Publicación a texto completo no autorizada por el autor / Determina los conocimientos y actitudes hacia la prevención del embarazo adolescente e infecciones de transmisión sexual en los estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa en el distrito de Villa María del Triunfo. Realiza un estudio de tipo cuantitativo, nivel aplicativo y método descriptivo de corte transversal. La muestra está constituida por 172 adolescentes. La técnica utilizada es la encuesta y los instrumentos un cuestionario y una escala Likert. Encuentra que del 100% (172) de estudiantes, 52% (90) presentó conocimiento alto y 48% (82) conocimiento bajo sobre prevención de embarazo adolescente; mientras que el 56% (96) presentó conocimiento bajo y el 44% (76) conocimiento alto sobre prevención de ITS; y en relación a las actitudes, del 100%, el 52% (90) tuvo actitud de indiferencia, 43% actitud de aceptación y 5% actitud de rechazo hacia la prevención de embarazo adolescente, mientras que 73% (125) presentó actitud de indiferencia, 27% (47) actitud de aceptación y ninguno tuvo actitud de rechazo hacia la prevención de las ITS. Concluye que los conocimientos sobre la prevención del embarazo adolescente fueron altos, mientras que los conocimientos sobre prevención de ITS fueron bajos. Las actitudes hacia la prevención del embarazo adolescente fueron de indiferencia con tendencia a la aceptación, y las actitudes hacia la prevención de las ITS fueron de indiferencia con tendencia a la aceptación. / Tesis

A proposta deste projeto de pesquisa constitui-se a partir das inquietações oriundas da experiência clínica com adolescentes, em situação de conflito com a lei, tendo seu início através da parceria entre Associação Clínica Freudiana, Juizado da Infância e da Juventude e Prefeitura de São Leopoldo-RS. A partir da escuta de três adolescentes encaminhados para tratamento devido à condição de agentes de atos violentos - seja em relação à depredação de patrimônio público e privado, seja por comportamentos que demarcam o uso da violência perante o semelhante, materializada através de agressões físicas, furtos e roubos - supõe-se que a violência na adolescência se dá enquanto resposta dos adolescentes, mediante o lugar que estes ocupam no contexto social contemporâneo. De um lado, destaca-se a condição de desamparo destes adolescentes frente à radical fragilidade de uma função paterna, para servir de continência diante dos impasses subjetivos decorrentes do processo adolescer, demarcando assim uma impossibilidade de conter e situar limites aos excessos pulsionais e ímpetos de violência. Isto faz com que os adolescentes sintam-se encurralados numa trágica lógica especular, na medida em que eles supõem que, do ponto ao qual este outro o espia, recai insígnias de morte, levando-os a formular a hipótese que este requer a sua perda. De outro, os adolescentes evidenciam estar jogados na solitária rede do individualismo contemporâneo, no qual, ao mesmo tempo em que encarnam ideais narcísicos, por cristalizarem uma espécie de estética juvenil globalizada, demonstram a angústia diante do desejo de busca de reconhecimento e autonomia. Esta investigação baseia-se no método de pesquisa psicanalítica. Para análise das questões propostas, serão utilizados, enquanto corpus de pesquisa, os atendimentos clínicos e as entrevistas com os pais, adotando-se a construção de caso como modelo metodológico aplicável à pesquisa psicanalítica. Nosso objetivo é problematizar os mecanismos potencializadores da adolescência infratora, no contexto social contemporâneo, e interrogar as possibilidades de direção de tratamento psicanalítico com adolescentes em situação de conflito com a lei. / The proposal of this research project consists from the inquietute from the clinic experience with adolescents, in a situation of conflict with the law, having its begining through the partnership between Freudian Clinic Association, Judgeship of Childhood and of Juvenile and Mayor of São Leopoldo - RS. From the listening of three adolescents led to treatment due to the condition of violents acts by agents – either concerning the depredation of the public and private patrimony or for behaviours that delimit the use of physical violence before the peer, materialized through physical agressions, robbery and thefts – one supposes that the violence in the adolescence occurs while response to the adolescents, meantime the place that these take in the contemporaneus social context. On the one hand, one detaches the condition of abandonment of these teenagers face the radical fragility of a paternal function, to serve as moderation in front of the subjectives dilemmas due to the process of reaching the state of adolescence, delimiting thus an impossibility to contain and situate limits to the excess of impulsiveness and impetus of violence. This makes the adolescents feel corralled in a splendid logic tragic, in the way that they suppose that, from the point of view that this other spies him, relapses into death insignias, leading them to formulate the hypothesis that this request its loss. On the other hand, the adolescents evidenced to be left in the solitary chain of the contemporary individualism, in which, at the same time that personify narcissistics ideals, for criticizing a sort of globalized juvenile esthetics, demonstrate an anxiety in front of the desire of recognition and autonomy. This investigation is based in the psychoanalist research method. For the analysis of the proposed questions, the clinics appointments and the interviews with their parents will be taken into consideration, while corpus of the research, one adopting the case as methodological model aplicable to the psychoanalitic research. Our goal is put in doubt the powerful mechanisms of the violator adolescent, in the contemporaneous social context, and inquire the possibilities of conducting the psychoanalist treatment with adolescent in situation of conflicts with the law.

