Como as operações técnico-discursivas de redundância ou repetição e da diferença incidem sobre o fazer do oficio jornalístico? O que há de singular nas operações técnico-discursivas nos telejornais considerando os seus concorrentes, no âmbito do invariante referencial “Caso Isabella”? Metodologicamente, realizamos pesquisa teórica sobre a repetição ou redundância e diferença, acontecimento midiático, operações técnicas em telejornalismo e midiatização, envolvendo os conceitos de circulação e dispositivo. Em termos empíricos, mapeia as operações técnico-discursivas do telejornalismo exibido do “Caso Isabella” no dia 18 de abril de 2008. O trabalho relaciona as operações técnico-discursivas com o acontecimento social e midiático e identifica analogias e diferenças nas operações técnico-discursivas comparando Jornal Nacional, Jornal da Globo, Jornal da Record, Jornal da Band, RedeTV News e Jornal do SBT a partir de um invariante referencial. Observamos as incidências da repetição ou da redundância e da diferença nos telejornais em análise técnico-discursiva, identificando as operações técnicas como lugares de inscrição - formatos compartilhados entre os telejornais - de uma problemática da linguagem. / Research as guiding questions: to what extent the phenomena of language - repetition or redundancy, and difference - are reproduced and transformed in the process of building the media event? As the techno-discursive operations of redundancy or repetition and difference do focus on the craft of journalism? What's unique operations and technical discourse on the evening news considering its competitors, within the frame-invariant "If Isabella"? Methodologically, we conduct theoretical research on redundancy or repetition and difference, media event, technical operations in broadcast journalism and media coverage, involving the concepts of movement and device. Empirically, maps the operations of the technical discourse of television news show "If Isabella" on April 18, 2008. The work relates the operations with the technical and discursive social and media event and identifies similarities and differences in technical-discursive operations comparing Jornal Nacional, Jornal da Globo, Jornal da Record, Journal of Band RedeTV News and Jornal do SBT from an invariant reference. Observed incidences of repetition or redundancy and the difference in the newscast technical-discursive analysis in identifying the technical operations such as registration places - shared between the TV news formats - a problem of language.

As a starting point and guiding principle, we take as a reference the observation that shame is ( ) the hole from which the master signifier arises , given in 1970 by Lacan, in his seminar The Other Side of Psychoanalysis. This election puts before us two perspectives, explored in this present investigation: 1) the construction of a conceptual elaboration concerning shame and its relation to the notions of hole, crack, castration and repetition, that allows us to develop a structural point of shame in the subject; 2) considering the historical contingency in which Lacan stated his observation about shame mentioned above, that is, the moment when he was addressing direct criticisms against the students and the production of science for the market, we situate the structural element of shame in relation to the status of the subjectivity engendered under capitalism, that is, a subjectivity oriented for the obliteration of references, traces, singularity, that promotes a degeneration of the master signifier. This second perspective allowed us to enter the political/clinical/ethical aspect of shame, grounded in the passages of Lacan's work where shame was proposed as a fundamental element for the clinic and for the direction of the cure. The sprouting of shame was also proposed as a political/clinical counter-experience for the subject, considering that the discourse of the analyst is the one which can face the discourse of the capitalist, precisely because it can recover the singular experience of jouissance and its singular trace / Esta tese pretende apresentar um estudo sobre a vergonha do ponto de vista da psicanálise de orientação lacaniana. Como ponto de partida e fio condutor para a pesquisa, tomamos como referência a observação de que a vergonha é o buraco onde brota o significante-mestre, proferida em 1970, por Lacan, em seu seminário O Avesso da Psicanálise. Esta escolha nos coloca diante de duas perspectivas que atravessamos nesta tese: 1) a construção de uma elaboração conceitual sobre a vergonha e sua relação com a noção de buraco, furo, falha, castração e repetição, que nos possibilita elaborarmos um ponto estrutural da vergonha no sujeito; 2) levando-se em conta a contingência histórica em que Lacan fez a observação acima, ou seja, momento em que fazia uma crítica direta aos estudantes e à produção da ciência no mercado, situamos o elemento estrutural da vergonha em relação a uma subjetividade do sujeito no capitalismo, ou seja, uma subjetividade voltada para o apagamento das referências, dos traços, da singularidade, que engendra uma degenerescência do significante-mestre. Esta segunda perspectiva nos permitiu avançar no aspecto clínico/político/ético da vergonha tomando como fundamento os momentos em que ela foi proposta como elemento fundamental na clínica e na direção da cura. Aliado a isto, a vergonha foi apresentada como contraexperiência político/clínica para o sujeito, levando-se em conta o discurso do analista como o que pode fazer frente ao discurso do capitalista, justamente por recuperar a experiência singular de gozo e seu traço singular

