Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Nessa dissertação, baseada em uma perspectiva genealógica da história, realizo uma análise da psicologia escolar no Brasil, buscando delinear a inserção de suas práticas, em um momento específico da vida política do país, a ditadura militar, durante as conturbadas décadas de 60 e 70. Para tal estudo, foi necessário enfocar momentos históricos anteriores, percorrendo brevemente da Primeira República à Era Vargas. Fundamental à emergência da psicologia escolar preventiva, detive-me no cotidiano brasileiro durante a ditadura militar, enfatizando como o golpe gerou efeitos econômicos, políticos, sociais, afetivos, assim como possibilitou a pregnância de uma cultura psicológica, responsável pela explosão das práticas exercidas pelos profissionais psi, tendo como efeito a produção de subjetividades privatizadas e intimistas. Para retratar a psicologia escolar nesse período, utilizei como fonte primária seis livros sobre essa temática de autores brasileiros. Nesses livros, predominava uma abordagem preventiva, profilática da psicologia escolar, resultando em intervenções junto a alunos, professores e pais, a procura de potenciais desvios que pudessem atrapalhar o andamento desejado para os trabalhos escolares. Antecipando desvios e conflitos, controla-se e normatiza-se todo o espaço escolar. A psicologia, além de atentar para as patologias, engloba também o campo da normalidade, da vida cotidiana. Assim, no compasso dos ideais propagados pelo regime militar e pela emergência da privacidade como fim em si mesma, a psicologia escolar compactua com os modos de subjetivação intimistas e individualizantes. / In this dissertation, which is based in a historic genealogic perspective, I accomplish an analysis of the school psychology in Brazil, with the purpose of delineate the inserting of its practices, in a specific time in the political life of the country, the military dictatorship, during the disturbed decades ofthe 60's and 70's. For such studies, it was needed to focus in previous historical moments, going briefly through The First Republic to The Era of Vargas. As it is fundamental to the emergency of the preventive school psychology, I focused in the Brazilian daily life during the military dictatorship, giving emphasis to how the dictatorship generated economic, political, social and affective effects as it provided the pregnancy of a psychological culture responsible for the explosion of the practices of the psych professionals, having as an effect the producti! on of nationalization of subjectivities and inner subjectivities. To picture the school psychology of that time I've used 6 books, by Brazilian authors on this thematic, as a primary source. In these books there was a predominance of a preventive approach, prophylactic of the school psychology resulting in interventions to students, teachers and parents in search to potential deviations which could disturb the desired course of school works. Anticipating to deviations and conflicts, the whole school space is placed under ruling and controlo The psychology, besides trying to focus on pathologies, algo includes the field of normality of daily life. Thus on the course of those idealisms propagated by the military regime and by the emergency of privacy with a purpose on itself, school psychology shares the ways of intimist and individualizing subjectivity.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / O esporte, compreendido a partir do paradigma médico-esportivo, deixa de ser analisado como simples exercício para tornar-se o principal sustentáculo de um estilo de vida, um estado de espírito que associa vitalidade a desafio, promovendo um tipo de sujeito com formação autônoma e responsabilidade individual, em plena sintonia com o ideário neoliberal. Esses usos do esporte constituem uma obra complexa, que exige vários dispositivos. A tarefa, então, passa a ser investigar os pontos de sustentação dessa tecnologia em seus desdobramentos cotidianos, a partir da observação e escuta da rotina dos praticantes. O esporte seria, nessa perspectiva, um lugar privilegiado para a compreensão da sociedade, revelando-nos a intimidade de suas relações de saber/poder, bem como o plano da produção de tais relações. Esse levantamento, cumpre frisar, não implicaria propor novos modelos, pois julgamos que pensar em modelos ou programas predeterminados redunda, necessariamente, em recair em efeitos reprodutores e reativos. Analisar tecnologias é, ao contrário, diagnosticar limites, supondo-os contingências históricas passíveis de desconstrução e de eventual reinvenção pelos sujeitos envolvidos nos processos em pauta. / Sports, as seen from the sports-medical paradigm, stop being analized as a simple exercise to become the main pillar of a life style, a state of mind that associates vitality to dare, by promoting a certain type of individual who has autonomous education and individual responsibility, in full tune with the neoliberal ideology. Those uses of sports compose a complex work, which demands several devices. Therefore, the task starts to investigate the pillars of that technology and its daily unfoldings by observing the players? routine. In this perspective, sports would be given particular attention to understand society, by unveiling the close connection of its know/can relations, as well as the production plan of these relations. That survey, which is worth highlighting, would not imply that new models should be proposed, since we conclude that to think of predetermined models or programs result, inevitably, in relapsing into reproducers and reactive effects. The analysis of technologies is, otherwise, diagnosing boundaries, by presuming them to be historical contingencies liable to deconstruction and occasional reinvention by the individuals involved in the processes on the agenda.

