基於眼動與滑鼠追蹤之互動式資料視覺化評估 / Evaluation of interactive data visualization tools based on gaze and mouse tracking

隨著互動式資料視覺化工具越來越多,設計者需要一個方法來衡量其作品是否好用、能否被理解、使用效率高低。互動式資料視覺化需要透過使用者的互動才能觀察到資料的不同面向,再進一步產生洞見,然而現有的評估方式多僅聚焦於靜態資料圖表,設計者無法從中得知使用者的操作困難之處,並據此進行加強與改善,因此本研究提出一個整合量化分析與質化記錄的系統性評估方式,應用於互動式資料視覺化的優使性(usability)分析。 本研究的方法為追蹤使用者的眼動和滑鼠操作過程,先將其記錄成量化數據,透過興趣區域的標定與將轉換使用者行為成序列後,進行序列運算和統計分析;同時,從使用者經驗研究方法得到實驗過程的質化記錄,用來輔助解釋量化分析的結果。 本論文藉由兩個互動式資料視覺化工具來驗證以眼動與滑鼠追蹤評估互動式資料視覺化是可行的,我們提出了具體的實驗流程、量化紀錄與分析方式,並建議以下評估指標:吸引力、易發現性、困難度、易識別性、易理解性、精準表達程度、細部困難度、使用效率。 / As more and more interactive data visualization tools emerge, designers need an organized evaluation method to provide timely feedback and understand user behavior. In contrast to traditional graphical presentations, interactive data visualization tools call for user manipulation to gain specific insights. It is therefore imperative to study the intermediate operation process, rather than the final outcome, to provide a critical understanding of the developed tool. Toward this objective, we propose a systematic approach combining quantitative analysis and qualitative assessment to gauge the usability of interactive data visualization tools in this research. Firstly, quantitative data including gaze and mouse movements are collected. By combining the definition of area of interest, these trajectories can be converted into user sequences, which are conveniently accessible for further statistical analysis as well as path comparison. Secondly, qualitative information obtained by observing user operation is gathered to offer additional insight and complement/support conclusions obtained from quantitative analysis. Two interactive data visualization tools are employed to examine the feasibility and universality of our experimental and analytical procedure. To conclude, we come up with several key indicators to evaluate interactive data visualization, including attraction, discoverability, difficulty, identifiability, comprehensibility, precision of expression, difficulty(detailed) and efficiency.

歸功於虛擬實境(VR)技術的發展,使得虛擬實境可以逐漸應用在現 實生活當中。近幾年來,博物館一直嘗試應用虛擬實境的特性來增強參訪者的 體驗,目前也有許多研究工作著重在為博物館中的文物建模,但可惜的是與虛 擬實境可為博物館展覽帶來的效果之相關研究相對較少。因此,在本研究中, 我們用 S—O—R 的研究模型,並針對不同的文物類型:器物類、書畫類、書 法類,探討虛擬實境的系統設計特性對使用者體驗的影響。 本研究的研究方法是採用問卷形式,參訪者會實際體驗故宮博物院展覽 的虛擬實境。問卷分析後的結果顯示,虛擬實境的系統設計對使用者體驗及未 來的參訪意圖有很大的相關性。本研究比較也針對不同的文物類型做比較,結 果表示不同的文物類型適合的系統設計是不同的。最後也根據問卷結果對不同 的文物類型提供了未來系統設計的建議,可以作為未來設計相關博物館展覽虛 擬實境的參考。 / Virtual reality (VR) technology has already reached the level of maturity allowing it to be introduced into real-life applications. Recently, museums have been trying to apply it to enhance visitors’ experience and significant research efforts have also been made toward modeling relics in VR. However, there have been few studies on the real effects of VR exhibitions. In this study, we draw upon the stimulus–organism–response framework to theorize how system design feature stimuli affect the visitors’ experience of the VR exhibition at the National Palace Museum (NPM) and how the experience of VR impacts the visit intention. Furthermore, the study compares the VR effects across different kinds of relics (artifact, painting, and calligraphy). We create four empirical models: Model 0 does not consider the differences among relics, Model 1 focuses on artifacts, Model 2 focuses on paintings, and Model 3 focuses on calligraphies. A comparison of the different models shows that in Model 0, design features affect the VR experience, which in turn, impacts the visitors’ visit intention. The VR experiences were characterized by two dimensions: immersion and involvement. The former emphasized the visitors passively immersed in the VR and the latter referred to visitor initiative. Comparing Model 1, Model 2, and Model 3, all the design features have impact on the immersion level for all relic types. In case of calligraphy, the vividness impacts the involvement level and in case of artifacts, the interactivity impacts the involvement level. Based on the analysis, we also propose an improvement for the NPM’s present VR exhibition. The findings of this study can be referenced when designing new VR exhibitions for different relics.

