Kring grundskolemedarbetares delaktighet förbättringsarbete är forskningslandskapet tunt, speciellt beträffande studier där forskningsförfarande som förutsättningslöst tillåter multivetenskapliga fynd, praktiserats. För att fylla det gapet har Grundad Teori använts med intervjuer, fokusgruppsintervjuer och observationer för att uppnå studiens syfte, som var att förutsättningslöst, ur ett medarbetarperspektiv, bidra med ny teoribildning kring medarbetares delaktighet i förbättringsarbete inom grundskola. Mer specifikt innebar det att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar grundskolepersonals delaktighet i sin verksamhets förbättringsarbete. Det innefattade även att undersöka eventuella samband mellan dessa faktorer, samt hur de eventuella sambanden påverkar grundskolepersonals delaktighet i sin verksamhets förbättringsarbete. Resultatet visade att förutsättningar behöver tillgodoses för att öka sannolikheten för att medarbetare ska vara delaktiga i förbättringsarbete. Även ledarskapsstilen har betydande påverkan. Emellertid kan medarbetare utveckla både negativa och positiva attityder gentemot förändring om förutsättningarna saknas, till viss del beroende på deras personlighetsdrag, vilka även avgör deras behov samt hur de bör matchas med kollegor. Därför behöver ledare beakta personlighetsdrag både beträffande behov och sammansättning av arbetsgrupper. Vidare har fenomenet samverkan, enligt resultatet, en betydande positiv effekt på grundskolemedarbetares delaktighet i förbättringsarbete. Genom dessa fynd kan studien tillskriva etablerad teoribildning och tidigare forskning relevans även inom domänen grundskola / Regarding compulsory school staff’s participation in their school’s improvement activity, the area of research is thin, especially regarding research approaches which allows unconditional multidisciplinary findings. To fill this gap this study has been using Grounded Theory, with interviews, focus group interviews and observations, to achieve the purpose of this study, which was to, with an unconditionally approach, provide a new theory from an employee perspective, of employee’s participation in improvement activity, within compulsory school. More specific, this meant investigating the factors that influence compulsory schools staff participation in their work of improvement. It also included examining possible correlations between these factors, as well as how these possible correlations affect compulsory school staff's participation in their improvement activities.   The findings showed that prerequisites need to be met to improve the probability of employees participating in work of improvement. The kind of leadership practiced also have great impact. However, employees can develop both negative and positive attitudes towards change if the prerequisites are not met, in part depending of their personality traits, which also determine their needs as well as how they need to be matched up with co-workers. Leaders therefore need to take personality traits into consideration regarding both needs of the employees and team composition. Furthermore, the phenomenon of teamwork has, as the result shows, a greatly positive impact on compulsory school staff’s participation in improvement activities. The master’s thesis is focused on management issues within the organization. It describes and evaluates selected management approaches to capture individual thoughts and consequently creates a comprehensive management philosophy that is applicable across a wide range of specialization. It also deals with the non-governmental non-profit sector, the introduction of a process approach and improvement through the Deming PDCA cycle.

Encontra-se em descompasso com o princípio constitucional da razoável duração do processo judicial. As rotinas cartorárias estão ultrapassadas. Baixa qualidade significa altos custos, exigindo mudanças. Este trabalho tem por objetivo tratar da mudança na Justiça, acerca de seus procedimentos, métodos e custos, fazendo surgir uma nova organização, depois da remoção das práticas anacrônicas e da eliminação da demora. O gerenciamento da qualidade fornece métodos operacionais para a organização por inteiro, com ferramentas de fácil utilização. Toda atividade, qualquer trabalho, é parte de um processo (em qualquer estágio haverá produção) e por isto pode ser aperfeiçoado. Para o método PDCA (planejar, executar, verificar e padronizar), um sistema de melhoria, sem itens defeituosos, exige-se planejamento, melhor distribuição de esforços, controle e, principlamente, aprender como mudar. Através dele, aparece a principal causa da falha, que pode ser associada a seus efeitos. Ademais, um sistema de melhoria da qualidade ajuda na redução de custos. Resultados substanciais já foram obtidos.

Master thesis describes the basic concepts and principles of planning of the quality of the contruction project. The theoretical part describes the general quality management and quality management in the construction company. In the practical part is created an inspection and test plan for construction of the family house Skalice.