Esta pesquisa buscou compreender a dinâmica entre o legal e o legítimo a partir de um processo de avaliação de indicadores do INCA. Os objetivos foram relatar a opinião dos profissionais sobre a avaliação de desempenho institucional, descrever a percepção de pertencimento e corresponsabilidade dos profissionais nas contratualizações institucionais e apontar obstáculos ao fortalecimento da cultura de avaliação. O objeto do estudo foi construído a partir do referencial teórico da Psicossociologia Francesa. Como trajetória metodológica, para o alcance dos objetivos propostos, foi realizado um estudo de natureza qualitativa, empregando entrevistas semiestruturadas. As entrevistas foram organizadas com auxílio de anotações realizadas pela autora em 62 reuniões cujo tema era avaliação e monitoramento de indicadores. As entrevistas constituíram-se como o material empírico para proceder às análises, visando, sobretudo, a interpretação dos entrevistados sobre demandas estratégicas da gestão. Ao analisar a dinâmica entre o legal e legítimo, concluímos que organização do instituto por normativos dispositivos legais não garante legitimidade das ações propostas. Aspectos (inter) subjetivos contemplados na elaboração de normas diretrizes dificultam capilaridade necessária da informação. Por fim, estudo defende ampliação abordagem valor subjetividade nos processos gestão INCA. / This research sought to understand the dynamics between the legal and legitimate from a process of evaluation of INCAs indicators. The goals were reporting the opinion of professionals on the evaluation of institutional performance, describe the perception of belonging and co-responsibility of professionals in institutional and contracts point out obstacles to strengthening the "culture of evaluation". The object of the study was built from theoretical references of French Psychosociology. As a methodological path, to the achievement of the proposed objectives, we conducted a qualitative study using semi-structured interviews. The interviews were arranged with the help of notes taken by the author in 62 meetings whose topic was evaluation and monitoring of indicators. The interviews were formed as the empirical material to carry out the analyses, aiming, in particular, the interpretation of those interviewed about strategic management demands. By analyzing the dynamics between the legal and legitimate, we conclude that the organization of the Institute for regulatory and legal provisions does not guarantee the legitimacy of the actions proposed. (Inter) subjective aspects not covered in the preparation of standards and guidelines make it difficult to reach necessary information. Finally, the study advocates the expansion of the approach the value of subjectivity in the process of INCAs management.

Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / Esta dissertação tem como objetivo refletir sobre os novos padrões ideais e morais presentes na contemporaneidade: a exposição da intimidade e o culto a performance. Foram entrevistados 8 sujeitos usuários do facebook, principal rede social utilizada no Brasil. Foi utilizada um modelo de entrevista semi-estruturada, com conteúdo invisível, objetivando entender os usos e as influências do facebook sobre os sujeitos. E também foi utilizado o método de etnografia na internet, definida como netnografia. Os resultados apontam que a intimidade exposta no facebook está diretamente influenciada pelo culto à performance, sugerindo um novo eixo sobre a qual a autenticidade se estrutura. O fato dos perfis serem autoconstruídos provoca ainda mais as tendências performáticas. A interioridade humana é permeada por múltiplos aspectos e frequentes instabilidades, porém tais aspectos não parecem valorizados, sendo frequentemente negados. Torna-se importante ampliar estas discussões para que a vida humana tenha possibilidades de manifestações mais plenas. / This dissertation aims to reflect on the new standards and moral ideals in contemporary times: the exposure of intimacy and the cult of performance. Facebook is the main social network in Brazil and 8 users were interviewed. A semi-structured interview with invisible content was used, aiming to understand the uses and the influences of facebook on the subject. And also was used the method of ethnography in internet, defined as netnography. The results show that intimacy exposed on facebook is directly influenced by the cult of performance, suggesting a new shaft on which the authenticity is structured. The fact of the profiles be self-built causes even more performance trends. The human interiority is pervaded by multiple aspects and frequent instabilities, however such aspects do not seem valued, often denied. It is important to expand these discussions so that human life has possibilities to express itself in a more fulfilling way.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Neste trabalho, o filósofo francês Maurice Merleau-Ponty é autor privilegiado na busca de uma compreensão fenomenológica da subjetividade. Na primeira concede-se relevo às análises sobre a corporeidade, a partir da qual se revela uma socialidade originária aberta pela experiência perceptiva. Se na parte I predomina o mundo natural, na parte II a experiência do mundo cultural é o principal tema. O caráter estrutural da experiência perceptiva não é aban-donado, mas retomado no intuito de explorar a tese de que a significação da experiência é desvinculada de uma consciência separada da existência. Fundamentada na percepção, parti-cularmente em seu aspecto antepredicativo, desenvolve-se uma análise fenomenológica da linguagem, bem como o lugar da praxis e da intersubjetividade na compreensão deste tema, explicitando ainda mais a dimensão social originária revelada pela corporeidade. O vínculo da dimensão subjetiva com a existência, mediante o corpo, é realçado a partir da noção de ex-pressão. A noção de expressão refere-se à transcendência do sujeito em relação à sua situação, sem prescindir dela e serve para mostrar que o sentido das coisas percebidas é abordado não como algo isolável, mas produto de uma articulação na ordem do sensível, dispensando, assim, a tese de um paralelismo entre a ordem positiva (a percepção do mundo) e a ordem da idealidade (o que é dito ou pensado sobre a experiência). A lógica da expressão, verificada no corpo, é sucedida pelo estudo da linguagem na obra de Merleau-Ponty, para obter sua concep-ção sobre a relação do sujeito com o instituído. Constata-se que a expressividade presente na linguagem, análoga ao gesto corporal, aponta para a transcendência do significado em relação aos significantes partilhados em determinada cultura e, portanto, para a liberdade do sujeito enquanto produtora de uma história, a partir das transformações operadas na situação em que se encontra. Se a linguagem permitiu conceber de que modo o sujeito pode instaurar novas significações a partir das que estão estabelecidas, o retorno, no fim da dissertação, ao tema da liberdade, desenvolvido na Fenomenologia da Percepção, demonstra que as teses presentes em seus últimos textos mantêm uma coerência com os primeiros. A influência da noção de estrutura em seu interesse pela antropologia, abordada no último capítulo da dissertação, con-firma que a função simbólica, presente ao longo do texto como lógica da expressão, expõe a dialética sem síntese característica da subjetividade. / In this paper, the french philosopher Maurice Merleau-Ponty is an exceptional author searching for a phenomenological comprehension of subjectivity. In the first part, the sense of corporeity is analysed, that reveals a native sociality opened by a perceptive experience, in wicher subject and object are mixed up. If in the part I the natural world prevails, in the part II the experience of the cultural world is the main theme. The structural character of the per-ceptive is not left behind, but it is considered in order to explore the thesis that says the mean-ing of experience is not connected to a separate sense of existence. Having its foundation on perception, principally on its antepredicative aspect, developes a phenomenological analysis of language, as well as praxis and intersubjectivity in relation to the comprehension of this theme, focusing the native social dimension revealed by corporeity. The link between subjective dimension and existence, based on de body, is highlighted by the notion of expression. The sense of expression refers to the transcendency of subject in relation to his situation, not rejecting it and is used to show that the sense of realized things is perceived not as something that can be isolated, but as the product of an articulation in the order of the sensitive, doing without the thesis of a paralelism between positive order (perception of the world) and order of the ideality (what is said and thought about experience). The logic of expression, verified on the body, is succeeded by studies of language in Merleau-Pontys work, in order to obtain his conception of the relationship between the subject and the instituted. It is noticed that expressived of language, similar to corporal gesture, points to transcendency of meaning in relation to the significants shared in certain culture and, therefore, points to the liberty of the subject as producer of history, from the transformations of his situation. If language allowed to conceive how thsubject can give new meaning from those wich are already established, talking about liberty once again, at the end of the dissertation, developed in Phenomenology of Perception, shows that the theories presented in its last texts keep some coherence in relation to the first texts. The influence of notion of structure into his interest on anthropology, mentioned in the last chapter, confirms that simbolic function, presented in logic of expression, exposes dialectic without sinthesis that is a characteristic of subjectivity.

Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / Na atualidade, tempos hipermodernos, a problemática do virtual está colocada em cena sob uma constituição exponencial. Nossas novas formas de ser, sentir e estar no mundo são cada vez mais influenciadas e mediadas por artefatos maquínicos em contínuos upgrades. Diante deste cenário, tal pesquisa busca destacar esta portentosa e nova interface do mundo contemporâneo onde subjetividade e tecnologia se imbricam de forma inédita e peculiar. Para tal, captura-se o saber fazer de um jogo que instaura um ambiente de simulação o qual oferece ao sujeito hipermoderno a possibilidade de viver uma segunda vida de acordo com os seus desejos analógicos e digitais. Como ferramenta metodológica decide-se por uma imersão vivencial no ambiente cibernético onde pesquisadora e sujeito se hibridizam em formas de duplos a partir de um ser analógico primordial, com novas demandas reais e virtuais. Desta imersão são obtidos os insumos básicos para as necessárias reflexões associados, naturalmente, ao pensamento de teóricos expoentes deste campo do saber humano. Um sintoma da hipermodernidade, tal qual uma tela de contato do limítrofe entre real e virtual, Second Life é, portanto, um dos caminhos escolhidos para o desvelamento de partes ínfimas desta nova faceta da aventura humana na História. / At the present time, hypermodern times, the problematic of the virtual is placed in scene upon a exponential form. New different faces of feeling and being in this world are each time more influenced and mediated by machinery artefacts in continuous upgrades. Ahead of this scenario, my research searches to detach this new interface of the contemporary world where subjectivity and technology have close relationship trough which is able to offer the hypermodern subject the possibility of living a second life with his/her desires fully nourished. All this techno- social project is possible by the emergence of simulation ambients such as the game Second Life. As a methodological tool, I choose to immerse in this cibernetical ambient so as to have myself (both the researcher and the subject of myself) mixed in a form of doubles which require new demands. From this immersion I obtain the more basic seasoning for my reflections along with the most important researchers of this area of knowing human being. A hypermodern symptom, Second Life is, therefore, the way that I choose to apprehend a minimum part of this new face of the human adventure in history.

Esta tese investiga as relações entre cidade e subjetividade no contexto do bio-capitalismo cognitivo. Parte de quatro figuras subjetivas da crise econômica-antropológica (o endividado, o mediatizado, o securitizado e o representado), apontadas por Antonio Negri e Michael Hardt. A partir delas, fabula o tipo psicossocial do velocizado, figura transversal a todas as outras, elaborada junto a esta pesquisa para melhor mostrar o problema das dinâmicas urbanas e da circulação acelerada no mundo contemporâneo. Utiliza-se do método da dramatização deleuziana como estratégia de enfrentamento da velocização molar, buscando construir perspectivas criativas aos modos de subjetivação contemporâneo na cidade. Entende-se, aqui, a cidade como uma mega-máquina onde coabitam ritmos e movimentos de controle, processos de normalização e distopias catastrofistas, e, ao mesmo tempo, dispersão de práticas de resistências, de fuga das segmentações do poder e de heterotopias desativadoras das axiomáticas do capital. Desativações selvagens, bárbaras e alter-civilizadas são mobilizadas para produzir, em plena fábrica do capitalismo pós-fordista (a cidade) disrupções no comando e outras formas de circulação da subjetividade. Máquinas primitivas, despóticas e cínicas são apresentadas para exercitar heterotopias pedestres de esgotamento do olhar, de miniaturizações portáteis, de reaprendizados para pisotear o mundo, de perseguições de epifanias fugazes. Enigmas do caminhar forjadoras de outras andaduras aceleracionistas. / This thesis investigates the relationship between city and subjectivity in the context of bio-cognitive capitalism. From four subjective figures of the crisis economic-anthropological (the debt, the mediated, the securitized, and the represented), pointed out by Antonio Negri and Michael Hardt. It is analyzed from them the psychosocial type of the individual who experiences a high speed lifestyle, cross figure to all the others, drawn from this research to better show the problem of urban dynamics and accelerated movement in the contemporary world. The method of dramatization of Deleuze as a coping strategy molar speed, seeking to build creative perspectives to contemporary modes of subjectivity in the city. Understanding the city as a mega-machine where cohabit rhythms and movements of control, standardization processes and catastrophic dystopias, and at the same time, dispersion of resistance practices, avoidance of segmentations of power, and deactivating heterotopias of axiomatic of capital. Wild deactivations, barbarous and alter- civilized mobilized to produce in full factory post-Fordist capitalism (the city), disruptions in charge and other forms of subjectivity circulation. Primitive, despotic and cynical machines appear to exercise pedestrians heterotopias of exhaustion view, portable miniaturization of relearning to stomp the world, of epiphanies fleeting persecution. Enigmas of walking forger of other accelerationist gaits.

