The thesis deals with a proposed layout of a multi-storey apartment building on the territory of the town of České Budějovice. The thesis contains a literary overview to inform the reader about the issues of design documents, analysis of the land use plan for the corporate town of České Budějovice in connection with the building location and, last but not least, related design documents in agreement with the applicable decree. The objective of this thesis was to develop the design documents meeting the low energy consumption standard, i.e. meeting all current requirements for modern and energy-saving construction projects, in terms of the appearance, employed technologies and materials. An integral part of the results is a placement of the project in a suitable location, as outlined by the land use plan. The thesis is concluded with an evaluation of the architectural and structural solution and of the selected materials in respect to the low energy consumption standard of the building.

This thesis deals with a development of human rights, focusing on the right to religious freedom. In particulars is interested in the development of religious attitudes toward human rights in religious documents, and then in the Charter 77 documents. The work begin with a general indication of the problems, describes how human rights are developed, and mentions the documents that accompanied this development and human rights officially ordained. The religious documents are used primarily encyclical, encyclical Mirari vos arbitramur from Pope Gregory XVI and ending with the encyclical Centesimus annus, John Paul II. I also used documents II. Vatican council, Gaudium et Spes and Diginitatis Humanae, which had a major impact on the naming and recognition of human rights in the Church.

This thesis deals with the human rights of children living in families and children in foster education accordance with the legislation in the Czech Republic. In this thesis I present the structure and evolution of socio-legal protection of children and the laws that govern it. In this thesis my aim was to make comparison with selected European states and the countries of the European Union and propose recommendations de lege ferenda protection of human rights of children in accordance with Czech law and in accordance with international legal standards. To achieve this, I used the analysis of these documents. Based on the comparison and based on the data have been proposed recommendations leading to the observance and respect for the rights of children in the Czech Republic.

This diploma thesis evaluates continuity of two different and stand-alone documents that fundamentally affect the character of the area. This continuity of spatial plan and comprehensive land adjustment is compared in the selected area of the cadastral territory of municipality Libějice. The object of my research were public works and public interest measurements in the spatial planning and the plan of common facilities in the comprehensive landscaping, where in the case of these two documents lead to consensus. The results are presented in both text and graphical form, processed by a geographic information system ArcGIS 10th.

Este é um estudo antropológico sobre as experiências de imigrantes estrangeiros provenientes de países sul-americanos na Região Metropolitana de Porto Alegre. Ao observar as experiências de rupturas dessas pessoas, pretendo analisar como elas lidam com as situações do cotidiano em sua interação com cidadãos brasileiros e com as instituições nacionais. Focalizo nas questões relativas à obtenção e negociação do valor dos documentos como experiência de negociação de sua identidade. Nesse contexto, observo também quais são os aspectos relativos à representação do “estrangeiro” e do “imigrante” que atravessam tal negociação. Para tanto, torna-se necessário compreender o fenômeno migratório, as políticas migratórias nacionais e os discursos sobre o fenômeno migratório produzidos e reproduzidos por organizações que lidam com a questão migratória, dentro do contexto sócio-político de um jogo entre Estados-nacionais do qual o Brasil faz parte. Observarei quais são os atores envolvidos na negociação de políticas migratórias e como eles posicionam-se frente às experiências dos sujeitos que vivem cotidianamente o deslocamento. As narrativas dos sujeitos de pesquisa – imigrantes estrangeiros que em algum momento de sua trajetória estiveram na situação de precisar negociar sua entrada e permanência no Brasil – constituem o principal recurso das análises subseqüentes. / The following is na anthropological study of the experiences of immigrants from Southamerican countries in the metropolitan area of the city of Porto Alegre, in southern Brazil. Upon observing their experiences of rupture, I intend to analyze how they deal with everyday situations, as they interact with Brazilian citizens and institutions. Thus, it is necessary to understand the migratory phenomenon, the national immigration policies and the discourses about the migration that are produced and reproduced by the organizations that deal with the migration, within the socio-political context of a interaction among national states in which Brazil takes part. I observ which are the agents involved and how they positionate before the experiences of the subjects that go through displacement experiences in their everyday lives. The research subjects´narratives – foreing immigrants who were, at some moment during their lives, involved in the process of obtraining and negotiating their doccuments, - constitute hte main source for the subsequent analysis.