隨著資訊時代來臨、社群媒體普及,現今的消費者有能力從網路尋找多元的資訊進行購買決策,消費者也能互相交換資訊。YouTube的時尚美妝影片數量多、內容豐富,消費者在尋找產品或使用教學的影片時,會將其作為搜尋來源之一,並相信這些內容不具商業利益,客觀且公正。 美妝YouTuber樂於創作影音內容,分享產品資訊、購物經驗、和生活事物等議題,進而培養出一群訂閱的觀眾,成為具社群影響力的網路名人;然而這些YouTuber如何影響消費者、為何能吸引特定族群的消費者,目前國內外相關的研究仍十分稀少。 本研究以美妝影音部落格和美妝消費者為研究對象,探討「美妝消費者的購買決策過程,及其如何受到YouTuber之影響」,採用質性的網路民族誌 (netnography) 作為研究方法,先搜集三個YouTube熱門美妝頻道的網路資料,參與留言區的討論,再訪談十六位千禧世代的美妝消費者。本研究發現:一、創作者和觀看者透過YouTube凝聚成美妝「社群」;二、美妝YouTuber具備「發起者」和「影響者」的角色;三、美妝消費者的行為和態度可能受到人氣YouTuber影響。 / Nowadays, consumers search information about products, prices and distribution on the Internet before their purchase decisions so that social media has radically changed the communication landscape. Consumers are able to share their purchase experiences online and interact with other users. More and more users are using YouTube as a search engine as well as looking for makeup tips, tutorials, and product recommendations because consumers would believe these user-generated contents are reliable and trustable. The aim of this research is to explore how YouTubers of beauty industry in Taiwan, have influenced their viewers and to what extent this influence on the purchase decision process. This study uses a qualitative approach ‘netnography’ as the main research methods to collect data. Three YouTube beauty channels were observed and participated; additionally, 16 in-depth interviews with millennial consumers were conducted. The research finds out that YouTube beauty channels can be seen as communities where relationships between YouTubers and viewers is formed. YouTubers are the initiator and influncer on the purchase decision journey. The study also found that the popularity of YouTuber may affect consumers’ behaviors and attitudes.

特殊教育學校圖書館資源及其教師使用意見調查 / The survey of library resources and teacher using opinions on special education school

