A educação é uma das maiores preocupações mundiais hoje, sendo também um poderoso instrumento para o desenvolvimento de um mundo sustentável. Portanto, uma educação com qualidade deve atingir a todos, inclusive os alunos com necessidades especiais. Sendo a cidadania um dever e direito de todos, deve ser claro ao cidadão o comportamento adequado frente às questões ambientais. Uma formação integral do indivíduo que busca sua autonomia deve considerar a temática ambiental como um eixo fundamental. O presente trabalho apresentou como objetivos analisar a proposta de Educação Ambiental de uma Instituição em São Paulo que atende alunos com necessidades educativas especiais, investigar a contribuição da Educação Ambiental no processo de inclusão desses alunos e evidenciar as ações satisfatórias em Educação Ambiental encaminhando novas possibilidades para a prática pedagógica. Foi realizada então uma pesquisa empírica com abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados foi realizada na Instituição pesquisada durante um semestre com a utilização dos seguintes intrumentos e sujeitos: entrevistas semi-estruturadas com os alunos, professores e auxiliares, questionários abertos com os pais ou responsáveis, análise documental e notas de campo. O tratamento e discussão dos dados obtidos permitiram apontar que apesar das diretrizes educacionais e outros documentos ressaltarem a importância e amplitude da Educação Ambiental nos processos educacionais, ainda há dificuldades em realizá-lo exitosamente. A falta de um programa estruturado de Educação Ambiental reduz a profundidade da abordagem, apesar da consciência e busca da equipe pedagógica em alcançá-lo nas atividades dispersas durante o ano. O corpo docente elaborando um planejamento, buscando orientações e atualizações em documentos como os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais e requisitando a participação da família podem multiplicar suas possibilidades de ações adequadas, contribuindo para a formação de indivíduos cidadãos, conscientes ambientalmente e socialmente. / Education is one of the biggest world-wide concerns nowadays, being also a powerful instrument for the development of a sustainable world. Therefore, an education with quality must reach to all, also students with special necessities. Once citizenship is a right and a duty of all, it must be clear to the citizen the adequate behavior face environment questions. An integral formation of the individual that searchs its autonomy must consider the environmental thematic as one of its basic axles. The present essay presented as objective the analysis of the educational environmental proposal of an Institution in São Paulo that takes care of students with special educative necessities, to investigate the contribution of the Environmental Education in the process of inclusion of these students and to evidence the satisfactory actions in Environmental Education showing new possibilities for pedagogical practices. It was developed based on empirical searches with qualitative boarding. The collection of data was carried through in the observed Institution during a semester with the use of the following instruments and citizens as subjects: halfstructuralized interviews with the students, professors and assistants, opened questionnaires answered by parents or responsables, documentary analysis and notes of field. The treatment and quarrel of the gotten data had allowed to point that despite the educational lines of direction and other documents the importance and amplitude of the Environment Education in the educational processes to stand out, still have difficulties in carrying through it successfully. The lack of a structuralized program of Ambient Education reduces the depth of boarding, despite the conscience and searchs of the pedagogical team in reaching it in the dispersed activities during the year. Actions as planning, searching rules and updates in documents as the National Curricular Parameters, requesting to the participation of the family can multiply its possibilities of adjusted actions, contributing for the formation of individuals citizens, conscientious ambiently and socially ones.

O século XXI é marcado pela centralidade das novas tecnologias da informação e da comunicação e da tríade informação, comunicação e conhecimento. Diante da análise do cenário, pretende-se entender porque organizações privadas desenvolvem projetos de inclusão digital como diferencial estratégico e política de gestão de Relações Públicas. Durante a parte teórica, foram comparadas diversas teorias de estudiosos da atualidade sobre o cenário da era pós-moderna e a inclusão digital. O trabalho ainda conta com o estudo de caso sobre o Comitê para Democratização da Informática e quatro empresas parceiras mantenedoras dos projetos sociais da entidade. Apesar de o cenário apontar claramente o caráter estratégico assumido pela tecnologia digital, a atuação das empresas mantenedoras na divulgação dos projetos, via Internet, ainda é tímida. No entanto, todos os projetos de inclusão digital estavam estrategicamente relacionados à razão de ser do negócio, local de atuação e às diretrizes corporativas. / The 21st century mainly features are the new information and communication technologies and the triad information, communication and knowledge. On the behalf of the analysis of the scene, this study intends to understand why private organizations develop projects of digital inclusion as strategies and politics of management of Public Relations. During the theoretical part, there were compared several theories of renamed authors of the present time, on the scene of the post-modern age and the digital inclusion. Besides, this study presents a case study on the Committee for Informatics Democratization and four supporters companies of the social projects of the entity. Although the scene clearly points to the strategically character assumed by the digital technology, the performance of the supporters companies in the spreading of the projects, via Internet, still is shy. However, all the projects of digital inclusion were strategically related to the core business, place where companies have influence and linked to the corporative lines of direction.

