Baigiamajame magistro darbe siekiama nustatyti, kurios intelektinės transporto sistemos (ITS) labiausiai teigiamai veikia eismo saugumą automobilių keliuose. Šiam tikslui pasiekti darbe analizuojama esama eismo saugumo situacija Lietuvoje, apžvelgiamos ITS, taikomos užsienio šalyse ir Lietuvoje, tarpusavyje lyginamas jų poveikis atskiriems eismo saugumo rodikliams. Siekiant gauti tikslesnius vertinimo rezultatus atliekamas ITS poveikio eismo saugumui tyrimas apklausiant šios srities ekspertus. Tyrimo rezultatai apdoroti analitinio hierarchinio proceso (AHP) metodu. Išrinkus ITS, kurios labiausiai teigiamai veikia eismo saugumą, pateikiamos rekomendacijos dėl jų diegimo Lietuvos automobilių keliuose. Apskaičiuojamas ekonominis efektas įdiegus rekomenduojamas sistemas. Baigiamąjį magistro darbą sudaro įvadas, keturi skyriai, bendrosios darbo išvados bei 2 priedai. Darbo apimtis 125 puslapiai, 50 paveikslėlių ir 18 lentelių. Rašant baigiamąjį magistro darbą panaudotas 91 literatūros šaltinis. / The aim of the Master Thesis is to determine which intelligent transport systems are the most common to reduce accidents on the roads. To achieve this aim, the work provides an analysis of traffic safety on Lithuania roads and an overview of the ITS in the foreign countries, and Lithuania. ITS were compared with each other by their effect on individual safety performance. In order to get more accurate results of the evaluation of ITS impact on traffic safety, a research of experts’ interview was carried out. The expert questionnaire was created and results were evaluated by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The recommendations of ITS implementation on Lithuanian roads were proposed. The economic effect of the introduction of the recommended systems was calculated. The Master Thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions, and 2 appendices. It includes 125 pages, 50 images and 18 tables. 91 references were used.

Disertacijoje nagrinėjama gyvenamųjų teritorijų susisiekimo sistema darnos požiūriu. Pagal sukurtą susisiekimo sistemos analizei naudojamą rodiklių sis-temą, disertacijoje nagrinėjami sprendimų paramos sistemos metodai, tinkantys gyvenamųjų teritorijų susisiekimo sistemos analizes uždaviniams spręsti, tai pat analizuojamos šių metodų integracijos galimybės su geografinėmis informa-cinėmis sistemomis (GIS). Pagrindinis darbo tikslas – sudaryti teorinį modelį, kuris leistų daugiatiksliais sprendimų priėmimo metodais bei GIS technologi-jomis įvertinti gyvenamųjų teritorijų susisiekimo sistemos darną ir darniai planuoti gyvenamųjų teritorijų susisiekimo sistemos vystymąsi ateityje. Dis-ertacijoje siūlomas modelis suteikia galimybę atlikti skirtingų gyvenamųjų teri-torijų susisiekimo sistemų rangavimą, analizuoti įvairias gyvenamųjų teritorijų susisiekimo sistemos vystimosi alternatyvas, jas palyginti bei atrinkti geriausią. Modelis yra integruotas su GIS ir suteikia galimybė atlikti gyvenamųjų teritorijų plėtros tendencijų modeliavimą. / The main goal of the current PhD thesis is urban transport system analysis according sustainability. In dissertation have been analyzed urban areas transport system using integrated decision support system methods with GIS. These methods have been adopted for urban transport system analysis, urban territories ranking according transport system level. Also the indicators system for urban transport system analysis was filled with other important indicators groups for urban sustainability (environmental, socio economic). The aim of the paper cov-ers creation of theoretical model, which could evaluate urban transport system sustainability and perform rational planning of urban future development ac-cording decision support methods and GIS technologies. Also this model could allow executing urban transport system ranking by engineering infrastructure, socio economic and environment aspects. Model could perform comparing of urban development scenarios and to indicate the best one, which satisfies trans-port systems indicators.

