Teorinėje darbo dalyje analizuojama marketingo įtaka įmonės veiklai, jos vertinimo poreikis ir problemos bei išanalizuojama subalansuotų rodiklių sistema ir jos naudojimas įmonės veiklos vertinimui. Analitinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje pateikiama ir analizuojama antrinių informacijos šaltinių - tyrimų, atskleidžiančių subalansuotų rodiklių sistemos galimą pritaikomumą finansines paslaugas teikiančių institucijų Lietuvoje marketingo veiklai vertinti bei tokio vertinimo naudą, apžvalga. Šioje dalyje taip pat pateikiami ir analizuojami atlikto kokybinio tyrimo – giluminio ekspertų interviu rezultatai, kuomet siekiant išsiaiškinti egzistuojančią marketingo veiklos efektyvumo praktiką finansines paslaugas teikiančiose institucijose Lietuvoje, buvo kalbinti keturi tokias organizacijas atstovaujantys specialistai. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiamas subalansuotų rodiklių sistemos pagrindu sukurtas marketingo veiklos efektyvumo vertinimo modelis skirtas finansines paslaugas teikiančioms organizacijoms Lietuvoje, aprašomi jo įgyvendinimo etapai, pateikiamas konkrečių rodiklių sąvadas, o pabaigoje įvardinamos galimos modelio pritaikomumo problemos. / The theoretical part analyzes how marketing actions influences proceeding of the enterprise, the need of evaluating marketing performance and there’s an analysis of the balanced scorecard and it’s usage for firm performance measuring given. Analytical part of this paper represents and analyzes the secondary repository – researches that reveal posible balanced scorecard adaptability for marketing performance measuring ir the financial services enterprises of Lithuania and what‘s the benefit of doing that. This part of the paper also presents and analyzes the results of the qualitative research that was accomplished by the author - in-depth interviews with the experts, when seeking to find out the existing practise ir todays finanacial services enterprises ir Lithuania four professionals that represents this kind of organizations were interviewed. In the project part of this paper a model for marketing performance measuring is offered. Proposed model is created on the ground of balanced scorecard and designed for financial services enterprises in Lithuania. The steps of implementing the model are described in detail with a given set of particular measures and there are possible application problems named in the end.

Currently Port of Klaipėda has been interlinked by ro-ro transit lines with Germany, Sweden and Denmark. It has been sought not only for improvement but also for development and expansion of the ro-ro market in order to answer continuously growing needs of clients. Lithuanian ro-ro liner shippers and operators although confronted by severe competition in ro-ro shipping market, strive to retain their position, conquer and manage new ro-ro markets. Yet it is to be mentioned that close cooperation with other transport industries and ro-ro terminals is not always attainable what consequently enhance the impact of factors affecting ro-ro transport and lessen attractiveness of such transportation, reduce cargo flow in general. Considerable part of ro-ro lines are forced to close down soon after they are opened as having no prospects for they fail to attract sufficient freight and cargo flow due to multiple reasons like inadequate assessment and underestimation of advantages, shortcomings and risks (threats) and overestimated possibilities, insufficient research into cargo flow, inconsideration or failed acknowledgement of factors affecting ro-ro transportation. Magistro darbo objektas – interaktyvūs ryšių su visuomene įrankiai. Darbo tikslas – įvardyti interaktyvių ryšių su visuomene įrankių efektyvumo vertinimo metodus bei ištirti jų pritaikomumą praktikoje. Pagrindiniai uždaviniai, siekiant užsibrėžto tikslo, yra šie: 1) Apibrėžti interaktyvių ryšių su visuomene įrankių sąvoką, savybes bei tipus; 2) Išanalizuoti šių įrankių efektyvumo vertinimo metodus; 3) Tyrimo metu nustatyti šių įrankių efektyvumo vertinimo praktines galimybes. Siekiant tiksliai identifikuoti darbo objektą, pirmoje dalyje apibrėžiama interaktyvių ryšių su visuomene įrankių samprata bei tipai. Čia taip pat analizuojama, kaip sėkmingai juos panaudoti RSV veikloje. Antrame šio darbo skyriuje analizuojami efektyvumo vertinimo metodai, juos skirstant į kiekybinius bei kokybinius. Web sites, e-mail, intranets, Internet forums and blogs have changed the way organization communicates with it‘s publics. Tinklalapis turi didelę įtaką komerciniam įmonės įvaizdžiui. Projektuojant tinklapį tikimasi, jog jis pagerins įmonės ir kliento tarpusavio supratimą. Magistro baigiamojo darbo tema yra labai aktuali, kadangi internetas yra viena populiariausių ir sparčiausiai plėtojamų praktinio kompiuterių panaudojimo sričių, kuri atveria neribotas informacijos paieškos, savišvietos, bendravimo ir naujų veiklos rūšių paieškos galimybes. