Insbesondere für kleine und mittlere Softwareunternehmen stellen die Erhöhung der eigenen Innovationskraft und -geschwindigkeit entscheidende Überlebensfragen dar. Der heute als hierfür wichtig hervorgehobene Ansatz der „Open Innovation“ hat sich in der Softwareentwicklungsbrache bislang jedoch kaum durchgesetzt, obwohl den Kunden bzw. Anwendern von Softwareprodukten wegen ihres im Umgang mit den Softwareprodukten gewonnenen Erfahrungswissens ein großes Innovationspotenzial nachgesagt werden kann. Die Durchführung von Ideenwettbewerben stellt in diesem Zusammenhang eine leicht adaptierbare und kostengünstige Methode der Kundenintegration dar. Ziel dieses Beitrages ist, IT-gestützte Ideenwettbewerbe als ein vielversprechendes theoretisches Konzept zur Integration von Kunden in das Innovationsmanagement von Softwareunternehmen vorzustellen.

Die Nutzbarmachung des in den Köpfen von Mitarbeitern und Kunden schlummernden, disruptiven Ideenpotenzials stellt Unternehmen weiterhin vor eine große Herausforderung. Der Ansatz des Idea Mirrors verfolgt in diesem Zusammenhang das Ziel, die Möglichkeiten großer Wandbildschirme zu nutzen, um das kreative Ideenpotenzial von Unternehmen insbesondere in den frühen Phasen des Innovationsprozesses besser sichtbar zu machen und so die Motivation zur Ideengenerierung, zur kommunikativen Ideenvernetzung und zur späteren gemeinschaftlichen Ideennutzung zu fördern. 在電子商務的領域中,多種不同的營運模式被相繼推出,許多成功的電子商務網站,也在各大商管學界被持續探討。展望未來,許多產業勢必導入電子商務經營,而圖像授權這個文化創意領域,更是一個近年來在電子商務領域發光發熱的產業。目前全世界圖像授權平台的競爭劇烈程度與日俱增,國內廠商首當其衝,而國際大廠亦是戒慎恐懼,稍有不慎就很可能會在圖像授權平台版圖的劇烈變化中慘遭擊敗。回顧過去圖像授權平台產業歷史,就曾經發生因為破壞式創新導致產業版圖大幅改變的案例,而現在網路技術日新月異,未來商業模式也必將不斷有所創新,深深值得進一步研究。   本研究將使用Afuah & Tucci(2001)發表之論文中的電子商務相關理論作為核心,再由研究者立意選定,以I公司圖像授權網站、G公司圖像授權網站、K公司圖像授權網站、S公司圖像授權網站等四個個案進行個案研究,希望能夠透過對於顧客價值、市場範圍、收入來源、經營之關連活動、資訊系統建置、企業能力、獲利持續性等等面向的探討,針對圖像授權在電子商務創新經營的議題進行研析,希望對於產業界與學術界能有所助益。 / In the field of electronic commerce (e-commerce), a variety of business models have been introduced sequentially. Many successful e-business sites are discussed continously in business or management academia. Looking ahead, many industries are bound to import e-commerce operations. Image licensing is an industry that vigorizes e-commerce in recent years. At present, the intensive competition of image licensing platform all over the world is increasing, not only international manufacturers but also the domestic manufacturers, who are the first to be affected. A slight mistake can lead to failure in the dramatic changes of the image licensing platform. Reflecting the history of image licensing platform, there was a case of a industry destructive innovation that led to significant changes in the industrial landscape. Now, since the Internet technology is ever-changing, the future business model will continue to be innovative, which is worthy of further study.   This study will use e-commerce related theories published by Afuah &Tucci (2001) as the core theory, and then selected by researchers.Taking I Company's image licensing site, G Company's image licensing site, K Company's image licensing site, S Company's image licensing site four cases as case studies, in hopes that through the discussion of customer value, market scope, revenue source,management-connected activities, information systems implementation,business capabilities, profit sustainability, etc., research andanalysis will be targeted to the issues of image licensing ine-business innovative operation, and the results can be helpful forthe industry and academia.

