Therefore, it is based on the analysis of how those involved in this process comprise this Service that makes up the Special Social Protection of High Complexity. It was researched how this Program was implemented and how it is organized to meet this protection measure; Such as the extended family, the welcoming families and the technical staff realize that this type of reception is being developed, which represents an alternative to institutionalization. In order to get these answers, we chose as a methodological approach the research under mixed focus and for the analysis of the data collected - through interviews with semi-structured forms applied to nine (9) subjects (six (6) One (1) extended family and (2) staff of the technical team) and a systematic and documentary observation route made possible by three (3) pioneering agents ((1) a coordinator, (1) a social assistance secretary, and Judge) - the analysis of content according to Bardin (1977) in the light of the Materialist Historical Dialectic Method. The research was carried out at the headquarters of the Family Warm-Up Program and in the homes of families that temporarily shelter children and adolescents who were separated from the original family by judicial means. Reception services were considered to have segregated the hosted public for a long time, distancing them from their communities, depriving them of their freedom through hospitalization, offering no references of support in the institutions to the turnover of professionals and hardly welcoming them (according to the legislation), making it impossible for the family to live together. It is pointed out in this study the family reception as a possibility to guarantee fundamental rights historically neglected by the other reception modalities. It is evident the need to unite efforts, investing and directing the professional action of the teams to preserve the existing links with the extended family. In this sense, it is pointed out that the Program allows that links can be strengthened and, in addition, new ones are formed. It is warned that much more must be invested and directed the professional action of the teams and the intersectoral network for constant qualification of the families that they host, as well as orientation and social and family support to the definitive families. It was found, through the present research, that some experiences can generate good results so that the family and community coexistence is effectively guaranteed. / Neste estudo discute-se o Programa Fam?lia Acolhedora na Regi?o das Miss?es a partir da experi?ncia que vem sendo desenvolvida no munic?pio de Santo ?ngelo/RS atrav?s de parceria entre a pol?tica p?blica de Assist?ncia Social e o Poder Judici?rio. Para tanto, parte-se da an?lise de como os envolvidos nesse processo compreendem este Servi?o que comp?e a Prote??o Social Especial de Alta Complexidade. Pesquisou-se como este Programa foi implementado e como est? organizado para atender esta medida de prote??o; como a fam?lia extensa, as fam?lias acolhedoras e a equipe t?cnica percebem que est? sendo desenvolvida essa modalidade de acolhimento que representa uma alternativa ? institucionaliza??o. A pesquisa realizou-se na sede do Programa Fam?lia Acolhedora e nas resid?ncias das fam?lias que acolhem temporariamente crian?as e adolescentes afastados da fam?lia de origem por medida judicial. Considera-se que os servi?os de acolhimento, durante muito tempo, segregavam o p?blico acolhido, distanciando-os das suas comunidades, privavam a liberdade atrav?s da interna??o, n?o ofereciam refer?ncias de apoio nas institui??es pela rotatividade de profissionais e dificilmente tornavam breve o acolhimento (conforme enfatiza a legisla??o), impossibilitando a conviv?ncia em fam?lia. Aponta-se nesse estudo o acolhimento familiar como possibilidade de garantir direitos fundamentais historicamente negligenciados pelas outras modalidades de acolhimento. Evidencia-se a necessidade de unir esfor?os, investindo e direcionando a a??o profissional das equipes para preserva??o dos v?nculos existentes com a fam?lia extensa. Nesse sentido, aponta-se que o Programa propicia que elos possam ser fortalecidos, al?m de que, novos se formam. Alerta-se que muito ainda se deve investir e direcionar a a??o profissional das equipes e da rede intersetorial para capacita??o constante das fam?lias que acolhem, bem como orienta??o e apoio s?cio familiar ?s fam?lias definitivas. Descobriu-se, atrav?s da presente pesquisa que algumas experi?ncias podem gerar bons resultados para que a conviv?ncia familiar e comunit?ria seja efetivamente garantida.

