The paper analyzes the potential and possibilities of mixed learning as a didactic means of implementing the transition to an integrated learning model involving information and educational environments and resources. The existing models of mixed learning are described, the aspects of effective use and integration of information and educational environments in the educational process of the College are identified. The structure of the information and educational environment of the SPO teacher and the content of methodological support for the implementation of mixed learning in the SPO system are presented. / В работе анализируется потенциал и возможности смешанного обучения как дидактического средства реализации перехода к интегрированной модели обучения с привлечением информационно-образовательных сред и ресурсов. Описаны существующие модели смешанного обучения, выявляются аспекты эффективного использования и интеграции информационно- образовательных сред в образовательном процессе колледжа. Представлена структура информационно-образовательной среды преподавателя СПО и содержание методического сопровождения реализации смешанного обучения в системе СПО.

В современной России проблемы реализации образовательных программ в системе среднего профессионального образования связаны не только с быстро меняющимися социально-экономическими условиями, но и с неблагополучной эпидемиологической обстановкой. Необходимость и условия карантина, дистанционного обучения обозначили и акцентировали внимание на необходимости рассмотрения новых подходов к организации и осуществлению образовательных программ. С этой целью проведен анализ двух моделей интенсификации освоения образовательных программ СПО, в комплексе рассмотрены возможности применения индивидуального учебного плана (как способа формализации индивидуальной траектории обучения) и информационной образовательной среды профессиональной образовательной организации (объединяющей цифровые средства обучения, цифровые электронные ресурсы, дистанционные образовательные технологии, а также сайт организации), выдвинуты предположения о возможных рисках и предложены рекомендации по их минимизации. / In the modern Russia there are the problems of implementation of educational programs of secondary professional education. This is influenced not only by socio-economic conditions, which are rapidly changing, but also by an unfavorable epidemiological situation. Quarantine and distance learning showed that we must consider new approaches to the organization and implementation of educational programs. For it I analyzed two models of intensifying the development of educational programs of SPE. I considered the possibilities of using the individual curriculum (as a way to formalize an individual learning path) and the information educational environment of a professional educational organization (which includes digital tools of learning, digital electronic resources, distance educational technologies, as well as the organization's website). I also studied the probability of possible risks and offered recommendations on how to minimize them.

Интерес к внутриорганизационному маркетингу обусловлен признанием важности вовлеченности сотрудников компании в процесс создания ценности для потребителей. За счет использования инстру¬ментов внутриорганизационного маркетинга и достижения удовлетво¬ренности сотрудников, высшие учебные заведения, в конечном итоге, могут добиться более высокого уровня обслуживания не только внутренних, но и внешних клиентов. Именно персонал организации и его отношения с потребителями (внешними и внутренними) делают выпускаемый продукт уникальным и конкурентоспособным. Поэтому важной задачей для организации становится работа с персоналом. Полученные данные в ходе нашего исследования и разработанная методика позволяют оценить уровень сформированности внутриорганизационного маркетинга и инновационной среды вуза, определить степень сформированности потребности в инновационной деятельности у персонала вуза, выявить существующие проблемы, принять, в случае необходимости, корректирующие управленческие решения и выработать приоритетные направления для повышения конкурентоспособности вуза. Предложено организационное оформление внутриорганизационного маркетинга на основе создания проектной группы, состоящей из маркетологов по партнерским отношениям и менеджеров по управлению персоналом, переход к модели управления на основе ценностей как наиболее перспективной для реализации актуальных стратегий развития высшего образования в России. / The interest in intra-organizational marketing stems from the recognition of the importance of employee involvement in the process of creating value for consumers. Through the use of internal marketing tools and the achievement of employee satisfaction, higher education institutions can ultimately achieve a higher level of service not only to internal but also to external customers. It is the staff of the organization and their relationship with consumers (external and internal) that make the manufactured product unique and competitive. Therefore, an important task for the organization is to work with personnel. The data obtained in the course of our research and the developed methodology allow us to assess the level of formation of intra-organizational marketing and the innovative environment of the university, determine the degree of formation of the need for innovative activities among university personnel, identify existing problems, take, if necessary, corrective management decisions and develop priority areas for increasing competitiveness of the university. The organizational design of intra-organizational marketing based on the creation of a project group consisting of marketing specialists for partnerships and human resource managers is proposed, the transition to a management model based on values as the most promising for the implementation of current strategies for the development of higher education in Russia.

