Previous issue date: 2013-05-23 / The present dissertation is focused on the experience of the international trade union organization of workers since MBB in SBC. I highlight "since" because the very nature of the process led to the global connection with employees located at industrial units in foreigner countries of the same transnational company.
Among several political players as well as in the academic world, there is the controversial issue about the importance of the union movement not only in Brazil, but also internationally.
In other words, the main issue is about the effectiveness of international trade unionism in the presence of the capital hegemonic globalization. On one hand concerns if it is possible that this practice means an alternative to the hegemonic model, even being, nowadays, in an incipient stage. On the other hand if the international trade union perspective can contribute to the maintenance or new achievements of the workers.
Such issues are strongly important, mainly in a world of intense and growing globalization of all sectors of society.
There was an indication of positive responses to both questions above, suggesting that, despite the current worldwide crisis, involving the international trade union movement as well, is an feasible strategy and even essential to the worker.
The methodology, besides the theoretical references, dealt with field research collecting primary data and interviews with the main protagonists of the international trajectory, which completes 30 years in 2014 / A presente dissertação analisa a experiência de organização sindical internacional a partir dos trabalhadores na Mercedes-Benz do Brasil na cidade de São Bernardo do Campo. Digo a partir , pois a própria natureza do processo levou à conexão global com os trabalhadores localizados em unidades de outros países da mesma transnacional.
Há, entre os atores políticos mais diversos, bem como no mundo acadêmico, a controversa questão sobre a importância do movimento sindical não só no Brasil, mas também em nível internacional. Isto é, contesta-se a respeito da efetividade do sindicalismo internacional diante a globalização hegemônica do capital.
Uma questão diz respeito se as práticas adotadas, mesmo que ainda incipientes, significam uma futura alternativa ao modelo hegemônico. Outra trata se a perspectiva internacional sindical em curso pode contribuir para a manutenção ou novas conquistas para os trabalhadores.
Tais questões são vitais, especialmente em um mundo de intensa e ainda crescente globalização em todos os setores sociais.
Evidenciou-se a indicação de respostas positivas às dúvidas acima, sugerindo que, não obstante a crise atual, também, do movimento sindical internacional, trata-se de uma estratégia exequível e mesmo indispensável ao trabalhador.
A metodologia seguida, além das referências teóricas, lançou mão, basicamente, da pesquisa de campo por meio do estudo de fontes primárias e entrevistas junto aos principais protagonistas da trajetória internacional que em 2014 completa 30 anos

L’échec thérapeutique des maladies cérébrales est lié, entre autres, à la présence de barrières entre le sang et le Système Nerveux Central (SNC), en particulier la Barrière Hémato-Encéphalique (BHE). La BHE est une structure neuro-vasculaire localisée au niveau des MicroVaisseaux Cérébraux (MVC) limitant l’entrée des molécules thérapeutiques dans le cerveau. Ce rôle barrière est dû à plusieurs facteurs, dont principalement, l’existence du côté luminal et/ou abluminal de la BHE de plusieurs transporteurs d’efflux, dont les transporteurs de type ABC (ATP Binding Casette) et SLC (SoLute Carrier) et qui sont à l’origine des phénomènes de résistance aux médicaments. Les études de recherche actuelles visent à identifier les voies de signalisation régulant l’activité de ces protéines d’efflux afin d’optimiser la pharmacothérapie cérébrale. Mais la majorité de ces études sont effectuées chez l’adulte. Très peu de données existent chez l’enfant.Cette étude a été réalisé dans la perspective de 1) Etudier l’ontogenèse des transporteurs ABC et SLC de la BHE au cours de la maturation cérébrale, 2) Elucider le rôle fonctionnel de quatre transporteurs d’efflux ((P-glycoproteine (P-gp), Breast Cancer Resistance Protein (bcrp), Organic Anion Transporter 3 (oat3), and Transporting Peptide 1a4 (oatp1a4) transporters) dans le cerveau des enfants et 3) Elucider les mécanismes qui régulent leur expression fonctionnelle dans des conditions normales et pathologiques, notamment inflammatoires, parce que des modifications dans les composantes structurales et fonctionnelles de l'unité neurovasculaire ont été rapportées dans une longue liste de pathologies du SNC chez les enfants et les adultes. Nos résultats ont montré l’existence de différences fonctionnelles, en terme de passage