Based on the theoretical discussion about the possibilities of analyzing a work, based on Imbert (1987), we seek to understand where such a fascination for rock and roll comes from, especially the work Rock around the clock (understood here as the music that inaugurates the rock and roll genre). The work methodology consisted of a bibliographical review aiming to contribute with analyzes about the musical genre studied. In order to do so, we initially used the analytical approaches systematized by Imbert (1987), and then, in a second moment, to focus on the analysis of the reception, by the jakobsonian model, of the cultural industry and the imaginary. Finally, we observed the act of fruition, which involved diving into the field of acoustics and psychoacoustics, based on Schafer (1977). It was verified that: the function, the meanings and the feelings attributed to the music also arise from the biological conditions and not only from the socio-cultural references of the artist. In addition, both the acoustic context and the soundscape play important roles in the construction of musical reception theory. Finally, it is suggested the comprehensiveness of the analyzes about rock and roll and the receiver of this musical genre. / A dissertação em questão visa um olhar sobre o rock and roll com foco no ouvinte e nas possíveis sensações auditivas e conexões cerebrais ocasionados no momento em que a música atinge o receptor. A partir da discussão teórica a respeito das possibilidades de análise de uma obra, baseando em Imbert (1987), buscamos entender de onde vem tamanha fascinação pelo rock and roll, em especial pela obra Rock around the clock (entendida aqui como a música que inaugura o gênero rock and roll). A metodologia do trabalho consistiu em revisão bibliográfica com vistas a contribuir com análises a cerca do gênero musical estudado. Para tanto, inicialmente, foram utilizados as abordagens analíticas sistematizadas por Imbert (1987), para posteriormente, em um segundo momento, concentrar na análise da recepção, pelo modelo jakobsoniano, da indústria cultural e do imaginário. Por fim observou-se o ato de fruição, que implicou em mergulhar no campo da acústica e da psicoacústica tendo como base Schafer (1977). Constatou-se que: a função, os significados e os sentidos atribuídos à música brotam também das condições biológicas e não apenas das referências sócio-culturais do fruidor. Além disso, tanto o contexto acústico quanto a paisagem sonora exercem papeis relevantes na construção da teoria da recepção musical. Por fim, sugere-se a abrangência das análises a cerca do rock and roll e do receptor desse gênero musical.

This diploma thesis is focused on issues of positioning, licensing and fruition of civil engineering projects. The aim of this work is to analyze these matters and create subsequently single consecutions facilitating orientation in the construction law for the employers. First the elemental terms of procedure modelling and methodology are introduced to reader to be used further in the text for illustration of the processes. Furthermore particular types of construction positioning, planning permissions and fruition of constructions are analyzed to demonstrate the progression and essential inputs for gaining the authorization within the required moves. In the final part particular procedures giving instructions for the employers which steps to make for realization of their construction plan are elaborated. All the procedures are derived from the types of positioning, permissions and fruition of constructions as in the text described. Short presentation as an operative manual for employers assigning constructions to particular procedures is added.