As a result of these clashes, many interpretations emerged from the article in question. Unfortunately, most of them, although supposedly made within the bounds of our legal system, have pointed out with concepts from other branches of scientific knowledge, especially the financial one. This verity has restricted, as said by several doctrinaires, the interpretation of article 166 based on the concepts of direct and indirect taxes, as well as legal and taxpayer-in-fact. We are firm in saying that this nowadays understanding, indeed, is unconstitutional, although we see a possible analysis governed by the Federal Constitution. Believing that the existing interpretations were not sufficient to bring relief to the infamous legal device, mainly by the fact that carries by its side other branches of scientific knowledge, we propose in this work a brand new look, making a very clear and restricted methodological cut to the legal system and still, taking other paradigms for its analysis. We shall not only consider the tax view s itself, but also the taxpayers obligation, since he will assume the role of the subject to the unduly paid rule, exactly the time that the legal application s norm shall appear. For such analysis, we have as a foundation the Federal Constitution, with great emphasis on the principles of legality and property, which, in our understanding, are indispensable for the correct measurement of cases in which article 166 of the National Tax Code may appear. In short, grounded on the principles abovementioned and looking also to the taxpayer, we will explicit what is the correct interpretation of the article 166 by the terms of the Federal Constitution / Desde a introdução do artigo 166 do Código Tributário Nacional, que ocorreu com o próprio advento do Códex em 1966, inúmeras discussões têm sido travadas, contrapondo-se desde a constitucionalidade do dispositivo normativo até minucias de sua incidência e, especialmente, as ocorrências fáticas que subsumiriam à sua hipótese. Em decorrência destes embates, várias interpretações surgiram tendo como suporte físico o artigo em questão. Infelizmente, a maior parte delas, muito embora supostamente efetivada dentro do sistema do direito, se valeu de conceitos de outros ramos do conhecimento científico, especialmente o ramo da ciência das finanças. Este fato acabou por sedimentar e restringir, em grande parte da doutrina, a intepretação do artigo 166 com base nos conceitos de tributos diretos e indiretos, bem como dos conceitos de contribuinte de direito e de fato. Estamos firmes em dizer que a intepretação que hoje é dada ao artigo 166 pela jurisprudência e parte da doutrina, de fato, é inconstitucional, mas vislumbramos uma interpretação possível e conforme a Carta Magna. Acreditando que as interpretações existentes não foram suficientes para trazer alento ao famigerado dispositivo legal, especialmente pelo fato de se valerem de outros ramos do conhecimento científico, propomos no presente trabalho uma revisitação do tema, efetuando um corte metodológico muito claro e restrito ao sistema do ordenamento jurídico e, ainda, tomando outros paradigmas para sua análise. Não nos valeremos, pois, apenas da observação do tributo para dizer se há repercussão jurídica ou não, permitindo ou não a incidência do artigo 166, procuraremos verter nossos olhos também para a figura do sujeito passivo da obrigação tributária, posto que será ele a assumir o papel de sujeito ativo da regra-matriz da repetição do quanto indevidamente pago, momento em se questiona sobre a aplicação do dispositivo legal em pauta. Para tal análise, como não poderia ser diferente, teremos como alicerce a Constituição Federal, com grande ênfase nos princípios da legalidade e da propriedade, os quais, em nosso entendimento, são imprescindíveis para a correta aferição dos casos em que o artigo 166 do Código Tributário Nacional poderá incidir. Em suma, amparados nos princípios acima e olhando também para a figura do sujeito passivo da exação, procuraremos explicitar qual é a interpretação do artigo 166 conforme a Constituição Federal

