Magistro baigiamajame darbe analizuojamos inovacijos interpretacijos mokslinėje literatūroje, nurodomos pagrindinės inovacijų charakteristikos, kuriomis remiantis, išvedama inovacijos sąvoka, naudojama šiame moksliniame tyrime. Šioje dalyje taip pat pateikiamos inovacijų ir tarptautinio verslo sąsajos bei konstruojami inovacinės veiklos modelio, potencialiai taikytino įmonei besiorientuojančiai išplėsti veiklą į tarptautinę rinką, teoriniai pagrindai. Taipogi darbe apžvelgiami Lietuvoje ir užsienyje atlikti darbai bei tyrimai, analizuojantys inovacinės veiklos raišką įmonės lygmenyje. Remiantis teorinėmis koncepcijomis, principais ir metodikomis, konstruojamas teorinis įmonės inovacinės veiklos modelis tarptautinio verslumo plėtojimui. Trečioje darbo dalyje pristatoma empirinio tyrimo metodika, išsamiai aptariami tyrimo metu gauti duomenys, analizuojamas sporto ir laisvalaikio produktų gamyba ir prekyba užsiimančių įmonių vadovų požiūris į tarptautinio verslumo plėtojimą panaudojant inovacinius sprendimus. It is acknowledged that successful innovation practice is the base for economics intensity, which warranties countries and organizations competitive ability in globalizations as well as internationalization conditions. Nevertheless, general level of innovation in Lithuania is rather low considering to international context. Object of this paper – organization’s innovation practice in developing international business. Objective of the paper – to formulate the model of innovation practice, for the development of international enterprise. In order to implement the mentioned objective the analyzis of scientific literature and an empirical research was made. Šiandien visuomenė labai pasitiki švietimu. Visas vaikų ugdymo problemas užkrauna pedagogams, ko neturėtų būti. Pedagogai nėra pajėgūs vieni visapusiškai ugdyti vaikų, šiuo atveju ugdyti ir profesinei veiklai. Prie pedagogo ugdymo turėtų prisijungti tėvai, visuomenė ir valstybė, nors šiai dienai tai yra labai sunku įgyvendinti. Tėvai ugdydami savo vaikus profesinei veiklai taip pat turi lūkesčių kaip ir patys vaikai ir neretai bando juos įgyvendinti. Remiantis S. Kregždės (1988), L. Jovaišos (1999) tyrimais galime daryti išvadą, kad Lietuvoje yra sukurtas teorinis pamatas, kurio dėka galima toliau plėtoti karjeros pasirinkimo metodus, ugdymą profesinei veiklai. It offloads all problems of children education on educators, what should not be so. The educators are not able to educate each child comprehensively, in this case, also to educate for their vocational activities. Parents, society and the state should associate with the educators in the education, although for this day, it is very difficult to implement that. In career education, the parents have expectations as well as their children themselves and often try to implement them. Based on the studies of S. Kregždė (1988), L. Jovaiša (1999), we may conclude that Lithuania has developed a theoretical foundation, which makes it possible to develop further the methods of career choice and career education. Learning becomes a new and basic activity at an elementary schools stage. This kind of practice requires the new content of the activity, experience, intellectual efforts and thinking from the child. Šio darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti valstybinių globos įstaigų veiklos gerinimo galimybes, teikiant paslaugas žmonėms su psichine negalia, socialinių paslaugų plėtros kryptis ir jų prioritetus. Pasirinkta tema nagrinėjami Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymai, poįstatyminiai ir kiti teisės aktai. Analizuojami LR Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos, bei Socialinių įstaigų priežiūros ir audito departamento pateikti duomenys. Šia tema analizuojami specializuoti literatūros šaltiniai. Darbe pateikta užsienio šalių patirtis teikiant socialines paslaugas asmenims su psichine ir proto negalia stacionariose globos įstaigose. Regarding the chosen subject were analyzed laws and other legal acts of the Republic of the Lithuania. The first chapter gives an overview of the business diversification of the family farm and agri-businesses neagrarinių coordination, development of rural settlements and prospects, the role of changes in the towns and local communities, development of the LEADER initiative and the formation of the local action group. The second part presents the research process, the methods and means to use their justifications, analyzes of Telšių local action group normative legal acts in question mikroregionizacijos in Telšių district, and its prospects, presents empirical findings and conclusions and recommendations.

