En el presente artículo, el autor parte de una breve introducción a la distinción conceptual queexiste entre la formalidad y lo formal como parte de la manifestación de voluntad de un agente. En la misma línea, se aplica esta diferenciación para el desarrollo de la donación como un acto bilateral que ocupa un lugar relevante en nuestro desarrollo social.Por último, se podrá apreciar de manera clara la explicación de la donación propter nuptias, la formalidad que envuelve este acto, y las demás circunstancias similares que podrían aplicarse en la tipificación estipulada dentro de nuestro Código Civil.

Un Centro Cultural Gastronómico es aquel que desarrolla servicios basados en una de las manifestaciones culturales más importantes de nuestro país, la gastronomía. La cual ha significado un importante punto de crecimiento y ha generado la aparición de tendencias basadas en desarrollar recorridos vivenciales, los cuales serán aplicados en el proyecto. El proyecto se desarrolla en Trujillo, La Libertad. Esta ciudad se encuentra entre los tres destinos elegidos por turistas y se está posicionando como destino gastronómico. Es por eso que, los espacios gastronómicos actuales reúnen en cada edición hasta 10 000 visitas. Sin embargo, no se ha desarrollado aun, un proyecto que emplace funciones gastronómicas y que realice turismo vivencial. El proyecto cuenta con dos flujos para generar continuidad, con la calle y con la plazuela ubicada en el terreno. Además, la volumetría nace según la forma y contexto del terreno, con un espacio central que permita una relación entre las funciones del proyecto como con el exterior. Este espacio se segrega en el segundo nivel para dividir las funciones, por un lado mantener el recorrido gastronómico y por otro, inicia la área educativa complementaria. Por último, se representa la parte tradicional e innovadora, en los espacios de turismo gastronómico, presentando la historia de la gastronomía, y la parte moderna con las nuevas tendencias explicadas, y, en cuanto a la expresión, se representa la arquitectura tradicional trujillana, con la configuración de casas patios, y, por otro lado, la parte contemporánea, con la cobertura metálica de la plaza principal. / A Cultural center of gastronomy is one that develops related services in one of the most important cultural events in our country, gastronomy. Which has an important growth point meaning and generated new trends baseon developing experiential registrars, which will be aplied on the Project. The Project is developed in Trujillo, La Libertad. This city is among the three destinations chosen by tourists and its positioning itself as a gastronomic destination. El presente informe versa el expediente civil N° 03196-2011-0-0401-JR-CI-01, proceso iniciado por Héctor Orestes Rondón Rivas, quien interpone demanda contra Belia Perfecta Guillen, Asociación de Vivienda las Buganvillas de Arequipa y Centro de Conciliación para la Paz Social, con la finalidad de declarar la Nulidad del Acto Jurídico del acuerdo conciliatorio contenido en el Acta de Conciliación N° 1540-2011, mediante el cual la Sra. Belia se inscribió como asociada en la ficha de Padrón del Centro de Conciliación. Las causales de nulidad planteadas fueron: falta de manifestación de voluntad (al transmitirse su derecho de asociado sin su consentimiento) y nulidad virtual (vulneración a la Ley Electoral y Ley N° 26872). Por otro lado, la demandada planteó como respuesta, que el acto jurídico contenido en el acta conciliatoria tenía como finalidad regularizar sus derechos como propietaria, reputando la validez del acto, siendo este ejercido en amparo de una anterior sentencia expedida por el Juzgado de Familia, la cual disolvió el vínculo matrimonial con el demandante y se dispuso el 50.00% para cada cónyuge del único inmueble que pertenecía a la sociedad de gananciales. Al respecto, el juzgado de primera instancia declaró infundada la demanda considerando que el inmueble adquirido se produjo durante la vigencia del vínculo matrimonial entre las partes, no presentándose causal de nulidad invocada; decisión respecto del cual se interpuso recurso de apelación señalando falta de motivación, apelación que ha sido concedida y elevado al Superior Jerárquico, quienes revocaron la sentencia de primer grado y declararon fundada la demanda. / This report deals with a civil proceeding N° 03196-2011-0-0401-JR-CI-01, where Héctor Orestes Rondón Rivas files a lawsuit against Belia Perfecta Guillen, Las Buganvillas de Arequipa Housing Association and Conciliation Center for Social Peace, in order to declare the Nullity of the Legal Act of the conciliation agreement contained in the Conciliation Act No. 1540-2011, through which Mrs. Belia registered as an associate