de molécules, entre la BHE pédiatrique et celle adulte. De plus, cette étude a mis en évidence une régulation différentielle liée à l'âge des transporteurs d'efflux de médicaments de la barrière dans des conditions normales et inflammatoires.Ces résultats fournissent des preuves sur l’intérêt de prendre en compte les propriétés spécifiques de la BHE pédiatrique et la distinguer de la BHE adulte lors des définitions des stratégies thérapeutiques destinées à traiter les maladies cérébrales chez les enfants. / One major reason of CNS pharmacotherapy’s impediment is the existence of “barriers” between blood and CNS, especially the Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB), a neurovascular structure localized at the level of brain microvasculature. Main factors responsible for this barrier function are drug efflux transporters type ABC (ATP-Binding Cassette) and SLC (SoLute Carrier) expressed at BBB level and known to be at the origin of multi-drug resistance phenomenon. Recent researches aim at unraveling the signaling mechanisms regulating these transporters in order to modulate their activity and improve pharmacotherapy in brain diseases. For years, these transporters have been studied in adult organism. But, there is a wide spread belief that the BBB in embryo, fetus, new born and infant is “immature”, implying caution in giving drugs to infants. However, current knowledge on the functional status of the BBB in immature organism remains very limited.This study was performed in the aim of understanding: 1) The ontogenesis of ABC and SLC transporters during brain maturation, 2) the functional role of four BBB drug efflux transporters (P-glycoprotein (P-gp), Breast Cancer Resistance Protein (bcrp), Organic Anion Transporter 3 (oat3), and Transporting Peptide 1a4 (oatp1a4) transporters) in children’s brain, and 3) the mechanisms that regulate their functional expression under normal and pathological conditions, mostly under inflammatory conditions, because indeed alterations in structural and functional components of the BBB have been reported in a long list of CNS pathologies in adults. Our results showed changing properties of the BBB during ontogenesis, as well as an age-related differential regulation of BBB drug efflux transporters under normal and inflammatory conditions.These findings highlight the importance of considering an age-related response of CNS to drugs and of taking into account the specific properties of juvenile BBB during definition of therapeutic strategies designed to treat childhood brain diseases, and this in the clinical perspective of developing new drugs with enhanced efficacy in children’s CNS.

O cinema político de Leon Hirszman (1976-1981): engajamento e resistência durante o regime militar brasileiro / -Cardenuto Filho, Reinaldo 13 October 2014 (has links)
O objetivo central desta tese é estudar o percurso artístico e intelectual de Leon Hirszman a partir dos filmes Que país é este? (1976-77), ABC da greve (1979- 90) e Eles não usam black-tie (1981). Discutindo as relações entre cinema e História, a pesquisa se concentra nas práticas culturais, estéticas e ideológicas do realizador, procurando analisar as interpretações que ele mobilizou em torno do Brasil durante a vigência do regime militar. A despeito de Hirszman ter consolidado a sua trajetória como integrante do Cinema Novo, questão que percorre as páginas deste doutorado, propõe-se também uma aproximação entre a sua obra e o projeto dramatúrgico construído por autores oriundos do Teatro de Arena. Na década de 1970, face à crise que se instalou no campo cultural da esquerda, em especial o colapso da crença revolucionária anterior a 1964 e o refluxo da leitura do povo como vanguarda heroica para uma transformação do mundo, o cineasta se aproximaria do revisionismo artístico proposto, principalmente, por Gianfrancesco Guarnieri, Paulo Pontes e Vianinha. Mantendo em seus filmes uma abordagem politizada da classe popular, sem abdicar da figura do intelectual como mediador de denúncias contra a ditadura, o diretor se voltaria para uma produção em sintonia com o viés comunista de engajamento, em diálogo com a tradição do realismo crítico e disposta a elaborar narrativas e registros documentais em confronto ao autoritarismo dos militares. Nesse sentido, mesmo sem partilhar do ideário do novo sindicalismo surgido sobretudo entre os metalúrgicos da cidade paulista de São Bernardo do Campo, Hirszman deslocaria a figura do operário para o centro do processo criativo de ABC da greve e de Black-tie, representando-o em uma chave próxima à resistência articulada pelo Partido Comunista Brasileiro (PCB), na qual o trabalhador seria visto como parte de uma ampla frente organizada para superar a ditadura e atuar em prol da redemocratização. Uma obra realizada com o intuito de