En triangulär studie av kärleksbrev : Känslomässiga relationer i det förflutna / A triangular study of love letters : Emotional relationships in the past

På senare tid har det funnits ett ökat fokus på att studera känslornas historia, även om detta inte alltid har varit fallet för historiker. Idén till uppsatsen formades under arbetet som kommunal arkivarie när jag stötte på en sällsynt upptäckt i arkiven - en samling av omkring två hundra kärleksbrev som utväxlats mellan Artur och Margit, ett ungt par, före och under andra världskriget. I sina brev uttryckte paret sina känslor för varandra, inklusive kärlek, svartsjuka och oro, samt deras aspirationer för framtiden och drömmar om att bygga ett liv tillsammans. Genom att använda kärleksbrev som en historisk resurs kan vi få värdefulla insikter i hur människor upplevde känslor under olika historiska perioder. Brev, speciellt de som skrivits mellan romantiska partners, ger ett unikt perspektiv på hur individer uttryckte sina känslor. Dessutom ger studiet av kärleksbrev en djupare förståelse för det känslomässiga landskapet i det förflutna och hur det påverkade relationer mellan människor. / In recent times, there has been an increased focus on studying the history of emotions, although this has not always been the case for historians. The idea for this essay was formed during my work as a municipal archivist when I stumbled upon a rare find in the archives - a collection of approximately two hundred love letters exchanged between Artur and Margit, a young couple, before and during World War II. In their letters, the couple expressed their feelings towards each other, including love, jealousy, and worry, as well as their aspirations for the future and their dreams of building a life together. By utilizing love letters as a historical resource, we can gain valuable insight into how people experienced emotions during various historical periods. These letters, specifically those written between romantic partners, offer a unique perspective on how individuals expressed their emotions. Moreover, studying love letters provides a deeper understanding of the emotional landscape of the past and how it impacted relationships between people.

[pt] Na última década, os smartphones e aplicativos móveis tem se tornado parte da vida de bilhões ao redor do mundo. Designers são, implícita ou explicitamente, responsáveis pelas experiências emocionais que os produtos que utilizamos canalizam, bem como por seu impacto no bem-estar dos indivíduos. Uma vez que aplicativos de rede social e mensagem são produtos com diversas particularidades, com um público heterogêneo e massivo, e que experiências emocionais em produtos são fenômenos complexos e personalizados, a presente dissertação propõe analisar a diversidade de experiências emocionais e de relação com o bem-estar associadas à interação com aplicativos de rede social, com enfoque no Instagram e no Facebook. Foi realizada uma combinação dos métodos de Questionário e Colagem para buscar responder de forma descritiva as perguntas, analisando comportamentos, emoções e relação com necessidades psicológicas. Os principais resultados apontam para uma coleção de sentimentos e comportamentos que se repetem nessa experiência emocional, relacionada ao estímulo de necessidades psicológicas vitais para o bem-estar. O principal resultado é uma combinação de recomendações para o projeto de aplicativos sociais, que buscam apresentar formas de canalizar experiências saudáveis e positivas por meio da interação entre indivíduo e rede social. / [en] In the last decade, social apps have become part of the lives of billions around the world. Designers are, implicitly or explicitly, responsible for the emotional experiences and well-being impact that products convey. Social apps are products with several particularities, with a heterogeneous and massive audience. Considering the complexity of emotional experiences in products, the present work analyzes the diversity of emotional experiences and relationships with well-being associated with use and interaction with social apps, focusing on Instagram and Facebook. We combined the Questionnaire and Collage methods to analyze behavioral patterns, emotions, and relationships with psychological needs. Results describe a collection of feelings and behaviors that repeat throughout emotional experiences, related to stimulation of psychological needs that are vital for well-being. Our main result is a combination of recommendations for the design of social applications, intending to convey healthy and positive experiences.

依附、負向情緒調適預期和壓力因應對情緒經驗的影響歷程之探討:以大四學生的生涯抉擇壓力為例 / The Influence of Attachment, Expectancies for Negative Mood Regulation, and Coping on Emotional Experiences: The Stress of Career Choice for Senior College Students

