Bostad är för de flesta den största investeringen en person gör och finansieras med hjälp av bolån. Bolån medför makroekonomiska risker, till följd av höga skuldkvoter och minskad konsumtion. För att minska dessa infördes år 2016 samt år 2018 amorteringskrav. Amorteringskraven kan ses som mindre reglering hos bankerna men är av många ansedd som ett komplext införande. Rådgivare på svenska banker är de som ansvarar för utlåning till privatpersoner och de har behövt anpassa sig efter de nya regelverken. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur amorteringskraven påverkat bolånerådgivare i form av stress, standardiserad arbetsprocess och inlärning. Detta för att undersöka om det upplevdes som stressande att behöva anpassa sig till amorteringskraven. Vidare undersöktes vilka konsekvenser amorteringskravens införande fått för bolånerådgivares arbete, huruvida det i takt med ett ökande antal regleringar blivit mer standardiserat. Slutligen studerades om amorteringskraven upplevdes som svåra att lära sig eller implementera i det dagliga arbetet. Genom en kvantitativ forskningsmetod, har rådgivare svarat på en enkät baserad på studiens syfte. Tidigare studier har i större utsträckning fokuserat på amorteringskravens ekonomiska konsekvenser samt hur de påverkat bostadsmarknaden. Syftet med studien är därmed intressant att undersöka utifrån ett yrkesprofessionellt perspektiv.  Resultatet av studien visade ett samband mellan amorteringskravens införande och en ökad stressnivå hos rådgivarna. Resultatet stödjer även tidigare forskning vad gäller att rådgivarna upplevt att amorteringskraven bidragit till en mer standardiserad arbetsprocess. Däremot fanns det inget stöd för att amorteringskraven varit svåra att lära sig eller att implementera i arbetet med bolånerådgivning. / For most people, housing is the biggest investment in life, and it is financed by mortgages. However, this entails macroeconomic risks as a result of high debt ratios and reduced consumption. To reduce these risks, amortization requirements were introduced in 2016 and 2018. The amortization requirements can be seen as a minor regulation for the banks, but it is considered by many to be a complex regulation. Advisors in Swedish banks are the ones responsible for lending to private individuals and have therefore had to adapt to the new rules. The purpose of the study is to investigate how the amortization requirements has affected mortgage advisors in terms of stress, standardized work process and learning. This is with the reason to examine investigate whether it was considered stressful to have to adapt to the amortization requirements. Furthermore, the consequences of the introduction of the amortization requirements for the work of mortgage counselors were examined, whether, as a growing number of regulations became more standardized. Finally, it was studied whether the amortization requirements were perceived as difficult to learn or implement in the mortgage advisors daily work. Through a quantitative research, advisors have responded to a survey based on the purpose of the study. Previous studies have focused to a greater extent on the financial consequences of the amortization requirements and how they have affected the housing market. The purpose of the study is thus interesting to investigate from a professional perspective.   The results of the study showed a link between the introduction of the amortization requirements and an increased stress level of the advisers. The result also supports previous research in that the advisers considered that the amortization requirements contributed to a more standardized work process. However, there was no support for the fact that the repayment requirements were difficult to learn or implement in the work of mortgage counseling.