responder aos dilemas sociais de seu contexto histórico, a propor uma abordagem particular sobre a classe popular e a militância antiautoritária, a partir de leituras e experiências estéticas construídas em meio aos impasses que percorreram a esquerda política e cultural na segunda metade dos anos 1970. / The main goal of this thesis is to study Leon Hirszman\'s artistic and intellectual trajectory through the films Que país é este? (1976-77), ABC da greve (1979-90) and They don\'t wear black-tie (1981). Discussing the relation between film and History, the research concentrates itself on the cultural, aesthetic and ideological practices of the director, aiming to analyze his interpretations about Brazil during its military dictatorship. Despite Hirszman\'s consolidated career as a member of the Cinema Novo movement, issue that is described during this doctoral thesis, it also proposes an approach of his work with the dramaturgical project originated by authors from the Teatro de Arena. On the 1970\'s, in virtue of the crisis installed in the left wing\'s cultural sphere, specially the collapse of the revolutionary belief preceding 1964 and the retrocession of the interpretation placing the people as the heroic vanguard leading a structural transformation, the filmmaker would court the artistic revisionism proposed by Gianfrancesco Guarnieri, Paulo Pontes and Vianinha. Maintaining a politicized approach about the popular class on his films, without abdicating the image of the intellectual as a mediator of denounces against the dictatorship, the director would proceed to a production in tune with the communist\'s active participation project, establishing a dialogue with the tradition of critical realism, willing to elaborate narratives and documental registers confronting with the authoritarian way of the military. In this sense, even without sharing the ideology originated from the newly born trade unionism, especially among the steelworkers from São Bernardo do Campo\'s city, Hirszman shifted the figure of the worker, making it the core of the creative process of ABC da greve and Black-tie. In these movies, it was represented as a key-piece close to the resistance articulated by the Brazilian Communist Party (PCB), in which it was seen as part of a large front, organized to overcome the military regime and act in favor of the country\'s redemocratization. A work realized with the intention of responding to the social dilemmas of its time, proposing a singular approach about the popular class and the anti-authoritarian militancy, originating interpretations and aesthetic experiences constructed among conflicts that filled the left-wing politic and cultural manifestations on the second half of the seventies.

Processament de la informació en nens de pre-escolar de les comarques gironines. Implicacions pedagògiquesTimoneda Gallart, Carme 03 June 1994 (has links)
La nostra investigació s'inscriu en la concepció dinàmica de la intel·ligència, i concretament en el processos que configuren el processament cerebral en el Model d'integració de la informació descrit per Das, Kirby i Jarman (1979). Els dos processos cerebrals que constitueixen la base de la conducta intel·ligent són el processament simultani i el processament seqüencial; són les dues estratègies principals del processament de la informació. Tota classe d'estímul és susceptible d'ésser processat o bé seqüencialment (seriació, verbal, anàlisi), o be simultàniament (global, visual, síntesi).Basant-nos en el recull bibliogràfic i amb la convicció de que apropant-nos al coneixement de les peculiaritats del processament de la informació, ens endinsem en la comprensió del procés que mena a la conducta intel·ligent, i per tant, a l'aprenentatge, formulem la següent hipòtesi de treball: en els nens de preescolar (d'entre els 3 i els sis anys) es donaran aquest dos tipus de processament i variaran en funció de l'edat, el sexe, l'atenció, les dificultats d'aprenentatge, els problemes de llenguatge, el bilingüisme, el nivell sociocultural, la dominància manual, el nivell mental i de la presència de patologia. Les diferències que s'esdevinguin ens permetran de formular criteris i pautes per a la intervenció educativa.Els nostres objectius es refonen en mesurar el processament en nens de preescolar de les comarques gironines, verificar la relació de cada tipus de processament amb les variables esmentades, comprovar si s'estableix un paral·lelisme entre el processament i les aportacions de concepció localitzacionista de les funcions cerebrals en base als nostres resultats, i pautes per a la intervenció pedagògica.Quant al mètode, hem seleccionat una mostra representativa dels nens i nenes matriculats a les escoles publiques de les comarques gironines durant el curs 92/93, mitjançant un mostreig aleatori estratificat