本研究目的在整合依附理論、負向情緒調適預期和壓力因應三種理論觀點,建構面臨生涯抉擇的大四學生之情緒經驗歷程模式。研究採問卷調查法,以台灣八所大學783位大四學生為對象。研究工具包括依附風格量表、負向情緒調適預期量表、生涯抉擇壓力因應量表、快樂感受量表和憂鬱量表。資料分析方法為因素分析、信度分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及結構方程模式。 初步模式驗證發現,初始模式與觀察資料間無法適配,故根據修正指標,刪除不適當路徑、整併觀察變項、將部分觀察變項的殘差連結後,產生三個理論模式。進一步進行模式適配度考驗,顯示三個模式與觀察資料間適配度良好,並能有效解釋變項間的關係。模式一:依附會影響負向情緒調適預期;依附會透過正向壓力因應影響情緒經驗。模式二:依附會影響負向情緒調適預期;依附會透過負向壓力因應影響情緒經驗。模式三:依附會透過情緒焦點因應影響情緒經驗;依附會透過負向情緒調適預期和情緒焦點因應影響情緒經驗。 三個模式的共通處為:依附會影響個人的壓力因應;個人的壓力因應會影響其情緒經驗;依附並不會直接影響個人的情緒經驗,但依附會透過壓力因應而對情緒經驗產生影響;依附會影響個人的負向情緒調適預期。 研究建議為:宜積極發展生涯輔導方案與生涯探索課程;協助個案瞭解依附、負向情緒調適預期和壓力因應對其情緒經驗的影響;針對不安全依附者提供預防介入;以不同性別和不同依附型態者為對象,進行模式的建構與驗證;採焦點團體法或縱貫研究法進行研究;將其他重要變項納入模式中,或探究變項間的關係;依附和情緒經驗等測量工具的改進。 / The purpose of the study was to integrate attachment theory, coping theory, and the perspective of expectancies for negative mood regulation (NMR) to develop the process model of emotional experiences for senior college students encountering the stress of career choice. The participants of the study were 783 senior college students in Taiwan. The participants were evaluated by Attachment Style Scale, NMR Scale, Coping Scale, Happiness Scale, and Depression Scale. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach α analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and SEM. In the primitive model testing, the original model couldn’t fit with the observed data. Adjustment is thus made, in accordance with the modification index, to delete the unsuitable paths, combine the observed variances and line the error variances of some observed variances. Three models are generated. As shown in the result of model testing, the three models coordinate with the observed data, explaining the relationships among main variables. Model one: Attachment can affect NMR; attachment can affect emotional experiences through positive coping. Model two: Attachment can affect NMR; attachment can affect emotional experiences through negative coping. Model three: Attachment can affect emotional experiences through emotion-focused coping; attachment can affect emotional experiences through NMR and emotion-focused coping. The similarities in the three models were as follows: Firstly, attachment can affect coping. Secondly, coping can affect emotion. Thirdly, attachment can’t affect emotional experiences directly, but attachment can affect emotional experiences through coping. Fourthly, attachment can affect NMR. The suggestions were as follows: 1.The programs of career guidance and the curriculum of career exploration should be developed. 2. The clients should be assisted to understand the influence of attachment, NMR, and coping on their emotional experiences. 3. The preventive intervention should be provided to students of insecure attachment. 4. The models should be developed and tested according to the participants of different gender and attachment styles. 5. The focus group interview and the longitudinal method should be adopted. 6. Other important variables should be added to the model; alternatively, the relationships of these variables be explored. 7. The instructions of measurement in attachment and emotional experiences should be improved.