Como os corpos, os gêneros e as sexualidades de homens gays constituem os usos que esses indivíduos vêm fazendo do site de relacionamento Manhunt? Essa é a pergunta principal desta pesquisa, cujas possíveis respostas procuram corroborar a tese de que os homens gays que usam o site estão virtualmente dispostos a criarem vínculos uns com os outros. As respostas são delineadas ao longo dos capítulos, sendo mapeadas as formas emblemáticas de relação estabelecidas entre os habitantes do site, que têm como pontos articuladores os corpos, os gêneros e as sexualidades. Para tanto, lançou-se mão da observação participante, que possibilitou o arquivamento de 302 perfis online de 302 homens usuários do Manhunt, a realização de 103 entrevistas online e 5 entrevistas offline. Procedeu-se à análise discursiva de trechos escritos dos perfis arquivados e de trechos das entrevistas, e à análise visual das fotografias publicadas nos mesmos perfis. Os homens participantes da pesquisa aceitaram consensualmente fazer parte dela. Aponta-se para a centralidade da exposição de determinadas partes dos corpos dos homens habitantes do site, especificamente seus abdomes, peitos e pênis. A exposição dessas partes dos corpos através de imagens procura reforçar a magreza, a força muscular e a virilidade como atributos valorizados neste contexto, algo que serve como sinalizador para a busca de parceiros para práticas estritamente sexuais. As faces dos corpos são geralmente recortadas dos quadros fotográficos nas imagens publicadas nos perfis online. Além disso, qualquer característica social e culturalmente atribuída às feminilidades são forcluídas das relações entre esses homens, caracterizando uma expulsão mais-que-violenta da afeminação masculina – tida aqui como abjeta. Alude-se, também, ao uso do site como possibilidade de encontro do par romântico, caracterizado pela idealização da relação afetiva entre dois homens, implicando em um modo peculiar de expor o corpo que, para a realização romântica, demanda a exposição da face em detrimento a outras partes dos corpos. Assinalam-se as correlações estreitas entre os diferentes modos de exibição dos corpos e as diferentes formas de relação que podem vir a existir entre os homens usuários do site. Por fim, tecem-se considerações éticas acerca das qualidades dos vínculos entre esses homens, bem como sobre a política de produção de subjetividades de homens gays que pode ser achada no Manhunt em sua forma micropolítica. / How do bodies, genders and sexualities of gay men constitute the uses that these individuals have been doing of the online cruising website Manhunt? This is the main question of this research, and its possible answers seek to corroborate the thesis that the gay men who use the site are virtually willing to create bounds with each other. The answers are delineated throughout the chapters, and they mapped the emblematic forms of relationship established among the inhabitants of the site, having body, gender and sexuality as their articulating points. Participant observation was performed in the fieldwork, which enabled gathering 302 online profiles of 302 different users of Manhunt, and it also enabled performing 103 online interviews and 5 offline interviews. The profile and interviews excerpts were then analyzed using discourse analysis, as well as the images on the profiles, using for that visual analysis. The research participants consensually agreed to be part of it. This discussion points out to the centrality of the exposure of some bodily parts of the men who use Manhunt, specifically their abdomen, breasts and penis. The exposure of these bodily parts on the images seeks to reinforce leanness, muscle strength and virility as valued attributes in this context, something that works as a marker for the search of partners for sexual practices, strictly. The face of the bodies is usually out of frame on the profile images. Moreover, any culturally or socially characteristic linked to femininity is forcluded from the relationships among these men, indicating a more-than-violent expulsion of the male feminization – which is an abjection here. These analyses also underline the use of Manhunt as a possible way to find a romantic partner, characterized by the idealization of the affective relation between two men, which implies a peculiar way of bodily exposure, since the romantic achievement demands the exposure of the face. It is indicated close correlations between a certain way of bodily exposure and a certain way of being virtually willing to create bounds with others in the context of Manhunt. Finally, some ethical considerations are made regarding the qualities of the bounds and links among these men, as well as considerations on the politics of subjectivation of gay men that can be found micropolitically on Manhunt.