La explotación sexual comercial es una actividad constante y extendida en varias partes del Amazonía peruana. en los alre- dedores del puerto fluvial de Pucallpa, en la región ucayali, esa práctica aparece sistemáticamente: las adolescentes que atienden las precarias tabernas alrededor del puerto y aquellas dedicadas a las labores de cocina en los campamentos madereros son víctimas de explotación constante, y muchas de ellas también de trata de personas. este artículo se dirige a reconstruir la trayectoria de vida y el ciclo de reproducción de las formas de explotación en una muestra de veinte mujeres, y se concentra en: (i) la evidencia de formas de explotación estacionales; (ii) la trayectoria de vida de estas mujeres que muestra pasos en una cadena de explotación de varias etapas y en diferentes áreas de trabajo; (iii) en ese contexto, la explotación sexual y la trata parecen no ser fenómenos permanentes sino estar concentrados en un momento de la trayectoria y detenerse con la maternidad, entre los 19 y 25 años, y (iv) con la maternidad y el asentamiento matrilocal, las hijas e hijos repitenel ciclo y reproducen la cadena. / The commercial sexual exploitation is a constant activity in the Peruvian Amazon. Around the river port of Pucallpa in ucayali region, the practice appears systematically: teenage attend taverns around the port, and those dedicated to the work of cooking camps logging, are victims of constant exploitation and many also of trafficking. this article aims to reconstruct the path of life and reproductive cycle of the forms of exploitation in a sample of 20 women, and focuses on: (i) evidence of seasonal forms of exploitation; (ii) the path of life of these women showing steps in a chain holding several stages and in different work areas; (iii) in this context, sexual exploitation and trafficking are not permanent phenomena, are concentrated in one point in the path and stopped to motherhood, between 19 and 25 years; (iv) with motherhood and matrilocal settlement, daughters and sons repeat the cycle and reproduce the chain.