In addition, a professional teacher development program was developed, via the internet, at the UFSCar Portal of Teachers (www.portaldosprofessores.ufscar.br), entitled Programa de Formação Online de Mentores (PFOM). The program focused on the mentors formation, i.e., teachers, pedagogical coordinators, school directors and in-service teaching supervisors accompanying beginning teachers, helping them to minimize the typical difficulties of this stage of the career in their schools or teaching networks. Specifically, it was investigated and understood, together with the experienced teachers, the learning and knowledge produced in the process of building identity as mentors throughout their participation in the Program, and how they helped in the mentoring of beginner teachers; it was analyzed the emotional experiences of the experienced teachers and how they interfered in their work, in the construction of their identity as a mentor and in the construction of the knowledge necessary to act in a new role. The theoretical framework concentrated on the learning literature and professional development of teaching, knowledge base for teaching, human development ecology, mentoring programs, emotional experience and written narratives which have as main authors: Shulman, Garcia, Mizukami, Bronfenbrenner, Freire et al. A constructive-collaborative approach to research and intervention was adopted and the main instruments of data collection were written narratives elaborated by the participants. Data analysis was performed based on the bioecological theory systems model. These analyzes were made through studies of multiple cases derived from the professional learning and the emotional experiences of mentors: a Triad (experienced teacherbeginner teachers) and two dyads (experienced teacher-beginner). The analyzes indicated that the inclusion of experienced teachers in a new context (PFOM) and the systematic accompagnement with the beginners proved to be a potentially relevant strategy for the construction of professional knowledge related to the role of teacher trainers. Additionally, it was evidenced the emotional dimension of mentoring, revealed by the positive and negative emotional experiences associated with mentoring job. While the online training context, the PFOM has proved to be a promising pedagogical tool in the continuing education and a possibility to support the professional development of teachers in different phases of the career. An important contribution of the present study to the educational area was to involve different subjects - researchers, tutors and teachers, in different stages of the career, in developmental processes caused by the insertion in a new context, PFOM, with its own activities, such as the study and theoretical deepening, mentoring, mentoring, demonstrating and considering that, at different levels, they learn and construct different types of knowledge. / A pesquisa teve como propósito investigar, descrever e analisar as aprendizagens profissionais e as experiências emocionais de professoras experientes – futuras mentoras, expressas ao longo de sua participação em um programa de formação online. Além disso, desenvolveu-se um programa de desenvolvimento profissional docente, via internet, no Portal dos Professores da UFSCar (www.portaldosprofessores.ufscar.br), intitulado Programa de Formação Online de Mentores (PFOM). O Programa era voltado para a formação de mentores, isto é, professores, coordenadores pedagógicos, diretores de escola e supervisores de ensino em exercício que acompanhavam professores iniciantes, auxiliando-os a minimizar dificuldades típicas desta etapa da carreira em suas escolas ou redes de ensino. Especificamente, investigou-se e compreendeu-se, junto às professoras experientes, as aprendizagens e os conhecimentos produzidos no processo de construção de identidade como mentoras, ao longo de sua participação no Programa, e como estes auxiliaram na mentoria dos professores iniciantes; analisou-se as experiências emocionais das professoras experientes e como estas interferiram em seu trabalho, na construção de sua identidade como mentora e na construção de conhecimentos necessários para atuarem em um novo papel. O referencial teórico pautou-se na literatura sobre aprendizagem e desenvolvimento profissional da docência, base de conhecimento para o ensino, ecologia do desenvolvimento humano, programas de mentoria, experiência emocional e narrativas escritas, tendo como principais autores: Shulman, Garcia, Mizukami, Bronfenbrenner, Freire e colaboradores. Adotou-se uma abordagem construtivo-colaborativa de pesquisa e intervenção e os principais instrumentos de coleta de dados foram narrativas escritas elaboradas pelas participantes. As análises dos dados foram realizadas processualmente com base no modelo de sistemas da teoria bioecológica. Tais análises foram feitas por meio de estudo de casos múltiplos, decorrentes das aprendizagens profissionais e das experiências emocionais das mentoras, uma Tríade (professora experiente-professoras iniciantes) e duas díades (professora experiente-iniciante). As análises indicaram que a inserção de professores experientes em um novo contexto (PFOM) e o acompanhamento sistemático junto aos iniciantes mostrou-se como uma estratégia potencialmente relevante para a construção de conhecimentos profissionais relacionados ao papel de formadores de professores. Adicionalmente, evidenciaram a dimensão emocional da mentoria, revelada pelas experiências emocionais positivas e negativas ligadas ao trabalho de mentora. Enquanto contexto formativo online, o PFOM mostrou-se uma ferramenta pedagógica promissora na formação continuada e uma possibilidade para apoiar o desenvolvimento profissional de professores em diferentes fases da carreira. Uma contribuição importante do presente estudo para a área educacional foi a de envolver diferentes sujeitos – pesquisadores, tutores e professores, em distintas etapas da carreira, em processos desenvolvimentais causados pela inserção em um novo contexto, o PFOM, com atividades próprias, como o estudo e aprofundamento teórico, tutoria, mentoria, demonstrando e considerando que, em diversos níveis, aprendem e constroem diferentes tipos de conhecimentos.

