From the understanding of the pedagogies, study developed by Abreu (2002) in the Social Service ambit and contextualization of the Social Service as profession instituted to ease the conflicts between capital and work, contextualizing, from your genesis to the current days. The study sent the organization of the culture in your different manifestations in which the social assistant is also inserted, understanding your work with important characteristic in the organization and manifestation of the culture. More than to educate the other, which points is continually a space of professional Educate-to-action for the social worker / Esta dissertação trata da compreensão da função educativa do Serviço Social em sua atuação no PAIF Programa de Atenção Integral às Famílias no município de Santo André. Partiu do entendimento das pedagogias, estudo desenvolvido por Abreu (2002) no âmbito do Serviço Social e da contextualização do Serviço Social como profissão instituída para amenizar os conflitos entre capital e trabalho, contextualizando-a desde sua gênese aos dias atuais. O estudo remeteu a organização da cultura em suas diferentes manifestações na qual o assistente social também é inserido, entendendo o seu trabalho com importante característica na organização e manifestação da cultura. Entretanto, a intencionalidade da ação profissional determina se o profissional é um intelectual orgânico comprometido com as classes subalternas ou se está comprometido com os interesses do bloco dominante, apreendendo ainda, o movimento contraditório existente nestas mediações. Esta pesquisa teve por base a análise de dados primários e secundários, coletados por mais de um instrumento de investigação, como entrevista semi estruturada com as gestoras do PAIF em Santo André e grupo focal com os assistentes sociais envolvidos no programa, além de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Pode-se concluir que o processo educativo/pedagógico é desvendado no cotidiano profissional como manifestação das apreensões ético-politicas e teórico-metodológicas pelo profissional em sua relação com o projeto ético-político eleito pela categoria profissional. It also intends to find the conditions that favored or restrained the implementation of the PSF in Aracaju and conditioned the described scenarios; to reflect about the health policy that is being built in that municipality, considering the transformations demanded by the present health context, beyond subsidizing the debate about the inclusion, as a national policy, of the social workers in the Family Health Teams and of the condition of the social workers as health workers. The research is justified by the need of carrying out local studies that reveal the particularities about the form of the insertion of the social workers in the PSF in each specific context, in each local political project and the work processes outlined in them. The research, of qualitative nature, take one exploratory stage when I done interviews not structured with professionals of healthcare they have distinctions positions of local quarrel of professional healthcare, in 1980. Subsequently I done ten interviews guidance with professionals and eight social services, of each place of Aracaju, oriented to Oral History; I done bibliographical research; documental research; and workshops with all the social workers of the PSF, forty professionals. The analysis and interpretation with all this facts let me realize. the insertion of these social workers in PSF in Aracaju establish like one oh those unfold participation of those professionals in the Movement for Sanitary Reform in Sergipe, by the construction of SUS. The work process of these professionals wilt this insert show important changes, that it should be analyzed in biggest the context of production in health, of the processes operated / A reflexão empreendida nesse estudo foca o olhar sobre o Programa Saúde da Família em Aracaju, enquanto política de Atenção Básica, a inserção dos assistentes sociais nesse programa e as mudanças ocorridas na política e nos processos de trabalho desses profissionais e nas evidências de mudança na produção do cuidado em saúde. Objetiva também apreender as condições que favoreceram ou restringiram a implantação do PSF em Aracaju e condicionaram os cenários descritos; refletir sobre a política de saúde que vem sendo construída nesse município, considerando as transformações requeridas pelo atual contexto de saúde, além de subsidiar o debate sobre a inclusão, enquanto política nacional, do assistente social nas Equipes de Saúde da Família e da condição do assistente social enquanto trabalhador da saúde. A pesquisa justificou-se pela necessidade de realizar estudos locais que revelem as particularidades sobre a forma como ocorre a inserção dos assistentes sociais no PSF em cada contexto específico, em cada projeto político local e os processos de trabalho neles delineados. A pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa, apresentou uma fase exploratória quando realizei entrevistas não estruturadas com profissionais da saúde que tiveram posição destacada nas lutas dos profissionais de saúde no nível local, nos anos 1980. Posteriormente realizei dez entrevistas orientadas por questões norteadoras, com profissionais diversos e oito assistentes sociais, um de cada região de Aracaju, na perspectiva da História Oral. Realizei ainda, pesquisa bibliográfica; pesquisa