To restrict the object of research, the study is focused on the socio-educative confinement measure in cases involving the commitment of an offense analogous to the crime of theft, through the analysis of the main pleas and arguments present in judgments of the Superior Court of Justice. Highlighting the fact that adolescence is not just a life phase in which there is an acceleration of physical and mental maturation, we based on comprehensive theoretical references in order to facilitate the involvement of a multitude elements that involve transit through physiological changes, cognitive and intellectual, personality and identity, socio-cultural, political-economic, moral, axiological, among others. Given the need for a broader criminological also matrix that behaved different looks on the interfaces between adolescence, transgression and control, found himself in cultural criminology some propositions that we could verify that the bases of these phenomena may reside elements in common. It is to offer a distinctive criminological approach, since it goes beyond the purely structural analysis, to capture widespread tensions arising from processes of economic and cultural globalization. Moreover, amid other theoretical frameworks, it was necessary to resort to some concepts formulated by Pierre Bourdieu, from which it was possible to understand the dynamics of functioning of the legal field and its mechanisms of social reproduction. At the end, we tried to understand how it is possible to make use of the equation Judiciary "pedagogical needs reiteration infraction" to apply the socio measure of internment in response to illegal acts committed without the use of violence or serious threat to person. / Este trabalho se prop?s a realizar uma an?lise criminol?gica sobre os sentidos atribu?dos ? socioeduca??o pelo Judici?rio brasileiro na contemporaneidade. A fim de restringir o objeto da pesquisa, enfocou-se o estudo na medida socioeducativa de interna??o aplicada a casos envolvendo a pr?tica de ato infracional de furto, por meio da an?lise dos principais fundamentos e argumentos presentes em ac?rd?os proferidos pelo Superior Tribunal de Justi?a. Destacando que a adolesc?ncia n?o se resume a uma etapa da vida humana em que h? um aceleramento do amadurecimento f?sico e ps?quico, buscou-se refer?ncias te?ricas de cunho abrangente, a fim de possibilitar o envolvimento de uma multiplicidade de elementos que transitassem pelas mudan?as fisiol?gicas, cognitivas e intelectuais, de personalidade e identidade, socioculturais, pol?tico-econ?micas, morais, axiol?gicas, entre outras. Diante da necessidade de uma matriz criminol?gica tamb?m mais abrangente, que comportasse olhares distintos sobre as interfaces entre adolesc?ncia, transgress?o e controle, encontrou-se na criminologia cultural algumas proposi??es que possibilitaram perceber que nas bases desses fen?menos podem residir elementos em comum. Trata-se de uma proposta de abordagem criminol?gica diferenciada, pois vai al?m das an?lises exclusivamente estruturais, para capturar tens?es generalizadas oriundas dos processos de globaliza??o econ?mica e cultural. Al?m disso, e em meio a outras matrizes te?ricas, foi necess?rio recorrer a alguns conceitos formulados por Pierre Bourdieu, a partir dos quais foi poss?vel compreender a din?mica de funcionamento do campo jur?dico e seus mecanismos de reprodu??o social. Objective: To evaluate the possible associations between Hypertensive Syndrome in Pregnancy (HSP) and socio-demographic, pre-natal, and delivery characteristics of teenage and young adults attended to in the public and private health system of Brazil. Methods: An epidemiologic cross-sectional study, hospital-based data and regional level, using data from 54 municipalities of the Northeast region of Brazil from 2011-2012. The records used were obtained from the database of the National Survey on Labor and Delivery, ?Born in Brazil?. The theoretical model used had a three-level hierarchy, and HSP. The distal level included socio-demographic variables: age range, marital status, race/skin color, adequate schooling for age, paid employment, funding for pre-natal visits. The intermediate level included pre-natal variables: Adequacy of prenatal care, previous clinical risk factors and smoking in the first five