El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar si existe una relación entre la actitud del consumidor hacia el anuncio y la intención de compra generada por el influenciador de moda en Instagram, para las MYPES en Lima Moderna. El panorama actual propone la implementación del “Influencer Marketing” como una estrategia impulsora frente a un mercado global en el cual el consumidor está más informado y confía en opiniones de expertos que brindan sus experiencias de moda. Surge entonces la necesidad de que las micro y pequeñas empresas logren comprender la importancia del Marketing Digital dentro de su plan estratégico, con el fin de incrementar su cartera de clientes y ser más competitivos en el mercado global. En base a ello, las MYPES en Lima moderna utilizarán influenciadores en redes sociales que generan mayor credibilidad en los usuarios. Sin embargo, en Lima Moderna aún existe indiferencia hacia el Marketing Digital. Es por ello que resulta fundamental lograr que las MYPES conozcan el efecto que tiene el Marketing Digital sobre el consumidor actual. También se buscó identificar quienes son los influenciadores de moda más seguidos por los jóvenes. Asimismo, a partir del análisis de regresión múltiple utilizado en la herramienta SPSS, se demostró que todas las variables usadas en el presente estudio influyen en la intención de compra. / The main objective of this research work is to determine if there is a relationship between the attitude of the consumer towards the advertisement and the purchase intention generated by the influence of fashion on Instagram, for the MYPES in Modern Lima. The current scenario proposes the implementation of "influence marketing" as an impulsive strategy against a global market in which the consumer is more informed and confident in the opinions of the experts who provide their fashion experiences. The need arises for micro and small companies to understand the importance of Digital Marketing within their strategic plan, in order to increase their client base and be more competitive in the global market. In this sense, the MYPES in Lima will used that strategy to improve the credibility of users. However, in Modern Lima there is still indifference towards Digital Marketing. That is why it is essential to achieve that the MYPES join the effect that Digital Marketing has on the current consumer. We also seek to identify who is the fashion influence most followed by young people. 大學生的社會焦慮與其相關因素之研究 / Social anxiety and its correlates among college students in Taiwan

