The work deals with the development of advertising and marketing channels used by real estate agency on the Czech real estate market. Detailed phase defines the different types of advertisings and actors entering in the real estate market, as between sellers and buyers than among the intermediaries as well. If the real estate agency want to apply or increase sales through certain advertising, is the task of this work determine which target groups to use for specific kind of advertising.

This thesis has focused on development of library of IMAP network protocol in C++ programming language. This work has focused on design and on interface of the library. Object design of this library is based on analysis of the IMAP protocol. Developed library contains implementation of a client and server part of the IMAP protocol. This work shows also the another IMAP libraries and evaluates pros and cons of the different solutions. Security of a network transfer is explained here in this thesis. This work deals with authentication methods, which are used to protect user credentials during authentication process. Created library can be easily used by software developers to develop an applications like an email client program and IMAP mail server. Part of this work has focused on testing of this developed library.

Syftet med studien var att belysa alliansen i det professionella samtalet inom missbruksvården utifrån behandlarens perspektiv. Studiens frågeställningar var vilken betydelse alliansen har för en konstruktiv förändringsprocess i det professionella samtalet mellan klient och behandlare. Och vilka hinder och förutsättningar som kan framgå i skapandet av en allians mellan behandlare och klient, i det stödjande samtalet. Med hjälp av en kvalitativ studie har fem respondenter inom missbruksvården intervjuas utifrån en semistrukturerad intervjuform. Studiens resultat har analyserats utifrån teoretiska perspektiv och tidigare forskning. De teoretiska perspektiven är följande:  Kommunikationsteorin, allians och professions makt. De centrala aspekter som framkom under uppsatsens resultat var att alliansens betydelse är en viktig del för en konstruktiv förändringsprocess. Slutligtivis visar studien på att det kan framgå en rad olika hinder och förutsättningar i skapandet av en allians i det stödjande samtalet.

I have chosen this topic because of my own commitment to the issue. I worked as social worker in the children home. And now I work as a street worker for the labour office in Prague. I am working for all Prague districts so I can see the clients of labour office in the whole capital. I can see the opportunities of the unemployed. The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of and to contribute with new knowledge on how social workers in social service work to combat, respectively, deal with threatening or violent situations at client meetings where the public authority is present. Through semi-structured qualitative interviews with seven social workers from five different municipalities the study have observed several strategies that the social workers use. These strategies can be categorized in to six themes which point out different aspects of the subject. These themes are: relationship and previous knowledge, the ability to be adaptive and empathetic, the relevance of clarity, characteristics, unfavorable strategies and other strategies. The current study has studied the phenomenon of threat or use of force in the field of social work, in addition, the study can be said to have studied also the interaction and response between a social worker and the client that have contributed with more knowledge of the meeting with the client.

In the text is described implementation of control system for launching multiplayer games and their administration on the exhibit in VIDA! Science Centre, which consists of 12 touch screens, central computer and central projector.

(in English): The diploma thesis pursue the use of communication skills of social workers in reception centers for families with children. The main objective is to identify communication skills and consequent development in the field of communication of social workers in reception centers in order to increase the effectiveness of work with the target group. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part describes in more detail the terms related to the use of communication skills of social workers. For the second empirical part of the work, a qualitative method is used, which is performed by semi- structured interviews with social workers in reception centers. The research focuses on communication skills, barrier options, skills development and psychohygiene. Denna studie har till syfte att undersöka hur socialarbetare respektive klienter upplever att samtala genom tolk i professionella samtal. För att göra detta har vi tagit hjälp av kommunikations samt professionsteori. Studien har en kvalitativ ansats och utgår från 5 semi-strukturerade intervjuer. Tre av dessa var med socialarbetare från socialtjänsten och två var med personer som har erfarenhet av tolksamtal i professionella sammanhang. Datamaterialet från intervjuerna analyserades med hjälp av en tematisk analys. Analysen resulterade i sammanlagt sex teman. Dessa teman är: 1. utmaningar i tolksamtal, 2. Kulturella skillnader, 3. externa utmaningar, 4. förbättringsområde inom tolksamtal, 5. Relationskapande, 6. tolkens roll. Studiens resultat visar att både socialarbetarna och klienterna upplever att det finns flera faktorer som begränsar möjligheten till kommunikation och skapandet av relation i tolksamtal. Avslutningsvis kan det konstateras att kommunikation mellan socialarbetaren och klienten inte sker enligt en linjär process mellan en sändare och mottagare. Det blir således mer komplicerat än så när en tredje part är involverad.

Bakgrund: Med anledning av ökade komplexa behov, är en fungerande och effektiv samverkan mellan utförare på HVB-hem och handläggare på socialtjänsten viktig för klienten. Dels på grund av informationsutbyte både innan, under och efter placering på hemmet, dels för att skapa förutsättningar för en meningsfull vistelse och för att tillgodose en säker och korrekt vård/behandling för klienten under placeringen. Med innevarande bakgrund har det varit relevant att undersöka vilka erfarenheter utförare på HVB-hem har gällande samverkan mellan handläggare på socialtjänsten och hur det anses påverka klienten. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att bidra med kunskap om betydelsen av samverkan mellan utförare på HVB-hem för vuxna samt handläggare på socialtjänsten och hur det anses påverkaklienten. Även vilka faktorer som anses främjande respektive hindrande för samverkan mellan utförare och handläggare presenteras. Metod: Studien grundar sig på en kvalitativ ansats. Sex semistrukturerade intervjuer har genomförts med utförare på HVB-hem via Google teams. Det insamlande materialet har transkriberats och analyserats genom en tematisk analys. Vid analysen har den insamlade empirin kopplats till handlingsutrymmet som begrepp samt tidigare forskning. Resultat: I studiens resultat framkommer en del skillnader utav respondenternas erfarenheter av samverkan med handläggare och hur det anses påverka klienten. Det framkommer likaså faktorer som respondenterna anser främjande respektive hindrande för samverkan mellan utförare och handläggare.

Denna litteraturanalys går igenom åtgärderna för de problem som förekommer vid skapandet av online pvp-spel. Några av de vanliga problem som kan stötas på innefattar fördröjning, paketförlust, fusk, skalbarhet, synkronisering, uppdateringsfrekvens och säkerhet. Dessa problem kan sedan negativt påverka andra aspekter av spelet, inte minst game feel. För att förhindra detta bör specifika åtgärder implementeras. Inom just online pvp-spel kan grunden till nätverkshanteringen skapas med en klient/server-uppsättning som skickar små och snabba datapaket med hjälp av nätverksprotokollet UDP. Ytterligare lösningar som “dumma klienter”, “client-side prediction”, “server reconciliation”, “interpolation”, historik och tidsstämplar i datapaketen kan användas för att förbättra spelupplevelsen. I kombination med varandra skapar dessa åtgärder en stabil nätverksinfrastruktur för ett online pvp-spel. Då vissa av dessa tekniker kan kräva en del prestanda både på klienten och servern kan framtida arbeten kring dessa lösningar fokusera på optimering.
