TPB理論探討線上團購行為-以Babyhome親子團購網為例 / Research customer behavior of online group buying by the theory of planned behavior -In case of Babyhome group buying website

線上團購在近年已形成一股風潮,透過買方人數的累積以增加買家的議價能力,並向賣方獲得較便宜的價格或額外服務,然而在學術上的研究多探討數量與價格上的均衡經濟解,少以針對消費者面多做研究,因此本篇研究以計劃行為理論(TPB)為基礎,納入其他衡量構面,包含網站服務品質、顧客預期價值、信任、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、參與團購意願度以及團購行為,針對Babyhome親子網站的團購版,探討社群會員的團購消費行為。研究中於行為信念與態度部分,提出網站服務品質、顧客預期價值、網站信任、團購滿意度等構面,而主觀規範則是以虛擬社群之社群意識作為衡量代表,並以免費/付費會員身分之構面為調節變數,進一步的瞭解參與團購意願與團購行為之間的關係。 本研究以Babyhome親子網為個案研究對象,透過文獻探討以及訪談曾經參與團購的會員來設計問卷,並在Babyhome親子網站上發放線上問卷以便收收集樣本資料,再透過結構方程式分析樣本資料並獲得結論。研究發現網站服務品質與信任有顯著正向關係,同時網站服務品質與顧客的預期價值對於團購滿意度皆有顯著正向關係,然而網站信任與參與團購意願雖有正向關係但卻不顯著,推測可能原因為相較於消費者的網站信任,產品的信任或是產品廠商的信任可能對於增加團購意願程度有較大的影響,再者,透過訪談也可發現會員在決定參與團購時很大的關鍵因素在於版上媽媽的推薦以及產品本身,因此即便會員對於網站有正面的信任但卻不會有立即性提高參與團購意願。除此之外,透過研究瞭解到免費/付費會員身分為團購意願度於行為之間的調節變數,免費會員相較於付費會員有較強的團購行為,因此,基於以上資料分析結果,本研究提出管理意涵與建議,並希望未來有更進一步的相關研究。

原來不是每個人都想跟團! 探討人格特質如何影響知覺風險並進而牽制團購行為 / The antecedents of risk perception on group buying behavior

根據EOLembrain東方快線2011年11月份所進行的調查發現,雖然團購市場發展蓬勃,依然有高達44%的人沒有團購經驗。顯現出團購固然方便,還是有其風險所在,像是商品不如預期、等待時間過長、被盜用帳號等,使人們有所顧慮。過去針對團購的研究中,大多將知覺風險當成團購行為的前因,卻忽略知覺風險事實上也被不同因素所影響著。本研究提出一個中介模式來探討團購中知覺風險的前因(消費者性格特質、資源投入感知)與團購行為的關連性。研究結果發現,知覺風險低者,有團購經驗的可能性越高,而知覺風險又會中介信任特質、多疑特質、資源投入感知與團購行為的關係。信任特質高者其知覺風險低,故越可能有團購經驗,多疑特質高者其知覺風險低,故抑制其團購行為,而消費者因感知較大的資源投入,而有較大的知覺風險,因此也抑制了團購行為。 / According to EOLembrain’s survey, 44% Taiwanese people don’t have group buying experience. It shows that people have different levels of perceived risk in terms of group buying owing to their different characters. Also, there are some worries behind the trend, such as product issue, long waiting time and account privacy issue.While past researches focus on how perceived risk affects consumption behavior, they ignore the fact that some factors also have influence on perceived risk. This study aims to understand how perceived risk is affected by different antecedents like personalities (adventurousness, trust, distrust and cautiousness) and perceived resources input. The study also proposes a mediation model to explore the relations between the antecedents, the risk perception and group buying experience. The result shows that people with higher level of trust have lower perceived risk and higher chance to attend group buying. On the contrary, people with higher level of distrust have higher perceived risk and lower chance to attend group buying. Furthermore, people with higher cautiousness also have lower chance to attend group buying. While adventurousness has no significant relevance to perceived risk and group buying experience, people with higher level of adventurousness will have higher frequency of group buying.