本研究旨在探究特殊教育學校圖書館的建置情況、館藏資源、特殊教育教師使用情形與滿意度情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法,將問卷分為兩大部分,第一部分為特殊教育學校圖書館之館藏資源建置情況,研究對象為全臺灣28所特殊學校圖書館負責人,問卷內容包含學校基本資料、組織人力、館藏資源與經費、營運管理情形、閱讀推動與利用教育及困難與需求,總計回收有效問卷24份;第二部分為特殊教育學校教師使用學校圖書館之情形與滿意度調查,研究對象為特殊學校國中部及高職部之正式特教老師,問卷內容包含教師個人基本資料、教師使用學校圖書館情形及其對於學校圖書館的滿意度,總計回收有效問卷458份。兩份問卷以電腦統計套裝軟體IBM SPSS 18.0中文版進行統計與分析,調查結果分別以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、以及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析: 一、 特殊教育學校館藏資源情形:大部分的特殊學校館藏資源數量、新增率及館藏經費皆未達高中圖書館應有的標準,且大多沒有強制要求,亦沒有遵循固定的標準與規範。 二、 特殊教育學校圖書館之營運情形:大部分的特殊學校沒有專職的管理人員,多由設備組長或者學校職員兼任,採用電腦線上借閱方式,且有建置館藏目錄系統、訂定使用及借閱辦法,讀者服務中大部分都有提供流通借閱服務。 三、 特殊教育學校圖書館的困難與需求:大多數為圖書館管理人員人力不足,沒有固定的編制,而且通常缺乏相關專業知識,另外受限於特殊學生的障礙程度,較難進行閱讀推動與利用教育。 四、 特殊教育學校教師使用學校圖書館的情形:多數的教師每週使用學校圖書館的次數為0次,但一個月內,平均每週使用1~5次的頻率最高,在使用上遇到困難時也會傾向詢問圖書館工作人員,大部分的老師選擇偶爾帶領學生認識圖書館,不算是太普遍的教學活動,使用目的上則多與教學準備有關,包含到圖書館借還圖書、配合教學蒐集教學相關資料及準備教材。 五、 特殊教育學校教師使用學校圖書館的滿意度情形:特殊教育學校教師對學校圖書館的滿意度均在平均值3以上,滿意度題目中,滿意程度最高的以圖書資料的採購會徵詢教師的意見與需求、教師對學校圖書館人員提供的服務、圖書館的空間擺設、動線與採光為前三名,而對館藏的品質、數量與館藏目錄系統較不滿意;在滿意度差異分析的部分,最不滿意的族群分別為在年齡46-50歲,學校所屬區域在東部及擔任導師的特教老師有顯著不滿意的情形。 / The purpose of this study is to explore the situation of the construction of special education school library, the collection of resources, the use of special education teachers and satisfaction situation. In the present study, the questionnaire is divided into two parts. The first part is the collection of the resources of the special education school library. The research object is the head of the 28 special schools in Taiwan. The questionnaire contains the basic information of the school , The organization of human resources, collection of resources and funding, operational management, read and promote the use of education and difficulties and needs, the total recovery of 24 valid questionnaires; the second part of the special education school teachers use the school library situation and satisfaction survey, The contents of the questionnaire include teachers' personal basic information, teachers use the school library situation and their satisfaction with the school library, the total recovery of 458 valid questionnaires. 企業不端行為與避稅天堂的關聯 / Corporate wrongdoing and tax havens

隨著2016年巴拿馬文件(Panama Paper)的曝光,社會對避稅天堂的關注度在此時達到高峰。由於使用避稅天堂是一種法律及道德上處於灰色地帶的商業手段,因此本研究欲探討是否具有不端行為的企業會較容易使用避稅天堂。過去研究指出,一間具有不端行為而導致形象轉為負面的企業,會因此失去商譽、銷售下跌或失去合作夥伴等。而為了挽救上述影響所帶來的損失,有過不端行為的企業有較高機會再次利用具有爭議性的方法來彌補虧損。由於避稅天堂通常具有低稅率或完全免稅的特徵,也具有極高的資訊隱蔽性,因此面臨經營困難的企業可以容易利用避稅天堂來降低交易成本,如匯集資金、避稅,甚至用來隱藏賄賂等不法行為。 本研究採用台灣上市公司做為樣本,進行量化實證分析,結果顯示,企業不端行為件數、勞資關係不端行為件數及企業犯罪件數皆與企業到避稅天堂設立的子公司數呈現正向關係。曾具有勞資關係不端行為的企業,設立在避稅天堂的子公司數愈多,尤其是經主管機關處以罰鍰的企業,與避稅天堂的關聯性也愈高。 / The public’s concern about tax havens has peaked as the leak of “Panama Papers.” Since setting up subsidiaries in tax havens is an ethically dubious and controversial business practice, this study would like to examine whether there is a relationship between corporate wrongdoing and the usage of tax havens. Prior studies have shown that corporate wrongdoing would lead to impairment in goodwill, reduction in sales or losing partnership. In order to recover from the losses occur from the effects mentioned above, companies would have a higher incentive to involve in controversial behaviors. Tax haven, with its unique characteristic such as extremely low tax rate or tax free, and a high degree of concealment regarding sharing information with other governments, enables companies to avoid some market transaction costs and gives them an opportunity to easily pool money, evade tax, and even hide illegal conducts such as bribery. This study uses a quantitative method to investigate on listed companies in Taiwan. The result shows that the amount of corporate wrongdoing, labor related misbehavior and illegal corporate behavior all have a positive relationship with the possibility that corporates use tax haven. Also, corporates, which have past records in labor related dispute, tend to set up more subsidiaries in tax havens; especially those fined by the authorities.