in the Register of the Conciliation Center. Avui dia creix cada vegada més l'interès social en la recuperació, valorització i promoció del patrimoni i la tradició alimentària com a estratègia per generar un recurs econòmic des del territori (Ascher, 2005:119). L'alimentació a través de la cuina i la gastronomia s'ha convertit en un recurs explorat i explotat per part de diverses institucions (Tresserras, Medina, Matamala 2007:218). Els actius del propi territori es converteixen en l'eina per generar un valor econòmic que faci a la comunitat sostenible. Part del model de desenvolupament territorial vigent es fonamenta en la capacitat d'atracció turística dels llocs on el procés de patrimonialització de l'alimentació és un exemple de com un recurs esdevé un producte de comerç i una eina de desenvolupament del territori. ¿De quina manera es construeix el patrimoni? Quins són els agents que participen i quins resultats s'aconsegueixen? Quins beneficis reals aporten l'ús turístic del patrimoni? Quines són les infraestructures que es generen? Quina percepció té la societat del paisatge o de l'entorn resultant? Aquestes són preguntes que han alimentat l'interès d'aquesta investigació. S'ha emmarcat l'objecte d'estudi a la Denominació d'Origen de vins Alella, tant a través d'algunes parts com del tot que conformen el seu àmbit geogràfic. El discurs del procés de patrimonialització i les estratègies que es duen a terme per part dels agents implicats en particular i de la ciutadania en general que formen part de l'àmbit geogràfic de producció de la DO és el focus en què s'ha posat atenció per descriure i analitzar un cas particular de procés de mercantilització de la tradició i el patrimoni. La investigació pretén mostrar i analitzar un cas particular de procés de patrimonialització d'un producte alimentari amb la dificultat que comporta ser un procés de construcció viu, subjecte a variacions, mutacions i canvis. Tradició, patrimoni, herència, transmissió, realitat, invenció, espectacle, representació, còpia, autèntic i diferenciació són conceptes clau que s'han tingut en compte en aquesta investigació. / Nowadays increasingly growing social interest in recovery, enhancement and promotion of heritage and tradition food as a strategy to generate an economic resource from the territory (Ascher, 2005:119). "La investigación del patrimonio del ejecutado" analiza los arts. 589, 590 y 591 de la Ley española 1/2000, de Enjuiciamiento Civil.El estudio abarca el conjunto de mecanismos legales previstos para determinar el objeto del embargo, a saber, la manifestación de bienes del ejecutado, la investigación judicial, la colaboración de terceros y la investigación del ejecutante. La tesis analiza en profundidad el régimen jurídico de dichos medios de investigación y sus límites (en particular, los derechos fundamentales del ejecutado), proponiendo formas de rellenar las lagunas legales y de mejorar la coordinación entre los distintos medios de investigación.La tesis examina asimismo el Derecho comparado, buscando en él soluciones practicables para el Derecho español. / The thesis analyzes Articles 589, 590 and 591 of the Spanish Code of Civil Procedure (Ley 1/2000, de Enjuiciamiento Civil).The study focuses on the instruments for the disclosure of assets in order to enforce judicial decisions. These instruments are the debtor's declaration of assets, the tracing of assets by the Court, the collaboration of third parties and the tracing of assets by the creditor.The thesis makes an in-depth analysis under Spanish law of these mechanisms and its limits (in particular, the fundamental rights of the debtor). It also proposes ways to fill the gaps of the Spanish legislation and to improve the coordination between each of the instruments to trace and disclose the debtor's assets for enforcement purposes.The study also analyses Comparative Law, in the search of other practical solutions for Spanish Law.

En el presente trabajo de investigación, se analizará de manera descriptiva y connotativa las fotografías realizadas de la marcha nacional del mes de noviembre del 2020, como un producto con sentido propio, que permite generar emociones. El objeto de estudio para esta investigación son las fotografías captadas por periodistas, aficionados y amateurs. Las cuales serán analizadas por sus características denotativas como el encuadre, composición, plano e iluminación y sus características connotativas según su tipología como foto informativa, foto documental, foto ensayo y foto ilustración. En cuanto a la metodología aplicada para esta investigación, se seleccionaron cierta cantidad de imágenes, difundidas en las redes sociales, las cuales considero que generaron mayor impacto emocional en la sociedad.
