Sa?de (RAS) com a finalidade de criar, ampliar e articular os pontos de aten??o ? sa?de para pessoas com sofrimento ou transtorno mental e com necessidades decorrentes do uso de crack, ?lcool e outras drogas. Neste sentido, o funcionamento desta rede depender? da articula??o dos trabalhadores com outros que est?o inseridos nos diversos espa?os, bem como na comunidade. O presente estudo buscou analisar a RAPS do munic?pio de Diamantina, estado de Minas Gerais e sua funcionalidade. Trata-se de uma pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa que utilizou como recurso metodol?gico a Hist?ria Oral. Entrevistou-se os coordenadores e/ou colaboradores dos componentes da RAPS pactuados no munic?pio. A coleta de dados foi baseada com a pergunta norteadora: Relate como o servi?o em que voc? trabalha desempenha com outros servi?os da rede, a??es de assist?ncia ao usu?rio da sa?de mental? Os dados coletados foram transcritos e constitu?ram em material de an?lise de conte?do, originando-se assim tr?s eixos tem?ticos: 1) ?Rede existe, mas fragmentada?, resultando das subcategorias: os servi?os n?o se comunicam e aus?ncia de um sistema de governan?a; 2) ?Dificuldade de a??es de sa?de mental na APS? como consequ?ncia de aus?ncia de apoio matricial e triagem inadequada; 3) ?Acolhimento do usu?rio?, decorrentes das subcategorias car?ncia de recursos humanos e demanda excessiva de usu?rios. Os resultados desta investiga??o permitiram identificar aspectos que podem favorecer a consolida??o da RAPS, assim como, os seus principais desafios. A constru??o de redes apresentou-se como uma tarefa complexa, fazendo-se necess?rio, para sua consolida??o a??es em conex?o com outros servi?os e atores. Programa de P?s-gradua??o em Ensino em Sa?de, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2017. / The Psychosocial Care Network (PCN) is one of the indispensable networks of care in the Health Care Networks (HCN) in order to create, expand and articulate the points of health care for people in pain or with mental disorder because of crack, alcohol and other drugs abuse. Thus, the operation of this network will depend on the articulation between workers with others inserted in the different fields, as well as in the community. In this work a description of PCN of Diamantina city in the state of Minas Gerais ? Brazil and its functionality were evaluated. It is a qualitative research with Oral History as methodology. The coordinators and/or collaborators of the PCN components agreed in the municipality were interviewed. Data collection was based on the guiding question: Relate how the service you work plays with other services of the network actions of assistance to the user of mental health? The collected data were transcribed and were constituted in material of content analysis, leading to three thematic axes: 1) the network exists, but it is fragmented. The interviewees consider that the lack of communication, absence of a system of governance and regulation can be a fragmentation factor; 2) difficulty of mental health actions in PHC was identified as a consequence of inadequate screening and absence of matricial support and; 3) incomplete crew and excessive demand of users are pointed as impediments of accessibility and resolution of actions. The results of this investigation allowed the identification of possible aspects that support the consolidation of PCN, as well as its main challenges. The construction of networks is a complex task, and actions in connection with other services and actors are necessary for its consolidation. It is of fundamental importance to insure that the care that the professionals of this network understand its purposes and functionalities. Therefore, it will be through interdisciplinary action that the Psychosocial Support Network will build articulation strategies that promote the strengthening of care and health production.