O presente trabalho de tese consiste em uma abordagem ao problema do fundamento da subjetividade na fenomenologia a partir da hipótese interpretativa de que podemos identificar neste um movimento que se desdobra na transformação da concepção inicial de subjetividade constituinte na questão da constituição da subjetividade. A leitura aqui proposta assume a premissa de que essa transformação tem por base as modificações do programa inicial da fenomenologia em novos paradigmas metodológicos nos quais o método se volta para uma abordagem ontológica, e que é a partir desta que temos o problema posto então não mais nos termos da subjetividade como fundamento do conhecimento mas do problema ontológico do ser da subjetividade. O caminho que as análises aqui propostas pretendem apresentar é assim a tentativa de responder a questão de como se torna possível uma ontologia do sujeito na fenomenologia. / The present work of thesis consists of an approach to the problem of the foundation of subjectivity in phenomenology from the interpretative hypothesis that we can identify in this a movement that unfolds in the transformation of the initial conception of constituent subjectivity in the question of the constitution of subjectivity. The reading here proposed assumes the premise that this transformation is based on the modifications of the initial program of phenomenology in new methodological paradigms in which the method turns to an ontological approach, and that is from this that we have the problem put then no more In terms of subjectivity as the basis of knowledge but of the ontological problem of being of subjectivity. The way that the analyzes proposed here intend to present is thus the attempt to answer the question of how an ontology of the subject becomes possible in phenomenology.

Essa dissertação problematiza os discursos relacionados à ideia da colaboração dentro das práticas de Crowdfunding nos sites Catarse e Benfeitoria. A partir da perspectiva ético-estética, acompanhada de teorias relacionadas à Sociedade de Consumo e à Sociedade de Controle, realizo a análise através de três eixos de discussão: a colaboração entre o coletivo e os indivíduos; a colaboração entre indivíduos empreendedores; a colaboração como prática de liberdade e experiência política. A partir dessas reflexões, concluo que devem ser relativizadas e desnaturalizadas as ideias que dicotomizam coletivo e sujeito e que propõem a liberdade e a experiência política como produtos acessados por indivíduos que devem possuir características de empreendedores, pois este modelo de financiamento exige muitas vezes que se reproduza mecanismos de subjetivação hegemônicos, mas não deixa de possuir potência como dispositivo de oxigenação e de criação de novos territórios de resistência. / This dissertation discusses the discourses related to the idea of collaboration within the practices of the Crowdfunding websites Catarse and Benfeitoria. From the ethical-aesthetic perspective, accompanied by theories related to the Consumer Society and the Society of Control, analyze through three axes of discussion: the collaboration between the collective and the individuals; collaboration among enterprising individuals; collaboration as a practice of freedom and political experience. Based on these considerations, I conclude that must be relativized and denaturalized ideas that dichotomize collective subject and which propose freedom and political experience as products accessed by enterprising individuals because this funding model often requires the production of hegemonic subjectivity mechanisms, but it still has power as oxygenation device and can create new areas of resistance.