Com base nas contribuições de (MARTÍNEZ-ALIER, 2009), (SEN,2009), (ACSELRAD,2009) e (RIBEIRO, 2008), este trabalho investigou o modelo de intervenção promovido pelo Programa Social e Ambiental dos Igarapés de Manaus PROSAMIM realizado com recursos do Governo do Estado do Amazonas e empréstimos contraídos com o Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento BID, para intervenções urbanísticas, habitacionais e ambientais em cursos dágua localizados na bacia hidrográfica do Educandos, decretadas, pelo município, como Área de Especial Interesse Social. Projeto urbanístico que se não fosse os 77,26% de deslocamentos, por indenizações, impactando outros cursos dágua, seria um modelo inovador de abordagem socioambiental. Neste contexto a proposta da investigação foi espacializar o fenômeno dos deslocamentos e o pós-reassentamento na dimensão da casa e do urbano para os remanejados em unidades habitacionais no Parque Residencial Manaus e na dimensão do urbano para os reassentados em casas populares nos Conjuntos Habitacionais João Paulo II, Cidadão V, Nova Cidade e Presidente Lula. Cujos resultados, fundamentados em oficinas diagnósticas e dados georreferenciados sinalizaram para as áreas remanescentes fragilidade quanto à adequação do modelo habitacional às especificidades de uma cidade sobre as águas, como é Manaus e à cultura e clima local, impondo novos hábitos de consumo e adequação nas relações sociais, com o novo entorno. Para os reassentados nos quatro Conjuntos Habitacionais, se identificou com as variáveis que as principais ameaças advêm da falta de equipamentos e serviços urbanos mínimos necessários à dignidade humana. Associado aos efeitos adversos ocasionados pela falta de proteção dos recursos hídricos levando ao comprometimento a fauna aquática, a sociedade e os ecossistemas. O método DRUP, orientou as técnicas de pesquisa com as oficinas diagnósticas, pesquisa documental, entrevistas, e registro fotográfico para o recorte temporal do ano de 2003 a 2012. / Based on contributions (MARTÍNEZ-ALIER, 2009), (SEN, 2009), (ACSELRAD,2009) and (RIBEIRO, 2008), this study investigated the intervention model promoted by the Social and Environmental Stream Program of Manaus PROSAMIM, and it was accomplished with resources from Amazonass governement and loans from the Inter-American Development Bank IDB, to urban interventions, housing and environmental in watercourses located in the water basin of Educandos, proclaimed by the town as a Special Area of Social Interest. Urban project that if it werent for the 77.26% of displacements, for indemnities, impacting other watercourses, it would be an innovative model of socio-environmental approach. In this context the proposal of the research was spatialize the phenomenon of displacement and post- resettlement in the dimension of the houses to the relocation of housing units in Parque Residencial Manaus and dimension of the urban people to the resettled citizens in popular houses in the Housing Complexes João Paulo II , Cidadão V, Nova Cidade and President Lula, whose results, based on diagnostic workshops and georeferenced data signaled to remaining weaknesses areas, in relation to the adequacy of housing model to the specifications of a city on the water, such as Manaus and the culture and local climate, imposing new consumption habits and adequacy to social relations, with the new surroundings. For the resettled citizens in the four Housing Complexes, it has been identified, with the variables, that the main threats come from the lack of equipment and minimum urban services necessary for human dignity. Associated with adverse effects caused by the lack of protection of water resources leading to commitment with the aquatic fauna, society and ecosystems. The method DRUP, guided search techniques with diagnostic workshops, data research interviews, and photographic record for the time frame of 2003 to 2012.

Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar a interatividade propiciada pelo projeto de inclusão digital TôLigado - o Jornal Interativo da Sua Escola, site educativo concebido pelo então Laboratório de Interfaces em Educação LintE da Escola do Futuro/USP e implementado em parceria com a Fundação para o Desenvolvimento da Educação da Secretaria da Educação do Estado de São Paulo. Voltado aos alunos do ensino médio e fundamental das escolas estaduais, obteve participação de 1.428 escolas de diferentes cidades do estado, entre os anos de 2001 e 2006. A pesquisa se centra na análise do site e nos recursos que possibilitam a interação e a interatividade com seu público-alvo, com especial atenção para as atividades de produção do conhecimento entre os anos de 2002 e 2005. Utilizou-se a metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa, por meio da etnografia no virtual, em que foram analisadas 814 publicações nas atividades de produção do conhecimento, referentes a 135 escolas participantes do projeto; além de etnografia na escola pública, por meio de pesquisa de campo em duas escolas estaduais paulistas que tiveram destaque de envolvimento no TôLigado a E.E. Prof. José Felício Miziara e a E.E. Prof. João Portugal , ambas localizadas na região de São José do Rio Preto. A partir da análise da participação no projeto e do contato com a realidade da escola pública, esta pesquisa detectou as dificuldades enfrentadas pela instituição escolar do Estado de São Paulo em incorporar as novas tecnologias de comunicação e informação ao seu dia-a-dia, assim como os avanços alcançados pelo projeto de inclusão digital. / The aim of this research is to analyze the interactivity provided by the project of digital inclusion \"TôLigado- the interactive newspaper of you school\", educational web site conceived and implemented by LINTE Laboratory of Digital Interfaces of Escola do Futuro from the University of São Paulo in partnership with the Foundation for the Development of Education of the Secretary of Education from the State of São Paulo. Focused on students from the basic and high school from the public state schools it has obtained the participation of 1.428 schools from different cities of the state, during the period of year 2001 to 2006. The research focus at the analysis of the site and at the resources that make possible the interaction and the interactivity to its target population, with special attention to the activities of knowledgment\'s production at the website between 2002 and 2005. It was used the methodology of quantitative and qualitative research , along with virtual ethnography, where it has been analyzed 814 publications on the activities of knowledgement\'s production referring to 135 schools that were participating in the project; besides the ethnography at the public school, using field research on two public state schools of São Paulo that were outstanding on their participation on TôLigado - E.E. Prof. José Felício Miziara and E.E. Prof. João Portugal -, both located at the region of São José do Rio Preto. Starting from the analysis of the participation on the project and from the contact with the public school, this research detected the difficulties that the educational institution of the state of São Paulo has on incorporating the new technologies of communication and information into its routine, as well as the advancements achieved.

