Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur uthyrda konsulter upplever sin position på kundföretag samt hur de upplever den eventuella maktrelationen mellan konsulter och den ordinarie personalen. För att besvara detta syfte har en kvalitativ metod tillämpats, där fem konsulter i Stockholmsområdet intervjuats. Studien har visat konsulternas arbetssituation på många sätt är otillfredsställande. Studiens resultat visar att konsulterna upplever ett visst utanförskap på sitt nuvarande uppdrag, dock inte i den utsträckning som tidigare forskning och teoretiska ramverk antydde. De faktorer som påverkade graden av utanförskap var konsulternas anställningsform (heltid/deltid), uppdragets längd samt åldersfördelningen på arbetsplatsen. De konsulter som arbetade deltid på sitt nuvarande uppdrag upplevde ett starkare utanförskap och upplevde att de hade svårare att komma in i den etablerade arbetsgruppen medan de konsulter som arbetade heltid kände en starkare samhörighet med kundföretaget och dess anställda. Uppdragets längd visade sig även i viss utsträckning påverka graden av utanförskap. De konsulter som arbetat på ett kundföretag en längre period upplevde en starkare samhörighet med kundföretagets personal, medan de konsulter som arbetat kortare tid på sitt uppdrag inte upplevde att kundföretaget och dess personal litade på att de utförde sitt arbete korrekt och att de skulle stanna på kundföretaget. Resultatet från denna undersökning visar att ju längre tid konsulterna arbetat på sitt aktuella uppdrag desto mindre betydelse hade anställningsformen. Ålder visade sig också vara en bidragande faktor till hur integrerade konsulterna upplevde sig vara på kundföretaget. På konsulternas arbetsplatser rådde en kraftig åldersskillnad och att det påverkade i sin tur relationsbygget på arbetsplatsen.

Partindo de uma perspectiva macro-sociológica baseada na teoria crítica de Adorno e Horkheimer (1985), além de outros autores que com eles dialogam, buscou-se compreender os pressupostos estruturais subjacentes às mensagens publicitárias. Identificou-se que a ordem social androcêntrica nelas predomina, sobretudo calcada em imagens ligadas ao erotismo, usado como veículo das organizações contemporâneas ligadas à produção, veiculação e recepção de cultura, de que a propaganda é a linguagem por excelência. Nesses moldes, a ordem social hegemônica é por ela ressignificada e desdobrada, na medida em que, ao veicular estereótipos femininos e masculinos, a publicidade cria modelos de projeção e identificação, ou seja, padrões de comportamentos a serem internalizados, tornando-se um veículo privilegiado da ideologia de gênero.

This qualitative study aims to investigate how a multinational company works to promote workforce diversity and inclusiveness, how native and immigrant employees and managers experience social integration and social relations in the workplace, and how the managers work to contribute to social integration and social relations in the workplace. Interviews have been made with thirteen participants working in the same company. Among the participants there are natives and immigrants, and there are managers and employees. The theoretical framework is based on habitus, on capital, and on symbolic interactionism theory. The previous research is based on workforce diversity and inclusiveness, on social integration, and on social relations in workplaces. The findings indicate that the managers involve in different initiatives to promote diversity and inclusiveness inside and outside the company. Most participants have positive attitudes towards the position of the company in its work with diversity and inclusiveness. The findings also indicate that social integration and social relations in the workplace are of extreme importance for the employees and the managers. Most participants have good experiences of social integration in their workplace as they have feelings of inclusion, belonging, and community. Social relations in the workplace seem to be extremely significant for meaning, job satisfaction, well-being, and job performance. In addition, the findings indicate that the managers work with multiple initiatives to contribute to social integration and social relations in the workplace.

L’analyse des représentations de la sexualité dans la presse magazine française depuis 1968 indique qu’elles sont un enjeu des rapports sociaux de sexe, de classe, de génération, de « race». Elles légitiment ces catégorisations ou sont au contraire des moyens de subversion. Produits de contextes sociohistoriques spécifiques, ces discours ne sont pas chargés des mêmes enjeux selon les lectorats visés. Ces représentations n’échappent pas à une stratégie de naturalisation différenciée des catégories. La presse magazine discourt régulièrement de pornographie. Cette médiatisation sert des objectifs divers selon les lectorats. Son traitement médiatique et universitaire exacerbe les stratégies de discours et de représentations de la sexualité. L’hypothèse d’un rapport social de sexualité est questionnée, instaurant une hiérarchisation entre straights et parias sexuels. Les représentations de la sexualité dans la presse magazine confirment l’hypothèse de la sexualité comme sphère privilégiée de classification et de hiérarchisation. Elle est aussi porteuse d’émancipation. / The analysis of the representations of sexuality in French printed press since 1968 shows they are an issue of social relations of sex, class, generation and race. They legitimize these categorizations or are on the contrary means of subversion. These discourses are products of social and historical specific contexts, they are charged with different issues according to the intended readership. These representations participate in a strategy of differentiated naturalization of categories. Printed press regularly talks about pornography. This media coverage serves different goals according to the readership. Academic and media handling of pornography exacerbates the discourses and sexual representation strategies. The hypothesis of a social relation of sexuality is questioned, establishing a hierarchy between “straights” and sexual pariahs. Representations of sexuality in printed press confirm the hypothesis of sexuality as a privileged sphere of classification and ranking. It is also an emancipation bearer.