i per conglomerats. El tamany real de la mostra és de dos-cents seixanta un subjectes.Els instruments emprats han estat els següents: el Test K-ABC de Kaufman & Kaufman (1983) per a la avaluació del processament; un formulari dirigit als pares per a la recollida de la informació pertinent; entrevistes amb les mestres, i el Test de la Figura Humana de Goodenough.Pel que fa referència als resultats de la nostra recerca i en funció dels objectius proposats, constatem els fets següents. En els nens de preescolar, amb edats d'entre els tres i els sis anys, es constata l'existència dels dos tipus de processament cerebral, sense que es doni un predomini d'un sobre de l'altre; ambdós processaments actuen interrelacionadament.Ambdós tipus de processament milloren a mesura que augmenta l'edat, però es constaten diferències derivades del nivell mental: amb un nivell mental normal s'hi associa una millora d'ambdós processaments, mentre que amb un nivell mental deficient només millora fonamentalment el processament seqüencial.Tanmateix, el processament simultani està més relacionat amb les funcions cognitives complexes i és més nivell mental dependent que el processament seqüencial.Tant les dificultats d'aprenentatge com els problemes de llenguatge predominen en els nens i nenes amb un desequilibri significatiu entre ambdós tipus de processament; les dificultats d'aprenentatge estan més relacionades amb una deficiència del processament simultani, mentre que els problemes de llenguatge es relacionen més amb una deficiència en el processament seqüencial.Els nivells socioculturals baixos es relacionen amb resultats inferiors en ambdós tipus de processament.Per altra part, entre els nens bilingües és més freqüent el processament seqüencial significatiu.El test de la Figura Humana es comporta com un marcador de processament simultani i el nivell atencional com un marcador de la gravetat del problema que afecta al processament i en el següent ordre: nivell mental deficient, dificultats, d'aprenentatge i problemes de llenguatge . Les deficiències atencionals van lligades a deficiències en el processament simultani i a la presencia de patologia.Quant a la dominància manual no es constaten diferències en el processament.Finalment, respecte del sexe només podem aportar que quan un dels dos tipus de processament és deficitari,i es dóna per tant, un desequilibri en el processament, predomina significativament el nombre de nens afectats per sobre del de nenes. / This issue was designed to study cerebral processing as an application of the successive-simultaneous processing model (Das, Kirby and Jarman 1979) in children of our country.The relationship between K-ABC simultaneous and successive scores and several conditions as well as the relationship between these conditions and qualitative variables was investigated. Also, Goodenough test was added to the study as a complement. Age, sex, attention, learning difficulties, speech problems, bilingualism, sociocultural level, hand dominance, IQ, are conditions considered in the research. The objectives of the study were to provide conclusions for applicability to learning disabled children and, this way, to assist school teachers in an attempt to ameliorate educational system.Subject SampleRandom sampling of preschool children living in Girona, region of Catalonia (Spain) was selected for the study. The children ranged in age from 36 to 72 months with a mean age of 61 months (SD-8.07). Students (preschool children) participating in the present study were members of two classrooms, grade 1 (P4) and grade 2 (P5). Two strata were done based on the mode of classroom so sample was representative. Given that children population in Girona region is 7095 we were able to calculate sampling in terms of 262 subjects with proportion factor of 3.702 for each stratum. A peculiarity must be mentioned. Catalonia in Spain has two languages, Catalan and Spanish languages but Catalan immersion is carried out in every school in Catalonia.InstrumentsTen subtests of the Kaufman Assessment Battery for Children (Kaufnan & Kaufman,1983) were selected for the present study. Seven simultaneous tests were applied: Gestalt Clousure, Triangles, Matrix Analogies, spatial Memory, Photo Series, Magic Window, Face Recognition. According to age, each child took different number of subtests. Three successive tests were administrated: Number Recall, Word Order, Hand Movements. For complete descriptions of tasks refer to Kaufman & Kaufman manual (1983). Also, the analysis reported by Das (1984) hasbeen considered. In addition to these, the Goodenough test (Harris,1982) was applied as instrument for assessing intellectual stage of development . On the other hand, a questionnaire was done.ProcedureParents' permission was sought prior to assessing the children, and in no