Through children's literature it?s possible to promote learning that child will carry on for life. Considering this background, a descriptive research with a qualitative approach is presented from the theoretical perspectives of Piaget, Bandura and Feuerstein. The overall aim is to understand how to use children's literature in order to promote self-regulation strategies with children from two to six years without losing its enjoyment space. Research instruments were organized to meet the following specific aims: i) to plan, develop and evaluate a continued training for teachers involved, during 2015 with the theme children's literature, self-regulation and learning mediation; ii) to understand the selection criterion of children's books by educators and which pedagogical practices members of the continued formation considered the most appropriate to promote self-regulation and fruition from the children's literature; iii) to socialize with team the most relevant practices and experiences indicated by participants; iv) to analyze what was reported by teachers on children's literature as fruition and as a means for develop self-regulation skills in children from two to six years; v) to verify if it?s there is harmony between children's literature as a formative art and as pedagogical use in unison on early childhood education. Twelve teachers who worked in multigrade classes from kindergarten serving 354 children aged 2 to 6 years were study participants. The instruments used were field diary records of continued formation, researcher and participating teachers, observations of practices and interviews. For the understanding of the empirical material were used the content analysis. The results obteined show that the small child can self-regulate thoughts, feelings and actions by means of children's literature since it is inserted in a learning process mediated by a teacher who develop activities guided to fruition, for reflection and critical thinking. This analyzis indicates that mediated dialogue after the planned intervention for harmony between pleasure and learning was the most assertive activity to promote self-regulation with children of all investigated groups. In this sense, we emphasize that teacher education was ssential for the developement of research, preponderating the fact that it would not be possible to exercise the teaching profession with fullness in the context studied if there was no initial or continuous training knowledge. The conclusion is that the incentive for new researches and teacher training on the chosen subject is urgently needed, so that you can advance studies to invest in the capacity of small children and in the training of teachers for childhood, a barely explored field in academia. / Literatura infantil e educa??o s?o inst?ncias que se completam na forma??o da crian?a pequena. Por meio da literatura infantil ? poss?vel promover aprendizagens que a crian?a levar? consigo para toda a vida. Nesse contexto, trazemos uma pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa, a partir das perspectivas te?ricas de Piaget, Bandura e Feuerstein. O objetivo geral do estudo consiste em compreender como utilizar a literatura infantil para promover estrat?gias da autorregula??o com crian?as de dois a seis anos, sem que a mesma perca seu espa?o de frui??o. Os instrumentos de pesquisa foram organizados para atender aos seguintes objetivos espec?ficos: i) planejar, desenvolver e avaliar uma forma??o continuada para os educadores envolvidos, no decorrer do ano de 2015, tendo como tem?tica a literatura infantil, a autorregula??o e a media??o do professor; ii) compreender crit?rios de escolha dos livros infantis pelos educadores e quais pr?ticas pedag?gicas os integrantes da forma??o continuada consideram como as mais adequadas para promover a autorregula??o e a frui??o; iii) socializar entre a equipe as pr?ticas e experi?ncias mais relevantes, indicadas pelos participantes; iv) analisar o que relatam as professoras sobre a literatura infantil como frui??o e como meio para desenvolver as compet?ncias da autorregula??o em crian?as de dois a seis anos no contexto observado e v) verificar se ? poss?vel a harmonia entre a literatura infantil como arte formativa e como meio pedag?gico na Educa??o Infantil. Participaram do estudo 12 professoras que atuavam em classes multisseriadas da Educa??o Infantil, atendendo 354 crian?as de 2 a 6 anos. Os instrumentos utilizados foram registros do di?rio de campo da forma??o continuada, da pesquisadora e das professoras participantes, observa??es de pr?ticas e entrevistas. Para a compreens?o do material emp?rico utilizou-se a an?lise de conte?do. Os resultados obtidos demonstram que a crian?a pequena consegue, por meio da literatura infantil, autorregular pensamentos, sentimentos e a??es, desde que inserida em uma aprendizagem mediada por um professor que tenha os conhecimentos necess?rios para desenvolver atividades abertas para a frui??o, para a reflex?o e para o pensamento cr?tico. Nossas an?lises indicam que o di?logo mediado, depois da interven??o planejada para a harmonia entre deleite e aprendizagem, foi a pr?tica pedag?gica mais assertiva para promover a autorregula??o, com crian?as de todas as turmas investigadas. Nesse sentido, salientamos que a forma??o docente foi essencial para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa, preponderando o fato de que n?o seria poss?vel o exerc?cio da profiss?o docente com plenitude no contexto estudado se n?o houvesse para isso um conhecimento formativo inicial ou continuado. Conclu?mos que o incentivo em novas pesquisas e em forma??es docentes sobre a tem?tica escolhida se fazem urgentemente necess?rios, para que seja poss?vel avan?ar em estudos que invistam na capacidade das crian?as pequenas e na forma??o de professores para a inf?ncia, campos ainda pouco explorados no meio acad?mico.

Its focus is the experience of a group who enjoy culture in contact with art. The methodologies adopted include the accumulated experience and the realization of three meetings in 2007, with participants of Social Work with Seniors, organized by SESC São José dos Campos/SP. In these meetings, different actions took place, aiming at bringing the group closer to art. Moreover, a bibliographic research of the works of some theoreticians was carried out. Art contributes to the personal development of seniors, as it allows taking a plunge into the quest for the meaning of the social and existential dilemmas to which they are subjected, thus letting them know their emotions and feelings about what life is and its meaning in old age. For the seniors, the artistic experience is extremely stimulating and appropriated, as it favors the development of new relationships contributing as a result to social inclusion of these individuals / Este trabalho é fruto de olhar observador, carregado de curiosidade sobre a construção do conhecimento resultante da complexa relação interdisciplinar entre a gerontologia e a arte. Focaliza a experiência de um grupo como fruidor cultural em contato com a arte. Compõem as metodologias adotadas no estudo, as vivências acumuladas e a realização de três encontros em 2007, com participantes do Trabalho Social com Idosos do SESC de São José dos Campos / SP. Nos encontros houve diferentes ações buscando a aproximação entre o grupo e a arte. Somam-se ainda as pesquisas bibliográficas das obras de alguns teóricos. A arte contribui para o crescimento pessoal dos idosos ao propiciar um mergulho na busca de sentido para os dilemas sociais e existenciais aos quais estão sujeitos, permitindo conhecer suas emoções e sentimentos sobre o que é a vida e seu significado na velhice. A vivência artística, para os velhos é extremamente estimulante e apropriada, pois favorece o desenvolvimento de novos relacionamentos, contribuindo para a inclusão social desses indivíduos

