Afinal, Schopenhauer faz uso de conceitos cristãos para explicar os principais pontos de sua ética, donde se destaca o papel da graça. Para cumprir o meu objetivo, analiso, primeiramente, a filosofia do "doutor da graça", Agostinho, e, em seguida, avalio suas implicações na filosofia de Schopenhauer / Abstract: This dissertation aims to highlight the importance of the knowledge of the Christian doctrine of grace to the comprehension of the schopenhauerian doctrines of compassion and moral freedom. After all, Schopenhauer uses Christian concepts to explain the key issues of his ethics, in which the role of grace stands out. For achieving this goal, I first analyze the philosophy of the "Doctor of Grace", St. Augustine, and afterward assess its implications in Schopenhauer's philosophy / Mestrado / Filosofia / Mestra em Filosofia

This study examines how conative factors contribute to effective e-learning for corporate and academic learners. Inference of what effective e-learning activities are were traced during a focus group session, a question on a discussion list, validation of information from different sources such as observers, the verifier, the de-brief session, the scribe, the video and audio recordings and correlation with current literature. Effective learning (self-direction and collaboration), techno- and information literacy and an effective learning environment are the strongest predictors of effective e-learning. The combination of intention (motivation) and action (volition) are the two descriptive factors for conation. The study highlights existing models of conative factors and learner motivation as well as the relationships between conative factors with special reference to internal (pulling) and external (pushing) driving forces. Ce mémoire étudie les représentations de la volonté humaine dans le Soûtra de l’Entrée dans la dimension absolue. L’exégèse du récit révèle dans un premier temps que l’insatisfaction (duḥkha s.) qui imprègne l’existence est en partie causée par la soif (tṛṣṇā s.). Or, notre analyse montre que c’est en faisant usage de leur volonté – source à priori de liberté et de possibilité infinies – que les êtres s’abandonnent systématiquement à leurs sentiments assoiffés et, à terme, perpétuent le cycle infernal des existences. C’est donc sans surprise que la volonté est désignée comme une faculté négative à proscrire de la pratique par les maîtres spirituels du soûtra. Cette indication, simple, mais capitale, doit absolument être suivie par le pratiquant pour qu’il atteigne l’Éveil et participe au bien commun. Le problème, cependant, est que la libération implique nécessairement l’usage de la volonté – dans les voeux, la compassion et la persévérance par exemple. La volonté présente en cela des aspects positifs, mais son potentiel négatif demeure et une question surgit : comment l’éthique du soûtra peut-elle effectivement mener à des effets positifs en étant liée à cette faculté ? Pour répondre à cette question, nous nous rapportons à la conception de la dimension absolue, l’enseignement final du soûtra. Dans cet espace, la volonté se libère de tout conditionnement et une nouvelle manière d’appréhender la posture psychologique des êtres éveillés apparait : la non-volonté. / This dissertation considers representations of human will in chapter 39 of The Flower Ornament Scripture, entitled “Entering the Realm of Reality”. An exegesis of the narrative reveals that the dissatisfaction (duḥkha s.) that permeates existence is partly caused by thirst (tṛṣṇā s.). However, our analysis shows that by exercising their will – a source a priori of infinite freedom and possibility – beings systematically abandon themselves to their thirsty feelings and, in the long run, perpetuate the infernal cycle of existence. Unsurprisingly, will is considered a negative faculty, to be proscribed from practice by the spiritual masters of the sutra; this simple but essential teaching must be followed by the practitioner so that he can reach Enlightenment and participates in the common good. The problem, however, is that liberation necessarily implies the exercise of will, for example in taking vows or practicing compassion and perseverance. Though the exercise of will can have positive aspects, its negative potential remains, leading us to ask: how can the ethics of the sutra actually lead to positive effects if it is connected to will? To answer this question, we refer to the conception of the realm of reality, the final teaching of the sutra. In this realm, the will frees itself from all conditioning and a new way of apprehending the psychological posture of enlightened beings appears: the non-will.