國中校長策略領導、學校組織文化與學校創新經營效能關係之研究 / A study on relationships among principals' strategic leadership, organizational culture of school, and innovative management effectiveness in junior high schools

本研究旨在探討桃園縣、新竹縣、新竹市與苗栗縣國民中學校長策略領導、學校組織文化與學校創新經營效能之現況,並分別針對不同校長個人背景變項和學校環境變項在校長策略領導、學校組織文化與學校創新經營效能的差異加以探討;其次,分析三者之關係;最後則針對其預測力進行檢證。 本研究採問卷調查法,經分層比例抽樣選取桃園縣、新竹縣、新竹市與苗栗縣國民中學之學校主任、組長、導師與專任教師為調查分析的對象,抽樣調查42所學校共500位教育人員,回收樣本495 位。以自編「國民中學校長策略領導、學校組織文化與學校創新經營效能調查問卷」為工具進行調查,調查所得的資料則以社會科學統計套裝軟體(SPSS for window 17.0 中文版)進行統計,調查所得的資料分別進行描述與推論統計,包括:描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Scheffé事後分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元逐步回歸分析等統計方法進行後續分析與討論後,獲致以下研究結論: 一、 桃園縣、新竹縣、新竹市及苗栗縣國民中學教師對策略領導、學校 組織文化及學校創新經營效能之運作現況的 知覺屬於程度良好, 其中以「策略思維」、「科層型文化」及「學生活動創新效能」層 面的表現最佳,而「轉化願景」、「創新型文化」及「校園環境創 新能」層面較差。 二、 桃園縣、新竹縣、新竹市及苗栗縣國民中學不同校長性別在校長策 略領導、學校組織文化與學校創新經營效能上具有顯著差異。 三、 不同校長年齡在校長學校組織文化具有顯著差異。而在校長策略領 導與學校創新經營效能上則無顯著差異。 四、 不同校長在校年資在校長策略領導整體及各層面具有顯著差異,而 學校組織文化與學校創新經營未具有顯著差異。 五、 不同校長總年資在校長策略領導、學校組織文化與學校創新經營效 能上具有顯著差異。 六、 不同學校所在地在校長策略領導、學校組織文化與學校創新經營效 能上具有顯著差異。 七、 不同學校歷史在校長策略領導、學校組織文化與學校創新經營效能 之「行政管理創新效能」、「校園環境創新效能」及「社會資源運用 創新效能」方面上具有顯著差異。 八、 不同學校規模在學校組織文化之「創新型文化」層面與學校創新經 營效能上具有顯著差異。而校長策略領導則無顯著差異。 九、 桃園縣、新竹縣、新竹市及苗栗縣國民中學校長策略領導、學校組 織文化與學校創新經營效能三者之間有密切的正相關。 十、 校長策略領導與學校組織文化對學校創新經營效能整體具有預測力 其中以「創新型文化」、「轉化願景」、「引領變革」與層面最具 預測力。 十一、校長策略領導與學校組織文化各層面對整體學校創新經營效能各 層面具有預測力。 最後,依據研究結果,提出具體建議,俾供教育行政機關、校長以及後續研 究者之參考。 關鍵詞: 校長策略領導、學校組織文化、學校創新經營效能 / This research aims to study the current situations of school principals’ strategic leadership, organizational cultrue of the schools, and the efficacy of the innovative management in the schools, especially in the junior high schools in Taoyuan County, Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City, and Maoli County. The school principals’ different personal backgroud and dissimilar environments of different schools are dissected while analyzing the relationship among the three. Moreover, the predictability of the three is examined respestively. The questionnaire investigation of this research adopts stratified random sampling method, and the subjects of the investigation are the school deans, section chiefs, homeroom teachers and subject teachers in the junior high schools in Taoyuan County, Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City, and Maoli County. Questionnaires are distributed to 500 educational personnel in 42 schools, and 495 of which are collected. The questionnaire used in the investigation is self-designed and the collected data and statistics are compiled by exercising SPSS for window 17.0. The acquired data are described, analyzed and discussed by using descriptive statistic, t-Test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé Method, Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple regression analysis, and the findings are as the following. I. The junior high school teachers in Taoyuan County, Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City, and Maoli County are well aware of the situations of their school principals’ strategic leadership, organizational cultrue of the schools, and the efficacy of the innovative management in the schools, especially in the aspects of ‘Tactic Thinking’, ‘Bureaucratic Culture’, and ‘Efficacy of Innovative Student Activities.’ Yet, the teachers don’t realize much about the aspects of ‘Prospect of Transformation’, ‘Innovative Culture’ and ‘Efficacy of Innovative School Environment.’ II. The gender difference of the school principals leads to obvious differences in school principals’ strategic leadership, organizational cultrue of the schools, and the efficacy of the innovative management in the schools in Taoyuan County, Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City, and Maoli County. III. The age difference of the school principals leads to obvious differences in the organizational cultrue of the schools. Rather, it makes no evidence differences in the school principals’ strategic leadership and the efficacy of the innovative management in the schools. IV. The difference in the years of working experence in the schools of the school principals leads to obvious differences in school principals’ strategic leadership. Rather, it makes no evidence differences in the organizational cultrue of the schools, and the efficacy of the innovative management in the schools. V. The difference in the total years of working experience of the school principals leads to obvious differences in school principals’ strategic leadership, organizational cultrue of the schools, and the efficacy of the innovative management in the schools. VI. The difference in the location of the schools leads to obvious differences in school principals’ strategic leadership, organizational cultrue of the schools, and the efficacy of the innovative management in the schools. VII. The difference in the history of the schools leads to obvious differences in school principals’ strategic leadership, organizational cultrue of the schools, and ‘Efficacy of Administrative Management’, ‘Efficacy of Innovative School Environment’ and ‘Efficacy of Application of Innovative Social Resources’ of the efficacy of the innovative management in the schools. VIII. The difference in the scale of the school leads to obvious differences in the efficacy of the innovative management in the schools, and ‘Innovative Culture’ in organizational cultrue of the schools. Rather, it makes no evidence difference in the school principals’ strategic leadership IX. There is a highly positive correlation among school principals’ strategic leadership, organizational cultrue of the schools, and the efficacy of the innovative management in the schools in Taoyuan County, Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City, and Maoli County. X. School principals’ strategic leadership, and organizational cultrue of the schools have predictability in the overall efficacy of the innovative management in the schools, especially in the aspects of ‘Innovative Culture’, ‘Prospect of Transformation’, and ‘Leading Reformation.’ XI. School principals’ strategic leadership, and organizational culture of the schools have predictability in different perspectives of the efficacy of the innovative management in the schools. At last, accoring to the results of the research, I’ve made some suggestions, hoping to provide reference materials for educational administrative organizations, school principals and other researchers in this field.

