The theme of the master’s dissertation: “The development of methods for automating the verification of bank customers”. The master’s dissertation is made on 96 pages and contains 6 tables, 19 figures, 62 used sources. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing importance of tools for collecting and processing customer information in the life of the organization, especially providing financial services. The purpose of the dissertation is to study the current structure of the analysis of customer data in the enterprise and the creation optimal automated model of work with data in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the enterprise. Work tasks: • to study the types and features of customer verification systems and methods: • consider the structure and activities of the enterprise in question; • create an automated model of the customer data analysis process in the bank; • to evaluate the economic efficiency of creating a new business process model. The object of research – is the banking system of customer verification. The subject of research – is the process of automation of customer verification in the formation of credit applications in the bank, all the human and information resources involved in this process. The first chapter defines the types of existing systems and methods for checking customer information. The analysis of the possibilities of using the studied methods is carried out. The second chapter is devoted to the study of methods of automation of the bank’s customer verification processes. Data analysis and decision-making system are considered. The third chapter analyzes the current activities of the bank and put forward proposals for the automation of processes based on the identified problems, assesses the effectiveness of the proposed methods and analyze the feasibility of their application. Work results: the practical result of the work was an automated model of client data verification for “SKB-Bank”, which allows to make the process of loan processing faster more efficient. / Тема магистерской диссертации: «Разработка методов автоматизации проверки банковских клиентов». Актуальность темы обусловлена растущей значимостью наличия инструментов сбора и обработки клиентской информации в жизнедеятельности организации, особенно предоставляющей финансовые услуги. Целью работы является исследование текущей структуры анализа клиентских данных на предприятии и создание оптимальной автоматизированной модели работы с данными с целью повышения качества и эффективности работы предприятия. Задачи работы: • изучить виды и особенности систем и методов проверки клиентов; • рассмотреть структуру и деятельность рассматриваемого предприятия; • создать автоматизированную модель процесса анализа клиентских данных в Банке; • оценить экономическую эффективность создания новой модели бизнес-процесса. Объект исследования – банковская система проверки клиентов. Предмет исследования – процесс автоматизации проверки клиентов при формировании кредитных заявок в Банке, все участвующие в данном процессе человеческие и информационные ресурсы. В первой главе определяются виды существующих систем и методов проверки информации о клиентах. Проведен анализ возможностей использования изученных методов. Вторая глава посвящена исследованию методов автоматизации процессов проверки клиентов Банка. Рассматриваются системы анализа данных и принятия решения. В третье главе проводится анализ текущей деятельности Банка и выдвигаются предложения по автоматизации процессов на основе выявленных проблем, проведена оценка эффективности предложенных методов и анализ целесообразности их применения. Результаты работы: практическим результатом работы стала автоматизированная модель проверки клиентских данных для ПАО «СКБ-Банк», позволяющая сделать процесс оформления кредитов более быстрым и эффективным.

The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop a model of automation of projects of management of residential complexes and business centers based on digital technologies. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were performed: - studied the theoretical issues of automation in the management of real estate; - product requirements are formed from the point of view of the management company; - the analysis of the feasibility of product implementation for the management company; - estimated economic efficiency. The object of research is an automated control system of residential complexes and business centers. Актуальность темы выпускной квалификационной работы обусловлена потребностями предприятия в автоматизации производства. Целью данной работы является проектирование и внедрение автоматизации на производство компании «ДНК Окна». Основными пунктам методологической новизны являются применение известных подходов к автоматизации производства к новому объекту исследования, оконному производству. Практическая значимость данной работы заключается в уменьшении сроков производство оконных конструкций для компании «ДНК Окна» за счет внедрения автоматизированного модуля отслеживания готовности заказа. Экономическая эффективность работы подтверждена в последнем разделе ВКР, так как внедрение системы на предприятие уже осуществлено. / The relevance of the topic of final qualification work is due to the needs of the enterprise in the automation of production. The aim of this work is the design and implementation of automation for the production of DNA Windows. The main points of methodological novelty are the application of well-known approaches to the automation of production to a new object of study, window production. The practical significance of this work is to reduce the time frame for the production of window structures for DNA Windows by introducing an automated module for tracking order readiness. The economic efficiency of the work is confirmed in the last section of the dissertation, since the introduction of the system to the enterprise has already been completed.