Polisanställda, som arbetar med utsatta barn, är en grupp som dagligen utsätts för psykiskt påfrestande situationer som kan påverka deras hälsa. Denna studie syftar således till att undersöka hur barnutredare inom polisen uppfattar sitt välbefinnande. Det föreligger i dagsläget en kunskapslucka i Sverige inom detta studerade område, något som motiverar studiens genomförande. Den aktuella studien genomfördes med djupgående intervjuer där sju polisanställda, som utreder utsatta barn, deltog. En tematisk analys genomfördes på det insamlade materialet där kodord identifierades, som sedan bildade fyra övergripande teman; handledning och hjälp, privatliv, arbetsliv och samarbete. Resultatet visade att deltagarna i studien önskade bättre individuellt stöd. De upplevde även att deras arbete influerade deras privatliv genom olika aspekter, och att arbetsbelastningen medförde att de kände sig otillräckliga. Resultatet visade även att vissa delar i arbetsprocessen uppfattades som mer krävande på deras välbefinnande, men att deras samarbete med organisationen Barnahus underlättade arbetsbelastningen något. Denna studie kunde dra slutsatsen att den individuella handledningen var ett viktigt forum för deltagarna att kunna ventilera i, därför bör den återinföras så som den var förr. / Police employees, who work with abused children, are a group that regularly are exposed to mentally stressful situations that may affect their health. This paper aims to study how child investigators within the police perceive their well-being. Currently, there is a knowledge gap in Sweden within this studied area which motivates the present study. The current study was conducted with in-depth interviews in which seven child investigators participated. A thematic analysis was performed on the collected data and codewords were identified. Four overall themes were determined; guidance and help, private life, working life and cooperation. The results showed that the participants in the present study, wished they had better individual guidance. They also felt that their work influenced their private life, and that the workload meant that they felt inadequate at doing their jobs. The results also showed that certain parts of the work process were perceived as more demanding on their well-being, but that their cooperation with the organisation “Barnahus” eased the workload somewhat. This study could draw the conclusion that the individual guidance was an important platform for the participants to be able to ventilate, therefore it should be reinstated as it was before.

Syftet med denna studie är att ta reda på vilken kunskap fem ämneslärare i svenska har om återkopplingens effekt och betydelse i arbetsprocessen i svenskämnet. För att kunna synliggöra detta valdes en kvalitativ metod med semistrukturerade intervjuer med samtliga respondenter. Intervjuerna synliggjorde kunskapen om hur de fem ämneslärarna överväger och utformar sina återkopplinga ri svenskämnet under elevernas arbetsprocess. Genom den relevanta empirin kunde studien belysa återkopplingens betydelse i svenskämnet och den effekten och betydelsen återkopplingen till eleverna har under en arbetsprocess. I studien synliggörs den kunskap de fem ämneslärarna har om återkopplingens betydelse. Ord som stöttning, självgående, den individuella återkopplingen, kunskapsutveckling, språkkunskaper, arbetsprocess är vanligt förekommande, vilket visar att samtliga lärare har liknande definitioner av återkopplingens effekt och betydelse under elevernas arbetsprocess i svenskämnet. I resultatkapitlet framgår även lärarnas olika överväganden och utformningar av återkoppling, för att främja elevens motivation samt kunskapsutveckling under arbetsprocessen. / The aim of this study was to examine the knowledge five high school teachers possess regarding feedback and its significance in the Swedish subject’s work process. In order to do so a qualitative approach was applied, with semistructured interviews being the method used to collect data. The interviews highlighted the knowledge these five teachers had in connection to how they consider and formulate their feedback in the Swedish subject during the students work process. Combined with the empirical evidence, the study was able to highlight the significance of feedback in the Swedish subject and the effect and importance it has on the students. As mentioned, the study highlights the knowledge these five teachers possess in terms of feedback and its importance in correlation to the Swedish subject. Word ssuch as: support, feedback, self-propelled individual feedback, knowledge development, linguistic knowledge, and work process, are fairly common and repeated. This shows that all of the teachers had similar definitions of the feedbacks affect and importance on the work process in the Swedish subject. In addition to this, the result chapter also highlights the teacher’s way to consider and formulate their feedback in order to encourage the student’s motivation as well as their knowledge development during the work process.