創新實務作法對於公共工程專案績效之影響評估:以專案類型為干擾變數 / Influence of Innovation Practice on Construction Project Performance in the Public Sector:Project Type as a Moderator

公共工程為國家建設的基礎,其攸關人民生活品質並影響國家經濟發展。當今政府公共工程建設多以委外方式進行,然而對於公共工程績效之影響因素進行研究,將有助提供政府機關在招標時評選廠商之參考,以及在公共工程專案進行時,作為與專案經理溝通協調之依循。 依過去之研究多聚焦於控制層面,並認為提升技術方法將能帶來有效的管理,進而提高專案的績效。然除了控制管理之外,仍有許多關鍵外在因素影響公共工程專案的成敗;創新即是其中之一。而過去政府機關及營建專案管理者經常忽略創新的重要性,最終導致公共工程的失敗。因此探討創新對於公共工程專案的實益是有其必要性。 本研究最基本的目標在於調查創新實務作法之應用對於公共工程專案績效的影響;其中創新實務作法包含管理與服務創新、施工方法創新、建物功能創新、環保永續創新,而公共工程專案績效則表現在安全、品質、時程、成本以及業主滿意度。另一項研究目的則為探討公共工程專案類型(分為建物工程專案、基礎工程專案及工業工程專案),在創新實務作法之於公共工程專案績效的影響中,是否扮演干擾效果。 有關本研究問卷調查時間自2015年9月至同年11月,有效問卷共計168份,每一份問卷代表一個公共工程專案的執行與績效表現。另本研究再以實際案例-成功及失敗的個案,剖析此兩個相似案例在創新實務作法與公共工程專案績效表現之間的關聯性。研究結果顯示,創新實務作法之應用與公共工程專案的績效表現具有顯著正向的影響;且公共工程專案類型在兩者之間具有干擾效果,亦即是創新的影響程度會因公共工程的類型而有不同,其於建物工程專案與工業工程專案之應用上對於品質績效的正向關係較為明顯。最後依此分析結果提出未來研究及政策建議。 / Public construction projects are associated with the infrastructure of a nation. Developing public construction projects is also important for the economic development of a nation. Recently, most of public construction projects are outsourced. Research on factors influencing the success of public construction projects can assist government with selecting suitable partners and communicating with project managers. Most of the previous work has focused on project control problems, assuming that the better methods or techniques would lead to better management and thus the successful performance of projects. However, there are many factors outside the control of management which may lead to the success of a project. Innovation may be one of the major causes of public construction project success. However, many construction organizations ignore innovation leading to a poor public construction project performance. Thus, there is a need for exploration of the benefits of innovation on public construction project performance. Accordingly, the primary objective of this research was to investigate the effect of innovation practices (including management and service innovation, construction method innovation, facilities function innovation, and environmental protection and sustainability innovation) public construction project performance in terms of safety performance, quality performance, schedule performance, cost performance, and owner satisfaction. The second objective was to determine whether innovation practice on public construction project performance was moderated by project type (i.e., building, infrastructure, and industrial projects). The data were collected from September to November 2015. A total of 168 valid questionnaires were analyzed. Each questionnaire is representative of a public construction project. In addition, case studies were used to assess the relationships between innovation practice and public construction project performance. Accounts of two similar projects, one successful and one not, were used to investigate the associations. The results suggest that adoption of innovation practice has a positive effect on public construction project performance. The results also show that project type has a moderating effect on the relationship between adoption of innovation practice and public construction project performance. In other words, the relationship between adoption of innovation practice and public construction project performance depends on project type. This indicates that the association between adoption of innovation practice and quality performance is more strongly evident for industrial and building projects. Finally, the paper proposes directions for future research and recommendation for policy development according to the findings.

[pt] O objetivo desta dissertação é propor um modelo para monitoramento e avaliação da gestão da inovação em micro, pequenas e médias empresas, integrando-se métodos multicritério de apoio à decisão a ferramentas consagradas de monitoramento e avaliação e de gestão da qualidade para selecionar indicadores e métricas específicas deste contexto organizacional (at the firm-level). A pesquisa pode ser considerada descritiva, metodológica e aplicada. A partir dos resultados da revisão bibliográfica e análise documental sobre os temas centrais da pesquisa, desenvolveu-se um modelo para monitorar e avaliar a gestão da inovação de MPMEs, buscando-se preencher lacunas identificadas na literatura especializada. O modelo conceitual e o marco lógico para definição de indicadores e métricas contemplaram quatro dimensões: (i) capacidade de governança e organização para inovar; (ii) capacidade de gerenciamento de pessoas para inovação; (iii) capacidade de gerenciamento de processos de gestão de PDEI; e (iv) resultados e impactos de inovações. A aplicabilidade do modelo foi demonstrada mediante