La investigación se propuso identificar las posibilidades que ofrece el marco universitario actual para la práctica de la orientación y la tutoría en Cuba y asesorar el diseño e implementación de un programa de orientación a ser aplicado en el Centro Universitario de Sancti Spíritus. El abordaje de la problemática desde una perspectiva interpretativa, con un marco metodológico cualitativo, basado en la investigación - acción como estrategia de intervención y el asesoramiento colaborativo como modelo de interrelación de las partes implicadas, nos posibilitó conocer que las modificaciones en las concepciones y políticas educativas cubanas están creando un espacio en el que la tutoría se convierte en un instrumento capaz de facilitar el autoaprendizaje desarrollador, la cual desarrollada sobre la base de un asesoramiento psicopedagógico colaborativo propicia un alto grado de participación e implicación de los profesores en sus decisiones y les concede un importante nivel de autonomía en sus prácticas. / The purpose of this investigation was to identify the possibilities that offer the actual university framework to practice guidance and tutorship in Cuba and to advice the design and implementation of a guidance program to be put into practice in the University Center of Sancti Spíritus. The analysis of the problem from an interpretative perspective, with a qualitative methological framework, based on the investigation - action as an intervention strategy and on the collaborative advising as a model of intervention of the persons implicated in the process, made possible that we could know how the modifications in the concepts and in the Cuban educational politics are creating a space for the tutorship to become an instrument which facilitates the creating self learning process. Furthermore, the development of it based on a collaborative psychopedagogic advising would propitiate a high degree of participation and implication of the professors in their decisions and they also get an important level of autonomy in their practices.

Adolescents with health disorders experience an increased risk of psychological functioning problems. However, the lack of availability of psychological help and research on methods’ effectiveness in this group is still being extensively discussed worldwide. Theoretical assumptions of the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), closely related to the ideas of constructivism and systems theory, indicate that therapeutic effect of the model can be viewed as not limited to changes in the problem presented for the therapy, but as having potential of spreading into other areas of psychological functioning. Thus the aim of the dissertation is to estimate the changes in the severity of psychological functioning problems during SFBT among in-patient and out-patient adolescents experiencing mental or physical health disorders. Participants were 12-18 year old out-patients of two primary mental health care centers and in-patients of a rehabilitation hospital (N=131). Treatment group consisted of 23 out-patients and 21 in-patients (control groups accordingly 23 and 28 adolescents). Tačiau dažnai diskutuojama psichologinės pagalbos prieinamumo ir metodų efektyvumo tyrimų šioje grupėje trūkumo problema. Darbe tyrinėjamo į sprendimus sutelkto trumpalaikio konsultavimo (SSTK) prielaidos, kurios glaudžiai siejasi su konstruktyvizmo ir bendrosios sistemų teorijos idėjomis, leidžia galvoti, kad SSTK terapinis poveikis neapsiriboja tik konkrečios problemos sprendimu, bet turi galimybę išsiplėsti į kitas psichologinio funkcionavimo sritis. Tad šio tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti dėl psichikos ir somatinės sveikatos sutrikimų gydomų paauglių psichologinio funkcionavimo problemų laipsnio kitimą SSTK metu. Tyrime dalyvavo 131 vienoje reabilitacijos ligoninėje ir dviejuose pirminės psichikos sveikatos priežiūros centruose gydomas 12 – 18 m. paauglys. Poveikio grupę sudarė 23 PPSPC ir 21 reabilitacinės ligoninės pacientas (kontrolines grupes – atitinkamai 23 ir 28). Konsultavime sprendžiamų problemų sunkumo pokyčiams vertinti taikyti Kliento vertinamas problemos sprendimo progresas ir Konsultanto vertinamo problemos sprendimo progreso skalė, o psichologinio funkcionavimo problemų laipsniui ir jo kitimui vertinti – Standartizuotas interviu paauglių problemoms įvertinti ir Paauglio elgesio klausimynas. The aim of this thesis is to describe the content of the work of the school counselor at elementary school and emphasize the importance of his position there. The thesis concentrates also on his cooperation with other counseling organizations and the organization of the whole counseling system in our country. The theoretical part of this work is focused on the explanation of basic terminology from this field. The look at the history of the school counseling in our country and in English speaking countries then follows. This part also describes legal regulations which provide a model for the school counselors. On their base they provide their services. The following chapters concentrate on the description of the content of the work of school counselor and the description of the organizations with whom he often cooperates. The practical part of this work is created from the dialogues realized with the school counselors. The aim of it is to analyze what is the real content of the work of the school counselor, with who he usually cooperates during the problem solving and what are the opinions of the school counselors on the system of school counseling in our country generally.