De har en gemensam slutdestination men olika stopp på vägen. Så kanprojekt med samarbete mellan beställare, fotograf och retuschör beskrivas.I projekt med flera parter är det inte svårt att förstå att förlängdadeadlines, överskridande av budget, bristande kommunikation och friktionmellan parterna kan förekomma. I detta arbete har arbetsprocesser inomframställningen av reklamkampanjer bestående av fotografiska bilderanalyserats för att definiera styrkor och svagheter. Målet var att ta framriktlinjer för de olika parterna att använda sig av vid framtida arbete.Efter intervjuer med sex personer aktiva i branschen, som syftade till attkartlägga respektive parts arbetsprocess, samt deras syn på samarbetetdem emellan, kunde välgrundade resultat nås.I de riktlinjer som studien resulterat i kan det bland annat utläsas att entydlig brief samt användandet av mallar och checklistor är centrala delar ien välfungerande arbetsprocess. Vilket bidrar till ett slutresultat av högkvalitet och leverans inom givna tidsramar.Detta arbete har utförts i samarbete med Linjepunkt Repro som arbetarmed avancerad bildretusch och grafisk produktion. Samarbetet bidrog tillen tydligare inblick i branschen och värdefulla kontakter inom de olikaområdena som undersökts och ligger till grund för arbetet. Resultatet avstudien skulle kunna gynna företaget i fråga samt deras samarbetspartnersmen kan även appliceras på andra liknande arbetsprocesser. / Projects involving clients, photographers and retouchers has a common goal but each part have different stops along the way.Extended deadlines, budget overruns, lack of communication and friction between the parties. These are all things that can occur in projects involving multiple parties. In this study, work processes in the production of advertising images has been analyzed in order to define strengths and weaknesses. The aim for this work was to develop guidelines for the parties to use in the future.In order to survey each party’s work process and their different views on the collaboration between them, six interviews were conducted. Since the interviewees’ consisted of people currently in the industry, the results were well-founded.The results from the study shows that some of the central parts of a well-functioning work process are a clear brief and the use of templates or checklists. These aspects contribute to high-quality results and delivery within deadlines.This study has been conducted in collaboration with Linjepunkt Repro, a company working with advanced image retouching and graphic production. The collaboration contributed to a clearer insight into the industry and valuable contacts. The result of the study could benefit the company and its partners, but it can also be applied to other similar work processes.

Skapandet av spatialiserade ljudböcker är idag inte gynnsamt för företag då det tar för lång tid att skapa, och företag ofta förhåller sig till en allt för snar deadline. För att förenkla processen och för att skapa ett tydligt arbetssätt att utgå ifrån, kommer denna artikel att behandla skapandet av en användbar arbetsprocess för skapandet av spatiala ljudböcker. Artikeln behandlar olika teorier som kan gynna skapandet av ljudmiljön, och presenterar även ett förslag för hur man på bästa sätt lägger upp skapandeprocessen. Denna uppsats pekar på att en arbetsprocess för detta hade varit användbart, speciellt för folk i branschen som inte är så vana vid att skapa spatialiserade ljudböcker. Artikeln undersöker om skapandet av en arbetsprocess för spatialiserade ljudböcker kommer att underlätta för företag att återskapa processen. Detta hoppas kunna leda till att fler spatialiserade ljudböcker blir till, att det blir ett vanligare koncept, samt att företag ska kunna producera dessa enklare. / The making of spatialized audiobooks is not favorable for companies today as it takes too long to create, and companies often relate to an all too prompt deadline. To make the process easier and to create a clear working process to proceed from, this article will approach the making of a useful work process for the creation of spatial audiobooks. This article deals with various theories that can benefit the creation of the sound environment/ambience, and also presents a proposal for how to best set up the creation process. This article points out that a work process for this could be useful, especially for people in the industry who are not so used to creating spatialized audiobooks. The article investigates whether the creation of a work process for spatialized audiobooks will facilitate companies to recreate the process. It is hoped that this will lead to more spatialized audiobooks being created, that it will become a more common concept, and that companies will be able to produce these more easily.