Com as transformações políticas, econômicas e sociais ocorridas a partir dos séculos XVII e XVIII, tem se intensificado um poder que se ocupa em gerir a vida e lhe extrair ao máximo suas forças, seja na produção de corpos individuais mais produtivos, seja no controle do corpo-espécie da população. Assim, ao mesmo tempo em que se torna hegemônico um modo de subjetivação no qual domina uma interioridade dotada de capacidades, desejos, virtualidades a serem descobertos, há uma crescente preocupação com fenômenos e processos da vida, transformados em taxas a serem medidas e previstas. No encontro entre indivíduo e população, a sexualidade, ponto fundamental na gestão da vida. Nesse contexto, o presente estudo teve por objetivo investigar modos de subjetivação acionados pelo cinema no que diz respeito às diferenças sexuais, fornecendo subsídios para a problematização de práticas ditas inclusivas. Em uma perspectiva teórico-metodológico pós-estruturalista que dialoga com a Teoria Crítica, tomou-se o cinema como um dispositivo educativo e governamentalizante, isto é, uma extremidade na qual o poder se exerce, visando o governo de corpos e da população. Inserido na lógica da indústria cultural, o cinema ensina estilos de vida, maneiras de ser e modos de se relacionar, construindo e legitimando identidades sociais, ao mesmo tempo em que desautoriza outras. A partir da análise de filmes indicados e/ou vencedores do Oscar na última década, percebeuse uma significativa mudança nas formas pelas quais personagens não-heterossexuais vêm sendo apresentados, apontando tanto para uma aparente ruptura com imagens pejorativas e estereotipadas, fomentadoras de preconceitos e exclusões, quanto para a incitação de processos subjetivadores nos quais dominam a domesticação das diferenças sexuais e abafamento de seu potencial contestatório e disruptivo / With the political, economic and social changes from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, has intensified a power that engages in life and manage to extract most of their forces, either in the production of individual bodies more productive, be in control of body-species population. Thus, while it becomes a hegemonic way of subjectivity in which one dominates inner endowed with abilities, desires, virtues to be discovered, there is a concern about the processes of life, transformed into rates to be measured and predicted. In the meeting between individual and population, sexuality, is a fundamental point in life management. In this context, this study has the objective to investigate ways of subjectivity regarding to sex differences, supporting the problematization of practices called \"inclusive. In a theoretical and methodological poststructuralist that dialogues with Critical Theory, cinema became an educational device and of governamentalization, ie an end in which power is exercised in order to government bodies and the public. In the logic of the culture industry, the film teaches lifestyles, ways of being and ways of relating, building and legitimating social identities at the same time that disallows others. From the analysis of nominated films and / or Academy Awards winners in the last decade, it was noticed a significant change in the ways non-heterosexual characters have been presented, pointing to an apparent break with negative images and stereotypes, that lead to actions of prejudice!and exclusion, as for the incitement of subjective processes in which dominate the domestication of sexual differences and smothering of their contesting and disruptive potential

A ação combinada da Terapia Fotodinâmica (TFD) e da Hipertermia (HPT), projetadas para trabalhar sinergicamente, pode levar a uma considerável regressão de tumores neoplásicos após mínimas doses de dissipação de calor e/ou fotossensitização luminosa. Nesse estudo foi proposto, inicialmente, a formação do complexo de inclusão entre o fármaco fotossensibilizante, ftalocianina de zinco (ZnPc) e a cucurbiturila (CB[7]), de modo a aumentar a solubilidade do fármaco e minimizar sua agregação. Além disso, foi proposto nanoencapsular o complexo em lipossomas, tornando-os bicompatíveis. O complexo de inclusão CB[7]:ZnPc foi preparado pelo método de co-evaporação complementado por liofilização e caracterizado por Ressonância Magnética Nuclear (RMN 1H), Calorimetria Diferencial Exploratória (DSC) e Difração de Raios-X (XDR). As formulações lipossomais foram preparadas pelo método de hidratação do filme lipídico e caracterizadas com relação ao tamanho das vesículas, potencial Zeta, índice de polidispersão e estabilidade. Nos estudos biológicos, utilizando a linhagem neoplásica B16-F10, foi feita uma comparação entre o complexo livre e encapsulado em lipossoma, a fim de estudar o lipossoma como um veículo de liberação de fármacos. Além desse estudo, foi avaliada a toxicidade do lipossoma contendo o complexo de inclusão e o fluido magnético (CB:ZnPc-MLp) na presença de luz e campo magnético. Esse resultado nos mostra que a aplicação da luz e do campo magnético em conjunto, consegue ser mais eficaz do que os mesmos aplicados separadamente, comprovando o efeito sinérgico. / The combined action of photodynamic therapy (PDT) and hyperthermia (HPT), designed to work synergistically, may lead to a significant regression of neoplasic tumors after minimum doses of heat dissipation and / or light photosensitization. In this study was provided initially, the formation of an inclusion complex between the drug photosensitizer, zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPc) and cucurbit[7]uril (CB [7]) in order to increase the solubility of the drug and minimize aggregation. Furthermore, it was also proposed nanoencapsular liposome complex, making them biocompatible. The inclusion complex CB [7]: ZnPc was prepared by co-evaporation method complemented by lyophilization and characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XDR). Liposomal formulations were prepared by lipid film hydration and characterized with respect to vesicle size, zeta potential, polydispersity and stability. In the biological studies, using neoplasic cell line B16-F10, a comparison was made between the free complex and the complex encapsulated in liposome in order to study the liposome as a carrier for drug delivery. In this study, we evaluated the toxicity of the liposome containing the inclusion complex and the magnetic fluid (CB: ZnPc-MLP) in the presence of magnetic field and light. This result shows that the application of light and magnetic field in combination are able to be more effective than the same applied separately, demonstrating the synergistic effect.

