The aim of the paper is to investigate the relationship between the viability and academic achievement of high school students. Object of study: viability. The subject of the study: the connection of viability with the progress of pupils in the upper grades. For the empirical study, the following techniques were used: "Test of vitality" by S. Muddy (in the adaptation of DA Leontiev, EI Rasskazova); a technique for diagnosing the motivation of learning and the emotional attitude to the teaching in the middle and senior classes of the school Ch.D. Spielberger adapted by A.D. Andreeva in the modification of AM. Parishioners; method of studying general self-esteem G.N. Kazantseva, also used the method of analyzing the documentation, namely the academic progress reports. As a result of the study, the interrelations between the components of resilience, and the success of training (the level of motivation of the teaching and academic achievement) in high school students, including it has been proven that there is a direct link between the indicators, with emphasis on the fact that the higher the indices of the components of resilience, the higher the level of learning achievement. . The revealed interrelations between the investigated indicators give grounds for further research and practical-oriented programs aimed at providing professional psychological assistance to high-school students with low academic achievement. / Целью работы является исследование взаимосвязи между жизнестойкостью и успеваемостью старшеклассников. Объект исследования: жизнестойкость. Предмет исследования: связь жизнестойкости с успеваемостью учеников старших классов. Для эмпирического исследования использовались методики: «Тест жизнестойкости» С. Мадди (в адаптации Д. А. Леонтьева, Е. И. Рассказовой); методика диагностики мотивации учения и эмоционального отношения к учению в средних и старших классах школы Ч.Д. Спилбергера адаптированная А.Д. Андреевой в модификации А.М. Прихожан; методика изучения общей самооценки Г.Н. Казанцевой, также применялся метод анализа документации, а именно журналов успеваемости. В результате проведенного исследования были выявлены взаимосвязи между компонентами жизнестойкости, и успешностью обучения (уровень мотивации учения и академическая успеваемость) у старшеклассников, в т.ч. доказано наличие прямой связи между показателями, при этом внимание акцентировано на том факте, что чем выше показатели компонентов жизнестойкости, тем выше уровень успеваемости обучения. . Выявленные взаимосвязи между исследуемыми показателями дают основания для проведения дальнейших научных исследований и практико-ориентированных программ, направленных на оказание профессиональной психологической помощи старшеклассникам с низкой успеваемостью.

Объектом исследования является учебная деятельность учащихся шестых классов. Предметом исследования является академическая успеваемость шестиклассников и ее психологические предикторы. Вторая глава включает в себя теоретические основы исследования взаимосвязи показателей академической успеваемости, мотивации учебной деятельности, интеллекта и социометрического статуса учащихся 6-х классов. Выводы по второй главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Третья глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: методика изучения мотивации учения подростков (5-7 класс) М. И. Лукьяновой, Н. В. Калининой; подростковый интеллектуальный тест (ПИТ СПЧ), разработанный Н. А. Батуриным, Н. А. Курганским, И. М. Дашковым, Л. К. Федоровой; методика диагностики межличностных отношений (социометрия) Дж. Л. Морено. Выводы по главе 3 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. The object of the study was academic performance and personal characteristics freshmen studying at the Faculty of Psychology of UrFU. The subject of the study factors of the success of the training activity of first-year students freshmen studying at the Psychological Faculty of UrFU. The volume of the master`s thesis is 114 pages, which include 21 figures and 7 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the chosen research problem, the level of development of the problematics; the objective and the tasks of the study are set, the subject matter and the scope of the research are determined, the basic and additional hypotheses are formulated, the methods and the empirical base are defined, as well as the stages of the research, theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a review of foreign and domestic literature on the success factors, a description of the characteristics of hardiness in adolescence. The sections devoted to the relationship between self-esteem and viability, as well as the relationship between coping strategies and the success of training activities. Conclusions on the first chapter are the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It includes a description of the organization and methods of the study, as well as the results obtained due to the applied methods: a Method of Universal еуые YIT SPCH, questionnaire MBTI, i est-questionnaire of self-relationship a Ways of Coping Questionnaire by R. Предметом исследования выступала социально-психологическая адаптация и копинг-стратегии студентов с разной академической успеваемостью. В настоящее время проблема адаптации в процессе профессиональной подготовки квалифицированных специалистов занимает одно из значимых положений в ряду психологических исследований. Подготовка к профессиональной деятельности и формирование социальных и профессиональных качеств общения осуществляется в стенах университета, поэтому важна адаптация личности к системе внутривузовских отношений и к учебно-профессиональной деятельности. Процесс адаптации студентов к учебно-профессиональной деятельности является важным элементом в системе профессионального обучения, от него зависит результат их деятельности (под результатами деятельности понимается академическая успеваемость). В учебно-профессиональной деятельности студентов адаптивность определяет умение студентов ориентироваться в содержании, формах и методах обучения, используемых в вузе. Одной из важнейших структур в формировании функционального адаптивного или дезадаптивного поведения является выбранная копинг-стратегия. В условиях обучения в университете наиболее полно можно ее оценить в период экзаменационной сессии, когда стресс и тревожность студента возрастает. Сессия рассматривалась как стресс-фактор, который ставит студента перед необходимостью решения определенных задач, на совладание с собой и ситуацией. Используемые студентами адаптивные копинг-стратегии могут выступать предикторами успешной адаптации и учитывая то, что осуществление базисной копинг-стратегии разрешения проблем невозможно без достаточного уровня мышления, было предположено, что копинг-стратегия связана с академической успеваемостью студента. Таким образом, цель работы заключалась в изучении социально-психологической адаптации и копинг-стратегий поведения студентов 1-го и 3-го курсов с разной академической успеваемостью. / The object of the research was the socio-psychological adaptation and coping strategies of students. At present, the problem of adaptation in the process of professional training of qualified specialists occupies one of the most significant positions in a number of psychological studies. Preparation for professional activity and the formation of social and professional qualities of communication are carried out within the walls of the university, therefore, it is important to adapt the personality to the system of intra-university relations and to educational and professional activities. The process of adaptation of students to educational and professional activities is an important element in the vocational training system, the result of their activities depends on it (performance is understood as academic performance). In the educational and professional activities of students, adaptability determines the ability of students to navigate the content, forms and methods of teaching used in the university. One of the most important structures in the formation of functional adaptive or maladaptive behavior is the chosen coping strategy. In the conditions of study at the university, it can be most fully evaluated during the examination session, when the student's stress and anxiety increases. The session was viewed as a stress factor that confronts the student with the need to solve certain problems, to cope with himself and the situation. Adaptive coping strategies used by students can be predictors of successful adaptation and, given that the implementation of the basic coping strategy for solving problems is impossible without a sufficient level of thinking, it was assumed that the coping strategy is related to the student's academic performance. Thus, the purpose of the work was to study the socio-psychological adaptation and coping strategies of behavior of 1st and 3rd year students with different academic performance.

