School is the most important organization in the process of creating educational community, because there is a place where citizens of this community are raised. Schools computerization gets most attention. Analyzing existing intranet based learning systems and creating system, witch is designed for general education schools to improve their students ant teachers work, are object of postgraduate studies work. This system allow schools to corporate, share information, studying plans and information. Created system can be used in all general education schools. This system can be reused in schools which has special purpose. System is designed for virtual learning and communications between students and teachers, for sharing and using educational information, for analyzing marking and learning results, creating summaries. Teachers can: • create studying plans; • deliver theoretical educational information; • create tests; • mark students work at lessons and tests. Students can: • use educational information, which teacher offer them; • communicate with other students and teachers; • take tests; • check for their marks. System can be useful for parents of students. Trey can check their child marks from their home.

Šiame darbe tiriama bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų tinklo pertvarkos problemų struktūra, analizuojamos problemų priežastys, galimi sprendimo būdai. Darbo tikslas - atskleisti Vilniaus miesto savivaldybės bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų pertvarkos problemas, jų skirstymą ir pertvarką įgyvendinti trukdančius veiksnius. Darbą sudaro įvadas, teorinė ir empirinė dalys, pateikiamos išvados ir rekomendacijos bei literatūros sąrašas ir priedai. Pirmame teorinio darbo skyriuje apžvelgiama bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų reformos eiga, Lietuvai atgavus nepriklausomybę. Aptariami reformos politiniai, socialiniai, ekonominiai motyvai. Išskirti reformos etapai, pateikiami šiems etapams būdingi bruožai. Antrame teorinio darbo skyriuje nagrinėjami Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų tinklo pertvarkos trukdžiai bei problemos, įvardintos mokslininkų, švietimo specialistų, nepriklausomų tyrėjų. Taip pat pabrėžiama įvairių švietimo bendruomenių įtaka reformai, bendrais bruožais pateikiamas bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų bendruomenių (tėvų, mokinių, mokytojų, švietimo specialistų ir kt.) atstovų reformos vertinimas. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The structure problems of structural problems of reorganization of general education schools in Vilnius city are researched, the possible reasons and ways of solution are presented in the work. The aim is to open and divide the problems of schools’ network reorganization and the factors interfering its implementation. The work is divided into introduction, theoretical and empirical units, conclusions and recommendations. The development of educational reform after regaining the independence, its stages and political, social and economical grounds are presented and thoroughly described in the first unit. The run and impediments of general education reform in Lithuania analyzed by scientists, educators, and independent authors presented in the second unit as well as influence of educational communities and the reform evaluation made by their representatives. In the third unit the results of quantitative and qualitative research in the context of reorganization of school network described. Pastaruoju metu vis didesnis dėmesys yra skiriamas mokinių neformaliajam ugdymui, kaip švietimo sistemos komponentui. Neformalusis ugdymas – kryptinga, pedagoginiais tikslais organizuojama veikla, padedanti vaikui tapti atsakinga ir kūrybinga asmenybe, gebančia aktyviai veikti visuomenėje ir prisitaikyti prie kintančios aplinkos. Analizuojant ŠMM atliktų tyrimų duomenis, paaiškėjo, kad neformaliojo ugdymo veikloje dalyvauja apie du trečdalius Lietuvos mokinių, tačiau skiriamas nepakankamas dėmesys jų poreikių išsiaiškinimui bei tenkinimui, neieškoma sprendimų, kaip pritraukti mokinius ir pagerinti neformaliojo ugdymo kokybę. Todėl tyrimo objektu pasirinktas neformalaus ugdymo organizavimas, siekiant patenkinti mokinių poreikius. Tyrimo tikslas – išryškinti mokinių poreikių tenkinimą gimnazijoje bei numatyti neformaliojo ugdymo organizavimo tobulinimo kryptis. Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą, buvo atskleista neformaliojo ugdymo paskirtis bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje, išryškinta mokinių poreikių įvairovė ir jų tenkinimo galimybės neformaliajame ugdyme, apibrėžtos neformaliojo ugdymo veiklos organizavimo ir jos tobulinimo kryptys. Empirinis tyrimas buvo atliktas Vilkaviškio rajono X gimnazijoje. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad mokiniai siekia tenkini aukštesniuosius - saviraiškos ir kūrybinius – poreikius ir, dalyvaudami neformaliojo ugdymo veikloje, juos tenkina. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Non-formal education of students is becoming more popular nowadays and it has great importance as the component of educational system. Non-formal education – a targeted activity having clear pedagogical objectives that help students to become responsible, creative and active persons in social life as well as adapt in changing society. The analysis of data carried out by Ministry of Education and Science proves that two-thirds of Lithuanian students take part in non-formal education. However, there is a lack of attention to the clarification and satisfaction of their interests. Also, there are not serious solutions how to attract children and improve the quality of non-formal education. The aim of the research is to highlight satisfaction of students’ requirements in gymnasium as well as to foresee improvement trends of non-formal education organization. The study of scientific literature revealed the purpose of non-formal education in general education school. Also, a variety of students’ interests and opportunities to satisfy them in non-formal education were revealed. Baigiamajame magistro darbe didelį dėmesį skirsime ne tik teorinės darbo organizavimo minties raidos kaitai, bet ir įstatyminės bazės analizei, taip pat atliksime dvidešimties bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų analitinį įvertinimą, giliau gvildensime trijų skirtingo pavaldumo mokyklų darbo organizavimo sistemą, daugiausia dėmesio skirsime mokyklos vadovų- vadybos ekspertų nuomonei, kurią iliustruosime – praplėsime tiriamųjų mokyklų pedagogų požiūriu, tokiu būdu siekdami atsakyti į klausimus: 1. Kokia informacija ir kaip turėtų būti pateikiama mokyklos internetinėje svetainėje, kad ne tik reprezentuotų pačią švietimo įstaigą, bet ir atitiktų tokiai svetainei keliamus reikalavimus? 2. Ar mokyklos vadovų-vadybos ekspertų nuomonė apie švietimo įstaigos veiklos organizavimą atspindi realią situaciją šių dienų mokykloje? 3. Kokie veiksniai lemia švietimo įstaigos veiklos sėkmę? 4. Ar tiriamų mokyklų pedagogų nuomonė apie darbo organizavimą sutampa su mokyklos vadovų nuomone? Šiame darbe plačiausiai ir išsamiausiai bus nagrinėjamos darbo organizavimo- vadybos problemos, atsiskleidžiančios šių dienų bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų kontekste. / In my master thesis I focused not only on the theoretical thought of work organization evolution, but also have analyzed the legal framework, as well as perform the analytical evaluation of twenty secondary schools, also more deeply explored three different hierarchical organizations of the school system, focused on the school principles of management, which illustrate experts’ opinion from school teachers point of view. In my work I have tried to respond to the questions: 1. What information and how it should be presented on the online school web page in order to not only represent the same educational institution, but also meet the requirements for such kind of web pages? 2. Do management and experts’ opinion about the organization of educational institutions reflect the real situation of these days’ schools? 3. What factors determine the success of an educational institution? 4. Do school teachers opinion about on the organization of the work coincides with the school leaders consider? In this thesis the most comprehensive and widely considered problem to be analyzed is work organization and school management problems in the context of general education.

Die Beiträge der vorliegenden Festschrift, die anlässlich der Emeritierung von Prof. Dr. Albrecht Hummel entstanden ist, greifen aus unterschiedlichsten Perspektiven Themen der empirischen Bildungsforschung auf. Sie fokussieren insbesondere Forschungsfragen des Kinder- und Jugendsports, des Schulsports, der Talententwicklung und der Bildungsganganalyse. Die Zusammenstellung der Buchbeiträge, die sich im Spannungsfeld zwischen schulischer Allgemeinbildung und sportlicher Spezialbildung verorten lassen und teilweise in einem diskursiven Dialog zueinander stehen, repräsentiert die vielfältigen Schnittpunkte der beteiligten Autoren mit den Forschungsschwerpunkten respektive der akademischen Karriere des Jubilars.