Esta pesquisa investigou as condições de acessibilidade às tecnologias de informação e comunicação oferecidas aos alunos com deficiência visual e física matriculados na rede municipal de ensino de São Paulo, como forma de garantir seu acesso e participação nas atividades curriculares. Para sua realização, optou-se pela abordagem qualitativa, por meio de análise da legislação e de documentos produzidos pelas equipes responsáveis pela Educação Especial e Informática Educativa, bem como entrevistas com os gestores destas áreas na referida secretaria municipal e nas regiões de Guaianases, Butantã e São Miguel. A análise dos dados considerou recomendações internacionais, das quais o Brasil é signatário, garantias legais nacionais e do município de São Paulo, além do referencial teórico referente ao direito à educação, à educação inclusiva e a importância das tecnologias na escolarização de alunos com deficiência. Observou-se que o município prevê em seus documentos legais a Educação Especial e a Informática Educativa e apresenta diversos aspectos relevantes para promover a acessibilidade as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação e que o acesso a esses recursos pelos alunos com deficiência é considerado importante na visão dos profissionais que atuam na gestão dos projetos e no apoio aos alunos e professores, revelando algumas iniciativas de adaptação e aquisição de recursos e equipamentos para alguns alunos com deficiência. Como sugestões para o aprimoramento do trabalho realizado na referida secretaria foi apontada a necessidade de investimento em formação continuada e produção de materiais sistematizados a partir das práticas dos próprios professores, sendo, todo esse processo, construído a partir de um estudo mais detalhado das necessidades identificadas nas escolas da secretaria municipal com relação à acessibilidade as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação Também são sugeridas estratégias para que a construção dessa proposta ocorra de forma articulada entre os profissionais das equipes de Educação Especial, Informática Educativa e Ensino Comum. Assim, espera-se contribuir com reflexões e com o planejamento das próximas ações tanto no referido município, como em outras localidades. / This research has investigated the conditions provided to the visual and physical impairment students enrolled in São Paulos municipal schools to access the information technology and communication as a way to ensure their access and participation in the curricular activities. In order to accomplish it, the qualitative approach was chosen by analyzing the legislation and documents produced by the teams responsible for Special Education and Information and Communication Technologies in Education, as well as interviews with the managers in these areas in São Paulo municipal secretariat and in Guaianases, Butantã and São Miguel zones. The data analysis took into consideration the international recommendations in which Brazil is signatory, national and São Paulo city legal warranties, and also the theoretical foundation referring to the right to have education, to the inclusive education, and the importance of the technologies in the education of disabled students. It was observed that the city predicts Special Education and Information and Communication Technologies in Education in its legal documents and presents several relevant aspects to promote the access to the Information and Communication Technologies. The access to these resources by the disabled students is also considered important from the professionals view, who perform in the projects management and support the students and teachers, revealing some initiatives in adaptation and acquisition of resources and equipment for some disabled students. As suggestions to the improvement of the accomplished work in the secretariat above, it was pointed the need of investment in continuing education and production of systematized materials for the practices of the teachers themselves, having all this process built from a more detailed study about the needs identified in the municipal secretariats school regarding the accessibility to the Information and Communication Technologies. It is also suggested strategies in order to make this proposal to be organized in an articulate way among the teams professionals in Special Education, Information and Technology Education and Regular Education. Thus, it is expected to contribute with reflections and with planning for the next actions both in São Paulo and other places.

