[pt] Este trabalho objetiva apresentar aspectos do pensamento estético de Mário de Andrade, um dos principais participantes do movimento modernista no Brasil, e sua contribuição para a cultura brasileira, ressaltando a importância de seu encontro com outros escritores, especialmente o poeta Manuel Bandeira. Mário de Andrade, para muitos, teria sido um artista preso a uma reverência às tradições populares, sem realizar uma ruptura estética de fato, não sendo, portanto, um vanguardista. Percorremos aqui esses descaminhos do ideal estético-social de Mário de Andrade, expondo seu compromisso com a brasilidade e suas contradições, sua religiosidade, nele vendo características de um artista-pensador. / [en] This dissertation aims to develop reflections on the ideas of Mário de Andrade, one of most important writers in Brazilian Modernism, trying to say what he thought and wrote about aesthetics and what is his contribuition for Brazilian Culture. We pointing out his important meetings with many Brazilian writers, especially Manuel Bandeira. For many people, Mario de Andrade was just an artist tied up at popular traditions and not a real vanguardist. We want to travel around the diferent ways of his ideas about aesthetics and social art, showing his commitment with Brazilian Culture and his contraditions, his religiosity, considering him a thinker artist.

[pt] A dissertação pretende demonstrar que a telenovela Roque Santeiro pode ser vista como uma forma eletrônica das antigas festas saturnais romanas e como um desfile de carnaval eletrônico. Roque Santeiro, escrita por Dias Gomes e apresentada pela Rede Globo de Televisão, em 1985, seria uma glorificação da vida e da morte, além de ser uma discussão sobre o mito e sua necessidade na sociedade contemporânea. Pretende ainda demonstrar que Dias Gomes foi, acima de tudo, inclusive de sua alardeada opção política pelos desfavorecidos, um escritor que não fazia concessões no seu texto. O presente trabalho tem como base teórica os conceitos formulados por Bakhtin quanto à carnavalização. / [en] This dissertation intends to demonstrate in what way the Brazilian soap opera ROQUE SANTEIRO can be viewed as an electronic standard of the ancient Roman Saturn Parties. It can be viewed yet as an electronic carnival parade, as well. ROQUE SANTEIRO, written by Dias Gomes, and broadcasted by Rede Globo in 1985, highlights a kind of glorification of life and death. Besides, it analyses the discussion about myths and their role in a modern society. This work deals yet with Dias Gomes itself, and how he was, above all, a writer who had strong political positions, most of them to benefit the poor people. Moreover, he was a writer who didn`t make exceptions in his texts and plays. The study is based on concepts and theories by Bakhtin, related to carnavalização.

[pt] A vida e a teologia de Karl Barth foram marcadas pelo engajamento político-social. Engajamento este que não aconteceu simplesmente porque Barth era politizado, mas foi uma consequência de seu entendimento teológico. Para ele, a fé cristã via o homem de modo integral e não dualista, portanto não havia nenhuma esfera da vida humana que não pertencesse a Cristo. Ser engajado e lutar pelos menos favorecidos e explorados era uma consequência de fé em Jesus, era se importar com o que Jesus se importaria. Este envolvimento na vida de Barth foi visceral e o teólogo lutou pelo que cria em momentos extremos em que sua própria vida esteve em risco. A sua teologia foi toda permeada por um pensamento holístico que cria ser uma questão de santidade lutar pelos direitos humanos, pela democracia, pelos pobres. Seu exemplo e sua obra podem ser muito pertinentes, sobretudo no contexto socioeconômico da América Latina. / [en] The life and theology of Karl Barth were marked by political and social engagement. This engagement didn t happen simply because Barth was politicized, but was a consequence of his theological understanding. For him, the Christian faith through the man of integral and non-dualistic mode, so there was no sphere of human life that doesn t belong to Christ. Being engaged and fight for the disadvantaged and exploited was a result of faith in Jesus, was to care what Jesus would mind. This involvement in the life of visceral and theologian Barth was fought by establishing in extreme moments when his own life was at risk. His theology was all permeated by a holistic thinking that creates holiness be a matter of fighting for human rights, democracy, the poor. His example and his work can be very relevant, especially in the socio-economic context of Latin America.

