Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / O presente estudo aborda a Formação Acadêmica e Profissional em Serviço Social tomando como objeto o Corpo Docente das Faculdades Públicas de Serviço Social do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Tomamos como referência o projeto ético político do Serviço Social, especialmente, o projeto de formação da ABEPSS, parte e expressão do primeiro. Observamos que os docentes são sujeitos imprescindíveis no processo de formação dos graduandos e, ainda que não determinem o posicionamento e a direção social escolhidos pelos futuros profissionais, colaboram ou não para um processo de formação crítica que pode contribuir para que o futuro assistente social tenha o perfil profissional explicitado nas Diretrizes Curriculares da ABEPSS: profissional dotado de formação intelectual e cultural, generalista e crítica, competente em sua área de desempenho, com capacidade de inserção criativa e propositiva, no conjunto das relações sociais e no mercado de trabalho (ABEPSS, 2002). Partimos da hipótese de que a disputa por projetos distintos no interior do Serviço Social vem se dando no meio acadêmico de maneira velada no sentido de que tudo o que diz respeito ao Serviço Social pode se articular ao projeto ético-político, como se o mesmo não resultasse de um processo ligado à teoria crítica e de uma mudança ideopolítica no interior da categoria dos assistentes sociais. Consequentemente, a presença nos espaços da academia de tendências conservadoras e neoconservadoras, vem aprofundando o afastamento do debate/problematização de questões essenciais à profissão como, por exemplo, o cotidiano e o exercício profissional. Concluimos que se por um lado, o perfil docente, no que diz respeito à formação dos professores pesquisados, é um perfil que pode responder às necessidades do projeto de formação acadêmica e profissional da ABEPSS, por outro lado, quando abordamos as linhas e projetos de pesquisa que fundamentam a produção dos referidos docentes, observamos um distanciamento do Serviço Social e do projeto ético-político. / The present study deals with the Professional and Academic Formation in Social Work, taking as subject the Teaching Staff of Public Social Work Universities in the State of Rio de Janeiro. We are based on the Ethical-Political Project of Social Work, specially the ABEPSS formation project, part and expression of that. We notice that professors are indispensable in the formation process of the students and, even though they do not define the social position and direction that are chosen by the future professionals, they cooperate or not for a process of critical formation that can contribute for the future social worker to have the professional profile laid down on the Curricular Guidelines of ABEPSS: a professional with intellectual and cultural formation, critic and generalist, competent in hisher performance area, with the capacity of creative and propositional insertion, on the group of social relations and in the labor market (ABEPSS, 2002). We assume the hypothesis that the dispute for distinct projects in the field of Social Work has been occurring in the Academia so veiled when everything that refers to Social Work can be articulated to the Ethical-Political Project, as if it wasnt a result of a process linked to the critic theory and of a ideological and political change in the middle of the category of social workers. Therefore, the presence, in academic spaces, of conservatism and neoconservatism tendencies, is improving the distance of the debate / problematization of essential issues of the profession as, for example, the professional everyday and exercise. We conclude that, if by one side, the teaching staff profile, referring to the formation of the searched professors, is a profile that can answer to the necessities of the ABEPSS academic and professional formation project, by the other side, when we talk about the lines and projects of research that inspire their production we notice a detachment from Social Work and the Ethical-Political Project.

