Syftet med undersökningen var att ta reda på hur realiseringen av förskolans demokratiuppdrag upplevdes och beskrevs av förskollärare och barnskötare. Semistrukturerade intervjuer valdes som datainsamlingsmetod och totalt intervjuades fyra förskollärare och två barnskötare. Biestas idéer om demokrati och begreppen kvalifikation, socialisation och subjektifiering har använts som teoretiska utgångspunkter i studien. Resultatet visade att realiseringen av demokratiuppdraget i förskolan kan förstås som en utmaning för de verksamma. Organisatoriska faktorer som personaltäthet och barngruppens storlek visade sig ha betydelse för hur väl pedagogerna upplevde att de kunde nå målformuleringarna kring den demokratiska grunden som förskolans utbildning ska vila på. Resultatet visar också på att en samsyn i arbetslaget underlättar realiseringen av demokratiuppdraget. / <p>Betyg i Ladok 220118.</p>

The study intends to shed light on how teachers in the subject sloyd, both within textile- and wood- and metal sloyd, relate to gender in their intentions and in their action in school practice and the possible discrepancy in between. Furthermore, the study aims to investigate how the historical legacy of gender coding in sloyd affect teachers in today’s education. The study is based on a qualitative research perspective, and could therefore be placed in the humanities with further delineation didactics. Furthermore, the study is fully encompassed by the hermeneutic doctrine, when the author’s prior understanding as prospective sloyd teachers affects the study. Gender Theoretical models and concepts by Yvonne Hirdman and Britt-Marie Thurén is used in the study as an analytical tool for understanding the discrepancy between intention and action realized in the sloyd classroom. The study includes six active sloyd teachers that have been observed and subsequently interviewed on sloyd and gender. The study shows five possible gender orders in the sloyd classroom and informants of the study can be classified to two of them. The study also shows that teachers relate to the historical legacy of gender coding in different ways in their sloyd teaching. Most sloyd teachers relate to this legacy by not acknowledging it, but rather sharing it with students in passing. Students' creativity, motor skills and problem solving are keywords for the abilities the informants want to see that students develop in sloyd.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to gain a deeper understanding of and examine how library blogs are realized at public libraries together with the views among librarians regarding the realization of library blogs.The questions we wanted to answer were: – How is the library blog realized at the public libraries in this study? – What are the views among the librarians in this study regarding the realization of the library blogs?The analytical model in this thesis is Connie Crosby’s six steps on how libraries successfully can realize their blogs. Four of the six steps were selected: planning, implementation, marketing and measures of success. The methodology used for this study was semi-structured interviews. Two interviews were conducted with three librarians that have partial responsibility of their respective library blogs.The results of the study show that the process of the library blog can look different in different libraries, and that the respondents had clear views on how the realization of a blog should be done. An improvement in both of the library blogs could be made by a better dialogue between the librarians. Together they should, formally, discuss, motivate and document problems, opportunities and visions with the blog. Development and improvement can also occur if the librarians in the realization of the blog perform a more fundamental study on the target audience, marketing and other key features of the blog. / Program: Bibliotekarie

Den här uppsatsen utreder möjligheterna att realisera e-Deltagande genom webb 2.0.Genom att kombinera teori från de båda ämnena och observationer från nämnvärda utförda realiseringar, utvecklas en mall till en webbtjänst för e-Deltagande som nyttjar funktioner från webb 2.0. Ur litteraturstudier och observationer identifierades ett antal nyckelfunktioner samt vilka aktuella problem som finns inom realisering av e-Deltagande. Dessa problemområden var: anonymitet, moderation, att slutplacering baseras på exponeringstid, att liknande bidrag tar röster från varandra samt röstningsmetod. För att lösa dessa genomfördes en process för deltagande design med testdeltagare från olika intressegrupper i området. Utvecklingen genomgick tre iterationer med framställning av prototyp och testsessioner under vilka mallens olika lösningar och funktioner optimerades och validerades. Uppsatsen bidrar med ett steg i utforskningen av området. Genom att tillämpa den mall som tagits fram kan offentliga instanser konsultera sina medborgare för att generera fram nya idéer och engagera dem i samhällsutformningen.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur lärare i ämnet idrott och hälsa realiserar och transformerar de förmågor eleverna genom undervisningen syftar att utveckla samt vad införandet av ett centralt innehåll inneburit för dem i yrket. Till detta finns tre frågeställningar; hur tolkar lärare i idrott och hälsa ämnet idrott och hälsas förmågor i Lgr 11, hur undervisar lärare i idrott och hälsa utifrån ämnet idrott och hälsas förmågor i Lgr 11 och hur uppfattar lärare i idrott och hälsa ämnet idrott och hälsas centrala innehåll i Lgr 11. Som metod har intervjuer använts. Resultaten visar att lärare i ämnet idrott och hälsa tolkar och undervisar utifrån ämnets förmågor på olika sätt. Gällande det centrala innehållet så har det bland flertalet lärare inneburit struktur och tydlighet och i enstaka fall inget nytt. Slutsatsen av undersökningen är således att de förmågor som formuleras i ämnet idrott och hälsa transformeras och realiseras på olika sätt och att det centrala innehållet tillfört tydlighet och struktur i vissa fall och i andra fall inte.

This concern prompted the Education Department to introduce accountability measures that included the three-legged Integrated Ouality Management System (lOMS). One important requirement of the IOMS is that the school management team should assist teachers to enable them to teach more effectively thereby improving the quality of education delivered to learners. One way of achieving effective performance is the implementation of performance management. With the above considerations in mind this research was conducted to investigate what performance management entailed, what the views and perceptions of school management teams in primary schools were with regard to it and what recommendations can be made to assist school management teams in implementing performance management. A literature study was conducted to expose the essence of performance management. On the basis on the literature study, an empirical research was conducted from the interpretivist paradigm, using the qualitative research design and the specific method of structured interviews. Participants consisted of members of the school management teams in three primary schools in the Rustenburg Area (N=11) . . The major findings of the research showed that participants did not fully understand what performance management entails there being a lack of a coherent, systematic process of implementing it. However, participants implemented some of the aspects of pe.rformance management such as mentoring, monitoring and coaching. It also came to light that school management teams faced difficulties in the implementation of performance management notably that teachers displayed a negative attitude towards performance management. Detta arbete syftar till att undersöka hur fyra F-3 lärare realiserar kursplanens centrala innehåll i religionskunskapsundervisning och vilka svårigheter och möjligheter lärare upplever med att undervisa i ämnet. Med hjälp av en kvalitativ metod har lärare intervjuats och ett resultat presenterats. I resultatet framkommer det att religionskunskapsundervisning ökar elevernas förståelse för varandra. Dock kan svårigheter uppstå i extremfall gällande föräldrar och vårdnadshavares åsikt om huruvida religion ska undervisas eller inte. Trots att lärare upplever svårigheter med att undervisa i religion, går det ofta att vända dessa till något positivt, vilket anges i vår slutsats.