[pt] Esta pesquisa investiga a possibilidade da construção de estímulos à conduta ativa dos usuários de sítios web. Diante do fato de que produtos hipermidiáticos necessitam do encadeamento de ações de seus usuários para que possam cumprir seu desígnio comunicacional, esta dissertação argumenta que tais produtos podem ter configurados, em si próprios, os elementos que estimulam, orientam e conectam entre si as ações de seus usuários. Para tanto, esta dissertação empreende reflexão teórica a partir de novas abordagens da relação entre o produto de design e o seu usuário - abordagens que se fundamentam nos conceitos de design de experiência e design de emoção, compreendidos, nesta pesquisa, sobretudo enquanto reflexo de novas demandas na prática e na teoria do design contemporâneo. A idéia de engajamento é desenvolvida enquanto tradução da dinâmica da interatividade e implica questões acerca de motivação, estranhamento e envolvimento. Projetos que buscam estimular a ação do público podem ser identificados nos percursos históricos da Arte e do Design. Destes projetos, emergem padrões que, por sua vez, podem ser observados em projetos de sítios web. Os principais aspectos destes padrões são categorizados enquanto elementos conceituais visando orientar a dinâmica do engajamento em hipermídia. / [en] This research investigates the possibility of designing active behaviour stimuli for websites users. Since hypermedia need the users actions chain to communicate, this dissertation argues that hypermedia products can be configurated to carry, within themselves, the elements that stimulate, guide and interconnect the users actions. This dissertation reflects upon new approaches of the relation between the design product and its user - approaches that are based in the concepts of experience design and emotional design, which are understood, within this research, primarily as consequence of new demands of the contemporary design practice and theory. The idea of engagement is developed as translation of interactivity dynamics and requires topics on motivation, strangement and involvement. Projects that stimulate the audience action can be identified in the histories of Art and Design. From these projects, this research recognized patterns that can also be recognized in websites. The main aspects of these patterns are categorized as conceptual elements that envisage to orient the engagement dynamics within hypermedia.

[pt] O Modelo de Recursos e Demandas do Trabalho evidencia que as condições de trabalho são capazes de prever diferentes níveis de bem-estar no trabalho, como o Engajamento no Trabalho e a Adição ao Trabalho, duas formas de alto investimento de energia no trabalho. O Engajamento é a forma de funcionamento ótimo do trabalhador, marcado pelo prazer em trabalhar e a Adição é um sintoma de acometimento à saúde e o tempo investido no trabalho se deve a uma compulsão. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo identificar a relação em rede entre o Engajamento e a Adição com variáveis apontadas pela literatura como antecedentes: recursos e de-mandas do trabalho, trabalho significativo, autoeficácia ocupacional, redesenho do trabalho, oportunidades de redesenho do trabalho e personalidade. Para isso, foram realizados dois estudos. O primeiro analisou os recursos pessoais e o segundo, os recursos do trabalho. Para análise dos dados, foram realizadas análises de redes com as respectivas variáveis. Sobre os recursos pessoais, o trabalho significativo foi a variável mais fortemente associada ao Engajamento e a extroversão, associada a altos níveis de neuroticismo, apresentou papel importante no desenvolvimento da Adição. Quanto aos recursos e demandas do trabalho, os recursos do trabalho foram os principais antecedentes do Engajamento enquanto as demandas do trabalho foram os principais antecedentes da Adição. O estudo sugere que a principal forma de promover o Engajamento no Trabalho e prevenir a Adição ao Trabalho é o investimento em recursos do trabalho e a redução das demandas de trabalho. / [en] The Job Resources and Demands Model shows that working conditions can predict different levels of well-being at work, such as Work Engagement and Work Addiction, two forms of high energy investment in work. Work Engage-ment is the optimal way of functioning for the worker, marked by pleasure in working, and Work Addiction is a symptom of health impairment, where the time invested in work is due to compulsion. This research aimed to identify the network relationship between Work Engagement and Work Addiction with var-iables pointed out by the literature as antecedents: job resources and demands, meaningful work, occupational self-efficacy, job redesign, job redesign opportunities, and personality. For this purpose, two studies were conducted. The first analyzed personal resources, and the second analyzed job resources. Network analysis was performed on the data with their respective variables. Regarding personal resources, meaningful work was the most strongly associated variable with Work Engagement, and extraversion, associated with high levels of neurot-icism, played an important role in the development of Work Addiction. As for job resources and demands, job resources were the main antecedents of Work Engagement, while job demands were the main antecedents of Work Addiction. The study suggests that the main way to promote Work Engagement and prevent Work Addiction is to invest in job resources and reduce job demands.

