La agricultura orgánica con certificación Comercio Justo, permite que los productores vendan sus productos a mercados más competitivos que les permitan obtener mejoras económicas, ambientales y sociales para ellos y para la comunidad, es por ello que la presente investigación consistió en elaborar una propuesta que permita obtener la certificación de Comercio Justo para los productores de la Asociación BANOL del distrito de Olmos - Lambayeque 2018, así como diagnosticar la situación actual de la agricultura orgánica en el distrito de Olmos, análisis de la dimensión ambiental, económica, social y las fortalezas en relación al comercio Justo. Para ello se utilizaron entrevistas con preguntas semiestructuradas dirigidas a la presidenta de la asociación, 07 agricultores y 02 técnicos especialistas en agricultura orgánica. Determinando que la actividad agrícola orgánica se encuentra en etapa introducción, adaptación y aprendizaje, también se comprobó que los agricultores si cumplen con prácticas medioambientales preservando los recursos naturales y evitando el uso agroquímicos para no contaminar el ecosistema, en la situación económica se determinó que la adopción de la agricultura orgánica se implementó como estrategia comercial para ingresar a mercados más competitivos donde
están dispuestos a pagar un mejor precio por productos orgánicos y eco amigables viéndose
rentable a mediano plazo, debido al nivel de ventas, contratos fijos anuales, precios y reinversión. Sin embargo, en la parte social presentan debilidad: bajo nivel de educación, salud, vivienda, formalidad de empleo etc. Finalmente se concluyó que las fortalezas de Banol se adaptan al cumplimiento de las exigencias mínimas iniciales que pide Comercio Justo para otorgar la certificación. Esta certificación ayudará a mejorar la calidad de vida, debido a la mejora de los servicios básicos para todos los agricultores de Banol y comunidad, fortaleciendo así la parte social. / Organic farming with Fair Trade certification, allows producers to sell their products to more competitive markets that allow them to obtain economic, environmental and social improvements for themselves and for the community, which is why the present investigation consisted in writing a proposal that allows obtaining the certification of Commerce for the producers of the Association BANOL of the district of Olmos - Lambayeque 2018, as a diagnosis of the current situation of the organic agriculture in the district of Olmos, analysis of the Dimension environmental, economic, social and strengths in relation to Fair trade. For this, interviews with semi-structured questions directed to the presidency of the association, 07
farmers and 02 technicians specialized in organic agriculture are used. To determine that the
organic agricultural activity is in the introduction, adaptation and learning stage, it is also verified that the means are maintained with the environmental practices preserving the natural resources and the use of agrochemicals in order not to contaminate the ecosystem, in the economic situation determined that the adoption of organic agriculture is implemented as a commercial strategy to enter more competitive markets where it offers to pay better price for organic and eco-friendly products over a period of sales, fixed annual contracts, prices and reinvestment. However, it is concluded that the strengths of Banol are adapted to meet the minimum initial requirements that Trade is required. Just to grant the certification. This is the best way to improve the quality of life thanks to the improvement of basic services for all.

The initiative “fairlangen.org – fair leben in Erlangen” (fair living in Erlangen)
campaigns for global justice. Its activities are based on a holistic understanding of
mission. Through networking, fostering public relations, educational work and
specific campaigns, the initiative supports local commitment to global justice. Its
main focus is the promotion of fair consumer behaviour.
This MTh dissertation offers a missiological reflection of the initiative
fairlangen.org, which is the author‘s action research project. Firstly, it establishes
the missiological grounds on which local commitment for global justice can be
understood as a part of holistic mission. This is concretised by actions to promote
fair consumer behaviour, with an emphasis on Fair Trade. On this basis, the specific
segment of fairlangen's practical activities are analysed using qualitative methods,
and reflected upon in missiological terms.
This study concludes by giving new impulses to other missionary projects that

道德企業的臉書粉絲團:社群對話與意義行銷 / Fair Trade is for more than just coffee: Oliberté and prAna sell clothing, shoes, and accessories. Corporate social responsibility now takes the shape of business models. For each item sold, TOMS and Warby Parker give an item to someone in need. The present study takes a closer look at what is happening on these four brands’ Facebook pages with the focus on user-generated contributions. Observation of those pages during the 2014 American holiday shopping season identifies what people are posting. Depth interviews with active Facebook followers provide insight as to why people are posting about these companies and how they came to be brand advocates. The results indicate that though there are plenty of discussions about products, Facebook brand pages are not merely advertising channels. They are tools that the greater ethical consumption community uses to strengthen and expand its values-based groups of followers. People also choose Facebook over face-to-face conversation to start tough conversations about consumer and political issues within their own networks because it is easier to present controversial ideas. The informants, regardless of voting frequency, reported being skeptical of government and large organizations. Yet, they have faith in capitalism’s ability to carry out good around the world, and they are an active audience for meaningful marketing. Finally, informants reported hating shopping. Yet, they invested time checking corporate websites, reading literature written by a brand’s founder, and sharing information about companies on Facebook. Websites and social media are essential to the shopping process today because they are spaces where consumers learn about and share brand stories.