本研究旨在瞭解台灣地區大學生社會焦慮的現況,並探討影響社會焦慮的相關因素;其次,探討社會焦慮對溝通行為造成之影響;最後,再探討影響溝通行為之相關因素。 本研究取樣對象為台灣地區公私立大學院校學生,有效樣本共計572人(男生274人,女生298人)。所採用的研究工具包括「互動焦慮量表」、「外表知覺量表」、「依附風格量表」、「目標導向量表」、「間接談話風格量表」和「溝通滿意度量表」六種。研究中所使用的統計方法包括皮爾森積差相關、單因子多變量變異數分析和典型相關。 本研究的主要結果如下: 一.社會焦慮的現況方面: 大學生的社會焦慮接近中等程度,大學生表示在一般社會互動情境中最容易感到害羞、不自在;其次,與權威人物互動時會感到相當程度的焦慮;而在陌生情境則會感到有點焦慮。 二.性別、依附風格、外表知覺及目標導向與社會焦慮之關係: (一)男生的陌生情境焦慮顯著高於女生;女生則比男生更容易在社會情境中感到緊張、不自在。 (二)逃避型與焦慮矛盾型的大學生顯著比安全型的大學生更容易感到社會焦慮。 (三)大學生外表知覺中的「性感魅力」、「外表自評」與社會焦慮之負相關最高。 (四)大學生目標導向中的「成長取向」、「証明取向」與社會焦慮中的「緊張彆扭」之負相關最高。  三.社會焦慮與間接談話風格、溝通滿意度之關係: (一)大學生的社會焦慮與間接談話風格之關係:「緊張彆扭」與「間接詮釋」之負相關最高;而「權威人物焦慮」、「陌生情境焦慮」與「間接表達」之間呈正相關。 (二)大學生的社會焦慮與溝通滿意度有顯著的負相關,其中「陌生情境焦慮」、「緊張彆扭」與「對談話整體性的滿意反應」之負相關最高。 四.性別、依附風格、外表知覺及目標導向與間接談話風格、溝通滿意度之關係: (一)性別在溝通行為上之差異:男生顯著地比女生更常使用間接談話風格;而女生的溝通滿意度顯著高於男生。 (二)依附風格在溝通行為上之差異:逃避型與焦慮矛盾型顯著地比安全型的大學生更常用間接的方式來表達;其溝通滿意度也顯著低於安全型的大學生。 (三)外表知覺與溝通行為之關係:「外表對人際之影響」、「外表對事業之影響」與間接談話風格呈顯著的正相關;「外表自評」、「性感魅力」、「重視外表」與「對談話整體性的滿意反應」之正相關最高。 (四)目標導向與溝通行為之關係:「証明取向」、「成長取向」與「間接詮釋」之正相關最高;「成長取向」、「証明取向」與「對談話整體性的滿意反應」、「自由互動」之正相關最高。  五.大學生的依附風格、外表知覺及目標導向與社會焦慮、間接談話風格、溝通滿意度之間共可抽出四組顯著的典型相關。 本研究根據上述結果加以討論,並提出若干建議以供未來研究及教育與輔導工作之參考。 / The first purpose of this study was to assess the degree of social anxiety of college students in Taiwan. The second purpose was to investigate how gender, attachment style, physical attractiveness and goal orientation approach related to social anxiety. The third purpose was to study how social anxiety influences style of language use and communication satisfaction. The Chinese versions of the Interaction and Social Anxiousness Scale (Leary, 1983), Attachment Scale (Mikulincer, 1990), Goal Orientation Inventory (Dykman, 1998), Physical Attractiveness Inventory (Wu & Liu, 1994), Conversational Indirectness Scale (Holtgraves, 1997), and Interpersonal Communication Satisfaction Inventory (Hecht, 1978) were administered to 572 college students from 13 universities in Taiwan. The results supported most hypotheses. College students’ social anxiety was of moderate degree, but significantly higher than the American samples reported in Leary’s study (1983). There was no difference between males and females on overall social anxiety; however, males were more anxious in meeting strangers and females felt more uncomfortable in social situation. In comparison with secure students, both avoidant and anxious-ambivalent students were significantly more socially anxious. The more students perceived themselves to be physically unattractive, the more socially anxious they felt. Both growth-seeking and validation-seeking goal orientation approaches were negatively correlated with social anxiety. The study also found that social anxiety was positively and significantly correlated with indirectness of conversation, but negatively and significantly correlated with interpersonal communication satisfaction.

The appreciation of nature and landscape by tourism service providers and visitors in the Ore Mountains (Germany)

The paper presents empirical studies on the appreciation of nature and landscape in the Eastern Ore Mountains (Saxony, Germany) by tourism service providers (TSP) and visitors. Attractive landscape and experience of nature are the most important reasons to visit this region and to spend leisure time there. Particularly mountain meadows, raised bogs and mixed forests are highly appreciated. Deforestation, industrial development and the decline of biodiversity would reduce attractiveness for visitors. We also assessed whether the tourism sector is prepared to contribute to the funding of nature conservation and landscape management. Use of general tax revenues is favoured, but other modes would also be accepted, e.g. a nature tax. Willingness to pay (WTP) is ranging between €0.75 and €1.36 per guest per night by TSP, or between €1.06 and €2.73 per day by visitors. With respect to landscape preference and WTP we found in some cases significant differences among visitors, depending on region of residence, age and education level. A major part of the annual costs for nature conservation and landscape could be covered by public funds (taxes), if the results of the WTP approach were understood as a sign of societal demand and a call to action.