The single parent family in an inner city context is confronted with a problematic life situation. The demands, which are brought about by single parenthood as well as residence in an inner city environment, often lead to inappropriate parenting. The single parent child is often disrupted on an emotional and social level as a result. In many cases the child handles this disruption inappropriately. The single parent family has a need for resources in the community in order to ensure the continuous emotional, social, psychic and physical well being of its separate members. Involvement in gestalt group work can already be regarded as such an important resource available to the single parent child. Through this research study an investigation was made into the efficiency of a gestalt group work programme in the empowerment of the single parent child to handle the negative experiences of the single parent situation, such as feelings of guilt, anger, confusion, fear, inadequacy, loss, and sorrow and depression. Gestalt group work offers an opportunity to the child to share feelings and experiences regarding the single parent situation within the group context and to receive support from the therapists and other group members. This process strengthens the child’s inner self and the child is empowered to self-support. A complete and refined gestalt group work programme was developed and evaluated from the findings of a literature study and empirical study. The process of intervention research was followed during the empirical study. Data was obtained from seven single parent children in their late middle childhood years in an inner city context and their single parents. The combined quantitative-qualitative approach was used for this purpose according to the dominant-less-dominant model of Creswell. The single-systems design was used to test the effectiveness of the programme. The quantitative findings were obtained by self-developed questionnaires for the child respondents and their single parents, before and after the gestalt group work programme. The qualitative findings were obtained by unstructured observation during the gestalt group work sessions. According to the integration of the quantitative and qualitative findings, the conclusion can be made that the gestalt group work programme brought about an improvement in the child respondents’ emotional and social levels of functioning and their appropriate handling of feelings. The findings obtained, suggest that the developed gestalt group work programme can be implemented with confidence with single parent children in their late middle childhood years in an inner city context. Introdução: O sofrimento psíquico infanto-juvenil foi historicamente atrelado às limitações cognitivas (idiotia infantil) e à necessidade de ação sobre o abandono e delinquência juvenil e traz em seu bojo práticas de cuidado historicamente segregadoras e médico-científicas moralizantes. A assunção do Estado às práticas de cuidado à infância e adolescência principalmente nos movimentos reformadores da década de 80 no Brasil construção do Sistema Único de Saúde e Reforma Psiquiátrica reivindicou um novo olhar em torno desse cuidado, o que foi concretizado na construção de uma política de cuidado infantojuvenil enredada estrategicamente nos CAPS infantojuvenis, bem como na necessidade dos processos de trabalho que apoiassem práticas interseçoras e relacionais produtoras de usuários sujeitos de direitos nesses estabelecimentos. Objetivo: Evidenciar a relação entre as modalidades de produção de cuidado em saúde mental e os processos de trabalho desenvolvidos em um CAPS ADi. Método: cartografia dos processos de trabalho com profissionais de um CAPS ADi de São Bernardo do Campo - São Paulo e dois usuários do estabelecimento. Utilizou-se a metodologia do caso-traçador na congregação de quatro focos de análise sobre dois casos emblemáticos atendidos no CAPS: observação do cotidiano de trabalho, caracterização, grupos focais com profissionais e entrevistas com dois usuários. Resultados: Os resultados apontaram para uma dinâmica de trabalho bastante complexa e atravessada por questões cotidianas do serviço, bem como por diferentes concepções acerca do cuidado, do que é projeto terapêutico e de como cuidar de adolescentes que trazem histórias sociais tão diversas quanto às suas famílias e situações de vulnerabilidade nas quais o uso abusivo de drogas se faz, por vezes, secundário em relação à demanda vivenciada dia-a-dia. Conclusão: É de suma importância construir espaços de reflexão e autoanálise para que os profissionais possam partilhar e rediscutir os processos de subjetivação gerados a partir de suas ações nos usuários e em si próprios, bem como, resignificar o sentido do cuidado e da existência de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial voltado para crianças e adolescentes