Presumtionshyra infördes i Sveriges hyressättningssystem år 2006 och syftade till att ge hyresvärdar kostnadstäckning för sina bostadshyresrättsinvesteringar. Efter presumtionshyrans införande har det tvistats om hur skälighetsbedömningen i presumtionshyrans hyresutveckling ska gå till. Denna oklarhet gällande hyressättningen förtydligades år 2022 genom ett beslut i Svea hovrätt. Beslutet innebar att presumtionshyran inte fullt ut skulle följa den allmänna hyresutvecklingen.  Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka huruvida beslutet i Svea hovrätt har påverkat investeringsviljan för nyproduktion av bostadshyresrätter i Stockholm. Vid behandling av detta ämne önskas samtidigt att belysa samspelet mellan marknadsdynamik, lagstiftning och bostadsmarknadens olika aktörer. Metodiken som används i uppsatsen grundar sig i en litteratur- samt en intervjustudie. Litteraturstudien bidrar med en grund av teoretisk information medan intervjustudien bringar en djupare förståelse från bostadsmarknadens olika aktörers perspektiv.   Slutsatsen i denna studie är att beslutet i Svea hovrätt har påverkat investeringsviljan för bostadshyresrätter negativt. Studien kan dock inte fastställa i vilken utsträckning beslutet har påverkat investeringsviljan för bostadshyresrättsfastigheter men särregleringen av presumtionshyran konstateras vara en av de faktorer som påverkar denna. På grund av den låga investeringsviljan på bostadsmarknaden råder det som följd en utbredd bostadsbrist i Stockholm. De bostadshyresrätter som uppförs kräver allt för höga hyresnivåer i förhållande till de potentiella hyresgästernas betalningsförmåga. Vidare finner studien att samspelet mellan marknadens olika aktörer och hyressättningssystemets utformning samt funktion är bidragande faktorer till varför investeringsviljan och bostadsbristen ser ut som de gör. Även makroekonomiska faktorer såsom inflationens utveckling och räntenivåer spelar en betydande roll för investeringsviljan. Utifrån studien kan det konstateras att det bör ske genomgående förbättringar i hyressättningssystemet samt i samspelet mellan bostadsmarknadens aktörer. / The presumptive rent was introduced into Sweden's rent system in 2006 with the aim of providing landlords cost coverage for their residential tenancy investments. After the introduction of presumptive rent, there has been dispute over how the assessment of equity in the presumptive rent's increase should be proceeded. This ambiguity concerning the rent system was clarified in 2022 through a decision by the Svea Court of Appeal, which meant that the presumptive rent would not fully follow the general rent increase in the area. This essay aims to investigate whether the decision by the Svea Court of Appeal has affected the investment volition in the new production of residential tenancy properties. As this issue is addressed, the study also wishes to illustrate the interaction between market dynamics, legislation, and the various actors in the housing market. The methodology applied throughout the essay is based on a literature review and an interview study. The literature review provides a foundation of theoretical information, while the interview study brings a deeper understanding from the perspectives of the various actors in the housing market. The essay concludes that the decision by the Svea Court of Appeal has negatively impacted the investment volition in residential tenancy properties. The study cannot determine to what extent the decision has affected the investment volition in residential tenancy properties, but the regulation of the presumptive rent is considered one of the factors influencing this. Due to the low investment volition in the housing market, there is consequently a widespread housing shortage in Stockholm. The residential tenancy properties that are constructed require rents that are too high in reference to the potential tenants' ability to pay. Furthermore, the study finds that the interaction between the various actors in the market and the design and function of the rent system are contributing factors to the problems concerning the investment volition and the housing shortage in Stockholm. Based on the study, it can be concluded that there should be comprehensive improvements in the rent system and in the interaction among the actors in the housing market.

Inevitavelmente, a avaliação destes fenômenos nas dependências químicas sofre o viés da ação farmacológica da substância sobre o humor. Jogo Patológico vem sendo considerado uma dependência comportamental e um modelo promissor na investigação psicológica e contextual de fenômenos presentes nos diagnósticos de dependências. O estudo aprofundado da relação entre avidez e afetos em jogadores patológicos e a comparação dos mesmos com dependentes químicos contribuirá para melhor caracterização do Jogo Patológico e dos tratamentos relacionados / Pathological Gambling (PG) and Chemical Dependence (CD) are psychiatry disorders that have relevant relation with craving and affects. These phenomenons have been investigated in CD, however craving and affects among gamblers did not receive the same attention. Unavoidable, the study of these phenomenons on CD are under the substance related action influence. Craving and affects would be better understood on a disorder that shares the same addictions patterns without the presence of a psycho-active. PG has been described by literature as an addictive behavior. The parallels between Substance Disorders and PG are quite pronounced. PG as a promise model to comprehend the evolving process related to addiction. This investigation might enhance PG clinical characterization and treatment improvement