months. The proximal level consisted of variables related to delivery characteristics: Source of payment of the birth. A multivariate analysis was performed, based on the results of the bivariate analysis and respective p-values with a significance level of <0.20 using the Wald test. Results: Of the 2960 adolescents and young adults, 4,6% (135) presented with Hypertensive syndromes in pregnancy. The mothers without a partner had 1.5 times the odds of developing one of the types of HSP (OR=1.52); those with inadequate schooling had a 1.9 times greater chance of developing HSP (OR = 1.86); and having a previous clinical risk factor resulted in over 21 times the odds of HSP in teenagers and young adults (OR=21.72). Conclusions: These results indicate that HSP may be associated with several determinants. Social (marital status and schooling) and biological (previous clinical risk factors) risk factors were identified. This underscores the importance of guaranteeing women, family support and access to healthcare aiming to guarantee access to pre-natal and delivery care with early diagnosis and treatment, in order to avoid complications and consequently maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. / Gravidez na adolesc?ncia, principalmente nas faixas et?rias precoces e em grupos populacionais vulner?veis, pode representar um risco ? sa?de pelas intercorr?ncias cl?nicas ou obst?tricas na gestante, pu?rpera e rec?m-nascido, assim como, repercuss?es psicol?gicas e socioecon?micas. No n?vel proximal, ficaram vari?veis referentes ao parto: fonte de pagamento. An?lise multivariada foi realizada, a partir dos resultados das an?lises bivariadas e respectivos p valores, com n?vel de signific?ncia < 0,20, pelo teste de Wald. Resultados: Do total de 2960 adolescentes e adultas jovens, 4,6% (135) apresentaram SHEG. As pu?rperas sem companheiro apresentaram chance 1,5 vezes maior de desenvolver um dos tipos da SHEG (OR= 1,52); aquelas com escolaridade inadequada apresentaram chance 1,9 vezes maior de ocorr?ncia da SHEG (OR = 1,86); ter antecedente cl?nico de risco, aumentou em 21 vezes a chance de ocorrer SHEG nas adolescentes e adultas jovens (OR = 21,72). Conclus?es: os resultados apontaram que m?ltiplos determinantes podem estar associados ? SHEG. This research?s goal is to investigate how this relation happens and what is the school psychology?s role when facing this scenario. Starting from the comprehension concerning social politics and the need of children and adolescents? full protection and considering them as human beings with rights, we aim at discourse about politics? intersectoriality, thus the network may act by means of breaking with the vulnerabilities concerning children and their families. Based on the studies from the Critical Psychology and the Dialectical Historic Materialism we have been present at the school and the community through the ECOAR Project ? Convenience Action and Reflection Space. The region?s mapping was made to delimit the existing services on the territory, also there were conversations with teachers and managers, observation on the TDCs (Collective Teacher Work), there were meetings with the families and the protection network, analysis of student?s folders who are accompanied by some network service and interviews with the Pedagogical Counsellor at the school. All the procedures previously described were registered in diaries by the ECOAR team and the data was considered by means of constructive-interpretative analysis. The results found from the sources analyzed showed a disarticulation inside the network, the existence of a pathologizing and medicalized culture in the services, the tendency of blaming families for children?s conditions and at last the need for changes inside the institutions so it will be possible to have intersectoral articulation. We understand that in this scenario, school psychology acting possibilities are diverse, as long as professionals in this area are aware of the contractions on the capitalist system and by doing so they adopt practices based on cooperation and dialogues, aiming at enhancing each other and adding up efforts to build, together, an education capable to dialogue with life demands from Brazilian population. / O presente trabalho aborda a rela??o entre uma escola p?blica de educa??o integral e os demais equipamentos da rede de prote??o ? inf?ncia e adolesc?ncia na regi?o noroeste de Campinas, tendo como objetivo de pesquisa analisar