Initially a literature study was undertaken and emotions from the developmental stages of primary school pupils were identified and described. An existing instrument of measurement for personality, the Emotions Profile Index (EPI), was adapted and implemented as a new measurement instrument to determine the emotions of primary learners. Questionnaires were completed by the parents of 144 grade 3 and 4 pupils during an empirical investigation. The degree of reliability of the new measurement instrument is particularly high. Stanines were developed for each of the different emotions. At the core of the current studies on human behaviour and its relations with the various institutions in which man can be seen inserted include efforts aimed at understanding the role and value of the contribution of human beings to working environment and strengthening of organizations. Increasing have shown the concern and understanding about the factors that impact the general welfare, the well-being at work, workers' health and emotional variables from interpersonal relations common to the whole social body. The combination of emerging themes and rich in significance as well-being at work, satisfaction and involvement with the work, organizational commitment affective, emotions, affections and feelings, point out as a wide field and instigating the search for a broader adaptation of organizational environment to human being. This study aimed to submit to test the empirical relationship between emotional experiences in the organizational context and three dimensions of well-being at work - satisfaction at work, involvement with the organizational work and emotional commitment. The sample was composed of 253 employees of a metallurgical industry of the great Sao Paulo, 213 males and 29 females, most at the age between 26 to 30 years old, distributed between unmarried and married. For data collection it was used a questionnaire for self-fulfillment with four scales that evaluated positive and negative affects, satisfaction at work, involvement with the organizational work and emotional commitment. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS, version 16.0 and various sub-programs that led to calculate descriptive analyses and multiple regression analysis for evaluating the impact of positive and negative affects on well-being at work. The results of this study revealed that the main predictor of the dimensions of well-being at work were the positive affects. Thus, it seems appropriate to say that well-being at work is a psychological state supported particularly by the experience of positive emotions in organizational context. It is suggested that the promotion of health and well-being within organizations are hotbeds of future studies, representing valuable contribution to the fields of knowledge of the psychology of health and organizational psychology, and the consequent strengthening of links between business and workers.(AU) / Em ambiente de elevada pressão, competição e necessidade de criação de diferenciais consistentes que venham contribuir com a longevidade das organizações, nota-se a busca e, às vezes, radicais transformações nos modelos de gestão de negócios e gestão do ser humano no meio empresarial. No campo central dos estudos atuais acerca do comportamento humano e de suas relações com as diversas instituições em que o homem se vê inserido, figuram os esforços voltados à compreensão do papel e valor da contribuição do ser humano ao ambiente de trabalho e fortalecimento das organizações. Crescentes se mostram a preocupação e o entendimento sobre os fatores que impactam o bem-estar geral, o bem-estar no trabalho, a saúde dos trabalhadores e as variáveis emocionais oriundas das relações interpessoais comuns a todo organismo social. A combinação de temas emergentes e ricos em significância como bem-estar no trabalho, satisfação e envolvimento com o trabalho, comprometimento organizacional afetivo, emoções, afetos e sentimentos, caracterizam-se como um vasto e instigante campo de pesquisa para uma adaptação mais ampla do ser humano ao ambiente organizacional. O presente estudo teve como objetivo submeter ao teste empírico as relações entre experiências afetivas no contexto organizacional e três dimensões de bem-estar no trabalho - satisfação no trabalho, envolvimento com o trabalho e comprometimento organizacional afetivo. A amostra foi composta por 253 profissionais de uma indústria metalúrgica de autopeças na grande São Paulo, sendo 213 do sexo masculino e 29 do sexo feminino, com maior freqüência na faixa etária compreendida entre 26 a 30 anos, distribuída entre solteiros e casados. Para a coleta de dados foi utilizado um questionário de auto-preenchimento com quatro escalas que avaliaram afetos positivos e negativos, satisfação no trabalho, envolvimento com o trabalho e comprometimento organizacional afetivo. A análise dos dados foi feita por meio do SPSS, versão 16.0 e diversos sub-programas permitiram realizar análises descritivas bem como calcular modelos de regressão linear para verificar o impacto de afetos positivos e negativos sobre bem-estar no trabalho. Os resultados deste estudo revelaram que o principal preditor das dimensões de bem-estar no trabalho foram os afetos positivos. Assim, parece ser adequado afirmar que bem-estar no trabalho seja um estado psicológico sustentado, em especial, pela vivência de emoções positivas no contexto organizacional. Sugere-se que a promoção da saúde e do bem-estar dentro das organizações sejam focos de estudos futuros, representando valiosa contribuição aos campos de conhecimento da psicologia da saúde e da psicologia organizacional, bem como ao conseqüente fortalecimento dos vínculos entre empresa e trabalhadores.(AU)

'n Bestaande meetinstrument vir die meting van persoonlikheid, naamlik die Emotions Profile Index (EPI) is as nuwe meetinstrument vir die meting van emosies van primere leerders aangepas en ge"implementeer. Die vraelyste is tydens 'n empiriese ondersoek deur die ouers van 144 graad 3 en 4 leerders voltooi. Die betroubaarheid van die nuwe meetinstrument is besonder haag en staneges is oak vir die onderskeie emosies, antwerp. Die slotsom waartoe gekom is, is dat die opvoedkundige sielkundige die nuut aangepaste EPI as diagnostiseringsmiddel kan aanwend en sy terapiebeplanning hiervolgens kan doen. / Educational Studies / M.