Slow moving cars whose drivers are searching for parking places is common feature in urban road networks. Increases in drivers’ stress, costs and energy consumption are frequent consequences. In order to avoid these adverse effects, drivers need to have computerized parking management system, which must consists of these parts: parking management information system, parking place reservation system and advanced payment system. Main parking management objectives are: To optimize parking facilities; To reduce searching time of parking places; To reduce vehicle costs; To reduce frustration; To control parking time; Such kind of systems belongs to ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) and usability of these systems increased in last years. Modern solutions are the most effective way to solve parking problems in our growing world, where number of cars increase every day, despite parking facilities. Integration such systems with Parking Guidance and Information systems (PGI) are best choice.

Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuota Lietuvos lengvųjų automobilių parko atnaujinimo politika ekologiniu požiūriu. Iškeltos Lietuvos lengvųjų automobilių parko atnaujinimo problemos bei pateikti pasiūlymai kaip šias problemas spręsti. Teorinėje dalyje teoriniu aspektu tiriamas lengvųjų automobilių parko atnaujinimo reikalingumas, apžvelgiant mokslinę literatūrą, nagrinėjami Europos Sąjungos ir Lietuvos teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys aplinkosauginių programų transporto srityje įgyvendinimą. Išanalizuoti svarbiausi su šiuo transporto sektoriumi susiję duomenys bei įvertinta lengvųjų automobilių parko atnaujinimo ekologiniu požiūriu situacija Lietuvoje, lyginant ją su ES šalimis. Trečioje dalyje atliekama statistinė duomenų ir lyginamoji situacijos analizė, nagrinėjamas ekspertų požiūris apie Lietuvos ir ES šalių lengvųjų automobilių parko atnaujinimo politiką. / In the Master’s Thesis, there is analyzed the renewal policy for Lithuanian car fleet under ecological approach. There are set renewal issues of Lithuanian car fleet and delivered proposals for the solution of the following issues. In the theoretical part under theoretical aspect there is researched the renewal necessity for the car fleet through the review of scientific literature and legal acts of the European Union and Lithuania, which regulate the implementation of environmental protection programmes in the field of transport. There are analyzed the most significant data related to the following transport sector and assessed the renewal situation of the car fleet in Lithuania under ecological approach and its comparison with the EU countries. In the third part there is carried out statistical analysis of data and comparative analysis of the situation, and analyzed experts’ approach towards the renewal policy of the car fleet in Lithuania and the EU countries.

Disertacijoje tiriamas investicijų į Lietuvos sausumos transporto infrastruktūros prioritetinę plėtrą pagrįstumas. Pagrindiniai tyrimų objektai yra: Lietuvos transporto sektorius, logistikos centrų ir transporto terminalų vieta Lietuvos transporto bei verslo sistemoje, jų ekonominė įtaka verslui. Šie objektai yra svarbūs tiek socialiniu, tiek ekonominiu aspektais, nes išvystyta, patraukli vežėjams transporto infrastruktūra padidina tranzitinius krovinių srautus, skatina vystymąsi eilės šakinių ūkio subjektų. Todėl disertacijoje tiriant logistikos centrų ir transporto terminalų reikšmę ir poveikį verslui ir Lietuvos ūkio plėtrai formuojamos teorinės ekonominės logistikos centrų ir transporto terminalų bei jų jungiamųjų grandžių plėtros prielaidos ir metodiniai sprendimai. The fol-lowing main subjects have been researched: transport sector in Lithuania, the place of prioritized logistic centres and transport terminals within the transport and business system, the effect of them on business economy. These subjects influences both, social and economic aspects since a well-developed transport infrastructure being attractive for carriers may increase the flows of transit cargoes but also start stimulating development of different objects of economy. Therefore, by analysing the effects and influences of logistic centres and transport terminals on business and economy development in Lithuania, in this dissertation I have formulated some theory based economic assumptions and methodic solutions towards the development of logistic centers and transport terminals as well as their connecting chains. Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama Lietuvos geležinkelių transporto sektoriaus reforma, geležinkelių transporto sistemos reformai įtakos turintys veiksniai, reformos poreikis, tikslai, užsienio šalių geležinkelių transporto reformų patirtis. Įvardijama geležinkelių transporto sektoriaus reformos problematika. Nagrinėjami moksliniai straipsniai, kuriuose aptariama geležinkelių transporto reforma bei vežimų liberalizavimas, kita mokslinė literatūra, tyrimai bei studijos. Atlikti Lietuvos geležinkelių transporto sektoriaus reformos poreikio tyrimai, o tyrimo pagrindu įvardytos reformos pasekmės, pateiktos tyrimų išvados. The Thesis also describes problems the reform confronts with. The Master Thesis is a review of wide range of literature sources: scientific articles on the issues of railway transport’s reforms and liberalisation, other scientific sources, researches and studies. The Master Thesis also contains researche on the necessity of the reform, based on that certain conclusions have been made together with indications on the reform’s effect. In the Thesis there are presented different Lithuanian railway sectors’ management models and their feasibility. The are also describtion of provisions related to railway transport within Lithuania’s Governmental Programme, their implementation and effect expected. After reviewing theoretical and practical aspects of the railway transport sector’s reform and liberalisation there are indications on the most acceptable management model for Lithuanian railway sector, conclusions and proposals are being presented.