Women's health, particularly, sexual and reproductive health, and development are here approached from a gender and human rights perspective, underlying the need to address these problems from a relational and comprehensive point of view. The issue of how sexual and reproductive health is approached and the "men's as partners" strategy is discussed. Adult women-centered, female-only family planning reproduction and contraception are criticized. Gender violence eradication is stressed as an entry to sexual and reproductive health programs. The case of Peruvian urban and rural women in poverty from Amazonian and Andean communities is taken as an example. Obstacles and achievements in working with men are reviewed but a gender transversal perspective is highlighted. Finally, women's sexual and reproductive health is related to development and seen as a standpoint for addressing health. / Se discute como se tratan los problemas de la salud sexual y reproductiva y el desarrollo de la mujer desde una perspectiva transversal de género y de derechos, subrayando la necesidad de trabajarlos desde una perspectiva integral. Se critican los programas y servicios centrados en la mujer adulta, en la reproducción y en la planificación familiar femenina. Asimismo, se señala la necesidad de trabajar en la erradicación de la violencia de género como una entrada para el trabajo en este ámbito. Como ejemplo, se presenta el caso de la salud sexual y reproductiva en comunidades andinas y amazónicas rurales y en extrema pobreza del Perú. Las dificultades y logros en el trabajo con hombres son analizados, subrayándose la necesidad de una perspectiva transversal de género en el trabajo. Finalmente, se relaciona la salud de la mujer con desarrollo y se concluye en la necesidad de trabajar siempre en este sentido.

[pt] A presente dissertação tem como objetivo pesquisar as características de empresas de base tecnológica, particularmente no que tange o seu processo de amadurecimento. Pretende-se aproximar a teoria da prática, realizando, para isso, um estudo de caso em uma empresa oriunda de uma incubadora tecnológica - a PipeWay Engenharia. Inspirado na metáfora apontada pelo uso do termo incubadora, esse estudo toma como base uma analogia entre as fases do desenvolvimento de uma empresa e as etapas de amadurecimento do ser humano. O estudo focou a adolescência organizacional, relatando os principais desafios a serem vencidos e dando exemplos de como empresas de base tecnológica poderiam superar esses problemas com menores dificuldades. / [en] This dissertation aims at research the characteristics of technology-based companies, particularly in reference to their process of development. The intention is to bring theory and practice closer. Therefore, it is carried out a case study in a company that comes from a technology incubator - named PipeWay Engenharia. Inspired by such metaphor, this study takes the analogy between human and company development as premise. The focus of the study was on the organizational adolescence, showing the main challenges faced by a technology-based company and suggesting how it could be coped with.

[pt] Partindo do referencial teórico da psicanálise, o presente estudo busca identificar as principais questões mobilizadas no processo de desligamento de adolescentes acolhidos institucionalmente que estão prestes a atingir a maioridade legal. Através de pesquisa bibliográfica, procurou-se compreender quais as principais angústias e inseguranças mobilizadas neste período. Realizou-se breve revisão da construção histórica e social do acolhimento institucional no Brasil e uma análise das políticas atuais e do contexto familiar e socioeconômico da criança e do adolescente encaminhados para os serviços. Foram discutidas as possibilidades de subjetivação e de construção do sentimento de pertencimento dentro da instituição, assim como a formação do vínculo existente entre o adolescente e esse espaço. A adolescência foi abordada através da perspectiva winnicottiana, considerando-se o momento de transição e de transformação que ela representa e a condição de vulnerabilidade social presente no grupo estudado. Compreendendo como fundamental a realização de um trabalho de luto diante de mais um rompimento de vínculos, repetindo suas histórias anteriores, foram levantadas propostas de intervenção que auxiliem o adolescente a realizar um atravessamento desse processo. Verificou-se que, para além da profissionalização e da promoção de moradia, a oportunidade de criação de espaços onde os adolescentes possam narrar suas próprias histórias se apresenta como recurso necessário para que venham a se apropriar delas. Com isso, pretende-se que tenham a oportunidade de construir outros caminhos e não permaneçam presos apenas à repetição da história pessoal e familiar anterior. / [en] From the psychoanalytical theoretical framework, this study seeks to identify the main issues mobilized in teenagers in process of institutionally exit who are about to reach the age of majority. Through literature, we tried to understand what are the main anxieties and insecurities mobilized during this period. It was held brief review of the historical and social construction of institutional care in Brazil and an analysis of current policies and teenager s family and socioeconomic context. It was discussed the possibilities of subjectivity and construction of the sense of belonging within the institution, as well as the formation of the bond between the teenager and this space. Teenage was study by Winnicott s perspective, considering the time of transition and transformation that it represents and the condition of social vulnerability present in the studied group. Understanding the importance of the realization of a work of mourning before another break ties, repeating their earlier stories, intervention proposals were raised to assist the teenage to carry out a through this process. It was found that, in addition to professional training and housing promotion, the space creating opportunity where teens can tell their own stories is presented as necessary resource to come to appropriate them. Thus, it is intended to have the opportunity to build other roads and do not remain stuck only to repeat previous personal history and family.