Este trabalho propõe um estudo sobre as histórias de vida de pessoas com deficiência incluídas no mercado formal de trabalho. Apresenta depoimentos de pessoas bem sucedidas no processo de inclusão e suas trajetórias entre a vida escolar e o trabalho. A implantação de políticas públicas para garantir os direitos de cidadania das pessoas com deficiência, trouxe para o debate a inclusão social. Nos últimos anos a oferta de vagas nas empresas públicas e privadas vem modificando o cenário de exclusão desse grupo social. Discute-se a falta de qualificação profissional de pessoas com deficiência como um dos obstáculos ao seu ingresso no mercado de trabalho. O acesso à educação representa um dos pilares da inclusão dessas pessoas. Entende-se que o debate acerca da inclusão envolve a participação dos principais protagonistas desse processo. Utilizou-se de narrativas autobiográficas como acesso às experiências vividas pelos sujeitos com o objetivo de levantar aspectos facilitadores e dificultadores na relação com o meio social. Considera-se a história oral como reveladora de elementos individuais e coletivos, entendendo o sujeito dentro de um contexto histórico e cultural. A pesquisa envolveu pessoas com deficiência física, auditiva, visual e intelectual. Os resultados confirmam o acesso à educação como garantia de inserção no mercado formal de trabalho. Destaca a importância do papel desempenhado pela família nesse processo. A trajetória bem sucedida não exclui experiências de discriminação vividas na escola e no trabalho. A autonomia das pessoas com deficiência facilita sua integração no ambiente, conduzindo ao enfrentamento das barreiras do preconceito. A reação contra os estereótipos da deficiência e o respeito às diferenças, favorecem a inclusão social. / This paper proposes a study about life histories of disabled people included in the formal job market. It presents statements of people that succeeded in the social inclusion process and their paths between school and work. The implementation of public policies to guarantee the disabled\'s citizenship rights has brought the social inclusion to the debate. In the last years, the job vacancies in public and private companies have been changing the picture of this social group exclusion. However, the lack of professional qualification of people with disabilities has been considered to be one of the obstacles to their entrance to the job market. The access to education represents therefore one of the pillars of these people\'s inclusion. The debate over the inclusion involves the participation of the main characters in this process. Autobiographical narratives have been used as an access to the disabled\'s life experiences in order to raise aspects that have made their relation with the social circle easy and difficult. The speaking history has been considered to be a revealing tool of individual and collective elements, including the disabled in the historical and cultural context. The research involved people with physical, hearing, visual and mental disabilities. The results confirm that the access to education is a guarantee of inclusion in the formal job market. This paper also points out the importance of the role played by the family in this process. The successful path does not exclude discrimination experiences gone through at school and at work. The autonomy of people with disabilities makes their social inclusion easier, which leads to their prejudice obstacles overcoming. The reaction against the disability stereotypes and the respect for the differences favor the social inclusion.

Vigora no Brasil um arcabouço legislativo, nacional e internacional, muito amplo e protetivo, que assegura o direito fundamental ao trabalho das pessoas com deficiência. Mais do que isso, desde 1991 existe no ordenamento jurídico pátrio uma lei de cotas que estabelece que as empresas privadas com 100 ou mais empregados estão obrigadas a preencher uma porcentagem de suas vagas de emprego com trabalhadores com deficiência, sob pena de serem multadas. Contudo, ainda há um número expressivo de pessoas com deficiência que não estão inseridas no mercado de trabalho. Desse modo, a presente pesquisa buscou identificar e explicar quais são os desafios que dificultam a inclusão das pessoas com deficiência nas empresas privadas brasileiras. Para tanto, além da exposição teórica, realizou-se uma pesquisa empírica com abordagem qualitativa no município de Ribeirão Preto, da qual participaram 28 sujeitos dentre pessoas com deficiências, funcionários do setor de recursos humanos das empresas privadas e membros de entidades de apoio e fiscalização ao trabalho da pessoa com deficiência. Para o exame dos dados empregou-se a técnica de análise de conteúdo, resultando na identificação dos seguintes desafios para a inclusão da pessoa com deficiência no mercado de trabalho: falta de acessibilidade, preconceito e discriminação, preferência das pessoas com deficiência por benefícios assistenciais, baixa qualificação desses indivíduos e falta de atuação do poder público. Visando solucionar esses impasses, foram propostas diversas medidas como o uso de tecnologias assistivas, a implementação de escolas inclusivas, a revisão das regras dos benefícios assistenciais, a criação de incentivos fiscais, entre outros. Ao final, conclui-se que, embora a política de cotas deva ser mantida, a