Este estudo da presença de Victor Hugo em A Pata da Gazela, de José de Alencar, objetiva analisar como o conceito de grotesco, teorizado pelo escritor francês no prefácio de Cromwell, experimentado e trabalhado em Han dIslande, Notre-Dame de Paris e Lhomme qui rit, teria sido adaptado por Alencar, escritor de relevante importância para a formação da Literatura Brasileira que faz menção em seu romance a duas criaturas monstruosas de Victor Hugo: Gwynplaine e Quasimodo. Para isso, propomos um olhar para a sociedade francesa e brasileira do século XIX, no intuito de verificar como se deu a contribuição hugoana. / This study of Victor Hugos presence in A Pata da Gazela by José de Alencar, aims to analyze how the concept of grotesque, that was theorized by the French writer in the preface of Cromwell, experienced and worked in Han dIslande, Notre-Dame de Paris and Lhomme qui rit, would have been adapted by Alencar, an important writer for the formation of the Brazilian Literature, who mentions in his novels two monstrous creatures of Victor Hugos: Gwynplaine and Quasimodo. In order to do that, we propose a look to the French and Brazilian societies of the nineteenth-century, to check how important Hugo\'s contribution is.

L'ambition du présent mémoire est de montrer, par le biais d'une étude mythocritique, que le cycle de la guerre de Troie, préfiguré dans La guerre des clochers, pièce de théâtre de Victor-Lévy Beaulieu, est le dispositif immanent et latent structurant cette grande saga qu'est Bouscotte. Quoique les guerriers grecs et troyens semblent, à première vue, absents de l'intrigue de la trilogie, cette lecture de l'œuvre beaulieusienne démontre clairement que l'épopée d'Homère scande le déroulement de l'action dans Bouscotte. En effet, comment ne pas reconnaître, entre autres, que la composition physique, humaine et naturelle des clans en présence dans la trilogie, de même que l'élimination obligatoire de l'obstacle qui entrave l'enclenchement de la mission de Léonie Bérubé, c'est-à-dire le sacrifice métaphorique de son père, sont similaires à l'amorce de l'odyssée des Grecs : présence de deux puissances royales ennemies, événement déclencheur dramatique (perte d'un être cher), prise de conscience de la quête à poursuivre par le héros et parallèlement, exécution d'un sacrifice symbolique, puis finalement départ vers le territoire adverse ? Grâce à ce cycle mythique, nous tentons donc de dégager les enjeux fondamentaux de la trilogie de Victor-Lévy Beaulieu, tout en mesurant l'ambition symbolique que l'auteur accorde à cette histoire millénaire, dans le cadre de son projet scriptural. Lignes après lignes dans ce mémoire, cette grande épopée homérique, qui a été revisitée par Victor-Lévy Beaulieu, se dessine aux yeux du lecteur. Toutefois, elle est campée dans un univers inattendu, celui des régions québécoises.

The area, once environmentally degraded, was rehabilitated through a funding and management modality called public-private partnership . By researching concepts that define what is public and what is private, we try to determine if the public space created through the partnership between the government and the private sector is actually public and made for the public, and its meaning. We use examples of international experiences to compare the situation observed in São Paulo, aiming at recognizing the differences that make partnerships more effective, when we consider not only the private business, but also society as a partner in shaping the public space. This work offers an overview of the partnership, including its conception, processes, project and deployment of Praça Victor Civita. / Esta pesquisa aborda a implantação da Praça Victor Civita, localizada no bairro de Pinheiros, na cidade de São Paulo. Em uma área marcada pela degradação ambiental, surge a possibilidade de reabilitação por meio da modalidade de financiamento e gestão denominada parceria público-privada . Ao levantar conceitos que definem o que é público e o que é privado, tentamos verificar se o espaço público, criado por meio da parceria entre o poder público e o setor privado, é de fato público e feito para o público, e o seu real significado. Utilizamos alguns exemplos de experiências internacionais para traçar um paralelo com a situação observada na cidade de São Paulo com o objetivo de reconhecer as diferenças que tornam as parcerias mais efetivas, considerando não só a iniciativa privada, mas também a sociedade, como parceiras na construção do espaço público. Este trabalho oferece um panorama de como foi o processo da parceria, concepção, projeto e implantação da Praça Victor Civita.