本研究欲探討以個人認知需求為調節變項,考量框架效應和個人與工作適配度,是否對工作預期和求職吸引力產生影響。先前Buda和Charnov (2003)的研究僅闡釋低認知需求較易受框架效應影響,而本研究則欲進一步瞭解,是否高認知需求者在評估求職吸引力時,受個人與工作適配度影響較大。本研究採2x2 x2受試者間之實驗設計,所操弄獨變項為:框架效應(正負相框架訊息)。依變項為「求職吸引力」,「認知需求」為調節變項。 本研究之受試者為204位大學生,研究結果顯示個人與工作適配度與求職吸引力有正相關,當個人與工作適配度愈高,求職吸引力愈高。當應徵者為高認知需求者,個人與工作適配度與求職吸引力間的關係高於應徵者為低認知需求者。研究者分別就結果加以討論,提出可能的解釋,並檢討本研究之限制與貢獻。

The role of genetic diversity in human sexual selection : is the MHC special?

[Truncated abstract] The assumption that facial attractiveness signals mate quality is central to current evolutionary theories of human sexual selection. Evidence for direct links between attractiveness and mate quality is, however, scarce, and the exact nature of mate quality remains the subject of debate. Mate quality may include genetic diversity, because genome-wide diversity has been linked to individual fitness, and diversity within the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) has been associated with immunocompetence and health in many species. This thesis investigates whether individual genetic diversity plays a role in human sexual selection. The main aim is to examine whether MHC diversity, compared to genetic diversity in general, is especially important for mate preferences, health and mating success. The four studies herein are based on data collected from a large sample of heterosexual, Caucasian males and females. Participants were photographed, provided a DNA sample, and completed questionnaires regarding sexual history and health. Genetic diversity was calculated as both mean heterozygosity (H) and standardised mean-d2 (d2), separately for 12 MHC microsatellite loci and 11 nonMHC loci. The photographs were rated for various attractive features by opposite-sex raters. The first study investigated whether MHC diversity influences preferences for facial appearance in a potential mate, and if so, are they specific to the MHC and are they mediated by specific facial characteristics? I found that MHC-H, but not nonMHCH, positively predicted male facial attractiveness, and that this relationship was mediated by facial averageness. For females, nonMHC-d2 predicted facial symmetry, and potentially attractiveness. These findings indicate that faces contain visual cues to mate quality in both males and females, providing support for evolutionary theories that our preferences are adaptations for identifying mates of high quality. ... Measuring them both allowed me to tease apart their effects on mate preferences, and on health and mating success. Indeed, the MHC appears to be especially important in sexual selection as MHC diversity predicted female mate preferences after controlling for nonMHC diversity, and MHC dissimilarity predicted male mate preferences after controlling for nonMHC dissimilarity. Moreover, although MHC diversity did not appear to influence males’ preference for females, it did predict female mating success, suggesting that males also attend to MHC-related cues, although perhaps non-facial cues, when seeking mates. Additionally, nonMHC diversity predicted both male preferences for female faces and health, suggesting that such preferences are adaptive. Importantly, by providing direct links between facial attractiveness and biological markers of individual quality, genetic diversity, these results support the commonly held assumption that facial attractiveness signals mate quality.

Hållbar förnyelse av miljonprogramsområden / Sustainable development of areas from the Million homes programme