documental; bem como três oficinas com todas as assistentes sociais do PSF, quarenta profissionais. A análise e interpretação de todos esses dados permitiu constatar que a inserção do assistente social no PSF em Aracaju constituiu-se como um dos desdobramentos da participação dessa categoria profissional no Movimento pela Reforma Sanitária em Sergipe, pela construção do SUS. It s an observation of conservator and doctrinarian legate influence about historic process of area des-professionally and to rebut his claim in the field of social law. Develops, in view of its workers a reflection on SUAS and its significance to the implementation of Social Assistance Policy. Addresses working conditions and its effect on social assistants and psychologists identifying meanings, interpretations and representations about its own work object and the conditions of its realization in state space. The research was realized held with the workers of Reference Centers of Social Assistance CRAS of three counties of Minas Gerais and São Paulo, a total of six municipalities where were used questionnaires and interviews conducted unfolding challenges, interviews, advances and setbacks faced by professionals responsible for implementation of socio-assistance programs and services. Emphasizes the professional practice and knowledge constructed analysis constructed in the light of social and security functions of Social Assistance Politic , highlighting the passage and relationships with the historical paradigms in the fields of social assistance related to merit and charity. Conclusive in nature ,presents a descriptive analysis of tens still marked by inconsistencies and ambiguities between the know ledge and the making of the daily work. Considera a centralidade do profissional da assistência social enquanto força motriz para o desenvolvimento das atribuições hoje requeridas pela Política de Assistência Social. Observa a influência do legado conservador e doutrinário no processo histórico de desprofissionalização da área e os rebatimentos para sua afirmação no campo do direito social. Desenvolve, na perspectiva dos seus trabalhadores, uma reflexão sobre o SUAS e seu significado para a realização da Política de Assistência Social. Particulariza a análise da prática profissional e dos saberes construídos à luz das seguranças sociais e funções da Política de Assistência Social, destacando os trânsitos e relações estabelecidas com os paradigmas históricos no campo da assistência social vinculados à benemerência e à caridade. Em caráter conclusivo, apresenta uma análise sobre as tendências descritivas de um campo ainda marcado por incoerências e ambiguidades entre os saberes e os fazeres no cotidiano profissional. Aponta, neste sentido, o necessário amadurecimento conceitual das categorias vigentes, de forma a possibilitar o enfrentamento dos desafios postos pela nova organicidade e paradigma ético-político do SUAS. It was proposed to discuss the Professional Practice, once it is deeply related to the achieved results together with the adolescents, for their lives orientation, even as institutionally or personally. It was identified that there is no way of thinking on the adolescent without thinking on the professional who acts straight with him and faces several situations in the institution, that in some ways could qualify (or not) his everyday s actions. For a better understanding of the institutional dynamic and the professional action, at a first moment, it was contextualized the appearance of the assistance institutions for children and adolescents who, by some means were in situation of high vulnerability, with the focus privileged in the São Paulo s context. Subsequently, the subject of professional practice was worked out, followed by the perspectives of resistance and overcoming. These approaches are due to the fact that the Foundation is considered a historical-social institution which, facing the past political movements, was highlighted for moments of violence and negligence to the rights of the adolescents, but it is found today in a process of change, with the perspective of rights guarantee. In this way, to achieve the understanding of how it is placed the professional practice ruled in the movements of resistance and overcoming, interviews were performed with a social worker (who no longer works for the Foundation) and a psychologist (who still remains in the Foundation) who, from their academic background and knowledge accumulated by their activities in the Foundation contributed/contribute for the institutional dynamic and had/have a significant role in the adolescents life whom they worked / work / Esta dissertação teve como objeto o estudo da prática profissional em uma Instituição de atendimento a adolescentes que cumprem medida socioeducativa de privação de liberdade, a Fundação CASA/São Paulo. Nos propusemos a discutir a Prática Profissional, uma vez que esta está intimamente relacionada aos resultados obtidos junto aos adolescentes, ao direcionamento de suas vidas, tanto institucionalmente quanto pessoalmente. Compreendemos que não há como pensar no adolescente, sem pensar no profissional que atua com ele diretamente e que enfrenta diversas situações na instituição que de algum modo podem qualificar (ou não) suas ações cotidianas. Para melhor entendimento da dinâmica institucional e da ação profissional, em um primeiro momento