The study is devoted to the development of a training manual for those who continue or improve their education, which is aimed at independent mastery of German vocabulary determined by a guided tour of Yekaterinburg, as well as the formation of the ability to operate this vocabulary during a guided tour of Yekaterinburg or its sequential translation. During the study, the entry flow of German tourists to Yekaterinburg was analyzed and their attitude to the city was determined. In addition, features were identified during the training of guide-translators and the existing methodological support for them was analyzed. They also examined approaches to teaching foreign languages and developed exercises based on predefined topics and lexical material in accordance with the lesson for the manual on the development of the lexical skills of German-speaking guide-translators in Yekaterinburg. In conclusion, the content of the training manual was described. In the course of the study, one of the versions of the training manual on the development of lexical skills of German-speaking guide-translators in Yekaterinburg was developed. The created training manual will be able to facilitate the preparation of excursion texts for beginner guide-translators and facilitate their adaptation to the specifics of the profession, as well as increase the level of excursions, as uniformity in translation can reduce the tourists' search for information on the Internet, guidebooks, books and other resources, as well as prevent possible distortions in understanding information. / Исследование посвящено разработке учебного пособия для продолжающих или совершенствующих свое образование, которое направленно на самостоятельное овладение немецкой лексикой, детерминированной обзорной экскурсией по Екатеринбургу, а также на формирование умения оперировать этой лексикой во время проведения обзорной экскурсии по Екатеринбургу или ее последовательного перевода. В процессе исследования был проанализирован въездной поток немецких туристов в Екатеринбург и было определено их отношение к городу. Помимо этого, были выявлены особенности при обучении гидов-переводчиков и было проанализировано уже существующее методическое обеспечение для них. Также были рассмотрены подходы к обучению иностранным языкам и разработаны упражнения на основе заданных тем и лексического материала в соответствии с этапом урока для учебного пособия по развитию лексических навыков немецкоговорящих гидов-переводчиков в Екатеринбурге. В заключении было описано содержание учебного пособия. В процессе исследования был разработан один из вариантов учебного пособия по развитию лексических навыков немецкоговорящих гидов-переводчиков в Екатеринбурге. Созданное учебное пособие сможет облегчить подготовку текстов экскурсий начинающих гидов-переводчиков и облегчит их адаптацию к специфике профессии, а также повысит уровень проводимых экскурсий, так как единообразие в переводе может сократить поиск туристами нужной информации в интернете, путеводителях, книгах и других ресурсах, а также предотвратить возможные искажения в понимании информации.

В ходе исследования были изучены основные принципы концепции умных городов, рассмотрен мировой опыт и потенциальные перспективы реализации подобных подходов в Екатеринбурге. Целью работы было выявить уровень соответствия элементов городской среды Екатеринбурга концепции Smart City. Задачи: 1. Изучить содержание и основные составляющие концепции «Умный город». 2. Изучить мировой опыт внедрения принципов Smart City. 3. Рассмотреть элементы городской среды Екатеринбурга применительно концепции «Умный город». 4. Выделить перспективы развития городской среды Екатеринбурга в соответствии с принципами Smart City. Мировой опыт внедрения принципов Smart City очень разнообразен и не может быть на 100% применен в России в неизменном виде, поскольку без учета особенностей жизни общества и условий среды он будет неэффективен. Важно адаптировать достойные идеи на своей территории, а не полностью заимствовать чужие проекты. Результаты опроса показали, что есть некоторые препятствия в распространении и реализации принципов концепции «умного города» в Екатеринбурге: низкая информированность населения, инертность властей и горожан, недостаточный уровень культуры людей, отсутствие системности при внедрении новшеств и др. Несмотря на это, респонденты склонны верить в возможность развития городского пространства по принципам Smart City, осознавая также необходимость объединения усилий власти и населения для реализации проектов. В целом есть неплохие перспективы развития городской среды Екатеринбурга в соответствии с принципами Smart City. / During the research, the basic principles of the concept of smart cities were studied, world experience and potential prospects for the implementation of such approaches in Yekaterinburg were examined. The aim of the work was to identify the level of compliance of the elements of the urban environment of Yekaterinburg with the Smart City concept. Tasks: 1. The results of the survey showed that there are some obstacles to the dissemination and implementation of the principles of the smart city concept in Yekaterinburg: low public awareness, inertia of the authorities and citizens, insufficient culture of people, lack of consistency in introducing innovations, etc. Despite this, respondents tend to believe into the possibility of developing urban space according to the principles of Smart City, realizing also the need to combine the efforts of the authorities and the population for the implementation of projects. In general, there are good prospects for the development of the urban environment of Yekaterinburg in accordance with the principles of Smart City.