Os movimentos sociais e demais organizações das classes subalternas lançam-se na luta pela redemocratização da sociedade e do Estado brasileiro. Apesar da transição democrática no Brasil ter sido do tipo fraca e negociada , promulgou-se a Constituição Federal Brasileira de 1988 com garantias no âmbito das políticas sociais. Assim, as políticas sociais passam a ser reconhecidas como dever do Estado e direito dos cidadãos. Esta Carta é acompanhada das diretrizes da participação popular e da descentralização político-administrativa, possibilitando a abertura de espaços para a participação da sociedade civil na realização do controle social democrático das políticas sociais. Esta década marca também um importante momento para o Serviço Social. Os assistentes sociais, após um longo período de renovação profissional, desprendem-se das bases históricas que lhe forneceram legitimidade e promovem a inversão ético-política de seu projeto profissional. Eles iniciam um amplo debate que resulta na construção do Projeto Ético-Político voltado para a defesa dos interesses das classes subalternas. Neste sentido, os assistentes sociais apresentaram-se como protagonistas junto aos movimentos sociais na luta pela redemocratização da sociedade e do Estado, da construção da CFB de 1988, na garantia da participação popular nos momentos decisórios acerca destas políticas sociais e no controle social democrático . Os Conselhos de Políticas e de Direitos emergem como um dos espaços de realização deste controle social. Os assistentes sociais que participaram ativamente do processo de criação e implementação destes condutos de participação e de controle social democrático , hoje são chamados a participar destes espaços como conselheiros, assessores, capacitadores, pesquisadores. Assim, os Conselhos constituem-se em ricos espaços de atuação dos assistentes sociais. A maioria dos assistentes sociais conselheiros no Espírito Santo apresenta-se com objetivos de realizar o controle social democrático e a agenda de compromissos postos no Projeto Ético-Político. Entretanto, a atuação dos assistentes sociais é permeada de contradições e tensões. Estas contradições e tensões somadas ao avanço do projeto do capital e seu controle social constituem verdadeiros obstáculos à realização do controle social democrático e ao cumprimento da agenda de compromissos assumidos no Projeto Ético-Político. A principal contradição constatada na atuação dos assistentes sociais é a condição de assalariamento. Contudo, mesmo diante da realidade dos Conselhos e dos obstáculos postos à atuação dos assistentes sociais observa-se que estes profissionais, contribuem, ainda que minimamente, para o funcionamento e dinâmica dos Conselhos, ao mesmo tempo em que fortalecem o Projeto Ético-Político / The 80 s have been a mark for the Brazilian democracy. Social movements and other organizations from the subordinate classes are engaged into the fight for the society and the Brazilian Sate re-democratization. Although the democracy transition in Brazil had been such a weak and dealt one, the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988 was promulgated with guarantees in matters of social policies. Thus social policies become acknowledged as a State duty and citizens rights. This Letter is followed by the guidelines of popular participation and political-administrative decentralization making it possible the opening of places for the civil society participation in the achievement of democratic social control of social policies. This decade also highlights an important moment for the Social Work. After a long period of professional renewing, social workers are released from the historical base which provided them with legitimacy and promote the ethical-political inversion of their professional project. They have started a wide debate of interests which results in the construction of the Ethical-Political Project aimed at the defense of subordinate classes interests. Therefore, social workers have introduced themselves as the protagonists related to social movements in the fight for the re-democratization of society and State, the construction of the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988, in the guarantee of popular participation in the decisive instants related to these social policies and in the social democratic control. The Policy and Right Councils appear to be as one of the achievement spaces of this social control. Social workers who have actively taken part in the creation and implementation process of these courses of participation and social democratic control are currently called to join these spaces as counselors, assessors and researchers. Thus, the councils are constituted by rich spaces of social workers performance. The majority of social workers counselors in Espírito Santo are presented with objectives of performing the social democratic control and the agenda of commitments placed in the Ethical Political Project. However, the social workers performance is permeated with contradictions and tensions. These contradictions and tensions whenever added to the advance of the project of capital and its social control constitute serious obstacles to the achievement of social democratic control and to the fulfillment of the agenda of commitment assumed in the Ethical Political Project. The main contradiction noticed in social workers performance is the condition of being salaried workers. However even in the face of the reality of Councils and the obstacles placed to the social workers performance, it is possible to see that these professional contribute even with a small amount for the Councils functioning and dynamism as well as strengthening the Ethical-Political Project