como acontece essa rela??o. A partir da compreens?o acerca das pol?ticas sociais e da necessidade de prote??o integral das crian?as e adolescentes, considerando-os como seres de direitos, discorremos sobre a intersetorialidade das pol?ticas para que a rede atue de forma a romper com a vulnerabilidade das crian?as e suas fam?lias. Partindo das contribui??es da Psicologia Cr?tica e do Materialismo Hist?rico Dial?tico, estivemos presente na escola e na comunidade por meio do Projeto ECOAR ? Espa?o de Conviv?ncia A??o e Reflex?o. Foi realizado mapeamento da regi?o, demarcando os servi?os existentes no territ?rio, conversas com professores e gestores, presen?a nos TDCs (Trabalho Docente Coletivo), reuni?es com fam?lias e com profissionais da rede de prote??o, an?lise das pastas de estudantes que s?o acompanhados por algum servi?o da rede e entrevista com o Orientador Pedag?gico da escola. Todos os procedimentos descritos foram registrados em di?rios de campo pela equipe do ECOAR e os dados foram considerados por meio da an?lise construtivo-interpretativa. Os resultados encontrados a partir da an?lise das fontes demonstraram a desarticula??o da rede, a exist?ncia de uma cultura patologizante e medicalizante nos servi?os, a tend?ncia em se responsabilizar as fam?lias pelas condi??es das crian?as e a necessidade de que haja mudan?as no cotidiano das institui??es para que a articula??o intersetorial aconte?a. For this, the theoretical-methodological assumptions of Historical-Cultural Psychology, especially those of Vygotsky, are assumed. Middle-class adolescents are exposed to two types of pressure at this stage of schooling: one is the requirement that they choose a profession they must pursue for the rest of their lives, and the other is the collection of family and institutions in which they study To be approved in first-class universities, preferably public, and therefore with fierce competition. These pressures, not infrequently, provoke emotions and feelings that are experienced by the adolescents as suffering, expressed in the form of convulsive cries, reports of despair, sadness, anguish, arriving at more serious pictures, such as depression, for example. It is defended that one of the roles of the Psychologist in the school is to promote social situations of development that favor experiences that enable these adolescents to reconfigure the meanings and to attribute new meanings to this stage of their life. The information was constructed in 15 weekly meetings of two hours each, with students of the third year of high school, in a private school, in a city in the interior of S?o Paulo. These meetings were mediated by various artistic expressions, such as: poetry, films, images and stories, as well as student productions in drawing, collage and painting, which we call mediating materialities. These, intentionally chosen, had as objective to favor the expression of the young people about the way they perceived the school, how they understood the period of preparation for entering Higher Education and what relations they established between the school content and its formation as a developing subject. All encounters were recorded and transcribed, and observation notes composed field diaries. As a result, it is understood that many scenarios constitute the professional choices of young people. At school, in families, among friends and groups to which they belong, adolescents configure their ways of seeing and thinking the world and, consequently, the world of work that they want to enter and it is through the configuration of these different scenarios that the adolescent constitutes your choices. Vocational Guidance in schools could then be configured as a space for re-signification of relationships between adolescents and the multiple sources of their development, as well as the practice of the psychologist anchored in a critical perspective of this professional's performance in the school context. / A presente pesquisa-interven??o teve por objetivo investigar o modo como os adolescentes de classe m?dia, que estudam em escola particular t?m vivenciado o per?odo pr?