O processo de produção do programa, que construiu uma relação de proximidade com o capital, foi impactado pelas características do capitalismo monopolista e contemporâneo. Nesse cenário, onde as tecnologias de comunicação e informação possibilitam o lançamento de novos produtos no mercado e agilizam os processos produtivos, o Jornal do Almoço dinamizou esforços na busca por maior agilidade na transmissão de mensagens, reestruturando-se em muitos aspectos, o que acarretou em um aumento do potencial econômico e competitivo. O programa vai se utilizar de inúmeras estratégias de mercado com o intuito de maximizar seus lucros e fazer frente à concorrência que se acentua nas décadas finais do século XX com a multiplicidade de novos produtos midiáticos / This research has for objective to approach the process of performance and expansion of the Jornal do Almoço, it programs older of RBS TV, thrown 35 years ago, which traveled the same road of development of the Brazilian cultural industries. The process of production of the program, that it built a proximity relationship with the capital, it was impactado for the capitalism monopolist's characteristics and contemporary. In that scenery, where the communication technologies and information make possible the release of new products in the market and they activate the productive processes, the Jornal do Almoço turned dynamic efforts in the search for larger agility in the transmission of messages, being restructured in many aspects, what carted in an increase of the economical and competitive potential. O estudo busca compreender como as mudanças na estrutura produtiva e econômica a partir dos anos 1970 implicaram, por sua vez, deslocamentos na prática artística e em regimes de circulação e produção de imagem. O panorama da pesquisa considera algumas características da \"terceira fase\" do capitalismo, levando em conta sua forma digital e os contratos de trabalho flexíveis. Além do texto e do ensaio visual que o acompanha, foram produzidos quatro vídeos e mais três trabalhos bidimensionais que se relacionam diretamente ao assunto proposto. / This work addresses the changes in productive and economic structure from the 1970s and their implications in artistic practices, image circulation and production regime. The research considers characteristics of the \"third phase\" of capitalism, taking into account its digital form and flexible working contracts. In addition to the text and visual essay, four videos and three other two-dimensional works relating directly to the proposed subject were produced.

Para atingir este objetivo utilizou-se de uma metodologia qualitativa, por meio de um estudo de caso das UPS em Curitiba, pautada em pesquisa documental e bibliográfica. Foram mobilizados campos teóricos interdisciplinares, mas com um objeto de estudo em comum: a polícia. Em um primeiro momento, recorreu-se à análise histórica da polícia, tanto em seu desenvolvimento europeu, quanto brasileiro, como também às teorizações dos policing studies com o intuito de compreender a polícia, bem como a fim de descrever suas transformações ao longo do tempo. Em seguida, o trabalho voltou-se para análise empírica das Unidades Paraná Seguro para estabelecer seus contornos: além de analisar os discursos e práticas, também procurou-se examinar o contexto socioeconômico de Curitiba e, mais especificamente, dos bairros selecionados para implantação das Unidades. A partir dos dados colhidos e da compreensão atenta da polícia sob a perspectiva histórico-sociológica, pode-se perceber uma falta de correspondência entre o que as Unidades foram, a partir do trabalho policial realizado, e a maneira como é compreendida a polícia nesses dois campos de estudo. Assim, tanto a matriz histórica, quanto os policing studies compreendem a polícia em sua face tão somente repressiva – a polícia como instrumento do monopólio da força do Estado que foi embrutecida pelas características históricas do Brasil. Para realizar uma análise que pudesse compreendê-la da forma mais integral possível, recorreu-se à filosofia de Michel Foucault, formulando-se a hipótese de que as Unidades Paraná Seguro seriam, além de formas de atuação da polícia-repressão, também uma forma de mobilizar o aparelho policial no sentido de transfigurar a polícia em um agente bioeconômico da cidade. O programa foi dividido entre UPS-Segurança, encarregada dessa faceta repressiva, e UPS-Cidadania, como forma de permitir a inclusão da comunidade e de seu território nas veias do capitalismo cognitivo com a proposta de resolver problemas atinentes à vulnerabilidade social e de levar cidadania às comunidades. Em última instância, pode-se perceber que, além da atuação biopolítica da polícia, o programa procurou desenvolver uma forma específica de cidadania, a qual atribuímos o nome de cidadania governamentalizada, por tratar-se da inclusão da vida em novas formas de controle a partir do elemento econômico travestida de desenvolvimento da dimensão política, social e democrática da cidadania. / The present study aims to analyze the discourses and practices that involved