contextualizamos o surgimento das instituições de atendimento às crianças e aos adolescentes que, de algum modo encontravam-se em situação de alta vulnerabilidade, com o foco privilegiado no contexto paulistano. Posteriormente, trabalhamos a questão da prática profissional e, em seguida, as perspectivas de resistência e de superação. Esses enfoques se devem ao fato de considerarmos a Fundação uma instituição sócio-histórica que, diante dos movimentos políticos vivenciados, foi marcada por momentos seja de violência, seja de negligência aos direitos dos adolescentes, mas que encontra-se hoje em um processo de mudança, com a perspectiva de garantia de direitos. For this, it elects two axles of analysis: the counter-reform of State in health politics and the criminalization of the abortion in Brazil. It is structured in three parts, besides an introduction and the final consideration. In the first part it s showed a historical view and is presented contemporary questions that made their marks in the health politics and the issue of the abortion in Brazil. In the second part, are being developed reflections about the Social Work, first in the perspective of collective labor in health area and the challenges that are in this. After are undertaken reflections about the everyday life and ethics and the rebeats in the profession of social worker. In the third part are presented the results of our research, realized inside a large hospital of SUS in Rio de Janeiro State. First, it has been realized a characterization of the Social Work sector as a whole and after has been analyzed interviews realized with social workers that directly deal with women, in their health issues, in this hospital. This thesis intend to contribute for the critical reflection about the everyday of the work of social workers in the health politics, as well as put forward questions about the importance of SUS, in the original perspective of the social movement of the Sanitary Reform, and of the decriminalization of the abortion in Brazil / A tese tem por objetivo refletir sobre o cotidiano de trabalho dos (as) assistentes sociais na saúde, para tanto elege dois eixos de análise: a contra-reforma do Estado na Saúde e a criminalização do aborto no Brasil. Está estruturada em três partes, além de uma introdução e das considerações finais. Na primeira parte é realizado um panorama histórico e são apresentadas questões contemporâneas que marcam a política de saúde e a questão do aborto no Brasil. Na segunda parte são desenvolvidas reflexões sobre o Serviço Social, primeiramente na perspectiva do trabalho coletivo em saúde e os desafios que aí estão postos. Depois são empreendidas reflexões sobre o cotidiano e a ética e os seus rebatimentos na profissão. Na terceira parte são apresentados os resultados da pesquisa empírica realizada em um grande hospital do SUS no estado do Rio de Janeiro. Primeiramente é realizada uma caracterização do setor de Serviço Social como um todo e depois são analisadas entrevistas realizadas com assistentes sociais que diretamente atendem as mulheres, na suas questões de saúde, neste hospital. The profession of social work is treated in participating in the process of production and reproduction of the entire social life, thus participating social workers, the very process of (re) production of social relations, hence the social significance of this profession. As the real work of worker social is mediated and is conformed to the terms of abstract work, we seek to seize and examine the working professional with a view to the fundamental mediation, inspiring us to do that, the productions of Marilda Villela Iamamoto. Everyday life is understood by all the key activities that characterize the (re) production of men, therefore, as an ontological category, treated here by the social ontology of Marx. In this sense, our reflections on everyday life are based on the production of Hungarian philosophers, György Lukács and Agnes Heller, that, in his Marxist phase. The key activities that mark the (re) production of everyday life of the social subjects of this research are work and motherhood. Otherwise, the contents of the actual work of social workers focus on these same activities as, seek professional answers the needs of survival, with privileged access to such training to the domestic sphere of social life of the individuals with whom they work. In this sense, the premise of the research is the vital relationship between the work of social worker and everyday life in these subjects. We interviewed three social workers and two women who were and / or are served by social workers; we conducted three interviews with each of the interviewees. The research process revealed that the social worker participates in the process of (re) production of social relations through participation in the process of (re) production of everyday life of these subjects / Essa pesquisa procura discutir o trabalho do assistente social e a vida cotidiana dos sujeitos sociais com os quais trabalha. A profissão de Serviço Social é tratada na sua inserção no processo de produção e reprodução da totalidade da vida social, participando assim, o assistente social, do próprio processo de (re) produção das relações sociais, donde o significado social dessa profissão. Como o trabalho concreto do assistente social é mediado e conformado pelas condições do trabalho abstrato, buscamos apreender e