La consignation, malgré ses origines romaines, est peu étudiée en doctrine. La construction de son domaine par sédimentation a conduit à un éclatement des hypothèses : la consignation peut poursuivre une finalité libératoire, conservatoire ou de sûreté.Il est pourtant possible de vérifier que la consignation présente un caractère unitaire. Elle peut être définie comme le mécanisme par lequel une chose, objet d’un droit potentiel, est remise entre les mains d’un tiers et affectée à la satisfaction de la personne qui sera finalement reconnue attributaire de l’objet. Cette figure originale répond à un état d’incertitude en organisant une situation d’attente.Mais la consignation ne se limite pas à cette procédure. Que l'on songe à la consignation obligatoirement versée par la partie civile, à celle dans la procédure de saisie-vente. Mais que l'on songe aussi à la vente avec consignation, ou au consignataire en matière maritime !Partant de ce constat d'une notion originale et éclatée, la thèse vise à déterminer précisément une définition de la consignation, par une étude globale de celle-ci, et par une comparaison avec d'autres notions connues du droit privé, tels le gage, le paiement, le séquestre, ou encore la fiducie. Cette comparaison faite, et la notion identifiée, l'élaboration d'un régime propre à la consignation n'en sera que plus aisée.Au-delà de l'intérêt théorique d'une telle construction, cette thèse a l'ambition d'apporter des solutions pratiques, afin d'apporter plus de sérénité dans l'utilisation de ce mécanisme. / The consignation, despite its Roman origins, remains largely under-studied by authors. The development of its field by way of sedimentation has led to a scattering of hypothesis. The consignation may serve a specific purpose : to discharge the debtor, to safeguard or to guarantee.However, it is possible to verify that the consignation presents a unitary nature. It can be defined as the mechanism by which a thing, object of a potential right, is entrusted to a third party and assigned to the satisfaction of the person who shall eventually be recognized as the beneficiary of such thing. This original figure, answers to a state of uncertainty with a situation of expectancy.

Demonstra-se que quando especificações para alocação de pólos são representadas por conjuntos espectrais de polinômios intervalares, o problema do projeto por realimentação de estados robusta pode ser completamente formulado e resolvido no contexto de conceitos e métodos de análise intervalar. Representações poliédricas convexas de uma classe de controladores por realimentação de estados robusta satisfazendo a uma equação de Ackerman intervalar são derivadas. Um procedimento de projeto baseado em programação não-linear que objetiva a maximização da não-fragilidade do controlador robusto resultante é introduzido. Para sistemas multivariáveis é proposta uma abordagem por alocação de pólos utilizando a equação de Sylvester intervalar e técnicas de resolução baseadas em intervalos modais. Exemplos numéricos ilustram o projeto de controladores por realimentação de estados obtidos a partir da abordagem por análise intervalar proposta / Abstract: An interval analysis approach for the design of robust state feedback controllers is proposed. It is shown that when regional pole placement specifications are represented as spectral sets of interval polynomials, the robust state feedback design problem can be entirely formulated and solved in the context of the concepts and methods of interval analysis. Explicit convex polyhedral representations of a class of robust state feedback controllers satisfying an interval Ackerman¿s equation are derived. A design procedure based on nonlinear programming which aims at maximizing the non-fragility of the resulting robust controller is introduced. In the case multivariable systems is proposed an approach based on pole placement which employs an interval Sylvester equation and modal intervals techniques. Os resultados deste trabalho foram obtidos através da simulação dos algoritmos de roteamento e atribuição de comprimentos de onda desenvolvidos em C++. Para que o estudo pudesse ser feito, foram adotadas algumas topologias de rede comerciais e hipotéticas para a comparação de desempenho entre os algoritmos de roteamento e atribuição de comprimentos de onda propostos e os clássicos de modo a identificar as diferenças de comportamento destes algoritmos nas redes ópticas em diversas situações, incluindo as condições de restrição de alcance dos canais ópticos e a continuidade do comprimento de onda no estabelecimento de uma conexão fim-a-fim. Os resultados mostraram que os algoritmos de roteamento e de atribuição de comprimentos de onda propostos são eficientes para o funcionamento destas redes, provendo desempenhos iguais ou superiores em relação aos demais algoritmos de roteamento e atribuição de comprimentos de onda tradicionais medidos em termos da probabilidade de bloqueio dos pedidos de conexão. Como conseqüência, estes algoritmos propostos demonstraram que são capazes de aperfeiçoar o QoS óptico nas redes ópticas inteligentes e transparentes / Abstract: In this work, we present contributions to the routing and wavelength assignment protocols in transparent and intelligent optical networks such as Automatically Switched Optical Networks (ASON) for end-to-end connection establishment on the distributed environments. The results of this work were obtained through simulation of the routing and wavelengh assignment algorithms which were developed in C++. For this study, some commercially and hypothetical network topologies were adopted to compare the performance of the proposed routing and wavelengh assignment algorithms with traditional ones in order to identify the differences of those algorithm performance. Studies were carried out in optical networks under several conditions such as the limit of optical transmission reach and wavelength-continuity constraints for end-to-end connection establishment. The results have shown that the proposed routing and wavelengh assignment algorithms are efficient for use in these networks, providing equal or higher performance than traditional routing and wavelengh assignment algorithms measured in terms of blocking probability of the connection requests. Optimisation des systèmes de stockage de conteneurs dans les terminaux maritimes automatisés / Optimization of container handling system at automated maritime terminals

