Foram considerados elegíveis: TAEs efetivos da universidade cenário da pesquisa, em exercício ativo da função, do campus Juiz de Fora. Foram considerados inelegíveis: trabalhadores ausentes por motivo de licença médica, licença para qualificação/capacitação e deslocamento para outra instituição. A análise dos dados foi realizada por meio de estatística descritiva e bivariada dos dados socioeconômicos e demográficos, características do trabalho, apoio social, estresse no trabalho, caracterização segundo as atividades desenvolvidas. Para calcular o estresse psicossocial no trabalho foi utilizada a formulação dos quadrantes do Modelo Demanda-Controle (MDC), que define as seguintes categorias: trabalho de baixa exigência (baixa demanda e alto controle) grupo de referência, trabalho passivo (baixa demanda e baixo controle), trabalho ativo (alta demanda e alto controle), alta exigência (alta demanda e baixo controle) grupo de maior exposição. A população de estudo foi composta, predominantemente: por homens (51,5%), com idade média de 46,1 anos (DP=10,9), casados ou vivendo em união (63,7%), com pós-graduação (54,4%), que trabalhavam em apenas um emprego (83,9%), em horário fixo (82,8%), com carga horária semanal menor ou igual a 40 horas (79,1%), que não trabalhavam à noite (82,8%), que trabalhavam na universidade a mais de 10 anos (63,9%) e com renda mensal predominante entre 5 a 10 salários mínimos ( 45,8%). A categoria dos quadrantes que inclui o maior número de pessoas foi o trabalho passivo (n=319; 39,7%), seguido pelo trabalho de baixa exigência (n=274; 34,1%). O trabalho de alta exigência incluiu n=116; 14,4%, e o trabalho ativo, n=95; 11,8% dos trabalhadores. Na análise bivariada foram encontradas associações significativas entre os quadrantes do MDC e renda mensal, nível universitário, número de empregos, carga horária semanal, tempo de serviço, trabalho noturno, horário de trabalho, apoio social, principais atividades desenvolvidas e equipe de enfermagem. De acordo com os resultados de nosso estudo, vimos que nos trabalhadores predominou a categoria trabalho passivo, e ao associar as variáveis do MDC com outras variáveis do estudo, algumas se associaram ao trabalho de baixa exigência. Como contribuição da enfermagem para a saúde desses trabalhadores sugerimos intervenções no sentido de empoderá-los, de forma que eles possam ser responsáveis pelas decisões tomadas no cotidiano de seu trabalho e readequação dos postos de trabalho, para que possam desempenhar atividades que sejam adequadas aos seus perfis. / The objective of this study was to analyze the psychological demand and job control in self-reported by the Administrative Technical Education (TAES) at a public university. A cross-sectional study with 833 workers TAES at a public university was developed. Were eligible: TAES effective university research scenario in active exercise of the function, the campus Juiz de Fora. Were considered ineligible: employees absent due to sick leave, leave for qualification/ training and shift to another institution. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and bivariate socioeconomic and demographic data, work characteristics, social support, job stress, characterization according to the activities developed. Low-strain jobs (low demands and high control) reference group, passive jobs (low demand and low: To calculate the psychosocial work stress formulation of the quadrants of Job Strain Model, which defines the following categories: low strain (low demands and high control) reference group, active jobs (high demands and high control), passive job (low demands and low control) high strain (high demand and low control) the highest exposure group. The study population was predominantly composed: for men (51.5%) with a mean age of 46.1 years (SD = 10.9), married or living with a partner (63.7%), with graduate (54.4%), who worked at only one job (83.9%), at a fixed time (82.8%), with weekly hours less than or equal to 40 hours (79.1%), who did not work night (82.8%), who worked at the university for more than 10 years (63.9%) and predominant monthly income between 5 to 10 minimum wages (45.8%). The category quadrant that includes the largest number of people was the passive job (n = 319, 39.7%), followed by low strain (n = 274, 34.1%). The high strain included n = 116; 14.4%, and the active job, n = 95; 11.8% of workers. In the bivariate analysis significant associations between the quadrants of the MDC and monthly income, college-level, number of jobs, weekly schedule, service time, night work, working hours, social support, main activities and nursing staff were found. According to the results of our study, we saw that the workers predominated passive job category, and associate variables MDC with other study variables, some were associated with low strain jobs. How nursing contribution to the health of these workers suggest interventions to empower them so that they can be responsible for decision making in their daily work and upgrading of jobs, so they can perform activities that are appropriate to their profiles .

