In dieser Masterthesis wird erforscht wie der jetzige Kenntnisstand der Sicherheitsfachkräfte zu den Themen solare Exposition, Schutzmaßnahmen und die Akzeptanz der Schutzmaßnahmen durch die Mitarbeiter in den Mitgliedsbetrieben der BG ETEM ist. Diese Themen gewinnen an Bedeutung seit die Berufskrankheit Nummer 5103 in den Anhang 1 der Berufskrankheitenverordnung aufgenommen wurde und die BG ETEM nun für ihre Versicherten auch diesbezüglich präventiv tätig ist. Im Rahmen dieser Masterthesis wurde für die Erforschung des Kenntnisstands ein Fragebogen mit zugehörigem Interviewleitfaden selbst entwickelt. Die anschließenden Befragungen wurden durch den Ersteller in den teilnehmenden Unternehmen persönlich für die Masterthesis vorgenommen. Der Teilnehmerkreis beschränkt sich auf interne Sicherheitsfachkräfte, die in Unternehmen der Branche Energie- und Wasserwirtschaft beschäftigt sind. Erforscht werden neben allgemeinen und betrieblichen Angaben ihr Kenntnisstand zu den Themengebieten Gefährdungsbewusstsein, Gefährdungsbeurteilung, Schutzmaßnahmen und der Informations- und Fortbildungsbedarf. Die Antworten werden mit den eigenen Erwartungen verglichen und Rückschlüsse daraus gezogen. Für die BG ETEM werden die Ergebnisse dieser Masterthesis im Hinblick auf den Präventionsauftrag analysiert. Hierzu werden im Rahmen der Masterthesis auch Vorschläge zu diesen Maßnahmen gemacht. So sollen die Beratungen, Informationsmaterialien und Fortbildungen auf die Präferenzen sowie die vorhandenen Wissenslücken in den Unternehmen zugeschnitten werden, um hier berufsbedingte Neuerkrankungen durch solare Exposition langfristig weitgehend zu verhindern.

L’intervention publique dans l’intimité de la famille caractérise les relations de l’État et de la famille dans l’époque moderne, dont le propre est le dédoublement des espaces privé et public articulés autour de l’enfant dès lors que celui-ci est retiré de l’espace commun. Mais elle est souvent analysée du point de vue des rapports de force entre les acteurs plutôt que du point de vue de ce qui les réunit. En partant des relations contractuelles entre parents et services de l’Aide sociale à l’enfance (ASE), cette thèse analyse donc l’évolution des rapports familles-institutions au prisme du statut de l’enfance et de son évolution au cours du temps. Une étude socio-historique sur la base de dossiers de protection administrative de l’ASE depuis les années 1960 doublée, pour la période contemporaine, d’entretiens avec des parents, permet de retracer les évolutions d’un travail négocié avec la famille. La recherche fait apparaître que l’enfant prend de plus en plus une place d’acteur dans sa propre protection selon son évolution en âge et en discernement, évolution qui pourrait bien comporter un revers rendant l’enfant acteur du danger qu’il encourt au même titre que de la protection à laquelle il a droit. Cette thèse montre que si l’enfance moderne s’est construite sur l’idée d’un temps et d’un espace spécifiques consacrés à une éducation à l’écart des adultes, loin d’être unifiée, l’enfance contemporaine se voit accéder à un statut inédit qui questionne autant l’éducation familiale qu’institutionnelle. De nouveaux modes de socialisation se font jour dans un renouveau du mélange des âges sans qu’il soit sûr que l’expérience concrète et la spécificité de l’enfant y soient réellement prises en compte. L’articulation des sphères publique et privée se recompose autour de l’enfant : dans le face-à-face des parents et des institutions, la société civile pourrait prendre une place de tiers renforcée. / Public intervention in the intimacy of the family is characteristic of the relationships between the institutions and the families in the modern era, marked by the separation of private and public spaces around children when they are taken away from collective space. But those relationships are often studied from the standpoint of power relations rather than from what the different actors have in common. Looking at contracted relationships between parents and child protection services, the present work analyses the changing in parent-institutions relationships in the light of the status of childhood and its changes in time. Through a socio-historical study based on child protection service files since the 1960s and, for the present time, on interviews with parents, we can trace the changes in a social work negotiated with the families. This research shows that children are more and more active in their own protection depending on their age and discernment. This changing could have a reverse effect leading children to be as active in the dangers they are exposed to as in the protection they are entitled to. The present thesis shows that if modern childhood was shaped by specific time and space with an education apart form adults, present childhood, far from being united, is given a totally new status questioning education in the family as well as in the institutions. New socializing ways are emerging adjusting a new mixing of ages without knowing if concrete experience and the specificity of children are really taken in consideration. Public and private interactions are being reshaped through the new status of children: the civil society could play a new role.