Влияние институциональной среды на эффективность российских публичных акционерных компаний. Целью исследования является определение влияния факторов институциональной среды на эффективность российских публичных акционерных компаний. Предмет исследования - институциональная среда российской экономики. Объект исследования - компании, включенные в индекс Московской Биржи. В работе изучена научная и теоретическая литература по вопросам роли институциональной среды в развитии экономики и общества, проанализировано развитие российской институциональной среды и происхождение собственности в исторической ретроспективе, проанализировано влияние государственного участия и прочих факторов на эффективность зарубежных и российских компаний, разработана эмпирическая модель оценки влияния факторов на эффективность компаний и сформулированы рекомендации по итогам проведённого эмпирического и теоретического исследования. По итогам исследования были сделаны выводы о том, что наиболее значимыми переменными собственности в объяснении эффективности котируемых компаний являются бинарная переменная государственно-олигархического происхождения собственности, а также доля акций в свободном обращении. Также был сделан вывод о том, что абсолютные и ранговые значения доли государства и концентрации собственности оказывают незначительное влияние на зависимые переменные. / The impact of the institutional environment on the efficiency of Russian public joint-stock companies. The aim of the study is to determine the impact of institutional environment factors on the efficiency of Russian public joint-stock companies. The subject of the study is the institutional environment of the Russian economy. The object of the study is companies included in the index of the Moscow Exchange. This paper studied the scientific and theoretical literature on the role of institutional environment in the development of economy and society, analysed the development of the Russian institutional environment and the origin of ownership in historical perspective, analyzes the impact of government participation and other factors on the efficiency of foreign and Russian companies, developed an empirical model of the impact factors on the performance of companies and make recommendations on the results of empirical and theoretical research.

The purpose of the research is to find out the popularity of the history of Russian philosophy among Internet users. The study consists of two parts, the first part includes a theoretical description of the information environment. The second part consists of data collected from Internet resources and their interpretation. Тема представленной магистерской диссертации посвящена чрезвычайно актуальной проблеме управления талантами, особенно значимой для среды высшего профессионального образования. В теоретической части представлены теоретические основы разработки системы управления талантами, роль управления талантами в образовательной среде. В практической части описываются результаты исследования систем управления талантами в университетах России и Казахстана на примере Уральского федерального университета им. первого Президента России БН.Ельцина (Россия) и Университета «Туран» (Казахстан), проведен их сравнительный анализ с выявлением сходства и различия, сильных и слабых сторон. На основе полученных данных разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию системы управления талантами путем создания единого информационного пространства – корпоративного портала со встроенной профессиональной социальной сетью. / The topic of the presented master's thesis is devoted to an extremely relevant problem of talent management, especially important for the environment of higher professional education. The theoretical part presents the theoretical foundations of the development of a talent management system, the role of talent management in the educational environment. The practical part describes the results of a study of talent management systems at universities in Russia and Kazakhstan on the example of the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B. Yeltsin (Russia) and the University "Turan" (Kazakhstan), their comparative analysis is carried out to identify similarities and differences, strengths and weaknesses. Based on the obtained data, recommendations were developed to improve the talent management system by creating a single information space – a corporate portal with a built-in professional social network.