The hypothesis formulated here considers that the augmented supply of these goods has not come with an equivalent optimization of the quality of representations and conditions of access to disseminated contents. This leads to a form of sociocultural exclusion of the spectator who, unfamiliar with more complex productions or confused in front of the screen, finds it difficult to reflect on the meaning of the representations in circulation and to transit safely through this cultural context on an equal footing with whose who have access to and mastery over current codes and conventions. This situation leads to the following question: what qualities does the documentary film encompass and what cultural role does it effectively play amid today s mediatic saturation? Based on a research methodology underpinned by bibliographic reviews, theoretical and epistemological reflections, and analyses of documentaries, the proposed question presupposes an understanding of the sociocultural statute of the fruition of the aforementioned cinematographic genre. The answers to it are given in the light of philosophy (Arthur Schopenhauer, Ernst Fischer and Olgária Matos), of a critique of the communications media (John B. Thompson, Nestor Garcia Canclini and Paul Virilio), of semiotics (Charles S. Peirce), of etiology (Boris Cyrulnik), and of cinema theory (Sergei Eisenstein, Jacques Aumont and Bill Nichols), among other references. This theoretical picture enables us to see the documentary film as a medium and an art, with an attractive narrative that mobilizes cognitive articulations and critical formulations for the spectator / A presente Dissertação de Mestrado tem como objeto de estudo o papel cultural do documentário de cinema na sociedade contemporânea, caracterizada por uma vertiginosa quantidade de bens simbólicos em diversos dispositivos e suportes midiáticos. A hipótese formulada considera que o aumento na oferta desses bens não se fez acompanhar por equivalente otimização da qualidade das representações e condições de acesso aos conteúdos veiculados, resultando numa forma de exclusão sociocultural daquele espectador que, privado de intimidade com produções mais complexas ou disperso diante das telas, encontra dificuldade para refletir sobre os sentidos das representações em circulação e para transitar de maneira segura nesse contexto cultural, em igualdade de condições com aqueles que têm acesso e dominam os códigos e convenções vigentes. Em razão de tal quadro, questiona-se: quais qualidades o documentário de cinema porta e que papel cultural ele pode eficazmente desempenhar em meio à saturação mediática atual? Com base em metodologia de pesquisa embasada em levantamento e revisão bibliográficos, reflexão teórica e epistemológica, e análise de documentários, a questão proposta pressupôs a compreensão do estatuto sociocultural da fruição do referido gênero cinematográfico; e as respostas a ela se fez à luz da filosofia (Arthur Schopenhauer, Ernst Fischer e Olgária Matos), da crítica aos meios de comunicação (John B. Thompson, Nestor Garcia Canclini e Paul Virilio), da semiótica (Charles S. Obiettivo di questo lavoro è definire il processo di interazione con la televisione digitale terrestre secondo una prospettiva psicosociale, che tenga conto delle e modalità di rappresentazione e fruizione della stessa da parte degli utenti e degli esperti del settore. Dal materiale prodotto (interviste agli utenti e analisi della Prima Conferenza Nazionale sulla DTT) emerge una diversità tra i due punti di vista: i telespettatori mostrano di essere ancora legati ad una fruizione tradizionale del medium televisivo, mentre gli esperti ritengono che il digitale sia un prodotto per la massa, in grado di rispondere al bisogno di ascolto e di partecipazione che gli spettatori manifestano. / Aim of this work is to define the process of interaction with the DTT according to a psychosocial perspective, taking into account its representation and fruition, from part of the users and the experts of the field. From the data collected (interviews to DTT users and analysis of the First National Conference on DTT) a difference rises between the comparison of the two points of view: the televiewers seem to be still bound to a traditional fruition of the medium; but regarding the experts' representations the digital is thought as a product for the mass that at the same time can answer to that need of participation the televiewers show.

[pt] A pesquisa parte do princípio de que as histórias em quadrinhos constituem um importante meio de entretenimento e comunicação. Em decorrência da característica de mesclar imagem e texto como nenhuma outra forma de arte, se desenvolveram em um nicho próprio. Considera-se que a linguagem das HQs evolui a partir da estrutura de códice com seu sistema de páginas. Detentora de uma linguagem visual própria percebe-se na contemporaneidade, transformações com o advento das tecnologias. Atualmente, podem ser lidas em dispositivos móveis agregando incrementos ao se aproximar de outras mídias. Diante deste novo paradigma digital atinge nível de mobilidade que o computador pessoal não permitia, propondo um novo nicho de expressão e produção artística. Com foco na fruição e leitura em plataformas digitais, a pesquisa traça um panorama dos principais aplicativos de distribuição e leitura enquanto analisa títulos e narrativas específicas. Também aborda a evolução da linguagem visual das histórias em quadrinhos, contemplando a transposição para o mundo digital na internet e aspectos relacionados com a adaptação para os dispositivos móveis. / [en] This research is based on the principle that comics represent an important form of entertainment and communication. Due to its capability to combine image and text like no other art form, it establishes itself as a unique means of expression. We could determine that its configuraton originates from pages of a códex structure. Since it holds its own specific visual language. Nowadays comics can be read on mobile devices more elements in connection with other media. On account of these new digital paradigms comics reach a mobility level that the personal computer alone coudn t offer, opening up new áreas of expression and artistic creativity. Considering its utilization in digital platforms, this study presents a outline of the main applications in its circulation and reading, trying at the same time to analyze titles and specific characteristics. It also covers the evolution of the visual language in comics, including its transposition to the digital world of the interner as well as other aspects related to the adaptation to the mobile devices.