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – atlikti gyvenamųjų daugiabučių namų kvartalų atnaujinimo galimybių tyrimą, išanalizuoti pasirinktų šalių pastatų kokybės vertinimo sistemų pavyzdžius bei juos pritaikyti Lietuvoje. Tikslui pasiekti nustatomos dabartinės renovuojamų daugiabučių gyvenamųjų namų problemos ir trūkumai Lietuvoje ir jos išsprendžiamos remiantis pateiktais užsienio valstybių reikalavimais. Pagrindinė priežastis, kodėl tokia analizė buvo atliekama – tai noras įdiegti naują ir patikimą pastatų kokybės atnaujinimo ir jos kontrolės įvertinimo sistemą Lietuvoje. Tokios sistemos iki šiol šalyje nebuvimo. Todėl atlikus daugiabučių gyvenamųjų namų kvartalų kokybės tyrimą, buvo nustatyta, kad pastatų atnaujinimas yra būtinas, sukuriant darnią sistemą. Darbą sudaro: įvadas ir užduoties analizė, pavyzdžiai, Lietuvoje ir užsienyje naudojamų kokybės vertinimo sistemų apžvalga ir analizė, jų pritaikymas Lietuvoje, įvertinant daugiabučius namus pasirinktuose penkiuose Vilniaus miesto rajonuose, darbo rezultatų aptarimas ir išvados, informacijos šaltiniai, priedai. / The purpose of the final project is to perform feasibility study on refurbishment of blocks of flats, to analyze examples of total quality assessment systems and to apply them in Lithuania practice. Therefore, actual problems and defects must be determined in renovated buildings using other countries requirements. Then the purpose will be achieved. Other reason of this assessment is to perform a new and reliable quality assessment system of refurbishment and control in Lithuania. Results of this analysis show the need of sustainable system of modernization. The final project is performed by introduction and analysis, some samples, review of quality assessment systems in Lithuania and aboard, application of them in zones of Vilnius in Lithuania, results and conclusions, information data, annexes. The size of the final work: 166 pages without annexes, 30 illustrations, 42 tables, 2 annexes.

Bakalauro baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje aptariama paslaugos kokybės teorinė samprata, pristatomi paslaugos kokybės vertinimo teoriniai modeliai ir bendrieji paslaugos kokybės vertinimo kriterijai, kuriais remiantis parengtas tyrimo instrumentas – anketa, skirta vertinti P. Šimulio autoserviso paslaugos kokybę. Empirinėje dalyje pristatomi klientų nuomonės tyrimo rezultatai, kurie atskleidžia autoserviso klientų nuomonę apie techninę, funkcinę ir laukiamą kokybę. Tyrimo rezultatai patvirtina, kad P. Šimulio autoserviso paslaugų kokybė daugumos klientų yra vertinama gerai. Tyrimo metu nustatytos ir tobulintinos paslaugos kokybės sritys (aptarnaujančių darbuotojų kiekis ir jų apranga, darbuotojų mokėjimas pripažinti klaidą ir įmonės kainodaros sistema), kurias, remiantis vertinimo rezultatais, rekomenduojama gerinti. Darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys: įvadas, teorinės dalis, empirinė – praktinė dalis, išvados ir rekomendacijos, literatūros sąrašas. Darbe yra aštuonios lentelės, 26 paveikslai. Darbo apimtis 67 p. teksto be priedų. / The theoretical conception of service quality is discussed in this final work of bachelor degree as well as the theoretical models of evaluation of service quality and overall criteria of evaluation of service quality are introduced in this paper. The instrument of this survey, the questionnaire, which was designed to evaluate the service quality of the P. Šimulis car care service centre, was based on them. The results of the clients’ opinions survey that show the service consumers’ views on technical, functional and expected quality are presented in the empirical part of the work. The obtained results confirm that the major part of the clients appreciate quality of service supplied by the P. Šimulis car care service centre. The improvement areas in quality of service (such as the quantity of operating personnel and their appearance, willingness to acknowledge their mistakes and the pricing system of the company) were identified during the survey and according to the evaluation of the results they should be improved. This final work consists of three main parts: introduction, theoretical part, empirical – practical part, conclusions and recommendations and the list of literature used. There are 8 tables and 26 pictures represented in this work. 6 annexes are listed separate. The bachelor paper consists of 67 pages excluding annexes.

Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe analizuojama įmonės UAB „Putokšnis“ veikla socialiai atsakingo verslo aspektu. Teorinėje darbo dalyje apžvelgiama socialinės atsakomybės raida, apibrėžimai, pagrindiniai vertinimo kriterijai, nauda ir kaštai. Siekiant įvertinti analizuojamos įmonės veiklą socialiai atsakingo verslo aspektais buvo atliktas empirinis tyrimas, kurio metu buvo naudojami dokumentų analizės, interviu ir anketinės apklausos metodai. Tyrimo metu išsiaiškinta, kad socialiai atsakingas verslas turi keturis parametrus (rinkos, darbo vietos, visuomenės ir aplinkosaugos) pagal kuriuos buvo vertinama UAB „Putokšnis“ veikla. Interviu metodu nustatytos socialiai atsakingo verslo priemonės, kurias taiko įmonė, o apklausos ir dokumentų analizės duomenys patvirtino arba paneigė jau turimą informaciją. Galutiniai tyrimo rezultatai parodė, jog analizuojama įmonė, kai kuriais aspektais yra socialiai atsakinga, tačiau vadintis socialiai atsakingu verslu negali, nes nėra parengusi sistemingo ir nuoseklaus plano. / In this bachelor work was analyzed JSC „Putokšnis“ of socially responsible business aspect. In theoretical part is reviewing the evolution of social responsibility, definitions, key evaluation criteria, benefits and costs. In order to evaluate the analyzed company, of socially responsible business aspects, was accomplished empirical study, which was used in documental analysis, interviews and questionnaire survey methods. In study was found out that socially responsible business has four parameters (the market, the workplace, society and environment), whereby was evaluated UAB „Putokšnis“ activity. By Interview method was established socially responsible business measures taken by the company and by questionnair and document analysis confirmed or denied the information which was already available. The final research showed that analysed company, in some aspects is socially responsible, however, they can not be called socially responsible company, because they does not have prepared systemic and sequential plan.

Tyrimas atliktas, siekiant ištirti elektroninės vertinimo sistemos, kaip naujos grįžtamojo ryšio priemonės veiksmingumą. Tirta, kaip dažnai ir kokiu tikslu mokytojai, mokiniai ir jų tėvai (globėjai) naudojasi elektronine pažymių knygele, kokią įtaką elektroninė vertinimo sistema daro grįžtamosios informacijos kokybei, ko trūksta, kad elektroninės vertinimo sistemos pildymas bei tikrinimas būtų efektyvesnis. Tyrime dalyvavo tik tų mokyklų respondentai, kuriose įdiegta elektroninė ryšio sistema. Tyrimas parodė, kad elektroninė pažymių knygelė yra dažniau naudojama mokytojų, nei mokinių ir jų tėvų (globėjų). Jos pildymas yra skatinamas ugdymo įstaigų vadovų. Vertinant atsakymus pastebėta, kad mokytojams vis dar trūksta patirties ir žinių, kaip efektyviai elektroninę vertinimo sistemą panaudoti ugdymo procese. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad elektroninė mokinių pasiekimų vertinimo sistema turi reikšmės grįžtamosios informacijos kokybei: palengvina ugdymo subjektų tarpusavio bendravimą, pagerina mokinių lankomumą ir pažangumą, skatina naudotis informacinėmis technologijomis, suteikia savalaikę informaciją apie mokinius: jų pažangumą ir lankomumą. Išryškintos techninės elektroninės vertinimo apskaitos tobulinimo kryptys: sistemos administratoriai turi suteikti galimybę bet kuriuo metu ištaisyti padarytą klaidą, turi būti skiriamos papildomos apmokamos darbo valandos elektroninių vertinimo priemonių pildymui, mokytojų darbo vietos turi būti aprūpintos kompiuteriais. The analysis focuses on the frequency and aim of teachers, students and their parents (foster-parents) using the electronic record book and on the influence electronic assessment system has on the quality of the feedback as well as on the shortcomings of the system that prevent a more efficient input and testing in the electronic assessment system. Respondents exclusively from schools that have electronic connection system were involved in the research. The research revealed that electronic record book is more frequently used by teachers than by students and their parents (foster-parents). Its constant updating is incited by heads of educational institutions. Analyzing the questionnaires it became obvious that teachers still lack experience and skills to effectively use electronic assessment system in the process of education. The results of the research revealed that electronic student achievement assessment system has an impact on the quality of feedback: it facilitates the intercommunication between educational subjects, increases student attendance and level of achievement, encourages the usage of informational technologies, provides up to date information on students, their achievements and attendance.