Актуальность темы исследования. Интенсификация процессов глобализации, переход многих стран к цифровой экономике и усиливающиеся процессы информатизации и цифровизации набирают оборот и ведут к стремительному развитию информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Иная практика диалога и взаимодействия участников образовательного процесса, приобретающая опосредованный характер, и смена поколенческого состава образовательного процесса ведут к смене образовательной парадигмы и требуют принципиально новых креативных подходов к пониманию и реализации образовательной деятельности. Объектом исследования являются современные технологии онлайн обучения, используемые при обучении иностранным языкам и их дидактический потенциал применительно к обучению РКИ. Предметом исследования является виртуальная образовательная языковая среда для обучения русскому языку как иностранному. Цель исследования заключается в создании научно-методической разработки уроков РКИ для курса «Руслан и Людмила», которая наглядно продемонстрирует лингводидактический потенциал интерактивной платфор-мы и системы управления обучением Edvibe (ранее ProgressMe) в контексте обучения РКИ на уровнях А1-В2. Для достижения поставленной цели были сформулированы следующие задачи: рассмотреть понятие «педагогическая технология» и существующие информационно-коммуникационные технологии как новейшие средства реализации образовательной деятельности; исследовать происходящие трансформации в социальной и экономической сферах общества и их влияние на осуществление образовательного процесса и обучение иностранным языкам; обобщить результаты существующих исследований в области дистанционного обучения и онлайн-обучения РКИ, а также рассмотреть особенности существующих дистанционных обучающих средств обучения РКИ; рассмотреть феномен виртуальной образовательной среды и понятие «система управления обучением», а также проанализировать содержательные, дидактические, организационные, и технологические особенности платформы Edvibe как системы управления обучением; разработать характеры персонажей онлайн курса «Руслан и Людмила», а также визуализировать их в компьютерной графике; создать пять методических разработок в рамках онлайн курса «Руслан и Людмила» для разных этапов обучения РКИ с целью демонстрации лингводидактического потенциала и возможностей платформы Edvibe как системы управления обучением. В процессе решения поставленных задач были сделаны следующие выводы: 1) цифровизация информационной и образовательной среды есть ни что иное как часть общего процесса технологического развития, который несет в себе новые возможности для обучения РКИ, развития электронной лингводидактики и образовательного сектора в целом; 2) цифровые технологии обучения иностранным языкам в наибольшей степени способны реализовать лингводидактический потенциал в дистанционной форме организации учебного процесса; 3) онлайн-обучение русскому языку как иностранному – это совершенно другая, новая концепция обучения, отличающаяся от привычных аудиторных уроков; 4) исследованы содержательные, дидактические, организационные и технологические особенности платформы Edvibe, разработанные уроки для разных этапов обучения РКИ демонстрируют значительный лингводидактический потенциал платформы и ее практическую значимость в преподавании русского как иностранного. / The relevance of the research topic. The intensification of globalization processes, the transition of many countries to a digital economy and the increasing processes of informatization and digitalization are gaining momentum and are leading to the rapid development of information and communication technologies. A different practice of dialogue and interaction between participants in the educational process, which is acquiring an indirect character, and a change in the generational composition of the educational process leads to a change in the educational paradigm and require fundamentally new creative approaches to understanding and implementing educational activities. The object of the study is modern online learning technologies used in teaching foreign languages and their didactic potential in relation to teaching Russian as a foreign language. The subject of the research is a virtual educational language environment for teaching Russian as a foreign language. The purpose of the study is to create a scientific and methodological development of Russian as a foreign language lessons for the Ruslan and Lyudmila course, which will clearly demonstrate the linguodidactic potential of the interactive platform and learning management system Edvibe (formerly ProgressMe) in the context of teaching Russian as a foreign language at levels A1-B2. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were formulated: to consider the concept of "pedagogical technology" and existing information and communication technologies as the latest means of implementing educational activities; to explore ongoing transformations in the social and economic spheres of society and their impact on the implementation of the educational process and teaching foreign languages; to summarize the results of existing research in the field of distance learning and online learning of Russian as a foreign language, as well as to consider the features of existing distance learning tools for teaching Russian as a foreign language; consider the phenomenon of a virtual educational environment and the concept of "learning management system", as well as analyze the content, didactic, organizational, and technological features of the Edvibe platform as a learning management system; develop the characters of the online course "Ruslan and Lyudmila", as well as visualize them in computer graphics; create five methodological developments within the online course "Ruslan and Lyudmila" for different stages of teaching Russian as a foreign language in order to demonstrate the linguodidactic potential and capabilities of the Edvibe platform as a learning management system. In the process of solving the tasks set, the following conclusions were made: 1) digitalization of the information and educational environment is nothing more than part of the overall process of technological development, which brings new opportunities for teaching Russian as a foreign language, the development of electronic linguodidactics and the educational sector as a whole; 2) digital technologies for teaching foreign languages are most capable of realizing the linguodidactic potential in a remote form of organizing the educational process; 3) online teaching of Russian as a foreign language is a completely different, new concept of learning, different from the usual classroom lessons; 4) the content, didactic, organizational and technological features of the Edvibe platform were studied, the developed lessons for different stages of teaching Russian as a foreign language demonstrate the significant linguodidactic potential of the platform and its practical significance in teaching Russian as a foreign language.