Extenderes: vídeo-ações são ações registradas e apresentadas em vídeo, nas quais meu corpo estabelece relações com vestíveis e com balões no espaço de um quarto. Essas vídeo-ações foram desenvolvidas entre os anos de 2011 e 2013. Assim criei situações que levavam meu corpo a explorar outras formas de movimentação e percepção do espaço a minha volta. Ao longo desta dissertação são esmiuçados alguns conceitos que se referem à relação do meu corpo com o objeto no momento da ação, são eles o conceito de jogo tratado por Hans-Georg Gadamer, o conceito de secundidade desenvolvido por Charles Peirce e o conceito de tarefa introduzido na dança por Ana Halprin. Também são pensadas algumas questões presentes nessas ações do grupo Extenderes como a repetição, a vulnerabilidade do corpo e a exaustão. O processo de criação é abordado segundo a função do fantasma na psicanálise, e também, segundo a experimentação, e a ludicidade como forma de construção. / Extenderes: video-actions are actions recorded on video, in which my body establishes relationships with wearable pieces and balloons in the space of a room. This video-actions were developed between 2011 and 2013. So I created situations that led my body to explore others forms of movement and perception of the space around me. Throughout this dissertation are scrutinized some concepts that refer to the relationship of my body with the object at the time of action. They are the play concept by Hans Georg Gadamer, the concept of secondness developed by Charles Peirce and the concept of the task introduced in dance by Ana Halprin. Also are thought some questions present in those actions Extenderes group as repetition, body vulnerability and exhaustion. The creation process is discussed according to the function of the fantasy in psychoanalysis, and also according playfulness as a way of building.

Esta pesquisa tenciona investigar a produção artística de Cindy Sherman (1954-) e Stan Douglas (1960-), partindo da observação dos procedimentos por eles adotados para a produção de suas obras e de seu interesse comum pela natureza da cultura de massa. Pretende-se, ainda, evidenciar os tipos de convenções próprias dos suportes das mídias utilizados para suas imagens e o modus operandi que as mantêm. Grosso modo, entende-se por imagens subsidiadas pela mídia de massa aquelas que são expostas visando ao acesso em grande escala e de forma imediatista. / This study aims to shed light on the work of Cindy Sherman (1954-) and Stan Douglas (1960-), and proposes as its start-point not only the procedures that have been used by both of the artists in their creative process, but also the interest they have demonstrated in the mass culture as a subject for their work. In addiction to that, we intend to evince the type of conventions specific to the media in relation to its images and their modus operandi. By and large, it is well known that the repertoire of images subsidized by mass media correspond to those exposed in order to provide immediate access and in large scale.

For this, we start from the analysis of the concept of drive, marking its specificity when compared to the animal instinct and showing how the sexual drives and the drives of self-preservation allowed the appearance of two different ways of processing the psychic energy. Next, we deal with the psychic conflict that begins with the process of repression and has as a background duel between sexuality and self-preservation, a subject that interests us, because we will see how the clinic and its impasses end up bringing problems to the first Theory. For this reason, we will deal with the difficulties brought about by paraphrenias and by the concept of narcissism that end up smoothing the first dualism. Finally, we will see how traumatic neurosis and the compulsion to repetition bring new elements to Freud and culminate in the elaboration of a new definition of the drive, which will now also be thought from the dispute between the life drives and the death drive. / Este trabalho tem como propósito discutir o dualismo pulsional em Freud, defendendo que a passagem de um dualismo a outro não se configura enquanto uma ruptura em sua teoria, mas sim enquanto movimento em seu pensamento. Para isso, partimos da análise do conceito de pulsão, marcando sua especificidade quando comparada ao instinto animal e apresentando de que maneira as pulsões sexuais e as pulsões de autoconservação possibilitaram o aparecimento de dois modos diferentes de processar a energia psíquica. Em seguida, tratamos do conflito psíquico que se inicia com o processo de recalque e tem como pano de fundo o duelo travado entre a sexualidade e a autoconservação, assunto que nos interessa, pois veremos como a clínica e seus impasses acabam por trazer problemas à primeira teoria pulsional. Por este motivo, trataremos das dificuldades trazidas pelas parafrenias e pelo conceito de narcisismo que acabam por esfumaçar o primeiro dualismo. Por fim, veremos como a neurose traumática e a compulsão à repetição trazem elementos novos à Freud e culminam na elaboração de uma nova definição do pulsional, que agora será pensado também a partir da disputa travada entre as pulsões de vida e as pulsões de morte.

