Poéticas da encenação : tessituras de experiências cênicas em abordagem feminina sobre a docência da encenação no ensino superior /

Orientador: Alexandre Luiz Mate / Resumo: Esta pesquisa trata de uma investigação sobre o campo da docência da encenação no ensino superior exercida por mulheres, tomando como referência fundante a experiência pessoal, permanentemente vivida de modo social e coletivo. Os objetivos do estudo foram os de(re)experienciar e discutir, de modo crítico, práticas cênico-pedagógicas da pesquisadora, mapear princípios, metodologias, expedientes de criação, cotejar e defender a noção de poética da encenação, bem como estabelecer diálogos temporais com quatro outras docentes de teatro e com estudantes egressos da Licenciatura em Teatro da UFT. Nesse sentido, este estudo, reflete e problematiza o papel de professores(as)-encenadores(as) na contemporaneidade e o ensino e a aprendizagem da encenação. Para tanto, a pesquisa tomou como referência interlocutores do Teatro, da Filosofia, da História e da Educação, principalmente Constantin Stanislavski, Vsevolod Meyerhold, Bertolt Brecht, Ariane Mnouchkine, Ingrid Dormien Koudela, Walter Benjamin, Henri Bergson, John Dewey, António Nóvoa entre outros. O dados analisados foram coletados a partir de diários de bordo da pesquisadora, matérias de jornais, relatos de experiências cênicas, avaliações de aulas e entrevistas semiestruturadas. Assim, à guisa de poéticas da encenação – constituídas coletivamente por meio da artesania, da experiência, dos entrecruzamentos e das deambulações – vislumbram-se caminhos para as criações cênicas e para a reflexão de aspectos metodológicos e epistêmicos... The objectives of the study aimed at critically re-experience and discuss the researcher's scenic-pedagogical practices, map principles, methodologies, creation expedients, collate and defend the notion of poeticsof staging, as well as to establish dialogues with four other dramateachers and students from the Theater/Drama undergraduate program at theUniversidade Federal do Tocantins, in Brazil.Thus, this study reflects and problematizes the role of drama staging teachers in contemporary times and the teaching and learning processes. To this end, this research took as reference interlocutors of drama, Philosophy, History and Education, especially Constantin Stanislavski, Vsevolod Meyerhold, Bertolt Brecht, Ariane Mnouchkine, Ingrid Dormien Koudela, Walter Benjamin, Henri Bergson, and John Dewey. A knowledge management framework to grow innovation capability maturity

Thesis (MScEng)--Stellenbosch University, 2013. / ENGLISH ABSTRACT: Innovation is widely considered a key prerequisite for achieving organisational competitiveness and sustained long-term wealth in our increasingly volatile business environment. It is therefore imperative that organisations enable themselves to relentlessly pursue constant innovation; to grow and mature their innovation capability. A study aimed at organisational support by means of business tools toward maturity growth in these innovation capability areas is therefore warranted. Knowledge management plays a fundamental role in the enterprise’s ability to innovate successfully, and the question arises whether knowledge management tools and organisational facilitating conditions can be used to grow innovation capability maturity. The existing literature on the subject is sparse, which led to the following research problem statement: No formal guidelines exist for the use of knowledge management to grow innovation capability maturity. Knowledge conversion is a prominent theme within the knowledge management field. Knowledge creation processes form the core of this knowledge creation model and therefore, one solution to the above-stated problem is to investigate the use of knowledge creation processes to grow innovation capability maturity. This notion provides the platform for aligning knowledge creation processes to the requirements for innovation capability growth from one maturity level to the next as the cornerstone for developing a knowledge management framework that enables innovation capability maturity growth. In order to align these knowledge processes with the requirements for growth in innovation capability maturity, the author identified a knowledge creation path as a key enabler for maturity growth in each innovation capability area. Knowledge management tools and organisational facilitating conditions that support the specific knowledge processes highlighted in the identified path were identified through a literature study and subsequently synthesised to form a framework. The impact of this framework lies in providing guidelines for the use of knowledge management as a vehicle for innovation capability maturity growth. / AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: Innovasie word allerweë beskou as ’n kernvereiste vir die verkryging van organisatoriese mededingendheid en volhoubare langtermynsukses in ons toenemend wisselvallige sake-omgewing. Dit is dus noodsaaklik dat organisasies hulself in staat stel om meedoënloos konstante innovasie na te streef; om hul innovasievermoë uit te brei en volwassenheid daarin te bereik. ’n Studie gemik op organisatoriese ondersteuning deur middel van sake-hulpmiddels ten einde groei in volwassenheid in hierdie innovasievermoë-areas te bereik, is dus nodig. Kennisbestuur speel ’n fundamentele rol in die onderneming se vermoë om suksesvol te innoveer, wat die volgende vraag ontlok: Kan kennisbestuurhulpmiddels en organisatoriese fasiliteringsomstandighede gebruik word om innovasievermoëvolwassenheid te bereik? Die bestaande literatuur oor die onderwerp is gebrekkig, wat aanleiding tot die volgende probleemstelling gegee het: Daar is geen formele riglyne vir die gebruik van kennisbestuur om innovasievermoëvolwassenheid te verbeter nie. Hierdie idee skep ’n platform om kennisskeppingsprosesse met die vereistes vir innovasievermoëverbetering van een volwassenheidsvlak tot die volgende te belyn, as hoeksteen vir die ontwikkeling van ’n kennisbestuurraamwerk om innovasievermoëvolwassenheid te verbeter. Ten einde hierdie kennisprosesse met die vereiste vir groei in innovasievermoëvolwassenheid te belyn, het die outeur ’n kennisskeppingspad as kernelement geïdentifiseer om volwassenheidsgroei in elke innovasievermoë-area in die hand te werk. Kennisbestuurhulpmiddels en organisatoriese fasiliteringsomstandighede wat die spesifieke kennisprosesse wat in die geïdentifiseerde pad uitgelig word, ondersteun, is deur middel van ’n literatuurstudie geïdentifiseer en daarna gesintetiseer om ’n raamwerk te vorm. Die impak van hierdie raamwerk lê daarin om riglyne vir die gebruik van kennisbestuur as ’n middel tot innovasievermoëvolwassenheidsgroei te bied.