the implementation of the Paraná Security Units and the related police action in the city of Curitiba, during the years of 2012 to 2015. For achieve this purpose a qualitative methodology was used through of a case study of UPS in Curitiba, based on documental and bibliographic research. Interdisciplinary theoretical fields were used with an object in common: the police. At first, we resorted to the historical analysis of the police, both in its European and Brazilian development. At second, we used the policing studies like a primary source to understand the police, as well as their transformations throughout the time. Next, the work turned to the empirical analysis of the Paraná Security Units to establish their contours: in addition to analyzing the discourses and practices, it was also sought to examine the socioeconomic context of Curitiba and, more specifically, the neighborhoods selected for the implementation of the Units. Starting from the data collected and the police's careful understanding of the historical-sociological perspective, one can perceive a lack of correspondence between what the Units were, based on the work performed, and the way police are understood in these two fields of study. Thus, both the historical matrix and policing studies understand the police on their only repressive side – the police as an instrument of the monopoly of the state force that has been brutalized by the historical characteristics of Brazil. To carry out an analysis that could comprehend it in the most integral way possible, one resorted to the philosophy of Michel Foucault, formulating the hypothesis that the Paraná Security Units would be, besides forms of action of the repressivepolice, also an instrument by which police become a bioeconomic agent of the city. The program was divided between UPS-Security, responsible for the repressive facet and UPS-Citizenship, to allow the inclusion of the community and its territory in the veins of cognitive capitalism with the proposal to resolve problems related to social vulnerability and to carry citizenship to communities. In the last instance, in addition to the biopolitical action of the police, the program tried to develop a specific form of citizenship, which we named governmentalized citizenship, to mean the inclusion of the life in new forms of control from the economic element, even if presented as a way of developing the political, social and democratic dimension of citizenship.

However, a new interest in the theme, evidenced by studies, theses, thematic meetings and websites, as well as a noticeable increase in legislative measures, has appeared as a response to the deterioration of human relationships in recent times. From a psychoanalytical perspective, this study will try to contribute to this theme. To consider humiliation as the suffering of a sole subject and also of many people, is to understand humiliation as a social phenomenon, caused by the tension and contradiction of the inseparable relationship between the subject and society. This analysis aims to avoid the victimization of the humiliated, in order to investigate the relevant subjective, social and political aspects that cause the human being to put himself in this place of extreme suffering, making it difficult for him to swap from the position of object of jouissance of the Other to the position of a subject who desires / Não são muitos os estudos específicos sobre a humilhação social. Entretanto, recentemente, temos testemunhado um renovado interesse pelo tema, materializado em trabalhos, teses, encontros temáticos e websites, além da notável proliferação de produções legislativas que se apresenta como resposta à deterioração das relações humanas na contemporaneidade. A partir do referencial teórico da Psicanálise, procuraremos contribuir também para uma reflexão sobre o assunto. Refletir a humilhação como uma dor do sujeito, e ainda de muitos sujeitos, é pensar a humilhação enquanto fenômeno social decorrente das tensões e contradições da relação inseparável entre sujeito e sociedade. Object that defines itself through some questions that conduct this research, including the concern to understand how the profession is finding space to develop its work in the education field in the western Paraná, as well as define in which municipalities the professionals are allocated and in which sectors of this social policy. This research goes through the centrality of understanding how the Social Work can contribute to the construction of an education that frees man from the shackles of capital, before the difficult crossroad that the power of capital sets for social relations. In order to answer these questions, the research raised quantitative and qualitative data, creating, at first, a database to locate the municipalities that have on their contractual framework a social worker working in the area of education; and, secondly, we visited the municipalities identified, provided with guide of questions that raised the following items: institutional identification, professional identification and professional practice. After