Many organizations have already transferred paper workflow to electronic, so it is necessary to consider how the introduction of machine learning from an electronic document management system will increase the productivity of each employee and the enterprise as a whole. The aim of the research is to automate the document preparation process using machine learning algorithms. The materials of this work, summarized according to the results of the analysis, can be used as a practical application at the enterprise to increase the efficiency of all departments and, as a result, obtain economic benefits from the introduction of machine learning into the electronic document management system.

В работе поднимается проблема отсутствия необходимых методов и технологий тестирования устройств Интернета вещей в автоматическом режиме. В качестве решения проблемы предложена методология тестирования встроенного программного обеспечения «умных» устройств. Методология была реализована в сервисе «ядро тестирования». Апробация работы сервиса проводились на примере проведения испытаний счетчика электрической энергии Милур 307 с интерфейсным модулем Карат-941LW. Автоматизация позволила значительно сократить время испытаний по сравнению с ручным тестированием. / The thesis raises the problem of the lack of necessary methods and technologies for testing IoT devices in automatic mode. As a solution to the problem, a methodology for testing the embedded software of “smart” devices is proposed. The methodology was implemented in the testing core service. The approbation of the service was carried out on the example of testing the Milur 307 electric energy meter with the Karat-941LW interface module. Automation has significantly reduced test time compared to manual testing.

В работе изучен принцип брикетирования отходов, его технологический процесс, оборудование для брикетирования, совершен подбор средств автоматизации, созданы электрическая функциональная и электрическая принципиальная схемы. Были подобраны силовые и питающие кабели, выполнен расчет электрических нагрузок, написана программа для контроллера с целью управления установкой брикетирования, а также создана визуализация для экрана оператора. / The dissertation studies the principle of waste briquetting, its technological process, equipment for briquetting. The selection of automation equipment has been improved, electrical functional and electrical schematic diagrams have been created. Power and supply cables were selected, electrical loads were calculated, a briquetting plant control program for the programmable controller was developed and a visualization project was created for the operator's panel.

Идея разработки алгоритма подсчета объемов материалов для железобетонного каркаса дополняет и соответствует принципам BIM-автоматизации. При разработке документации инженеры используют скрипты. Скрипты используют для ускорения рабочего процесса и расширения функционала Revit. Revit не способен объединить различные свойства элементом разных категорий. Для реализации алгоритма разработан ряд скриптов. Для каждой категории несущих элементов требуется обособленный скрипт. Скрипт вводит необходимый функционал Revit по средствам Dynamo. Dynamo это платформа графического программирования. В магистерской работе описано создание шаблона спецификации, параметров проекта и расчетных параметров. Новые параметры необходимы для работы спецификации. Шаблон спецификации является ведомостью объемов материалов. Шаблон спецификации работает с элементами категории «Несущая арматура». Шаблон можно настроить для получения различных элементов каркаса. Верификация алгоритма проведена на примере информационной модели жилого дома района "Солнечный" в г. Екатеринбург. Алгоритм введён в эксплуатацию в проектном бюро "R1". / The idea of developing an algorithm for calculating the volume of materials for a reinforced concrete frame complements and complies with the principles of BIM automation. The Master's thesis describes the creation of a specification template, project parameters and design parameters. New parameters are required for the specification to work. The specification template is a list of volumes of materials. The specification template works with elements of the "Load-bearing reinforcement" category. The template can be customized to obtain various elements of the supporting frame. Verification of the algorithm was carried out on the example of an information model of a residential building in the residential district "Sunny" in Yekaterinburg. The algorithm was put into operation in the design bureau "R1".