[pt] O principal objetivo desta dissertação consistiu em investigar os papéis das ações de redesenho do trabalho e da segurança psicológica na prevenção de sintomas do burnout. Para tanto, foram conduzidos dois estudos. O primeiro estudo consistiu em uma revisão teórica das relações entre redesenho do trabalho, segurança psicológica e burnout, considerando o impacto da interação entre profissionais de diferentes gerações no ambiente de trabalho. Já o segundo estudo, consistiu na proposição de um modelo no qual as ações de redesenho do trabalho exercem um papel de mediação na relação entre segurança psicológica e sintomas do burnout. Uma análise quantitativa foi conduzida, baseada na aplicação de escalas de avaliação de segurança psicológica, ações de redesenho do trabalho e sintomas do burnout e a partir de questionários respondidos por uma amostra de 179 trabalhadores dos setores químico, petroquímico e de óleo e gás. Através dos resultados obtidos, foi proposto um modelo no qual as ações de reformulação cognitiva desempenharam um papel de mediação parcial na relação entre segurança psicológica e os sintomas primários do burnout. Tais resultados reforçam a importância do desenvolvimento de ações direcionadas à capacitação de equipes e lideranças nos temas segurança psicológica e identificação de oportunidades de redesenho do trabalho. / [en] The main objective of this dissertation was to investigate the roles of job crafting actions and psychological safety in preventing burnout symptoms. For this, two studies were conducted. The first study consisted of a theoretical review of the relationships between job crafting, psychological safety and burnout, considering the impact of interaction between professionals from different generations in the work environment. The second study consisted of proposing a model in which job crafting actions play a mediating role in the relationship between psychological safety and burnout symptoms. A quantitative study was carried out, based on the application of assessment scales of psychological safety, job crafting actions and burnout symptoms and from questionnaires answered by a sample of 179 workers in the chemical, petrochemical and oil and gas sectors. Through the obtained results, a model was proposed in which the cognitive crafting actions played a partial mediation role in the relationship between psychological safety and the primary symptoms of burnout. Such results reinforce the importance of developing actions aimed at training teams and leaders in psychological safety issues and identifying opportunities for job crafting.

O desenvolvimento tecnológico e científico, nas últimas décadas, tem tornado possível prolongar a vida, aliviar a dor e apressar a morte. As situações de final de vida vêm tornando-se cada vez mais complexas e desafiadoras para profissionais de saúde, pacientes e familiares. Além das dificuldades resultantes dos próprios sentimentos e do pouco preparo para enfrentar situações tão complexas, os enfermeiros que atuam nas UTI têm a obrigação de conhecer e incorporar os avanços da tecnologia e as suas repercussões, de forma a permitir que profissionais da saúde, pacientes e família tomem as decisões sobre o cuidado. Diante deste alinhamento reflexivo e desafiador para o profissional de saúde que trabalha em UTI, o objetivo desse estudo foi compreender a experiência do enfermeiro no processo de tomada de decisão nas situações de final de vida vivenciadas em UTI adulto. Utilizou-se, como referencial metodológico, a descrição interpretativa. Nessa pesquisa, não se usou apenas um referencial teórico específico para orientar o processo de coleta e análise dos dados. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 10 enfermeiros, de duas cidades diferentes: São Paulo e Curitiba, que trabalham há, pelo menos, 1 ano em UTI, independentemente da formação complementar, do tempo de formação e da instituição de vínculo. A análise temática indutiva possibilitou identificar 4 temas centrais: Fatores que influenciam no processo de tomada de decisão em final de vida, A tomada de decisão, O cuidado como obrigação moral, Vivenciando o sofrimento moral. Nossa pesquisa traz à tona uma série de dificuldades a serem enfrentadas, para que os enfermeiros consigam participação mais efetiva e com menos sofrimento no processo de tomada de decisão nas situações de final de vida. Assim, os resultados deste estudo podem contribuir para a compreensão da assistência ao paciente e à família, nas situações de final de vida, e para o aperfeiçoamento dos enfermeiros quanto ao processo de tomada de decisão e intervenções nestas situações. / In the past few decades, scientific and technological development has made it possible to lengthen lifetime, alleviate pain and hasten death. End-of-life situations have become more and more complex and challenging for health professionals, patients and families. In addition to difficulties brought by their own feelings and their lack of