Nesta tarefa o processamento do trabalho é apresentado como categoria capaz de contribuir para a aproximação do universo mais particular do trabalho dos assistentes, aquele relativo à elaboração das respostas profissionais considerando as variadas mediações que interferem no trabalho. Com base na principal produção de Marilda Vilella Iamamoto busca-se destacar o significado social da profissão e a construção do projeto ético-político do Serviço Social. Realiza-se a diferenciação entre processo e processamento do trabalho uma vez que é comum o seu emprego como sinônimos. Privilegia-se a condição de assalariamento dos assistentes sociais e a sua autonomia relativa como elementos fundamentais para a análise do trabalho dos assistentes sociais tendo em vista a limitação imposta aos profissionais por tais constituintes do trabalho do assistente social. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa cujo levantamento de dados foi realizado por meio de entrevista junto à assistentes sociais no exercício da profissão e discentes do Curso de Especialização “Política Social, Serviço Social e Supervisão de Estágio” da Faculdade de Serviço Social/UFJF. A análise das entrevistas revelou principalmente o esforço das profissionais em elaborar respostas profissionais orientadas pelo projeto profissional crítico revelando que o referido projeto constitui-se na principal referência para o trabalho. Além disso, destacou-se a necessidade de aprofundamento sobre as referências teórico-metodológicas da profissão para favorecer a percepção do vínculo entre trabalho e projeto profissional. / This dissertation is an effort to highlight the link between the work of social workers and the ethical-political project of Social Work. In this task the work processing is presented as a category capable of contributing to the approximation of the more particular universe of the work of the assistants, the one relative to the elaboration of the professional answers considering the varied mediations that interfere in the work. Based on the main production of Marilda Vilella Iamamoto seeks to highlight the social significance of the profession and the construction of the ethical-political project of Social Service. The differentiation between process and work processing is done since its use is common as synonyms. The condition of wages of social workers and their relative autonomy are privileged as fundamental elements for the analysis of the work of social workers in view of the limitation imposed on the professionals by such constituents of the work of the social worker. This is a qualitative research whose data collection was done through an interview with the social workers in the exercise of the profession and students of the Specialization Course "Social Policy, Social Service and Supervision of Internship" of the Faculty of Social Service / UFJF. The analysis of the interviews revealed mainly the effort of the professionals to elaborate professional responses oriented by the critical professional project revealing that said project constitutes the main reference for the work. In addition, it was highlighted the need to deepen the theoretical-methodological references of the profession to favor the perception of the link between work and professional project.

The theme was chosen because of the researcher s career. The objective of the study is to understand the construction of pedagogical practice of the social worker and college professor, and his relationship with the theoretical elements, political and ethical issues inherent in the formation of social work. The methodology is qualitative research, because this methodology allows us to analyze the phenomenon from the reality and the interaction with the subject. The research was done through literature research of the themes: education, higher education, vocational training in social work and ethical-political project of profession. Also was done through field research with interviews with six social workers and college professors. The data were presented in three categories: education, higher education and pedagogical practice of the social worker and college professor. It was found that the research subjects defend a critical perspective of education, the professional project of social work, and an emancipatory model of society. However, in