tabulating the data, we had the participation of fifteen (15) social workers that answered the list of questions, after a previous discussion, on locus, with the researcher. From the methodological point of view, it is a qualitative research, covering the literature and field research. The investigation exposed as a result the important role of understanding the education category in its dialectical movement with the prevailing mode of production in its intrinsic relationship with the working category, in view of the analysis of the foundations of this category is central to professional social workers in the area of education, in the orientation of the realization of the rights comprised in the National Education Policy and operationalized in western Paraná, as well as to understand the role that formal education assumes in this given sociability of market consistency that limits the relationship of rights and citizenship. We analyze some categories that are central to the strengthening and maintenance of capital - alienation, contradiction, inequality, rights, citizenship, inter alia so that we can understand the assignment given to education under the rule of capital, and demystify the plausible task of education in contributing for a more humane, just and free world, which will only be possible with a work that thinks the future and materialize the values in the present, in a radical transformation strategy for an education "beyond the capital" / A presente tese tem como objeto de estudo o Serviço Social nos meandros da concepção e da efetivação dos direitos na educação na região Oeste do Paraná. Objeto que vai se solidificando em meio a algumas questões que direcionam esta pesquisa, entre elas a preocupação em entender como a profissão vem encontrando espaço para desenvolver seu trabalho na área da educação na região Oeste do Paraná, bem como delimitar em que municípios as profissionais se alocam e em quais setores dessa política social. A pesquisa perpassa pela centralidade de compreender como Serviço Social pode contribuir para a construção de uma educação que liberta o homem das amarras do capital, diante da embrutecida encruzilhada que o poder do capital imprime às relações sociais. A fim de responder tais questionamentos, a pesquisa levantou dados quantitativos e qualitativos, criando, em um primeiro momento, um banco de dados para localizar os municípios que têm em seu quadro de contratação um assistente social atuando na área da educação; e, no segundo momento, visitamos os municípios identificados, providas de um roteiro de questões que levantavam os itens: identificação institucional, identificação profissional e exercício profissional. Após tabulação dos dados, tivemos a participação de 15 (quinze) assistentes sociais que responderam o roteiro de questões, sobrevindo de uma prévia discussão, em locus, com a pesquisadora. Do ponto de vista metodológico, trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, abarcando a pesquisa bibliográfica e a pesquisa de campo. A investigação expôs como resultado o importante papel de apreender a categoria educação em seu movimento dialético com o modo de produção vigente em sua intrínseca relação com a categoria trabalho, na perspectiva de que a análise dos fundamentos dessa categoria é central para os profissionais assistentes sociais que atuam na área da educação, na orientação da efetivação dos direitos constituídos na Política Nacional de Educação e operacionalizados na região oeste do Paraná, bem como para entender o papel que a educação formal assume nessa dada sociabilidade de consistência mercadológica que limita a relação dos direitos e da cidadania. Analisamos algumas categorias que são centrais para o fortalecimento e manutenção do capital alienação, contradição, desigualdade, direito, cidadania, entre outras -, para então compreender a atribuição dada à educação sob o domínio do capital e desmistificar a plausível tarefa da educação na contribuição para um mundo mais humano, igual e livre, que somente será possível com um trabalho que pense o futuro e materialize os valores no presente, na estratégia de uma transformação radical para uma educação para além do capital

With the homogenization of the capitalist mode of production, under the aegis of increasing specialization and rationalization of the mechanized work process, mankind has been organized to produce and meet their needs through the exchange of goods, placing individuals, who have to relate to things, a state of confrontation and contemplation of its activities. This research presents the views and vicissitudes of a work in context, the heart of which was to show that the unveiling of the ways the structure of the commodity fetish, the proletarian cause, the consciousness of their class condition, from which it could grasp the whole historical of social reality, the question of the party as mediator of active consciousness, and thereby establish benchmarks legitimate revolutionary action, beyond the reified conceptions of social transformation, and thus, says Lukacs, lead humanity to a higher step of