La promotion psychosociale de la résilience de l’adolescent placé en foyer de l’enfance se réalise àtravers une méthode d’éducation biographique. Dans cette méthode, l’adolescent actualise sa résiliencepassée pendant le vécu de maltraitance familiale et mobilise sa résilience au présent. En effet, face austress perçu du placement, l’adolescent maltraité résilient reprend des stratégies passées perçues, parles professionnels, comme socialement inadaptées car entravant sa résilience sur un versant positif. Laméthode d’éducation biographique permet la transformation de ses stratégies en ressources car ellefavorise le processus de résilience personnalisation et aboutit à un type d’issue à savoir la capacité àmettre en forme son expérience biographique passée et présente. Cette transformation se fait à traversune pédagogie de projet. Est proposé au foyer de l’enfance le projet de réaliser un livre d’Histoires derésilience dans lequel l’adolescent est amené à faire son récit autobiographique de résilience puis à letransformer en récit de fiction. Cette énonciation et ce travail sur l’énoncé sont aidés par un récithétérobiographique énoncé en amont et par un conte de résilience. Ces quatre récits s’appuient sur unschéma narratif Histoires de résilience. Cette énonciation autobiographique et ce travail sur l’énoncése situent dans la phase de production du projet qui comprend aussi les phases de présentation,préparation, révision et socialisation. This diploma thesis addresses the ICT employee evaluation methods in conjunction with their ICT roles. The objective of this work is to produce the lead-in for ICT managers, Human Resources staff etc. for creation of employee evaluation systems or motivation programs in the workplaces with high rate of ICT professions. The work strives to combine psychological and informatics insight to offer corresponding evaluation instruments for each ICT role.

The master thesis maps the state of the art of visual object tracking in panoramic 360° video. The thesis aims to reveal the main problems related to visual object tracking and moreover focuses on their solution in panoramic videos. In the study of the existing approaches was found that very few solutions of visual object tracking in equirectangular projection of panoramic video have been implemented so far. This thesis therefore presents two improvements of object tracking methods that are based on the adaptation of equirectangular frames. In addition, this thesis brings the manually created dataset of panoramic videos with more than 9900 annotations. Finally the detailed evaluation of 12 well known and state of the art trackers has been performed for this new dataset.

This work deals with design and implementation of a game based on the XNA platform. It describes the platform and its possibilities of game development for both the PC and the Xbox 360 console. The implemented game is called NanoHeal and it is about the treatment of various health problems. The work also investigates graphic techniques such as non-photorealistic rendering, the depth of field effect and particle systems. These techniques are used to achieve the distinguished look of the game. Key features of the game were evaluated in the online questionnaire.

The purpose of this final thesis is to find out about Speech Therapy and to design a device which would help with oscillation of human tongue when the sound r is pronounced. To better understand this subject first part of this thesis takes interest in evolution and physiology of human speech. Next the most common articulation disorder Dyslalia is named and methods for treating Dyslalia are described. In practical part the device for Speech Therapy is designed and created. It is based on frequency of human tongue oscillations and it helps to correct difficulties with sound r articulation. This prototype uses electric motor which is controlled by Arduino platform. Its rotational motion is converted to linear through mechanical construction simulating crank mechanism.