數位學習碩士班研究生線上學習、圖書館使用與學習成效之研究 / Study on Online Learning, Library Use and Learning Outcomes for E-learning Master’s Students

時至今日,透過網路,人們學習的管道更加多元,線上學習可以讓學習者有更多的選擇,本研究以我國數位碩士在職專班為研究對象,為線上學習者,又兼具學生與工作者兩種角色,與一般全職學生不管是在上課或使用圖書館情形上都有很大的差異。故本研究目的為:一、探討我國數位在職專班生的特質與數位學習經驗;二、探討數位在職專班生利用圖書館服務與電子資源情況;三、探討數位在職專班生評量教學成效、課程平臺與教材、與圖書館滿意度的看法;四、探討影響數位在職專班生學習成效的因素。期望能對數位在職專班生有更深一層的瞭解,提供更優質的線上學程以及讓圖書館為線上學習者提供更完善的服務,吸引更多潛在的使用者使用圖書館的資源與服務。 本研究透過訪談與問卷調查法的方式,分別針對六位數位在職專班生的訪談結果與196位數位在職專班生問卷調查結果進行分析,研究結果顯示:(一)數位在職專班生女性多於男性,平均年齡介於31歲至40之間,修習數位學程的原因會受到居住地與就職地的影響;(二)數位在職專生的自我效能高;(三)數位在職專班生修課動機為「自我追求」,且選擇線上課程時會考量家庭、工作與通勤時間等因素;(四)數位在職專班生使用大學圖書館的目的主要為:專題報告與課業學習需求,且多透過以網路的方式取用,並以使用電子資源的頻率最為頻繁,較少使用圖書館提供的虛擬參考服務。(五)數位在職專班生肯定教學成效且自評學習成效良好但對課程平台評價較低。(六)數位在職專班生對圖書館滿意度高。此外,本研究亦發現「教學成效」、「課程平臺與教材」、「圖書館滿意度」、「自我效能高低」、「年級」、「電子資源使用」皆與「學生自評學習成效」相關,意即當學生對這些因素感受愈高時,其自評學習成效會愈好。根據獲得之結論,本研究針對數位學程與圖書館兩方面提出建議。 / Nowadays, through the Internet, online learning provides learners with more accesses to gaining knowledge. Online students, usually, are different from common students regarding class situations and library use. The objects of this research are master’s students, who are online learners, and are on-the-job, unlike full-time students. The aims of this study are as follows: 1. To explore the characteristics and E-learning experience of E-learning master’s students. 2. To examine E-learning master’s students' utilization of library services and electronic resources. 3. To discuss students' instructional evaluaton and opinions on online course platforms, teaching materials, and satisfaction with libraries. 4. To investigate the factors that affect the learning outcomes of E-learning master’s students. Via interviews and survey questionnaires, this study respectively analyzes interview outcomes of 6 E-learning master’s students and questionnaire results of 196 E-learning master’s students, and the results and conclusions are as follows: (1) There are more women than men in the E-learning master’s students, of whom the average age is between 31 years old to 40, and the master’s students' sites of residence or their workplace play a dominant role in influencing them to choose digital curriculums. (2) The self-efficacy of E-learning master’s students is high. (3) The motivation of most E-learning master’s students is"self-seeking", and the E-learning master’s students consider their families, works and their commute time when selecting online curriculums. (4) Most E-learning master’s students' purposes of using university libraries are to prepare reports and to obtain learning resources, and they often use library resoueces through the Internet access, in addition, the E-learning master’s students most frequently use electronic resources, while less use virtual reference services of libraries. (5) The E-learning master’s students give recognition to the instructional effectiveness of E-learning curriculums and their self-perceived learning effectiveness is good, but they have less positive comments on online course platforms. (6) The E-learning master’s students have high satisfaction with libraries. Furthermore, this study also finds that: The "instructional effectiveness," "online course platforms," "satisfaction with libraries," "self-efficacy," "grade," and "utilization of electronic resources" are related to the "self-perceived learning outcomes of the E-learning master’s students".Based on the above finding, this study provides suggestions for both digital curriculums and libraries.