its development, with ownership and conscious control of production, which is possible only with the abolition of the capitalist mode of production / A presente dissertação pretende aprofundar os estudos do fenômeno da Reificação e sua relação com a categoria Totalidade, delimitando a abordagem à luz das concepções esboçadas em História e Consciência de Classe (1923) de György Lukács, elaborada mediante coletânea de pesquisa bibliográfica, arquitetada para apontar os efeitos decorrentes do fetichismo da mercadoria como mediadora das relações sociais (coisificação), constitui uma realidade específica e aparentemente intransponível para quem vive sob capitalismo moderno. Com a homogeneização do modo de produção capitalista, sob a égide da crescente especialização e da racionalização mecanizada do processo de trabalho, a humanidade foi organizada para produzir e satisfazer suas necessidades mediante o intercâmbio de mercadorias, colocando os indivíduos, que passaram a se relacionar como coisas, numa condição de enfrentamento e contemplação de suas atividades. A presente pesquisa traz as concepções e vicissitudes de uma obra em contexto, cujo cerne era mostrar que o desvelamento das formas fetichistas da estrutura da mercadoria, causaria ao proletário, a consciência de sua condição de classe, a partir da qual poderia apreender a totalidade histórica da realidade social, a questão do partido como mediador dessa consciência ativa, e com isso estabelecer referenciais legítimos de uma ação revolucionária, para além das concepções reificadas de transformação social, e com isso, como diz Lukács, conduzir a humanidade a uma etapa mais elevada do seu desenvolvimento, com a apropriação e controle consciente da produção, que somente será possível com a abolição do modo de produção capitalista

The reflection hereby proposed encompasses the discussion about the option for capitalist modernity based on the North-American model to the detriment of the communist option which presents itself in the post-war period. Thus, we mean to render problematic ideological rather than merely informative reports since they disclosed the ideas that tried to adjust society as well as the national politics between 1947 and 1950. Our goal consists of trying to understand the basis underlying the discourse that promoted the Brazilian modernization, heavily shaped by the North-American model, and which defended a kind of development for society underlined by Americanized values at every social level, from economic to cultural issues, thus rejecting any project that even remotely resembled communist principles. As a direct consequence of assuming such a posture, the magazine produced an intense anti-communist discourse which sometimes identified the Stalinist soviet regime as dangerous and perverse and, at other times, portrayed it as a world of sadness and suffering. Taking the American democracy as a model and fighting against communism, the magazine promoted a certain kind of modernization. The understanding of the intense combat against the Varguista project belongs to this sphere. That project is totally against the idea that modernization would derive from an intrinsic subordination to international funds. Therefore, the nationalistic project was identified by the magazine as outdated, representing tardiness. Although the magazine strongly opposed to the election of Getúlio Vargas in the 1950 elections, it was defeated. Studying the magazine historicity, we disclose an intense effort to identify the United States of America as the ideal partner regarding the construction of a society guided by consumption. In the 1940s, Brazil was still looking for a model for its development and the magazine O Cruzeiro was clearly the one which best spread North-American values via its weekly publication. Thus, O Cruzeiro intentionally contributed to the building of the principles underlying the American Dream as well as the fight against the Red Scare / O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar uma das mais importantes revistas do Brasil no século XX: O Cruzeiro. A reflexão está centrada no debate sobre a opção pela modernização capitalista com base no modelo estadunidense, em detrimento da opção comunista que se apresenta no pós-guerra. Dessa forma, buscamos problematizar os artigos de caráter ideológico, e não meramente informativos, onde eram divulgadas as ideias que buscavam ajustar a sociedade e a política nacional, entre 1947 a 1950. Nosso objetivo é compreender as bases do discurso que promoveu a modernização do país assumindo o modelo estadunidense e defendeu um tipo de desenvolvimento para a sociedade permeado de valores americanizados em todas as esferas sociais, desde a economia até a cultura, rejeitando, assim, qualquer projeto que se aproximasse dos preceitos comunistas. Como consequência direta desse posicionamento, a revista produziu um intenso discurso anticomunista que ora identificava o regime soviético stalinista como perigoso e perverso ora como um mundo triste e de sofrimento. Elegendo a democracia estadunidense como modelo e combatendo o