-vestibular a partir das intera??es que estabelecem na escola. Para tal, assumem-se os pressupostos te?rico-metodol?gicos da Psicologia Hist?rico-Cultural, sobretudo os de Vigotski. Os adolescentes de classe m?dia s?o expostos a dois tipos de press?o nesta etapa de escolariza??o: uma ? a exig?ncia de que escolham uma profiss?o que dever?o exercer pelo resto de suas vidas e, a outra, ? a cobran?a da fam?lia e das institui??es em que estudam para que sejam aprovados em universidades de primeira linha, preferencialmente p?blicas, e, portanto, com acirrada concorr?ncia. Defende-se que um dos pap?is do Psic?logo na escola seja o de promover situa??es sociais de desenvolvimento que favore?am viv?ncias que possibilitem a estes adolescentes reconfigurar os significados e atribuir novos sentidos a esta etapa de suas vidas. As informa??es foram constru?das em 15 encontros semanais de duas horas de dura??o cada, com alunos do terceiro ano do Ensino M?dio, em uma escola particular, de uma cidade do interior de S?o Paulo. Esses encontros foram mediados por diversas express?es art?sticas, como: poesias, filmes, imagens e contos, al?m de produ??es dos alunos em desenho, colagem e pintura, as quais denominamos de materialidades mediadoras. Essas, escolhidas intencionalmente, tiveram como objetivo favorecer a express?o dos jovens sobre o modo como percebiam a escola, como compreendiam o per?odo de prepara??o para o ingresso no Ensino Superior e que rela??es estabeleciam entre o conte?do escolar e a sua forma??o enquanto sujeito em desenvolvimento. Todos os encontros foram gravados e transcritos, como tamb?m anota??es das observa??es compuseram os di?rios de campo. Como resultado, compreende-se que muitos s?o os cen?rios que constituem as escolhas profissionais dos jovens. Na escola, nas fam?lias, entre os amigos e grupos a que pertencem, os adolescentes configuram seus modos de ver e pensar o mundo e, consequentemente, o mundo do trabalho que pretendem ingressar e ? por meio da configura??o desses diversos cen?rios que o adolescente constitui suas escolhas. A Orienta??o Profissional nas escolas p?de, ent?o, se configurar como espa?o de ressignifica??o das rela??es entre adolescentes e os m?ltiplos cen?rios fonte de seu desenvolvimento, bem como pr?tica do psic?logo ancorada em uma perspectiva cr?tica de atua??o desse profissional no contexto escolar.

Besides that, life project is a concept in psychology and it is related to this phase of development. This study tends to understand the experience of adolescence, from the adolescent report that attends at pre-college course (Pre ? SATs), in their mutual social constitution. Two adolescents, with seventeen years of age, enrolled in a pre-college course (Pre ? SAT?s) participated in this study. The instrument used was a semi-structured interview with triggering question. Critical phenomenology based the conduction and analysis of the data in this study. The results indicated that the experience of adolescence is ambiguous regarding autonomy and submission to social expectations. Life project was present in the experience of adolescence. Planing and doing in relation of this project is understood by the adolescent as a social pressure and it is linked to psychological damage; now the meaning attributed to these projects is linked to health and well-bein. In addition, results showed that in the experience of the participants, the aspects as society, pressure, autonomy, meaning and life project, have an interweaving relationship. This entanglement proposes the impossibility of understanding adolescence by isolating one of its multiple contours. Therefore, it is suggested that new researches should seek ways to access this phenomenon in its diversity. / A concep??o de adolesc?ncia ? permeada pela hist?ria e pela cultura da humanidade, vista por diferentes autores em diversos fatores e sujeita a uma complexa e inconstante legisla??o. O projeto de vida ? um conceito, na psicologia, relacionado a essa fase do desenvolvimento. Este estudo buscou compreender a viv?ncia da adolesc?ncia, a partir do relato do adolescente que frequenta um curso pr?-vestibular, em sua m?tua constitui??o social. Participaram dois adolescentes com idade de dezessete anos, matriculados em um curso pr?-vestibular. O instrumento utilizado foi uma entrevista semiestruturada com pergunta norteadora. A condu??o e an?lise dos dados foram realizadas a partir dos direcionamentos da fenomenologia cr?tica. Os resultados indicaram que a viv?ncia da adolesc?ncia se mostrou amb?gua no que diz respeito ? autonomia e ? submiss?o das expectativas sociais. O projeto de vida se mostrou presente na viv?ncia da adolesc?ncia. O adolescente, na elabora??o e na a??o em rela??o a esse projeto, compreende que as press?es sociais se mostram ligadas a preju?zos psicol?gicos. Por sua vez, os sentidos atribu?dos a esses projetos se mostram ligados ? sa?de e ao bem-estar. Al?m disso, os resultados indicaram que h? um entrela?amento entre sociedade, press?o, autonomia, sentido e projeto de vida na viv?ncia dos participantes. Esse entrela?amento prop?e a impossibilidade de compreender a adolesc?ncia isolando um de seus m?ltiplos contornos. Portanto, sugere-se que novas pesquisas busquem meios para acessar esse fen?meno em sua diversidade.

