Sampaio, Emilio Davi January 2014 (has links)
Through telluric poetic, written by poets belonging to Sul-Mato-Grossense Letters Academy, we propose to discuss questions on identity and representation. The study has got as temporal cut the decades of 1980,1990 and 2000 and focus only on poetic texts published on the two Academy journals: Suplemento Cutural and a Revista Academia Sul-Mato-Grossense de Letras. The investigative look centers on the texts literary aspects, and the discussion is based on the assumption that the poetic content can reveal, in terms of representation, the sul-matogrossense people cultural identity, having cultural identity as belonging feeling related to a space. To the poetic texts analytical-interpretative reading, we used, basically, the Roman Ingarden's strata-layers' theory.

Incipit : a Vita Nova e a irrupção da lirica moderna / Incipit : the Vita Nova and the irruption of modern lyric

Sterzi, Eduardo, 1973- 29 June 2006 (has links)

In this study, we propose a renewed understanding of Dante Alighieri¿s work based on the hypothesis that his first book, the Vita Nova, offers a representation of the irruption of modern lyric. Initially, we try to determine the meaning of this irruption (and, then, of this representation) inspired by Walter Benjamin¿s theory of origin (Ursprung). After, we insist on the pertinence of a reconstruction of the concept of modernity, since its first formulations still in the Middle Ages, as we have Dante¿s work in view, and more specifically the Vita Nova. Finally, we analyze the Vita Nova from four fundamental figures it bequeaths ¿ not just as thematic axes, but as elements of formalization ¿ to the forthcoming lyric: Memory, Love, Secret, Death / Doutorado / Literatura Geral e Comparada / Doutor em Teoria e História Literária

VIEIRA JÚNIOR, Paulo Antônio 01 April 2009 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2014-07-29T16:19:12Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 1 dissertacao paulo junior letras.pdf: 1017842 bytes, checksum: 2ee704ffb6efbfcfd92fddd3114ea073 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2009-04-01 / This work is a research about the writer Yêda Schmaltz, this poetry that revives the Eros face through the mytological characters Penélepe, Dioniso, Áthis, Eco, Narciso and other myths. The initial propose is to study the complete works of the poetry especially books like A alquimia dos nós, Baco e as Anas brasileiras, A ti Áthis and Ecos: a jóia de Pandora, works that show better the Eros images, besides that she uses the Greek mytology. First of all we used works about mitology and platonic philosophy to understand how the God of love is showed on the Ocident. We used too a lot of poets that maked of love feeling as subject for his poems, like Safo, Petrarca, Camões and Álvares de Azevedo. Our objetive is seeing how Yêda Schmaltz is an heir of this poets. So we arrived at the conclusion that Yêda Schmaltz makes a modern poem when she revives Eros. According to Alfredo Bosi the subjective about the poems is giving the ways of the resistence of modern artists / O presente trabalho é uma leitura da obra em verso da escritora goiana Yêda Schmaltz, poeta que revive a imagem de Eros através das figuras mitológicas de Penélepe, Dioniso, Áthis, Eco e Narciso, dentre outras.

Humberto Issao Sueyoshi 06 September 2017 (has links)
The work presented here is the concretization of a journey that transited between history, didactics and theatrical theory. Therefore, there are six volumes with much of the work done during that journey. In the multiplicity of contemporary, a wide range of tools is required to navigate the analysis and scenic creations. The more instrumental the navigation, the greater the chance of a powerful trip. There is a gap in the theory of genres when it comes to the area of performing arts: the lyrical form of theater. This absence has a proposal of effectiveness in the pages that follow and from this proposal; it develops some didactics possibilities to enter a scene that we point like \"liricizada\". In the first volume of this research we find the account of this trip; In the first chapter we have history as the nucleus that accommodates and organizes the place from which we came and to where the research wants to go, the context of the research and the timelines that were developed in it; In the second chapter the theatrical theory is revisited under the optics of the lyrical form of the theater and a proposal is developed to contribute to the scenic analysis and creation with an instrument that can be used to look at works of the past, the present and the future; In the third chapter we develop some possibilities of how to enter into this scene enlivened in the teaching practice. Volumes two, three, four e five bring sources considered primary to a projection of this scene \"liricizada\" that have been translated and incorporated into this story. Volume six allows access to other sources in the form of a list with access to the database in a peer-to-peer relationship, so that students can access that accumulated knowledge.

Orfeu emparedado: Hilda Hilst e a perversão dos gêneros / Orfeu emparedado: Hilda Hilst and perversion of the genres

Marcos Lemos Ferreira dos Santos 14 March 2011 (has links)
Taking into consideration a perspective that privileges the Theory of literary forms, this study aims at verifying the way it works, in the production of the Brazilian writer Hilda Hilst, the relations among lyrics, theater and narrative prose. The theoretical parameter is the works Theory of Modern Drama, by Peter Szondi, in which the German critic deals with the question of mixture of literary forms as an alternative to overcome objective questions related to the historical situation of a certain literary form. Concerning Hilda Hilst, we intend to analyse how the incursions of the author in theater and narrative prose appear as a problematic response to the reception of a lyrics initially guided by the poetic ideals of the Generation of 45. As we intend to demonstrate, the attempts on the part of the author in other discursive types will produce significant formal modifications in her work, by means of the contamination of structures of one gender to another.