Victims of a violent territorial expropriation process since the mid-1930s, the quilombolas started retaking their territory in 1998, with confrontations inside and outside the quilombo with the aim of pushing forward the process of land titling. Due to the slowness of the State in dispossessing the farmers who have ocupied the region ilegally, the quilombolas haved used two strategies in their confrontations: the retomadas [land retaking] and the mobilization of a partners network and of documents - legal proceedings, reports, anthropological report, decrees, correspondence, notes, projects, inquiries and police inquiries - in different institutions and in various courts, featuring a bureaucratic universe that is actuated at various moment. This landscape of conflict is composed by an interweaving of various political forces. This dissertation deals with the various movements that make up the struggle for the territory in Brejo dos Crioulos, which was only recognized as a “quilombo remnant” by the Palmares Cultural Foundation (FCP) in 2004, by describing ethnographic encounters between the quilombolas, anthropology and State in the course of the titling process. / Desde a abertura dos procedimentos para a regularização fundiária do território quilombola de Brejo dos Crioulos até os dias atuais já se passaram dezessete anos de luta. Vítimas de um violento processo de expropriação territorial desde meados de 1930, a partir do ano de 1998os quilombolas começam a realizar suas mobilizações na luta pela retomada do seu território, dando início aos enfrentamentos dentro e fora do quilombo com vistas ao processo de titulação. Frente à morosidade do Estado na desapropriação das fazendas, os quilombolas têm recorrido a duas estratégias nos seus enfrentamentos: as retomadas e a mobilização de uma rede de parceiros e documentos – processos jurídicos, relatórios, laudo antropológico, decretos, correspondências, notas, projetos, inquéritos, boletins de ocorrência – em diferentes instituições e nas várias instâncias judiciais, caracterizando um universo burocrático que é acionado a todo instante. O cenário de disputas é tecido pelo entrelaçamento de diversas forças políticas. Reconhecida como “remanescente de quilombo” em 2004 pela Fundação Cultural Palmares (FCP), a comunidade localiza-se no Sertão Norte Mineiro, na divisa de três municípios - São João da Ponte, Verdelândia e Varzelândia. Esta dissertação trata dos vários movimentos que compõem a luta pelo território em Brejo dos Crioulos. Procuro descrever etnograficamente os encontros entre os quilombolas, a antropologia e o Estado em meio ao processo de titulação.

The purposes of this study are to carry out a survey, characterization and description of the genders used currently in the correspondence between the Holy See, the other members and the faithful of the Apostolic Roman Catholic Church, as well as in Saint Paul s Epistles, bringing out evidence that the first have their origin in the texts written by the apostles, mainly Saint Paul. The theoretical basis for the study is found in the studies concerning the concept of genre characterization and of discursive community, more precisely Bakhtin (2003) and Travaglia (2007, 2009). Concerning the correspondence genre, we adopted Kaufman and Rodriguez (1995) and Bazerman (2006). We also analyzed the writings of Fremantle (1956), Polhill (1999), Trobisch (2001) and Silva (2008), whose works refer to Saint Paul s Epistles. We started the research, making a description of the configuration of Saint Paul s Epistles. Simultaneously, we carried out a survey, with the Catholic religious community, of the genres of text written by the Pope, or on his behalf, of which we selected ten. We proceeded, then, to the description and characterization of all these texts, establishing the relationship between them and the Saint Paul s Epistles. The results show that the socio-communicative functions carried out by Saint Paul s Epistles in the communities of the primitive church, are alive currently in the religious discursive community of Apostolic Roman Catholicism, by various genres of texts sent by the Pope to Catholics in the whole world, who, constitute, thus, an actualization of the texts produced by Saint Paul, at the time in which he lived and carried out his role of Church Leader. Complementarily, we characterized and distinguished ten genres of the discursive community of Apostolic Roman Catholics produced by the Pope which the evidence indicates would be derived from the apostles, mainly Saint Paul. / Os objetivos desta pesquisa são proceder a um levantamento, caracterização e descrição tanto dos gêneros usados atualmente na correspondência entre a Santa Sé, os demais membros e os fiéis da Igreja Católica Apostólica Romana, como das Cartas de São Paulo, levantando evidências de que os primeiros têm suas origens nos textos escritos pelos apóstolos, particularmente por São Paulo. A fundamentação teórica do trabalho está sustentada nos estudos sobre o conceito e caracterização de gênero e de comunidade discursiva, mais especificamente Bakhtin (2003) e Travaglia (2007, 2009). A respeito do gênero correspondência, adotamos Kaufman e Rodriguez (1995) e Bazerman (2006). Buscamos, ainda, o trabalho de Fremantle (1956), Polhill (1999), Trobisch (2001) e Silva (2008), cujos trabalhos se referem às Cartas de São Paulo. Iniciamos a investigação, fazendo uma descrição da configuração das Cartas de São Paulo. Simultaneamente, realizamos o levantamento, junto à comunidade religiosa católica, dos gêneros de texto escritos pelo Papa ou em seu nome, dentre os quais selecionamos dez. Em seguida, procedemos à descrição e caracterização de todos esses textos, estabelecendo a relação entre eles e as cartas de São Paulo. Os resultados evidenciam que as funções sociocomunicativas desempenhadas pelas Cartas de São Paulo, junto às comunidades das igrejas primitivas, realizam-se atualmente, na comunidade discursiva religiosa católica apostólica romana, por diversos gêneros de textos enviados pelo papa aos católicos do mundo inteiro, os quais constituem, assim, uma atualização dos textos produzidos por São Paulo, à época em que viveu e exerceu o seu papel de líder da Igreja. Complementarmente caracterizamos e distinguimos dez gêneros da comunidade discursiva católica apostólica romana produzidos pelo papa e que as evidências indicam seriam derivados das cartas dos apóstolos, particularmente das de São Paulo. / Doutor em Estudos Linguísticos