Notre travail s’intéresse à un cas très particulier des terminaux à conteneurs, il s’agit des terminaux à conteneurs automatisés, qui en plus des véhicules autoguidés, sont équipés de grues de quai et de grues de stockage automatiques (grues de cour), ce qui pousse souvent les scientifiques à considérer les problèmes d’ordonnancement intégré dans les terminaux automatisés ou semi-automatisés. Nous traitons dans ce travail l’optimisation de plusieurs objectifs pour stocker les conteneurs d'une manière efficace et réaliste. Nous traitons le problème d’ordonnancement intégré considérant les trois équipements d’un terminal à conteneurs automatisé soient: les véhicules autoguidés, les grues de quai et les grues de baie (éventuellement). L’objectif principal de cette étude est la minimisation du coût opérationnel de stockage de conteneurs dans un terminal maritime automatisé / AIn our study, we consider two optimization problems in automated container terminals at import; the first is the vehicle scheduling problem; and the second is the integrated problem of location assignment and vehicle scheduling. In the first part of our study, we propose different traffic layout adapted to the two studied problems and to every kind of automated container terminal. We also introduce relevant reviews of literature treating the optimization of container handling systems at maritime terminal, the optimization of general automated guided vehicle system and the multi-objective optimization in general, and in particular context of maritime container terminals. In the second part, we resolve the planning of QC-AV-ASC (Quay Cranes-Automated Vehicles - Automated Stacking Cranes). We present an effective model for every kind of traffic layout. Moreover, we propose an efficient bi-objective model which is important to determine the optimal storage time and the minimal number of required AVs. CPLEX resolutions are used to prove the efficiency of our modelling approach. In the third part of this thesis, we explore a problem which has not been sufficiently studied: the integrated problem of location assignment and vehicle scheduling (IPLAVS), in Maritime Automated Container Terminal (MACT) at import. This part represents a new and realistic approach of MACT optimization considering mono-objective and multi-objective aspect.

RMN cristallographique : mesure de distances internucléaires sur des échantillons de poudre par RMN du solide / NMR crystallography : internuclear distance measurement on powder samples on natural abundance using solid-state NMR

La mesure de couplage dipolaire permet d’accéder à la structure tridimensionnelle d’un composé solide. Cependant, en présence d’une forte densité de spins couplés, le phénomène de troncature dipolaire rend difficile l’obtention de ces informations par RMN du solide. Ce problème peut être affranchi par l’étude de spins rares en abondance naturelle. En effet, avec une abondance naturelle de 1.1 %, la probabilité que trois 13C soient couplés, et avec elle la troncature dipolaire, devient négligeable. Une méthodologie basée sur la séquence de recouplage dipolaire POST-C7 permet d’accéder à des informations structurales d’échantillons en abondance naturelle sensibles à la fois à la conformation moléculaire et à l’empilement cristallin par mesure de couplages dipolaires 13C-13C. La sensibilité de détection des signaux RMN 13C est augmentée à l’aide la polarisation dynamique nucléaire ce qui permet de réduire considérablement les temps d’expériences. De plus, la séquence de recouplage R20_9_2 aidée de supercycles s’est montrée être plus robustes que POST-C7 face à de fortes anisotropies de déplacement chimique ou de forts couplages hétéronucléaires 1H-13C. La seconde problématique abordée concerne l’attribution de signaux 13C. En effet, il existe seulement quelques exemples de détermination de connectivités 13C -13C en abondance naturelle. Nous montrons ici que des spectres de corrélations dipolaires 13C-13C peuvent être obtenus en quelques jours à l’aide de la séquence de recouplage R20_9_2. Contrairement aux méthodologies basées sur le couplage J, notre séquence requiert un temps d’excitation DQ plus court ce qui la rend adaptée à l’étude de solides désordonnés. / Measurment of dipolar coupling provides 3D structural information of powder samples. However, in practice, the high density of spins in organic compounds prevents the measurements of long-range dipolar couplings in solid-state NMR by the so-called dipolar truncation effect. The study of rare spins on natural abundance allows to overcome this problem. In fact, with a natural abundance of 1.1 %, the probability for three 13C to be coupled is negligible. We developed a methodology based either on the dipolar recoupling NMR pulse sequence POST-C7 or on the dramatic increase in sensitivity provided by dynamic nuclear polarization. We demonstrated that its methodology provides a measure of 13C-13C dipolar couplings in natural abundance powder samples and that the so-obtained distance information is sensitive to both molecular conformation and crystal packing of powder samples. Moreover, we show that the recoupling pulse sequence R20_9_2 is more robust to strong chemical shift anisotropy and also to strong 1H-13C heteronuclear dipolar couplings than POST-C7. The second challenge involves 13C signal assignment for natural abundance. In fact, there are only a few examples of 13C-13C correlation spectra obtained for natural abundance samples. Here, we show that 13C-13C correlation spectra sequence based on the reintroduction of 13C−13C dipolar couplings can be obtained with standard MAS probe and within few days using R20_9_2 pulse sequence. Contrary to pulse sequences based on 13C-13C J coupling, our pulse sequence requires shorter DQ excitation time and hence, is more suitable for samples having short T2 relaxation times such as amorphous solids.