隨著台灣經濟快速發展,現今女性的教育水準愈來愈高,在社會扮演的角色也愈來愈重要。然而,女性在面對工作生活平衡時,相較男性更受不同角色的衝突所影響;大多職業女性在面臨照顧小孩與工作的兩難時,往往會優先選擇全職照顧子女。另一方面,僱主常以「工作不勝任」、「試用期間不適任」來作解僱懷孕員工理由,或不顧及其安全,照常要求其從事粗重的工作。因此,提供懷孕與產後女性員工一個能夠免於就業歧視、友善對待及兼顧工作與家庭之職場環境為相當重要。 而做為台灣勞工密集、經濟發展主力的中小企業,常被認為因資源短缺而給予員工較為不完善的友善職場措施與福利,難道當中沒有一些中小企業特別著重關懷懷孕與產後女性員工,擁有更完善之相關友善職場措施規劃嗎?因此,本文欲探討曾於中小企業CSR獎中【幸福職場】項目的企業,再與非得獎企業分別於「達到法規標準相關友善措施」、「法規規範以外相關友善措施」、「措施自由使用度」三大項目進行比較,從而深入了解台灣中小企業對於懷孕與產後女性員工之友善職場措施規劃與實施狀況為何,希望藉由此研究歸納出一些管理實務建議給予中小企業作參考之用。 / As Taiwan’s economy is developing rapidly, women’s education levels get much higher, and their social roles become more important. However, when most of employed women facing the conflicts between taking care of their children and their jobs, they always choose to spend their time fully with their children in priority. On the other hand, employers often use “job incompetence” or “incompetence during probation” as excuses to dismiss pregnant employees, or disregard their safety and instruct them to deal with tough works as usual. Therefore, it is essential to offer pregnant and after-partum female employees a friendly workplace environment. Taiwan SMEs, being the most labor-intensive and the main power of Taiwan economic development, are always known as providing employees with few well-instructed friendly workplace practices and welfare due to lack of resources. However, does it mean that no SMEs have ever offered pregnant and post-partum employees friendly workplace practices? Therefore, this study wants to investigate those companies which have been awarded [Happy Workplace] prize of SMEs CSR prize, and then compare to those companies which have not yet awarded in terms of “meeting regulatory standards”, “more than regulatory standards” and “the freedom to use” of friendly workplace practices for pregnant and post-partum employees, so as to understand deeply the situation of implementing those related practices, and provide some practical advices to Taiwan SMEs for future use.

創新機會成長對消費部落規模影響之研究 / A study of the effect of the development of innovative chances on the scope of consumer tribes