Die Arbeit bietet einleitend einen ausführlichen Überblick über den aktuellen Forschungsstand sowohl im Bereich der transformationalen Führung als auch im Bereich der Übereinstimmung von Selbst- und Fremdbeurteilungen von Führungsverhalten. In einer Fragebogenstudie in der Automobilindustrie wurden von 210 Personen Führungsbeurteilungen aus der Selbst-, Aufwärts- und Abwärtsperspektive (270°-Beurteilung) sowie verschiedene subjektive Erfolgsratings (Arbeitszufriedenheit, Arbeitsmotivation, Leistung, Wohlbefinden) eingeholt. Es ergaben sich kaum Zusammenhänge zwischen den Selbst- und Fremdbeurteilungen, während die beiden Fremdperspektiven in mittlerer Höhe positiv miteinander korrelieren. Weiter zeigte sich ein deutlich negativer Zusammenhang zwischen dem Ausmaß der interperspektivischen Diskrepanz (Selbst-Aufwärts, Selbst-Abwärts, Aufwärts-Abwärts) und den Erfolgskriterien. Regressionsanalysen führen zu dem Schluss, dass die Güte der Personalführung selbst aber mindestens genauso stark in Betracht gezogen werden muss wie die Beurteilungsdiskrepanz, woraus sich wichtige Implikationen für die populär gewordene Methode des 360°-Feedbacks ergeben. Zukünftig sollte neben der Selbst-Fremd-Übereinstimmung außerdem stärker auf Fremd-Fremd-Übereinstimmungen geachtet werden, da diese mindestens ebenso viel Erfolgsvarianz erklären und sogar inkrementelle Validität über die Selbst-Fremd-Diskrepanz hinaus aufweisen. Dieses Ergebnis verweist auf einen bisher unerforschten Wirkungsmechanismus von Personalführung. / The assignment offers introductorily a detailed survey on the current level of research regarding transformational leadership as well as agreement of self and other appraisals of leadership behaviour. In a questionnaire survey carried out in the automobile industry 210 persons rated leadership behaviour from a self, upwards and downwards perspective (270° assessment) as well as several success criteria (job satisfaction, job motivation, performance, well-being). There was hardly any correlation between the self and other ratings, whereas both other perspectives correlated with each other positively at middle level. Furthermore a clear negative correlation was shown between the extent of the interperspective discrepancy (self-upwards, self-downwards, upwards-downwards) and the outcome criteria. The results of regression analyses show that the quality of leadership, however, must be taken as much into account as assessment discrepancies, resulting in important implications for the increasing popularity of the 360° feedback method. In future, beside self-other congruities more importance should be placed on the other-other ones, as they explain at least as much variance and even show incremental validity over the self-other discrepancy suggesting a leadership mechanism, which has yet to be explored.

In an organization such as a university with many institutions and new employees the onboarding process is a key activity for the employee life cycle. This study examines the possibilities and limitations of further digitalization of the process by including new formats for information.  The format in question is 360-videos. These videos can be viewed both on head mounted displays which are used to create a 3D environment but also on computer screens which allows the content to be accessible to those that lack the 3D equipment. Based on semi-structured interviews with HR-employees at the university the study has found there to be many activities that are suitable for the format but also a few limitations concerning planning for and executing the development of new content for the onboarding process. The conclusions drawn from the results in this study and previous studies on the topic shows that implementation of 360-videos would lead to standardized content concerning many of the activities that cannot be done digitally by conference calls or two-dimensional videos. These activities are today done in person and at the responsibility of the new hires closest manager which leads to the activities being time consuming and can vary in terms of content.