Brazil, in actuality, has occurred the expansion of private higher education and the strengthening of the commodifying of education. This dispute is responsible for the intensification of the contradictions in the construction of pedagogical practice of the social worker and college professor. According to the research, the pedagogical practice has been guided by the ongoing construction process and qualification. Therefore, the particularity of the social worker and college professor is defending the ethical-political project of the profession / Este trabalho busca refletir sobre a prática pedagógica do assistente social docente. O tema de estudo foi escolhido devido à trajetória da pesquisadora, cuja aproximação com a temática da educação na graduação foi potencializada devido à sua inserção na docência no ano de 2010. O objetivo do estudo é compreender a construção da prática pedagógica do assistente social docente e sua relação com os elementos teóricos, políticos e éticos inerentes à formação do Serviço Social. Para a realização do estudo optou-se pela metodologia da pesquisa qualitativa, visto que essa possibilita analisar o fenômeno a partir de seu movimento na realidade e na interação com o sujeito. A pesquisa foi efetuada por meio de um estudo bibliográfico das temáticas educação, ensino superior, formação em Serviço Social e projeto ético-político da profissão somado à realização de uma pesquisa de campo realizada através da técnica de entrevista semiestruturada com seis assistentes sociais que trabalham como docentes no curso de Serviço Social. Optou-se por entrevistar assistentes sociais que tiveram sua inserção na docência em diversos espaços de tempo e em diferentes locais de trabalho, objetivando, desta forma, contemplar a heterogeneidade do universo pesquisado. Os dados colhidos e analisados estão apresentados em três categorias: educação, ensino superior e prática pedagógica do assistente social docente. Constatou-se que os sujeitos da pesquisa defendem uma perspectiva crítica de educação, que está associada à defesa do projeto profissional do Serviço Social e a um modelo societário emancipador. Porém, realmente pensar a defesa desses projetos, assim como sua articulação no atual cenário do ensino superior no Brasil tem sido uma das grandes dificuldades devido à expansão desenfreada do ensino superior no campo privado, que tem fortalecido a tendência mercantilizante da educação, sendo exatamente essa disputa de projetos responsável pelo acirramento das contradições presentes na construção da prática pedagógica do assistente social docente, que, de acordo com a pesquisa, tem sido pautada por um permanente processo de construção e qualificação, em que os princípios norteadores do projeto ético-político são considerados elementos centrais, assim como a participação nas entidades organizativas da categoria, como a ABEPSS, e a necessidade de organização coletiva desses docentes, aspectos esses que são vistos como alternativas de enfrentamento ao processo de precarização das condições de trabalho e formação. Working with this theme enables understanding of the conceptions of men and of professional world, built through their experiences, of determinant cultural aspects that are part of their choices and their daily professional actions in socialinstitutional places, through the used language. The language understood in this research as the materiality of conscience, product of social relationships and personal, and professional, experiences. Experiences understood from its historicity and as a result of professional relationships. The methodology of Oral History was a key part in this research, once it looks for historicity and for experience, bringing the subject of this matter to the investigation's center. Working with testimonials related to life's history of subjects, their professional and personal experiences, allowed me to understand how social workers build language in professional exercise. Using Oral History's methodology it was possible to search for the meaning that social works assign to their social practices bound with language that is daily built. When raising the memory, through oral history, I understood the construction of professional language as a historic process filled with movement and transformations. One important aspect regarded in this essay was the relation of professional language and the ethical-political project of Social Service, the professional language reveals this project, as it shows evidence that these projects are in dispute, amongst each other and in institutional spaces, once, when hiring a social workers, the employer prescribes its duties, in this sense, many times, it may, confront the professional project with the institutional project. So the language, fruit of experience, of historical, social and cultural determinations, builds its own place, as a form of existence and resistance, a strategy. This autonomous place where experience is in a special place, as a knowledge producer / A presente dissertação tem