應用文字探勘分析網路團購商品群集之研究 -以美食類商品為例 / The study of analyzing group-buying goods clusters by using text mining – exemplified by the group-buying foods

網路團購消費模式掀起一陣風潮,隨著網路團購市場接受度提高,現今以團購方式進行購物的消費模式不斷增加,團購商品品項也日益繁多。為了使網路團購消費者更容易找到感興趣的團購商品,本研究將針對團購商品進行群集分析。 本研究以國內知名團購網站「愛合購」為例,以甜點蛋糕分類下的熱門美食團購商品為主,依商品名稱找尋該商品的顧客團購網誌文章納入資料庫中。本研究從熱門度前1000項的產品中找到268項產品擁有顧客團購網誌586篇,透過文字探勘技術從中擷取產品特徵相關資訊,並以「k最近鄰居法」為基礎建置kNN分群器,以進行群集分析。本研究依不同的k值以及分群門檻值進行分群,並對大群集進行階段式分群,單項群集進行質心合併,以尋求較佳之分群結果。 研究結果顯示,268項團購商品經過kNN分群器進行四個階段的群集分析後可獲得28個群集,群內相似度從未分群時的0.029834提升至0.177428。在經過第一階段的分群後,可將商品分為3個主要大群集,即「麵包類」、「蛋糕類」以及「其他口感類」。在進行完四個階段的分群後,「麵包類」可分為2種類型的群集,即『麵包類產品』以及『擁有麵包特質的產品』,而「蛋糕類」則是可依口味區分為不同的蛋糕群集。產品重要特徵詞彙不像一般文章的關鍵字詞會重複出現於文章中,因此在特徵詞彙過濾時應避免刪減過多的產品特徵詞彙。群集特性可由詞彙權重前20%之詞彙依人工過濾及商品出現頻率挑選出產品特徵代表詞來做描繪。研究所獲得之分群結果除了提供團購消費者選擇產品時參考外,也可幫助團購網站業者規劃更適切的行銷活動。本研究亦提出一些未來研究方向。 / Group-buying is prevailing, the items of merchandise diverse recently. In order to let consumer find the commodities they are interested in, the research focus on the cluster analysis about group-buying products and clusters products by the features of them. We catch the blogs of products posted by customers, via text mining to retrieve the features of products, and then establish the kNN clustering device to cluster them. This research sets different threshold values to test, and multiply clusters big groups, and merges small groups by centroid, we expect to obtain the best quality cluster. From the results, 268 items of group-buying foods can be divided into 28 clusters, and the mean of Intra-Similarity also can be improved. The 28 clusters can be categorized to three main clusters:Bread, Cake, and Other mouthfeel foods. We can define and name each cluster by catch the top twenty percent of the keywords in each cluster. The results of this paper could help buyers find similar commodities which they like, and also help sellers make the great marketing activity plan.

影響網路團購之顧客滿意度與忠誠度及其前置因素之研究 / Effect of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and relative antecedents on group purchasing