que fazem uso abusivo de álcool e drogas / Introduction: The child and youth psychological suffering was historically tied to cognitive deficits and the need for action on child abandonment and juvenile delinquency. They will be cared for the practices historically segregated and medical-scientific moralizing. Nevertheless, the State care practices for childhood and adolescence, the emergence of specific knowledge about child and youth development, and especially the reform movements of the 80s in Brazil the construction of integrated and universal health system, and psychiatric reform - demanded a new point of view around that care, what was achieved later in the construction of a policy of child and youth careful established in Child and Youth Psychosocial Care Centers CAPSi and in need of work processes that supported relational practices intercessors and producing users having rights in these establishments. Objective: It aims to show the relationship between modes of production of mental health care and work processes developed in Child and Youth Psychosocial Care Center to treat drug abuse CAPS ADi. Methods: The work process mapping with professionals and two users of Chlid and Youth CAPS to treat drug abuse at São Bernardo do Campo - São Paulo. We used the methodology of \"case-tracer\" in the congregation of four foci analysis on two emblematic cases seen at CAPS: observation of daily work, characterization and focus groups with professionals and interviews with two users. Results: The results showed a dynamic work quite complex crossed by the everyday issues of service, as well as different conceptions of care, which is the therapeutic project and how to care for adolescents who bring social stories as diverse as their families and vulnerability situations in which drug abuse is done sometimes secondary demand experienced dayto-day. Conclusion: It is extremely important to ensure spaces for reflection so that professionals can share and revisit the processes of subjectivity generated from their actions on users and themselves as well, reframe the meaning of care and the existence of a Psychosocial Center facing children and adolescents who abuse alcohol and drugs

This aspect goes back to rethink health practices, for the purpose to serve as support available to users, to be able to serve you in full, respecting their economic, social and cultural reality. Thus, it is expected that such practices are summarize in search of a model of care that besides the biomedical aspects, articulate actions that integrate the habits, traditions and cultures of everyone and any old users, for example, of this population. For this reason, the bibliographical study of the research purpose to analyze the care production process in the FHS for the scope of solving the health care of indigenous peoples in Brazil based on a total of 14 (fourteen) scientific works published in the period from 2010 to 2014, on the basis of data from the Virtual Health Library and Portal CAPES. We used the method of content analysis for to explore these productions from nine units of meaning: Labor AIS Accessibility Work Process, Interculturalism, Home, Bonding, Completeness, Attention Model and Differentiated Attention. Once grouped, was made an empirical category ?Solvability Production and Care to the Indigenous in the FHS: the gap between official policy and practice. Because, despite the current National Health Policy of Indigenous Peoples in Brazil to be an important stimulus for development assistance practices to glimpse the importance of access and care production of integral to theses peoples, in practice still is imperceptible because the absence of services that enhance the indigenous culture, and consequently such qualified professionals to missing. Like this, does not exists dialogue and relationship between knowledges and practices academics and indigenous, showing the dislocation between the cultural diversity and the devaluation of exchange of experiences and knowledges between professionals and users, mainly because the difficulty in communication against of the diversity of the indigenous dialogues. For what the production of care provided to indigenous peoples has solvability depends on a maturing so much political how much operational in articulation of the health actions. This because professionals, users and families, and society itself, can be viewed as elements assets of the interactions established in the sense of favor the interaction between the users and the health services. Thus we will be promoted solvability of the demanded questions of the health care valuing the culture of indigenous peoples. This reality also requires the Health?s professionals a rethink about their training curricula in the sense of they can talk and learn the cultural diversity of the indigenous people. / A Estrat?gia de Sa?de da Fam?lia (ESF), no contexto do Sistema ?nico de Sa?de (SUS), constitui uma ferramenta que visa ? reorganiza??o da Aten??o B?sica no pa?s, contemplando a busca de mecanismos que possam consolidar as pr?ticas de trabalho no atendimento ?s demandas sociais, contemplando a busca pela resolubilidade no contexto individual e coletivo. Tal aspecto remonta a um repensar as pr?ticas de Sa?de, a fim de que sirva como suporte disponibilizado aos usu?rios, sendo capaz de atend?