como objetivo principal compreender a construção da linguagem profissional dos assistentes sociais e sua relação com a consciência, cultura e experiência. Trabalhar com esta temática possibilita compreender as concepções de homem e de mundo dos profissionais, construídas através de suas experiências, dos determinantes culturais que compõem suas escolhas e da sua ação profissional efetivada no cotidiano dos espaços sócio-institucionais, por meio da linguagem utilizada. Linguagem compreendida nesta pesquisa como materialidade da consciência, produto das relações sociais e das experiências profissionais e pessoais. Experiências compreendidas a partir de sua historicidade e como resultado das relações sociais profissionais. A metodologia de História Oral foi fundamental nesta pesquisa, uma vez que, busca pela historicidade e pela experiência trazendo o sujeito ao centro da investigação. Trabalhar com depoimentos relacionados à história de vida dos sujeitos, suas experiências profissionais e pessoais, permitiu-me compreender como os assistentes sociais constroem a linguagem no exercício profissional. Por meio da metodologia de História Oral foi possível buscar os significados que os assistentes sociais atribuem as suas práticas profissionais vinculadas às linguagens construídas no cotidiano. Ao suscitar a memória, por meio da História oral, compreendi a construção da linguagem profissional como processo histórico repleto de movimentos e transformações. Um aspecto importante abordado nesta dissertação foi a relação da linguagem profissional e o projeto ético-político do Serviço Social, a linguagem profissional revela este projeto, assim como evidencia que estes projetos estão em disputa, entre si e nos espaços institucionais, uma vez, que ao contratar o assistente social o empregador prescreve suas atribuições; neste sentido pode, muitas vezes confrontarem-se os projetos profissionais e os projetos institucionais. Portanto a linguagem, fruto das experiências, das determinações históricas, sociais e culturais constrói um lugar próprio, como forma de existir e resistir, uma estratégia. The study focalizes the constituent elements of the political ethical project professional, that keeps it narrows relationship with the beginnings that base the current Code of the social worker Professional Ethics considering the scenery of transformations by which goes the Brazilian society (immersed in the background of 'globalization') Determinations are macroeconomic and socio-political posing the Service to the test, as far as social demands and political outlook, since social policies represent broad occupational area of the profession. The approach on the rights of children and youth population, is the movement that led to the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - SCA, incorporating it into its doctrinal foundations. Among the rights and the need for 'resistance' training before the cross' global ', stands out in this study that the Service, through the representative bodies of the category in its deliberative body - the National Meetings CFESS / CRESS, is present and active in defending the rights of children and adolescents. Aspects that mark the interface between the materialization of the ethical-political project of Social Service and protecting the rights of children and adolescents. In line with the expected process of democratization of policies related to childhood and adolescence, the ethical-political project inaugurates a new professional identity strongly linked the transformation of man into mass man collective, as the professional category, through their representative bodies, expresses its commitment to 'reform intellectual and moral', materializing the aim of contributing to the construction of a new social order, which focuses on collective will / Constitui-se objeto deste estudo a interface entre o projeto ético-político do Serviço Social e a defesa dos direitos de crianças e de adolescentes, focalizando as deliberações e a agenda política dos Encontros Nacionais CFESS/CRESS e os direitos preconizados pelo Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente. O estudo aborda os elementos constitutivos do projeto ético político profissional, que guarda estreita relação com os princípios que fundamentam o atual Código de Ética Profissional do Assistente Social considerando o cenário de transformações pelo qual passa a sociedade brasileira (imersa no panorama de globalização ). São determinações macroeconômicas e sóciopolíticas que colocam o Serviço Social à prova, no que tange as demandas sociais e perspectivas políticas, visto que as políticas sociais representam amplo espaço ocupacional da profissão. A abordagem sobre os direitos da população infanto-juvenil, corresponde ao movimento que originou o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente ECA, contemplando-o em suas bases doutrinárias.Dentre os direitos e a necessidade de resistência profissional diante da cruzada globalizante , destaca-se neste estudo que o Serviço