A presente pesquisa, de natureza teórico-artística, propõe caminhos para investigarmos a figura e o fazer artístico do intérprete de dança na contemporaneidade, refletindo sobre algumas das principais especificidades de sua atuação. Pautado, sobretudo, no diálogo estabelecido com seis artistas que atuam na cidade de São Paulo, este estudo teve como principal objetivo pensar a dança do ponto de vista do intérprete. Desse modo, a pesquisa dá voz a seis intérpretes mulheres da cena contemporânea, trazendo à tona reflexões sobre os principais assuntos presentes em seus discursos, relacionados aos seus próprios contextos de trabalho. Além disso, esse estudo também pensa e estabelece relações entre a teoria e a prática da dança, a partir da elaboração de um solo cênico-coreográfico. / This research, of artistic and theoretical essence, suggests ways of investigating the nature and the artistic practice of the dance performer nowadays by reflecting on some of his/her main performance particularities. Centrally based on conversations with six artists of São Paulo city, this study has had as major purpose to regard dancing from the performer\'s perspective. Thus, the research gives voice to six female performers of the contemporary scene, bringing to light considerations on the main issues exposed in their speeches, related to their own work contexts. Furthermore, this study also reflects on the connections between dance theory and practice with the creation of a choreographic solo.

Food for thought : A study on the digitalization of restaurant interactions

This study is grounded in the evolving perspective of Service Marketing, Service-Dominant-Logic and ServiceLogic and aims to provide a holistic view of how the digitalization of interactions affects the service provided by the restaurant and in turn the customers’ value creation processes. More exactly, the study examines a digital system for information exchange, order placements and payments in a restaurant on the Swedish market. The study adopts a qualitative approach and data has been collected through the use of unstructured observations and semi-structured interviews. The findings are that the system for digital interactions has both positive and negative effects on valuecreation. It also changes other aspects of the service not directly linked to the system. If this ultimately creates more or less value for the customers is believed to depend on the customers’ individual differences, but if the system is used as a complement to the already existing service rather than as a substitute of the human interaction there are opportunities for a successful implementation.