[pt] O implante de prótese mamária de silicone a que meninas adolescentes se submetem na atualidade se tornou um fenômeno cultural sem precedentes. Baseado em tal fenômeno, este trabalho pretende investigar o que move meninas adolescentes a se submeterem ao referido procedimento cirúrgico, a partir da noção de corpo representado para a psicanálise em articulação com o campo da cultura. O campo de pesquisa foi estabelecido a partir de declarações de meninas adolescentes que se submeteram ou iriam se submeter ao implante de prótese mamária de silicone, coletadas na mídia, através da internet com seus blogs, redes sociais e artigos jornalísticos. As considerações finais deste trabalho ressaltam que, diante da chamada crise da adolescência, o implante de prótese mamária de silicone a que meninas adolescentes se submetem remete ao projeto de alcançar um padrão de beleza imaginário que funcionaria como suporte subjetivo para tal crise. / [en] The silicone breast implants that adolescent girls undergo nowadays have become an unprecedented cultural phenomenon. Based on this phenomenon, it is intended to investigate what makes adolescent girls undergo such procedure from the idea of body representation for psychoanalysis interrelated with the idea of body for medicine and the field of culture. The research field was based on statements of adolescent girls who had or would have the silicone breast implants surgery, as well as media search, through the internet, with its blogs, social networks and journalistic articles. Results highlight that, facing with the so called adolescent crisis, the silicone breast implants which adolescent girls undergo take them to the project of reaching an imaginary standard of beauty that would work as a subjective support for such crisis.

[pt] Frente à fala comum e disseminada de que os jovens não gostam de ler e, mais ainda, de que os livros impressos, enquanto suporte, estariam fadados ao desaparecimento diante da grande novidade dos e-books, este trabalho tem como objetivo compreender o relevante crescimento da literatura juvenil no país por meio de uma análise que privilegia sobretudo a chave do consumo e das forças simbólicas que atuam nas relações entre os leitores adolescentes e seus livros e escritores preferidos. São abordados temas como a adolescência, o consumo de experiência, a cultura de massa e as celebridades contemporâneas. De maneira mais particular, realiza-se um estudo de caso da escritora Thalita Rebouças, considerada como fenômeno cultural e de consumo junto a este público. Tomando as representações sociais como importante ferramenta de investigação, parte-se de uma análise dessas representações dos adolescentes na obra da escritora Thalita Rebouças, estabelecendo uma correlação entre os principais personagens e algumas das características intrínsecas à fase de vida dos jovens leitores. Tem-se ainda uma comparação entre tais representações e os valores e atributos associados ao construto midiático da própria autora. / [en] Unlike the two widespread ideas that teenagers do not enjoy reading and that print books are doomed as a result of the excitement over e-books, this thesis is geared towards understanding the recent significant increase in Brazilian juvenile literature sales. In order to do so, key-elements concerning consumption and the symbolic forces binding together the youngsters, the books they read, and their favorite authors are particularly analyzed. Topics such as adolescence, experiential consumption, mass culture, and contemporary celebrities are also addressed. Specifically, this thesis focuses on the work of juvenile fiction author Thalita Rebouças, considered a cultural and sales phenomenon in the segment. Having established social representations as an important research tool, this study analyses the representation of teenagers in Rebouças books, making the connection between its main characters and the characteristics inherent to this specific moment in the young readers lives. Likewise, a comparison is made between such representations and the values and attributes associated to the author s own media persona.