Dinamiškos aplinkos reikalavimai įpareigoja švietimo institucijas nuolat keistis, persvarstyti ne tik naujus konceptualius veiklos principus, mokyklos narių naujų, neįprastų vaidmenų prisiėmimą (novatoriaus,kaitos iniciatoriaus,tarpininko,įgyvendintojo), bet ir diskutuoti apie optimalesnes valdymo strategijas,modelius, metodus. Todėl iš esmės turi būti kuriama nauja mokyklos veiklos erdvė. Visa tai lemia edukacinių novacijų ir jų diegimo procesų tyrimų poreikį, modernizuojant bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų veiklą. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Dynamic environmental conditions require the continuous change of educational institutions, a review of new conceptual operational principles and the assumption of novel unusual roles (those of novator, change initiator, mediator, implementer) by the school members, as well as a discussion of more optimal resources, management strategies, models, and methods. Magistro baigiamajame darbe ištirtos lyderystės teorijų ir praktinio jų įgyvendinimo sąsajos bendrojo ugdymo mokykloje. Įvade yra aprašomas temos aktualumas ir ištirtumas, nurodoma problemas, iškeliamas tyrimo tikslas ir uždaviniai. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje analizuojama lyderystės sanmprata bei transakcinės, transformacinės ir pasidalytosios lyderystės teorijos bei jų taikymas bendrojo ugdymo mokykloje. Antrojoje dalyje analizuojama lyderystė bendrojo ugdymo mokykloje, lydersystė mokyklos vadovo ir mokytojų veikloje, lyderystės galimybių raiška teisiniuose švietimo dokumentuose. Trečiasis skyrius skirtas lyderystės teorijos ir praktikos sąsajų bendrojo ugdymo mokykloje tyrimo metodikos ir rezultatų aprašymui bei analizavimui. Išvadose pateikti apibendrinti tyrimo rezultatai, pateiktos rekomendacijos mokytojams, mokyklų vadovams ir švietimo politikams. / In Master's thesis was examined the interfaces of leadership theories and their practical implementation in general education school. The introduction describes the revelance and study of topic, indicates a problem, in the introduction is raised the goal and objectives of the investigation. The first part analyzes the conception of leadership and transactional, transformational and distributed leadership theories and their application in general education school. The second part analyzes leadership and its significance in general education school, leadership in school principals and teachers work, the expression of leadership opportunities in legal education documents. The third chapter is devoted to analyze the mothodology and results of leadership theory and practice interfaces in general school investigation. In the conclusions are summarized the results of investigation, submited recommendations for teachers, school principals and education policymakers.

Zwei Beispiele dafür, wie das Klavierstück Erinnerung Robert Schumanns im Musikunterricht allgemeinbildender Schule vorkommt, werden zur Darstellung gebracht und in einer musikdidaktischen und verstehenstheoretischen Kontextualisierung mit den Bezugspunkten Gegenstand und Subjekt als komplementär-gegensätzliche Ausgangspunkte diskutiert. Im Interesse einer Lösung der als problematisch angesehenen ›Das-Eine-oder-das-Andere‹-Dichotomie wird ein Ausblick auf eine anders angelegte, eine dezidiert konstruktivistische inspirierte Perspektive hinzugefügt. / Two examples will be examined of how the keyboard piece Erinnerung by Robert Schumann appears in the music lessons in a general education school. They will also be discussed in the context of music didactics and conceptualization-theory with object and subject as both complementary and contrasting reference points. With the goal of resolving the problematic “one or the other” dichotomy, emphasis will be placed on differently designed, constructivism-inspired perspective.
