O objetivo é investigar os discursos que afirmam e negam os direitos coletivos aos Militares Estaduais e como lidam com a contradição em torno da ideia de cidadania, com base na caminhada do Clube de Cabos e Soldados da Polícia Militar do Pará (CCSPMPA). O esforço resgata as relações estabelecidas entre oficiais e praças, suas vivencias da caserna (dominação, hierarquia, disciplina,...) e suas respectivas percepções em relação aos direitos individuais, (des)respeito às leis vigentes, participações nos Movimentos Reivindicatórios e evolução em busca do direito de ter direitos; os resultados foram obtidos a partir da pesquisa de campo e do emprego da história oral; o corte temporal alcança o período de 1976/2012. Os resultados obtidos indicam que as Polícias Militares apresentam características de instituições totais, fechadas, petrificadas, de estrutura escalar e verticalizada, que funciona a partir de determinações dos mais para os menos graduados, onde os Policiais Militares são explorados, dominados pela hierarquia e disciplina rígidas e convivem sem nenhuma oportunidade de organização coletiva, sendo pois cidadãos não plenos; quanto aos movimentos reivindicatórios, percebe-se que expressam discordâncias entre a cidadania e o militarismo e que apesar da dominação os policiais militares tem vontade de participar, de direcionar seus próprios caminhos a partir da concepção coletiva. A ausência de direitos coletivos afasta essa categoria de servidores públicos do direito de ter direitos. / This work show an analyses of the formation´s process of the Association of Military Policies from State of Pará, their fight strategies and the relation with the government. The goal is to investigate the speeches that confirm and deny the collective rights to the militaries from state and how the deal with the contradiction around the citizenship idea, basing on the walk to Cabo´s and Soldiers of Military Policies from State of Pará´s Club (CCSPMPA). The effort rescue the relation established between the military officer and the soldier, their life in barrack (domination, hierarchy, discipline…) and their perspectives about the individual rights, respect and disrespect to laws, participation on claiming movements and the evolution and search for the right to have rights, the results were found though the field research and the oral history; the time cut reaches the period f 1976-2012. The results show that Militaries Officers have characteristics of totals, closed, petrified institutions with scale and vertically structure , that work thought some determinations to the most graduated to the less graduated, where the military officers are explored, dominated by the hierarchy and strength discipline and live without opportunity to have an collective organization, which makes of them not complete citizens; about the motives of demand, we can see the expression that talks about disagreement between the citizenship and the militarism and that despite the domination the military officers wants to participate, to direct their own ways though the collective conception. The absence of collective rights deviate this category of public servicers from the right to have rights.

Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro / Esta dissertação foi elaborada a partir do livro Rupestre Contemporâneo, Nadam Guerra e 10 anos do Grupo UM, que integrou a exposição de mesmo nome realizada em outubro e novembro de 2013 na Galeria de Arte do IBEU com Curadoria de Bernardo Mosqueira. Nesta exposição individual de Nadam Guerra foram apresentadas obras em parceria de Nadam Guerra com Leo Liz, Aline Elias, Euclides Terra, Domingos Guimaraens e Juca Amélio. O texto é construído na forma de diálogo entre os artistas do Grupo UM e convidados pensando a produção e o histórico do grupo além de temas das práticas artísticas atuais como criação coletiva, diluição da identidade, alterego, escritas de si, convergência de linguagem artísticas, arte, vida, ficção, os modos de produção e circulação da arte no mundo. Ao que se acrescenta mais duas camadas de discurso nas notas de pé de página e em comentários laterais criando um texto polifônico de teoria de artista. / This work is based on the book Rupestre Contemporâneo, Nadam Guerra e 10 anos de Grupo UM (Contemporary Rupestre, Nadam Guerra and 10 years of Grupo UM ), which was part of the exhibition with the same name held in October and November 2013 in IBEU Art gallery, curated by Bernardo Mosqueira. In this Nadam Guerras solo exhibition it has shown works in partnership with Nadam Guerra Leo Liz, Aline Elias, Euclides Terra e Juca Amélio. The text is constructed in the form of dialogue between artists from Grupo UM and guests thinking production and the group's history as well as topics of current artistic practices as collective creation, identity dilution alter ego, written themselves, convergence of artistic language, art, life, fiction, modes