Na perspectiva da História Política renovada, a pesquisa insere-se na linha de Política e Cultura e assume o caminho teórico-metodológico interdisciplinar, acolhendo as contribuições da teoria da Análise do Discurso de base francesa para a interpretação das fontes documentais. O corpus de análise é o discurso de Afonso Henriques de Lima Barreto, referenciado nas crônicas publicadas originalmente em periódicos cariocas. À medida que propõe novos caminhos e novas abordagens para o debate acadêmico contemporâneo acerca do entrecruzamento dos olhares entre História e Linguagem, a tese pode ser considerada inédita. / Mockery and Campaign on Lima Barretos discourse: urban images of social relations of sex in the Rio de Janeiro of the early 1900s brings up some tensions between misogyny and resistance in social relations of sex, during the First Republic inaugural period in Rio de Janeiro city. Considering the perspective of a renewed Political History, the research is carried out into Politics and Culture line, and it is theoretical and methodologically placed in the inter-disciplined field which receives the contribution of French Analysis of Discourse to the interpretation of the documentary sources. Afonso Henriques de Lima Barretos discourse comes to be the analyzed corpus, which is based on chronicles that was originally published in carioca periodicals. As far as it proposes new paths and new approaches concerning the contemporaneous academic debate about History and Language reciprocal intersections, the thesis may reach an innovatory purpose.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Essa dissertação é um estudo de antropologia urbana sobre as relações entre moradores e entre moradores e empregados em dois edifícios residenciais nos bairros do Maracanã e Grajaú. O objetivo foi demonstrar os sentidos subjacentes ao uso das noções de indivíduo e de pessoa, de individualismo e de hierarquia, em cada um desses contextos de relacionamento. Foram realizadas sete entrevistas semi-estruturadas com homens e mulheres de camadas médias urbanas. Os sentidos sugeridos pelos moradores apontaram para a existência de uma tensão entre as noções de público e privado, cordialidade e impessoalidade nos modos de classificar a si mesmo e aos outros nas interações sob diferentes circunstâncias dentro do edifício. Os depoimentos dos entrevistados concederam maior destaque às relações que mantinham com suas empregadas domésticas do que com as empregadas de outros condôminos. Nesse caso concedeu-se destaque para a operação de classificações em que pravaleciam a hierarquização e a subordinação, da parte dos moradores, e expedientes de agenciamento, por parte dos empregados. / This dissertation is a study in urban anthropology about the relations between residents and between residents and employees in two residential buildings in the areas of Maracanã and Grajaú. The objective was to demonstrate the meanings underlying the use of the notions of the individual and of the person, of individualism and of hierarchy, in each one of these relationship contexts. There were applied seven semi-structured interviews with men and women from urban middle classes. The meanings suggested by the residents pointed to the existence of a tension between the notions of public and private, cordialness and impersonality in the ways of classifying oneself and others in the different interactions under diverse circumstances inside the building. The statements of the interviewees granted prominence to the relations established between them and your own employees instead of the employees from other residents. In this case they granted prominence to the operation of ways of classifying in which prevailed hierarchy and subordination, from the part of the residents, and means of agency, from the part of the emplyees.

This extended essay deals in more detail with the organizations which give only health home care for their clients. It is a special form of the health care given to a patient at his home and paid by the state within the framework of public health insurance. During the visits, the patient is treated or rehabilitated by a gualified nurse. All the treatments are put into effect according to the treating doctor´s indications who has called for this care form. Although the questions is a health services, we can see a social influence here, too when the patient and his relations to the people round him are influenced as well. Nowadays. great numbers as state in the Czech Republic. In the first theoretical part, the attention is paid to a history of home care, a definition of basic words and a detailed specification of agency activities. Basides, the clients the services was inicated for are noticed here, too. It also concerns their state of health and social relations to the people around them and the surroundings. The data obtained from my own research are stated in the practical part. This research was carried out by a quntitative method with several techniques of a run interview and a secondary analysis of data in a set of some chosen patients living in the northern part of the Pilsen Region and agencies being situated in that area. The aim of my extended essay is to evaluated a social influence of home care on a patient and to point out the most frequent diagnoses it has been indicated for.