preparation to face such complex situations, nurses that work in ICUs need to know and incorporate the advances in technology and their repercussion, in order to allow health professionals, patients and families to make their decisions carefully. Given this challenging reflections for health professionals that work in ICUs, the aim of this study was to comprehend nurses experiences in decision-making processes in end-of-life situations lived in adult ICUs. Interpretative descriptions were used as methodological reference. In this study we did not only use specific theoretical references to guide the processes of data collection and analysis. The data were collected by means of semi-structured interviews with ten nurses, who work for at least one year in ICUs, from two different cities: São Paulo and Curitiba. The nurses were chosen regardless of time of studying, complementary studies and bond institution. The inductive thematic analysis made it possible to identify four main themes: Factors that influence decision-making processes in end-of-life situations, Decision-Making, Carefulness as a moral obligation and Living through moral suffering. This research brings up a series of difficulties to be faced, so that nurses participate more effectively in decision-making processes in end-of-life situations with less distress. Thus, the results of this study can contribute for better understanding the assistance to patients and their families and for the improvement of nurses to interfere with decision-making processes.

Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (53 источника, из которых 12 на иностранном языке) и приложений. Во введении раскрываются актуальность и проблемы исследования, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются гипотеза, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, научная новизна, значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по темам исследования. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание методик и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: «Диагностика эмоционального выгорания личности» (В.В. Regularly practicing physical activities reduces anxiety, stress, depression and burnout, enhances personal relationships and performance at work, reduces absenteeism and improves quality of life. The objectives of this study were to prospectively assess anxiety, depression, fatigue, burnout and quality of life in individuals before, during, and after their participation in a sixmonth physical activity program conducted at work. Wilcoxon test was used to analyze quantitative variables. A qualitative analysis of the participant s impressions of the program was also performed. Participants: female employees who answered to an advertisement affirming their availability for the program, met inclusion criteria (sedentary women, working 40 hours per week, no health problems, 75% of frequency in the program) and agreed to participate (mean age: 35 years old; SD: 7.5 years). Method: After a physical examination, anamnesis, anthropometrical assessment and testing to obtain heart rate, the participants joined a twice-weekly physical activity program after work that included: walking and/or jogging and localized exercise training (calisthenics exercise). On starting, and after three and six months of the program all participants completed the Beck Depression Inventory, Beck Anxiety Inventory, Chalder Fatigue Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory and a measure of quality of life (QL) SF-36. Additionally, after six months, participants filled out a questionnaire about their participation in the program. Results: 39 participants xvi started the program, 17 remained until at least the third month and 12 completed the six months. Anxiety symptoms decreased from slight to minimal. There was a significant reduction in depressive symptoms (p=0.006), in fatigue (p=0.01) and burnout (p=0.02). There was an increase in all aspects of QL, with a significant increase in vitality (p=0.04). Participants who abandoned the program reported they did so because of domestic chores, academic activities and work. The highlighted positive aspects of the program were improved relationship with colleagues, wellbeing, health and benefits at work. Conclusions: Data from the study endorse reported benefits of regularly practicing physical activity. The positive testimonies by the participants and observed benefits, stress the importance of implementing this type of program, which can be conducted in the work place at a low cost. / Existem atualmente evidências a respeito do impacto positivo da prática de atividade física sobre a saúde, como redução da morbimortalidade relacionada a diversas doenças e aumento do bem-estar geral. A prática regular de atividade física reduz níveis de ansiedade, estresse, depressão e burnout, aprimora a relação interpessoal, o rendimento laboral, reduz o absenteísmo e promove qualidade de vida. Este estudo teve como objetivos