One hundred adolescents participated in the research. Thirty seven were male and 63 female, between the ages of 13 and 18 years old. All of the participants responded to the Identification Questionnaire, the Scale of Stress for Adolescents, and The Scale of Observed Parenting Responsiveness and Demands. The results indicated that 73% of the respondents had stress. The number of women with stress was significantly higher than among the men (p= 0.042). With respect to the classification of the parenting styles of the parents, the authoritative style and the negligent style were the most common among the mothers: 27% in both cases, followed by the indulgent style (14%) and the authority style (13%). Among the fathers, 32% used the authoritative style, followed by the negligent style (21%), the authority style (15%), and the indulgent style (14%). Combining the data, most parents were regarded by the adolescents as authoritative (33%), followed by the negligent style (32%), the indulgent style (16%), and the authority style (15%). There was no difference between girls and boys' perception referring to the parenting style. The association of the maternal parenting style with the level of stress of the adolescents was not significant (p= 0.300). There was a significant relationship (p= 0.015) between the parenting style among the fathers and the stress of the adolescents. There was also a significant correlation between the combined parenting style and the stress of the adolescents (p= 0.004). The data suggests that there is a relationship between the parenting style of the parents and the level of stress of their adolescent children. The indulgent style was more present in the parents of children with no stress. The authority style, followed by the negligent style, on the other hand, was more present among parents of stressed adolescents. The authoritative style was found to be associated with adolescents with moderate levels of stress. Parental responsiveness seems to play a protective role in the stress of the adolescents. High levels of parental demandingness was shown to add to the stress of the adolescents. These results open doors to new studies in this field; they are also useful for the development of new programs of stress control for adolescents. / O objetivo deste estudo foi averiguar a rela??o entre o estilo parental percebido e o n?vel de stress dos adolescentes. Cem adolescentes, 37 do sexo masculino e 63 do sexo feminino, na faixa et?ria entre 13 e 18 anos, responderam ? Ficha de Identifica??o, ? Escala de Stress para Adolescentes e ?s Escalas de Exig?ncia e Responsividade Parental Percebidas. Os resultados indicaram que 73% dos adolescentes da amostra tinham stress, e que o n?mero de mulheres com stress era significativamente maior do que o de homens (p= 0.042). We decided to study this subject because we noticed some concern, among mental health professionals, in cases of mandatory referral of teenagers by a judicial order for psychiatric hospitalization. Individual interviews, organized around the use of Thematic Story- Drawing Procedure, were realized with twelve nursing technicians, participants were invited to draw a "contemporary teenager," and following this to write a story about the picture drawn. The productions were examined using psychoanalytic methodology, in an operational search for evidence in affective-emotional psychological fields. As a result of this investigation, we discovered an unconscious psychological field, called "H-Hour", governed by the belief/fear that adolescence is the time when the person acquires power and realize that, invariably, in destructive acts, assuming a position that coincides, basically, with what is described in literature as antisocial tendency. The material analysis raises theoretical and clinical reflections regarding the conditions that favor this clearly biased pathologization/criminalization, of a feature of contemporary adolescence. / O objetivo desse estudo ? investigar psicanaliticamente