examinar o trabalho profissional com vistas a essa fundamental mediação, nos inspirando, para tanto, nas produções de Marilda Villela Iamamoto. A vida cotidiana é compreendida pelo conjunto das atividades fundamentais que caracterizam a (re) produção dos homens, portanto, como uma categoria ontológica, tratada aqui pela ontologia social de Marx. Nesse sentido, nossas reflexões sobre a vida cotidiana se fundamentam nas produções dos filósofos húngaros, György Lukács e Agnes Heller, essa, em sua fase marxista. As atividades fundamentais que marcam a (re) produção da vida cotidiana dos sujeitos sociais dessa investigação são o trabalho e a maternidade. De outra forma, os conteúdos do trabalho concreto do assistente social incidem sobre essas mesmas atividades, uma vez que, respostas profissionais buscam enfrentar às necessidades de sobrevivência, tendo tal profissional acesso privilegiado à esfera doméstica da vida dos sujeitos sociais com os quais trabalha. Nesse sentido, a premissa da investigação é a relação visceral entre o trabalho do assistente social e a vida cotidiana de tais sujeitos. In this study, historical aspects of the Social Work Service are also dealt with, as well as some progress achieved and new perspectives outlined from the SUAS (Social Work Sole System); it is further complemented by the analysis of results of a research carried out with Social Work professionals who act at public institutions in some São Paulo State municipalities. From the results obtained in the research - that denote the existence of a conservative culture backing the discourses and interventions of people interviewed -, it is proposed that reflexions be made with regard to the ethical-political project on the Social Worker profession and, also, that actions be implemented so as to assure a longer reach of social policies, in harmony with the emancipative principles and values guiding it / O documento apresenta estudo sobre a questão da pobreza, ressaltando seu vínculo com a sociedade capitalista e as diferentes abordagens que ela assume diante das políticas sociais brasileiras. Nesse estudo também são tratados aspectos históricos da Política de Assistência Social, bem como alguns avanços obtidos e novas perspectivas que se desenham a partir do SUAS; ele, ainda, é complementado pela análise dos resultados de uma pesquisa realizada com profissionais da Política de Assistência Social que atuam em instituições públicas de alguns municípios do estado de São Paulo. This research subjects were professionals who work on public and private institutions and, concomitantly, were trainee supervisors of students from University of Social Services of Bauru, in 17 cities inside the 7th Administrative region of São Paulo state. The research took quantitative and qualitative data from the answers of 63 people, who answered a list of specific questions. Between these subjects were selected eight professionals who participated of a focal group. The collected data showed that the Social Assistants recognize the relevance of the research on their daily work, point it as a need for a better qualification of the professional work and describe it as a fundamental instrument of reality knowledge as well as the professional demand, attributing it relevance on the directionally professional intervention. Also the research was qualified by the subjects as one way to maintain the professional competence and job on daily work; responsible to forward the professional projects on the direction of the ethic-politic accomplishment inside the profession. The subjects also detached that having a distinguished perspective, this research can be used as a strength way of population struggle, as a possibility of social practices transposition and, per its democratic sign, to mark the subjects take part. They still related that the category uses the research only as an insipient way, attributing its non usage on the professional practice to the leak of habit and research method knowledge, behind the difficulty of a systemization and to the poor tradition of research on the Social Service. They explained that the alteration of this scenario will be possible per a collective construction which must be stimulated and effectuated by the representative agencies (CRESS, CFESS e ABPESS) which should happen during the studies and be present on the agenda and roll of continuous capacitating of theses professionals. Finally it was evident the humility feeling by the subjects and the conception that the current scenario must be improved / Esta tese tem como objetivo geral compreender a vinculação da pesquisa com a prática profissional do assistente social no seu cotidiano institucional, nas diferentes áreas de atuação. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram profissionais que trabalhavam em instituições públicas ou privadas e que, concomitantemente, eram supervisores de campo de estágio de alunos da Faculdade de Serviço Social de Bauru, em 17 municípios da 7ª Região Administrativa do Estado de São Paulo. A pesquisa levantou dados quantitativos e qualitativos, com a participação de 63 sujeitos, que responderam a um questionário. Dentre estes sujeitos foram selecionados oito profissionais para participar do grupo focal. Os dados obtidos evidenciaram que os assistentes sociais reconhecem a relevância da pesquisa no exercício profissional, apontam a sua necessidade para uma maior qualificação do trabalho profissional, e descrevem-na como instrumento fundamental de conhecimento da realidade, bem como das demandas profissionais, atribuindo-lhe relevância no direcionamento à intervenção profissional. Também foi considerada pelos sujeitos como uma das formas de sustentação da competência e da manutenção da profissão no mundo do trabalho; responsável por encaminhar os projetos profissionais na direção da efetivação do projeto ético-político da profissão. Os sujeitos também destacaram que, por ter perspectiva superadora, a pesquisa pode ser trabalhada como uma forma de fortalecimento de luta da população, como possibilidade de transposição das práticas sociais e, pelo seu alcance democrático, marcar a participação dos sujeitos. Os sujeitos afirmaram ainda, que a categoria utiliza a pesquisa de forma incipiente e atribuíram a sua não utilização na prática profissional à falta de hábito e domínio metodológico em pesquisa, à dificuldade de sistematização e à pouca tradição de pesquisa no Serviço Social. Evidenciaram que a alteração deste quadro será possível por uma construção coletiva, que deve ser estimulada e efetivada pelos órgãos representativos (CRESS, CFESS e ABPESS) e que deve acontecer na formação, bem como fazer-se presente na agenda e nas pautas da capacitação continuada dos profissionais. Ficou evidenciado o sentimento de humildade e de consciência por parte dos sujeitos quanto à necessidade de superação do quadro atual

Tem como base de análise a teoria Dialética e o método adotado, foi a técnica de Analise de Discurso, com vista a qualificar mais a pesquisa, bem como, a consulta em bibliografias, artigos e revistas da área do Serviço Social; a pesquisa se deu por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas, orientadas pelo instrumento denominado de roteiro de entrevista. Buscou-se evidencias a partir da compreensão desses sujeitos expressos através das falas analisadas, de como essa dimensão técnico-operativa, assim como os instrumentos utilizados, comparecem nas ações práticas dos assistentes sociais no momento das intervenções profissionais, bem como, saber o porquê da dificuldade de compreensão da relação teoria e prática nesses espaços sócio-ocupacionais. Como resultados preliminares, verificou-se que nas intervenções profissionais, os assistentes sociais vêm apresentando dificuldades de compreensão a cerca da teoria social crítica, impactando dessa forma, no uso da instrumentação técnica, ora tendendo para a concepção tecnicista, ora tendendo para a concepção teoricista, reproduzindo-se assim, a polêmica histórica no interior do Serviço Social. / The thesis presented here, proposes the critical study of professional intervention, particularly in the field of social assistance policy, within the design of the technicaloperative dimension, where 05 social workers who work in the Centres of Reference for Social Welfare attended - CRAS, geographically located in the Metropolitan Region of Belém-Pa, this techno-operative, located within the National Policy for Social assistance - PNA / 2004 study made possible through the use of technical tools that appeared in the speech of the subjects of this research, ie in their professional interventions in 2013 in order to identify possible inconsistencies arising from the tension within the category, concerning the controversy about the relationship between theory and practice involved in the absence of debates on the articulation of theoretical and methodological relationship, ethical-political and technical-operational by these professionals. It is based on analysis of the Dialectic theory and the method adopted was the technique of content analysis to support the qualitative research, which took place in a semi-structured interviews, guided by an instrument called a structured interview. We sought evidence from the speeches analyzed, how this technician-operative dimension, as well as instruments attend the practical actions of the social workers at the time of professional interventions, as well as knowing why the difficulty of understanding the relationship between theory and practice these spaces socio-occupational.

Desta forma, a resiliência enquanto instrumental teórico-metodológico poderá dar suporte às teorias do Serviço Social, no que se refere à intervenção e avaliação, por meio da mediação entre mecanismos de risco e proteção, facilitando a ação-reflexão-ação. / This work is master in theoretical and methodological construction, developed through bibliographic research, resilience questionnaire in Social Work prepared especially for this research, semi -structured interviews with 10 social workers who work in Special Social Protection of Medium and High Complexity of Belem do Pará, these 3 Specialized Reference Centers and Social Care and 7 spaces Care for children, adolescents, women victims of violence and homeless adults. That work has identified resilience while coping process, strengthening resilience and, in this work of professional social workers, showing that it can be used as a theoretical and methodological tool that has the Guarantee of Rights as important protective mechanism to block factors risk. Thus, resilience as a theoretical - methodological tools can support the theories of Social Work, as relates to the assessment and intervention, through the mediation between risk and protective mechanisms, facilitating the action-reflection-action.