A primeira parte aborda o antigo Código de Menores e suas restrições. Em seguida a inovação do Estatuto quanto a proteção integral do Adolescente, principalmente do infrator interno. A nova visão global e a intenção do legislador, avançada para o tempo em que foi lançado, para a defesa e a reeducação do infrator. O fato da proteção e prioridade integral do adolescente ser matéria constitucional e o Estatuto sua regulamentação. O aconselhamento psicológico pastoral do adolescente infrator interno com base na Constituição e no ECA que garantem seu direito à assistência religiosa. O aconselhamento psicológico pastoral sob o enfoque jurídico e a viabilidade de efetuá-lo. Algumas idéias de como aperfeiçoar esta arte de aconselhamento pelo amor, dedicação e vocação. Todos os envolvidos na reeducação do adolescente infrator, direta ou indiretamente, podem fazer a diferença. Evitar a construção de novos presídios e sua superlotação. É o que se almeja com o trabalho de aconselhamento psicológico pastoral. The first part approaches the old Juveniles Code and its restriction. Next the Statute innovation as for the adolescent full protection, mainly the internal infractor protection. The new global vision and the legislator intention improved to the time when it was launched, for the infractor defense and reeducation. The fact of the adolescent protection and full priority being constitutional topic and the Statute regulation. The pastoral psychological counseling of internal infractor adolescents based on the Constitution and on ECA that guarantee their right to religious assistance. The pastoral psychological counseling under juridical focus and the possibility of accomplishing it. Some ideas of how to improve this art of counseling by love, dedication, vocation. All the people involved on the infractor adolescent reeducation, directly or indirectly, can make a difference. Avoiding the building of new penitentiaries and its super filling. That is what is wanted with the work of pastoral psychological counseling. There is a strong juridical focus from the religious assistance, constitutional and regulated principle in the Statute of the Child and the Adolescent and the way of accomplishing it by the Pastoral Psychological Counseling.

Propõe-se conhecer significados e sentidos da construção social de sexualidades e de gêneros a partir da experiência emocional e social de três homens e de três mulheres, entre 21 e 27 anos, que buscaram atendimento no Plantão Psicológico do Serviço de Aconselhamento Psicológico SAP , do Instituto de Psicologia da Universidade de São Paulo IPUSP, com queixas afetivo-sexuais. Essas queixas afetivo-sexuais fornecem elementos para reflexão sobre códigos de conduta vigentes com relação aos gêneros e ao exercício da sexualidade. A pesquisa adota perspectiva qualitativa tendo como base o método dos relatos orais na forma de depoimento. Os depoimentos revelam vivências singulares e diferentes formas de negociação no contexto social, sendo a sexualidade imbricada nesta dinâmica de forma problematizada. Os significados e sentidos relacionados com a vivência afetivo-sexual partem de códigos, normas e valores em vigor no contexto social família, escola, meios de comunicação, saber especializado, entre outros , que fornecem contornos para sensações, situações, palavras e estados corporais. As concepções de gênero partem de versões associadas aos estereótipos vigentes, sendo que o ser homem e o ser mulher, respectivamente, são relacionados à atividade e à passividade. Os depoimentos revelam a tensão entre a experiência afetivo-sexual idealizada e a experiência afetivo-sexual vivida, intensificando a angústia e o sofrimento. O modelo de atenção psicológica oferecido pelo Plantão Psicológico prioriza a valorização das experiências vividas a partir do encontro, do cuidado e da atenção, afastando-se de um enfoque normativo do atendimento psicoterapêutico. / The present work proposes to know the meanings and senses of the social construction of sexualities and genders based upon the emotional and social experiences of three men and three women, aged 21 to 27, who had sexual-affective complaints and sought help at the Psychological Counseling Service (SAP) Stand by Attendance of the Psychology Institute of the University of São Paulo (IPUSP). These complaints provide elements for reflexion about current behavior codes which are related to genders and to the exercise of sexuality. This research adopts a qualitative perspective based upon the method of oral description in the form of depositions. The depositions reveal singular