o imagin?rio coletivo de profissionais da ?rea da sa?de mental sobre o adolescente contempor?neo. Justifica-se, ? luz da observa??o de certa inquieta??o por parte de profissionais de sa?de mental, diante do encaminhamento compuls?rio de adolescentes por medida judicial para tratamento em equipamentos de interna??o psiqui?trica. Foram realizadas doze entrevistas individuais com t?cnicos de enfermagem, organizadas ao redor do uso do Procedimento de Desenhos-Est?rias com Tema, nas quais convidamos os participantes a desenharem um adolescente dos dias de hoje , para em seguida escreverem uma hist?ria sobre a figura desenhada. As produ??es foram consideradas a partir do m?todo psicanal?tico, operado em busca da capta??o de campos psicol?gicos de sentido afetivoemocional. This dissertation was based on a developmental perspective and analyzed the role of temperament and coping as mediator and moderator variables in the relationships among stressors/stress and emotional and behavioral problems (BP), as well as internalizing (IP) and externalizing (EP) problems experienced by adolescents. The study s participants were 83 adolescents (67.47% girls), aged between 12 and 15 years old (M = 13.65); 38.55% were attending the 7th grade and 61.45% were in the 8th grade of a public school in a medium-sized city in the state of S?o Paulo, Brazil. Brazil Criterion, an economic classification developed by ABEP, was applied together with the Youth Self-Report (YSR), the Adolescent Perceived Events Scale (APES); Escala de Estresse para Adolescentes [the Stress Scale for Adolescents]; Escala de Enfrentamento [the Coping Scale]; and the Early Adolescent Temperament Questionnaire - Revised (EATQ-R). The multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that adolescents with a higher a) number of stressors, b) level of stress, and c) level of extroversion were more likely to experience BP. Adolescents with a higher a) number of stressors and b) level of extroversion, and c) lower effortful control were those more likely to experience EP, while adolescents with a higher level of stress were more likely to experience IP. The structural equation analysis revealed that adolescents experiencing BP were a) male, b) with higher levels of stress, c) a greater number of stressors, d) higher levels of extroversion, and e) lower levels of affiliation. Adolescents with EP were those with a) higher levels of extroversion, b) lower effortful control, and c) a greater number of stressors, while those experiencing IP were male adolescents facing higher levels of stress. The analysis of structural equation indicated a mediation effect for control with effort and negative affect.Linear regression analysis indicated that the relationship between stress and BP was significant (moderation effect) among adolescents with lower effortful control, while the relationship between stress and EP was significant (moderation) for those with a smaller repertoire of coping strategies. It also showed that the relationship between stressors and BP was significant (moderation) among adolescents with low levels of extroversion. Understanding the processes involved in the development of psychopathologies among adolescents favors their prevention and the development of more efficacious interventions. / A adolesc?ncia ? um per?odo do ciclo vital vulner?vel ao estresse e ao desenvolvimento de problemas emocionais e de comportamento, os quais podem ser alterados pelos processos de enfrentamento (coping) e pelo temperamento, com base na autorregula??o. Participaram 83 adolescentes (67,47% meninas), entre os 12 e os 15 anos de idade (M = 13,65), sendo que 38,55% cursavam o 8? Ano e 61,45% o 9? Ano do Ensino Fundamental, em uma escola p?blica de uma cidade de m?dio porte do Estado de S?o Paulo. Adolescents has emerged on the agendas of political control and pregnancy prevention, national and global level, in view of the high percentage of pregnant women in this group. Objective: To analyze the association between the outcome of low birth weight and sociodemographic characteristics, prenatal and delivery of adolescent and young adult mothers in the capitals and cities of the Northeast region, between 2011 and 2012. Method: a cross-sectional analytical study, hospital and regional basis, conducted in 2011 and 2012. Information was obtained through interviews with postpartum women in the immediate postpartum maternal and data records and newborns. Multivariate analyzes