Partindo-se das relações entre o Brasil e a França no século XIX e da grande importância de Castro Alves e Victor Hugo para a literatura daquele e deste país, respectivamente, o presente trabalho procurou investigar a natureza da presença hugoana em textos selecionados da obra alvesiana. Inicialmente, examinamos minuciosamente os poemas selecionados, com o fito de evidenciar o motivo pelo qual o poeta brasileiro teria se apropriado do referente hugoano. Num segundo momento, realizou-se, quando oportuno, um cotejo entre os poemas alvesianos e os hugoanos evocados com o objetivo de desnudar a função específica desses referentes em cada texto. O cerne da nossa investigação está na seguinte indagação: Teria Castro Alves se deixado influenciar pelo mago da poesia francesa, ou o vate brasileiro teria utilizado o texto hugoano a serviço do seu discurso? Partindo disso, buscamos analisar os processos de assimilação do poeta brasileiro, mirando revelar o sentido das apropriações realizadas. A análise baseou-se na teoria da intertextualidade, o que poderá enriquecer os estudos de literatura comparada, na medida em que contribui para a ampliação do leque de informações acerca do sentido que a presença hugoana conferiu à obra de Castro Alves. / Considering the relationship between Brazil and France of the nineteenth century, as well as, the great importance of Castro Alves and Victor Hugo to the literature of both countries, the present work aimed to investigate the presence of Victor Hugo in the poems by Castro Alves. Firstly, we have carefully analyzed the selected poems in order to identify the reason why the Brazilian poet had used a Victor Hugo reference. Secondly, we have developed a comparison between the poems from Castro Alves and Victor Hugo so as to clarify the specific function of these references in each text. The main object of investigation relied on the following question: Was Castro Alves influenced by the wizard of the French poetry or had he used Hugos text for his own convenience? In order to find an answer for that question, we have analyzed the processes of assimilation of the Brazilian poet, revealing the meaning of Alves style. The analysis was based on the intertextuality theory and was a great contribution to the studies in compared literature, in the sense that it has widen the range of information about the meaning of Victor Hugo in the work of Castro Alves.

La thèse porte sur la façon dont le De unitate et pluralitate creaturarum d’Achard de Saint-Victor recourt aux doctrines médio et néoplatoniciennes pour résoudre la question d’une coexistence de l’unité et de la pluralité en Dieu et dans les créatures. L’enjeu est ainsi de mieux comprendre la place de la métaphysique platonicienne dans l’école de Saint-Victor, et ce malgré la rareté des sources au XIIe siècle, œuvres de Platon ou de ses disciples grecs. La première partie introduit d’abord à la philosophie d’Achard et aux problèmes paléographiques et philologiques que soulève le manuscrit unique du De unitate ; puis elle déconstruit cet ouvrage en ceux de ses éléments (questions, doctrines, notions) qu’il emprunte au médio et au néoplatonisme. Les deux autres parties examinent comment pour Achard une pluralité est possible : en Dieu (pluralité de personnes, de raisons dans le Verbe) et dans le monde (en tant qu’il est connu par Dieu par les formes-prototypes). Chaque partie examine comment les principaux penseurs tardo-antiques et alto-médiévaux (Apulée, Augustin, Calcidius, Boèce, Erigène) et les auteurs victorins, Hugues et Richard de Saint-Victor ont repris les éléments platoniciens étudiés dans la première partie. Ensuite est proposée une reconstruction de la réponse d’Achard. La thèse contribue à résoudre deux problèmes de l’histoire de la philosophie : quels éléments et sources platoniciens ont été reçus au XIIe siècle et quelle place la pensée victorine fait-elle à l’héritage platonicien. Les problèmes philosophiques soulevés sont la multiplication des objets intelligibles et sensibles, la définition de la chose et l’identité des êtres. / The main goal of this dissertation is to describe how Achard of Saint-Victor uses Medio and Neoplatonic doctrines in his treatise De unitate et pluralitate creaturarum in order to answer the question about unity and plurality of God and his creatures. This will lead to a better comprehension of the role of platonic metaphysics in the doctrine of the school of St. Victor despite the weak presence of Plato’s heritage in the XIIth century. In the first part of the thesis, I introduce Achard’s philosophy and the paleographical and philological problems posed by the only manuscript of the De unitate. Then I consider the elements of the treatise (questions, doctrines, notions) which were borrowed from Middle Platonism and Neoplatonism. The two other parts are dedicated to the examination of the possibility of a plurality in God (persons and reasons in the Word of God) and in the world (as it is conceived by God through form-prototypes). In each part, I examine the way that main thinkers of Late Antiquity and High Middle Ages (Apuleius, Augustin, Chalcidius, Boethius, Erigena) and the Victorins (Hugues and Richard) absorbed the platonic doctrines described in the first part of my dissertation. At the end of each part, I propose the reconstruction of Achard’s development of those doctrines.This dissertation contributes to two problems of the history of philosophy: what Platonic doctrines and sources were received in the XIIth century and what is the place of the Platonic heritage in Victorin thought. The philosophical problems of the multiplication of intelligible and sensible objects, of the definition of things and of the identity of beings are also addressed.

