Det omedvetna ambassadörskapet : En fallstudie på Skattekontoret i Jönköping

Ingen marknadsföring är väl så god och trovärdig som medarbetare som pratar gott om och förespråkar den egna organisationen? Dessa medarbetare kan ses som ambassadörer för organisationen. Ambassadörskap är något som naturligt växer fram då en individ inom en organisation trivs med organisationens krav och behov och vidare kan sammanfläta dessa med sina egna krav och behov. Skatteverket är en organisation som i mångas öron inte låter speciellt inspirerande, kanske delvis ett resultat av det skattesystem som finns i Sverige, men kanske även på grund av de förhållandevis krångliga regler och processer som många anser dem använda sig av. Med detta i åtanke ämnar vi undersöka hur ambassadörskapet på Skattekontoret i Jönköping ter sig. Vägledande för uppsatsen är frågan: Hur ser ambassadörskapet ut på Skattekontoret i Jönköping i enlighet med de två dimensionerna; individens behov i organisationen i relation till organisationens behov? Vi lyfter fram teorier i två centrala dimensioner som berör organisationens behov samt behoven hos individerna inom denna. Med teorin som utgångspunkt tar vi fram en modell som ämnar åskådliggöra vad ambassadörskap bottnar i. Den metodologiska grunden för denna rapport är av kvalitativ karaktär. Detta står i relation till och tjänar uppsatsens deskriptiva syfte. Inom ramen för den valda metoden genomförs en informantundersökning och sex respondentundersökningar. Resultatet av undersökningens huvudsakliga forskningsfråga visade på en förhållandevis god spridning och flera olika ambassadörskaraktärer på Skatteverket i Jönköping uppenbarade sig. Vidare framkom det bland annat att de anställdas verksamhetssyn inte alltid stod i relation till hur ledningen avsåg att de skulle se på verksamheten. Vi ser att analysmodell på ett bra vis illustrerar vari ett gott ambassadörskap kan bestå. Vidare forskning kan pröva modellens giltighet. / No advertising is as valuable and credible as people who are talking good about and advocate the organization in which they work. These employees can be seen as ambassadors for the organization. Ambassadorship appears and grows naturally when an individual within an organization is satisfied with the organization's requirements and needs and can weave them with their own demands and needs. The tax authority may serve under the rumor of being a grey, bureaucratic and authoritarian organization, perhaps partly a result of the tax system which is in Sweden. Another possible explanation could be the relatively complicated rules and processes that many people believe them to use. With this in mind, we intend to examine how the ambassadorship appears at the tax authority in Jönköping. The main research question which serves as a guideline for this thesis is: How does the ambassadorship appears at the tax authority in Jönköping in accordance with the two dimensions; the needs and demands of the individuals within the organization in relation to the organization's needs and demands? We highlight the theories of two key dimensions that affect the organization's needs on one hand and the needs of the individuals within it on the other hand. In theory as a starting point, we develop a model that illustrates what Ambassador characteristic is rooted in. The methodological basis for this report is of a qualitative nature. This is in relation to and serves the papers descriptive purpose. Within the framework of the method chosen, one informant and six respondent surveys is to be carried out. The results of the thesis main research question showed a relatively good spread and several ambassador characters appeared. Furthermore, it emerged, that the employee's view of the organization not always reflected the managers intended view of the same. We think that our model is a good way to illustrate what good ambassadorship derives from. Further research may strength the validity of the model as well as the results of the thesis.

Bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų mokinių specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių tenkinimo analizė / The analysis of satisfaction student’s special educational needs in schools

Darbe atlikta bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų mokinių specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių tenkinimo analizė. Iškeltos hipotezės:  tikėtina, jog SUP turintys mokiniai gyvena šeimose, turinčiose mažiau galimybių padėti vaikui ugdytis. Tėvai ir patys SUP turintys vaikai menkai dalyvauja sprendžiant ugdymosi procese kylančias problemas;  tikėtina, kad SUP turintys mokiniai mokykloje jaučia psichologinį diskomfortą ir dalinę atskirtį;  tikėtina, kad mokytojams trūksta teorinių žinių apie specialųjį ugdymą, mokėjimų, įgūdžių, gebėjimų individualizuoti SUP turintiems mokiniams ugdymo procesą ir turinį ir tai didele dalimi lemia nepakankamą mokinių specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių tenkinimą. Anketinės apklausos bei struktūruoto interviu metodais buvo atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas – ištirti kaip tenkinami mokinių, besimokančių bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje, specialieji ugdymosi poreikiai. Atlikta kokybinė ir kiekybinė gautų duomenų analizė. Tyrimo dalyvavo 164 Raseinių rajono bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų mokytojai, 50 SUP turinčių mokinių, besimokančių bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose ir 66 tėvai, auginantys SUP turinčius vaikus, besimokančius bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose. Empirinėje tyrimo dalyje atskleidžiama mokinių, turinčių SUP, psichosocialinė charakteristika. Nagrinėjama ugdymo(si) kokybė ir pagalbos teikimas. Following hypotheses were raised: - Pupils with special educational needs live in families, which have fewer possibilities to help their children to study. Parents and pupils with special educational needs poorly take part in problem solving in educational process; - Pupils with special educational needs experience psychological discomfort and partial isolation at school; - Teachers lack theoretical knowledge about special education, abilities and skills to individualise educational process and content to pupils with special educational needs. The research was conducted using survey and structural interview. The goal of research was to analyse how there are satisfied special educational needs of pupils studying in schools. There was conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis of data. 111 teachers, 53 class teachers, 50 pupils with special educational need and 66 parents were involved in this study. Psychological characteristics of pupils with special educational needs were examined in empirical part of research. There was analysed quality of education and support. Nežymiai sutrikusio intelekto mokinių skaičių ir skaičiavimo mokymas taikant aktyvaus mokymosi metodus / Teaching numbers and counting to slightly mentally retarded students by applying techniques of active learning

Darbe atlikta teorinė nežymiai sutrikusio intelekto mokinių skaičių ir skaičiavimo mokymo taikant aktyvaus mokymosi metodus analizė. Iškelta hipotezė, kad aktyvaus mokymosi metodų taikymas ugdant nežymiai sutrikusio intelekto mokinius gali padėti jiems pasiekti aukštesnių matematikos mokymosi pasiekimų. Anketavimo ir testavimo metodais buvo atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas – nustatyti aktyvaus mokymosi metodų poveikį III klasės nežymiai sutrikusio intelekto mokinių skaičių ir skaičiavimo gebėjimams. Atlikta aprašomosios statistikos duomenų analizė. Tyrime dalyvavo 10 nežymiai sutrikusio intelekto III klasės mokinių. Empirinėje dalyje nagrinėjamas specialiųjų poreikių mokinių supratimas apie matematikos reikalingumą kasdieniame jų gyvenime; įtvirtinami numeracijos ir aritmetinių veiksmų atlikimo įgūdžiai. Svarbiausios empirinio tyrimo išvados: 1. Remiantis atliktų diagnostinių pjūvių (testavimo ir anketavimo metodais) prieš pradedant eksperimentinį darbą su eksperimentinės grupės mokiniais ir jį pabaigus rezultatais nustatyta, kad: visų eksperimentinės grupės mokinių matematikos testų rezultatai ženkliai pagerėjo. Sėkmingiausiai eksperimentinės grupės mokiniams sekėsi atlikti skaičių numeracijos tematiką atitinkančias užduotis. Tuo tarpu kontrolinės grupės mokinių testavimo rezultatai taip ženkliai nesikeitė ir aukštesnių rezultatų pasiekė ne visi grupės mokiniai. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / In the Master’s thesis there was performed a theoretical analysis of teaching numbers and counting to the slightly mentally retarded students by applying the techniques of active learning. There was raised a hypothesis, that an application of the techniques of active learning in the education of the slightly mentally retarded students can help them achieve higher outcomes in learning mathematics. There was performed a research aimed at ascertaining the influence of the techniques of active learning on the ability of numbers and counting of the III(rd) grade’s slightly mentally retarded students by using the methods of questionnaire and testing. There was performed an analysis of the descriptive statistical data. 10 slightly mentally retarded students of the III(rd) grade participated in the research. In the empirical part there was analysed the students’ with special needs understanding about the necessity of mathematics in their daily life, there was consolidated the skills in performing numbering and arithmetical operations. Darbo aktualumas. Specialiųjų ugdymo(si)/mokymo(si) poreikių vaikų mokymas yra aktualus, nes pastebima tokių poreikių turinčių vaikų daugėjimo tendencija. Edukaciniais tyrimais siekiama tobulinti specialiųjų poreikių vaikų ugdymą bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose. Darbo objektas – individualaus specialiųjų ugdymo(si) poreikių vaikų lietuvių kalbos mokymo(si) valdymas. Darbo tikslas – teoriškai pagrįsti ir empiriškai ištirti specialiųjų ugdymo(si)/mokymo(si) poreikių turinčių vaikų individualaus lietuvių kalbos mokymo(si) valdymą. Tyrime dalyvavo 60 lietuvių kalbos mokytojų ir 110 mokinių, turinčių specialiųjų ugdymo(si) poreikių. Tyrimas buvo atliekamas Šiaulių ir Raseinių miestų bei minėtų rajonų bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose, nes tų mokyklų administracijos buvo suinteresuotos tyrimo rezultatais. Tyrimo instrumentai – standartizuota mišraus tipo anketa. Apklausa vykdyta raštu. Tyrimo metodologija grindžiama humanistine, progresyvistine ugdymo koncepcijomis, integravimo principu. Tyrimo rezultatai:  Lietuvių kalbos mokytojai, ugdydami specialiųjų ugdymo(si)/mokymo(si) poreikių turinčius vaikus, dažniausiai naudoja tipinius mokymo metodus: aiškinimą, pokalbį, savarankišką darbą, taiko pagalbos mokiniui teikimo būdus.  Mokytojai konstatuoja metodinių kompetencijų trūkumą organizuojant lietuvių kalbos mokymą specialiųjų ugdymo(si)/mokymo(si) poreikių vaikams, tačiau akcentuoja, kad gebėjimų skatinti specialiųjų poreikių vaikų saviugdą, potencinių galimybių plėtrą pakanka. ... Educational research is aimed at improving training children with special needs. Object of the thesis: managing individual Lithuanian language teaching/learning with special needs children. Aim of the thesis: to prove theoretically and to make an empiric research of managing Lithuanian language teaching/learning with special needs children. The PCH doors swing both ways: the experiences of older women whose husbands have moved to a personal care home

This qualitative exploratory research study examined the experiences of older women (over age 55) whose husbands had been admitted to a personal care home (PCH) in Winnipeg, Manitoba within the previous twelve (12) months. In-depth, semi-structured, one-on-one interviews were conducted with six (6) women. Socialist feminist and feminist caregiving theoretical frameworks along with narrative analysis were used gain insight into the participants’ needs surrounding their experiences of the admission. Findings include the fact that changes in women’s formal and informal supports began occurring years before their husbands’ admissions. The all-encompassing role as caregiver for their families continued to be central in their lives even after the admission. While women met their material and emotional needs through a range of formal and informal services, the participants were more likely to see needs met through informal means. Themes emerging from the research included those of guilt, entitlement, obligation, and reciprocity.