avaliar prospectivamente sintomas de ansiedade, depressão, fadiga, burnout e qualidade de vida em funcionárias, antes, durante e após a participação em programa de atividade física regular durante seis meses, oferecido dentro da própria instituição. Os dados foram analisados com o teste estatístico não paramétrico Wilcoxon do sinal. Análise qualitativa da perspectiva das participantes sobre o programa foi também realizada. Casuística: funcionárias que responderam a anúncio sobre disponibilidade do programa, atenderam aos critérios de inclusão (sedentárias, regime de trabalho de 40 horas semanais, sexo feminino, freqüência de 75% e ausência de problemas de saúde) e concordaram em participar (média de idade: 35; dp:7,5). Método: Após exame físico, anamnese, avaliação antropométrica e treino para obter freqüência cardíaca, as participantes iniciaram programa de atividade física (duas vezes por semana, após o expediente: caminhada e/ou corrida e ginástica localizada. No início, no terceiro e após o sexto mês no programa todas responderam aos Inventários Beck de Ansiedade e de Depressão, Escala de Fadiga de Chalder, Inventário Maslach de Burnout, Medida de Qualidade de Vida (QV) SF-36. Após o sexto mês responderam a questionário sobre sua participação no programa. Resultados: Das 39 participantes iniciais, 17 continuaram até o terceiro mês e 12 até o sexto. Os sintomas de ansiedade passaram da classificação "leve" para mínima". Houve redução significante dos sintomas de depressão (p=0,006), de fadiga (p=0,01) e de burnout (p=0,02). Nota de Resumo Houve aumento em todos os domínios de QV, com aumento significante da Vitalidade (p=0,04). As justificativas fornecidas pelas participantes em relação ao abandono do programa incluíram principalmente atividades domésticas, acadêmicas e de trabalho. Os benefícios apontados incluíram relacionamento com colegas, bem-estar, melhora na saúde, no trabalho e na auto-estima. Conclusões: Os dados obtidos são compatíveis com os benefícios da prática regular de atividade física. A avaliação positiva da experiência pelas participantes e os benefícios observados indicam a relevância de programas como este, que podem ser realizados no próprio ambiente de trabalho e são de baixo custo.

Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (75 источников) и приложения, включающего в себя бланки применявшихся методик. Объем магистерской диссертации 78 страниц, на которых размещены 10 рисунков. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются основная и дополнительные гипотезы, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, научная новизна, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме понятия эмоционального выгорания в психической литературе. Представлены разделы, посвященные исследованию причин и факторов эмоционального выгорания, специфика труда юристов различных специальностей. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: тесту «Диагностика профессионального выгорания» К. Маслач, Тест-опросник «Определение уровня самооценки» С.В. Ковалев, «Диагностика уровня эмпатии» И.М. Юсупов. Также в главе представлен корреляционный и сравнительный анализ результатов исследования. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object of the study was the emotional burnout of lawyers of various specialties. The subject of the study was the differences in the features of emotional burnout of lawyers of different specialties. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references (75 sources) and an appendix, which includes forms of the applied methods. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the development of the problem, sets the goal and objectives of the research, defines the object and subject of the research, formulates the main and additional hypotheses, specifies the methods and empirical base, as well as the stages of the research, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a review of foreign and domestic literature on the topic of the concept of emotional burnout in mental literature. The sections devoted to the study of the causes and factors of emotional burnout, the specifics of the work of lawyers of various specialties are presented. The conclusions of the first chapter are the results of the study of the theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It describes the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained by all the methods used: the test "Diagnosis of professional burnout" K. Maslach, the test-questionnaire "Determination of the level of self-esteem" S. V. Kovalev, "Diagnosis of the level of empathy" I. M. Yusupov. The chapter also presents a correlation and comparative analysis of the results of the study. The conclusions of chapter 2 include the main results of the empirical study. In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, are summarized, the practical significance of the study is justified and possible prospects for further development of this problem are described.