A an?lise foi feita em tr?s experi?ncias distintas, em Ara?atuba (SP), Belo Horizonte (MG) e Curitiba (PR), tendo como base a an?lise documental e entrevistas com informantes-chave. Em Ara?atuba ainda ? mantido um modelo de corte tradicional, com um sistema de assist?ncia a escolares e uma rede b?sica com prioridade para a faixa et?ria de 0 a 18 anos e de gestantes. Apesar de contar com uma rede de servi?os que permitiria ampla cobertura, ainda mant?m, para a popula??o adulta, somente atendimento emergencial. Em Belo Horizonte, alguns avan?os foram obtidos a partir do in?cio dos anos 1990, com uma reestrutura??o dos servi?os com base numa rede regionalizada e hierarquizada e uma invers?o no modelo assistencial, antes centrado na assist?ncia a escolares. O munic?pio de Curitiba implantou, a partir de 1995, um modelo de Sa?de da Fam?lia com a??es de Sa?de Bucal e vem mantendo, desde a d?cada de 1980, a proposta de um modelo territorializado. O que pudemos apreender, a partir das discuss?es colocadas ao longo deste trabalho, ? que as iniciativas que, minimamente, apontaram para modelos mais universais e eq?itativos o fizeram como parte de uma estrat?gia ampla, n?o restrita ao setor odontol?gico, que aliou vontade pol?tica e capacidade t?cnica ______________________________________________ABSTRACT The aim of this work was to analyse some experiences of organization of demand for oral health in municipal health care models. The center of discussion was the incorporation of National Health System principles, i.e., universality and integrality of care and the equity in access of health services by the oral health care system. The study was carried out in three different municipalities: Ara?atuba (SP), Belo Horizonte (MG) and Curitiba (PR). The method used was the analyse of papers and interview with staff. Ara?atuba maintain a traditional model yet, with a school-based oral health care system and another system where the priority is children and adolescent (0-18 years old) and pregnants. Despite of its structure of services, the adult population receive only emergencial treatment. Belo Horizonte has changed oral health services at early 1990?s, implanting sanitary disctrict system and an inversion of oral health care system, that was school-based. Curitiba implanted, at 1995, a Family Health Care Service, where oral health care has been included. Besides, since 1980?s has been maintained a sanitary district system. After discussion of the results, we concluded that the municipalities where, at the least, implanted universal oral health care systems, worked with a global estrategy, not restricted to oral health, and combined political involvement with technical capacity

Thus, a descriptive and correlational study, with qualitative and quantitative approaches, of thirty-seven restaurants that are located in areas that compose the tourism corridor of Natal was undertaken. To collect the quantitative dada, the Organizational Culture Evaluation instrument of Cameron and Quinn (2006) was applied and the SERVPERF instrument of Cronin and Taylor (1992) was used to measure the quality of the services. The results suggest that the Clan and Innovation Cultures are associated with better levels of quality of services than those of the Market and Hierarchy Cultures. The relationships that were identified in this study are consistent with results found in other studies and the information reported here can serve as a basis for managers of the restaurant sector to reach excellence in their services, satisfying their customers and contributing to maintaining the tourism sector / O presente trabalho visa a descrever as caracter?sticas e peculiaridades da rela??o entre cultura organizacional e qualidade dos servi?os tur?sticos, especificamente no setor de restaurantes, na tentativa de contribuir para a manuten??o da atividade tur?stica na cidade de Natal/RN. Para tanto, realizou-se um estudo descritivo e correlacional, com uma abordagem quali-quantitativa, em trinta e sete restaurantes localizados nas ?reas que comp?em o corredor tur?stico de Natal. Para coletar os dados quantitativos da pesquisa, utilizaram-se o Instrumento de Avalia??o da Cultura Organizacional de Cameron e Quinn (2006) e o instrumento SERVPERF de mensura??o da qualidade dos servi?os, de Cronin e Taylor (1992). Os resultados sugerem que as Culturas Cl? e Inovativa, est?o associadas a melhores n?veis de qualidade dos servi?os que as Culturas Mercado e Hier?rquica. For that, the