Social, através das entidades representativas da categoria em sua instância deliberativa os Encontros Nacionais CFESS/CRESS, se faz presente e atuante na defesa dos direitos da criança e do adolescente. As the basis for the research I have reconstructed my life history, its interconnection with the trajectory of the Brazilian LGBT movement and the construction of identity as a professional and an activist. I have also tried to search for and tell the participation of social workers towards the possibility of enforcing LGBT rights. In order to achieve such purpose I have conducted in-depth reading of theoretical approaches to sexual diversity and discussed themes such as sexuality, heteronormativity, sexual orientation and the ethical/political project of professional social workers. These themes are of high importance to overcome the prejudice that still prevails in society to this day. But, as I believe advancements and achievements have been made, I have organized conceptions, terms and information through a documental and bibliographical research on the history of the LGBT movement, resulting in a database consisting of tables, charts and information concerning the legislation and the Reference Centers currently operating in Brazil. This search has allowed me to find people and their experiences and personal accounts, which then required the use of Oral History methodology. As they express their opinions and experiences I had the opportunity to know the reality of those who fight homophobia. Since the enforcement of rights is a result of the acknowledgment of demands and needs by the State, I listened to the accounts provided by social workers from the Reference Centers in Campinas and São Paulo, as they represent today new places for this professional category. An important aspect of this dissertation is the possibility of integrating the LGBT movement struggle with the agenda of the Social Workers´ Professional Councils statewide and nationwide in regard of the sexual orientation. Thus, I perceived that going beyond the rainbow ideas today is to contribute to overcome invisibility and provide opportunities to build rights that are equal to everyone regardless of their sexual orientation / Esta dissertação propõe ampliar o debate quanto à efetivação de direitos da população de lésbicas, gays, bissexuais, travestis e transexuais, fazendo uma interlocução com a prática interventiva dos assistentes sociais que atuam nos Centros de Referência em Direitos Humanos de Prevenção e Combate à Homofobia. Fundamentando a pesquisa, realizei uma reconstrução de minha história de vida, sua interlocução com a trajetória do Movimento LGBT brasileiro e a construção de minha identidade profissional e militante. Busquei também resgatar a participação da categoria profissional frente à possibilidade de efetivação de direitos da população LGBT. Para alcançar tal objetivo realizei um trabalho de aprofundamento teórico da temática da diversidade sexual, discutindo temas como sexualidade, heteronormatividade, orientação sexual e projeto ético-político da profissão, temas estes de suma importância para se conseguir romper com o preconceito ainda hoje existente na sociedade. Mas acreditando que ocorreram avanços e conquistas, sistematizei concepções, termos e informações através de pesquisa documental e bibliográfica sobre a história do Movimento LGBT, apresentando um banco de dados composto por tabelas, gráficos e informações referentes às legislações e aos Centros de Referência hoje existentes no Brasil. Nesta busca encontrei sujeitos e, com eles, suas experiências e narrativas, o que me levou à utilização da metodologia da História Oral para ouvir seus relatos. Ao expressarem seus posicionamentos e experiências, tive a possibilidade de conhecer a realidade daqueles que lutam contra a homofobia. Sabendo que a efetivação de direitos acontece a partir do reconhecimento de demandas por parte do Estado, ouvimos relatos das assistentes sociais que atuam nos Centros de Referência de Campinas e de São Paulo, sendo estes hoje novos espaços de atuação profissional para a categoria. Um aspecto importante da dissertação é a possibilidade de integrar a luta do movimento LGBT com a pauta do conjunto CFESS/CRESS quanto à temática da livre orientação sexual. Assim percebi que transcender o ideário do arco-íris hoje é fazer com que a invisibilidade seja superada, possibilitando oportunidades de construção de direitos iguais a todos, independentemente de sua orientação sexual