of production and art movement in the world. Para elaborar esse ponto de vista recorremos à ergonomia da atividade, à perspectiva ergológica e à psicodinâmica do trabalho, nos valendo especialmente do que essas disciplinas/abordagens/perspectivas puderam oferecer a respeito do tema das competências e da dimensão coletiva da atividade. Um panorama do universo da mineração de carvão e das lutas históricas dos trabalhadores pela autogestão do trabalho e da produção também compuseram nosso referencial para a análise. Nossa ida a campo se apoiou na metodologia da Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho, enriquecida por outras influências fundamentais para adaptá-la à realidade estudada e aos nossos objetivos de pesquisa. O resultado dessa experiência mostra que a luta dos trabalhadores da COOPERMINAS pela autogestão do trabalho e da produção está longe de cessar. Se por um lado podemos afirmar que importantes conquistas foram alcançadas pela resistência cotidiana dos trabalhadores favorecendo o bem estar das pessoas e a eficácia da produção, por outro, apontamos uma série de limitações que decorrem das contradições impostas por um cenário adverso no qual a luta dos trabalhadores se configura como um projeto extremamente conflitivo. O olhar para a atividade, orientado pelos conceitos de competências e coletivos de trabalho, foi fundamental para a elaboração dessa análise. / The purpose of this thesis is analyze the work management from the perspective of the activity in a coal mine in a struggle for self-management, thus contributing to the studies about workers recovered companies in Brazil. To elaborate this point of view we use the activity ergonomics, the ergological perspective and the psychodynamics of the work, making use especially of what these disciplines / approaches / perspectives might offer about the subject of skills and collective dimension on activity. A panorama of coal mining universe and historical workers struggles for self-management also composed our benchmark for analysis. Our trip to the field of this study was based on the methodology of Ergonomic Work Analysis, enriched by other influences fundamental to adapt it to the reality studied and our research objectives. The result of this experiment shows that the struggle of COOPERMINAS workers for self-management is far from ceasing. On the one hand we can say that significant achievements have been made by the daily resistance of workers favoring the well-being of people and the efficiency of production, on the other, we point out a number of limitations arising from the contradictions imposed by an adverse scenario in which the struggle of workers is configured as a highly conflictive project. The look for the activity, guided by the concepts of skills and collective was essential to prepare the analysis.

Um dos aspectos concernentes à política de indexação diz respeito à conversão retrospectiva de dados e à compatibilidade de linguagem de indexação entre integrantes de um mesmo sistema cooperativo. Com o advento das tecnologias, foi possível pensar em cooperação entre bibliotecas e, conseqüentemente, em catalogação cooperativa. Esse novo panorama da catalogação trouxe um grande avanço para área: agilização da catalogação, diminuindo o tempo de serviço e otimizando esse processo, uma vez que há o aproveitamento de registros bibliográficos copiados de outras bases de dados. No entanto, houve outra conseqüência: o processo de identificação de assunto por meio da análise foi simplificado, reduzindo-o a uma simples operação de cópia , contemplando a forma do documento, e deixando de lado o conteúdo . Essa simplificação da prática nos remete a uma questão teórica e conceitual muito discutida, porém ainda não sedimentada, na área de Biblioteconomia: a conceituação de indexação e catalogação de assunto. A tese dessa pesquisa é considerar que as incoerências cometidas durante a indexação são resultados de desconhecimento da catalogação de forma e de conteúdo pelo bibliotecário, da ausência de política e manual de indexação para bibliotecas que serviriam como orientações ao trabalho do indexador e instrumento para sua formação em serviço, além de uma sistemática para identificação de conceitos. / Abstract: The indexing policy must be represented by means of a philosophy that reflects the system's aims. One of the aspects concerning the indexing policy is relating to the data retrospective conversion and the compatibility of indexing language among members of a same cooperative system. The appearing of the technologies made it possible to think of cooperation among libraries and, consequentely, of cooperative cataloguing. The new scene of the cataloguing brought a great advance to the field: agility of cataloguing, decreasing the time of service and optimizing this process, since it is possible the utilization of bibliographic records copied from other databases. Nevertheless, there