[pt] O principal objetivo dessa dissertação foi analisar o papel mediador do Trabalho Significativo nas relações dos Traços de Personalidade com o Bem-estar no Trabalho. Para tal, foram realizados dois estudos distintos sendo que no estudo um, o objetivo foi investigar as relações entre os fatores de personalidade, o trabalho significativo e o engajamento no trabalho, antes e durante a pandemia de COVID-19. A análise de rede da amostra de 963 adultos, com 828 respondentes antes da pandemia e 135 durante o contexto pandêmico, demonstrou que o trabalho significativo não só atuou como mediador entre os fatores abertura e conscienciosidade e o engajamento no trabalho, como também demonstrou a constância dessas relações nas duas amostras, antes e durante a pandemia. No estudo dois, o objetivo foi analisar se o trabalho significativo atuaria como mediador das relações dos fatores de personalidade com o engajamento no trabalho e a adição ao trabalho. Os resultados apontaram que o trabalho significativo apresenta uma mediação total nas relações dos fatores abertura e conscienciosidade com o engajamento no trabalho. Porém, no caso da mediação entre neuroticismo e o engajamento essa mediação foi parcial. As relações dos fatores de personalidade com a adição ao trabalho, não foram mediadas pelo trabalho significativo. Os achados desta dissertação evidenciam a relevância do trabalho significativo como um fator que impacta nas relações das características pessoais dos indivíduos com os níveis de engajamento e adição ao trabalho que esses vivenciam. Tais resultados são importantes para o desenvolvimento de intervenções clínicas que contribuam para a promoção do bem-estar e para a prevenção do adoecimento dos profissionais. / [en] The main objective of this dissertation was to test a model of mediation between meaningful work on the relations of personality traits with engagement and workaholism. To this end, two studies were carried out. In study 1, the objective was to evaluate if there was a constancy in the relationships between personality factors, meaningful work and engagement at work before and during the pandemic. The network analysis of the sample of 963 adults, with 828 respondents before the pandemic and 135 during the pandemic context, demonstrated that meaningful work not only acted as a mediator between the factors openness and conscientiousness, and engagement at work, but also demonstrated the consistency of the networks in the two samples, before and during the pandemic. In study two, the objective was to analyze whether the relationships of personality factors with work engagement and workaholism were mediated by meaningful work. This time, the results showed that the mediation of meaningful work in the relationship of the factors openness and conscientiousness with engagement at work was total. But in the case of mediation between neuroticism and engagement it was partial. Relationships of personality factors with workaholism were not mediated by meaningful work. The findings of this dissertation show the relevance of meaningful work as a factor that impacts the relationships of individuals personal characteristics with the levels of engagement and workaholism they experience.

[pt] Esta tese propõe que a liderança empoderadora tem um importante papel no engajamento de profissionais com alta qualificação, e, como consequência, sobre o seu desempenho e resultados alcançados pelas organizações, particularmente em empresas de serviços. O trabalho desenvolve um modelo teórico que associa a liderança empoderadora com o engajamento de profissionais da área de ensino, e através de sua mediação, com atitudes e comportamentos de alunos no segmento do ensino técnico. Estas premissas são investigadas empiricamente através de um estudo de campo, realizado a partir de dados levantados em uma amostra de 71 coordenadores de programas de ensino técnico, 404 docentes desses mesmos programas, e 577 discentes matriculados nos cursos. Os dados foram analisados através da aplicação de análise de regressão multivariada e testes de mediação. Os resultados sugerem que a liderança empoderadora tem impacto direto no engajamento de docentes do ensino técnico, e indireto na satisfação de discentes com o ensino, e em sua atitude em relação ao programa cursado. / [en] This thesis proposes that empowering leadership plays an important role in engaging highly qualified professionals, and consequently, on their performance and results achieved by organizations, particularly service companies. This work develops a theoretical model that associates empowering leadership with the engagement of professionals in education, and through its mediation, with attitudes and behaviors of students in professional education. These premises are investigated empirically through a field study, based on data collected from a sample of 71 coordinators of professional programs, 404 faculty from these programs, and 577 students enrolled in the courses. Data were analyzed through the application of multivariate regression analysis and mediation tests. The results suggest that empowering leadership has a direct impact on the engagement of faculty in professional schools, and indirectly affects the satisfaction of students with teaching, and their attitude towards the programs.