-lo de forma integral, respeitando-se sua realidade econ?mica, social e cultural. Isso porque, profissionais, usu?rios e familiares, e a pr?pria sociedade, devem ser visualizados como elementos ativos das intera??es estabelecidas, no sentido de se favorecer a intera??o entre os usu?rios e os servi?os de Sa?de. Total sample was 18 subjects, being 88,89 of this sample evaluated. The purpose of this research was elucidate how the Social Workers organize their activities and what cultural traces of public service and their inflections reflects on socio-occupational space and work. Refer to Social Service work theme starting from centrality of work category as main mediation of man, being in mind that work process are influenced by the organizational culture or professions subcultures. It exposes the work starting from Marxist theory, explicit the work specificities in services and discuss the process of work in health, demonstrating the continuity and possibilities for new conductions, enlighten the reorganization necessity and highlighting the importance of organizational culture that consolidate health care oriented practices, beyond the necessity of culture of public service vice settle that lead to disrespect to the citizens rights, adding, yet, a historical Social Service in health panorama. Enters, in sequence, in the hospital universe, and from that, particularizes the practices of the category in HULW. Four documental research instruments were used, analytical tools of health services elaborated by Franco e Merhy (2003) - "fluxograma" and "rede de petição e compromissos", - questionnaire and interview. From assembling of Social Service ambulatory "fluxograma" and "rede de petição e compromisso" 14 Social Workers and 3 residents of Social Service were enrolled. In the Clinics "fluxograma" 8 professionals and 3 residents were enrolled, being this tools constructed in June. The interviews and questionnaires were applied between June and July, with 15 Social Workers. This study particularizes the analysis of professional practice of the Social Workers, the main accomplished actions and surrounding concepts, available work conditions, as well organizational culture about HULW and interferences that public service culture has over his work and institution. The main results show that this is a vertical, centralized and burocratic-normativ, with practices leaded by irrationality and absence of work cult, giving to the work an aspect of favor, instead of cooperation. The physician is central in the work process, what leads to knowledge isolation and users interests subordination, conditioning the main demands of Social Service to circumscription of the paradox fixed between universal right and restrict access, giving the resolution of barriers from itself, but not as access provider. The importance of emphasis observed in socioeducative actions is highlighted, but also the necessity of internal project elaboration for the category and critical analysis of his actions, in a way to go beyond elaboration of answers for immediate demands of population / Esta tese analisa os processos de trabalho em serviços públicos de saúde nos quais se insere o Serviço Social, a partir de um estudo de caso feito com as assistentes sociais do Hospital Universitário Lauro Wanderley (HULW), cujo universo é de dezoito profissionais do qual se obteve uma amostra de 88,89%. Propôs-se elucidar como as assistentes sociais organizam suas práticas e quais as inflexões ocasionadas pelos traços da cultura do serviço público e pela lógica de organização hospitalar sobre seu espaço sócio-ocupacional e seu trabalho. Refere-se ao tema do trabalho do Serviço Social na saúde a partir da centralidade da categoria trabalho como a principal mediação do homem, entendendo-se que os processos de trabalho são influenciados pelas culturas das organizações ou das subculturas das profissões. Retrata o trabalho a partir da teoria marxista, explicita as especificidades do trabalho em serviços e discute os processos de trabalho na saúde, demonstrando os continuísmos e as possibilidades para novas conduções, enfatizando a necessidade de reorganização dos mesmos e destacando a importância de uma cultura organizacional que consolide práticas voltadas para o cuidado em saúde, além da necessidade de dirimir os vícios da cultura do serviço público que provocam o descuro do direito do