A pesquisa tem por objetivo investigar estratégias que possam ser criadas para alterar o modo de contemplação da obra. Traz como elemento iconográfico a imagem de uma boca que irá aparecer repetidamente em inúmeras variações. As imagens são pinturas soterradas pela colagem de mínimas unidades visuais, dentre elas paetês, vidrilhos, botões, pastilhas de lantejoulas e padronagens diversas. A repetição, o excesso e a saturação são utilizados como dispositivos para criar uma certa desordem visual onde poderão ser percebidos os diversos detalhes que compõe as imagens. A montagem é fator determinante para essa proposta, uma vez que as peças não possuem posição fixa e se espalham no ambiente formando um grande painel. Dessa forma, o trabalho se modifica a cada vez que é exposto, evidenciando aspectos do jogo pela mobilidade das peças e pelas diferentes combinações nos inúmeros desdobramentos internos. / The research has the objective of investigating strategies that can be created to alter the contemplation of the work. Its iconographic element is an image of a mouth that will appear repeatedly in countless variations. The images are paintings buried by the gluing of minimal visual units, amongst them sequins, beads, buttons, paillettes and other diverse patterns. The repetition, the excess and the saturation are used like devices to create a certain visual disorder where they will be able to be perceived as diverse details that compose the image. The assembly is a determinant factor for this work, since the pieces do not possess a fixed position and spread themselves in the environment forming a large panel. This way, the work is modified each time it is displayed, showing aspects of change by the movement of the pieces and by the different combinations in the endless internal implications.

A presente dissertação, desenvolvida no âmbito da pesquisa em poéticas visuaise intitulada Delicadeza incisivas:ensaiosmateriais com pequenos objetos cotidianos, tem como foco principal de análise um grupo de trabalhos - entre desenhos, objetos e instalações - realizados no ano de 2007e 2008.Na produção analisada, as qualidades físicas dos materiais empregados - em sua maioria objetos cotidianos de pequenas dimensões - são signos de fundamental importância. Dentre as operações presentes no processo de trabalho - pensado enquanto ensaio visual-, abordo dois conceitos operatórios que agem diretamente sobre a tatilidade dos materiais: a repetição (de gestos, de materiais e de módulos) e o emprego de estruturas geométricas - instâncias estas que se apresentam como estratégias organizacionais. O presente estudo visa analisar não apenas alguns processosem arte que se veiculam a fisicalidade presente nos materiais utilizados - principalmente aqueles aliados aos processos cumulativos e às conformações geométricas - mas,também, o comportamento dessestrabalhos no espaço. / The current dissertation developed on the extent of visual poetics research and entitled Delicadezas incisivas:ensaios materiais com pequenos objetos cotidianos ("Incisive delicacies: material essayswith small everyday objects") presents as main focus of analysis a group of works - among drawings, objects and installations - performed in 2007and 2008.The physical qualities of the materiais employed in the production analyzed - mainly small everyday objects - are signs of fundamental importance. Among the operations presented on the work process - thought as visual essay- I treat two opera tive concepts that act directly on the materiais: the repetition (of gestures, of materiais and of modules) and the employment of geometrical structures - being these instances presented as organizational strategies. The current study aims to analyze not only some of the processes in art which diffuse physicality presented in the used materiais but also the behavior of these works in space.