case were we denied permission. Subjects were tested individually. Testing was carried out in a quiet room at the school. The average time per assessment was 35 minutes. All the testing was conducted in the school by the same author.Data AnalysisThe SPSS program was used to analyze the data. The Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient was used to describe a relationship between two variables. The t-Student was used to test the significance of differences between means. Chi-Square (x2) test was used to test the significance of differences between proportions. Mantel-Haenszel test was also applied where indicated for determining whether two variables were dependent or independent.Results and conclusionsThe following statements were concluded: (1) Both cognitive processes, successive and simultaneous, were present in the range of 3-6-year-old. No one of the two modes of processing was significantly superior. Both of them work interrelated. (2) Scores are higher with increasing age in successive and simultaneous processing but in the case of the retarded subjects that is true for the successive but not for the simultaneous. (3) Simultaneous processing is more related to complex cognitive functions than successive processing. (4) Learning difficulties and speech problems are more frequent in the case of imbalanced processing. Learning disability is more frequently related to simultaneous processing but speech problems to successive processing. (5) Lower sociocultural children score worse in both cognitive processing. (6) Bilingual children are more frequently successive in the cognitive processing. (7) No differences with respect to hand dominance were found. (8) When one of the two cognitive processing is deficient (imbalanced processing) the number of boys is significantly superior to the number of girls.

Planering, styrning och uppföljning är viktiga processer inom materialplanering och inom dess flöde från leverantör till slutkund. Planeringsprocessens aktiviteter kan även ha en avgörande effekt på tillgängligheten av företagets produkter. I detta examensarbete granskas hur planeringen kan optimeras för olika produkter, med målet att ta fram rutiner kring hanteringen av produktplanering för att bidra till en bättre effektivitet ur ett helhetsperspektiv.Det finns ett behov av ett tydligt ramverk för att optimera förutsättningarna för planering av komplexa kundorder. Planeringsprocessen är i behov av kringliggande aktiviteter för ett optimalt utfall och baseras på logistiska och ekonomiska verktyg och metoder. Vid effektiv tillämpning kan ledtiderna reduceras och bakåtplaneringen förenklas, då rätt produkter lagerhålls och orderläggning sker vid rätt tidpunkt, med optimerad beställningskvantitet för att minimera de kostnader som kan uppstå. Därutöver krävs ett helhetstänk, där hela försörjningskedjan är involverad. Relationerna i nätverket är en viktig aspekt för en optimerad planering för säkerställande av en god leveransprecision.Det ramverk som tagits fram inkluderar ett grundtänk med logiskt tänkande, effektiva kommunikationsvägar och rätt sak på rätt plats vid rätt tillfälle. Men det bör poängteras att varje organisation är unik och bör anpassa tillvägagångssätt efter sin egen verksamhet, men ändå tillämpa det tankesätt som ramverket medför. / Planning, control and monitoring are key processes in material planning and its flow from supplier to end customer. The activities within the planning process can also have a crucial effect on the availability of the company’s products. This thesis examines how planning can be optimized for different products, and aims to develop procedures for the handling of product planning in order to contribute to a better efficiency from a holistic perspective.There’s a need for a clear framework to optimize the conditions for the planning of complex customer orders. The planning process is in need of ancillary activities for optimal outcomes and is based on logistical and financial tools and methods. If these are applied effectively, the lead times can be reduced and the backward scheduling can be simplified, since the right products are stocked and orders are being placed at the right time, with the optimum order quantity for minimizing the costs that may arise. Additionally, a holistic approach is required, where the whole supply chain is involved. The relationships within the network are an important aspect for an optimized planning, to ensure a high delivery precision.The framework that have been produced, includes a basic idea of logical thinking, effective communication channels and the right thing at the right place at the right time. But it should be emphasized that each organization is unique and should adapt this approach to its own business, but still apply the mindset that the framework entails.