were other consequence: the process of subject's cataloguing (indexing) was simplified reducing it to a simple operation of "copy", taking into account the document's "form", disregarding the "content". This practice simplification refers to a theoretical and high discussed conceptual matter, not yet well sedimented in Librarianship: the concept of indexing and subject cataloguing. The thesis of this research considers that the incoherences made during the indexing are results of non-discerment between descriptive cataloguing and subject cataloguing by the librarian, of the absence of policy and handbook of indexing for libraries which would be useful as guidelines to the indexer's work and instrument to his education in service, besides a systematics to identify concepts. We intend to present a theoretical methodological proposal for the working up of guidelines of indexing policy for the building of cooperative catalogs in university libraries, by means of the indexing process, from the socio-cognitive approach with librarians and users in the context of the university library, and in the conceptual perspective of the theoretical aspects that involve the indexing and the subject cataloguing. / Doutor

The contemporary social pluralism is seen as a set of perspectives from that derive the collective interests, marked by the multiplicity of subjects with identity demands, and as an expression, many times, of human rights categories. The repeated disregard of collective interests, massified in the context of the welfare state, led to the creation of legal instruments for collective protection. The research highlights the public civil action. The breadth of claims that may be conveyed by the public civil action makes possible the protection of goods and interests of more immediate utility for social groups and the community as a whole, compared to the traditional object of popular action. The public civil action is not seen as just a quirky Brazilian legal-procedural instrument, but as a space of representation of social interests in the current stage of democracy. In order to better understand the historical and cultural arrangements of structure formation of the Brazilian judicial protection of collective and diffuse rights, is traced a brief global overview of the development of instruments for the defense of these rights. The management of the public civil action supposed a transformative potential, suitable for reflections of philosophical and hermeneutic perspectives on the new constitutionalism‘s milestones, since there is little research on the effectiveness and the efficiency of the management of this instrument in Brazil, especially with respect to the conjugated achievement of fundamental rights treated as a inseparable complex in current constitutional order. The instruments of collective protection, that were born in the context of mass society, hardly been consolidated in Brazil and already have its foundations - the Social State of Law and the positivistic hermeneutics - in check. In this monograph, are exposed and analyzed specific cases of public civil actions in Goiás. Statistical data related of these collective actions in Goiânia are considered in evaluating the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the public civil action in defense of collective interests and in assessing the role played by civil society associations and Ministério Público. This is a study that brought together the theoretical and empirical perspectives, and with it, tried to make a realistic diagnosis about the efficiency and effectiveness of the public civil action as an instrument of collective protection of representative social interests of human rights, in an effort to interdisciplinary approach of the subject. / A presente dissertação faz uma análise da proteção jurisdicional de direitos coletivos e difusos no Brasil. O pluralismo social contemporâneo é encarado como um conjunto de perspectivas das quais derivam os interesses coletivos, marcados pela multiplicidade de sujeitos com identidade de demandas, e como expressão, muitas vezes, de categorias de direitos humanos. A reiterada desconsideração de interesses coletivos, massificados no contexto do Estado Social, ensejou a criação de instrumentos judiciais para a tutela coletiva. A pesquisa destaca a ação civil pública. A amplitude de pretensões que podem ser veiculadas por meio da ação civil pública torna possível a defesa de bens e interesses de utilidade mais imediata para grupos sociais e a coletividade como um todo, em comparação ao tradicional objeto da ação popular. A ação civil pública não é vista apenas como um peculiar instrumento jurídicoprocessual brasileiro, mas como um espaço de representação de interesses sociais no atual estágio da democracia. A fim de melhor compreender os arranjos histórico-culturais da formação da estrutura brasileira de proteção jurisdicional de direitos