um estudo empírico focalizando-se uma MPME assistida pelo Núcleo de Apoio à Gestão da Inovação da PUC-Rio (NAGI-PUC-Rio). Destacam-se como principais contribuições da pesquisa um modelo para monitoramento e avaliação da gestão da inovação de MPMEs, que considera as especificidades dessas empresas e seus contextos socioprodutivos, e um conjunto de indicadores compostos associados às dimensões de gestão da inovação contempladas no modelo. / [en] The objective of the dissertation is to propose a model for monitoring and evaluating (ME) the innovation management in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), by integrating multicriteria decision-making methods to ME and quality management tools for selecting specific indicators and metrics for this organizational context (at the firm-level). The research can be considered descriptive, methodological and applied. Based on the results of the bibliographical review and documentary analysis on the central themes of the research, a model was developed to monitor and evaluate the management of innovation by MSMEs, seeking to fill gaps identified in the specialized literature. The conceptual model and the logical framework for the definition of indicators and metrics included four dimensions: (i) governance and organization capacity to innovate; (ii) capacity of people management towards innovation; (iii) capacity of management of RDEI processes; and (iv) results and impacts of innovations. The applicability of the model was demonstrated through an empirical study focusing on a company that participated in the Innovation Management Support Program of PUC-Rio (acronym in Portuguese, NAGI-PUC-Rio). The main contributions of the research are a model for monitoring and evaluation of the innovation management by MSMEs, which considers the specificities of these firms and their socio-productive contexts, and a set of composite indicators associated with the dimensions of innovation management contemplated in the proposed model).

Economia da inovação : estudo de caso sobre as micro e pequenas empresas de calçados dos Vales do Sinos e do Paranhana

A presente investigação científica discorre acerca da economia da inovação tendo como pano de fundo a moderna economia da empresa, explorando aspectos empíricos da Europa e um estudo de caso sobre a inovação nas micro e pequenas empresas de calçados dos vales do Sinos e do Paranhana. As bases deste estudo estão calcadas na teroria da inovação sob a ótica da teoria da firma. Para alcance dos objetivos foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica buscando identificar o atual estágio das empresas europeias em comparação com as empresas brasileiras. Já o estudo de campo buscou identificar como se dá o processo de inovação nas micro e pequenas indústrias calçadistas dos Vales do Sinos e do Paranhana. Como instrumento de análise se utilizou a ferramenta do radar da inovação, objetivando identificar diferenças e similaridades entre a realidade europeia e a realidade das micro e pequenas empresas. A base deste estudo de campo surgiu da oportunidade de utilizar a pesquisa desenvolvida pela FAPERGS em conjunto com o SEBRAE, em que o autor autou como pesquisador. As evidências mostram que, para se destacar, em inovação seria necessário um equilíbrio entre todos os indicadores e que este seria um dos pontos fracos dos líderes em inovação do Cluster formado pelos Vales do Sinos e do Paranhana. / This scientific research discusses about the innovation economics, having as background the company’s modern economy, exploring empirical aspects of Europe and a case study about the innovation in micro and small footwear enterprises of Vale do Sinos and Vale do Paranhana. The basis of this study is grounded on the theory of innovation from the perspective of the theory of the firm. In order to reach the objectives, a bibliographical research was conducted, seeking to identify the current stage of European companies in comparison to Brazilian companies. On the other hand, the field work sought to identify how the process of innovation takes place in micro and small enterprises footwear of Vale do Sinos and Vale do Paranhana. As an analysis tool, the innovation radar was used, aiming at identifying similarities and differences between the European reality and the reality of micro and small enterprises. The basis of this field work arose from de opportunity to use the research developed by FAPERGS together with SEBRAE, in which the author acted as a researcher. The evidences show that, in order to excel in innovation, it would be necessary to have a balance between all indicators and that this would be one of the weaknesses of the leaders in innovation cluster formed by Vale do Sinos and Vale do Paranhana.