Сфера общественного питания является динамично развивающейся отраслью рыночной экономики. Изо дня в день на рынок общественного питания проникают новые игроки, которые несут за собой инновационные идеи развития бизнеса в сфере питания. Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что в Екатеринбурге нет предприятия общественного питания, которое бы специализировалось на предоставлении расширенного ассортимента чайной продукции и организации культурно-досуговой деятельности. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка концепции ресторана чая. Объектом выпускной квалификационной работы является ресторанный бизнес. Предметом исследования будут организационные аспекты открытия ресторана чая. Теоретическая ценность заключается в том, что в работе собраны, проанализированы и систематизированы различные источники литературы по теме исследования; а также составлен бизнес – план для начала деятельности и изучен рынок чайной индустрии в Екатеринбурге. Практическая значимость разработанной концепции состоит в возможности ее использования для проектирования нового ресторана чая. Итогом выпускной квалификационной работы явилась разработка концепции специализированного ресторана чая, а также его культурно-досуговой деятельности. Планируется, что в новом специализированном ресторане чая будут функционировать отдельные чайные комнаты и интерактивные площадки, каждая из которых будет оформлена в стиле определенной страны и передавать ее атмосферу. В проектируемом ресторане гостям будет предложен следующий перечень оказываемых услуг: чайные церемонии, дегустации, школа чайного искусства, квест и другое. Также был составлен бизнес-план по открытию ресторана чая «ARABIKA Excellence». The aim of the final qualification work is to develop the concept of a tea restaurant. The object of final qualification work is the restaurant business. The subject of the study will be the organizational aspects of opening a tea restaurant. The theoretical value lies in the fact that various sources of literature on the topic of research are collected, analyzed and systematized; as well as a business plan was drawn up to start the activity and the market of the tea industry in Yekaterinburg was studied. The practical significance of the developed concept lies in the possibility of using it to design a new tea restaurant. The result of the final qualification work was the development of the concept of a specialized tea restaurant, as well as its cultural and leisure activities. It is planned that in the new specialized tea restaurant there will be separate tea rooms and interactive platforms, each of which will be decorated in the style of a particular country and convey its atmosphere. In the designed restaurant, the guests will be offered the following list of services: tea ceremonies, tastings, a school of tea art, quest and more. The methodic approach to the optimal financial instruments evaluating and adoption is developed in this thesis. The proposed approach allows one to estimate an investment project, encouraging economic performance growth. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации был разработан методический подход к оценке и принятию решения о выборе оптимальных финансовых инструментов, который позволяет оценить инвестиционный проект, способствуя росту экономических показателей. В результате разработанного механизма предприятию ЗАО «ПКФ Сатурн - 2001» был предложен оптимальный финансовый инструмент, такой как лизинг, для финансирования инвестиционного проекта.

Artificial intelligence is applied not only to sales and marketing but also to manufacturing and logistics. Artificial intelligence allows enterprises to become much more efficient in business, and customers can receive more personalized products and services. As part of the thesis, a system was developed for determining the appearance of a person by using a photo and artificial intelligence technologies. This function allows users to recommend outfits that fit their shape parameters as much as possible. The web application is made using the Flask Framework. The development language is Python. DLib and OpenCV libraries were used for processing photos. / Мировой рынок одежды, обуви и аксессуаров переживает период фундаментальной трансформации, обусловленной изменениями структуры и модели потребления, а также очередным витком технологической революции. Искусственный интеллект начинают применять не только в сфере продаж и маркетинга, но также и в производстве и логистике. Искусственный интеллект позволяет предприятиям выстраивать более эффективный бизнес, а клиенты могут получать более персонализированные продукты и услуги. В рамках дипломной работы была реализована система по определению типажа человека по фотографии лица человека с использованием технологий искусственной интеллекта. Данная функция позволит рекомендовать пользователям образы, которые максимально соответствуют их параметрам фигуры. Веб-приложение сделано с использованием фреймворка Flask. Используемый язык разработки – Python. Для работы с фотографиями были использованы библиотеки DLib и OpenCV.

Since enterprises for the deep processing of non-ferrous metals have a large number of production sites and technological conversions, for each of which it is necessary to constantly plan production indicators. At the same time, this system should ensure the turnover of metal in a closed metallurgical cycle, prevent the possibility of downtime or overload of existing equipment, personnel, as well as the release of the final product within the time period set by the customer. Thus, the relevance of the research topic lies in the need for continuous planning of production activities that ensure the growth of financial results and reduce the cost of production. / Основной проблемой планирования производства на предприятии по глубокой переработке цветных металлов является большой спектр сплавов с ограниченными плавильно-литейными мощностями. При этом необходимо связать отливаемые сплавы с остальным производством для балансировки мощностей перерабатывающих подразделений для ритмичной, бесперебойной и слаженной работы. От обоснованности и точности внутрицехового планирования, своевременности, широты, полноты и достоверности учета на предприятии напрямую зависит результативность и эффективность её деятельности в целом. Поскольку предприятия по глубокой переработке цветных металлов имеют большое количество производственных участков и технологических переделов, то для каждого из которых необходимо постоянно планировать производственные показатели. При этом данная система должна обеспечить оборачиваемость металла в замкнутом металлургическом цикле, предотвратить возможности простоев или перегрузки имеющегося оборудования, персонала, а также выпуск конечного изделия в установленные заказчиком сроки. Таким образом, актуальность темы исследования заключается в необходимости постоянного планирования производственной деятельности, обеспечивающего рост финансового результата и снижения себестоимости выпускаемой продукции.
