A dissertação que apresento quer estudar os projetos sociais corporativos tendo como lugar epistemológico a sua dimensão comunicativa e, nesse sentido, observar a interação organização-fundação-comunidade como promotora de significados consensuais dos quais emerge e ganha contornos a imagem corporativa da organização. Sob o recorte da Comunicação Organizacional em sua modalidade Integrada (KUNSCH, 2003; YANAZE, 2007), no âmbito das organizações privadas, este estudo seguiu um percurso metodológico que vislumbrou, como objetivo principal, investigar de que maneira a comunicação institucional de uma indústria situada na capital paulista apropria-se de projetos de responsabilidade social corporativa (RSC) enquanto símbolos e os utiliza a fim de construir e compartilhar significados do mundo organizacional (imagem) a sua comunidade de entorno. / The thesis I present you want to study the corporate social projects taking place as epistemological its communicative dimension and, accordingly, observe the interactionfoundation-community organization as a promoter of meanings of which consensus emerges and takes shape the corporate image of the organization. Making politics go well down under : public journalism in New Zealand daily newspapers : a thesis presented in fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Management in Communication Management at Massey University, Wellington, New Zealand

The literature on the use of public journalism suggests that it can lead to different news coverage than is traditionally provided by the news media. Specifically, these differences have been identified in story content, use of different sources and use of mobilising information. This thesis asks whether such differences can be identified in newspapers’ coverage of the 2001 Local Body Elections in New Zealand. The research involved content analysis of New Zealand’s six largest daily newspapers, three of them with experience of using public journalism and three with no such experience. Interviews were also conducted with two or three senior journalists involved in organising each paper’s election campaign in order to explore their goals for the election coverage and evaluation of it. The results mirror those of previous research by showing significant differences in the coverage of the newspapers with public journalism experience in relation to some factors, but not others. The papers with a public journalism background consistently used more non-elite sources than the traditional papers, but did not consistently use more female sources. They also included mobilising information in stories more frequently and made greater use of story features, or “elements”, associated with public journalism. However, one of the papers with no experience of public journalism also ranked highly in relation to these two factors. The interviews revealed some differences in goals among the journalists, but this was not a simple split between the journalists on papers with public journalism experience and the other journalists. For example, not all interviewees working for the papers experienced in using public journalism agreed that their goal should be to boost voter turnout. Nor was an overt commitment to supporting the democratic process expressed only by staff on the papers with public journalism experience. The interviews did, however, identify that only the three newspapers with a public journalism background used polling to identify the issues that were important to the public and proceeded to cover these issues during their election campaign

<p>While designing an intranet for people with mobile work there are things you have to consider. This thesis is aim to bring understanding to the difficulties involved in these kinds of situations. Our focus is to develop ideas that motivate the assistants to use the intranet. We have looked into the profession of personal assistants and wish to highlight their problems to access the intranet. And we will as well demonstrate their needs for communication. We will also give different proposals for differing technical solutions that will bring them access to the intranet.</p><p>To fulfill this intention we have performed observations and interviews. Through this we got the opportunity to take part of the situations that differs this profession from others. During our study it has shown that communication between coworkers, among other things, is important. We claim that this knowledge is important while designing an intranet for mobile professions. By providing the assistants a good intranet, we hope to give them a good resource in their everyday work.</p>