cidadão, acrescentando, ainda, um panorama histórico do Serviço Social na saúde. Adentra, em seguida, o universo hospitalar e, a partir daí, particulariza as práticas da categoria no HULW. Utilizou-se quatro instrumentos de pesquisa: pesquisa documental, ferramentas analisadoras dos serviços de saúde elaboradas por Franco e Merhy (2003) fluxogramas e rede de petição e compromissos , questionário e entrevista. Da montagem do fluxograma do Ambulatório e da rede de petição e compromissos do Serviço Social participaram quatorze assistentes sociais e três residentes de Serviço Social, já no fluxograma das Clínicas foram oito profissionais e as três residentes, todos construídos em junho. As entrevistas e questionários foram aplicados entre junho e julho, junto a quinze assistentes sociais. O estudo particulariza a análise da prática profissional das assistentes sociais, as principais ações que realizam e concepções que as cercam, as condições de trabalho de que dispõem, assim como as percepções que tem da cultura organizacional do HULW e as interferências que a cultura do serviço público produz sobre seu trabalho e sobre a instituição. Os principais resultados indicam que esta é uma organização vertical, burocrático-normativa e centralizada, com práticas conduzidas pela irracionalidade e ausência de culto ao trabalho, dando ao trabalho coletivo um cariz de favor e não de cooperação. O médico é central nos processos de trabalho, o que proporciona isolamento dos saberes e subordinação dos interesses dos usuários e condiciona as principais demandas do Serviço Social à circunscrição ao paradoxo fixado entre o direito universal e o acesso restrito, cabendo-lhe a resolução dos entraves relativos ao mesmo, como facilitador, mas não como garantidor do acesso. Destaca a importância da ênfase observada nas ações socioeducativas, mas também a necessidade de elaboração de projeto interno para a categoria e da análise crítica das suas ações, de modo a ir além da elaboração de respostas para as demandas imediatas da população

This store conglomerate of various sectors provides convenience to the public that attends, to find in the same environment a range of offers. In order to better understand the operation of a Shopping Mall this dissertation seeks to understand the rationality of the work of Shopping Malls vendors in the city of Manaus. Therefore, it seeks to contextualize the economic branch that work which is still conceptual indecision fruit given the range of services they offer. Describing the development of Shopping Malls in the world, in Brazil and in Manaus, so as to demonstrate how the work of is influenced by Taylorist management mechanisms and Toyotist responsible for the precariousness of their activity, as well as the store environment that determine the propriety, the way of the seller all the time working as an actor in an attempt to entice your customer to purchase supported by a facade. We conclude that this type of work takes on a temporary basis given the high level of physical and mental strain, derived from the comprehensive cargo collection, leisure time usurping these sellers. This academic study is divided into three chapters and as a theoretical basis for the study of rationality and work, classical authors of sociology of work, geography, administration, economy and other relevant areas, as Bourdieu (1977), Durkeheim (1995), Marx (2011, 2008 2002 1996 1948), Engels (2002, 1996), Weber (2004, 2001), Goffman (2009) and Friedmann and Naville (1973) are studied as well as other authors, namely: Kon (1999), Giddens (2000), Harvey (1992), Ohno (1997) Pochmann (2004), Sorj (2000) and Santos (2000, 2006) / Um dos locais comumente usados para lazer e compras é o Shopping Center. Este conglomerado de lojas de diversos setores proporciona comodidade ao público que o frequenta, no sentido de encontrar no mesmo ambiente uma gama de ofertas. A fim de entender o funcionamento do trabalho dos vendedores desse ambiente, esta dissertação procura compreender a racionalidade do trabalho dos vendedores de Shopping Centers na cidade de Manaus. Para tanto, busca contextualizar esse ramo econômico que ainda é objeto de indecisão conceitual dado a gama de serviços que oferecem. Apresentaremos o desenvolvimento dos Shopping Centers no mundo, no Brasil e em Manaus, para assim demonstrar como o trabalho dos vendedores é influenciado por mecanismos de gestão taylorista e toyotista responsáveis pela precarização de sua atividade. Avaliaremos também o ambiente da loja que, determina o decoro profissional e a maneira de agir do vendedor, que, amparado por uma fachada, trabalha como um ator na tentativa de seduzir seu cliente para a compra. Concluímos que essa forma de trabalho assume um caráter temporário dado o alto nível de desgaste físico e mental, oriundo da exaustiva carga de cobrança, usurpadora do tempo de lazer desses vendedores.