dramma or role play perspective has been adopted as a model for service management. From the theater metaphor, the physical environment and its components can be seen as a scenery of the service show. We conduct the reader to notice the importance of the consummer about the service quality demand and its influence on his satisfaction. A methodology with exploring and qualifying nature has been adopted by using the analyses of content technique in interviews applied to hotel managers lebeled as having 4 and 5 stars in the State, trying to check how impression management takes place, identifying impression management tools used in relation to the physical evidences and to contacting people, as well as checking managers views in the survey about the use of impression management for client satisfaction make. The information revealed that managers, maybe for being unaware about impression management theory, haven t considered neither the physical evidences yet, nor contacting people as marketing tools. About the physical evidences, we could see that hotels take actions in a pulverized way referring to environment decoration and colors, however there isn t a global usage of physical evidences to highlight the service. Contacting people by their turn, receive better importance and attention. It was possible to make sure that managers are aware about the influence of the employee over the attendance quality. This way, we may come into a conclusion that impression management at Paraiba hotels has been under used, as long as managers seem to be, most times, turned to actions related to contacting people, not having realized the planning importance and national-wide use of service scenery in a genaral way yet / O presente estudo aborda a compreens?o de como o gerenciamento de impress?es est? sendo utilizado pelos hot?is na Para?ba. Para tanto, adotou-se a perspectiva dramat?rgica como modelo de administra??o de servi?os. A partir da met?fora teatral, o ambiente f?sico e seus componentes podem ser vistos como o cen?rio do show de servi?os. Conduz-se o leitor a perceber a import?ncia do consumidor acerca da qualidade da oferta de servi?os e sua influ?ncia na satisfa??o do mesmo. Foi adotada uma metodologia de natureza explorat?ria e qualitativa, tendo sido utilizada a t?cnica de an?lise de conte?do em entrevistas aplicadas aos gestores dos hot?is classificados como de 4 e 5 estrelas do Estado, buscando analisar como se d? o gerenciamento de impress?es, identificar as ferramentas de gerenciamento de impress?es utilizadas relacionadas ?s evid?ncias f?sicas e ?s pessoas de contato, assim como mapear a vis?o dos gestores pesquisados acerca da utiliza??o do gerenciamento de impress?es para a gera??o de satisfa??o dos clientes. Os dados revelaram que os gestores, talvez por n?o terem conhecimento da teoria do gerenciamento de impress?es, ainda n?o consideram as evid?ncias f?sicas e as pessoas de contato como ferramentas mercadol?gicas. Quanto ?s evid?ncias f?sicas foi constatado que os hot?is praticam a??es de forma pulverizada no que diz respeito ? decora??o e cores do ambiente, por?m n?o h? um aproveitamento global das evid?ncias f?sicas para tangibilizar o servi?o. Estudo descritivo com abordagem quanti-qualitativa, realizado em 30 CAPS do interior do RN, onde 183 profissionais dos servi?os responderam a um question?rio estruturado com quest?es fechadas a respeito do trabalho que desenvolvem no atendimento individual; e 19 coordenadores de sa?de mental dos munic?pios e o coordenador estadual da RAPS foram entrevistados a respeito do seu conhecimento sobre a Pol?tica de Sa?de Mental. Coletou-se os dados ap?s aprova??o do Comit? de ?tica e Pesquisa da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, sob o parecer n? 508.430 CAAE: 25851913.7.0000.5537, nos meses de agosto a outubro de 2014 nos 26 munic?pios do interior do Estado que disp?em de CAPS. Os dados quantitativos foram tabulados e analisados pela estat?stica descritiva com o aux?lio do software Statistical Package for the Social Scienses (SPSS) vers?o 20.0, enquanto os dados qualitativos foram preparados em um corpus e analisados com o aux?lio do software Analyse Lexicale par Contexte d?um Ensemble de Segments de Texte (ALCESTE) que permite realizar an?lises estat?sticas textuais e categoriza??o das falas dos sujeitos, submetidos a an?lise de conte?do de Bardin. Cinco categorias foram geradas com enfoques no conhecimento dos gestores, denominadas: De volta ? sociedade: protagonismo e autonomia dos usu?rios; Distanciamento entre a pol?tica e a pr?tica; Entraves que afetam o servi?o; Estrutura??o da Rede de Aten??o Psicossocial; Equipe multiprofissional: atribui??es e atividades. As idades dos profissionais dos CAPS variaram de 20 a 58 anos, com preval?ncia do sexo feminino, com 76,5% do total, destaca-se em sua maioria de assistentes sociais (16,8%), psic?logos (15,3%), enfermeiros (14,8%) e t?cnicos de enfermagem (14,8%). Evidenciou-se precariza??o na assist?ncia no que diz respeito a elevada carga hor?ria de trabalho e dos baixos sal?rios dos profissionais dos CAPS e p?de-se observar grande envolvimento dos profissionais na assist?ncia, mesmo diante das dificuldades encontradas nos servi?os. Constatou-se pouco conhecimento dos gestores a respeito da Pol?tica Nacional de Sa?de Mental tendo como causas dessa realidade a m? forma??o e capacita??o desses profissionais. A resposta dos profissionais que trabalham na assist?ncia revela uma maior coer?ncia com o que se espera de um servi?o de aten??o psicossocial. Aponta-se como tese deste estudo que a Reforma Psiqui?trica e a Pol?tica de Sa?de Mental no Rio Grande do Norte caminham num processo de expans?o estrutural, por?m com precariza??o dos servi?os a partir de uma gest?o ainda despreparada para atuar num contexto psicossocial. / This study arose from an interest in knowing the reality of mental health care in Rio Grande do Norte (RN) on the advances and challenges in the intersectoral agreements paths and consolidation of the Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS) from the state. Considering problematic and concerns were defined as objectives: Identify the knowledge of managers of Rio Grande do Norte on the National Mental Health Policy (PNSM) in the RN State; Describe the activities developed by health professionals in the individual service offered in the CAPS from RN; Understanding the relationship of managers? knowledge on national mental health policy in professionals? practice working in the the CAPS from the countryside. It is a descriptive study with a quantitative and qualitative approach, carried out in 30 CAPS from RN?s countryside, where 183 professionals answered a structured questionnaire with closed questions about the activities they do in individual care; and 19 mental health coordinators of municipalities and the state coordinator of RAPS were interviewed about their knowledge on the Mental Health Policy. Data were collected after approval by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, with the number 508.430 CAAE: 25851913.7.0000.5537 from August through October of 2014 in 26 municipalities with CAPS from the state. Quantitative data were tabulated and analyzed using a descriptive statistics aided by the software Statistical Package for the Social Scienses (SPSS) version 20.0. The qualitative data were prepared in a corpus and analyzed through software Analyse Lexicale par Contexte d?um Ensemble de Segments de Texte (ALCESTE) that allow to perform textual statistical analysis and categorization from their comments, submitted to Bardin content analysis. Five categories were generated approaching the managers? knowledge, namely: Back to society: leadership and users? role and autonomy; The gap between policy and practice; Barriers that affect the service; Structuring the Psychosocial Care Network; Multidisciplinary team: attribuitios and activities. The CAPS professionals? ages ranged from 20 to 58 years, prevailing females, with 76.5% of the total, the majority were social workers (16.8%), psychologists (15.3%), nurses (14.8%) and nursing technicians (14.8%). The results showed precariousness in care associated with physical workload regard to high workload and low wages of the CAPS professionals' and, also, it was possible to observe a large involvement of professionals in care delivery, despite the difficulties encountered in services. It was found little knowledge in managers regarding the National Mental Health Policy having as causes of this reality the poor education and training of these professionals. The responses of professionals working in care reveals strong consistency with what is expected of a psychosocial care service. Points up as a thesis of this study that the psychiatric reform and mental health policy in Rio Grande do Norte is following a structural expansion process, but with precariousness of services from a still unprepared management to act in a psychosocial context.