coletivos e difusos, é traçado um breve panorama mundial do desenvolvimento de instrumentos para a defesa desses direitos. O manejo da ação civil pública supõe um potencial transformador de relações sociais, propício para reflexões de cunho hermenêutico-filosófico nos marcos do novo constitucionalismo, visto que pouco se pesquisa sobre a efetividade e a eficiência da utilização desse instrumento no Brasil, principalmente no que tange à consecução conjugada dos direitos fundamentais tratados como um complexo indissociável na ordem constitucional vigente. Os instrumentos de proteção de interesses coletivos, nascidos no contexto da sociedade de massas, mal se consolidaram no Brasil e já encontram seus fundamentos — o Estado Social de Direito e a hermenêutica positivista — em xeque. Neste trabalho, são expostos e analisados casos concretos de ações civis públicas ajuizadas em Goiás. Dados estatísticos referentes à propositura dessas ações coletivas na Comarca de Goiânia são considerados na aferição global da efetividade e eficiência da ação civil pública na defesa de interesses coletivos, bem como na avaliação do papel desempenhado pelas associações da sociedade civil e do Ministério Público. Trata-se de um estudo que reuniu as perspectivas teórica e empírica e, com isso, procurou fazer um diagnóstico realista acerca da eficiência e efetividade da ação civil pública como instrumento de tutela coletiva de interesses sociais representativos de direitos humanos, num esforço de abordagem interdisciplinar do tema.

O objetivo desta tese é basicamente problematizar quatro questões: quais são os sentidos e os significados que estão em jogo para o termo periferia; qual é a influência da atuação dos coletivos artísticos da periferia na formulação de um novo significado para o termo periferia; por que houve uma explosão de atividades culturais na periferia nos últimos vinte anos e; qual o caráter e o alcance da ação política desses coletivos artísticos. Para tanto, o texto parte do contexto social da década de 1990, quando as periferias de São Paulo sofriam os desdobramentos do neoliberalismo e um alto índice de homicídios. Logo, o texto aponta algumas mudanças ocorridas nas últimas duas décadas nessas periferias. Algumas delas são o aumento do número de coletivos artísticos nesses bairros, tema principal desta tese; o crescimento evangélico e a presença do PCC. Também se discorre sobre o aumento da atuação de ONGs e do poder público nas periferias. Por fim, o texto conceitua a obra do grupo de rap Racionais MC´s como sendo a narrativa legitimada por essa população para contar sua história e discorre sobre uma nova subjetividade surgida na periferia e centrada no orgulho dessa condição. O indivíduo que passa a agir politicamente a partir desse orgulho é denominado neste trabalho como sujeito periférico. O texto discorre também sobre como três campos discursivos obtiveram a preponderância para definir o que seja periferia em distintos tempos históricos. Estes campos discursivos são: o discurso acadêmico, os coletivos artísticos da periferia e a indústria do entretenimento. Logo, realiza uma aprofundada análise histórica, social e política da obra dos Racionais MC´s tentando entender por que o discurso enunciado por esse grupo causou tanto impacto nas periferias e criou uma nova forma de entendimento sobre o que seja periferia para o todo da sociedade, além de influenciar a própria auto-imagem que os moradores da periferia passaram a possuir de si mesmos. Entrelaçado a esse fenômeno, o texto discute como nos últimos vinte anos houve um alargamento do significado do termo periferia, que já não passa a ser definido somente pelo binômio pobreza e violência, mas também pelos elementos cultura e potência. No entanto, esta potencialidade da população periférica pode ser utilizada para sua afirmação política ou para fins mercadológicos, expressos em uma certa celebração dos pobres visualizada na atualidade que por um lado esvazia o caráter crítico do termo periferia e por outro celebra a denominada Classe C. Por fim, esta tese apresenta os resultados de pesquisas etnográficas realizadas em coletivos artísticos da periferia de São Paulo discutindo como estes coletivos influenciaram na ressemantização do termo periferia. Também se problematiza neste trabalho o labor estético e fundamentalmente político desses coletivos, em um contexto de crise das formas clássicas de mobilização política. / The aim of this thesis is basically to discuss four issues: what are the senses and the meanings that are at stake for the term periphery; what is the influence of the periphery artistic collective action in formulating a new meaning to the term periphery; why has there been an explosion of cultural activities in the periphery in the last twenty years; which is the character and scope of the political action of such artistic collectives. Therefore, the text starts off from the social context of