Veiklos valdymo žinių bazė / Business management knowledge base

Verslo pasaulio analitikai nuolat pabrėžia organizacijų aplinkos dinamiškumą ir vis dar dažną nesugebėjimą laiku ir adekvačiai reaguoti į įvykusius pokyčius. Šią problemą įveikti dažniausiai organizacijoms trūksta veiklos valdymo žinių, o taip pat ir metodų, kaip tas žinias pritaikyti ir valdyti. Todėl siekiama sukurti veiklos valdymo žinių bazės modelį. Darbo tikslas – sudaryti formalų veiklos valdymo žinių bazės aprašą, kurio pagrindu galėtų būti kuriama veiklos valdymo žinių bazė, skirta analizuoti ir pertvarkyti įmonės veiklų valdymą į žiniomis grįstą valdymą bei sukurti tokios bazės prototipą. Veiklos valdymo žinių bazės struktūra pasiūlyta išanalizavus veiklos valdymo hierarchiją, žinių valdymo procesus ir žiniomis grindžiamus veiklos valdymo modelius. Veiklos valdymo lygių modeliavimui parinktas praktinis vadybos teorijoje išskirtas veiklos valdymo hierarchijos modelis, jį transformavus žiniomis grindžiamai veiklai modeliuoti bei žinių abstrakcijos lygiai pagal MOF specifikaciją. Šių dviejų tyrimo komponentų pagalba sudarytas formalus veiklos valdymo žinių bazės aprašas bei pateiktas veiklos valdymo žinių bazės prototipas. Remiantis šiuo modeliu, tolesnis tyrimas gali būti atliekamas siekiant sukurti veiklos valdymo žinių bazės kompiuterizuotą valdymo aplinką. Because of that business organizations have to quickly react to new external conditions and adapt its activities to new conditions. Furthermore, a competitive organization must be capable of foreseeing the possible changes and even manipulate them. Only in such case it could survive in a harsh competition field. In finishing work of the master the review and the wide analysis by principles of rate effective activity of a factory, an opportunity of an estimation and methodology is made. In connection with the analysis of the scientific literature, the place of the analysis of efficiency in the general financial analysis of firm is marked down and allocated. In work the main opportunities of methods effective of rate which on specificity of an analyzed factory have been adapted at an estimation efficiency activity of joint-stock company "Eserys" are allocated. At the analysis efficiency the enterprises are adapted horizontal and vertical balance analyses of reports, solvency, stuff turnover and other parameters. On the received joint-stock companies "Eserys" to results of the analysis, the forecast main descriptive parameters of effectiveness has been made: the forecast on volume of sale by means of function of the Trend, the forecast of the general and bacon, the opportunity of the bankrupt of the enterprise is marked down.

Knowkedge is not the thing that can be gained at a certain period of a person’s life and is over when we graduate from school or become adults. Many disabled people have very limited possibilities to develop their academic or personal skills after graduating from school. In many cases the adult educational system is not achievable for the people with intellectual disorders. They are in need of gaining the most necessary skills of life and develop themselves. That is why, according to the author’s opinion the theme “Peculiarities of preparing labour activities for the people, having intellectual disorders“ is very urgent nowadays. All this paper work consists of the theoretical part ( 4 chapters), analyses, conclusion and summary. This paper consists of 69 pages. 60 authors are included in the list of the literature. The first theoretical part gives the analysis of pedagogical, psychological, medical and special literature about the disabled people, who have disorders of the intellect the definition of the indisposition, its classification, the definition of intellect disorder and classification. Darbo tikslas – perėjimas nuo formalizuotų, natūraliosios kalbos šablonais specifikuotų veiklos taisyklių prie formalių Roso taisykių diagramų. Sprendžiami uždaviniai: 1. Išnagrinėti VT koncepcijos pagrindus, specifikavimo, panaudojant natūraliosios kalbos šablonus, modelį BRS RuleSpeak. 2. Išnagrinėti VT modeliavimą pagal Roso metodą. 3. Sukurti metodiką, pagal kurią modifikuotu BRS RuleSpeak išreikštos taisyklės galėtų būti transformuojamos į modifikuotu Roso metodu išreikštas taisykles. 4. Išbandyti ir įvertinti sukurtą metodiką. Lyginant VT užrašymo natūraliosios kalbos šablonais ir Roso diagramomis metodus, randama panašumų tarp modelių šablonų elementų ir sintaksės, VT tipų grupių. Aprašoma VT transformavimo iš BRS RuleSpeak natūraliosios kalbos šablonais užrašytų į Roso diagramomis išreikštus modelius metodika. Gauti darbo rezultatai: - atlikta veiklos taisyklių užrašymo pagal BRS RuleSpeak natūraliosios kalbos šablonus analizė ir perėjimas prie Roso modeliais užrašomų taisyklių; - sudaryta metodika perėjimui nuo reikalavimų specifikavimo prie projektavimo stadijos; - išskirti 6 sąlyginiai žingsniai perėjimui nuo BRS RuleSpeak natūraliosios kalbos šablonai sužrašytų veiklos taisyklių prie Roso diagramų. Automatizuoti perėjimą nuo taisyklėmis išreikštų reikalavimų prie formalių projektinių modelių įmanoma tik dalinai. Projektavimo metodas žymiai paspartėja. / The main purpose of this paper is to create a methodology for the transition of formalized, natural language templates based business rules to formal Ross charts. For this purpose these tasks were determined : 1. Examine the concept of business rules, its specification using natural language templates and the BRS RuleSpeak model. 2. Examine the modelling of business rules according to the Ross method. 3. Create a methodology by which the rules expressed by the modified BRS RuleSpeak would be transformed into rules based on the modified Ross method. 4. To test and evaluate the developed methodology. The natural language templates and Ross charts methods were compared and the similarities of their models, patterns, syntactic elements and types of business rules groups were distinguished. According to the results of the comparison the methodology defining the transformation of BRS RuleSpeak natural language templates based on business rules to the Ross charts expressed models was created.. Veiklos taisyklių klasifikavimo ir specifikavimo metodų tyrimas / The research on business rules classification and specification methods