Previous issue date: 2015-02-09 / The diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is oriented to people with losses in areas such as communication and social interaction and by the presence of repetitive stereotyped behaviors. It is a clinical diagnosis which follows standard protocols of indirect evaluation and clinical observation (direct evaluation) in order to track signals and symptoms within the 3 areas mentioned previously and having stereotyped behaviors as a clinical indicator of this evaluation. Amongst these indicators, motors stereotypes are usually observed in people with ASD, however, there are a few Brazilian researches that consider broad clinical diversity evaluation as well as its functions, once its tools and common scales explore partially this symptomatology. The objective of this study is to show the registered results of motors stereotypes of people with ASD and discuss about possible ways of stereotypes evaluation regarding its functions and presentation. The sample was built with 22 children (age varying from 3 to 12 years old) diagnosed by Unidade de Referência em Autismo Prof° Marcos Tomanik Mercadante Irmandade Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo with ASD. The stereotype´s evaluations were based on direct and indirect behavior and tracking of ADS from data base tools: a) Brazilian version of The Behavior Problems Inventory-BPI-01; b) Brazilian version of Autism Behavior Checklist - ABC; c) Video register of Stereotypes Evaluation (RAEV). d) Experimental Functional Evaluation of Stereotype. A descriptive analysis was conducted on a case by case basis with non parametric tests and correlation with the used tools. The main conclusions of this study were: 1) the three methods of assessment, recorded the stereotypies in different relative proportions: 12 behaviors that indicate motor stereotypes at ABC were recorded in varying number of subjects in the sample (only one individual did not score), and the record of percentage relative to the total possible was 43.8%. All subjects scored at BPI-01 at least one of the 24 behaviors recorded, and the record of percentage out of the total possible was 67.4%. The direct evaluation was able to register 79 behaviors considered motor stereotypes, and therefore it was considered more effective than other methods; 2) the comparison between ABC and BPI-01 shows similar behaviors, but with slightly different questions, which led to different answers. These two questionnaires are easy to apply, the use of both is recommended because they are complementary to the registration of stereotypies. Seu diagnóstico é clinico e a avaliação é realizada a partir de protocolos padronizados de avaliação indireta e de observação clínica (avaliação direta), a fim de rastrear sinais e sintomas dentro das três áreas citadas, sendo um dos indicadores clínicos nessa avaliação, os comportamentos estereotipados. Dentre eles, nas pessoas com TEA, as estereotipias motoras comumente são manifestadas, porém existem poucas pesquisas brasileiras que contemplam avaliações que abranjam sua diversidade clínica, bem como sua função, já que os instrumentos e escalas usuais exploram de maneira parcial essa sintomatologia. O objetivo desse estudo é demonstrar os resultados do registro de estereotipias motoras em pessoas com TEA e discutir sobre as possíveis formas de avaliação de estereotipias, em relação à sua topografia e à sua função. A amostra foi constituída por 22 crianças com diagnóstico de TEA pela Unidade de Referência em Autismo Prof° Marcos Tomanik Mercadante Irmandade Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo, com idade entre 3 e 12 anos. As formas de avaliação das estereotipias se deram por avaliação comportamental direta e indireta e de rastreamento de TEA, a partir de instrumentos de coleta de dados: a) Versão Brasileira do Inventário de Problemas de Comportamentais (The Behavior Problems Inventory-BPI-01); b) Autism Behavior Checklist - ABC; c) Registro de Avaliação de Estereotipias por Vídeo (RAEV). d) Análise Funcional de estereotipia. Foi realizada análise descritiva da casuística, com testes não paramétricos e correlação entre os instrumentos utilizados. As principais conclusões deste estudo foram: 1) os três métodos de avaliação, registraram as estereotipias em proporções relativas diferentes: os 12 comportamentos que indicam estereotipias motoras no ABC foram registrados em número variados de sujeitos da amostra (apenas um indivíduo não pontuou), sendo que o percentual de registro em relação ao total possível foi de 43,8%. No BPI-01 todos os sujeitos pontuaram em pelo menos