O presente estudo se propõe a investigar os trabalhos que venho realizando nos últimos anos, sempre abordando questões da cidade e do nela habitar por intermédio de intervenções e ações artísticas que utilizam os meios e códigos da publicidade. São trabalhos inseridos na esfera pública e planejados para iludir o observador por meio da simulação de imagens e elementos comerciais e que, em um primeiro momento, não se apresentam como objeto artístico. Iludem para esclarecer, na medida em que simulam eventos do cotidiano levados ao extremo, procurando explorar tensões e evidenciar os conflitos por trás dos fatos. Da mesma forma, são intervenções que não existem como um objeto isolado, mas se constituem de um conjunto de situações que ocorrem dentro de um espaço-tempo específico: uma vez realizados, o que fica é seu documento. Na dissertação, busco referências de autores que pensam a cidade contemporânea e os “espaços de aparição” do indivíduo, nas palavras de Hannah Arendt, bem como de artistas que refletem sobre os mesmos temas em suas próprias produções, como Antoni Muntadas, Cildo Meireles, os coletivos 3NÓS3 e Contrafilé, entre outros criadores que atuam nos limites da arte como veículo. Por fim, divago se o dissenso proporcionado pela arte possui potência para criar espaços de visibilidade e afirmação sociais, ao estimular a reflexão crítica. / The present study proposes to investigate the work I have been developing over recent years, always addressing issues of the city and of inhabiting it in the form of art interventions using the means and codes of advertising. These are works inserted in the public sphere and planned to deceive the observer by simulating images and commercial elements and, at first sight, do not appear like an art object. They deceive to clarify, insofar as they simulate events of daily life driven to the limit, trying to explore tensions and to show the conflicts behind the facts. In the same way, they are interventions that do not exist as an isolated object, but constitute a set of situations that occur within a specific space-time: once performed, they left only their imprinted records. In this dissertation, I search references from authors who think of the contemporary city and the “spaces of appearance” of the individual, in the words of Hannah Arendt, as well as of artists who reflect on the same themes in their own productions, such as Antoni Muntadas, Cildo Meireles, the collectives 3NÓS3 and Contrafilé, among other creators who act in the limits of art like vehicle. Finally, I speculate if the dissent provided by art has the power to create spaces of social visibility and affirmation by stimulating critical reflection.

In my thesis I have solved the project of contract documents for a mid size municipal office. The typified design can be used repeatedly in the process of build-up . First, I have designed two alternates of dispositional solution. These alternates are processed in a ground plan in standard gauge 1:100. Both alternates have the same ground plan, the differences are only in the dispositional solution. After the discussion with the head of my thesis I chose the alternate {\clqq}A``. I elaborated the chosen alternate in the standard gauge 1:50 in the demanded extent. It is a two floor building which is based on a steel-concrete zone and is projected with the brick build system POROTHERM. The roof is made from prefabricated, timber, trussed rafter. It is a saddle roof with a slight declivity. The walls are lined with facing bricks, that give the building original and incommutable looks, which suits both, historical and modern development.

abstract: Handwritten documents have gained popularity in various domains including education and business. A key task in analyzing a complex document is to distinguish between various content types such as text, math, graphics, tables and so on. For example, one such aspect could be a region on the document with a mathematical expression; in this case, the label would be math. This differentiation facilitates the performance of specific recognition tasks depending on the content type. We hypothesize that the recognition accuracy of the subsequent tasks such as textual, math, and shape recognition will increase, further leading to a better analysis of the document. Content detection on handwritten documents assigns a particular class to a homogeneous portion of the document. To complete this task, a set of handwritten solutions was digitally collected from middle school students located in two different geographical regions in 2017 and 2018. This research discusses the methods to collect, pre-process and detect content type in the collected handwritten documents. A total of 4049 documents were extracted in the form of image, and json format; and were labelled using an object labelling software with tags being text, math, diagram, cross out, table, graph, tick mark, arrow, and doodle. The labelled images were fed to the Tensorflow’s object detection API to learn a neural network model. We show our results from two neural networks models, Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Network (Faster R-CNN) and Single Shot detection model (SSD). / Dissertation/Thesis / Masters Thesis Computer Science 2018