Pretende-se, para tanto, indicar formas de participação e controle social na política de assistência social e identificar o conteúdo ideo-político objetivado pelo assistente social nos momentos de discussões e deliberações desse conselho. Um dos pontos relevantes desse estudo situa-se na abordagem da direção sócio-política da participação do assistente social na proposta de gestão democrática da política de assistência social, advinda da descentralização político-administrativa do Estado Brasileiro, nos anos 1990. É um estudo de abordagem qualitativa, que adotou como procedimento de coleta de dados a revisão de literatura, pesquisa documental e pesquisa de campo - observação direta das plenárias de 2008/2009 e entrevista semi-estruturada, com cinco assistentes sociais que se vincularam ao CMAS como conselheiro governamental, conselheiro não governamental, assessor técnico, secretário executivo e observador. Esse trabalho aponta que o potencial originário que justificou a luta pela criação das instituições democráticas, dentre elas o conselho, encontra vários limites no processo de busca da sua concretização. Tais limites são desde natureza conceitual da categoria participação da sociedade civil, à dimensão técnico-político de construir uma nova e progressista direção social às políticas públicas. Além disso, esses limites suscitam reflexões sobre a necessidade de se repensar as práticas representativas na sociedade, bem como a condição e direção das lutas sociais e institucionais pelo controle da construção da vida societária. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the inclusion of social workers in the Municipal Council of Social Welfare of Uberaba / MG (1996/2009). It is intended for both, state forms of participation and social control in social welfare policy and identify the contents ideo-political objectified by a social worker in times of discussions and deliberations of this Council. One of the relevant sections of this study lies in the approach towards socio-political participation of social workers in the proposed democratic management of social welfare policy, coming from the political-administrative decentralization of the Brazilian State in the 1990s. It is a qualitative study, which adopted a procedure to collect data and the literature review, desk research and field research - direct observation of the 2008/2009 plenary and semi-structured interviews with five social workers who have joined the CMAS as a government adviser, nongovernmental advisor, technical advisor, executive secretary and observer. This work shows that the potential origin that justified the struggle to create democratic institutions, among them the board, finds various limits in the search process of their implementation. Such limits are provided conceptual nature of the class participation of civil society, the technical-political dimension of building a new and progressive social direction to public policies. Moreover, these limits give rise to reflections on the need to rethink the representative for the company as well as the condition and direction of social and institutional struggles for control of the construction of societal life. Pretendeu-se chegar com a pesquisa, de forma mais ampliada, ao seguinte objetivo: analisar a dimensão técnico-operativa na formação profissional em Serviço Social em instituições presenciais do Maranhão, no bojo da reestruturação produtiva do capital, tendo como parâmetro as atribuições privativas e competências profissionais constantes nas Diretrizes Curriculares da ABEPSS e na Lei de Regulamentação da Profissão. Para ter assegurado tal objetivo, o marco temporal delimitado foram os anos de 2012 e 2013, e traçados os seguintes objetivos específicos: 1 - Analisar a abordagem da dimensão técnico-operativa da profissão explicitada pelas competências e atribuições privativas presentes no perfil profissional do assistente social almejado nas Diretrizes Curriculares da ABEPSS e na Lei de Regulamentação da Profissão, tendo como pano de fundo a reestruturação produtiva do capital e seus desdobramentos nas políticas públicas educacionais mediante a reforma universitária e recente expansão da educação superior no Maranhão; 2 - Analisar a abordagem da dimensão técnico-operativa da profissão nas instituições de ensino superior presenciais do Maranhão, sob a ótica dos recém-formados, tendo como parâmetro as atribuições e competências profissionais. Assim, estuda-se como os recém-formados em instituições de ensino superior presenciais do Maranhão, que já estão inseridos no mercado de trabalho e com registros no Conselho Regional de Serviço Social (CRESS), avaliam a abordagem da dimensão técnico-operativa da profissão na formação, sobretudo no que tange às atribuições privativas e competências profissionais, ou seja, se estes identificam uma coerência entre o que é abordado na formação e o que consta no perfil profissional do Serviço Social explicitado nas Diretrizes Curriculares da ABEPSS e na Lei de Regulamentação da Profissão. [pt] O cenário de crise sanitária provocado pela pandemia da Covid-19, assolou a população mundial a partir do ano de 2020, impondo desafios às Instituições de Ensino, quanto à organização dos processos de ensino, pesquisa e extensão. Docentes, discentes e assistentes sociais que atuam em Instituições concedentes de estágio, se viram impelidos a enfrentar um contexto adverso, de agudização das expressões da questão social, que influenciaram diretamente a rotina do exercício profissional, bem como de ensino-aprendizagem das/dos discentes em