um dos 24 comportamentos registrados, sendo o percentual de registro em relação ao total possível de 67,4%. Já a avaliação direta foi capaz de registrar 79 comportamentos considerados estereotipias motoras, sendo, portanto mais eficaz que os demais métodos; 2) a comparação entre o ABC e o BPI-01 mostra que comportamentos similares, mas com perguntas ligeiramente diferentes levam a respostas diversas. Como são dois questionários de fácil aplicação, recomenda-se a utilização de ambos, pois são complementares para o registro das estereotipias. A comparação entre o registro no ABC e BPI-01 entre seis comportamentos cuja redação é muito semelhante não mostrou diferença; 3) é possível obter a função da estereotipia para cada indivíduo a partir de uma análise funcional com apenas uma sessão de 30 minutos, dividida em 3 situações de 10 minutos: demanda (solicita-se que a crianças execute uma tarefa); atenção (elogia-se quando a criança exibe a estereotipia); sozinho (observação livre); 4) uma estereotipia pode ter múltiplas funções, ou seja, um comportamento estereotipado pode iniciar por uma função de auto-estimulação, mantida por reforçamento automático, mas pode variar de função e adquirir outras funções simultâneas, como a obtenção de atenção social; 5) avaliar a função da estereotipia ao invés do simples registro topográfico possibilita intervenções diferentes, mais detalhadas e minuciosas.

O cinema político de Leon Hirszman (1976-1981): engajamento e resistência durante o regime militar brasileiro / -Reinaldo Cardenuto Filho 13 October 2014 (has links)
O objetivo central desta tese é estudar o percurso artístico e intelectual de Leon Hirszman a partir dos filmes Que país é este? (1976-77), ABC da greve (1979- 90) e Eles não usam black-tie (1981). Discutindo as relações entre cinema e História, a pesquisa se concentra nas práticas culturais, estéticas e ideológicas do realizador, procurando analisar as interpretações que ele mobilizou em torno do Brasil durante a vigência do regime militar. A despeito de Hirszman ter consolidado a sua trajetória como integrante do Cinema Novo, questão que percorre as páginas deste doutorado, propõe-se também uma aproximação entre a sua obra e o projeto dramatúrgico construído por autores oriundos do Teatro de Arena. Na década de 1970, face à crise que se instalou no campo cultural da esquerda, em especial o colapso da crença revolucionária anterior a 1964 e o refluxo da leitura do povo como vanguarda heroica para uma transformação do mundo, o cineasta se aproximaria do revisionismo artístico proposto, principalmente, por Gianfrancesco Guarnieri, Paulo Pontes e Vianinha. Mantendo em seus filmes uma abordagem politizada da classe popular, sem abdicar da figura do intelectual como mediador de denúncias contra a ditadura, o diretor se voltaria para uma produção em sintonia com o viés comunista de engajamento, em diálogo com a tradição do realismo crítico e disposta a elaborar narrativas e registros documentais em confronto ao autoritarismo dos militares. Nesse sentido, mesmo sem partilhar do ideário do novo sindicalismo surgido sobretudo entre os metalúrgicos da cidade paulista de São Bernardo do Campo, Hirszman deslocaria a figura do operário para o centro do processo criativo de ABC da greve e de Black-tie, representando-o em uma chave próxima à resistência articulada pelo Partido Comunista Brasileiro (PCB), na qual o trabalhador seria visto como parte de uma ampla frente organizada para superar a ditadura e atuar em prol da redemocratização. Uma obra realizada com o intuito de responder aos dilemas sociais de seu contexto histórico, a propor uma abordagem particular sobre a classe popular e a militância antiautoritária, a partir de leituras e experiências estéticas construídas em meio aos impasses que percorreram a esquerda política e cultural na segunda metade dos anos 1970. / The main goal of this thesis is to study Leon Hirszman\'s artistic and intellectual trajectory through the films Que país é este? (1976-77), ABC da greve (1979-90) and They don\'t wear black-tie (1981). Discussing the relation between film and History, the research concentrates itself on the cultural, aesthetic and ideological practices of the director, aiming to analyze his interpretations about Brazil during its military dictatorship. Despite Hirszman\'s consolidated career as a member of the Cinema Novo movement, issue that is described during this doctoral thesis, it also proposes an approach of his work with the dramaturgical project originated by authors from the Teatro de Arena. On the 1970\'s, in virtue of the crisis installed in the left wing\'s