Inovação tecnológica nas empresas no setor de biotecnologia no Brasil

To achieve that, the study sought to: identify the most critical factors to the innovation process of the firms in this sector; analyze the sector’s dynamics and the contribution of universities and incubators to the innovation process and; evaluate how these elements affect the management process on technological innovation inside and outside the boundaries of the organization. This exploratory study with qualitative approach was based on multiple case study methodology and the results were interpreted using content analysis technique, as well as the analysis of secondary data. The study indicated that among the many obstacles to innovation, access to financial assets is the most critical. Partnerships, pointed as an alternative to this and other problems by reducing investments and risks and by providing access to qualified workforce, equipments and sophisticated laboratories, have been hindered by a series of institutional and regulatory factors – starting by the lack of clear laws and rules regarding intellectual property. On top of this there is still an incipient collaborative culture among firms. The results of the study show that Brazilian biotechnology firms try to compensate theses obstacles by providing agility to its internal processes, creating flexible organizational structures and an organizational environment favorable to innovation, which is internalized as practice in a tacit way. The management of innovation happens in an informal and little systematic way. Finally, the results show that the process of innovation in Brazilian biotechnology firms takes advantage of a pro-active attitude of managing and learning with the adversities adopted by these firms. / O objetivo deste trabalho é contribuir para o entendimento do processo de inovação tecnológica nas empresas brasileiras de biotecnologia. Para isso, procurou-se: identificar os fatores mais críticos ao processo de inovação das empresas do setor; analisar a dinâmica do setor e a contribuição das universidades e incubadoras para o processo de inovação e; avaliar como esses elementos afetam o processo de gestão da inovação tecnológica dentro e fora da organização. Este estudo exploratório de natureza qualitativa baseou-se na metodologia de estudo de casos múltiplos e para interpretação dos resultados foi utilizada a técnica da análise de conteúdo, bem como com a análise de dados secundários. O estudo indicou que entre os muitos obstáculos à inovação, o acesso ao financiamento é o mais crítico. As parcerias, apontadas como uma alternativa para esse e outros problemas por proporcionar a redução do investimento e do risco e o acesso à mão-de-obra qualificada, equipamentos e laboratórios sofisticados, têm sido prejudicadas em função de uma série de fatores institucionais e regulatórios – a começar pela falta de leis e de regras claras relativas à propriedade intelectual. Somando-se a isso uma incipiente cultura colaborativa entre empresas. Os resultados do estudo indicam que as empresas de biotecnologia brasileiras buscam compensar essas barreiras conferindo agilidade aos seus processos internos, criando estruturas organizacionais flexíveis e um ambiente organizacional favorável à inovação, que é internalizada, como prática, de maneira tácita. O processo de gestão da inovação ocorre de maneira informal e pouco sistematizada. AVALIAÇÃO DA ACEITAÇÃO DO PORTAL INOVAÇÃO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO

(2003). The object of the research Innovation Portal was developed by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) in partnership with the Center for Strategic Studies and Management (CGEE), Brazilian Association for Industrial Development (ABDI) and Instituto Stela, to meet demands the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation (SNCTI) in the country to achieve the proposed objectives, we used qualitative approaches, which was subsidized by the case study method (Yin, 2005) and quantitative methodology supported by UTAUT, applied the portal users and contemplated the result of 264 respondents validated. As for material analysis, we used the literature on electronic government (e-Gov), Internet, National Innovation System, models of technology acceptance, official data and laws pertaining to public sector innovation. The quantitative analysis technique employed was the use of structural equation modeling based on the algorithm PLS (Partial Least Square) with 1000 bootstrap resampling. The main results showed high predictive significance and magnitude of the Behavioral Intention of Use Portal by factors: Expected Performance and Social Influence. Besides demonstrating that the facilitating conditions impacting significantly on the behavior of users of Use. The main conclusion of this study is that we consider the acceptance of a government portal in which the adoption is