the 1990s, when the periphery of São Paulo suffered the consequences of neoliberalism and a high murder rate. Soon, the text indicates some changes which have happened within the last two decades in these peripheries. Some of those are the increasing number of cultural collectives in these neighborhoods, the main theme of this thesis; the evangelical growth and the presence of the PCC. It also discusses the increased presence of NGOs and public authorities in the periphery. Finally, the text defines the work of the rap group Racionais MC\'s as the narrative legitimized by this population to tell their story and discusses a new subjectivity emerged in the periphery and centered on the pride of such condition. The individual who starts to act politically from that pride is termed here as a peripheral subject (sujeito periférico). The text also discusses how three discursive fields obtained the preponderance to define what periphery is in different historical times. These discursive fields: the academic discourse, the artistic collectives of the periphery and the entertainment industry. Therefore, it conducts a thorough historical, social and political analysis of the work of the Racionais MC\'s trying to understand why the discourse produced by this group has caused such an impact on the peripheries and has created a new way of understanding what periphery is to the whole of society, while influencing the very self-image that periphery dwellers have of themselves. Intertwined with this phenomenon, the paper discusses how, in the past twenty years, there has been a modification to the term periphery, which no longer comes to be defined only by the binomial poverty and violence, but also by the elements culture and potential. However, this potential of the peripheral population may either be used for their political statement or for marketing purposes, expressed in a certain celebration of the poor which is currently observed and which on the one side empties the critical nature of the term periphery and on the other side celebrates the so-called \"Class C\". Finally, this thesis presents the results of an ethnographic research conducted with artistic collectives in the periphery of São Paulo by discussing how these collectives influenced in the resemantization of the term periphery. In addition, this paper discusses the fundamentally political and aesthetic work of these collectives in the context of a crisis of the classical forms of political mobilization.

Tal fato se dá em função de seu caráter interativo na fusão de valores e resultados entre diversos atores envolvidos em uma rede de cooperação para a resolução conjunta de problemas. Desta forma, a pesquisa que segue reflete acerca dos ecossistemas criativos, ambientes colaborativos com o intuito de oportunizar criatividade, colaboração e troca de experiência, propondo um estudo específico sobre os espaços informais de colaboração. O estudo tem como objetivo analisar a atuação estratégica do designer nos coletivos criativos informais, buscando compreender a relação com o metaprojeto e se o uso desta abordagem metodológica gera contribuições em ambientes informais. Utilizou-se de um estudo de caso único, na Casa Liberdade, coletivo criativo informal, cujo contexto apresentou modelos de organização abertos e fechados, porém altamente informais e autônomos. Como instrumento de coleta de dados, foram aplicadas entrevistas em profundidade e coleta documental. A pesquisa que segue tem como principal contribuição as reflexões acerca das vantagens da informalidade no contexto colaborativo, propondo novas formas de pensar o design e o profissional de design no ambiente colaborativo e informal. / The collaborative practices, contemporary times characteristic, are increasingly present in the workplace. This happen due the fact it's interactive character in the fusion of values and results between different actors involved in a network of cooperation for joint problem solving. Thus, the research that follows aims to reflect on the creative clusters, collaborative environments in order to create opportunities creativity, collaboration, exchange of experience, proposing a specific study on the informal spaces of collaboration. The study aims to analyze the strategic role of the designer in informal creative clusters, trying to understand if there is the use of metadesign and if so, if the use of this methodological approach generates contributions in informal settings. The research applied a single case study, in Casa Liberdade, informal creative cluster whose context presented an open and independented model. As data collection instruments, interviews were conducted and cluster documents were gathered. The research’s main contribution it is to promote reflections on the informality advantages in the collaborative context, proposing new ways of thinking design and the designer in collaborative and informal atmosphere.