cultural sphere, specially the collapse of the revolutionary belief preceding 1964 and the retrocession of the interpretation placing the people as the heroic vanguard leading a structural transformation, the filmmaker would court the artistic revisionism proposed by Gianfrancesco Guarnieri, Paulo Pontes and Vianinha. Maintaining a politicized approach about the popular class on his films, without abdicating the image of the intellectual as a mediator of denounces against the dictatorship, the director would proceed to a production in tune with the communist\'s active participation project, establishing a dialogue with the tradition of critical realism, willing to elaborate narratives and documental registers confronting with the authoritarian way of the military. In this sense, even without sharing the ideology originated from the newly born trade unionism, especially among the steelworkers from São Bernardo do Campo\'s city, Hirszman shifted the figure of the worker, making it the core of the creative process of ABC da greve and Black-tie. In these movies, it was represented as a key-piece close to the resistance articulated by the Brazilian Communist Party (PCB), in which it was seen as part of a large front, organized to overcome the military regime and act in favor of the country\'s redemocratization. A work realized with the intention of responding to the social dilemmas of its time, proposing a singular approach about the popular class and the anti-authoritarian militancy, originating interpretations and aesthetic experiences constructed among conflicts that filled the left-wing politic and cultural manifestations on the second half of the seventies.

Acometimento da força e da funcionalidade dos membros superiores em pacientes com distrofia muscular de Duchenne em corticoterapia / Influence of force and functionality of the upper limbs in patients with muscular dystrophy duchenne in corticosteroidsMarília Della Corte Peduto 17 October 2008 (has links)
O nosso objetivo foi de avaliar evolutivamente a perda da força muscular e das habilidades motoras, bem como a progressão da distribuição da fraqueza muscular nos diferentes segmentos dos membros superiores em pacientes com distrofia muscular de Duchenne em corticoterapia. Selecionamos seguintes testes de fácil aplicação: Teste de força Manual Muscular Escala Medical Research Council; Teste ABC provas de coordenação visual-motora e fatigabilidade provas n° 1, 3, 7 e 8; Grau funcional de Brooke; Índice de Barthel. Os testes foram aplicados em 40 pacientes com idades entre 5 e 15 anos, deambulantes e não deambulantes, os quais foram avaliados três vezes, com intervalos de seis meses entre cada avaliação. Os resultados mostraram que a progressão da distribuição da força muscular nos membros superiores ocorreu dos segmentos proximais para os distais em todos os pacientes e foi maior nos pacientes não deambulantes e com maior idade. O ato de escrever (pegada no lápis e/ou caneta) não foi influenciado pela progressão; no entanto, o aumento da fatigabilidade foi um fator limitante contribuindo para a redução do ritmo e da qualidade da escrita. O grau funcional de Brooke confirmou a variação das medidas de força muscular e nas atividades de vida diária o nível de dependência foi maior nos pacientes com maior idade, acontecendo nestes compensações funcionais importantes que lhes permitiram realizar a atividade de forma adaptada. / Our aim was to analyze the progression of the involvement of muscle strength and functional motor hability as well as the progression of the weakness pattern in the upper limbs of children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy who were receiving steroid therapy. We evaluated 40 patients with DMD, aged 5-15 years, by using the following simple tests: MRC score based on the upper limbs muscles; ABC tests number 1, 3, 7 and 8 for assessing visual motor coordination and fatigability; Brooke functional ability scale and modified Barthel index. All boys were evaluated every 6 months along a period of 18 months. The loss of muscular strength showed a proximal to distal progression and was greater in non- ambulant and in older patients. The act of writing (to hold pencil or pen) was not influenced by the progression; however, the fatigability increased and was a limiting factor for the speed and the quality of the hand writing. The Brooke functional ability scale confirmed the changes in the muscular strength. The performance in daily activities showed a greater dependence in the older patients who adopted functional compensations for performing the activities in an adapted way.