comunismo, a revista promovia certa proposta de modernização. Situa-se nessa esfera o entendimento do intenso combate ao projeto varguista que se opunha diametralmente à ideia de que a modernização se construiria a partir da necessária subordinação ao capital internacional. O projeto nacionalista, então, era identificado pela revista como ultrapassado, representando o atraso. Embora a revista tenha travado uma dura batalha contra a candidatura de Getúlio Vargas nas eleições de 1950, foi derrotada. Ao estudarmos a historicidade da revista, desvelamos um intenso esforço para identificar os Estados Unidos como parceiro ideal na construção de uma sociedade pautada no consumo. O Brasil na década de 1940 ainda buscava um modelo para seu desenvolvimento e O Cruzeiro foi notadamente a revista que melhor propagou os valores estadunidenses através de suas publicações semanais. Dessa forma, O Cruzeiro deliberadamente contribuiu com o ideário do American Dream e do combate ao Pesadelo Vermelho

For both, performs a qualitative research of interlocution between psychoanalysis and art, which unfolds in five stages:1. A history of the theorized about the melancholy of antiquity to modernity. 2. The melancholy in Freud, since their first approximations of the theme in the letters and drafts, who directs the then friend Fliess until the formalization conceptually undertaken in test Mourning and melancholy, not if I leave aside the additional considerations made in subsequent texts. 3. The relationship between melancholy, capitalism and social bond through the critique of the capitalist economic system operated by Benjamin, the theorizing of capitalist discourse as an offshoot of the discourse of the master proposed by Lacan, theorists who think the implications of this speech to the subjectivity of the subject in contemporary times without giving up the factors that count as the psychic structure, including Sidi Askofaré , Pacheco Filho and Vladimir Safatle, and joints to be made between the capitalist discourse and the outside-the-discourse of psychosis. 5. The reading of the melancholic expression, both regarding the psychic implications as social, in the work of painter Munch, aiming to take it as index of contemporary society. "Never will people understand that my paintings were created from seriousness and suffering" (Munch apud Tojner, 2004). It is concluded that such seriousness and suffering, however, served as an upholstery for him to go beyond his Art, marking how this way can act both in favor of the structural implications of the melancholic in the loop and the difficulties accentuated by the capitalist discourse. To this discourse Art, with its inventive potential, makes a hole, pointing out an alternative / Esta dissertação se propõe a pensar a condição do melancólico a partir dos aspectos que delimitam seu modo de se estruturar psiquicamente e se situar nos laços e discursos, especialmente no discurso capitalista, que aparelha o gozo na sociedade contemporânea. Para tanto, realiza uma pesquisa qualitativa de interlocução entre a Psicanálise e Arte, que se desdobra em cinco momentos: 1. Um percurso histórico das teorizações sobre a melancolia da Antiguidade à Modernidade 2. A melancolia em Freud, desde as suas primeiras aproximações do tema nas cartas e rascunhos que dirige ao então amigo Fliess até a formalização conceitual empreendida no ensaio Luto e Melancolia, não sem deixar de lado as considerações complementares realizadas em textos posteriores. 3. A melancolia a partir das considerações teóricas desenvolvidas por Jacques Lacan no que tange a constituição do sujeito desde o estádio do espelho até a formalização do objeto a, passando pela releitura de Lacan do ensaio de Freud nos diferentes momentos de seu ensino, a sua articulação da melancolia à dor de existir a partir do budismo e culminando na reunião de elementos que permitem situar a melancolia enquanto tipo clínico da psicose. 4. A articulação entre melancolia, capitalismo e laço social através da crítica do sistema econômico capitalista operada por Benjamin, a teorização do discurso capitalista como um desdobramento do discurso do mestre proposto por Lacan, os teóricos que pensam as implicações deste discurso para a subjetividade do sujeito na contemporaneidade sem abrir mão dos fatores que contam como a estruturação psíquica, incluindo Sidi Askofaré, Pacheco Filho e Vladimir Safatle, e as articulações possíveis de serem realizadas entre o discurso capitalista e o fora-do-discurso da psicose. 5. A leitura da expressão melancólica, tanto no que tange as implicações psíquicas quanto sociais, na obra do pintor Munch, visando toma-la como índice na sociedade contemporânea. “Nunca as pessoas vão entender que as minhas pinturas foram criadas a partir da seriedade e do sofrimento” (Munch apud Tojner, 2004). Conclui-se que tal seriedade e sofrimento, entretanto, serviram de estofo para que ele fosse além com a sua Arte, marcando como esta via pode atuar tanto em favor das implicações estruturais do melancólico no laço quanto das dificuldades acentuadas pelo discurso capitalista.