In the 2005 year the companies of the small and average business amounted up to 99,4 percentage of the all Lithuanian companies, they were engaged the 69,7 percentage of all Lithuanian staff and produced about 68,2 percentage of all Lithuanian surplus value. All the companies dependent on the market’s competition, taxes, technological advances, quality’s and environment’s rules, the changes of the laws, but the small and average companies differ from the gross companies, because they cannot reach these effects, similar to gross companies, and the small and average companies usually can only work in the market as gross companies’ partners. The main aim of the master work is to analyze the theoretical aspects of the activity of the small and average companies, besides to analize the main indicators of the small and average companies in Lithuania in the period of 2001 -2004 years (their structure, wages, size, financial rates and so on) and to analyze their taxation in 2005 year.

Therefore employees become responsible for common activities and common organizational objectives. Efficiency of the enterprise largely depends on successful cooperation of employees. Even though various means of cooperation stimulation are implemented in the enterprise, it is obvious that employees are not willing to cooperate, they tend to take advantage of common achievements as well as to involve into competitive activities. Magistriniame darbe nustatyti PSC socialinių darbuotojų veiklos ypatumai teikiant socialines paslaugas psichikos sveikatos problemų turintiems klientams; aptarti reikšmingiausi psichikos sveikatos riziką provokuojantys veiksniai, išanalizuoti teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys PSC socialinių darbuotojų veiklą, pateiktos trys išvados. 1. Reikšmingiausius psichikos sveikatos riziką provokuojančius veiksnius lemia išoriniai veiksniai: individuali biologinė – genetinė prigimtis, fizinė aplinka, socialinės – ekonominės aplinkybės, gyvenimo sąlygos, įvairūs politiniai, kultūriniai atributai ir šių veiksnių poveikyje išbūtas laikotarpis bei turėta galimybė apsispręsti sveikatos labui. 2. Teisės aktų, reglamentuojančių PSC socialinių darbuotojų, veiklą yra mažai. Iš jų pagrindinis – PSC vyriausiojo gydytojo patvirtinti socialinio darbuotojo pareiginiai nuostatai. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / There are established the main features of the social workers‘ duties by rendering social service to the patients with mental health problems; there are given the most significant factors of provoking the risk of mental health; there are analysed the statements of law regulating the social worker‘s duties at the Centre of Psychiatric Health; there are presented three conclusions at the master‘s-degree work. 1. Magistrinio darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti socialinio darbuotojo veiklos ypatumus komandoje, teikiančioje socialines paslaugas neįgaliųjų globos institucijoje. Siekiant išnagrinėti šiuos ypatumus, darbe keliami tokie uždaviniai: atskleisti socialinių paslaugų organizavimo sistemos elementus neįgaliųjų globos institucijoje; išanalizuoti komandinio darbo taikymo galimybes, teikiant socialines paslaugas neįgaliųjų globos institucijoje; ištirti ir nustatyti socialinio darbuotojo veiklos ypatumus komandoje, teikiančioje socialines paslaugas neįgaliųjų globos institucijoje. Pirmoje darbo dalyje nagrinėjama socialinių paslaugų neįgaliesiems politika, socialinių paslaugų sistema neįgaliųjų globos institucijoje bei socialinio darbuotojo kompetencijos, teikiant socialines paslaugas neįgaliesiems. In order to analyse these pecularities such goals are set: • To show the organization of the social service at the institution for disabled people; • To analyse the team work’s possibilities, providing social service at the institution for disabled people; • To investigate and to determine the social worker’s team work pecularities, providing the social service at the institution for disabled people. INFORMACINĖ VEIKLA MOKYKLOS BIBLIOTEKOJE: PASLAUGOS, METODAI, VEIKSMINGUMAS Mokyklos biblioteka – aptarnauja moksleivius ir mokyklos personalą, parūpina jiems spaudinių, garso ir vaizdo dokumentų, muzikos įrašų, bibliografinės informacijos, atsižvelgdamos į mokymosi procesą bei vaikų užklasinę veiklą. Mokyklos biblioteka yra kiekvienoje valstybinėje pradinėje, pagrindinėje, vidurinėje, vakarinėje, pagalbinėje aukštesniojoje, gimnazijoje ar specialiojoje mokykloje. Kiekviena mokykla sąmoningai ar ne vykdo informacinę veiklą, nes ji aptarnauja savo mokyklos bendruomenę, tačiau ne visų mokyklos bibliotekų ir jų darbuotojų požiūris į informacinę veiklą sutampa. Šiandienos informacinės visuomenės gyvenimas nebe įsivaizduojamas be tokių įgūdžių, kurių vaikams prireiks ateityje ne tik mokantis mokykloje, bet ir kasdieniniame gyvenime, vėliau ir darbe. Todėl mokyklų bibliotekos turi ne tik kaupti mokymuisi reikalingą fondą, bet ir mokyti juo naudotis.
