenant la psychologie clinique en actes comme sujet d’étude, il se fonde sur un cadre méthodologique approprié pour produire et analyser une généalogie de savoirs et d’interventions ainsi que des données inédites sur ce que nous appellerons : l’invention, la fabrique d’un nouveau champ intellectuel et de pratiques cliniques qui s’est constitué comme une innovation organisationnelle autour de la prise en charge des vulnérabilités psychiques maternelles pendant la période périnatale. / This thesis proposes a multidisciplinary epistemology of the clinic and a socio-historical analysis of the emergence and organization of forms of care for women who present psychopathological disorders and their baby during the perinatal period, professional therapeutic response, and the care arrangements put in place during this period. Particular attention is paid to the ideas, concepts and processes that shape this novel provision of care. The object of this research rests, therefore, at the intersection of clinical (scientific), institutional (early prevention) and organizational (networking) axes. Taking clinical psychology into action as a subject of study, it is based on grounded theory and discourse analysis to produce and analyze a genealogy of knowledge and intervention as well as new data on what we call: the invention, the creation of a new intellectual field and clinical practice that has been constituted as an innovative organizational structure around the management of maternal psychic vulnerabilities during the perinatal period.

El presente proyecto es una plataforma web llamada “Uhired” para jóvenes entre 18 – 30 años que cuenten con estudios profesionales y/o técnicos. La finalidad de la plataforma es poder conectar a jóvenes con profesionales para que accedan a simulaciones de entrevistas laborales reales y puedan recibir un feedback personalizado. En base a la investigación realizada, se identificaron una serie de factores que influyen en el desempeño de los jóvenes en los procesos de selección a un puesto laboral, especialmente en aquellos que se encuentran en búsqueda de sus primeras prácticas profesionales. Dentro de los factores identificados se encontraron: la falta de recursos para que los jóvenes puedan prepararse de manera adecuada para rendir una entrevista en el sector laboral, la fuerte competencia en el ámbito laboral y la ausencia de una retroalimentación adecuada al postulante. Asimismo, se realizaron diversos experimentos en redes sociales y mediante un Landing page para poder identificar la intención de compra de los usuarios potenciales. Mediante diversas publicaciones, recomendaciones y videos se obtuvo los datos necesarios para llevar a cabo la proyección de ventas del proyecto. Además, se realizó un prototipo de la plataforma y se entrevistaron a diversos potenciales usuarios y profesionales. Como siguiente paso ya con los resultados de los experimentos, se elaboró el plan estratégico, plan de marketing, operativo, de recursos humanos y el plan financiero. En ellos, se encuentran detallados los factores necesarios para evaluar la viabilidad del proyecto. / This project is a web platform called "Uhired" for young adults between 18 - 30 years old who have professional or technical studies. The purpose is to connect students with professionals so they can access to simulations of real job interviews and receive personalized feedback. Based on the research carried out, a series of factors were identified that influence the students' performance in a recruitment and selection process, especially in those who are seeking their first internship. Among the factors identified were the lack of resources for students to prepare effectively to take a job interview, strong competition in some fields and the lack of a personalized feedback. Likewise, some experiments were carried out on social media and through a landing page to be able to identify the purchase intention from our potential users. Through various posts, recommendations, and videos the required data to carry out a sales projection of the project was obtained. In addition, a prototype of the platform was made, and various potential users and professionals were interviewed. As a next step, with the results of the experiments, the strategic plan, marketing plan, operational plan, human resources plan, and financial plan were drawn up.