C. / The Athenian Fragments of Simonides: A Study of the Epigraphical Sources before 480 BC.

Robert Brose Pires 11 February 2008 (has links)
The origins of Athenian democracy are herein surveyed through the analysis of four Simonidean epigrams and the canvassing of several others. Starting from the murder of Hipparchus by Harmodius and Aristogeiton, and following its consequences, both mythic and political, we shall proceed to demonstrate how the people, now identified with the same democratic ideal, was able to eschew both the danger of helotization by Sparta and submission by the Persian Empire by its winning two decisive battles recorded in inscriptions that came down to us either through literary or epigraphical transmission or both. We shall also deal with all aspects surrounding the composition, nature and transmission of each of the four epigrams, besides providing a translation of all other epigrams - including the newly discovered elegiac fragments - that may bear any relevancy to the subject under appreciation.

Un roman chansonnier dans les marges du monde arthurien : Roman de la Violette de Gerbert de Montreuil / A lyric novel at the margins of the Arthurian world : Gerbert`s de Montreuil Roman de la Violette

Tramet, Marina 11 April 2011 (has links)
Gerbert de Montreuil's Roman de la Violette is a XIIIth century text dedicated to Marie, countess of Ponthieu, and belongs to the wager cycle, in which women are falsely accused. The author aims so to glorify women's virtues and is. Using the enchâssement technique of lyric insertions into a narrative, and relating the misadventures of a young couple of heroes, the author inscribes this novel of popular origin in a typical arthurian errance scheme, a solid structure that can support any thematic development. On one hand, the different adventures based on the quête scheme, allow the author to repeatedly question the courtly world and its inhabitants. On the other, lyric insertions chosen in the repertoires of the first and second generation of troubadours and trouvères, voice the characters’ love discourse, creating different effects throughout the text. Gerbert questions both the Arthurian values and traditional courtly rhetoric, and plays with his public by challenging and frustrating their aesthetic expectations, showing a conscious and playful distance from his models. By glorifying his patron and manifesting a strong opposition against any usurpation of the rights on a land!Marie of Ponthieu was a victim of such crime after Bouvines battle!Gerbert stands out in Medieval literature : behind the mis à mal of certain codes and traditions, one can see his ironic smile.

La figure du sujet lyrique dans la poésie contemporaine : Jacques Dupin, Philippe Jaccottet et Jacques Réda / The figure of the lyric subject in contemporary poetry : Jacques Dupin, Philippe Jaccottet and Jacques Réda

Nakayama, Shintarô 10 March 2016 (has links)
Our study aims to examine the figures of the lyric subject in the poetry of Jacques Dupin (1927- 2012), Philippe Jaccottet (1924-) and Jacques Réda (1928-), three major poet of the postwar whose poetic work contributed to the evolution of contemporary lyric poetry.Without neglecting the anterior and posterior work of these poets, our study will focus mainly on the works of the 1960s and 1970s. At that time, in fact, the lyric was taken in a critical situation without precedent because of the advent of the structuralism and the “textualism” proclaimed by the avant-garde. In response to textualism of 1960s and 1970s, Dupin, Jaccottet and Réda continue an obstinate search of lyricism. Our study doesn’t aim to develop global and universal criteria to define the universal characteristics of "lyric poetry" as a literary genre, nor to develop a philosophical reflection on the subject or the En-soi. Through the analysis of the figures of lyric subject, we will study the characteristics of each of our poets, as well as patterns of lyric poetry during the difficult period. The notion of "lyric subject" will serve as a parameter in order to clarify the singularity and the historical nature of the poems, and those of the poetic peculiar to each writer.Traditionally, lyric poetry is often associated with the emphasis or sentimentality. The poetry of Dupin, Jaccottet and Reda struggle to free themselves from the traditional lyricism based on the egocentricity. Lyric poetry is no more a genre that expresses the feelings and subjectivity of the poet. Our poets are looking for a new form of lyrical poetry, which is suitable for the times. The impersonality, we often find in their poetic, is associated with the production of a new form of subjectivity, far from the metaphysics of subjectivity. The refusal of some form of subjectivity coexists with the search for a singular word and the new figure of lyric subject.

"Kým jsme pro současnou francouzskou poezii?" Hledání identity ve sbírce La Chute des temps Bernarda Noëla / "Who are we for the contemporary French poetry?" The search for identity in the collection La Chute des temps by Bernard Noël

Bratská, Johana January 2016 (has links)
(in English) The diploma thesis "Who are we for the contemporary French poetry?" Searching for identity in poetry collection La Chute des temps by Bernard Noël aims to explore the contemporary - in this case primarily French - poetry. The first part is asking about the causes of poetry decline in sense of readership and popularity of such genre and seeks for an answer to the question what contribution does the poetry reading bring for a contemporary reader. Based on analysis of texts by literary critics, theoreticians and poets, the paper comes to conclusions, which are applied in the second part on the analysis of particular text by French poet Bernard Noël - La Chute des temps. The paper analyses the search for an identity "I" of the author and the reader, the musicality in verses as subconscious signature of the author, the relationship between the body of the poet, the reader and the poem itself and, last but not least, the metaphor of skin as the boundary between the inside and the outside. Key words: contemporary French poetry, literality, new lyric, Bernard Noël, identity of a subject, poetic space, musicality, flesh