Актуальность работы. Работа направлена на решение актуальной проблемы – качественного дефицита квалифицированных кадров машиностроительной отрасли, являющийся одной из причин трудностей, которые в настоящее время испытывает машиностроительное производство в Российской Федерации. Целью исследования является разработка рекомендаций по повышению качества подготовки выпускников технического вуза. Для достижения цели были поставлены следующие задачи: 1. Исследовать уровень базовых знаний студентов, получаемых в школе и проанализировать их взаимосвязь с успеваемостью в вузе; 2. Исследовать психологический портрет студента и проанализировать связь полученных результатов с результатами учебы; 3. Разработать пути воздействия на студента, позволяющие повысить качество его профессиональной подготовки. Объектом исследования являются студенты института новых материалов и технологий и их оценки за сессии. Предмет исследования – успеваемость студентов. Методы исследования: систематизация, психологическое тестирование, обобщение, статистические методы. Публикации. По материалам работы опубликовано 3 статьи (в соавторстве): 1. Работа состоит из пояснительной записки объемом 82 страницы и включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников, состоящий из 47 наименований и 4 приложения. Во введении обоснована актуальность темы, определены цели работы и сформулированы ее задачи. В первой главе анализируется состояние машиностроительного производства в России в настоящее время и описываются факторы, влияющие на его развитие. Во второй главе исследуются причины низкой подготовки кадров для машиностроения. В третьей главе разработана система влияния на студентов с целью повышения качества их обучения. В заключении подведены итоги. Основные выводы 1. В России существует дефицит квалифицированных кадров для машиностроения; 2. Успеваемость студентов оставляет желать лучшего, несмотря на то, что их личностные качества достаточно высоки и не отличаются от качество нашего общества в целом; 3. Предложены методы «нелинейного» воздействия на студентов, основанные на использовании проблемного подхода в обучении, оптимизации речи преподавателя, грамотном оформлении иллюстративного материала, а также рационализации поведения преподавателя в аудитории. / Actuality of work. The sections devoted to the study of the indicators of the structural components of school adaptation and their interrelationships in fifth grade students are presented. It provides a description of the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained using all the methods used: the test (questionnaire) of school anxiety by Phillips, method of research of self-esteem of the person "Lesenka", sociometry method by J. L. Moreno, the method of expert assessment of class teachers about the behavior of students, their sociometrical status in the classgroup. Also, the chapter presents a comparative, correlation and factor analysis of the results of the study. The findings of Chapter 2 are the main results of the empirical study. In conclusion, brief results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work are presented, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses. The practical significance of the study is substantiated and possible prospects for further development of the problematics are described.

The results of the study were tested at the XVI Regional Scientific and Practical Conference "Psychology: from theory to practice" and presented 3 publications in collections of materials of all-Russian and international scientific-practical conferences.