[pt] A tese se propõe a refletir sobre as múltiplas faces do escritor Marcelino Freire, considerando tanto seus escritos, em especial aqueles que não foram publicados por grandes editoras, como os projetos por ele desenvolvidos com o objetivo de repensar o cenário de produção e circulação da literatura, reconhecendo em Freire um desempenho semelhante ao de um autor-ator, pode-se assim dizer, por identificarmos em suas ações não apenas o desejo de criar obras e movimentos em torno da palavra, mas também uma insistência em recriar-se, como um sujeito imerso em um jogo cênico. A partir do lançamento de seus livros de contos Freire conseguiu projetar-se no ambiente literário, despertando o interesse tanto de leitores como da crítica. Com Angu de Sangue (2000) o escritor registrou seu modo particular de criação, a saber: uma escrita vingativa, centrada em tornar protagonistas indivíduos marginalizados que em suas atitudes desafiam o esperado, movimento levado ao extremo em Contos Negreiros (2005), vencedor do prêmio Jabuti (2006) na categoria Melhor livro de Contos e Crônicas. Nos últimos anos, o escritor tem alcançado destaque também por ser uma das vozes mais atuantes da literatura brasileira contemporânea a advogar um outro cenário para a escrita, promovendo eventos como a Balada Literária e o projeto Quebras. Um agitado cultural, assim se define Freire, fazendo referência ao seu interesse em movimentar a cena cultural e estimular tanto a entrada de novos autores como a circulação da palavra literária por inúmeros meios. Partindo desse panorama, o estudo problematiza até que ponto as práticas de Freire se colocam de forma tão ruidosa como os livros que o projetaram, ou se, pelo contrário, Freire, apesar de alardear uma renovação da cena, caminha muito próximo a um modo de fazer já existente. Assim, a tese perseguiu dois eixos centrais: perceber como o escritor se coloca diante de um ambiente aberto a novas possibilidades de produção narrativa, em especial, por conta do diálogo com as novas tecnologias da comunicação e da informação e, em paralelo, discutir a relação entre literatura e engajamento, atenta ao transitar e ao agir do escritor tanto nos circuitos tradicionais como nos alternativos. Como um escritor que se esquiva de catalogações rígidas, Marcelino Freire desliza entre a desobediência e o comedimento, entre o ativismo e a reserva, entre a exibição e a invenção, como um criador interessado em ser plural no espaço da página e também fora dela, borrando as fronteiras entre o real e o ficcional, através do gesto de publicização de sua própria pessoa. / [en] The thesis proposes to reflect on the multiple faces of the writer Marcelino Freire, considering both his writings, especially those that were not published by major publishers, and the projects he developed with the objective of rethinking the scenario of production and circulation of Literature, Recognizing in Freire a performance similar to that of an author-actor, one can say, for identifying in his actions not only the desire to create works and movements around the word, but also an insistence on reinventing himself, as a person immersed in a scenic game. From the launching of his short story books that Freire was able to project himself into the literary environment, arousing the interest of both readers and critics. With Angu de Sangue (2000) the writer defined his particular way of creation, namely: a vindictive writing, centered on making protagonists marginalized individuals who in their attitudes defy the expected, this characteristic was pushed to the limit in Contos Negreiros (2005), winner of the Jabuti Award (2006) in the category Best Book of Tales and Chronicles. In recent years, the writer has also achieved prominence for being one of the most active voices of contemporary Brazilian literature to advocate for another scenario for writing, promoting events like the Balada Literária and the Quebras project. A cultural agitated, thus defines Freire himself, referring to his interest in moving the cultural scene, stimulating both the entry of new authors and the circulation of the literature by many means. From this perspective, this study questions the extent to which Freire s practices are as noisy as the books that designed him, or if, on the contrary, Freire, despite boasting a renewal of the scene, walks very close to an already existing modus oprerandi. Thus, the thesis pursued two central axes: to perceive how the writer places himself before an environment open to new possibilities of narrative production, especially, due to the dialogue with the new technologies of communication and information and, in parallel, to discuss the relationship between Literature and engagement, attentive to the transit and the acting of the writer in both traditional and alternative circuits. As a writer who shies away from rigid cataloging, Marcelino Freire slips between disobedience and restraint, between activism and reserve, between exhibition and invention. He wants to be plural in the world of the pages and also outside it, blurring the boundaries between the real and the fictional, through a gesture of publicity of his own person.