網路團購已是目前台灣電子商務重要趨勢之一,不僅消費者積極參與、供應商也希望能尋求新的獲利來源,連接兩者提供交易平台的團購網站,更有國內外廠商均積極投入、競爭。之前的文獻研究中,大多是針對網路團購模式建立的探討,包含定價策略、營運模式…等,由消費者角度出發,針對網路團購行為之研究較少。 本研究係以曾參與網路團購之消費者作為研究對象,探討「知覺風險」、「品牌知名度」、「網站服務品質」、「顧客滿意度」及「顧客忠誠度」彼此的關係與影響因素,並以研究結論為基礎,提供網路團購業者後續行銷策略之建議。 本研究採量化之「問卷調查」與質化之「深度訪談」方式進行研究。量化調查方面,共取得303 份有效問卷,運用敘述性統計、t 檢定、ANOVA檢定、Pearson 相關分析法、迴歸分析法,將資料進行統計分析與假設驗證;質化研究方面,透過深度訪談國內三家知名團購網站經營者,了解網路團購之經營模式與現況,並藉由他們的觀察,洞悉主要消費族群之輪廓及意向,最後,並探討團購網站未來可能的挑戰與機會。 本研究的研究結果如下: 1.性別、年齡、學歷、職業、婚姻狀態與收入不同的消費者,對網路團購之知覺風險、品牌知名度、網站服務品質、顧客滿意度與忠誠度,確實存有差異性。 2.知覺風險與顧客滿意度、顧客忠誠度間具顯著相關性。 3.品牌知名度與顧客滿意度具顯著相關性,與顧客忠誠度則無相關。 4.網站服務品質與顧客滿意度、顧客忠誠度間具顯著相關性。 5.顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度具顯著正向關係。 網路團購行銷策略建議: 1.知覺風險構面:持續加強隱私安全保障機制,並優化商品呈現方式,避免消費者購買到與網頁呈現不符之商品,降低消費者認知的隱私濫用與品質績效風險,提升顧客滿意度與忠誠度。 2.品牌知名度構面:持續開發具有高知名度的商品或服務,運用行銷合作方式說服更多高知名度廠商參與網路團購,以提升顧客滿意度。 3.網站服務品質構面:網站必須持續優化其網頁視覺與動線設計,並提供多元化的商品選擇,以提升顧客滿意度與忠誠度。 / Online group purchasing grows very fast and has become a trend of e-commerce in Taiwan. Not only the consumers are very interested in but also the supplers would like to start the business and create more profit from the new modle. The competition between group-purchasing sites is strong, too. But the previous studies were more focus on pricing strategy, business modle, and lacked of the study of sonsumer behaviors of online group purchasing. The consumers who have participated online group purchasing are taken as the object of the research. The purpose of this research is to define the relationship and influence between the perceived risk, brand awareness, website service quality, consumer satisfaction and loyalty, and to provide the suggestions of marketing strategy for online group purchasing industry base on the results and findings. This research adopts both quantitative and qualitative approaches. In terms of quantitative approach, 303 effective questionnaires are obtained for statistical analysis includes descriptive statistic, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, regression are utilized to verify the hypothesis and assumptions. As to qualitative approach, there are three experts from the management level of the well-known group-purchasing sites in Taiwan shared the business modle, status, consumer insights and purchasing intention, challenge and opportunities therough in-depth interviewing The result of this research includes: 1.Interviewees with different sex, age, education, profession, married status and income show significant differences. 2.Perceived risk has a dramatic correlation with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. 3.Brand awareness has a dramatic correlation with customer satisfaction, but shows no correlation with customer loyalty. 4.Website service quality has a dramatic correlation with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. 5.Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have a positive relationship. The suggestions of marketing strategy for online group purchasing are as below: 1.In perceived risk aspect: Keep enhancing the security system and optimizing the instruction of product to alleviate perceived risk. It is helpful to improve the customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2.In brand awareness aspect: Provide the products or services which are popular and famous to the customer to improve the customer satisfaction. 3.In website service quality aspect: Keep optimizing the visual and process of the website, and providing customers with various product choices to improve the customer satisfaction and loyalty.

時裝設計產業智慧財產保護之研究 / A study on the intellectual property rights in apparel design industry

快速時尚為目前服飾零售業的主流經營理念,快速時尚服飾零售業者自時裝週伸展台上的華服汲取靈感,透過對供應鏈的設計與改良,縮短產品自設計、生產到上架的時間,販售高度客製化的流行服飾產品。同時,隨著網路購物市場持續膨脹發展,網路購物模式不斷新生,如團體合購與代買、代下標、連線等突破跨國購物障礙的中介服務。快速時尚的即時生產概念與暢通的網路通路,彷彿仿製時裝的雙翼,使之如蒲公英的種子般輕盈地飄落全球、遍地開花。   在仿製時裝的態樣及規模皆與過往顯著不同的當下,智慧財產權相關法律制度是否賦予原創時裝設計師保障?在專利權與商標權方面,由於時裝設計的流行性本質與新式樣專利之創作性要件有所矛盾,亦不易符合立體商標之識別性要件,且專利權與商標權須申請註冊獲核准始受保護,設計師得花費大量時間、費用及作業勞力成本,所費不貲,設計師與欲藉該二種智慧財產權維護其權益,既有難度也不適合。而在著作權方面,本研究一一檢視著作權取得要件後,則認為時裝設計為得受現行著作權法保護之客體,且不限於平面形式之時裝設計圖,立體形式同受保護,原創時裝設計師得依該法主張權利。   我國司法實務見解及近期行政函示亦肯定時裝設計受著作權法之保護,認定抄襲改作屬侵害他人時裝設計作品著作權之行為,就此本研究擇我國時裝設計侵權訴訟中的代表性案例,分析法院判決理由。本研究另挑選美國最新時裝設計侵權訴訟二案,進行個案分析,自該二案例顯見於法律並未明文保護時裝設計之情況下,訴訟並非有效對抗仿製時裝之手段。   最後,本研究以產業分析、法律分析及個案分析之研究結果為基礎,分別對政府與企業經營者提供建議:政府應釐清時裝設計產業政策走向,選擇較適我國之快速時尚服飾零售業扶植之,繼而朝有利發展快速時尚服飾零售業之方向解釋著作權法;我國快速時尚服飾零售業者應穩固基礎建設、善用網路通路,前進大中華市場;我國原創時裝設計師則應注意各國法制動態,提升商品與服務品質,並把握利用侵權訴訟宣傳行銷品牌之機會。