life experiences and different forms of negotiation in the social context in which the sexuality is concealed in this dynamic in a problematic way. The meanings and senses related to the sexual-affective life experience derive from codes, rules and values which are present in the social context family, school, media, specialized knowledge, among others , and provide framework for sensations, situations, words and body states. The conceptions of gender derive from versions associated with the current stereotypes in which the men-being and the woman-being are related to activity and passivity, respectively. The depositions also reveal the tension between the idealized sexual-affective experience and the lived sexual-affective experience, intensifying anguish and suffering. The model of psychological care offered by the Psychological Stand by Attendance prioritizes the valorisation of lived experiences through meeting, care and attention, moving away from a normative approach of the psychotherapeutic service.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of inclusive education of pupils with mental disabilities. The aim of the thesis is to find out what attitudes are occupied by primary school teachers and teachers of basic schools that are practical for the inclusive education of pupils with mental disabilities. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on providing basic information about people with mental disabilities, the possibilities of their education and the interpretation of the concepts of integration and inclusion. Further, there is legislation on the education of pupils with special educational needs and a system of counseling services provided in schools and school counseling facilities. The practical part contains information acquired through the method of interview, whose aim is to find out the opinions and attitudes of teachers of basic schools and teachers of elementary schools that are practical for the inclusive education of pupils with mental disabilities.

El presente proyecto ha sido planteado por un grupo de estudiantes de la Facultad de Negocios de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) próximos a obtener el grado de bachiller. El siguiente modelo de negocio tiene como objetivo resolver una problemática actual y ofrecer un servicio con valor agregado aplicando los conocimientos adquiridos durante la vida universitaria. Para empezar, se identificó que, debido al COVID - 19, muchos se quedaron sin empleo y, como consecuencia, fue difícil conseguir uno. Además, varias empresas no comunican a los postulantes que ya no continuarán en el proceso de selección, lo que genera frustración y ansiedad al postulante. Por ello, se creó Match Job, un aplicativo que ayudará a las personas a encontrar el trabajo ideal haciendo match entre el postulante y el empleador. También, el aplicativo comunicará acerca del proceso de selección de cada postulante. In order to achieve this objective, introduce yourself at first psychological counseling as a help relationship through which the counselor tries to help the advised person to find his own way and lead a good full life. Secondly, present spiritual direction as a spiritual help relationship in the light of the faith in Jesus Christ, between spiritual director and directee in which the first helps the second to observe God´s signs through his own life experiences in order to improve his relationship with himself, with others and with God himself. After presenting two help relationships, established a dialogue between both, showing their similarities, differences and implications for the practice of spiritual direction. To conclude, present appropriations of concepts and attitudes of the psychological counseling in the practice of spiritual direction / Esta dissertação tem por objetivo pesquisar possíveis contribuições do aconselhamento psicológico na abordagem centrada na pessoa para a prática da direção espiritual, na perspectiva da religião Católica, à luz do diálogo interdisciplinar. Para concretizar este objetivo, em primeiro lugar, apresenta-se o aconselhamento psicológico como uma relação de ajuda, na qual o conselheiro busca auxiliar o aconselhado a encontrar seu próprio caminho rumo a uma vida plena. No segundo momento, apresenta-se a direção espiritual como uma relação de ajuda espiritual, à luz da fé em Jesus Cristo, entre diretor espiritual e orientando, na qual o primeiro auxilia o segundo a perscrutar, nas suas experiências de vida, os sinais de Deus, para melhorar o seu relacionamento consigo mesmo, com os outros e com Deus.