processo de formação acadêmica. A presente dissertação, ancorada em correntes teóricas críticas, tem como objetivo principal analisar a formação acadêmica, com ênfase na experiência de estágio curricular, de discentes do curso de graduação, em Serviço Social, da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), ante a pandemia da Covid-19. Para tanto, apontamos, a trajetória da Educação Superior no Brasil, a partir da década de 1990, bem como os marcos na história do Serviço Social, a partir da recusa ao conservadorismo e a construção do Projeto Ético-Político da profissão, que constitui a base para a formação e exercício profissional, o que consequentemente influencia diretamente o processo de estágio. Trata-se de uma pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa, cujo principal instrumento para a produção de dados, consistiu em 27 (vinte e sete) entrevistas, realizadas com 20 (vinte) discentes do curso de graduação em Serviço Social da PUC-Rio, 04 (quatro) assistentes sociais que realizam supervisão de estágio em Serviço Social, em instituições conveniadas com a PUC-Rio, 02 (dois) docentes que ministram disciplinas de estágio no curso de graduação em Serviço Social da PUC-Rio e com a coordenadora de estágios do Departamento de Serviço Social da PUC-Rio, nos meses de novembro e dezembro de 2022. Ao final desse estudo foi possível delinear o perfil das/os discentes que realizaram estágio no primeiro semestre do ano de 2020 e analisar a experiência de estágio, tendo em vista a implantação do Ensino Remoto Emergencial e o distanciamento físico de suas/seus respectivos supervisoras/es e Campos de Estágio, o que gerou desafios inéditos a serem enfrentados pela categoria, tendo como norteador o Projeto Ético-Político do Serviço Social, materializado nas normatizações que regem a profissão tais como, Lei de Regulamentação da Profissão (n 8.662/93), Código de Ética (1993), Diretrizes Curriculares de 1996 (ABEPSS) e demais regulamentações específicas para o estágio em Serviço Social no Brasil. Os resultados foram analisados a partir das fundamentações teóricas que basearam esse estudo, considerando as principais categorias de análise – Ensino Remoto Emergencial, Estágio em Serviço Social, Projeto Ético-Político – que nortearam a pesquisa. / [en] The health crisis scenario caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has devastated the world population since the year 2020, imposing challenges to educational institutions regarding the organization of teaching, research, and extension processes. Teachers, students, and social workers who work in Institutions that grant internships have been forced to face an adverse context of worsening expressions of the social issue, which directly influenced the routine of professional practice, as well as the teaching-learning of students in the process of academic education. The present dissertation, anchored in critical theoretical currents, has as its main objective to analyze the academic education, with emphasis on the experience of curricular internship, of undergraduate students in Social Work at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. For this, we point to the trajectory of Higher Education in Brazil, from the 1990 s, as well as the milestones in the history of Social Service, from the refusal of conservatism and the construction of the Ethical-Political Project of the profession, which constitutes the basis for professional qualification and practice, which consequently directly influences the internship process. This is a research with a qualitative approach, whose main instrument for the production of data consisted of 27 (twenty-seven) interviews, carried out with 20 (twenty) students of the undergraduate course in Social Work at PUC-Rio, 04 (four) social workers who supervise Social Work internships in institutions associated with PUC-Rio, 02 (two) professors who teach internship disciplines in the undergraduate course in Social Work at PUC-Rio, and with the Coordinator of Internships of the Department of Social Work at PUC-Rio, in the months of November and December 2022. At the end of this study, it was possible to delineate the profile of the students who did their internship in the first semester of 2020 and to analyze the internship experience, considering the implementation of Emergency Remote Teaching and the physical distance from their respective supervisors and internship fields, which created unprecedented challenges to be faced by the category, guided by the Ethical-Political Project of Social Service, materialized in the norms that govern the profession, such as the Profession Regulation Law (no. 8. 662/93), Code of Ethics (1993), Curricular Guidelines of 1996 (ABEPSS) and other specific regulations for the internship in Social Service in Brazil. The results were analyzed based on the theoretical foundations of this study, considering the main categories of analysis - Emergency Remote Teaching, Internship in Social Work, Ethical-Political Project - that guided the research.