Purpose: The Million homes programme is a major part of the total housing stock in Sweden. Substantial and costly renovations will be required to meet the modern-day requirements. The aim of this report is to explore how attractiveness and the social, economic and ecological sustainability of housing estates can be improved. The objective is to give hands-on proposals for improvement, presented in a program for action, which makes housing estates built during the Million homes programme more attractive and sustainable. Method: Case studies of three housing estates built during the Million homes programme has been carried out through literature studies and interviews, to investigate measures to improve the attractiveness and sustainability, and asses their impact. Findings: To increase the attractiveness, a mixed development should be obtained, measures must be done without increasing the rents too much, the residents should have a say in the renovation works, the area's reputation should be strengthened, and security and transportation should be improved. Social sustainability can be promoted through respect and communication with tenants, improved community, more people in motion in the area, employment of tenants and mixed ownership. To promote ecological sustainability energy-saving measures and investments in renewable energy should be carried out while taking the character of the buildings into consideration. Energy saving measures are often economically profitable. If the social sustainability is improved economic gains can be done, and a long-term perspective is important. To coordinate actions and preserve functioning components is good for the economic sustainability. The results are presented in a program for action, and the measures can be considered universal and applicable to Million homes programme housing estates, but must be adapted to the context. Implications: Sweden's environmental and energy goals can only be achieved if energy efficiency and resource saving measures are carried out in existing buildings. However, consideration needs to be taken between investment costs and effects of the taken measures. Energy saving measures provides both economic and ecological benefits. Social sustainability can be enhanced by working actively with social issues. Sustainable initiatives can increase the attractiveness. An increased attractiveness provides greater economic gains. The plan for action that has been developed is appropriate for use by property owners when the sustainability and attractiveness is going to be improved in housing estates from the Million homes programme. Limitations: Case studies of three housing estates from the Million homes programme have been carried out, with interviews as the primary method technique. The plan for action is synoptic, and must be adapted to each area's unique circumstances. The range of services in an area is important for the attractiveness, but is not discussed in this report. / Syfte: Miljonprogrammets bostäder utgör en stor del av Sveriges totala bostadsbestånd. Stora och kostsamma renoveringsåtgärder kommer krävas för att byggnaderna ska uppfylla nutida krav. Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka hur attraktiviteten och den sociala, ekonomiska och ekologiska hållbarheten i flerbostadshusområden från miljonprogrammet kan förbättras. Målet med arbetet är att ge konkreta förbättrings- förslag, redovisade i ett åtgärdsprogram, som gör bostadsområden byggda under miljonprogrammet mer attraktiva och hållbara. Metod: Fallstudier av tre flerbostadshusområden byggda under miljonprogramsåren har utförts genom litteraturstudier och intervjuer. Detta för att undersöka attraktivitets- och hållbarhetshöjande åtgärder, samt utvärdera deras effekter. Resultat: För att öka attraktiviteten bör blandad bebyggelse eftersträvas, åtgärder måste göras utan att hyresnivån höjs alltför mycket, de boende bör ha inflytande i förnyelsearbetena, områdets rykte bör stärkas samt trygghet och transportmöjligheter förbättras. Den sociala hållbarheten kan främjas genom hänsyn till och kommunikation med hyresgäster, förbättrad gemenskap, fler människor i rörelse i området, syssel- sättning av hyresgäster och blandade upplåtelseformer. För att främja den ekologiska hållbarheten bör energibesparande åtgärder och investeringar i förnyelsebar energi utföras, samtidigt som hänsyn tas till bebyggelsen karaktär. Energibesparande åtgärder är dessutom ofta ekonomiskt lönsamma. Då den sociala hållbarheten främjas kan samhällsekonomiska vinster göras och ett långsiktigt perspektiv är viktigt. Att sam- ordna åtgärder och bevara fungerande komponenter gynnar den ekonomiska hållbarheten. Resultaten redovisas i ett åtgärdsprogram, där åtgärderna kan anses generella och tillämpliga på flerbostadshusområden från miljonprogramsåren, men måste anpassas till det aktuella området. Konsekvenser: Sveriges miljö- och energimål kan endast uppnås om energi- effektiviserande och resurssparande åtgärder utförs i befintlig bebyggelse. Dock måste avvägande göras mellan investeringskostnader och åtgärders effekter. Energibespar- ande åtgärder ger både ekonomiska och ekologiska vinster. Den sociala hållbarheten kan förbättras genom aktivt arbete med sociala frågor. Hållbarhetsarbete kan även öka attraktiviteten. Ökad attraktivitet ger dessutom större ekonomiska vinster. Framtaget åtgärdsprogram kan användas av fastighetsägare för att förbättra hållbarheten och attraktiviteten i flerbostadshusområden från miljonprogramsåren. Begränsningar: Fallstudier av tre flerbostadshusområden från miljonprogramsåren har genomförts, med intervju som huvudsaklig metodteknik. Åtgärdsprogrammet är över- gripande, och måste anpassas efter varje områdes unika förutsättningar. Serviceutbudet i ett område är viktigt för attraktiviteten, men behandlas inte i denna rapport.