Geographical location of Lithuania determines its role as a transit country. This fact obliges to assure an efficient movement of the goods through the territory of Lithuania. One of the directions to evolve transport sector can be the development of combined road-rail transport (CT). The purpose of the dissertation – on the basis of analysis of scientific works and best practical experience in the field of CT to determine means that stipulate development of CT, arrange them according to the particularity of Lithuanian transport sector, and create a model for the development of combined carriages through the territory of Lithuania. In order to reach this purpose, following tasks are accomplished: 1.Determined all combined road-rail transport elements and their importance; 2.Investigated current market of CT in the EU and technological measures that assure development of these carriages; 3.Carried out an investigation of capabilities of Lithuanian transport system stressing an interaction of road and rail transport; 4.Created model which involves linkage of infrastructure of different transport modes in to one network and assures an optimal exploitation of infrastructure by flows of different transport modes. 5.Explained technological factors that influence possibilities to develop combined carriages through the territory of Lithuania.

Baigiamajame magistro darbe vykdomas logistikos tarpininko veiklos didinimo stambioje gamybinėje įmonėje tyrimas. Baigiamojo darbo pradžioje aptariamas tyrimo objektas: įmonių klasifikacija, logistikos tarpininkų vaidmuo atliekant krovinių gabenimą. Analitinėje metodinėje dalyje pateikiama esamos padėties analizė: pateikiami transporto paslaugų vertinimo veiksniai, mokslinės literatūros analizė. Analizuojami pagrindiniai logistikos tarpininkai, bei jų veikla. Pateikiami darbo tikslai, uždaviniai, bei taikoma metodika. Antrojoje darbo dalyje aprašomas atliktas tyrimas, pateikiami rezultatai, kuriais remiantis pateikiamos išvados bei pasiūlymai gamybinėms įmonėms, kaip sumažinti logistikos sąnaudas ir didesnį dėmesį skirti pagrindinei veiklai. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, analitinė-metodinė bei eksperimentinė-tiriamoji dalys, darbą apibendrinančios išvados ir pasiūlymai. / In this master thesis the research on activity of logistics broker in a large manufacturing company is carried out. Thesis starts with the object of the research: classification of companies, role of logistics brokers in transportation of goods. The analytical part analyses the current situation: factors for assessment of transport services are determined, the literature for the research is analysed. The main logistics brokers and their activity is analysed. The objectives are stated, tasks determined and methodology described. The research that is carried out is described in the second part of the thesis, the results are shown, conclusions and proposals are made to manufacturing companies on how to lower logistics costs and to concentrate on main activity. Thesis consists of introduction, analytical and project parts, conclusions and proposals.