本文以公平交易委員會於2007年8月30日第825次委員會決議,就國內三大乳品公司,即統一企業股份有限公司、味全食品工業股份有限公司及光泉牧場股份有限公司於2006年8月1日同步調漲鮮乳銷售價格一案為例,探討一致性行為與公平交易法規範關係之研究。
本案值得探討之處在於公平會於本案之處分中,係首次依公平交易法第24條、行政罰法第10條,論以被處分人未克盡防止「足以影響交易秩序之顯失公平行為事實發生」義務之行政法上不作為犯。
本文經研析公平會於處分書中所載事證與公平交易法第24條、行政罰法第10條之涵攝及適用情形後,試提出評析意見。另據本案所顯示之事證,本文認為公平會於本案執法上,若採以一致性行為論處似較為妥適,並提出此看法之適用見解。 / The objective of this dissertation is to expound the relation between concerted action and Fair Trade Law by studying administrative action for concerted increasing price action in three leading milk products companies case.
This case is wothy studying for it is the very first time for FTC to punish actors’breaching of duty under administrative law for fail to prevent the occurrence of the obviously unfair conduct that is able to affect trading order.
By analysising the disclosed evidences and the way FTC applying article 24 of Fair Trade Law and article 10 of Administrative Penalty Act to the case, the auther make a try to present the concerning legal opinions.
The study suggests it would be a proper way to deal with the case by applying the concerted action theory. At last, concerning legal opinions are also presented to support the conclusion of the study.

This thesis researches the world coffee and tea trade, especially their flows and trends in consumption and production and trade regulations that affect these flows. This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the world coffee and tea production, the economic benefits of these commodities for producing countries and the outlook for these markets. Another chapter deals with the coffee and tea market, the development of demand, supply and price is examined. This chapter is also dedicated to the concept of Fair Trade and to the forms of trading on examined markets. It is explained how the commodity exchange, tea auctions and trading on the basis of financial derivatives work. The last chapter investigates the forms of international regulations that have been requested by the global coffee and tea trade.

<p>Using coffee as the example, the five certifications; Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, UTZ Certified, EU certification for organic farming and KRAV are explored. A consumer perception survey and a comparative analysis of the certifications true achievements are compared in order to establish how well consumer perceptions reflect certification demands.</p><p>Rainforest Alliance and UTZ Certified largely upholds existing conditions. Fair Trade, KRAV and the EU certification in different ways aims to improve them. KRAV is the most well-known certification, followed by Fair Trade. 85% of the respondents associate KRAV with organic production and 80% of the respondents recognising the Fair Trade logotype associate it with taking strong social responsibility.</p><p>Overall, the results from the consumer survey conform relatively well to the actual standards of the certifications. However some results suggest that Rainforest Alliance holds a higher degree of appreciation than it actually deserves. In a broader perspective this can be associated to the phenomena of Greenwashing; corporative attempts to make a product or service seem more environmentally beneficent than it actually is. This is something that should be taken seriously since it does not contribute to a sustainable development, it might fuel the hollowing out of certificatory initiatives and further complicate for those consumers aiming to shop responsibly.</p> / <p>Med kaffe som exempel utreds de fem certifieringarna; Rainforest Alliance, Rättvisemärkt, UTZ Certified EU:s certifiering för ekologisk produktion och KRAV. Purpose: First of all, this thesis wants to describe managers’ expectations regarding customers’ perception about their retail stores CSR initiatives and furthermore their implemented CSR initiatives. Secondly, to describe customer awareness and engagement towards retail stores CSR initiatives. Finally, to compare the results from retail store and customers, in purpose to identify possible gaps between these two. Research questions:RQ1: What expectations regarding customers’ perception of retail stores CSR initiatives do manager of such stores have and how do they perform CSR activities? RQ2: How aware are customer regarding retail stores CSR initiative and what level of engagement do customer have concerning retail stores CSR activities? Method: The empirical material is based on both a quantitative and a qualitative investigation. The quantitative investigation is the main study and contains of a customer survey whereby the collected sample consist of 150 respondents. A pilot study have been conducted in order to improve the intension of the survey. Further, the qualitative investigation contains five in-depth semi-strucutred interviews with local store managers of the selected retail stores. Conclusion: Customer thinks retail stores CSR initiatives are important, but they seldom support them. Retail store expect customers to value CSR products/action low in relation to other factors, but retail store are engaging themselves in several CSR actions.