Bakgrund och problem: Värdeskapande är ett uttryck som funnits länge och det är en grundläggande faktor för att företag ska nå framgång i dagens konkurrenssituation. För att vara konkurrenskraftig behöver företag utgå från vad kunden efterfrågar och värderar. Kundvärde är således individuellt och bestäms utifrån kunden och det gör att det kan skapas på olika sätt. Det kan däremot vara en utmaning att veta vad kunden anser är värde innan produkten eller tjänsten är nyttjad. För att hela organisationen ska arbeta mot kundvärde på liknande sätt behövs en god styrning där syftet är att de anställda ska förstå vad som förväntas av dem. För att det ska vara möjligt behövs bra kommunikation. Enligt litteraturen finns det delade meningar kring hur kundvärde uppnås och hur det kan identifieras. Det finns begränsat med forskning kring hur företagen i praktiken arbetar med styrning mot kundvärde. Det är företag som skapar värde för kunden och det är av betydelse att de förstår kundvärde, vad det är, hur det skapas och hur det styrs i verksamheten. Kundens krav är det som företag utgår ifrån, men i slutändan är det företaget som måste uppfylla kraven för att skapa kundvärde. Det är därför av intresse att studera företags syn på kundvärde och hur de arbetar med styrning mot kundvärde för att möta kundens krav.  Syfte: Syftet med studien är att skapa en förståelse för företags syn på kundvärde och hur de arbetar med styrning mot kundvärde. Det genom att undersöka kundvärde, vad det är, hur det skapas samt betydelsefulla områden som bidrar till kundvärde.  Metod: Studiens forskningsdesign är en kvalitativ studie som innefattar en flerfallsstudie samt en abduktiv ansats. Flerfallsstudien består av två fallföretag: Atea Sverige AB och Bufab Sweden AB. Den teoretiska datainsamlingen är framför allt hämtad från OneSearch samt Google Scholar som presenterar tidigare forskning. Den empiriska datainsamling gjordes genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med fem respondenter från respektive fallföretag.  Slutsats: Det finns inget definitivt svar på hur kundvärde skapas utan det är något som växer fram genom företagets processer och genomsyrar allt ett företag gör. Genom mjuk styrning kan företag skapa och styra mot kundvärde, det innebär att det är mjuka värden och faktorer som påverkar kundvärdet. Framgångsfaktorer för att styra mot kundvärde genom mjuk styrning är engagerade och kompetenta medarbetare, tydlig kommunikation samt inkludering av hållbarhetsarbete. Fokuserar företag på dessa områden har de goda förutsättningar att leverera värde till sina kunder. / Background and problem: Value creation is an expression that has been around for a long time and it’s a fundamental factor for companies to achieve success in today's competitive situation. In order to be competitive, companies need to ensure what the customer demands and values. Customer value is individual and determined based on the customer, which means that it can be created in different ways. Therefore it can be a challenge to know what the customer considers to be value before the product or service is used. In order for the entire organization to work towards customer value in a similar way, good management is needed where the purpose is for the employees to understand what is expected of them. In order for this to be possible, good communication is needed. According to the literature, there are divided opinions about how customer value is achieved and how it can be identified. There is limited research on how companies in practice work with customer value management. It is the company that creates value for the customer and it is important that they understand customer value, what it is, how it is created and how it is managed in the business. It is based on the customer's requirements that the company creates the offer, but in the end it is the company that must meet the requirements to create customer value. It is therefore of interest to study companies' views on customer value and how they work with customer value management to meet customer requirements. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to create an understanding of companies' views on customer value and how they work with customer value management. This by examining customer value, what it is, how it is created and significant areas that contribute to customer value. Method: The study's research design is a qualitative study that includes a multiple case study and an abductive approach. The multiple case study consists of two case companies: Atea Sverige AB and Bufab Sweden AB. The theoretical data collection is primarily taken from OneSearch and Google Scholar, which presents previous research. The empirical data collection was done through semi-structured interviews with five respondents from each case company. Conclusion: There is no definitive answer to how customer value is created, but it is something that grows through the company's processes and permeates everything a company does. Through soft management, companies can create and steer towards customer value, which means that it is soft values and factors that affect customer value. Success factors for customer value through soft management are committed and competent employees, distinct communication as well as the inclusion of sustainability work. If companies focus on these areas, they are well placed to deliver value to their customers.