voluntary, the social factor is highly influential in the intention to use the technology as well as aspects related to user productivity and the consequent sense utility, plus the ease of interaction and domain tool. Such findings ensejam new perspectives in research and studies in the field of e-Gov actions, as well as in directing proper planning, monitoring and evaluation of government projects. / Esta pesquisa apresenta estudo de caso cujo objetivo foi analisar a aceitação do Portal Inovação, identificando os fatores preditivos da intenção comportamental de uso e do comportamento de uso direcionadores da adoção da tecnologia por seus usuários via extensão do Modelo Unificado de Aceitação de Tecnologia, denominado pela sigla UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technololgy) de Venkatesh et al. (2003). O objeto da pesquisa o Portal Inovação foi desenvolvido pelo Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (MCTI) em parceria com o Centro de Gestão e Estudos Estratégicos (CGEE), Associação Brasileira de Desenvolvimento Industrial (ABDI) e Instituto Stela, visando atender às demandas do Sistema Nacional de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (SNCTI) do País. Para atingir os objetivos propostos, recorreu-se às abordagens qualitativa, que foi subsidiada pelo método estudo de caso (YIN, 2005) e quantitativa, apoiada pela metodologia UTAUT, aplicada a usuários do portal e que contemplou o resultado de 264 respondentes validados. Quanto ao material de análise, utilizou-se da pesquisa bibliográfica sobre governo eletrônico (e-Gov), Internet, Sistema Nacional de Inovação, modelos de aceitação de tecnologia, dados oficiais públicos e legislações atinentes ao setor de inovação tecnológica. A técnica de análise empregada quantitativamente consistiu no uso de modelagem por equações estruturais, com base no algoritmo PLS (Partial Least Square) com bootstrap de 1.000 reamostragens. Os principais resultados obtidos demonstraram alta magnitude e significância preditiva sobre a Intenção Comportamental de Uso do Portal pelos fatores: Expectativa de Desempenho e Influência Social. Além de evidenciarem que as condições facilitadoras impactam significativamente sobre o Comportamento de Uso dos usuários. A conclusão principal do presente estudo é a de que ao considerarmos a aceitação de um portal governamental em que a adoção é voluntária, o fator social é altamente influente na intenção de uso da tecnologia, bem como os aspectos relacionados à produtividade consequente do usuário e o senso de utilidade; além da facilidade de interação e domínio da ferramenta. Tais constatações ensejam em novas perspectivas de pesquisa e estudos no âmbito das ações de e-Gov, bem como no direcionamento adequado do planejamento, monitoramento e avaliação de projetos governamentais.

La mondialisation, l'adaptation au besoin du consommateur, le lancement de nouveaux produits présentent des défis permanents et rendent l'innovation un axe stratégique pour réussir sur le marché. Ces exigences ont crée une demande croissante pour repenser le processus d'innovation et plus particulièrement la gestion des projets innovants à travers la mise en place de plateformes d'innovation. Cela revient à créer des équipes dédiées à l'innovation et dont les membres impliqués et disposant de connaissances transversales sont capables de les partager pour innover. Ce travail doctoral cherche à examiner et identifier le rôle du partage des connaissances entre les membres de plateformes d'innovation dans l'élaboration d'un processus d'innovation et répond par conséquentà la problématique : Comment le partage des connaissances au sein des plateformes d'innovation favorise t-il l'émergence des innovations ? En examinant le phénomène du partage des connaissances sous l'angle d'une articulation entre management de l'innovation et management des connaissances, cette recherche se base sur l'approche par les connaissances de la firme, où les pratiques cognitives et sociales jouent un rôle important pour l'innovation. A travers une recherche qualitative, trois études de cas ont été menées au sein des trois plateformes d'innovation d'un groupe leader du secteur agroalimentaire en Tunisie. Nous avons pu identifier les dispositifs organisationnels qui influencent les interactions entre les membres impliqués au sein des plateformes d'innovation. L'examen approfondi des pratiques de chacune des plateformes d'innovation étudiée nous a permis d'observer les phénomènes suivants.Bien que la mise en place des plateformes d'innovation s'inscrive dans une stratégie managériale centrée sur l'innovation et fait référence à un modèle de base, les pratiques de chaque plateforme d'innovation est spécifique. Au-delà du caractère transversal de leur structure, les plateformes d'innovation apparaissent comme une formule relativement souple que chaque entreprise du groupe s'approprie et adapte à