This diploma thesis focuses on the proposal to implement changes of identity management into a particular company. In the theoretical part are the basic concepts and a detailed description of the identity management. There is also described an analysis of the current state of information security in the company, risk analysis and selection of measures to minimize the risks found. At the end of this thesis are proposed changes, their procedure and timetable for implementation of selected measures.

This diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of information security management system in the public administration based on ISO/IEC 27000 series of standards. The thesis contains theoretical background, introduction of the organization, risk analysis and a proposal of appropriate measures for minimization of these identified risks. In the end, an implementation plan is proposed including an economic evaluation.

The thesis is focused on improving quality control in the sales department of the company. First describes established processes and quality systems based on ISO 9001. The next part deals with proposals for improving the operation of established processes change some of them and the introduction of completely new processes.

This master thesis deals with the implementation of the information security management system according to the standard ISO/IEC 27 001 in the environment of a small company. In the first part, it focuses on the theoretical background of the information security. The second part deals with the analysis of the company and concept of a company's measures to increase the security of information within the selected company.

In the first part of this thesis is described implementation of quality management system in a small company according to ISO 9001. Next part is about production process by method PPAP. In this section is solved primarily ISO 9001 standard, statistical control of production and certification company according to requirements of ISO 9001. Second part is focused on mass production of flange by using the company facilities Kovobrábění Sobotka. In the end of thesis are reflected weaknesses of production. In the conclusion is described technical and economic evaluation of implementation QMS and machining sample parts.

Durante los últimos años, en el marco de la actividad minera superficial en Perú, se ha presentado un elevado número de accidentes debido a la aplicación débil de los Sistemas de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional. Este problema impacta en la salud y bienestar del colaborador y por el lado de la empresa minera, genera pérdidas económicas y un impacto social negativo. En este contexto, el presente trabajo de investigación busca proponer un modelo del Programa Anual de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (PASS) para las actividades de construcción de un PAD de lixiviación según la metodología PHVA y basado en el D.S. Nº024 – 2016 – EM. Este modelo establecerá lineamientos, procedimientos y requisitos mínimos para que la organización pueda prevenir, controlar y reducir los accidentes asociados a su personal en el proyecto. Asimismo, se busca que este PASS pueda servir de modelo a otras compañías mineras; el cual establecerá un patrón tanto para minas superficiales que se encuentran en proyecto; como para aquellas que ya cuentan con uno, pero funcionan de forma deficiente en sus actividades operacionales. La presente tesis se realizó en base a Programas anuales de SSO de organizaciones mineras certificadas en normas internacionales, además de requisitos legales, estadísticas de accidentes en minería, tanto superficial como específicamente en PAD de lixiviación, procedimientos de SSO, análisis de riegos basado en IPERC y la identificación de los elementos componentes de la herramienta de mejora continua PHVA. Finalmente, se espera que los niveles de accidentabilidad puedan reducirse con la implementación del modelo de PASS; si bien no es la única herramienta, esta establecerá un camino a seguir. Además, promoverá la inversión minera en el país, debido a que las estadísticas demostrarán la mejora en el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, lo cual resaltará el valor del recurso humano dentro de la organización y la importancia de alentar la cultura de prevención. / In recent years, within the framework of surface mining activity in Peru, a high number of accidents have occurred due to the weak application of the Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. This problem impacts on the health and well-being of the employee and, by the side of the mining company, generates economic losses and a negative social impact. In this context, this research work seeks to propose a model of the Annual Occupational Health and Safety Program for the construction activities of leach PADs according to the PDCA methodology and based on the D.S. Nº024 - 2016 - EM. This model will establish guidelines, procedures, and minimum requirements so that the organization can prevent, control, and reduce accidents associated with its personnel in the project. Likewise, it is intended that the Annual Occupational Health and Safety Program proposed can serve as a model for other mining companies; which will establish a pattern both for surface mines that are in project; as for those that already have one, but function poorly in their operational activities. This thesis was carried out based on legal requirements, statistics of open pit accidents in recent years, Occupational Health and Safety procedures such as IPERC and the identification of the component elements of the PDCA continuous improvement tool. Finally, it is expected that accident rates can be reduced with the implementation of the Annual Occupational Health and Safety Program model; while it isn’t only a tool or procedure, it will establish a way forward. In addition, it will promote mining investment in the country, since the statistics will demonstrate the improvement in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, which will highlight the value of human resources within the organization and the importance of encouraging a prevention culture. / Tesis