Com a diminui??o progressiva dos leitos manicomiais, associada a uma s?rie de problemas estruturais nos servi?os de sa?de, tem sido cada vez mais frequente a ocorr?ncia de crises fora do ambiente hospitalar, dando ? fam?lia importante papel terap?utico. Diante deste cen?rio, urge a necessidade de compreender a constru??o social do atendimento ?s emerg?ncias psiqui?tricas, identificando os significados atribu?dos pelos familiares aos seus aspectos constitutivos. O presente estudo busca responder ? seguinte quest?o de pesquisa: quais as representa??es sociais de familiares sobre o atendimento das emerg?ncias psiqui?tricas no munic?pio de Mossor?, Rio Grande do Norte? Portanto, objetiva-se analisar as representa??es sociais dos familiares acerca do atendimento das emerg?ncias psiqui?tricas no munic?pio de Mossor?, Rio Grande do Norte. Trata-se de um estudo explorat?rio, descritivo, com abordagem mista, utilizando-se de multim?todos: para coleta, a entrevista semiestruturada e a T?cnica de Associa??o Livre de Palavras; para a an?lise dos dados, utilizou-se a An?lise Tem?tica de Bardin e suas etapas, com o suporte informacional dos softwares ALCESTE (Analyse Lexicale par Contexte d?un Ensemble de Segments de Texte) e Iramuteq (Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires); e do suporte te?rico das representa??es sociais. Os sujeitos participantes do estudo, em n?mero de 72, foram selecionados a partir dos seguintes crit?rios: maiores de 18 anos, com grau de parentesco com usu?rios que sofram de algum transtorno mental e comportamental, e que j? tenham presenciado alguma situa??o de crise, resgatado pelo SAMU ou outro meio e conduzido ao hospital psiqui?trico ou pronto-socorro geral. Resultados preliminares apontam: 1. Nota pr?via do projeto de pesquisa com o objetivo divulg?-lo no meio cient?fico e garantir a propriedade intelectual do trabalho; 2. A an?lise contextual do atendimento ?s emerg?ncias no locus do estudo. A reflex?o sobre o fen?meno denomina o atendimento ?s emerg?ncias psiqui?tricas como contexto imediato; os aspectos t?cnicos e operacionais que influenciam no atendimento, como contexto espec?fico/geral; e as pol?ticas de sa?de mental no Brasil s?o identificadas como metacontexto; 3. A revis?o sistem?tica a partir de ensaios cl?nicos randomizados nas bases de dados PubMed, COCHRANE, LILACS, SciELO e SCIRUS, sendo utilizados os descritores: ?Restri??o f?sica?, ?Servi?os de emerg?ncia psiqui?trica?, ?Restraint?, ?Physical e Emergency Services?, ?Psychiatric?. Somente um trabalho atendeu aos crit?rios do protocolo de busca: um ensaio de curta dura??o que registra resultados limitados sobre a propor??o de pessoas que est?o em restri??o e isolamento. N?o apresenta resultados estatisticamente significativos em rela??o a indica??es, contraindica??es e riscos da utiliza??o da restri??o f?sica; 4. As representa??es sociais do atendimento ?s emerg?ncias psiqui?tricas. Os resultados do estudo apontam a presen?a de cinco categorias tem?ticas: 1. sentimento diante da crise/atendimento; 2. pensamento e perspectivas sobre a crise/atendimento; 3. centralidade do atendimento no trip? m?dico-medica??o-interna??o; 4. o pensar/agir diante do uso da restri??o f?sica e for?a policial; 5. periodicidade das crises. O n?cleo central da representa??o se encontra na primeira categoria, enquanto os elementos perif?ricos est?o na terceira e quinta categorias. A zona de contraste est? na segunda e quarta categorias. A tristeza ? o elemento de maior destaque da estrutura. As representa??es sociais sobre o atendimento ?s crises psiqui?tricas se encontram em um momento de transi??o entre os modelos hegem?nico e reformista, sendo os aspectos tradicionais ainda predominantes, mas j? apresentando elementos perif?ricos e de contraste que apontam para uma poss?vel mudan?a no campo representacional. / The reformist movements in the field of mental health have pointed battle flags, among which the prioritization of production of mental health care out of the asylum environment should be highlighted, aiming the reduction of psychiatric beds, greater control over the hospitalization, family co-participation and the rescue of the citizenship of the social players involved. With the progressive reduction of asylum beds, associated with a lot of structural problems in the health services, the occurrence of crises outside the hospital environment has been increasingly frequent, thus giving the family an important therapeutic role. In face of this scenario, there is an urgent need to understand the social construction of the care for psychiatric emergencies, identifying the meanings assigned by family members to their constituent aspects. This study seeks to answer the following research question: what are the social representations of family members about the care of psychiatric emergencies in the city of Mossor?, Rio Grande do Norte? Therefore, the aim is to analyze the social representations of family members about the care of psychiatric emergencies in the city of Mossor?, Rio Grande do Norte. This is an exploratory and descriptive study, with a mixed approach, making use of multimethods: for collection, the semi-structured interview and the Technique of Free Association of Words; for data analysis, the Thematic Analysis of Bardin and its steps was used, with the informational support of the softwares ALCESTE (Analyse Lexicale par Contexte d'un Ensemble de Segments de Texte) and Iramuteq (Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires); and the theoretical support of social representations. The study participants totaled 72, and they were selected from the following criteria: older than18 years, with