Darbe atliktas agresyvaus vaikų globos namų (VGN) auklėtinių, turinčių specialiųjų poreikių, elgesio kaitos tyrimas. Iškelta hipotezė - tikėtina, kad agresyvaus VGN auklėtinių, turinčių specialiųjų poreikių, elgesio intensyvumas BGM neagresijos programoje numatytų edukacinių veiklų poveikyje mažės. Vykdytas linijinis eksperimentas, siekiant ištirti 8-17 metų specialiųjų poreikių turinčių VGN „Šaltinis“ auklėtinių, agresyvaus elgesio pokyčius. Atlikta statistinė (aprašomoji dažnių, vidurkių, koreliacijos) duomenų analizė. Tyrime dalyvavo trisdešimt devyni (iš penkiasdešimt vieno) 8-17 metų turintys specialiųjų poreikių VGN „Šaltinis“ auklėtiniai bei keturiolika šeimynų socialinių darbuotojų (8 pirminiame ir 6 pakartotiniame tyrime), įvardintų ekspertais, nes, praleisdami nemažai laiko su tyrimo dalyviais, gerai juos pažįsta ir gali pakankamai objektyviai atlikti jų elgesio įvertinimą. Empirinėje dalyje nagrinėjama tyrimo dalyvių charakteristika elgesio problematiškumo aspektu, jų agresyvumo raiška ir sąsajos su įvairiais parametrais, pasitikėjimas savimi bei jo sąsajos su agresyvumu ir agresyvaus tyrimo dalyvių elgesio pokyčiai. The hypothesis has been brought forward that aggressive behavioural intensity in children with special needs from foster homes is likely to decrease under the influence of educational activities under BGM Non Aggression Programme. A linear experiment was conducted to investigate the aggressive behavioural alterations in 8-17 year olds with special needs from “Šaltinis” Foster Home. A statistical (descriptive) analysis (of frequencies, averages, correlation) was carried out. The study included thirty-nine (out of fifty-one) 8-17 year olds with special needs from “Šaltinis” Foster Home and fourteen household social workers (8 in the primary study and 6 in the second study) identified as experts since they spend quite a lot of time with the study participants accordingly the latter are well-known to them and they are able to make a fairly objective assessment of their behaviour. The empirical part examines the study participants’ characteristics in terms of behavioural problems, the expression of their aggression and links to a variety of settings, self-confidence and its interface with the aggressiveness, and aggressive behavioural alterations in the study participants. Rose (2003) teigimu, viso pasaulio vyriausybės, pasirašydamos Salamankoje priimtus dokumentus: ataskaitą ir veiksmų planą specialiųjų poreikių vaikų integracijai vystyti (UNESKO 1994), pasižadėjo stengtis sukurti kuo nešališkesnę švietimo sistemą, apimančią geresnį moksleivių, dar dažnai nustumiamų į šalį, ugdymą. Nors ir buvo padaryti dideli žingsniai vaikų iškritimui iš mokyklos įveikti, dar vis pasitaiko atvejų, kai didelis skaičius vaikų pasijunta už tinkamo (atitinkančio vaiko gebėjimus) ugdymo ribų. Įvairūs tyrimai rodo, kad nesėkmingo mokymosi mastai įvairiose švietimo sistemose, tame tarpe ir Lietuvoje, yra ryškūs (Barkauskaitė M, 2003). Aktualiausia švietimo ir ugdymo problema ES ir Lietuvoje įvardijamas kokybiškas visų švietimas. Kiekvieno vaiko „iškritimas” iš mokyklos yra netektis valstybei, reikalaujanti papildomų investicijų. [to full text] / The subject of master’s work – Identification of special (self)-educational needs: the aspect of special development commission’s activity. The subject is relevant because the different researches show that the scale of unsuccessful learning in different educational systems including Lithuania is telling. Dealing with educational today’s problems the well-timed identification of special (self)-educational needs (SEN) is becoming especially talking point because it eliminates the reasons of unlucky learning, which negatively affects to the child’s personality, helps to solve the most actual educational problem in EU and Lithuania – the qualitative development of all schoolchildren and guarantees the prevention of dropping out of schools. The schools must be ready to envisage the special needs of pupils, to consider the individual abilities of children and organize the service of social, psychological, special pedagogical help. The purpose of research – to show the situation (problems, reasons) of identification of special (self)-educational needs of schoolchildren in the commissions of special development and formulate the recommendations for improving this work.