Este trabalho pesquisa as aplicações da iluminação cênica em alguns coletivos teatrais paulistanos no período de 2011-2012, para entender a prática do desenho da luz, constatando a utilização ou não de novos equipamentos e técnicas. Para isso, fez-se o estudo de peças produzidas e apresentadas no período mencionado, e entrevistas com iluminadores, diretores e outros profissionais da cena ligados a grupos filiados à Cooperativa Paulista de Teatro e contemplados com o Programa de Fomento ao Teatro da Cidade de São Paulo. Outra preocupação deste trabalho foi a análise da formação dos profissionais de iluminação desses coletivos. / This work researches the aplication of Lighting designer in Drama groups from São Paulo between 2011 and 2012, for understand the pratice of light shape and the using of modern equipments and technics. Therefore, a study was made about plays produced and presented in the mentioned period, and interviews with lighting designers, directors and other professionals in the area related of groups affiliate with the São Paulo Drama Company e benefit from the Program of Promotion of the Theater in the city of São Paulo. Another of this work was a analysis of the formation of the Light Designers of this groups.

In compliance with this referential of rationality, it is based on the Theory of Communicative Action (TCA), following the emancipatory illuminist standard projected in the theory of collective intelligence. It contextualizes the virtual horizons of open learning in the course of the contemporary revolution of computer and telematics systems and the advent of cyberspace in the interim of the XX and XXI centuries AD, as well as the systemic mechanisms that, infiltrated in the interactive networks of this great world cyber life, awaken the formation of intelligent collectives in favor of the promotion of intelligently managed collectives. The objective was to understand the formation of intelligent collectives based on rationally motivated cooperative learning, following the thesis that communicative reason foments cooperative learning processes capable of forming intelligent groups in the Knowledge Space. Inspired by the hermeneutical method, the interpretative view of the object of this study proposes a comprehensive posture of the phenomenon of learning in the universal field – but no totalizable – of cyberspace, privileged locus of the global entanglement of the subjects of the Knowledge Space. In this sense, the construction of the thesis and the steps of his analysis demand the hermeneutical pretension to understand – in the light of the TCA - the guiding principles of reason communicative consistent/propitious to promote the learning cooperatives and collective intelligent, who are at the base of the concept of collective intelligence. Ascertaining the possibility of rationality promoting the development of a culture of cooperative learning and the consequent formation of intelligent collectives in the environments of the Knowledge Space, concludes that the formation of intelligent collectives in cybernetic environments (capable of optimizing the potential of collective intelligence in the Space of Knowledge) passes through the rationalization of communicative in the context of the world of cyberspace life. Appears, therefore, the communicative rationality as a privileged referential to promote intelligent collectives in the Space of Knowledge, especially because its can transform the cyberspacial universe in a world of life emancipated (free of performances noninteractive by subject and systemic instances) and fruitful to the cooperative learning because entangled by competent subjects to speak and act ethically in their interactions, challenging utopia whose “non-place” is a distinct conditioner for our social evolution. / Este estudo assume como objeto o projeto formativo de coletivos inteligentes no contemporâneo Espaço do Saber, fundamentando-se nos conceitos de razão comunicativa e inteligência coletiva. Em observância a esse referencial de racionalidade, baseia-se na Teoria do Agir Comunicativo (TAC), seguindo o lastro emancipatório iluminista projetado na teoria da inteligência coletiva. Contextualiza os horizontes virtuais de aprendizagem