degree of kinship with users suffering from some mental and behavioral disorder, and who have already witnessed a situation of crisis, rescued by the SAMU or other means and taken to the psychiatric hospital or general emergency room. Preliminary results point out: 1.Previous note of the research project with the aim to disseminate it in the scientific community and ensure the intellectual property of the work; 2.The contextual analysis of the care for emergencies in the study place. Reflection about the phenomenon provide a name to the care for the psychiatric emergencies, which is called immediate context; the technical and operational aspects that influence the care, as a specific/ general context; and mental health policies in Brazil are identified as metacontext; 3. The systematic review from randomized clinical trials in the databases PubMed, COCHRANE, LILACS, SciELO and SCIRUS, with the use of the descriptors: ?Physical restraint?, ?Psychiatric emergency services?, ?Restraint?, ?Physical and Emergency Services?, ?Psychiatric?. Only one work met the search protocol criteria: a short-term essay that records limited results about the proportion of people who are in restraint and seclusion. It does not show statistically significant results in relation to indications, contraindications and risks of the use of physical restraint; 4. The social representations of the care for psychiatric emergencies. The study results point to the presence of five thematic categories: 1. feeling in the face of the crisis/care; 2. thoughts and perspectives about the crisis/care; 3. centrality of care in the medical- medication-hospitalization triad; 4. the thinking/acting in the face of the use of physical restraint and police force; 5. periodicity of crises. The central core of the representation is in the first category, whilst the peripheral elements are in the third and fifth categories. The contrast zone is in the second and fourth categories. The sadness is the most prominent element of the structure. The social representations about the care for psychiatric crises are at a time of transition between the hegemonic and reformist models, with the traditional aspects being predominant, but already showing peripheral and contrast elements that point to a possible change in the representational field.

Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo e qualitativo, avaliativo e transversal. Foram entrevistados 297 usu?rios, nos seis distritos sanit?rios do munic?pio, que fazem uso dos servi?os ofertados pela ESF. Para a coleta dos dados foi utilizada a Escala de Avalia??o da Satisfa??o dos Usu?rios com os Servi?os de Sa?de Mental - Satis-BR-forma abreviada, adaptada para o tema do acolhimento. Os dados quantitativos foram analisados com o auxilio dos softwares Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 17.0, calculando-se as frequ?ncias absolutas e relativas. Os dados qualitativos foram trabalhados atrav?s da an?lise de conte?do de Bardin com a elabora??o de categorias tem?ticas. Os resultados apontam que os usu?rios, em sua grande maioria, est?o satisfeitos com o acolhimento ofertado pelas equipes. Em torno de 66% afirmam ser muito ou bastante escutados pelos profissionais; 80,2% referem ter obtido alguma ou muita ajuda quando procuraram o acolhimento; 64,6% apontam que a acolhida ? amig?vel ou muito amig?vel. Esse estudo contribuiu para o entendimento de que a escuta e o v?nculo t?m presen?a no acolhimento do munic?pio e para demonstrar que a ambi?ncia ? uma poss?vel fragilidade na opini?o dos usu?rios. / The objective of the National Humanization Policy (NHP) is to humanize relations between professionals and users. It is guided by the proposal of expanded clinic and proposes the embracement as a strategy for its existence. The embracement requires qualified hearing, the provision of adequate technologies and the establishment of relations for better solving health problems of users. The objective of this study was to evaluate user satisfaction of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) regarding the embracement from the perspective of qualified hearing and improved relations in the city of Recife- PE. In this quantitative, qualitative, evaluative and cross-sectional study, 297 users of the services offered by the FHS were interviewed in six health districts of the city. For data collection, the Satisfaction Rating Scale of users with Mental Health Services - Satis-BR- abbreviated and adapted to the subject embracement was used. Quantitative data were analyzed by using the software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 17.0, calculating the absolute and relative frequencies. Qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis of Bardin with the elaboration of thematic categories. The results indicate that most users are satisfied with the embracement offered by the teams. About 66% reported being very or fairly heard by professionals; 80.2% reported to have obtained some or much help when searched for embracement; 64.6% indicated that the embracement is friendly or very friendly. Regarding ambience, 55.9% of users demonstrated indifference and dissatisfaction with comfort and appearance; regarding general facilities of the service, 69.4% reported as regular to awful. Three thematic categories were revealed by the speeches: satisfaction with embracement, dissatisfaction with the ambience, and suggestions for improvements in embracement and service. This study contributed to the understanding that both the hearing and relations are present in the embracement of the city and also to demonstrate that the ambience is a possible weakness in the opinion of the users.