The diploma thesis is focused on the role of appearance in electoral decision making in the presence of political information and voters' characteristics. In the theoretical part experimental researches and real elections researches, which are focused on the appearance of political candidates, are presented. The results highlight the presence of stereotyped thinking in electoral decision making, the influence of the appearance of attractive candidates and the perceived competencies, that have a predominantly positive effect on electoral success, the negative evaluation of candidates with higher weight, and the inconsistent evaluation of ethnicity and gender of political candidates. Current research has shown that a political program, shared values and personalities at the head of political parties have been selected in the elections of political parties, and in the fictitious elections the candidate with the same political attitude has the greatest chance of success. However, the appearance of political candidates affects the success of candidates even in the presence of political attitudes and the characteristics of the respondents. Preferred is the attractiveness of the candidate and the appearance of competence, which is controlled by attractiveness and older age. A nice look of political...

Cette thèse se propose de procéder à une évaluation multidimensionnelle des opérations de requalification ou restructuration urbaine des favelas dans une perspective de développement territorial durable, plus spécifiquement centrée sur la région métropolitaine de Recife. en effet, dans cette agglomération, les habitations populaires, cortiços (habitations collectives), favelas, mocambos (mot d´origine angolaise pour désigner des taudis) après avoir fait l´objet de politique d´éradication par les pouvoirs publics, entre les années 1940 et 1980, sont aujourd´hui requalifiées sur place ou dans des grands ensembles insérés dans le tissu urbain. l'étude de ces opérations nous permettra de préciser les enjeux et d'évaluer les impacts tant sociaux que territoriaux des projets de requalification de l'habitat précaire dans l'ensemble des villes brésiliennes, et au-delà du brésil, dans toutes les villes marquées par une forte présence de l'habitat illégal.au total, à partir du cas de Recife, la thèse entend vérifier deux hypothèses initiales complémentaires : -la favela ne se résume pas à un espace urbain marginalisé, mais se définit à la fois par son contenu social et les rôles spécifiques qu'elle remplit dans le fonctionnement de l'économie et de la société globales brésiliennes. -les opérations de requalification ou restructuration urbaine ne procèdent pas nécessairement du développement territorial durable et n'agissent pas sur les causes du fait favelado. / The city of Recife was historically structured according to a fragmented spacial and urban pattern, which has been translated mainly by dissemination onto the urban fabric of substandard settlements with poor living conditions, isolated from the rest of the city. In the eighties, after a long period of eradication of those settlements, the Special Zones of Social Interest - ZEIS, in Portuguese - were instituted by one local law in a context of social inequalities deeply rooted within Brazilian society. Through political choice, this instrument aimed to keep those areas temporarily isolated from the rest of the city, protected from the private market’s housing laws, in order to promote effective improvements on the residents’ living conditions, inserting them on the urban fabric. / A cidade do Recife se estruturou historicamente segundo um padrão espacial e social fragmentado que se traduziu principalmente pela disseminação no tecido urbano de assentamentos precários com baixas condições de habitabilidade, isolados do resto da cidade. Nos anos 1980, depois de um longo tempo de erradicação desses assentamentos, as Zonas Especiais de Interesse Social - ZEIS foram instituídas por lei municipal num contexto de desigualdades sociais profundamente enraizadas na sociedade brasileira. Por escolha política, esse instrumento visou manter essas áreas provisoriamente isoladas do resto da cidade, protegidas das leis do mercado privado de moradias, para poder promover efetivas melhorias das condições de habitabilidade dos moradores, inserindoas no tecido urbano.