[pt] O presente trabalho se propõe a fazer um levantamento de estudos que concebam o autismo como um distúrbio de contato afetivo. Para isso, será utilizada a perspectiva desenvolvimentista que concebe que todo o desenvolvimento psicológico é fruto de uma construção social e não apenas uma maturação biológica determinista. O engajamento afetivo é o que possibilita o desenvolvimento da interação social da criança. Ocorrendo falhas na relação afetiva entre mãe e bebê podem ocorrer déficits no desenvolvimento das intersubjetividades primária e secundária. Como consequência, ocasionam prejuízos na comunicação e na fala. Por meio do estudo do desenvolvimento típico, veremos o que não ocorreu no autismo. Como uma forma de ilustrar a pesquisa serão apresentados relatos autobiográficos de pessoas portadoras do espectro autista. Esses fragmentos auxiliam na compreensão de como autistas vivenciam a questão afetiva. / [en] This work proposes to make a raising of studies that conceive the autism as a disturbance of affective contact. To become it possible, the developmental perspective will be used because it conceives that every psychological development is the result of a social construction and not just a determinist biological maturation. The affective engagement is what makes possible the development of the child s social interaction. When failures occur in the affective relation between mother and baby, shortages can occur in the primary and secondary intersubjectivities. Damages in the communication and in the speech occur, as consequence. By the study of the typical development, we ll see what didn t occur in the autism. To illustrate the research, autobiographical narratives of people with autistic spectrum will be presented. These fragments help in the comprehension of how autistics live the affective matter.

[pt] Paulo Rónai, um homem contra Babel – o itinerário de engajamento no Brasil investiga a trajetória de integração no Brasil do professor, tradutor, crítico e ensaísta húngaro Paulo Rónai (1907-1992), a partir de um cruzamento de fontes, destacando seus diários pessoais, mas também correspondência pessoal e material de imprensa. Dessa forma, a pesquisa busca construir um retrato mais aprofundado do homem, desde os tempos de sua formação em Budapeste, quando tem o primeiro contato com a literatura brasileira e com a língua portuguesa, acompanhando a dura luta para deixar sua Hungria natal (em um momento em que, como judeu, se via ameaçado pelo avanço nazista), focalizando ainda o período vivido no campo de trabalho e a chegada ao Rio de Janeiro, mais de dois anos depois de avistar o país como alternativa de sobrevivência. Já no Brasil, a reconstrução de seu percurso biográfico revela que é como resultado de um persistente projeto de integração e de muito trabalho que Paulo Rónai conquista, em cerca de vinte anos, uma integral inserção no meio cultural brasileiro, operando uma notável articulação com a imprensa, no campo literário, por meio de intensa relação com editores e autores, e de uma profícua interlocução com escritores locais, como Aurélio Buarque de Holanda, Carlos Drummond de Andrade e Guimarães Rosa. Naturalizado brasileiro, Paulo Rónai consolida uma trajetória exemplar de engajamento, contando ainda com o apoio de sua mulher, Nora Tausz Rónai, asseverando uma postura humanista e universalista, chave de entendimento do caráter bem-sucedido de seu projeto de vida brasileira. / [fr] Paulo Rónai, un homme contre Babel - itinéraire de son engagement au Brésil analyse la trajectoire d intégration au Brésil du professeur, traducteur, critique et essayiste hongrois Paulo Rónai (1907-1992), à partir d un recoupement des sources, en premier lieu ses journaux intimes, mais également sa correspondance personnelle et des articles de presse. Ce travail de recherche a pour but de dresser un portrait approfondi de l homme, depuis le temps de sa formation à Budapest, lorsqu il eut son premier contact avec la littérature brésilienne et la langue portugaise, en suivant son difficile combat pour quitter sa Hongrie natale (lorsque, en tant que juif, il se voyait menacé par l avancée nazie), et en se focalisant notamment sur la période passée en camp de travail et sur son arrivée à Rio de Janeiro, plus de deux ans avoir perçu que ce pays pouvait représenter une alternative de survie. Une fois au Brésil, la reconstruction de son parcours biographique révèle que c est grâce à un projet pugnace d intégration et à un travail considérable que Paulo Rónai est parvenu, en près de vingt ans, à une insertion totale dans le milieu culturel brésilien, en réalisant une synthèse remarquable entre la presse et le monde littéraire, par le biais d une relation intense avec éditeurs et auteurs, et une interaction féconde avec des écrivains locaux tels Aurélio Buarque de Holanda, Carlos Drummond de Andrade et Guimarães Rosa. Naturalisé brésilien, Paulo Rónai consolide sa trajectoire exemplaire d engagement, notamment grâce au soutien de son épouse, Nora Tausz Rónai, en confirmant son positionnement humaniste et universaliste, clé de voûte du succès de son projet de vie au Brésil.