To this purpose I established two basic procedures. First I analysed 558 texts that retell the famous tale Red Riding Hood. They make up the International Basis of Child Written Language. Four aspects were observed: a) the occurence of lexical repetition; b) its linking with referential functions; c) its distribution in the episodes of the narrative; d) its relationship with grafhic signs. Secondly 32 children at 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades of Elementary School, were interviewed, being 16 from public and 16 from private school. I asked them to choose among three possible answers, that they find plausible to maintain the reference to a character mentioned in the previous sentence, taken from a version of the well-know tale. I came to the following conclusions, concerning to all of the subjects, regardlessly of the factors grade and school as far as reiteration is concerned: a) it is used for choice after the introduction and reintroduction of characters; b) it is established between the introduction of a character that contributes to the action and the beginning of the action; c) it delimits sentence bounderlines in the narrative; d) it is used instead of punctuation marks and imposes internal limits to the text. / O objetivo principal desta dissertação é investigar o uso de expressões reiteradas em sentenças contíguas por crianças em fase de aquisição da linguagem escrita e os fatores lingüísticos que interferem na opção por esse mecanismo de referência anafórica. A pesquisa se desenvolveu em dois momentos. Primeiro, foram examinados recontos da história Chapeuzinho Vermelho, 558 textos que compõem o corpus da Base Internacional de Dados sobre a Escrita Infantil, observando a ocorrência da repetição lexical, a associação a funções referenciais, a distribuição nos episódios da narrativa, e a interação com marcas gráficas. Em seguida, foram entrevistadas 32 crianças - 16 da escola pública e 16 da escola particular - das quatro primeiras séries do Ensino Fundamental, solicitando-lhes que elegessem, entre as possibilidades oferecidas, a forma que julgavam ser a melhor para manter a referência ao personagem enunciado na sentença precedente, em uma versão da conhecida história tradicional. A análise dos textos revelou que a repetição lexical contígua, utilizada por crianças de todas as séries, tanto da escola pública quanto da particular,: a) é empregada preferencialmente após introdução e reintrodução de personagens; b) se estabelece no limite entre a introdução de um personagem (principal ou não), que confere dinamismo à história, e o início de sua ação; c) delimita fronteiras sentenciais no discurso narrado; d) assume função dos sinais de pontuação, impondo limites internos ao texto.

Repetição é um dos conceitos fundamentais da psicanálise. O caráter compulsivo da repetição está ligado à pulsão de morte: pura quantidade, afetos sem representações, projetados a esmo, furiosamente. O sujeito é impelido, contra sua vontade, a re-editar novas edições de acontecimentos traumáticos. A recorrência deste sofrimento, no âmbito da transferência, produz efeitos de cura. Para Freud, o tratamento consiste no uso da palavra: tanto a fala do analisando, quanto a do analista, incide sobre os afetos não representados, silenciados, mas indomados desde o trauma. A interpretação metafórica é capaz de dar nome ao indizível. O sujeito re-significa a experiência emocional à medida que os verbaliza, os atos repetitivos perdem consistência. Nesta pesquisa, de natureza teórica, trabalhou-se o conceito de repetição a partir da teoria de Freud, articulando-o ao tratamento. Contribuições de outros pesquisadores psicanalistas e Ilustrações clínicas foram utilizadas com o objetivo de caracterizar a clínica da transferência como lugar onde a compulsão à repetição pode ser tratada. Propõe-se, como conseqüência da pesquisa, um retorno à clínica. Pretende-se avançar no exame do que até aqui se fez, típico da elaboração científica, e que se constituiu o ofício de Freud. / Repetition is one of the fundamental concepts of psychoanalysis. The compulsive character of repetition is linked to the death drive: pure quantity, affection without representations, designed at random, furiously. The subject is compelled against his will, re-edit new editions of traumatic events. The recurrence of this suffering, in the transfer, took effect healing. For Freud, the treatment is the use of the word: both the speech of the analyzed and the analyst, focuses on feelings not represented, silenced, but untamed since the trauma. The metaphorical interpretation is able to name the unspeakable. The subject re-signifies the emotional experience as the verbalizations, the repetitive acts lose consistency. In this research, theoretical, we worked on the concept of repetition from Freuds theory, linking it to the treatment. Contributions from other psychoanalytic investigators and clinical illustrations were used in order to characterize the clinical transfer as where the repetition compulsion can be treated. It is, as a result of research, a return to the clinic. The aim is to advance the examination of what has been done so far, typical of scientific development, and that was the work of Freud.