La glisse au coeur des résistances et contestations face à l’institutionnalisation des territoires du surf en Aquitaine / Surfriding as the resistance and protest facing the institutionalization of the surfers’ territories in the Aquitaine region

Cette recherche examine d’une part le caractère ontologique de la spatialisation des surfeurs et appréhende d’autrepart la nature des politiques publiques territorialisées en faveur du surf. Dans le cadre du rapport du surfeur à la vague, onobserve qu’à travers l’acte de glisse, les surfeurs métamorphosent le lieu et produisent leurs espaces de pratique. Ilsnourrissent ainsi le sentiment d’être-au-monde induit par l’habitabilité de la vague, la cosmogonisation de la vague. Enréhabilitant le concept d’habiter forgé par Martin Heidegger, on élabore les contours d’une géographie de l’intime penséecomme l’étude de l’espace habité afin d’envisager « la géographicité » des surfeurs, leurs « prises trajectives », leur« condition géographique ». On distingue donc les termes de lieu et d’espace en démontrant que le premier est atopique,insignifiant tandis que le second est sacralisé. On entend alors dépasser une lecture de l’espace présupposé comme déjàacquis pour l’homme et abordé comme seul support de ses spatialités. Par ailleurs, on examine comment les néoterritorialités sportives induites par la démocratisation du surf sur la côte aquitaine bouleversent la structuration des stations balnéaires fondée sur plus de deux siècles de développement touristique. Les pouvoirs publics, forts de la réhabilitation de l’image du surfeur dans le paysage médiatique, et conscients des enjeux territoriaux inhérents à la promotion de cette pratique sportive, accompagnent l’ancrage du surf et orchestrent une intégration sociospatiale du surf au sein des espaces urbains de ces stations balnéaires. Quant à l’institutionnalisation des territoires du surf, déclinée dans les outils de prospective et de planification territoriale, elle se traduit par « une mise en scène (géo-)graphique » du potentiel récréatif du littoral aquitain, une diversification de l’offre sportive au bénéfice d’un renforcement de l’attractivité touristique. Mais cette institutionnalisation des territoires du surf n’est pas sans provoquer des résistances et contestations de la part de certains surfeurs. Celles-ci, jusqu’ici présentées comme des luttes intestines et stigmatisées dans le seul champ de la déviance, sont alors présentées comme les manifestations d’un désir de préserver la dimension ontologique de l’espace-vague habité. À l’heure où le surf est mobilisé pour réenchanter le littoral aquitain, certains surfeurs, désenchantés vis-à-vis d’un tel projet de développement touristique, résistent et contestent en réponse à ce qu’ils ressentent comme une atteinte à leur existentialité. / This study investigates the ontological feature of the surfers’ spatialization on the one hand and, on the other hand, it endeavours to comprehend the public policies as far as surfriding is concerned. We establish that surfriding enables the surfriders to transform the place and create their own practicing spaces. Hence, they nurse their being into the world inferred by the dwellingness and the cosmogonization of the wave. By way of referring to Martin Heidegger’s concept ofdwelling, we have worked out a geography of the intimate to analyse the dwellt space. We have set apart the notions of placeand space revealing that the first term is meaningless whereas the second notion is made sacred. Moreover, this thesis examines to what extent the sport neoterritoriality induced by the surfriding democratisation on the Aquitaine coastline disrupts the seaside resorts’ organization based on more than two centuries of tourism development. The authorities promote the sociospatial integration of surfriding amidst the urban spaces of the seaside resorts. Through potentialstudy and territorial planning relating to surfriding, the authorities endeavour to strengthen the tourism attractiveness of thecoastline. Confronted with this institutionalization of their territories, some surfers have raised a protest which expresses their will to preserve the ontological dimension of the dwellt wave. While surfring is used to glorify the littoral of the Aquitaine region, some surfers, who are disillusioned by this project of tourism development, protest against what they feel like aninfringement of their existentiality.