Sobre pontos, retas e planos: o espaço cênico na composição em tempo real em dança contemporânea

This research has started on pondering over the scenic area in contemporary dance real-time composition. The scenic area, while articulating the scene, congregates architectural space, scenic space and bodies-spaces (interpreters) interdependently. This makes this interrelation as a condition for the outcome of choreographic layers produced in the creation process in the real-time composition, which are also necessary as an artistic object. Thus, the research aims at contextualizing and conceptualizing in a interdisciplinary way the research areas (scenic area and real-time composition) using theoretical remarks on research methodology in arts, contemporary dance, architecture, visual arts and scenography. In practice, this research has pondered overan experience, the performance Sobre pontos, retas e planos [About points, lines and planes], created by the Dramaturgia do Corpo- Espaço e Territorialidade research group [Body-space Dramaturgy and Territoriality], which was presented in five different places in the city of Uberlândia / Essa pesquisa tem como ponto de partida uma reflexão acerca do espaço cênico na composição em tempo real em dança contemporânea. O espaço cênico enquanto articulador da cena congrega espaço arquitetônico, espaço cenográfico e corposespaços (intérpretes) de forma interdependente, fazendo com que essa inter-relação seja condicionante para o resultado das camadas coreográficas produzidas no processo de criação na composição em tempo real, que também se impõem enquanto objeto artístico. Assim, a pesquisa busca contextualizar e conceitualizar de forma interdisciplinar as áreas de investigação (espaço cênico e composição em tempo real), utilizando teóricos das áreas de metodologia de pesquisa em artes, dança contemporânea, arquitetura, artes visuais e cenografia. Estabelecimento do tópico discursivo em processos de escritura em ato de histórias em quadrinhos por díades recém-alfabetizadas / Establishment of the topic discursive in processes of scripture in action of comics for dyads newly literate

Fundação de Amparo a Pesquisa do Estado de Alagoas / O presente trabalho propõe-se a analisar a construção do tópico discursivo em histórias em quadrinhos (HQ) escritas por uma díade de alunas recém-alfabetizados de um 2º ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola da rede pública da cidade de Maceió. Inserido no campo de estudo da Genética Textual, e assumindo como base teórico-metodológica as investigações sobre processos de escritura em ato e manuscritos escolares proposta por Calil (2008, 2009), considerando as reflexões sobre as relações entre texto em quadrinhos (LINS, 2008), as propriedades de centração e organicidade constitutivas do tópico discursivo, conforme indicado por Koch et al.(1996), e as noções da Linguística Textual acerca da Referenciação (KOCK, 2006; KOCH & ELIAS, 2010), nosso objeto de perquirição está voltado para a análise das filmagens de processos de escritura em ato, bem como dos manuscritos, quando uma dupla (Ana e Maria, ambas com 08 anos de idade) de discentes escreviam propostas de produção de HQ. Este processo e seu manuscrito estabeleceram-se a partir do diálogo entre as alunas, enquanto criavam e escreviam, em dois processos de escritura distintos, historinhas da Turma da Mônica sem os textos escritos, o que poderia acompanhar os quadrinhos oferecidos como suporte. Com o apoio do programa de computador ELAN, pudemos descrever e associar, cronologicamente, um complexo sistema semiótico composto pelas imagens captadas (movimentos de corpo, gestos, mãos, expressões faciais, posição da caneta e direções do olhar), o que foi falado e combinado e, por fim, pelo que ficou escrito em cada quadrinho. Dentre os aspectos mais importantes que ocorreram durante o estabelecimento do tópico discursivo pela díade no primeiro processo/manuscrito está a preponderância da perspectiva enunciativa enquanto-leitoras-de-imagens sobre a perspectiva enunciativa enquanto-autoras-da-narrativa-em-quadrinhos , representada através da interação gráfico-visual entre os personagens; e no segundo processo/manuscrito, houve alternância entre uma e outra perspectiva, prevalecendo, no texto final após interferências do professor que conduzira a aula , o segundo posicionamento. Por fim, nossa análise advoga a necessidade de se refletir e diferenciar a constituição do tópico discursivo em HQ a partir da recepção, quando os alunos, professores (e pesquisadores) assumem a posição de leitores e a constituição do tópico discursivo em HQ a partir da produção, quando os alunos assumem a posição de escreventes, sendo necessário um empreendimento lingüístico-cognitivo para se construir a perspectiva dos personagens que falam e não a do narrador que descreve.