The possibility of generating software applications by integrating services from heterogeneous domains, in a reliable way, makes worthwhile to face the challenges inherent to this paradigm. In order to ensure quality in service compositions, some research efforts propose the adoption of verification techniques to identify and correct errors. In this context, exception handling is a powerful mechanism to increase SOA quality. Several research works are concerned with mechanisms for exception propagation on web services, implemented in many languages and frameworks. However, to the extent of our knowledge, no works found evaluates these mechanisms in SOA with regard to the .NET framework. The main contribution of this paper is to evaluate and to propose exception propagation mechanisms in SOA to applications developed within the .NET framework. In this direction, this work: (i)extends a previous study, showing the need to propose a solution to the exception propagation in SOA to applications developed in .NET, and (ii) show a solution, based in model obtained from the results found in (i) and that will be applied in real cases through of faults injections and AOP techniques.

O turismo de neg?cios em Teresina funciona como a principal segmenta??o da capital, j? que representa quase 70% da demanda hoteleira, da? justifica-se a presente pesquisa ter como objetivo avaliar atrav?s da percep??o dos turistas de neg?cios, o n?vel da qualidade dos servi?os dos meios de hospedagens da cidade de Teresina. A pesquisa ? de natureza explorat?ria e descritiva, de car?ter funcionalista. Em termos metodol?gicos, o estudo caracterizase por pesquisa quali-quantitativa, apoiada por uma base em pluralismo metodol?gico. Para a coleta de dados prim?rios, para a coleta de dados prim?rios, aplicou-se um instrumento de pesquisa adaptado do modelo SERVPERF (Service Performance). Os locais de pesquisa foram meios de hospedagens da capital piauiense, restringindo-se apenas aqueles que se enquadrassem na categoria hotel e dentro da regi?o metropolitana de Teresina. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram turistas de neg?cios frequentadores destes hot?is. Para a an?lise, levou-se em considera??o alguns fatores, quais sejam: an?lise descritiva, an?lise fatorial, matriz de correla??o das vari?veis, foi elaborada ainda um gr?fico dos l?xicos obtidos na pesquisa sobre a vis?o de qualidade no servi?o hoteleiro dos pesquisados, por fim, a an?lise qualitativa foi baseada nas teorias de marketing, segmenta??o e qualidade em servi?os aplicados ao turismo. Os resultados apontaram que o servi?o hoteleiro de Teresina encontra-se em uma m?dia regular, com destaque para as dimens?es de Confiabilidade e Seguran?a. J? a an?lise fatorial indicou o surgimento de dois fatores para a explica??o da dimens?o Empatia, um a respeito da organiza??o, e outro, ao pr?prio consumidor. E pela Lexicometria foi poss?vel observar a import?ncia para o cliente de outras vari?veis como aspectos pessoais, pre?o e localiza??o para essa segmenta??o de turismo. / Business tourism is one of tourist segments with different market characteristics in relation to others segmentations, such as low seasonality, there is no requirement of natural attractions, it serves as destination projection and it generates profitable larger numbers. Due to the context around business travels, the hotel so many times has a fundamental whole among the elements of the production chain in this segmentation. Business tourism in Teresina is the primary segmentation of the capital, since it represents almost 70% of hotel demand; hence this research has as objective to evaluate through the perceptions of business travelers, the level of quality services of hotels of Teresina. The research is exploratory and descriptive, of functionalist character. This study is characterized by qualitative and quantitative research, supported by a basis of methodological pluralism. For primary data collection was performed applying a suitable research instrument of SERVPERF model (Service