Návrh sídelní struktury soudobého města v historickém kontextu. / Design of settlement structure of contemporary city in historical context.

The topic of this master‘s thesis was to create a settlement structure on the territory of the cadastral territory of the town of Náměšť nad Oslavou. Specifically in the southwestern part of the town, in the places of today's agricultural areas. The main goal of the thesis is to create a quality residential structure for the entire area, which will connect to the surrounding development, to create a center with urban amenities for this newly designed neighborhood. A key aspect of the design is the transport connection to the existing road network of the city and overcoming the barrier formed by the railway line. The proposed development responds to the current and future anticipated needs of the city. Taking into account the size, the proposed area is divided into three parts with regard to the time sequence and the nature of the development. From an urban point of view, the first phase builds on the existing network of streets and creates a transition between the original and the proposed development and proposes transport connections to the area. In the second and third phase, the remaining area of the proposed area is resolved, by a system of regular streets designed in places with a small slope of the terrain, connected by short streets with a higher slope. The master‘s thesis addresses the connection between the city and greenery, increases the attractiveness of the area by designing public facilities and services and works with visual axes from the existing housing and commercial development to the proposed location.

Estudio de datos relativos a emisiones de CO2 en materiales de construcción como estrategia para la rehabilitación de fachadas con bajo impacto ambiental