新商品上市後造成流行的機率低於25%(Cooper & Kleinschmidt, 1990;Cooper, 2011),但Rogers(唐錦超,民95)的創新擴散模型實驗卻提出若早期採用者接受新商品並分享他們的創意使用價值,則能影響早期消費大眾較快且容易接受新商品且在市場上誘發流行。因此本研究的動機是希望透過資訊技術,首先確認早期採用者存在於網路族群之中,再萃取被網際網路大量資料包圍的網路早期採用者與其在新商品的創意使用價值資料,希望能夠藉此影響早期消費大眾的接受意願,並跨越他們之間的鴻溝(Moore, 1991)。 本研究目的是探討即使網路早期採用者與早期消費大眾兩者之間無實體的社會關係網絡時,網路早期採用者所創造的新商品創意使用價值,還是能夠影響早期大眾消費者購買的意願,以形成一種新型創新擴散模式。實作上是將網路早期採用者的創意使用價值,設計成廣告宣傳單直接刺激早期消費大眾,觀察新商品是否被他們接受。經過購買意願問卷回收、整理和分析消費者族群與接受程度,證實網路早期採用者的創意使用價值確實能引起早期消費大眾往高購買意願的族群移動。 再者,企業為了能夠在市場生存競爭獲勝,必須比其他同業更早挖掘出稀少且有價值的資訊幫助新商品跨越鴻溝,協助企業獲得更多的利益。雖然本研究提出的新型創新擴散模式,能提高早期消費大眾接受新商品的意願,但是在人機互動的資料分析過程中,耗費過多人力。因此本研究再根據文字探勘的IDF概念提出ICF演算法,藉以縮小決策範圍並且得到效率前緣的機會點,依然能在眾多的資料中也萃取出網路早期採用者的微弱創意使用價值,同時降低人工作業、專家主觀解讀和決策制定的複雜度的問題,得到高品質的效率方案。 / The chance for a new product to be prevalent is lower than 25% (Cooper & Kleinschmidt, 1990; Cooper, 2011). However, in Rogers’ innovative diffusion model (Rogers, 2003), he proposed that if early adopters accepted new products and shared their innovative use value with others, the early majority may accept the new products quickly and readily. First of all, this study intends to use information technology to make sure that the early adopters exist on the Internet world. Then the author tries to extract innovative use information employed by the early adopters who are surrounded by huge amount of information. Hopefully, the early majority can be affected by such measures. That is, in the process of consuming merchandise, consumers tend to build mutual affections, value, and psychological sensation. This may enable the new products to cross over the chasm between the early adopters and early majority (Moore, 1991; 1995). The purpose of this study is to explore the innovative use value created by early adopters existing on the Internet world. It is to affect the purchasing intention of the early majority when there is no social relationship network between early adopters and early majority so as to build a new innovative diffusion model. In order to achieve this, the innovative use value created in the Internet by the early adopters was designed as commercial fliers to directly stimulate the early majority. It is used to observe whether new products are accepted by the early majority. The experimental results proved that this measurement surely can move the early majority toward groups with high intention. Moreover, talking about the continuing existence of a business, one needs to find out the rare and valuable information in the early stage in order to make the new products to cross over the chasm. The new innovative diffusion proposed by this study is able to extract the innovative use value created by the early adopters in Internet. And, for the purpose of reducing manpower and contracting the weak innovative information created by the early adopters, this study was conducted by using ICF algorithm which is derived from IDF concept existing in the text mining. It is to narrow the range of policy making, gain the chance point from the effect frontier, improve the quality and efficiency when making a decision, and reduce subjective judgement made by experts, which may help decision makers to make an effective policy based on their advantage and preference, and in the end, to reduce the complexity of making a policy.

影響幼兒家長使用M-learning意願之研究:以微信公眾號為例 / Factors Influencing Parents’ Intention towards Use M-learning

本研究旨在瞭解幼兒家長對 M-learning 的使用意願和影響其使用意願的主要 因素,同時了解不同背景之幼兒家長對於M-learning 使用意願的差異以及不對於M-learning 使用意願影響因素的調節效應;藉由以上的探究,瞭解幼兒家長在當今時代全新的學習方式之下對於幼兒教養和親職教育的需求,為未來的Mlearning內容提供者與設施設備開發提供參考。 本研究根據幼兒家長的特點和 M-learning 的特性,以科技接受模式、計畫行 為理論、動機模型、整合性科技接受與使用理論為理論依據,延伸出知覺有用性、 知覺易用性、知覺趣味性和知覺行為控制四個因素作為自變項;以性別、年齡、 社經地位三個因素為背景變項,以使用意願為依變項發展出本研究之研究架構。 本研究採用立意取樣問卷調查法,以大連市某3 間幼兒園所之幼兒家長為研 究對象,共回收469 份問卷,剔除無效問卷36 份,共回收433 份有效問卷,有 效回收率為92.3%;調查所得資料以描述統計、線性回歸分析、單因子變異數分 析等統計方法進行分析。本研究獲得之結論如下: 一. 在功能與特性上,微信公眾號與Facebook 的粉絲專頁相似,微信朋友圈與 Line 的動態消息相似; 二. 知覺有用性、知覺易用性、知覺趣味性以及知覺行為控制均對幼兒家長使用 M-learning 意願有顯著正向影響; 三. 不同背景變項 (性別、年齡、社經地位)的幼兒家長對於M-learning 知覺有用性、知覺易用性、知覺趣味性以及知覺行為控制與M-learning 使用意願關係間存在不同的調節效應; 四. 知覺有用性、知覺易用性、知覺趣味性以及知覺行為控制在不同性別、年齡、社經地位之幼兒家長群體中M-learning 使用意願的預測力不同; 五. 性別和年齡對幼兒家長使用M-learning 的意願無顯著影響,社經地位對幼兒家長使用M-learning 的意願有顯著影響。