son contexte et ses contraintes. Dans les trois cas étudiés, le partage des connaissances s'appréhende comme une approche organisationnelle et technologique ayant pour but la mise en commun et l'intégration des connaissances entre les membres d'une plateforme d'innovation pour innover. L'intérêt de cette approche n'est pas basé sur la connaissance en soi mais sur « Qui » la détient et « Comment » la partage au sein de la plateforme d'innovation. Finalement, deux éléments ont permis de mieux appréhender le partage des connaissances : le management stratégique et la culture d'entreprise. Les enseignements que l'on tire de l'étude de ces plateformes d'innovation étudiées, c'est quand il y a action délibérée pour instaurer une démarche d'innovation fondée sur le partage des connaissances, cette action devient une épisode critique de la vie de l'organisation dans la mesure où elle remet en jeu l'équilibre des pouvoirs, suscite l'enthousiasme de certains acteurs et la méfiance d'autres. Cette thèse, avec les trois plateformes d'innovation étudiées, ne touche pas qu'au niveau culturel des pratiques de partage des connaissances, mais touche aussi au niveau identitaire. La thèse défendue est la suivante : le partage des connaissances entre les membres des plateformes d'innovation impacte l'émergence des innovations au sein des entreprises étudiées. En termes de contribution managériale, nous considérons que le partage des connaissances au sein des plateformes d'innovation est un levier d'action stratégique pour les démarches d'innovation. / The globalization, the adaptation to the consumer needs, the creation of new products represent permanent challenges to promote the market demand and make the innovation a strategic axis to approach. These requirements have enhanced an increasing necessity to rethink about the process of innovation and more particularly the management of the innovative projects through the implementation of innovation platforms. Team work is dedicated to the innovation where the involved members have transverse knowledge and are capable of sharing them to innovate.This doctoral approach tries to examine and to identify the role of the sharing knowledge between the members of innovation platforms in the elaboration of aninnovation process. It deals withthe following problematic: howthe sharing knowledgewithin the innovation platforms favour the emergence of innovations ? By examining the phenomenon of the knowledge sharing taking into consideration an articulation between innovation management and knowledge management,this research digs deep into the Knowledge-based View of the firm, where the cognitive and social practices play an important role for the innovation. Through a qualitative research, three case studies were led within three innovation platforms of a leader group for food industry sector in Tunisia. We were able to identify the organizational devices which influence the interactions between the members involved within the innovation platforms. The deep examination of the practices of each innovation platform allowed us to observe the following phenomena: although the implementation of the innovation platformsis linked to the managerial strategy based on innovation and makes a reference toa basic model, the practices of every platform of innovation is specific. Beyond the transverse quality of their structure, the innovation platforms appear as a relatively flexible formula that every enterprise of the groupcan appropriate and adapt it to its context and its constraints. In the three case studies, the knowledge sharing appears as an organizational and technological approach aiming at sharing and integrating the knowledge between the members of an innovation platform to innovate. The interest of this approach is not based on the knowledge in itself but on "Who" detains it and "How" it is shared within the innovation platform. Finally, two elements allowed to a better understandingof the knowledge sharing: the strategic management and the corporate culture. Our study on the innovation platforms shows that when there is a deliberate action to establish an initiativeof innovation based on the knowledge sharing, this action becomes crucialto the life of the organization as far as it can question its balance of power, arouses the enthusiasm of certain actors and the distrust of others. This thesis, with its three case studiesof innovation platforms, does not only ponder on the cultural level concerning the practices of knowledge sharing but also tacklesthe identity level. The praxis is the following one: the knowledge sharing between the members of the innovation platforms enhances the emergence of the innovations within the companies under study. In terms of the managerial contribution, we consider that the knowledge sharing within the innovation platforms represents anevolving strategic action for the innovation initiatives.