abertos na esteira da revolução contemporânea dos sistemas informáticos e telemáticos e do advento do ciberespaço, no ínterim dos séculos XX e XXI d. C., como também os mecanismos sistêmicos que, infiltrados nas redes interativas desse grande mundo da vida ciber, preterem a formação de coletivos inteligentes em favor da promoção de coletivos inteligentemente administrados. Objetivou compreender a formação de coletivos inteligentes a partir de aprendizagens cooperativas racionalmente motivadas, seguindo a tese de que a razão comunicativa fomenta processos cooperativos de aprendizagem capazes de formar coletivos inteligentes no Espaço do Saber. Inspirado no método hermenêutico, o olhar interpretativo do objeto deste estudo propõe uma postura compreensiva do fenômeno da aprendizagem no campo universal – mas intotalizável – do ciberespaço, lócus privilegiado do enredamento global dos sujeitos do Espaço do Saber. Nesse sentido, a construção da tese e suas etapas de análise reclamam a pretensão hermenêutica de compreender – à luz da TAC – os princípios norteadores da razão comunicativa coerentes/propícios à promoção de aprendizagens cooperativas e coletivos inteligentes, que estão na base do conceito de inteligência coletiva. Averiguando a possibilidade de fomentarmos racionalmente o desenvolvimento de uma cultura de aprendizagens cooperativas e a consequente formação de coletivos inteligentes nos ambientes cibernéticos do Espaço do Saber, conclui que a formação de coletivos inteligentes (capazes de otimizar o potencial de inteligência coletiva disposto no Espaço do Saber) passa pela racionalização da comunicação no contexto do mundo da vida ciberespacial. Aponta, pois, a racionalidade comunicativa como um referencial privilegiado para fomentar coletivos inteligentes no Espaço do Saber, especialmente porque ela pode transformar o universo ciberespacial num mundo da vida emancipado (livre de atuações não-interativas por parte de sujeitos e instâncias sistêmicas) e fecundo a aprendizagens cooperativas, porque enredado por sujeitos competentes para falar e agir eticamente em suas interações, desafiadora utopia cujo “não-lugar” é um distinto condicionante para nossa evolução social. Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / The aim of this paper is to model and simulate the behavior of transit in corridors of public transport by bus based on city logistics concepts using the tools of ARENA and TransCAD softwares. The bus lane used in the case study is the Avenida João Naves de Ávila, in Uberlândia (MG). To model the corridor tried to establish the equilibrium demand / supply ensuring the level of service with a maximum capacity of 80 persons and also used the concepts of city logistics for analysis, simulation and scenario generation. The model considered the arrivals and departures of passengers and the movement of buses in the corridor. These data resulted in the simulation of the corridor as passenger demand and service level adopted in the peak hour. As conclusions noted that the objective was fully achieved and the values of travel time and loading at peak hour in the ARENA software were very similar to those obtained in TransCAD. / O objetivo deste trabalho é modelar e simular o comportamento do transporte público em corredores de transporte público por ônibus com base em conceitos da logística urbana utilizando ferramentas computacionais dos programas ARENA e TransCAD. O corredor de ônibus utilizado no estudo de caso é o da Avenida João Naves de Ávila, em Uberlândia (MG). Para modelar o corredor procurou-se estabelecer o equilíbrio demanda/oferta garantindo o nível de serviço com lotação máxima de 80 pessoas e, também, utilizou-se os conceitos da logística urbana para análise, simulação e geração de cenários. A modelagem considerou os embarques e desembarques de passageiros e o deslocamento dos ônibus no corredor. Esses dados proporcionaram a simulação do corredor conforme demanda de passageiros e nível de serviço adotado na hora de pico. Como conclusões, o modelo mostrou-se consistente com os objetivos propostos e os valores obtidos do tempo de viagem e da lotação na hora de pico no programa ARENA foram muito similares aos obtidos no TransCAD. / Mestre em Engenharia Civil