The work is based on the research of business rules classification and specification methods. The basics of business rules approach are discussed. The most common business rules classification and modeling methods are analyzed. Business rules modeling techniques and tools for supporting them in the information systems are presented. Basing on the analysis results business rules classification method is proposed. Templates for every business rule type are presented. Business rules structuring process is shortly described. Business rules repository architecture, which is based on the proposed classification method, is presented. Proposed repository can store all types of business rules of defined classification method. Rules in the database are stored linked with events which are grouped by business functions. Such rules storing makes repository structure more flexible and more adaptive in information systems. Repository can function as an independent database for storing business rules and can be fully integrated in to the rule based information system. Rule specification tool for business rules registering and viewing was created. This tool has a simple user interface which allows register business rules and provides first steps in formalizing business statements. Finally conclusions are presented.

Šiuo metu vis daugiau įmonių nori apibrėžti organizacijose vykstančius veiklos procesus (toliau VP) atvaizduojant juos grafiškai, tačiau VP modeliuojantis analitikas ne visuomet nustato visus procese esančius apribojimus. Kadangi šių apribojimų jis negali peržiūrėti ir jų patvirtinti sumodeliuotame VP modelyje, padidėja rizika atsirasti neatitikimams ir klaidoms. Tai gali sutrikdyti organizacijos veiklą. Vadovaudamasis pateiktais VP modeliais kiekvienas dalyvis žino, kokia yra jo pozicija organizacijoje bei kokios jam deleguotos atsakomybės. Todėl ir yra svarbu, kad nubraižyti VP modeliai atitiktų realius organizacijos procesus. Taip pat svarbu išlaikyti informacijos vieningumą, modeliuojant kitus veiklos aspektus bei aiškumą bendradarbiaujant organizacijoje. Dėl šių priežasčių reikalingas veiklos žodynas (toliau VŽ), apibrėžiantis organizacijoje naudojamus pagrindinius terminus, faktus ir sinonimus, bei veiklos taisyklės (toliau VT), apibrėžiančios visus apribojimus organizacijoje. Dėl VP pokyčių ir didelės apimties, VŽ ir VT sudarymui turi būti naudojamas automatinis VŽ formavimo ir VT sudarymo metodas, kurio pagalba verslo atstovas sutaupo laiko ir užtikrina jo atitikimą realiai vykstantiems VP. Therefore responsibilities for the representatives of the organization cannot be correctly specified which leads to poor quality of work. In order to avoid such problems business process diagrams (BPD) must meet the real world processes. The research area of thesis covers various BP and business rules (BR) modeling notations, the intersection of BP and BR (the relevance and formation of BP and BR, applicability and integration of BR, the extraction of BR and business vocabulary (BV) from BPD). The main issue is the automated extraction of BV and BR from BPD which is used not only to compare business model to real organization processes but also it is useful to have BV in organization for more effective collaboration. The main tasks to solve the identified issue are the analysis of BP with their constraints, analysis of the structures of BR and their applicability in BP, the analysis of structures of BR in BP and finally the formation of the algorithm for the automated result’s extraction, creation and evaluation of prototype. Palaipsniui vis daugiau moterų įsitraukia į darbo rinką lygiomis teisėmis su dirbančiais vyrais, tuo tarpu tiesioginis (ne vien finansinis) rūpinimasis šeima, vaikais tampa svarbus, ,,negėdingas“ ir vyrui, tačiau vienas ar kitas privalo daugiau laiko ir dėmesio skirti šeimai. Nowadays, nearly all of the commercial and government organizations are highly dependent on software systems. Due to the inherent dynamic nature of their business environment, software evolution is inevitable. The changes generated by business policies and operations are propagated onto software system. A large portion of total lifecycle cost is devoted to introduce new requirements, and remove or change existing requirements. However, the evolution of a successful software system is inevitable for the software to remain useful in its environment. Many research projects attempt to find a more applicable way for building a software system that is adaptive to changes. They strive to propose a software model, or architecture, that has the ability to minimize the effect of changes as well as providing requirements traceability in their model. Most of them utilize the benefit of object-oriented, distributed system, software architecture and component-based technologies. Our research attempts to address these issues in a slightly different way namely by considering business rules as volatile part of a software system. Veiklos taisyklių modeliavimo UML kalbos pagrindu tyrimas / The Research of Business Rules Modeling on the Basis of the Language UML

The main aim of the system’s analysis is to find the most important information about real world (problematic sphere); and, firstly, that will be data about processes, their structure and data shift. Business rules combines all these three things that were mentioned above, that is why they can be regarded as the central part in the system’s analysis, and the system’s analysis can be applied to business rules. Business rule is a proposition that defines and limits some aspects of the business. Certain business structure is defined by the business rule; additionally, certain business is controlled or influenced by the business rule too. Moreover, business rules do not depend on projecting model or technical platform. Objective application informational system creation methodology was chosen for the analysis; and it was based on objective modelling of the real world objects and the use of that model for the projecting that does not depend on certain programming language. UML language was chosen for business rules modelling because this language is universal of conception modelling and it is an objective programming language.