obeyed three levels of hierarchy as conceptual theoretical model, being underweight the dependent variable birth. The distal level were included as variables socioeconomic aspects - origin, marital status, age, adequacy of education with age, occupation, and skin color. At the intermediate level, obstetric and prenatal characteristics - number of pre-natal, first pregnancy, smoking during pregnancy, alcohol consumption during pregnancy, and monitoring by different professionals in prenatal care. At the proximal level, factors related to obstetric characteristics - public funding for childbirth; prematurity, vaginal delivery, and complications in the current pregnancy. Results: Results: from the total of 3,906 interviewed women, 9.7% were underweight fetuses; postpartum women who had less than six prenatal consultations showed a 1.8 times greater chance of having a newborn with low birth weight; being primigravida increased the chance of the occurrence of low birth weight by 1.5 times; prematurity raised 21 times the chance of this outcome, as well as complications in the current pregnancy increased by 1.6 times. The origin and age were not maintained significant association with the outcome of low birth weight, after adjustment for the intermediate and proximal levels, however, functioned as mediating variables in explaining the phenomenon studied. Conclusions: low birth weight is an important indicator of maternal and child health, in addition to measuring social development, particularly among adolescents and young adults, where the lack of family support and the society can have negative effects on the health and survival of newborns. Associated with multiple causes, being critical, therefore, to increase access to prenatal care quality and better use of intersectionality between health services. / Introdu??o: a gravidez n?o planejada entre adolescentes caracteriza-se como um desafio para sa?de p?blica mundial, englobando um contexto social amplo, cujo efeito abrange uma gama de fatores prejudiciais para a m?e e seu concepto. As adolescentes tem se destacado nas agendas das pol?ticas de controle e preven??o da gravidez, em n?vel nacional e mundial, tendo em vista o elevado percentual de gestante neste grupo. Objetivo: analisar a associa??o entre as caracter?sticas sociodemogr?ficas, do pr?-natal e do parto de m?es adolescentes e adultas jovens com o desfecho do baixo peso ao nascer, nas capitais e munic?pios da regi?o Nordeste, no per?odo de 2011 e 2012. M?todo: estudo transversal, de base hospitalar e n?vel regional, realizado em 2011 e 2012. As informa??es foram obtidas por meio de entrevista com a pu?rpera no p?s-parto imediato e de dados dos prontu?rios maternos e dos rec?m-nascidos. As an?lises multivariadas obedeceram tr?s n?veis de hierarquia, conforme modelo te?rico conceitual, sendo a vari?vel dependente o baixo peso ao nascer. No n?vel distal, foram inclu?das como vari?veis os aspectos socioecon?micos ? proced?ncia; estado civil; faixa et?ria; adequa??o da escolaridade com a idade; ocupa??o; e cor da pele. No n?vel intermedi?rio, as caracter?sticas obst?tricas e de pr?-natal ? n?mero de consultas no pr?-natal; primigesta??o; fumo durante a gesta??o; consumo de bebida alco?lica na gesta??o; e acompanhamento pelo mesmo profissional no pr?-natal. No n?vel proximal, os fatores relacionados ?s caracter?sticas obst?tricas ? financiamento p?blico para o parto; prematuridade; tipo de parto, e intercorr?ncias na gesta??o atual. Resultados: do total de 3.906 pu?rperas entrevistadas, 9,7% apresentaram conceptos com baixo peso; as pu?rperas que realizaram menos que seis consultas no pr?-natal apresentaram uma chance 1,8 vezes maior de ter rec?m-nascido com baixo peso; ser primigesta aumentou a chance da ocorr?ncia do baixo peso em 1,5 vezes; a prematuridade elevou em 21 vezes a chance desse desfecho, assim como as intercorr?ncias na gesta??o atual elevaram em 1,6 vezes. A proced?ncia e a idade n?o mantiveram associa??o significante com o desfecho do baixo peso, ap?s ajuste pelas vari?veis dos n?veis intermedi?rio e proximal, contudo, funcionaram como vari?veis mediadoras na explica??o do fen?meno estudado. Conclus?es: os resultados indicam que a ocorr?ncia do baixo peso ? um fen?meno multicausal, sendo que a associa??o entre os indicadores socioecon?micos, obst?tricos e de pr?-natal apontam, a insufici?ncia do sistema de sa?de em atender as necessidades dessa parcela da popula??o da Regi?o Nordeste do pa?s.