O foco estabelecido é o diálogo praticado no âmbito hospitalar na prestação de serviços de saúde, as estratégias utilizadas nesse processo e os fatores que influenciam essa prática. A organização pesquisada, o Hospital de Reabilitação de Anomalias Craniofaciais da Universidade de São Paulo (HRAC/USP), situado em Bauru (SP), atende a pacientes de todas as regiões do país, estabelecendo um relacionamento com os usuários por um tempo variável entre 18 a 20 anos devido à característica de sua atuação, a reabilitação das anomalias craniofaciais e dificiências auditivas. Considerou preceitos teóricos nas áreas de origens e panorama dos sistemas de atenção à saúde, o poder representado pela detenção da informação nesse contexto, comunicação em saúde, práticas comunicativas em ambiente hospitalar, cultura e comunicação organizacional, e vínculos sociais e organizacionais, em contraponto com a realidade instalada no campo de observação. Na pesquisa de campo foram entrevistados 80 indivíduos, sendo 40 trabalhadores em saúde. De suas percepções, foi possível identificar como ocorre o diálogo no HRAC-USP no contexto do relacionamento entre ambos os atores sociais, suas consequências tanto na prática profissional dos trabalhadores como na reabilitação dos usuários, e também na construção da autoimagem dos usuários enquanto cidadãos. Ao mesmo tempo, o trabalho se preocupou em identificar as ações de comunicação nesse panorama e as percepções dos grupos amostrais sobre o papel da gestão da comunicação nesse contexto / Abstract: The present study analyses the relationship dynamics between users citizens of the public health care and a public teaching hospital through the angle of communication. The established focus is the dialog practiced in a hospital environment on healthcare services, the strategies used in this factors that influence this practice. The organization researched, the Hospital for Rehabilitation of Craniofacial Anomalies of the University of São Paulo (HRAC-USP), located in Bauru (state of São Paulo), treats patients of all regions of the country, establishing a relationship with the users for a variable time of 18 through 20 years due to its acting characteristics, the rehabilitation of craniofacial anomalies and hearing disorders. This work considered theoretical percepts on the scenario of healthcare systems and its origins, the power represented by information retaining on this context, communications in health, communicative practices on hospital environment, culture and organizational communications, and organizations bonds, in opposite to the reality of installed on the observation field. 80 individuals were interviewed on the research field, being 40 users and 40 health professionals. From their perceptions, it was possible to identify how the dialog occurs in the HRAC-USP on the context of relationship between both social actors, its consequences on the professional's practice as much as user's rehabilitation, and also on the construction of the user's self-image construction as citizens. It also highlighted the importance of evaluating and analyzing the data recipient and based on feedback to modify future communications. The aim is to describe the development of application software for managing customer communication and demonstrate its effect.

The strategic conception of the communication is an approach in constant evolution, which according to the kind of organization acquires particular aspects. This research describes the communication management of 49 local governments in the Province of Lima and Callao in Peru, analyzed from the strategic communication perspective, starting with the analysis of the documents that establish their institutional policy and the appreciations from direct sources. The context is studied taking into account that these organizations, being public institutions, are subject to specific conditions, which define the communicative dimension supported by setting goals and objectives oriented to encourage good relationships with the diverse audience and with the vision of ensuring the transparency and the access to the information by all the citizens; in this context the organizational policies and guidelines, as well as the performance and responsibilities of the persons in charge of managing the communication areas, play a fundamental role, therefore considering the communication management from strategy requires a distinguishing approach which makes sure that the process develops efficiently. This study brings conclusions that help to understand the current situation and also to recognise opportunities of improvement in this specific scenario.

El presente trabajo de investigación aborda la gestión de la identidad corporativa y su relación con la comunicación e imagen organizacional de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP) durante el periodo 2015-2018. El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar de qué manera la gestión de la identidad y la administración de sus activos intangibles influyen en la comunicación institucional y en la imagen generada por la PNP. Si bien existen algunos estudios sobre los procesos comunicacionales de la mencionada institución, consideramos que han sido -sobre todo- desde un enfoque operativo y no desde la búsqueda del entendimiento del porqué de sus actuaciones comunicacionales y sus consecuencias; vacío que intenta llenar este trabajo. La investigación se encuentra compuesta por una parte introductoria donde se presentan el problema de investigación, la justificación, la hipótesis y los objetivos de investigación; seguido de un marco contextual destinado a comprender el proceso de reforma organizacional que llevó a la creación de la PNP y su situación actual. En el marco teórico se exponen los temas comunicacionales esenciales para abordar la investigación realizada. Seguidamente se presentan la metodología utilizada la cual tuvo un diseño no experimental, de tipo explicativo, y con un muestreo no probabilístico de tipo discrecional. Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones y recomendaciones; estas últimas con la intención de contribuir con una adecuada gestión de la identidad de esta importante institución pública en el Perú. / This research work addresses the management of corporate identity and its relationship with the communication and organizational image of the National Police of Peru (PNP) during the period 2015-2018. The objective of this research was to determine how identity management and the administration of intangible assets influence institutional communication and the image generated by the PNP. Although there are some studies on the communicational processes of the aforementioned institution, we consider that they have been - above all - from an operational approach and not from the search for understanding the reason for its communicational actions and their consequences; void trying to fill this job. The research is composed of an introductory part where the research problem, the justification, the hypothesis and the research objectives are presented; followed by a contextual framework aimed at understanding the organizational reform process that led to the creation of the PNP and its current situation. In the theoretical framework, the essential communication issues are exposed to address the research carried out. Next, the methodology used is presented, which had a non-experimental design, of an explanatory type, and with a non-probabilistic discretionary sampling. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations are presented; the latter with the intention of contributing to the proper management of the identity of this important public institution in Peru. / Tesis