simples prescrição de leis para assegurar a inclusão da pessoa com deficiência no mercado de trabalho não irá mudar a sua realidade se os fatores que dificultam a efetivação do direito fundamental ao trabalho desses indivíduos não forem detectados, discutidos e minimizados por meio de uma ação conjunta entre o indivíduo, a família, a sociedade e o governo. / In Brazil there is national and international, broad and protective legislative framework, which guarantees the fundamental right of people with disabilities to also work. More than that, since 1991, there has been a quota\'s law in the country\'s legal system that establishes that private companies with 100 (one hundred) or more employees have to fill a percentage of their job vacancies with disabled workers, otherwise they will be fined. However, there are still a significant number of people with disabilities who are not included in the labor market. Thus, the present research sought to identify and explain the challenges that make it difficult to include people with disabilities in private Brazilian companies. For this, in addition to the theoretical exposition, an empirical research with a qualitative approach was carried out in the city of Ribeirão Preto, in which 28 subjects participated, among them, people with disabilities, employees of the human resources sector of private companies and members of entities that support and oversight the work of the disabled person. For the data review, the content analysis technique was used, resulting in the identification of the following challenges for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market: (a) lack of accessibility; (b) preconception and discrimination; (c) preference of people with disabilities for assistance benefits; (d) low qualification of these individuals and; (e) lack of performance of the public order. Aiming to solve these deadlocks, several measures were proposed, such as the use of assistive technologies, the implementation of inclusive schools, review of the rules on assistance benefits, creation of tax incentives, among others. In the end, it is concluded that, although the quota\'s policy should be maintained, simply prescribing laws to ensure the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market will not change their reality if the factors that prevent the effectiveness of the basic labor right of these individuals, are not detected, discussed and minimized through a joint action between the individual, family, society and government.

Orientador: Pedro Angelo Pagni / Resumo: Após as diversas reivindicações sociais na história brasileira, e em especial aos pais/familiares, professores e pesquisadores, emergiram as políticas de Inclusão Escolar, principalmente depois da Constituição de 1988. A história da Educação Especial ocorreu em consonância a configuração da biopolítica neoliberal, pois, foi a partir do pressuposto de liberdade econômica que novos sujeitos foram agregados a formação, alargando o espaço para os indivíduos com algum tipo de deficiência adentrarem ao mercado de trabalho e ser ativo economicamente, bem como participar da vida pública. Mas, este modelo norteador educacional permaneceu com os velhos costumes de centralidade no aluno, fazendo com que as práticas de inclusão se tornasse um lugar pautado na formação especializada, para suprir a formação do professor da sala comum, com o objetivo de preparar especificamente para participar da economia. O problema que esse modo de situar a relação com esses novos integrantes da escola focou no enquadramento dessas diferenças para possíveis correções de seus déficits, desempenhando um olhar negativo sobre seus acidentes. Esta dissertação pretende, a partir do diagnóstico foucaultiano sobre o modo como encaramos a vida na modernidade, em particular, os problemas de uma vida baseada na biopolítica neoliberal, levantar os possíveis desdobramentos que nos fizeram crer que esse modo de incluir seja inclusivo. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: After several social demands through the Brazilian history, specially from parents/relatives, teachers and researchers, School Inclusion politics emerged, mainly after the 1988 Constitution. The history of Special Education develops in line with the neoliberal biopolitics configuration, because it was from the assumption of economic freedom that new subjects were aggregated in the traditional school system, widening the possibility for some individuals with some sort of disability to enter the job market and be economically active, as well as take part in the public life. But this guiding education model kept the old costumes of focusing on the student, making inclusive practices to be a point of discussion in the specialized formation, to supply the formation of the ordinary class teacher, with the goal of preparing them specifically to participate in the economy. The issue is that this way of developing the relationship with these new school members focused on delineating their differences for possible corrections of deficits, bringing a negative perspective about their accidents. This dissertation intends, from the Foucaultian diagnosis about the way we face life in modernity, in particular the issues with a life based on neoliberal biopolitics, to raise the possible unfoldings that make us believe this way of inclusion is inclusive.