Performance). The universe of this study were Teresina's accommodations, restricted to only those that fit in hotel category and it was inside metropolitan area of Teresina. The study subjects were business travelers who were hosted in these hotels. For the analysis, it was considered certain factors: descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation matrix analysis of the variables; It was still compiling a graphic of lexicons obtained in the survey about respondent's the notion of quality of vision in the hotel service; Finally, qualitative analysis was based on the theories of marketing, targeting and quality of tourism services applied. The results show that the Teresina hotel service is on a regular average, especially for Reliability and Safety dimensions were highlighted. Whereas, the factor analysis showed the emergence of two factors to explain "Empathy" dimension, one of this is about the organization and the other one is about consumer. And by Lexicometria was possible to observe the importance to the customer of other variables such as: personal aspects, price and location for this tour segmentation.

Foi realizado na Unidade de Sa?de da Fam?lia de Felipe Camar?o, localizado no bairro de Felipe Camar?o no Munic?pio de Natal/RN-Brasil. Participaram da pesquisa cento e dois idosos/as, atendidos pela Estrat?gia Sa?de da Fam?lia. O per?odo de coleta de dados estendeu-se de julho a setembro de 2014. Os dados foram obtidos por meio do Teste de Associa??o Livre de Palavras e Entrevista Semiestruturada, e analisados com o aux?lio do software EVOC. As entrevistas foram realizadas com 20 idosos e submetidas ? An?lise de Conte?do. A pesquisa teve a aprova??o do Comit? de ?tica em Pesquisa do Hospital Universit?rio Onofre Lopes, sob o parecer 704.323. Foi poss?vel apreender conota??es negativas em rela??o ao atendimento, relacionando-o como p?ssimo e desrespeitoso, sendo o hor?rio limitado de atendimento, dificuldade para agendar consultas e exames e a infraestrutura inadequada, os aspectos mais assinalados. Os idosos expressam satisfa??o quanto ao atendimento m?dico, entretanto, eles entendem que ? preciso que todos os servi?os estejam adequadamente integrados para um atendimento qualificado. As falas revelam que o atendimento na unidade necessita implementar novas estrat?gias de acolhimento para que os usu?rios participem mais de a??es educativas e de promo??o da sa?de. This study aimed at learning the social representations built by seniors about the service in the Family Health Unit. It is an exploratory study, funded by the Theory of Social Representations of Moscovici. It was held at the Health Unit of the Family Felipe Shrimp, located in the neighborhood Felipe Shrimp in the city of Natal / RN-Brazil. The participants were one hundred and two elderly / as, served by the Family Health Strategy. The data collection period was extended from July to September 2014. Data were collected through the Word Free Association Test and Interview semi-structured, and analyzed with the help of EVOC software. Interviews were conducted with 20 elderly and subjected to content analysis. The research was approved by the Ethics Committee of the University Hospital Research Onofre Lopes, in the opinion 704,323. It was possible to apprehend negative connotations regarding attendance, listing it as bad and disrespectful, and the limited hours of service, difficult to schedule appointments and tests and inadequate infrastructure, the most marked aspects. Seniors express satisfaction with the medical care, however, they understand that it is necessary that all services are properly integrated to a qualified service. The statements reveal that the service in the drive needs to implement new strategies host for users to participate more in educational and health promotion. It is noted, the need of integrated care, the host of qualified hearing in the health services that they address the elderly seeking care at the clinic of the family, so sticking to the principles of the Unified Health System.