Den Nachlass Victor Klemperers konnte die Sächsische Landesbibliothek 1977 von seiner Witwe erwerben. Zum 50. Todestag des Romanisten veranstaltete die SLUB Dresden gemeinsam mit der TU Dresden und der Gesellschaft für Deutsche Sprache eine Gedenkveranstaltung. Auf dieser wurde aus den Tagebüchern gelesen und Bilder aus dem Leben Klemperers gezeigt. Die digitale Edition der Tagebücher wird durch Walter Nowojski ständig erweitert.

A questão que instiga o trabalho é identificar qual modelo de gestão é valorizado pela RGE e, para tanto, trabalhamos com a HIPÓTESE de que o periódico orienta a escola a adotar uma gestão escolar gerencialista com o slogan “gestão democrática e compartilhada” e, ao mesmo tempo, se aproxima das orientações preconizadas por organismos internacionais, entre eles o BM a UNESCO e a OCDE, com vistas ao aumento da produtividade e eficiência, mensurados por meio de avaliações em larga escala, e ao maior alinhamento da escola às necessidades do mercado. O PROBLEMA que estimulou esta investigação é a assunção de que a boa qualidade da educação (seja na condução da educação nacional, seja na condução do que ocorre dentro da escola) decorre, fundamentalmente, apenas do modelo de gestão adotado; nesse sentido, parece que a eficiência das unidades escolares – geralmente determinada por índices de desempenho – passa a ser um problema tipicamente de gestão, ignorando-se os diferentes matizes que marcam discursos multifacetados sobre gestão escolar, bem como a existência de outros fatores intervenientes para a almejada boa qualidade da educação. Para compreender o discurso da revista tratamos, também, de questões que sustentam a argumentação do periódico como as proposições dos Organismos Internacionais sobre gestão escolar e as concepções acerca das parcerias público-privadas (PPP) na educação brasileira. As trajetórias das Fundações Victor Civita (FVC) e Lemann (FL) são abordadas no intuito de melhor conhecer a organização, estrutura e circulação do periódico em análise, identificando as estratégias discursivas que buscam legitimar um discurso sobre a gestão da escola. Para a realização da investigação, foram analisadas 53 (cinquenta e três) edições do periódico, sendo 29 edições impressas e 24 on-line, no período de agosto/2009 a dezembro/2016, além de entrevista com a direção de edição e produtos da Associação Nova Escola (ANE). Para fundamentar as análises trabalhamos com os conceitos de “linguagem autorizada” e “descrever e prescrever” em Bourdieu (2008); de slogan e metáfora, em Scheffler (1974); de ciclo de políticas, gerencialismo e performatividade em Ball (1989, 2001); de “rede de legitimidade” em Ricardo Filho (2005); além das contribuições de Shiroma et al (2005); Victo Paro (1988); Felix (1984) e Ravitch (2011). / The OBJECTIVE of this research is to analyze the discursive production of the School Management Magazine (RGE) on school management. The question that instigates the work is to identify which management model is valued by RGE. We work with the HYPOTHESIS that the periodical guides the school to adopt a managerial school model management with the slogan "democratic and shared management" and, at the same time, utilizes the guidelines recommended by international organizations, among which, the World Bank, UNESCO and OECD, with the purpose of increasing productivity and efficiency, measured through large-scale assessments, and of attaining better aligning between the schools and the needs of the market economy. The ISSUE that stimulated this research is the assumption that the good quality of education (whether in the conduct of the national education or in the conduct of what happens inside the school) is fundamentally based only on the management model adopted. In this sense, it seems that the efficiency of the school units - usually determined by performance indexes - becomes a typical management problem, ignoring the different tints that mark the multifaceted discourses about school management, as well as the existence of other intervening factors for the desired good quality of education. In order to understand the discourse of the journal, we also address issues that support the journal's arguments, such as the proposals of the International Organizations on school management and the conceptions about public-private partnerships (PPP) in Brazilian education. The trajectories of the Victor Civita (FVC) and Lemann (FL) Foundations are approached in order to understand better the organization, structure and circulation of the periodical under analysis, identifying the discursive strategies that seek to legitimize a discourse about school management. In order to carry out the research, 53 (fifty-three) editions of the journal were analyzed, being 29 printed editions and 24 online editions, from August/2009 to December/2016. We have also interviewed the directors of editing and of products of the New School Association (ANE). To substantiate our reviews, we use the following theories: the concepts of "authorized language" and "describe and prescribe" in Bourdieu (2008); the concept of slogan and metaphor in Scheffler (1974); the notions of policy cycle, managerialism and performativity in Ball (1989, 2001) and the idea of "legitimacy network" in Ricardo Filho (2005). In addition to those, we have also utilized contributions from Shiroma et al (2005); Victo Paro (1988); Felix (1984) and Ravitch (2011).