STADEN - RUMMET - MÖTET : Temporär arkitektur i det offentliga rummet för ökad social hållbarhet / : Temporary architecture in public spaces for increased social sustainability

Syfte: Den här studien undersöker temporär arkitektur som fenomen. Temporär arkitektur är tillfälliga rumsliga initiativ som med varierande storlek och form tar stadens offentliga rum i anspråk. Temporär arkitektur är relativt nytt och börjar dyka upp allt oftare i större städer. En del forskning finns kring ämnet, men få beskriver de bakomliggande genomförandeprocesserna och hur temporär arkitektur kan generera social hållbarhet. Målet med den här studien är därför att undersöka hur temporär arkitektur bidrar till ökad social hållbarhet och hur genomförandeprocessen för temporär arkitektur ser ut idag. Frågeställningarna är: (1) Hur kan temporär arkitektur bidra till ökad social hållbarhet? (2) Hur ser genomförandeprocessen för temporär arkitektur ut idag? Metod: Studien är av deskriptiv karaktär och syftar till att skapa ytterligare förståelse för studiefenomenet och dess inneboende egenskaper. Metoderna för datainsamling utgår från ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt genom riktade intervjuer med relevanta respondenter från offentliga och privata sektorn. En litteraturstudie genomförs också med syfte att klarlägga forskningsläget kring studiefenomenet. Resultat: Frågeställning 1 visar att det finns flera sätt som temporär arkitektur positivt påverkar den sociala hållbarheten på. Fyra kärnvärden som var och en förstärker varandra har identifieras. Dessa är gemenskap, delaktighet, tillit samt rörelse. Den temporära arkitekturen uppmuntrar till gemenskap och delaktighet hos människor genom att tillföra kortvariga händelser att samlas kring i det offentliga rummet. Genom nya möten möjliggörs tillit vilket leder till ökad rörlighet. Rörelse löser upp de sociala fastlåsningsprinciperna i samhället och borgar för en ökad gemenskap.  Frågeställning 2 visar att processerna för temporär arkitektur kan te sig mycket olika beroende på i vilket sammanhang som den temporära arkitekturen ska implementeras. Frågeställningen visar också på flera svårigheter som råder i genomförandeprocessen idag. Påtagligt är att utmaningarna i många fall överväger möjligheterna och initiativ kan då helt enkelt utebli. Konsekvenser: Tillfälliga rumsskapande initiativ av typen temporär arkitektur tillför sociala kvaliteter till stadslivet, bortom de kvaliteter som vanligtvis erbjuds av traditionella stadsplaneringsprocesser. Styrkan med temporär arkitektur ligger framför allt i dess gestaltningsmässiga och rumsliga flexibilitet samt i dess förmåga att skapa ökad delaktighet och bättre tillgång till stadens innehåll för människor. Begränsningar: Studien undersöker fenomenet ur ett socialt hållbarhetsperspektiv, och utesluter ekonomiska samt ekologiska aspekter av detsamma. Datainhämtningen genom riktade intervjuer är avgränsad till respondenter verksamma som arkitekter och fysiska planerare samt respondenter från den offentliga sektorn. Näringsliv, fastighetsägare och brukare innefattas inte i de riktade intervjuerna. / Purpose: This study examines temporary architecture as a phenomenon. Temporary architecture is ephemeral structures with varying sizes and shapes that takes city’s public spaces in possession during short periods of time. As a phenomenon, temporary architecture is relatively new, but begins to appear more often in larger cities. Some research has been made on the subject in matter, but few researches describes the process behind and how social sustainability can be linked to temporary architecture. The research questions are: (1) How can temporary architecture contribute to increased social sustainability? (2) What characterizes the temporary architecture implementation process today? Method: The study is of descriptive nature and aims to create further understanding of temporary architecture. Data gathering are based on a qualitative approach through targeted interviews with relevant respondents from public and private sectors. A literature review is also conducted with the intention to clarify current research situation surrounding the study phenomenon. Findings:  Research question 1 indicates that temporary architecture affects social sustainability in several ways.  Four core values that each reinforce each other have been identified. These are community, participation, trust and movement. The temporary architecture encourages community and participation between people by providing short-term events to gather around in public space. New meetings enable trust, which leads to increased mobility. Movement resolves the social constraint principles in society and contributes to an increased community. Research question 2 indicates that the implementation processes for temporary architecture can differ widely depending on the context in which the temporary architecture is to be implemented. The question also indicates that there are several difficulties in the implementation process today. Significantly, in many cases the challenges outweighs the possibilities, why initiatives can be omitted. Implications: Short-term space-creating initiatives like temporary architecture enhance social qualities to urban life beyond the qualities usually obtained by traditional urban planning processes. The strength of temporary architecture lies within its formative and spatial flexibility as well as its ability to create increased participation and better access to the city’s content for people. Limitations: The study focuses on a social sustainability perspective only and excludes the economic and ecological perspective of the phenomena. The interview study is limited to only take planning and municipal perspective in concern. Business and user perspectives are therefore not taken into account.