[ES] El desarrollo de materiales en la industria de la construcción tiene un impacto directo en las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero; al interpretar la relación de los aspectos relacionados con su producción, uso, reutilización, energía incorporada, será posible comprender y planificar criterios para calcular sus emisiones y su relación con los costos óptimos de construcción. Las emisiones de gas efecto invernadero- GEI en la construcción de los edificios agrupan un conjunto de datos, en el que es posible relacionar las emisiones específicas de carbono - CO₂ para cada material. La información sobre emisiones debe estar catalogada con criterios de selección y estar calificada. Esta investigación se basa en una clasificación y calificación de criterios, para recopilar datos sobre emisiones de CO₂ en los materiales de la edificación, en base a los datos en las declaraciones ambientales de los productos- DAP(s) desarrolladas a partir de los cálculos de emisiones, bajo los estándares e ISO (s) (International Organization for Standardization- ISO) vigentes en la unión europea. El criterio para compilar datos de CO₂ se aplicó al Catálogo de soluciones constructivas de la Base de Datos de Construcción del Instituto Valenciano de la Construcción- IVE, para ingresar datos sobre emisiones de materiales. Los datos sobre emisiones de CO₂ se clasificaron en una muestra representativa de 815 materiales estudiados del Catálogo de soluciones de construcción, de la Base de datos de construcción del Instituto Valenciano de la Construcción-IVE, Anexo I: Aislamiento térmico y acústico (2019), Valencia, España; Analizando las declaraciones ambientales de productos existentes (DAP) con datos sobre los potenciales de calentamiento global -GWP [kg CO₂ equivalente- eq], esta información fue calificada con 3 puntos evaluados: 1) uso de UNE-EN 15804: 1.00 puntos, 2) uso de EN ISO 14025: 1.00 puntos, 3) DAP y datos sobre fechas actuales: 1.00 puntos; utilidad para el catálogo IVE: 0.00 a <2.00 (No útil); > 3.00 (Útil). La calificación y la obtención de 3.00 puntos proporcionaron datos de emisiones útiles de acuerdo con: a) GWP [kg CO₂ eq], b) DAP, Norma (s) e ISO (s), c) datos públicos. Los datos se relacionaron con análisis de fachadas y el uso de nuevos materiales, sumado al coste óptimo, en relación con el análisis de casos; de los edificios tipo 1-2 más representativos de la comunidad valenciana, para identificar la relación de costos y las emisiones de CO₂ se analizó la elección comparativa de materiales en base a los datos calificados y evaluados por el macro criterio de compilación, demostrando como resultado que en el caso de la rehabilitación de fachadas, la elección de los materiales, el costo y los datos de emisión se relaciona al impacto ambiental de una construcción. / [CA] El desenvolupament de materials en la indústria de la construcció té un impacte directe en les emissions (gasos efecte hivernacle); a l'interpretar la relació dels aspectes relacionats amb la seva producció, ús, reutilització, energia incorporada, serà possible comprendre i planificar criteris per calcular-ne les emissions i la seva relació amb els costos òptims de construcció. Les emissions de gasos d'efecte hivernacle en la construcció d'edificis agrupen un conjunt de dades, en el qual és possible relacionar les emissions específiques de carboni -CO₂ per a cada material. La informació sobre emissions ha d'estar catalogada amb criteris de selecció i estar qualificada. Greenhouse gas emissions in building construction group a set of data, in which it is possible to relate the specific carbon -CO₂ emissions for each material. The information on emissions must be cataloged with selection criteria and be qualified. This research is based on qualification of criteria, to collect data on CO₂ emissions in construction materials, based on the environmental declarations of the product - EPD (s) according to the calculations of emissions, standards and ISO (s) (International Organization for Standardization- ISO) in force in the European Union. The criterion for compiling CO₂ data was applied to the Catalog of constructive solutions of the Construction Database of the Valencian Institute of Construction-IVE, to enter data on material emissions. The data on CO₂ emissions were classified in a representative sample of 815 materials studied from the Catalog of construction solutions, from the Construction Database of the Valencian Institute of Construction-IVE, Annex I: Thermal and acoustic insulation (2019), Valencia Spain; Analyzing the environmental declarations of existing products (EPD) with data on the Global Warming Potential -GWP [kg CO₂ eq] (IPCC, 2007), the information was rated with 3 points evaluated: 1) use of UNE-EN 15804: 1.00 points, 2) use of EN ISO 14025: 1.00 points, 3) EPD and data on current dates: 1.00 points; utility for the IVE catalog: 0.00 to <2.00 (Not useful); > 3.00 (Useful). The qualification and the obtaining of 3.00 points provided useful emission data according to: a) GWP [kg CO₂ eq], b) DAP, Standard (s) and ISO (s), c) current public data. The data were related to façade analysis and the new production of materials, added to the optimal cost, in case analysis; were analyzed most representative type 1-2 buildings of the Valencian community to identify the relationship of costs and CO₂ emissions, the comparative choice of materials was analyzed the data grading evaluated whit the macro compilation criterion, demonstrating as a result that in the case of the rehabilitation of facades, the choice of materials, cost and emission data is related to the environmental impact of a construction. / Arguedas Garro, CE. Sölvesborg är en stad under expansion, dit lockas folk av en lantlig idyll nära havet. Sölvesborgs kommun har som mål att öka invånarantalet från 16 000 till 20 000 fram till år 2020. Kommunen äger fastigheten Hydro vilken är centralt belägen i Sölvesborg i anslutning till tågstationen. Idag används fastigheten Hydro till en parkeringsyta och kommunen vill att fastigheten ska planeras om för att bli en ny central knytpunkt i Sölvesborg som binder ihop tågstationen och förlänger centrumstråket. Detta examensarbete leder till färdiga förslagshandlingar för fastigheten. Koncept och handlingar tas fram utefter analyser som gjorts kring hur staden är uppbyggd och vilka intressen som finns. Detta resulteras i en byggnad som har en större kommersiell del i markplan och plan 2 till plan 11 är tillägnade med fyra stycken lägenheter per plan. Ledordet för arkitekturen har varit att försöka skapa ett nytt landmärke för Sölvesborg, föra in den moderna arkitekturen i en större skala i ett gammalt småskaligt samhälle på ett naturligt sätt. / Sölvesborg is a city under expansion, people are attracted by a rural idyll close to the sea and the municipality's goal is to increase the population from 16,000 to 20,000 until year 2020. The municipality owns the property Hydro which is located in the central parts of Sölvesborg adjacent to the train station. Today the property Hydro is used as a parking space, the municipality is interested to change the property. They want to make it to a new central hub in Sölvesborg, connecting the railway station and extend the center strip. Our work is to create concept drawings for the property Hydro, These concept drawings are based on analyzes regarding the context of the city and the city’s citizens. This has resulted in a building that has a larger commercial area in the ground floor and above the ground floor are ten floors with four apartments on each floor. The guiding principle for the design has been to try to create a new landmark for Sölvesborg, bringing in the modern architecture on a larger scale in the old small scale society in a natural way.

Title Transformation and the Utilization of the School Garden of the Elementary School Jílové u Prahy Since Establishment Until Today. Annotation The goal of my thesis is to monitor the establishment and the development of our school garden. In the first, theoretical part of my thesis, I outlined the historical events and attempts that would lead to the establishment and the decline of school gardens in the Czech Republic. This is closely linked to the historical developments of the Czech educational tradition. This part of my thesis is backed up by the information found in specialised and professional literature. In the second part of my thesis, i.e. my research, I have focused on collecting the information about the process of building a new school in Jílové u Prahy and about the development and changes in the adjoining school area from the day it was opened until now. My research is based on documents found in the archive, class records and annual reports. I gained lots of valuable information from interviews with eyewitnesses. In my conclusion, I compare the development phases of the school area and outline my findings in terms of the function of the school garden for the teaching process at the ground school. All in all it aims to approach the theme of city planning as an interface with the landscape and the environment. Next, it aims to verify the environmental approach in the recent planning process of two nuclear-oriented Brazilian metropolises Londrina and S?o Paulo focusing on the actions and interventions intended for the valleys.