В работе поднимается проблема застройщика, заключающаяся в получении им некачественной цифровой информационной модели (ЦИМ) от подрядных организаций, которые разрабатывают документацию на все стадии жизненного цикла объекта с использованием технологий информационного моделирования. Настоящее исследование проведено с целью создания правил стандартизации и классификации ЦИМ. В ходе работы были проанализированы существующие бизнес-процессы строительной компании, собраны и формализованы требования к цифровым информационным моделям, разработаны классификаторы зданий и сооружений, элементов, материалов. Результатом работы являются документ «Информационные требования Заказчика к разработке BIM-модели (Employer’s Information Requirements)», библиотека элементов ЦИМ, разработанная в соответствии с системой классификации. Также проведено обучение сотрудников застройщика по работе с классификаторами. Это позволит застройщику получать корректные информационные модели, которые можно использовать на всех стадиях жизненного цикла объекта. / The paper raises the problem of the developer, which consists in obtaining a low-quality digital information model (BIM-models) from contractors who develop documentation for all stages of the object's life cycle using information modeling technologies. This study was conducted to create rules for standardization and classification of BIM-models. During the work, the existing business processes of the construction company were analyzed, the requirements for digital information models were collected and formalized, classifiers of buildings and structures, elements, materials were developed. The result of the work is the document "Information requirements of the Customer for the development of a BIM model (Employer's Information Requirements)", a library of BIM-model elements developed in accordance with the classification system. The developer's employees were also trained to work with classifiers. This will allow the developer to obtain correct information models that can be used at all stages of the object's life cycle.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена изучению проблем и пути совершенствования реализации федерального проекта «Цифровая образовательная среда» в Республике Коми. В работе рассмотрены теоретические и нормативно-правовые основы разработки и реализации федерального проекта «Цифровая образовательная среда». Теоретическую основу исследования составляет анализ понятия, структуры и функций цифровой образовательной среды, а также возможностей проектной методологии в управлении цифровизацией российского образования. Представлены результаты анализа нормативно-правовых основ создания цифровой образовательной среды в Российской Федерации. В магистерской диссертации раскрываются результаты эмпирического исследования, посвященного деятельности Министерства образования, науки и молодежной политики Республики Коми по реализации федерального проекта «Цифровая образовательная среда», мониторингу реализации федерального проекта «Цифровая образовательная среда» в Республике Коми. Автор диссертации предлагает проект по созданию регионального ведомственного проектного офиса по реализации национального проекта «Образование» в Республики Коми. / The master's thesis is devoted to the study of problems and ways to improve the implementation of the Federal Project «Digital Educational Environment» in the Komi Republic. The master's thesis reveals the results of an empirical study on the activities of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Komi Republic on the implementation of the Federal Project «Digital Educational Environment», monitoring the implementation of the Federal Project «Digital Educational Environment» in the Komi Republic. The author of the dissertation proposes a project to create a regional departmental project office for the implementation of the National Project «Education» in the Komi Republic.

Объект исследования: особенности выполнения когнитивных заданий подростками с РАС. Предмет исследования: специфика выполнения когнитивных задач подростками с РАС в среде виртуальной реальности. Для реализации задач исследования были выбраны следующие методики: прогрессивные матрицы (Дж. Равен), корректурная проба Бурдона, «Запоминание зрительных образов», Кубики Кооса, «Узнавание наложенных изображений» (фигуры Поппельрейтора). Выборка исследования составляет 25 подростков с диагностированным РАС, один из них с лёгкой умственной отсталостью, один – с тяжёлой, все остальные – с сохранным интеллектом. Гетерогенность состава выборки – 19 мальчиков и 6 девочек. Респонденты были отобраны на добровольной основе, не имели эпи-активности и иных противопоказаний. Средний возраст составил 15,5 лет. Поиск респондентов осуществлялся на базе ГБОУ Свердловской области «Екатеринбургская школа №4, реализующая адаптированные основные общеобразовательные программы», а также через группу для родителей подростков с РАС. В первой главе проведён литературный обзор научных статей по изучению психолого-педагогических особенностей подростков с РАС, определены основные причины и факторы риска развития РАС, изучены различные симуляторы и программы в виртуальной реальности, доступные для использования подростками с РАС, а также их преимущества. Во второй главе описывается опыт применения виртуальной реальности для подростков с РАС. Описываются этапы обширного исследования, включающего оценку особенностей влияния ситуации погружения на самочувствие подростков с РАС, а также возможностей по оценке когнитивных функций у данной категории лиц. Заключение посвящено основным выводам по результатам исследования и обсуждению дальнейших перспектив исследования. / The master's thesis is made on 115 pages, consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references from 129 titles, contains 5 figures, 9 tables, has 8 appendices. The object of research: features of the performance of cognitive tasks by adolescents with ASD. Subject of research: specifics of performing cognitive tasks by adolescents with ASD in a virtual reality environment. To implement the research objectives, the following methods were chosen: progressive matrices (J. Raven), Bourdon’s proofreading test, “Memorizing visual images,” Koos Cubes, “Recognition of superimposed images” (Poppelreitor figures). The study sample consists of 25 adolescents diagnosed with ASD, one of them with mild mental retardation, one with severe mental retardation, and all the rest with intact intelligence. The sample composition is heterogeneous: 19 boys and 6 girls. The respondents were selected on a voluntary basis and did not have epi-activity or other contraindications. The average age was 15.5 years. The search for respondents was carried out on the basis of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Sverdlovsk Region “Ekaterinburg School No. 4, which implements adapted basic general education programs,” as well as through a group for parents of adolescents with ASD. The first chapter contains a literature review of scientific articles on the study of the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of adolescents with ASD, identifies the main causes and risk factors for the development of ASD, studies various simulators and virtual reality programs available for use by adolescents with ASD, as well as their advantages. The second chapter describes the experience of using virtual reality for adolescents with ASD. The stages of an extensive study are described, including an assessment of the characteristics of the influence of the immersion situation on the well-being of adolescents with ASD, as well as the possibilities for assessing cognitive functions in this category of individuals. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions based on the results of the study and discussion of further prospects for the study.
